I think if you would just like you were asked to, you wouldn't be in hand, bro. >> All right, I'll text you. >> Thank you. >> Sorry, we've been broken up for some time now. >> He's um I hadn't talked to him the week, the last 3 days, he's been calling me and saying stuff that has not even remotely made sense. He's very paranoid. Um his it's coming to be his sister's anniversary. It's his nephew's birthday yesterday, but they deceased. So, he's in he's out of there. Um he came back. He wanted to talk last night. I did go to his house. He was kind of like this. So, I retreated cuz there's been some domestic issues in the past. Um but he's been asking for help with drugs. I believe he's been drink been back. He's been fine since he got jail until this week. Then he came here this morning, wanted to talk on go to breakfast. He seemed okay. I said, "I'll meet you." And then all of a sudden, he pulled up just kind of like you. Then he backed up and then he moved in again, so I can't leave. Came in, you know, came walked in the house. I, you know, just like this, I woke up and I said, "I thought we were going to breakfast." And then he came literally in my face. That's when he did that. I instantly called my friend. We had a covert and that's how you got here. And he kind of pinned me in that corner. Um, I did have coffee, hot coffee, and I was like, "Okay, this is my only thing I get cuz he was going off." And it wasn't. He was just pacing, >> pacing, pacing, pacing, sweating, [clears throat] >> sweating, sweating. And there's paranoia. You know, I know you're just things that doesn't even make sense. >> I said, "Daddy, please leave. You know, you're obviously we're not going to get anywhere today. Just please leave. I'm not leaving. I'm not leaving." And I said, "I'm not doing this today. I'm not doing this today." And he's like, "Make me leave. Make me leave." And I said, "They're, you know, the cops are coming. Like, please, you know, please what? Talk to me." And that's when I got in and that's when you showed up. I was trying to get him to look at me in the eye to get him to look at me cuz this is not him. >> Yeah, >> this is not him. Um and then he came around and he had one sanity statement. I'm not dying over this. I'm not dying over this. And I said, "Daddy, you're I don't know what you're doing, but you are. This is not you." And then that's when you showed up. And then that's when you get But he's not in his right head. >> Okay. >> Didn't you guys didn't you have an injunction against him? >> Uh yeah. Is it still active? >> No. No. And like I said, when he got out of jail, I had no problems with him. He never came back. We went our separate ways. And I'm like, you know, it was cordial. It was fine. No issues him not coming in the middle of the night. I didn't have any of that. I do put my car in the garage at night just just because um cuz he did he did this is when he went to jail the last time was key in my car and that's all been resolved. And then and then today >> is he trespass from here? >> Huh? >> Does he trespass from here? along that was that was a previous that was like his first thing and then that but again this this episode that you're seeing >> did you invite him over here did he just >> I well I did I said let's go to breakfast and I was going to meet him at the um slers and then he came >> um and the only thing with him was just getting you know like this and I I mean I don't think he meant to do it I'm not defending him but I I think he got a little too close and but I there's been instances before and I am I am scared of so but he needs help jail. He's been in jail for 4 months. He came out and he went there's no He needs help. And >> is he telling the judge when he goes to goes to jail he needs help? >> No, he doesn't talk >> cuz instead of sitting cuz instead of sitting in jail, that could be part of his probation or something. >> And he got out without probation. And I said, "What? He clearly you're getting out and literally let an alcoholic and a drug addict, which I don't know what he's on now, but he was on cocaine and he's been up for 3 days cuz he's been texting, you know, 1 minute. I'm sorry. I'm sorry." I mean, I'll show you the text. They're bizarre. And then the next minute he's >> telling me I'm a cop and I killed his sister. Like, it's just bizarre statements. Um, and then and then this today, but >> he's not in his He's clearly not in his right mind. >> What is your name? >> My name is Stacy. You >> think it was Lace? Cuz you act a little goofy. You normally act. >> Oh, he was. >> Okay. You drive over here this morning or was you over here last night? >> Uh, I just came right now. >> Just came today. Yep. >> Okay. >> Where you normally live at? >> Live in Charlotte County or Lee County? >> Lee County. >> Where in Lee County? >> Lee County, baby. 239 m. Little Pakistan. [laughter] >> Well, apparently you don't know Lee County that well cuz it's not really >> I'm from the lake, bro. >> You talking about the lake? >> There ain't no lake in Lee County. >> Yeah. Which lake? >> You can't call