you're going to pick a foot up

to count by 1000s until you are told to
stop the test is going to look like this
1,1 1,2 13 1004 you're going to keep
counting okay if you happen to put your
foot down just keep pick it up and keep
counting where you left off okay do you
understand that test or do you want me
to go over the instructions again going
until you tell me yeah you can pick a
foot up uh left or right either foot of
your choice and you'll count by 1000s
while looking down at your toe until

coming down the hill she went off the
right side of the road and back on um
and as I'm talking to her you can tell
something's not right and she say she's

medication um and it's probably all out
of whack and she's very
lethargic um she sways
standing I put her through Fieldy test I
got too many indicators to show that she
is impaired okay um I have met your wife
before through a family friend I'm not
going to put her in jail or nothing like
that as long as you can come to the post
and pick her up today okay is what I'm
going to do is just take her back to the
post read a form to her and just ask for
your in test okay um so and then then
after I um I have no choice other than
cider for operating under the influence
even though it's prescription Dr
it's you know she just can't be
operating the vehicle when she feels the
way she does so um well I didn't want to
have to tow the vehicle like I said I've
met your wife you know a couple times
super nice lady you know so just to help
you guys out and plus you're in close
proximity you know I'd save a tow bille
stuff like that so um do you have any

home today CU I'm put jail so she's a
super nice lady so I got to pick you

with the paperwork and just going
through the the Hoops of getting a urine
sample give me about an hour and a half
by time I I drive there and stuff like
that so okay all right right would you
feel comfortable going in the hospit
because you know everybody there doing
SLE or I I would probably do that or if
I go to the Post I'll have a a female
wor PD officer or Deputy come out to the
post to do the UR sample because the
patrol doesn't want men doing that
because they're male female discrepancy
so I just got to figure out where to get
a female from to to do this so it may be
at the post with a female officer from
another department or I might just go to
Wier hospital and use a restroom met a
nurse do that okay we know a lot of
people at the hospital so you don't want
to go there I'd rather her not okay let
me see if I can get a femil from like
another department okay I'm sure what
maybe W PD has somebody so let me check

bottom you don't have any ties okay if
you refuseed my test today like I
mentioned out there at the roadside it's
a one-year suspension starting today
um depending what drugs you are on if
there's a per se level that you're in
violation of um then it would be a
90-day suspension versus the one year
okay so at that point I just have to ask
you are you going to submit to a urine
test yes okay thank you do you have to
pee right now could you you go to the
bathroom the bathroom okay so um I'll
have that female officer go in with you
and we're just looking to fill that up

she'll just give it to me and I'll

Municipal Court the charges are
operating this uh under the influence of
a drug or alcohol or a combination of
them okay um I know from what you're
telling me it's prescription but it's
obviously something's off to where it's
causing impairment and you almost
crashed today because of it um and then
this is just marked Lanes um because as
you're coming at me you were drifting
way over into that Center turn lane um I
seen you coming at me and even after you
passed me I looked in my driver side
mirror to to see you in the center lane
there um I flipped caught up to you you
went off the road and then back on
before I got came down there and got you
stopped okay so those are the two
charges now when you go to court
um they'll ask you you know do you want
to plead
um plead guilty or no contest
um or or if you want to to fight the
charge um you know if you decide you
want to contest it because you don't
agree with it feel free to do that don't
worry about me okay
um if you decide you want to contest it
they'll set another court date for to to
go to trial down the road okay um
obviously um we'll wait on on lab
results or whatever you know to to see
what's in the urine
um you decide you want to plead go or no
contest they would sentence you uh right
there um on the spot um and and then
tell you what you know after after you
play Go no contest they would tell you
this is what we're doing you know um
this is a first offense Obi for you
