We are celebrating the 100,000 subscriber inability to say subscriber. uh the the landmark milestone that I don't know about you guys, I never thought that I would get to. So, I got a special treat pulled up tonight. Um I got a few of my favorite videos I've done in the past and um you know, we're we're we're going to we're going to watch me make fun of me make fun of them. >> [laughter] >> You guys are you guys are here for the fun. Um, let me see if there's any crazy stuff I need to deal with in the chat. Nina, new member, welcome. So, we're going to start this out. Hold on. Make sure. Okay. Gonna start this out with a little story time, [laughter] a little a little history if you will. Um, a few years ago, this would have been, I don't know, mid 2023 maybe. Uh, I was talking to some friends at work and they talked about starting a podcast like what the hell's a podcast? So, um, you know, they explained to us, oh, so like a like a radio show. like I was a, you know, I'm a big fan of comedy. I was a big Opie and Anthony fan. Um, it sounded like a lot of fun. They said, "Hey, let's do this." They're like, "Well, we're going to record them and then we're going to put them on like Spotify or something." And I was like, "You know what we should do? We should do video, too." They're like, "I don't know nothing about video." I was like, "Hell, I don't either, but let's figure it out." I started doing a little research and looking into, you know, how to make YouTube videos and and [ __ ] like that. and we did a few episodes of the podcast. It was fun. Um, it wasn't really what I thought it was going to be, but while we were doing that, my beautiful, lovely, talented wife Ashley and I, I talked her into doing a [snorts] podcast, just me and her. So, we started a little podcast. Um, I think we got like 12 views total or something like that. she realized that YouTube wasn't her thing and she didn't really want to do it. But a couple of the videos we did were um you know reaction videos and you know a couple of the videos we reacted to were body cam videos. [clears throat] I said that's a lot of fun. I watch body cam videos all the time. I'm always talking to myself and the screen while I'm watching body cam videos. So, um, I was like, I know. I'll change this channel with our shitty podcast and change it into Shane's Dumb Criminals doing, uh, um, doing reactions to body cam videos. It's been, it was very crude at first. You'll see here in a minute. Anyway, I started doing it, you know, fun little hobby. Then it got more and more fun. I got better and better at it. um learn more and more about, you know, how to work the tech and do all that other fun stuff that comes along with it. And on January 22nd, 2024, I posted my first SDC body cam video, my first solo project under the SDC banner. That's going to be the first one we're going to watch, but we're not going to watch it just yet. Um, like I said, it's a celebration. Sorry, I can't quite keep up with the chat, guys. I got the rambling. [laughter] I' I've been chasing a whole mess of squirrels. Um, there's no way I can catch that up. Welcome everyone. I want to toast to all you guys that have, you know, helped get to this milestone. Whatever you got in front of you, I'm drinking Art Bag Cory Breen. Um, I guess it's a classic Irish single malt or [ __ ] single malt scotch. I haven't even drank yet. This stuff's really strong. I'm not going to have much of it still. Okay, there's the one chat. What's on the other chat? Oh [ __ ] Hold on. I got to reconfigure some [ __ ] Wrong one. So yeah, you know, wrong buttons. That's kind of my thing. Kind of how I do this. Am I missing? Am I missing? Am I missing? I don't think I got Terry Swearing. Um, $5 super chat blank one. Um, there's two streams going out. Switch over to the other one, Papy. And um it should look normal to you. Am I missing? Which one am I missing? Did I do that one? Yeah, I did that one. Guys, I cannot keep up with y'all. I'm an old man. Damn it. [laughter] There are only six of us. The rest are alts and bots. I'm good with that. I can deal with it. Buckw while Shane's finally drinking some real alcohol. Yeah, well, I don't do it very often. I usually drink that water, the old beer flavored water. I'm sorry. I'm old. Dancing lemons legal fiction. Thank you for posting his link. Okay, so as I was saying a little bit ago, I hate to do it. I'm going to cut that just a tad. I'm willing to point over because I need some help. That's why I'm pulling over. That's why I'm asking for y'all to pull over and help me. But what I'm saying is your jurisdiction. You don't got me to pull me over. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. Don't >> He didn't pull you over. You pulled him over. >> They're on the highway.
