Do you understand your rights? Do you understand? You just violated multiple civil rights violations. And with you carrying me out of here with me committing no crime, you're committing a felony. Car is called felony kidnapping. Yes, the subject of today's video really does walk into an Oregon library. he was previously removed from with a samurai sword and with an attitude that puts some of the worst frauditors out there to shame. All this inevitably leads to the police being called and him being arrested for trespassing. But before they can put the cuffs on, he decides to voluntarily drop to the ground to protest his arrest. And he stays there until multiple police officers are forced to carry him out of the building into a police car and then to jail. Now he's suing everyone involved. and his complaint is hilarious to read, but more of that at the end. Right, let's get into the video. Multiple times now. Okay, so what's your name and position here? My name is Andrew and I'm the deputy director. Go talk to the police. Okay. Absolutely ridiculous. Yeah. So, he's walking into a library with a samurai sword. I mean, who does that? It is a weapon and against the law in Oregon. Uh, he's filming me in the um, what is this room called? It'd be a foyer for lobby corridor hallway over here. What's that? Yeah. Yes. Um I believe so. We've got the director here standing by. I'm not [Music] Yes, we have to leave cuz I don't have to legally. Well, we actually we don't really want you to leave. We would just like the katana to not be here. Then you're stomping on my second amendment constitutional rights. I'm sorry to hear that. Not according to Oregon Revised Statute 166.370. Any person who intentionally possesses a loaded or unloaded firearm or any other instrument used as a dangerous weapon while in or on a public building shall upon conviction be guilty of a class C felony. Your second amendment rights are not absolute. We'd be much better for my attorney if you just admit that you're willing to step on my constitutional right, especially my second amendment constitutional right. You just admitted that you don't want me to cuss here, which is against my first amendment constitutional right. I just No square. I didn't say anything until dumb [ __ ] here said something to me first. So, he's actually disturbing my piece. Dude, you really need to brush up on your laws before pulling any of this crap because as well as trespassing, you could be arrested for disorderly conduct. Any person who commits the crime of disorderly conduct in the second degree if with intent to cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or recklessly creating a risk thereof. The person engages in fighting or in violent, tumultuous or threatening behavior, makes unreasonable noise, disturbs any lawful assembly or person without lawful authority. So, I'm going to I'm going to tell you if you continue to use that language with staff, you will be banned. Um, okay. Now, you can go [ __ ] yourself because now you're asking Now you're trying to stomp on my constitutional rights. And I don't put up with people that do that. Constitution is the supreme law of this land. Yes, I agree. The Constitution is the supreme law of the land. But like I've already said, that doesn't mean your rights are absolute. Nearly every right you have comes with restrictions and limitations. And walking into a library with a samurai sword and causing a disturbance is not considered reasonable and can be restricted in the same way that you can enter and stay in the building beyond closing time. [Music] Let's go license. No, it's fine. It's already taken care of. All right. You need anything else more from me, sir? Uh, your name and position here. Okay. Your name and position here. As you see, he's a public servant refusing to identify, which I'm sure is in your policy. Haven't you got better things to do with your time than harass staff in a library? You should be thankful that you even have one, because my local library closed down two years ago with no plans to reopen. As you see, YouTube family, this is how corrupt the Corvalis Public Library is. They seem to think that their code of conduct supersedes the Constitution of the United States of America when it doesn't. So today, we're going to make them have the police arrest me to get me out of this building as I've committed no crime. I've broken no law. [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] And they're also writing up some ban letter for me. So, since our last encounter, did you have a chance to check out the Tom Bane Act? Excuse me. More specifically, the Tom Bane Civil Rights Act? Uh, it was made into law in April of 1988, but it was made to law in California in 1987. makes it a crime for anybody to attempt, interfere, or halt somebody in the constitutional rights trying to stop my first amendment even though Kevin was the first one to initiate contact and you're trying to initiate the second amendment violation of my constitutional rights. And the more you repeat yourself, the more right you are. That's how it works, right? Anyway, the police arrive and they know him by name because of course they do. [Music] Let's go listen in, guys. Name and badge number. Sergeant Robertson. Name and badge number. Officer Sansson 89. Name and badge number. Officer Gilder. 854. Your turn. Mr. Well, they don't have a choice. I haven't done anything wrong. I've committed no crime. I broke no law. Except trespassing is a crime, which means they have every right to ask you to leave and even ban you from returning, which does happen in this case. And the police can arrest you for refusing to leave. You know, it should not be this complicated for you to grasp. I'm not even from the US and I have a basic understanding of US law. What's your excuse? Name and badge number. You know me. We've met before. Name and badge number. I'm not your puppet, my friend. You're my puppet. You work for me. Absolutely not. Have I committed a crime? You're trespassing. Oh, wrong. No, we went through this last time. 164255 of the Arizona or Oregon revised statute. You're going to shut up and listen. We went through this last You're going to shut up and listen. You work for me. It's not going to work that way. Oregon revised statute 164255 says a person is guilty of committing criminal trespass if they enter or remain unlawfully. Correct. In a dwelling. He swings and he misses. I'm sorry, but Oregon Revised Statute 164.225 is the statute for burglary in the first degree. The statute you're looking for is the one we've been over already. 