a dredge pit a lake right now. >> You can't call a dredge pit a lake. You lucky I can't >> Danny, you still live on Little Farm Road >> or is that where your mom lives at? >> That's my mom live at. >> That was mom's house. >> Look, man. >> Damn, dude. >> Speed on that thing. >> SL's quick boy. >> Off the rip, bro. >> Hey, that ain't even study that one. Hard right there. Where y'all get that stick from? I never seen that. [laughter] What the was that? Let me see what mechanical is that pull you got, right? >> Huh? >> Let me see what you used to pull my arms on. >> Sheer strength. She strength. >> It was the pole, right? >> Pole. Does it look like I car? And I ain't never seen one get beat. [laughter] >> I ain't never hit up somebody with a pole. >> Y'all have one, don't you? >> Where are we going to carry a pole at? >> I mean, look at him. A pole would be bigger than him. He's not quite as husky as like guys like me. So, I am the pole, >> you know. I'm that stick. >> I like my food. So, I can't be carrying around that extra weight. I got enough to carry around all my own. >> So, why did why did you say he pulled up like that? >> Cuz he wanted didn't want me to leave. >> Were you in the process of leaving? >> Well, I came out. Well, I came out. I didn't know he was coming. I thought I was going breakfast. So, I was getting up making my coffee, going to take a shower. We had no time frame and I was the time I was making my coffee. I saw him pull up with the loud music at like 8:00 in the morning and I ran out cuz I'm like, "What the hell?" And and then soon as I saw him come around. >> Yeah. >> You knew just by the way he was walking there was >> he was walking his the way he says things and his words the way he's totally different when he's like this. >> Okay. So >> so I knew as soon as I as soon as his mannerisms coming around I literally came out and run and I you know we did we had I'm like what are you doing you know? >> So was he coming around to get >> he was coming around to go to the door but again I don't know why cuz the garage door was open. He could have came this way. I I don't know but >> Okay. And again I came out with my coffee and I came running and not well you know what are you doing you know I we didn't have any time you know we didn't have any time like what are you you know not anything just saying like what are you know what are you doing cuz he's not known to get up until like 2 in the afternoon so him to be up in the morning >> is not like him at all >> so and then um I came out and I was like it's so close and I'm like and then I knew and then so I kind of retreated to stay back because we have a history >> and then I went back you know kind of sat there and then he you know he wouldn't let me pin. So that's when I sent my cow words to my friends cuz he already did that issue and then this whole yelling talking music thing. Um >> yeah and then it escalated. >> So let me ask you this. When >> when you were walking around were you telling him to leave? >> No. I said what are you doing? What are you doing? What are you doing? And he's like you [ __ ] I know it's you. I know. You know all these weird things. >> Okay. Did he come in through that way? >> He came this way. No. Well, he came in this way and then I went I was here. So I started backing. You know, I come in here. What are you doing? What are you doing? He comes around >> and I kind of knew and I started kind of back, you know, kind of keeping space because I don't know what going on. And then I came back here >> and I went like this >> cuz I had more stuff over here like I can >> Right. Right. >> You know, so I came back here. Well, then he went back and blocked me, you know, walked me. >> So I sat here the majority of the time and I took I've been taking pictures. >> Okay. >> So, um I didn't couldn't get video cuz I don't want him to know. taking pictures, sending them to my nobody wants to come here because he has this issue. >> Did you invite him through through the garage area? >> No, just like you said. >> Were you telling him to leave? >> Yes. Well, I said I said you need to go. I ain't getting out of here. I ain't getting out of here. He did go in the house one time, but he only went to the kitchen. >> Okay. >> I don't know what he was doing in there. I, you know, again, I don't want to come here because he's like this. So, I went there. I said, "Please, you know, come out. Please just talk to me. Please just talk to me." trying to get him to calm down cuz he just kept getting escalated, escalated, escalated. >> And then it wasn't that much more time of sitting here >> trying to, you know, trying to, you know, tell my friend Sarah, "Please call. Are they coming? Are you coming?" And then I started hearing them. >> Mhm. >> And then then you guys came. So I did tell him to leave probably twice. [laughter] One when he was in the house, then you have to go. I leave and I leave. >> Did he leave? Did he leave come out of the house though when you Okay. >> He did. He came. He came back. He always went that way. >> He never came through