A frantic 911 call leads police to a man tearing up a bathroom. He's hallucinating, armed, and thinks a child's in danger. What happens next is pure chaos. Caught all on body. Saying someone that she knows climbed in through her window. It said Daniel Montgomery. White short, blonde hair, 38 years of age, white shirt, pair of blue shorts. Say he's locked himself in her bathroom and is tearing it up. 191 183 and S19 saying that he thinks there's people out to get him and he's got a 33A inside the bathroom there with him. Okay. I'm getting a second call. I don't know if this is from the mail in the bathroom. Um caller saying second hand saying male white 40 years of age broke into the apartment and has 33 days and has a 2-year-old baby. Best 19. Be advised now. Put your hands up. Put your hands up. So once he gets off the phone and you guys get things figured out the bureau, as it turns out, the caller was friends with our suspect and he had been a guest at her apartment many times in the past. He entered through a window because the front door to the building was secure. He found her window open. He was hallucinating and believed her children were in danger. He had a knife on him, but it was never in play. The caller did not want to press charges. She just wanted him out of her apartment. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