164.225. Criminal trespass in the first degree. Correct. What crime have I committed? You're violating the the code here of their code. Is there code of conduct law? Yes, we went through this last We went through this last penal code, sir. What's the penal code? Shut up and tell me the penal code. Okay. Do you need to be under arrest now? Is that where we're at? Where would I be arrested for? Trespassing. Oh, please do. Here you go. Please do. I do not consent to any search procedures of my personal property, papers, and effect. There you go. Yes, he did just drop to the ground like that toddler you see in the supermarket flailing around on the floor having a tantrum because his or her parents won't buy them the latest toy or game. This guy is in his 50s by the way [Music] illegally took my sword off of me. Well, duh. Okay. All right. We're Up onto your knees. Up on your knees. Under no obligation to assist you in kicking. We can carry you if we need to, but we'd rather not. We'd rather not. You're going to have to. It's going to go like that. No crime. I broke no law. You do. I'm under no legal obligation to assist you in kidnapping me. Okay. We lift you up just for a second. I got to check your waist. Yeah, do that. We'll bring a patrol car right over here. Have you guys? Yes. Blah blah. I need to hear a second thing. I'm requesting a supervisor on scene. We are supervisors. You're supervisor. Stupid. Career wants the manager's manager. What a surprise. I'm going to read you your right, sir. You have the right to remain. You have the right to remain silent. You have the right to kiss my ass. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. Blah blah blah. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her present while you're being questioned. If you can't afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you at no expense. I have one. You guys are going to find out the hard way. Do you understand your rights? Do you understand? You just violated multiple civil rights violations. And with you carrying me out of here with me committing no crime, you're committing a felony. [Laughter] Are you serious? Car is called felony kidnapping. Mr. Southern, we had a great conversation last time about Fris. Remember that? Yeah, we did. Too bad you guys just ended your careers. You think I'm [ __ ] kidding. Tom Bane Civil Rights Act violation of article 18 USC 13-241242. You now just opened all yourselves up to civil litigation under article 42 USC 1983. Like I said, we talked about it with the city attorney last time. They said the city attorney is a [ __ ] [ __ ] They we just go with what the lawyers tell us, my friend. Well, I'm sorry, but so did the Nazis and they lost. And now you guys just lost. Okay. And I'm requesting your supervisor on scene or chiefly because I'm going to go talk to one of them right after this. You're welcome to do that, but the the chief is not coming out here nor is my supervisor. All right. Well, refuse old services. Thanks. Four officers on scene, including a sergeant. But yeah, this is refusal of service. Get a grip. Even after I gave you the trespass code, somebody has to remain unlocked. Mr. When the patrol guard gets here, we're going to walk over to on camera that I have committed no crime or I need you to help us out. Stand up and walk in your own power. Okay, we don't want I'm not helping you do [ __ ] You're going to vi finish violating my rights and commit a felony. I want you to understand what's going to happen. When the control group gets here, we're going to walk out to it. Okay. Looks like it's arrived. I'm not going to walk. So, I need you to stand up on your feet for this so we can walk out to the Nope. I'm completely relaxed. I mean, if you want to cause a disturbance in the lobby of a library, then yeah, this is going to do it. I mean, this looks like something the bride would wield in Kill Bill. You guys want to commit felony kidnapping? Go ahead. I'm under no obligation to assist you in doing so. And felony kidnapping is defined as taking somebody by force from one location to another against their will. You're under arrest for You're under arrest. So that doesn't fly. Oh, sorry. This is going to be your last opportunity to do it. We're going to go ahead and carry you. Would you like to walk like a gentleman? Guess you're going to have to carry me. He's going to hurt, but oh well. More damage for my turn. Okay, sounds fine. By the way, I've had carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand and it's doing more damage. I can no longer feel my hand. Oh, I can see those handcuffs are fine from here. Oh, no, they're not. You can start by 12 or you'll be contacting [Music] Civil Rights Violation. First amendment, second civil rights violation. violation of Tom Bane Civil Rights Act. Whoops. I will help with legs. Jason, I'm going to move your legs. Okay, we're going to criss-cross them. Sir Andrew just roll him over into his side and then we'll come in. So they literally have to pick him up like a toddler and carry him out of the building while repeatedly yelling over and over that he hasn't committed a crime. Apparently he thinks criminal trespass is into crime. Anyway, he rambles on about being kidnapped and moans about the various ailments he has and blames the police for making them worse, but they gave him multiple chances to walk out on his own steam, but he refused. Maybe don't drop to the ground like a toddler and make the police carry you out next time. Anyway, onto his complaint where he hopes to convince a judge with this very poorly worded complaint with terrible handwriting that his civil rights were violated. He wants all those involved in his arrest charged with crimes against him. He wants compensation and his sword back. And when you've all finished laughing at that, these are all the violations and crimes he claims were committed against him. Yeah, you don't need to be a lawyer to see that he has an uphill struggle to get all this done. Anyway, guys, I am sure this isn't the last we've seen of this guy. He seems to have a real problem interpreting his constitutional rights and thinks they give him the right to go anywhere and do anything he pleases, but he's sadly mistaken.
