something you sure that's not no Harry Potter thing that's not a weapon bro and if it was it'll work it's not a weapon okay watch too much hairry Potter I don't want chry I like that type of person literally about these drain plugs I'm thir there's TR C and uh Kitty toy y we check Bo do you have seizures do you know what that is like epilepsy or anything like that seizures uh um are you taking any medication prescribed by a doctor right now God okay do you have a physical handicap God are you under the care of a dentist somebody cleaned your teeth go all right look up at me in just a minute you see the tip of this P without follow without moving your head would you follow the top of this pin for me you want me to do aing test yes are you will to take us a Bry test um it's your choice if you don't want to you just say you don't want to if you want to we can do one it's up to you it's your choice okay all right you look at me real quick okay I know you're you look like you're are you praying or is it okay if I continue to talk to you uh yeah okay all right now you understand if you refuse to do the spry test it can be used against you in court you understand that you're shaking your head yes so does that mean yes oh no then let's take the sobriety test okay it's your choice you don't have to I just I have to notify you if you don't want to take it then I could stand up in court say I offered you the sobriety test and you refused to take it that's it okay yeah yeah so if you want to take it then we'll go through the motions of it yeah just go through the motions okay all right see the tip of this pen yep without moving your head I want you to follow with your eyes okay all right no you can't move your head okay okay R the P okay we're going to do it several times is your eyes hurting um yeah but how long do you want to do it for well I got to do six different sets okay we just finished one so there's four five more okay okay drop it no I'm not dropping I'm follow want you follow with your eyes okay okay just follow the pen with your eyes okay not me the pen all right all right you ready yeah last one okay this one's going to be simple okay what I need you to do listen to me okay are you listening what I need you to do is put your feet together okay just rest your arms down by your side and sit straight up for me okay no okay all right that's fine all right just look at me all right what I need you to do is when I tell you to begin I want you to just tilt your head back and close your eyes Okay and then I want you to let me know when you think 30 seconds has elapsed you understand that you're going to close your eyes I'm going to say begin and then you just keep your head tilted back your eyes closed and once you think 30 seconds has passed you just ft your head forward and say I'm done okay you understand that can somebody time for me 30 seconds yeah no just let it time oh good all right back close your eyes your eyes and tell me when 30 seconds is alls e remember just let me know when you're done um you done we good okay you can relax what time minute and 35 seconds okay all right look at me when I tell you I want you to take a big deep breath and I want you to blow in the end of this tube okay you need to blow enough pressure to where we hear a tone come out you got to keep that tone going for about 30 seconds you understand that okay we can't get a break in the tone so take a big deep breath you're going to have to come close cuz that's as far as it goes I'll hold the tube you just blow okay all right go ahead grab it if you need to are you going to [Music] blow you okay all right I'm ready well now we got to wait because you were coughing and the leg shut turn and lift your legs up put them down me hands doesn't mean you stand up stay sitting down no cops no birs no nothing all right Alan can you come over here a minute Alan you okay yeah okay I need you come stand right here at the end of this line can you do that for me yeah okay what I want you to do is put your left foot on the line and then put your right foot on the line like that and hands down by your side I want you to just stand like that for me okay you understand that yeah all right go ahead put your left foot on the line wa put your left foot on the line remember how I showed you left foot and your right foot and just stand like that with your arms down by your side can you do that for me yeah okay go ahead okay okay when I tell you to begin what I want you to do is from this position with your left foot on the line and your right foot on the line I want you to take nine steps forward counting each step out loud touching Heel To Toe as in this configuration it'll go like this one 2 3 4 5 and once you reach nine you're going to take a series of small steps like this then you're going to count nine steps back looking at your feet one 1 2 3 4 5 you understand that all right go ahead whenever you're ready begin okay relax and I to provide a sufficient sample could result in a uh refusal okay so I need you to take in a big deep bre for me and blow into the end of this tube that runs to the instrument go ahead Alan look at me taking a big deep breath and blow wrap your mouth around the end of that tube and blow a steady breath for me you understand do you want to do it or no it's your choice all right don't pull too far okay you can hold it just taking a big deep breath and blow until I tell you to stop all right [Music] stop all right now just like before dig dip deep breath and provide blow right into the tube like you did before just like that you ready once we get this done then we can take you over and get you some clothes I'm sure that's what you're wanting yeah like to close first cuz I I need you to blow right now so the instrument is ready if you don't blow then I have to refusal and that'll result in your license being suspended so go ahead and give me a sample all right all right just like you did before big deep breath took what 20 seconds if [Music] that perfect you stop [Music] all right Al okay at this time because you blew z z we're going to request that you provide a urine sample to determine if there's any drugs in your system you understand that all right go with this officer right here it'll take you to where you can use the bathro and give a sample at the same time