here. Okay. >> So, I came through here >> and then I sat cuz I heard the sirens >> trying to just to be calm but didn't sign him shaking. >> And um and then that's and then he got in the car and I said, "Danny, you know, please, you know, he got in the car, turned it up. He wasn't leaving." >> Then that's when you saw me. I came and said, "Please try just look at me. Please don't do this. Please don't." And that's when you came. >> Okay. >> So, that's exactly what >> So, when you were saying when he lunged at you, >> he was here. >> I was here. What exactly did what exactly did you do? Can you show me what exactly you did when you were sitting down? >> I was sitting here. I was just like this. >> I was sitting here talking. I had my phone here and I was trying not to see my phone cuz my phone's dead cuz I only have one bagger. >> So I'm trying, you know, he's right here and I'm I have it on speaker. Please come, you know, what are you doing? Please come. And and she can hear it. >> And then Oh, so then I say here and he comes here and he knows I'm on the phone and he's like, what are you going to do? So now I'm him. >> So he's there. I'm like looking I'm trying to you know do this look at him and see what I'm doing and he comes what are you going to do what are you going to do call him call him and then like that all over me like I'm like this and he's like here >> and you would say that he he you said he >> he did I mean he did he did head button >> yeah he made contact cuz I was like here he did the thing and he hit right here >> with his head but now I don't know again it wasn't like he came and did that >> he's done that I don't know I think he just made contact but he's trying to like >> would you say that whole interaction with him coming towards you that put you in fear that he was going to harm you in some way or possibly harm you? >> We have a history so I'm always a little hesitant when he gets a little close especially in this state because I don't know what he's going to do. >> Um but I don't feel like he was coming to intentionally headbutt me. I think he just got a little too close but he did make contact and he said that's it. I even told I mean I had camera which he unplugged which it would have caught everything but he I have cameras in the house in here and he there's nothing on camera. He unplugged that then that would have showed everything but >> um >> I don't I can't tell you what his he did learn did make contact but I don't know what his intentions were but you're >> making absolutely >> well Danny I will say you don't look like a methhead bud so I don't know what you're on but It looks like quite the trip. >> When's the last time you lived in Lehi? >> What? >> When is the last time you lived in Lehi? >> I never lived in Lehi. I was at Jose's house. >> Oh, Jose's house. >> No, Matty F's house. >> So, did you give him that address? Cuz they have it listed as your address. >> No, you was just leaving his house when you got pulled over. They just assumed you live there. Yeah. Oh, okay. We tried her. >> Danny, can I ask you a question, bud? What's up? >> You You ever been to a doctor for like mental health concerns stuff? >> We got Baker active one time. She did. >> You got Baker active one time? >> Yeah. Cuz I smashed all her. >> Oh man. Here. Here at this house. >> Yeah. She pulled up out of nowhere. >> What does the doctor say? You talking to the doctor? Are they nice to you over there? Huh? >> Were they good to you over there? >> Who? >> The doc when you got bay cracked. >> Yeah, he tried to give me some medicine. >> For what? >> She was, man. She's been there, bro. She's just forced, bro. Like, nobody going to take that. >> What they try to get medicine for? >> Nobody going to ask her, man. >> Oh, >> ask her, bro. Going to tell you the truth. Give me all the info, man. I want to know everything. He needs to stand in front of me, too, bro. I need him to stand in front of me and tell me the truth. >> So, what happened? What happened between these? >> That's what I need. >> What happened? >> I need him to stand here. >> Who's him, though? I don't know. >> He knows who he is, >> but I can't go get him. >> He knows who he is. Tell her stand in front of me and tell me that it ain't true. [ __ ] Am I going to go crazy over that? That's That popped it off right there, bro. >> Who though? >> That popped it off right there. That popped it off right there, bro. Like, I already know, bro. I already knew it. Crazy, bro. >> All right. >> It's crazy, bro. Ask Danny, bro. That day I pulled up to that damn I was like, "What?" Denny really what? >> Where we going? >> Jail. >> No, you ain't going to jail, bro. So, we're going to >> take that. >> We're going to take him and uh have you do the statements from her statement. >> Get one from her. >> Yeah. >> Take yourself, bro. >> Okay. Has she gotten one yet? >> What? >> There's no statements been taken. >> No, we didn't official statement. Okay. >> I mean, I got I got on what happened. So, >> take yourself to jail, bro. >> All right. Remember, >> why what are you arresting me for?
