charges of drug possession carrying a concealed weapon during the commission of a felony and resisting arrest without violence this case is still open this is Deputy lipte from the Flagler County Sheriff's Office returning your call hi Deputy how are you I'm good sir so I see you were calling about the prescription well the medications that were taken yes ma'am so I'm reading um from the arresting officer officer I wasn't there um and they stated that while searching the vehicle multiple miscellaneous prescription narcotics were located in a red duffel bag in a HS container Toby name was not on any of the prescribed medication um from what I'm gathering that's not true that's not true ma'am the buin the the uh uh um Al alpraz Lam um the hymns I can show you a hymns prescription um that's not true ma'am there there there are my names on the bottles of the prescriptions of the tramad [Music] doll that's absolutely not true I'm sorry I'm not trying to be difficult I swear God not at all do you remember who the arresting Deputy was 108 108 was his that was his badge number uh dorsy I believe dorsy okay um let me see I'm I swear I'm not trying to be difficult I'm not trying to cause problems ma'am I'm just trying to take care of myself that's that's all so I don't want to cause problems for anybody no problem so right now uh dorsy is not working um typic it's Saturday and no I mean cops we work we work 24/7 but I don't see him on the road right now um what I'm going to do is I will send him an email uh with your contact information um that way when he is able to he can um get back to you regarding um the prescriptions that you're stating your names were on from what I'm reading like I said I wasn't there but it's just said that your name wasn't on them that's why they they ended up charging you with um I believe leave uh narcotics without a prescription as well yeah that's that's that's not true and there's no way for me to prove that because I wasn't there but if if there were P bottles I have scripts and everything and and just Deputy so you obviously you know this encounter that I had with this other officer was not a pleasant one okay so I I I don't feel very comfortable with a conversation because of what transpired um I'm kind of nervous here even making any any calls because I'm I'm very I don't know I'm I'm just concerned again I don't want to cause problem for anybody I I just like to be able to take care of myself no 100% I get that um completely and I I didn't resist I I I promise I didn't resist or anything I'm I'm very I come in peace I I swear to God I come in peace um Let me let me read the report and then I'm going to call you right back okay I was able to review the arrest report um so from what these this Deputy stated was um two vows of testosterone eight are Mo fals eight mod finnels and 50 s ails um they were all without prescriptions okay but the but the ones with prescriptions are what I need okay so these without prescriptions um obviously you're not going to get those back um just yet yeah I don't see anything I mean did they tow your vehicle yes did you check if they were in your vehicle I was calling you I was calling you first to see because I don't I don't have a car I'm trying to get my insurance and registration set up but it's the weekend I I'm trying to find out if you guys took them or if they're still in my car so from the report I don't see that we placed them into safekeeping um that wasn't notated on that report um so the only thing I'm thinking is it's more there there's a there's a bigger possibility that the pills that were prescribed to you were left in your vehicle and um did on inventory sheet okay um so what I that's very helpful okay so what I can do then is um I'll stand by on emailing the um the arresting Deputy um and then obviously when you do get your car you know keep us posted as far as if the the prescription pills are still in the car if not then obviously call back because we need to figure out where those are Deputy can I ask you a a a question um if I listen I'm not I had expired tabs I'm not a hardened criminal man I was just moving my things and my medicine cabinet from my house and my gun cabinet from my house happened to be things I had to move and I only have a small card and they were together and and my tabs are expired if I go and get my car out of there today to try and save me some money from inpound fees am I going to go right back to jail because I'm on the road with expired tabs so with an expired tag technically you're not supposed to be driving it um however you know if you decide to drive the vehicle and you get pulled over you could explain your situation um you could get issued another ticket um the only other thing I could say is I mean to to register your vehicle you could do it online it's $34 for the year are you able to scrap up $34 um he has been flooding the court with numerous correspondences
