at 5:30 p.m. on a Wednesday dispatch received a call about a woman who was spitting on people at the mall these are the events that followed no no yeah I'm sorry um we just literally walked into the mall and she's walking behind me and all of a sudden I'm walking and I just hear it and I feel it and she just spout and kept did she really okay where where where where did she spit on you on my face on your face okay so I'm assuming like you wiped it off and everything okay that's fine uh do you have like an ID or something to take a look at if somebody didn't from them just in case how do you know the people that flagged us down and why would they tell us that we were spitting on them who's flagging you down I don't know anyone I'm not even having anything to do with this city I try not to I'm visiting a friend here my Boston is a New Hampshire license I am not from here okay you know what people are very invasive and you can listen to this and you can sign it off like it's nothing I had a creepy guy following me around the corner I said what are you doing and I turned around he can come back to you tell you if I spit on him or whatever he wanted if he's 500 ft away from me me spitting is not going to hit him okay people spit that's not illegal I did not looking at Sergeant no no you're a victim of a crime no this is absolutely not I'm just making sure this isn't going to like her dad's a firefighter no yeah no this I literally applied to be a 911 operator you ABS yeah no they trust me they're not going to Bar you because you were a victim you're fine I'll be right back with something for you okay czy I was standing right by that and I was doing some Gob backs this lady comes she was bring so I thought she needed help so I turned to her and she spit on me and black tank top and the blue shorts blonde hair yes so then I I didn't realize like till a second later so then I decided to follow her since I was near the door so I followed her I saw her going towards the Loft I went to The Loft I took pictures of her and then she saw the more security she ACC me that I'm following her okay and if uh I can leave her you know if no one is following her blah blah blah blah blah blah so she's the one who SP yeah so we actually we're dealing with her outside she spot on someone else and she resist she's already been arrested for spitting on someone else jail right now so um she's definitely the problem you know um this is a separate issue even though she's found out somebody else seems the same it is different so do you want to press charges and fill some statements out is that something you'd like to do totally up to you because she's already she's already going to jail either way what's your hesitation it's okay you can talk to me um it just this is my first time I really okay and and it's my last day today not last day at Ma I'm going on vacation overseas I last day before vac you deserve a vacation now exactly so I wanted like a nice four hour you know calm and then all this commotion started well luckily for you it seems like the issue's been handled without you even have she's already going to jail she's being charged with battery for spinning on someone and she's going to jail for she resist the police for that too okay so step so Justice is already being served thankfully so if you don't want to do anything it will still solve the problem she's still going to jail and all that Stu so if you don't want to do anything that's okay it's okay no worries well luckily we we caught her she's being punished and you know okay hopefully she won't be anybody else ever again okay all right do you understand that he's a police officer right here yep I do understand okay so when a police officer tells you to stop or tells you that they're investigating something that doesn't give you the right to just resist and to act a fool do you understand that um I understand I'll completely understand that that being said you're going to be going to jail for resisting an office I'm not trying I he came at me and he pushed me on the ground no pushed you on the ground I was oh how did I end up on the ground then we put you on the ground you pushed me down on put me on the ground I put you on the ground because you problem talkinging going I have no problem you won't talk to me find a car talking to him you're going to get a free ride down to the John I I asked for medical attention check you while you're sitting in the car are you okay though it was just spit I'm just kind of like shocked but I'm not hurt yeah okay yeah I'm going to get her on everything yep no problem all right so and where did this happen in the mall right at the entrance of where the food is so where the food court is so we walked in and it was right in front of the Victoria no it wasn't by by all right so there is one over there right next to Dillards is that going to be the one by Forever 21 yeah I'm pretty sure okay sweet just so like you know if it's on camera we can find it um what I'm going to have you do is get on this statement what I need you to do is just fill out this top box and then write down you know everything that happened that you're at the mall walking all of a sudden you feel you know spit hit your face and you seen that she spit on you um and then if you can just include in here do you want to press charges you don't no oh you don't I I mean I don't want her to go down so oh okay um I just like they were just she's going to deal either way you want yeah she resisted with her officers so that's happening it is up to you it's your decision then sure I mean if she's already going then I just didn't want her to like get in trouble because of me but she's already oh no she's she decided after spitting on you to fight with officers so um it's up to you so was following her she turned around and said why are you following me and that was it well I'm not a man and we were in front of her I'm just telling you she's yelling at our offic that's all I I don't know that changes how you feel yeah if you do want to press charges that's great I'll have you start writing this if not then there's no need she's already going so it doesn't matter it's f okay in that case like I said just this cop box here um what happened as detailed as you could be and then just that you want to press charges and then that you know the lady that officers are with right now is the same lady that that spit on you so if you don't mind get started on that I'll be back with you once you're finish with