where a citizen called Internal Affairs
to file a complaint on the officer
in this case a man named Michael Howard
called and filed a complaint against the
officer saying that he used the f word
and deprived him of his property
the internal affairs investigation into
this incident is complete
and the complaint was sustained because
the officer did in fact use
the f word which officers with the
Columbus Division of police are not
allowed to do
the officer who responded to this run
has a history with Mr Howard and is
aware of Mr Howard's history
with the woman that you will see here in
a moment
the officer is also aware of Mr Howard's
history with the Columbus Division of
police on the screen now is a Facebook
post

the post reads 37 year old Michael
Howard was arrested without incident
just before midnight on March 15 2018
and charged with aggravated menacing
a few hours earlier he anonymously
called the Columbus Police non-emergency
line
the caller asked to find out who the
officer was he had a run-in with because
he couldn't read his sloppy handwriting
the officer issued a summons for Michael
Howard for misuse of 9-1-1 on March 12
2018.
after finding the officer's name Michael
Howard said in part
tell him I'm going to shoot him and his
wife and his children I am going to
murder him

we can put him in jail if you have a
protection order I can't put him in jail

I didn't even threatened to hurt me

gonna take my house he's gonna make me
sign a paper that's uh gonna say I give
my house to him and these are all things
that you have to go down to the
prosecutor's office to take care of what
I can't even I had a heart attack I

we know him I've known him for eight
years so this guy named Betty who's with
DARPA or something I don't know what the
hell darp is so he used to be a couple
