Let me see if my car will drive. That's been there. He literally push Yeah, he that's where he ran my car. He was ramming me right there and then he started pushing another car kind of into me. I didn't see it. No. What's that look like? Oh, yeah. There's a magazine sticking out. I'm pretty sure Let me Don't touch it. I'm going to move my car. Hey, can you flip my mirror out over here? I can't see. Thank you for grabbing him. Will you double lock his handcuffs? Let me get my cool before I search. Is that your trainee? No, he's he's he's on his own. Oh, okay. Are you needing him to be checked out by anybody in the woods? What happened? My baby get my baby. What happened? Did somebody tell me what happened? I tried to stop him and he tried to run me over and then he ran for me. So what what's the point of you trying to stop him? We're not worried about that right now. We're about to fight. He ran for me. Okay. Okay. But I'm trying to see what's what's what happened. What's wrong? All we need you to worry about right now is your baby. Okay. You need to be checked out by anybody. Yeah, I'm good. I'm just pumped up. All right, man. I'm just pumped. He was trying to run me over. I had my gun. I was like, "You you come near me, I'm going to shoot you." Like and he kept pushing the car towards me cuz there was a car between me and him and he was pushing my car and that other car just pushing it towards me. And there was a gap that was about wide enough to fit a car through. He if he would have kept going, he would have went. [Music] At [Music] least by that fence jump. I'm right behind you. I didn't see you jump it, but I was like, man, I cleared that thing. Rusty in the mug. and activate your radio. If you want, we went straight that way. I was say I can walk you through it if you're going to be if you want. It's It's like if you did you see him cross he's got guns and stuff in here and he was coming out one of the parks where they often sell drugs. We were calling ass full speed behind him. He was blocking me. All right. 43. I follow the map to where 643 is and he's not here. Southeast 88th Street, Southeast 90th Avenue Road. Mary, would you place his vehicle where he's supposed to be? [Music] Put that on their back porch for them. That's a car seat. I don't want them not have the car seat. What's that? French fries and stuff. Okay, we're giving it to her, right? Yeah. Just put it right here for now. serious radio. Pop that trunk. He ain't got no license. His ID card's right here. Now I'm looking for the button to pop. 64 the man. 65 1028. Go ahead. Delta kilo 90 Romeo Hotel. Yeah, I'm ready. Ready. Uh right across from the the not the community center parking lot, but that additional parking lot they have that's often tucked in the woods by the golf course. He came out there, pulled into a parking spot at those apartments and then started ramming right there. It's like the first or second car. pass. It's like the first or second car in that parking lot of those apartments there. So, Pine Pass and the park goes off to the right and the apartments are to the left. And it's like he immediately hooked and parked into a parking spot, backed up, started hitting my car with the back of his car and that's that's in the apartments. The park. Oh, heck yeah. Hey, come here. Hey buddy, come here. I need you. 64. There's a large amount of 31 in the trunk. In the trunk? Yeah. Oh yeah. 643. Man, we have a large amount of 31 in the trunk. What do you think that is? You think that's T? I don't know what it is, but I don't think it's T. Yeah. I'm trying to see if there's anything special in here. It might be actually tea cuz there's other snacks and stuff in here, too. Ridiculous. [Music] I don't know what that is, but we'll put it back in here. Drugs and guns. Drugs and guns. You got what? Shy. Yeah, I was definitely No, I was pumped up cuz he backed up and hit my car and then he started ramming me coming towards me and was ramming my car. Luckily, there was a car and it had almost enough room to fit a car through but he keing it to the point where his tires were spinning and so I moved over and I had him at gunpoint. I was like, "If you come for me, I'm going to shoot you." And I told him multiple times. He finally backed up and went around my car, but And then he couldn't get out that way, so he went through a fence. And I I feel like I was good to chase him. I hope I was because Well, if Do you um do you have a Yeah. All right. How about you already? There's guns and drugs. Okay. Take a break for a second on it. Let's not remove anything yet. Just go catch your breath. Okay. That's One second. Let me Can you keep an eye on this stuff? The gun's right there. The drugs are in