that okay questioning end up being resisting arrest how was I being arrested for being questioned don't fight with the police look like a fire I'm 5'2 I asked him I don't know who they are in red shirts coming at me it says police on the shirt oh really a lot of people can wear that and have some shirt that say security or police I'm in the mall but when he's pulling up in a police car that's he didn't they walked and they follow me you look at the camera over yeah got to yell because you can't interact or have a real conversation that's the problem to tell you that I'm not fighting just like I wasn't over I'm standing here do I look like I'm fighting sitting in your car you you down here call this resisting arrest cuz you were walking and following me I tried to talk and you won't talk just like right now just like right now I'm sorry that I'm an intelligent Human After start to interact with people intelligently you're not going to have an arrogant little attitude to want to bust a female for no reason you got enough crackheads in to cause trouble mix me in with that trying to talk got somebody following me what am I please yes all right fd's going to come check you out where you bleeding from just your knees and your elbows my knees my legs put your feet back in the corner I you ask me where I'm bleeding nothing about this makes any sense there's no sense you asked me where I'm beding so I pull my leg out to show you and then it's wrong whatever you do to interact it's wrong you want to cause trouble for somebody that I'm walking across the park as a female and I'm two red shirts coming up to me with their B not like hey ma'am how are you are you okay can we speak like they would do in any other city I don't know what that means I didn't see that from where I was at they're coming up with the B out from 500 feet away I'm just talking to you normally now you are can be calm but as soon as I calm down you want to act arrogant and act like you're going to try cost everything I say it again I'm riing I'm talking and I'm frustrated I just many I understand I completely understand I didn't know what was happening I'm walking way over there they're here in this parking lot right here start yelling at me I thought it was another weirdo following me trying to cause so I don't look because I don't interact I I don't I don't take the time to deal with that I move around about my business so what's the deal with them saying people saying you're spitting so what I mean I just heard that story right now can you just stick your leg out I just want to get the picture all right where else for believe right here you have any marks on your face can you til your head face you til your head up you got a little bit yeah all right so so what was I had some guy and a fat like a big fat type of kid following me and I turn around and he's still there so I once ignore it and then he's still kind you know that creepy like I don't see you and then I walk away and then I come at you some more because you're not watching and I said what are you doing and then I have them like a few minutes later coming at me yelling and saying what's the problem what's the problem I thought he they were with him or some continuation that cuz like I said from that angle or from that spot I could not see police right of course if I would have seen you in a blue uniform I would have said hey this is what I feel right now I feel badgered batter I do not they're here I'm way over there how am I spitting and is that illegal to spit may I did not spit but if I had something in my mouth like some FL that I need to spit out is that illegal and like how old are you you're a grown man following your woman you're going to whine about spit someone spitting that's another issue just to cause a problem when it's not even there cuz they want to give you an issue and make you highly uncomfortable until you fold and then when you do something and stand up for yourself against it then they're going to R whine and cry and cry wolf okay I honestly know that that I can recall a person there was no spitting there was no interaction past that point when I kept walking like I said I removed myself and then it was within two minutes I see these guys coming at me and I thought it was a continuation of that okay till they say they're did you not see their guns no I'm not like this I'm not able to look at them or even they really were harsh with me and started saying like like I said if you were to come at me like this what's going on like can we talk let's figure this out why why are you spitting and I was like you know the same thing I'm not rting I'm the last one to get here I'm not taking the Restort I'll take her though right I just don't know anything about nothing but so look so no one said anything to me about where cops usually introduce yourself like that they wanted to continue to make me uncomfortable and start saying what's going on what's going on like and I said what do you mean I'm walking and I said that three different times and then they started coming at me and then I said who are you what's happening they still didn't say they were police her it's almost like you're trying it's obvious because it's on their shirt I'm not looking at that everything's a blur I'm looking at their face like I said I try to move along from a hazardous situations because I still didn't know this could be like some just random civilian right so I continued to try and walk and then when they say they were very aggressive I don't I don't know what was being said all I know was aggression and I was scared okay so I didn't like have the time to interact they did say something so we're we're going to try to figure everything out we're going to have the fire department they're coming out they're going to check you out okay can I leave you in here you got enough air back there I can leave you in here for a minute can we just talk to me yeah so like I'm really scared because I'm a single female I'm out here by myself and you see a lot of workers you see a lot of that you don't know what happens but see how didn't know coming at me SP no I Spit on nobody and they they harassed me and they barreled me to the ground they literally attacked me I spit out absolutely nobody I walking and all of a sudden some I have them coming at me saying what's going on what's going on very aggressively wouldn't let me speak they continue to come at me I have who are you she was charged with resistant arrest and Battery BL
