driving all the way back to

investigation how the Collision occurred

probably she probably clipped the left

maneuver to go left around it which is
when she turned left into K one which
why there's damage the left side and on
the right side on the right side her
damage is all on the right corner panel

has there were several air fresheners
like stacked on top of each other in the
car other

left toe arm straight down at your side
stay in that position till I tell you to

left arm straight down at your side stay
in that position until I tell you to
start okay when I tell you to start
you're going to take nine Heel To Toe
steps touching heel to toe and Counting
each step out loud all right you're
going to walk in a straight line nine
steps come back nine on the same line
all right just like you're doing right
foot in front of left ready one two got
same spot
three all the way to nine keep your left
foot planted turn around and go nine
going back one two 3 all the way to nine
does that make sense you have any

without like get too much detail I me
should probably tell you so when we
believe happened in the accident based
off there was a Tesla that was driving
by we watched the video uh sounds like
what was driving by a Tesla over yeah
those cars are crazy but uh I don't know
if you have one or not but so looked
like she was behind a car and she saw
the dotted line she's claiming that
there was no blinker on the car the car
was turned left I the video is kind of
far but she went left instead of right
around the car so when the car actually
turned they just kind of collided and
they both went off the road so um she
told me she I could tell you everything
so you're her I had no problem telling
everything uh she blew a 06 which is
under so we collected urine just to make
sure there's no narcotics in her system
I I know she can result in different
tests that she failed so for right now
it's just a traffic offense and then she
got arrested it's not criminal she on a
court date for everything including the
accident it's all Associated um there's
a lot going on I'm trying to throw a lot
of information at you hear it first
thing first is obviously I told her take
recording this from my life yeah I told
her to take care of herself like she's
fine she's not hurt or anything but just
like make sure she's okay she maintain
the composure she got a little take a
personal trust me she she was fine the
most time and she got a little upset
sometimes it's fine trust me I'm going
to take it personal um but she was
cooperative she was B she gave us what
we needed but um so that so first I has
to take care of herself her car the car
right now is impounded under state law
for 12 hours it's it's total but
regardless um if she needs to get stuff
out of there she has to wait till after
uh noon tomorrow to come here to this
window and I'm going to give her a form
it's basic it's almost like a toe sheet
so you need to bring that to the window
cuz we have a release form in the same
exact one and we'll tell you where the
car is at and you can bring that to the
yard you don't you don't have to do that
today tomorrow so you can do that
whenever you have to she's going to have
stuff that she's going to want to get at
I know for a fact so anytime afternoon
tomorrow come to this window right here
and then if you just tell the ladies
here to pick up a car they'll help you
out so now the next thing I would say so
she has a Cy I don't know if to my head
a on the tickets in there so I'll I'll
show her to show you this going to look
like or see tickets look like there's a
c dat on there I'll Circle it it's going
to be right here in the court I think
it's in about a couple weeks I st them
anytime soon so you'll have time to do
whatever you guys got to do um besides
that I just need a copy of your license

basically what this form is look very
wory basically you're going to be held
liable to not allow her to drive until
she's sober okay so basically for the
next 12 like 10 to 12 hours right that's
so under sa all it's called johnz that's
why her car is impounded there's a law
way back in the day where a guy was
released from DUI got back into his car
they drove back to his car drove away
and kill somebody so that's why the car
is impounded and that's why we have
people come pick them up in the whole
state it's not just us um so I'm just
going to read this to you real quick
sure basically just going to say that
you're I'm not basically just don't let
her drive home that's all it is
basically let her drive home and
basically you're going to be held liable
so right so let me ask you one question
yeah so she was arrested for DUI yes she
bought 06 yes once her urine test come
back was was she able to P so she did
she it took a little bit of time but she
was able to pay so that's the only thing
that's really holding anything so right
now it's it's in in hindsight of things
right she blew under the legal limit 8
is the legal limit so right now we're
just got to make sure there's no drug
toxicity in your system so now that
would be up to the judge to deter and
say
she say anything we didn't ask her I
don't know if she did anything I'm not
saying she did or didn't let's say let's
just say hypothetically that she did and
then marijuana comes back in her in her
urine so now it's going to be up to the
judge to determine if she was impaired
at the time of the Collision so that's
kind of where we're at right now uh she
didn't blow over which is good so
hopefully nothing else comes back and
there won't be any other issues and then
should be fine okay so she just have to
worry about the accident my next
question so you said she was passing the
car on the left yeah but nine times out
of 10 you passed on the left how uh so
that's what she's claiming so the lady
who she hit was actually turning into
her job off the highway so they were
both behind each other on the highway
and so said that this way so they both
going this way on the highway someone's
job was here so this car was slowing
down to turn left your daughter's
claiming that the person's blinker
wasn't on so she was saying they were
slowing down so she went to go around so
that that easily could be H it makes
sense it does make sense but so I guess
when this person went left maybe or
maybe without a blinker maybe or maybe
not she must have thought that they were
just going slow and she went around
right so it's understandable but how do
they even make the left in the Middle
Lane if there's the one lane High Way
each way it's probably the way that you
came you were coming from Top area Okay
so she went on the shoulder to pass no
she went she went over the dotted
yellow so like you know if someone's
going real slow you want to go around
them so that's what she said she thought
cuz the person didn't have their blinker
on that they were going super slow so
she wanted to pass understood yeah so it
took us a little time to figure that out
too cuz the way the damage was and how
the cars wound
up I just come over here know it's fine