the trunk where they were. Yeah. Just keep stuff where it's at. Just give you cuz I know where you're at right now. You're not injured anymore? No, I'm not hurt. I was just really pumped up cuz I thought he was about to run me up. Everything just hold it for a second. Do we have somebody over there walking? Yeah. Yeah. Christian's over there. Do we Do we have to Is it an evidence thing to come out? No, it's I got a small gun with ammo. Okay. And drugs in the trunk. Okay. It's just It ain't enough for the drug unit. I don't think it's weed and scales. Okay. Um with a bunch of bags and scales. Where's your car? Right there. I don't have any damage hardly. He He had hit That That's not what I'm talking about. Do you have water in there? Yeah. Yeah. All right. Go in your car. Open the door. Go down. What's that? didn't need to happen while you're proactive. Oh, I'm sorry. It's been every shift, man. Uh, it's just weed, scales, and bags. But nothing I need to get the drug unit for. Uh, he has one of those one pound bags, but a lot of it's missing. So, I'm guessing he's been selling it. It's got probably like 50 to 100 ounces left, maybe. It's all car. Yeah. Is that a gun seat? Yeah, he had a gun under his seat. It's rusted. It's a little piece of junk. It had a full magazine though. And he's got a sticker from the smoke shop on there. Yeah. In my first second pit ever. It was kind of a ram, but I mean, I didn't get no damage to my car, but I didn't want him to go any further. I didn't know he was going to try to stop here. I p him right here. I was hitting the brakes and I car spinning in the road. I wasn't going to let him keep driving in this neighborhood like that. I didn't get his westbound. I'm good, sir. Just go ahead and try to tell me what happened. So, I'm coming up to the park right there. Not the community center park, but the little extra parking lot they have that borders the golf course. Yeah. He's coming out there. The windows are dark dark. So I go pull him over. He's kind of driving like trying to get away from me, but he pulls into a parking spot. So I was like, maybe he's just nervous and pulling into a parking spot. Okay. Well, he starts backing into my patrol car trying to get turned around. So that's when he started hitting me like right here. So that's the damage from him. Yeah. And so I that's when I was like pulled my gun out and I was like, "Show me your hands. Show me your hands. Show me your hands." Okay. He finally was able to back out of the parking spot and I'm So this is my car. He's on this side like as if he's that car, but he's facing towards me. Okay. There's a parked car right here. There's about this much room and he's ramming the side of my car and that car coming towards me, pushing both cars into me. So, I'm backing up. I back up. I move off to the left. Still got my gun drawn. I was like, "If you come any further, I'm going to shoot you. I'm going to shoot you. Stop. Stop." And he finally, he's burning tires trying pushing the cars towards me. He puts in reverse, tries to go around my car, sees he can't fit, backs up, turns around, and goes through. There's a white plastic fence there. Drives straight through that white plastic fence. So, I followed him through it slowly, get out to the intersection, and he's going left onto Spring Road. I think that Silver Silver Road. So, I turn left, go after him. He's passing cars, and I get up behind him. We make a right on the Oak Road. Come over here. We end up over here. We turn into here. We come up this way. I pit him right here. Spin him around. He go We go through this mailbox. I might run the mailbox over while I was doing the pit. And he goes back there, bells out. I bail out after him. We go over I think it was one street, jump into someone's backyard and that's where I got him. 26. Do you think he had anything with him? He has a gun and drugs. No. Anything on him that he I don't know. K9. Yeah, that we know of. Walking down. He don't have a license. If that's his ID card I found in the middle console or does not have a license, early shirtless and the drugs and the gun. I haven't ran him or nothing. Okay. Why don't you sit down for a second? I'm good. I'm calming down now. I was when I first got I was taking the air condition. I know. I I'm not worried about this one. It just It upset me. I thought he was going to run me over. I got water. I just went to the office and grabbed water bottles. Southeast. This is unacceptable. I just did that. I was pouring water over my head. I want to show you. One wrong decision nearly cost lives. Thanks to fast police response, a tragedy was avoided. But the question remains, how far should someone go before it's too late to turn back?
