He's pretty nice. But um I can't I I can't read this front windshield. It's tenant. Not sure who vehicle belong to. I can't read the um I can't read the Oh, it look like say June 26. But the front windshield tenant you saying you can't have that. It's legal. They'll give you a citation for it though. But all the other vehicles that I did see is parked up here in the front registrations are are within the date. Look like that front windshield tenant too right here. So hold on. This is new. This do not enter. That's new. That was never there. They sneaking out. Mm- It's not fair. Also, this they're supposed to test the um the sirens, the horn, the sirens, the lights, but I guess they don't they can't test it as much as they can because it's across street from apartment complex. By the way, so that's why I guess they can't test it how we seen other departments in the morning tested. But the other gate is um is still open that needs repair. It's restricted but it's open. The admin staff come at 8. So, we gonna get the admin staff coming in. We gonna get more the detectives coming in. We gonna get IIA coming in. We gonna get the training staff coming in. Oh, she got out and and walked out. She Oh, she being sneaky. Okay. She got out and went towards the rear of the vehicle. Okay. Sneaky. Sneaky. Okay. She duck in between vehicles. Oh, she Wow. Look how far she got away. She ran to the building. Oh, she's sneaky. Yo, she went in between the cars, duck behind cars and everything. Very sneaky. Anyway, very sneaky. They could park in this building, but they got to walk across. >> [snorts] >> This guy just rolled around. Oh, no. Sergeant, I think that's one just left. Yeah, Sergeant. Here come another cop coming in. See, I shoot. They think I don't know what time it is. Yep, I know what time it is. Time for everybody to come in. Let's go. Helicopter drove past down this street. So why they keep circling around the the park? They supposed to go and patrol. Brand new cars and stuff. Heated seats. No, I'm joking. They don't have heated seats. That'd be nice though. Oh, it's unmarked unit right here. Okay. Okay, I'll mark you. And he got the old one, too. Okay, he took it home. We got to find out who take vehicles home now. He could be SWAT. I'm not sure. He came in quick. Like he knew I was here already. Okay. Unmarked unit came in. No window tents. I'm surprised. And like he took the car home too. I'm not sure as his personal or or um agency car. Yo, it's 35 degrees now. My hand starting to feel it. My hand started getting on. My hand started to get off, but it's okay. Hope we get frozen. No, I think that's the agency card. Let's check the registration sticker. 20 Let's go. That's 10. Let's go 20. Okay. It's got the date. It look like it says 26 at the end of that. I can't see the first. I can't see the month. I see the year. Okay. 35° 35°. Are you a sergeant? Are you a sergeant? Okay. This gate broken though. This gate definitely broken and it closed that one time. That makes my video a little bit harder cuz now they get to pull right in without stopping. It's okay. We're still going to do a good job. Skate broken. Oh my hand cold right now. I can't even zoom in that fast. I seen two boxes came in. Okay. You got this. This two right here. He came around three times. Yeah. It's okay. Poop. I'mma pause it cuz there ain't nothing going on right now. Pause it. You look Look, you following the rules. I said, "Look, you following the rules." >> You Oh, okay. That's good. Plano otherwise contracted. Hey, nobody scanning in. They not following the rules. Each vehicle supposed to scan a badge even though the the gate is broken. I got to put a work order in for that gate. That's not right. They're not following the rules. Each vehicle must stop and use access card for entry. and it's broken and not supposed to be doing that. They're not following the rules. One lady did. She did a good job. I I trust her. Sh like she shot. Don't be shy pulling in. Look at you following the rules, too. Okay. Okay. I'mma put a work order in for that gate. Good job. Okay. So here, e, easy, obvious, peasy, police parking. They didn't even walk over. That's police parking right there. They paid for offsite parking with our tax dollars. Besides just building a lot and saving money. Uh, we got officers just parked their vehicle inside the lot and they about to walk out right now in about two, three, sorry, three, two, one. Should be walking out this side door right here in the jiffy. [snorts] In a jiffy. [sighs] Oh yeah. You know what I got to do? Same as I did to um see the hill. They got a side entrance door. So, I'm learning I'm learning the police department really well. So, they got private parking offsite and then Plano got a few side entrances that they can walk through to avoid camera exposure. I'm pretty sure they got the email say he out here right now. That's cheating. That's cheating. [snorts] >> [snorts] >> You want to be on camera? [laughter] >> She can't find her badge. She's on good yet. Ah. [sighs] Huh? So, we going to check out the city jail park cuz the school bus came on that side and I don't I don't record kids. So, we going to go on this side and we going to check out the city court side and the city jail side or the court in the jail. Put like that for Plano. >> [snorts] >> All right. So, we going to have this city jail right here to my right. And the court is going to be the entrance on the other side. Oh boy. I'll pause it. >> [laughter] >> Good morning. Hey, Cha. Public safety unit right there. They still get paid. They still get paid. [snorts] Where we over the Monday morning. Money morning. [snorts] They didn't use this skin. Who's sneaking down this side? They need to scan it thing and dropped off. And there sticker. Oh, 2027. Okay. It's a new new vehicle. Okay. That's a 2026 vehicle. 2020. It could be 2025, too. It could be 2025. 2 years registration for brand new vehicle. So, it 25. That's nice. Oh, he pulling in fast. Let me go get him. He pulled in fast. He must be running late. And I know he's clocking at 8. So, he got 15 minutes. He flying. Oh, he over to the front with it. Okay. flying. Oh yeah, he flying. Oh, he parked in the front front. Who is that important VIP? He parked in the front front. Anyway, he bowing fast. [snorts] Here come here comes the money man with the Escalade. Oh no, it's not the Escalade. That's a That's a unmarked vehicle right here, though. But they didn't want to pull in. Oh, that's Oh, that's their vehicle. Okay. They parking in the um police parking area. Okay. Okay. Okay. Heat. >> [snorts] >> Pause it. I noticed that some patrol vehicles have tenanted front windows and some don't. So they and they legally could have um the patrol cars tenanted for the state of Texas. This one has no tent. No tent. No tent. Note 10. I have no idea what you're talking about. Think you paid the chill. What do you think they talking about? I can't read the lips cuz he's facing that way. He just noticed me. Now he's stepping inside. I like that. front windshield tenant. No, it's not. Never mind. The side the side is but um >> [sighs] >> It is frosty this morning. It is frosty. It's almost 8:00. So, we got the admin staff coming in. It's 7 minutes to 8 a.m. Monday morning. It's 5 minutes to 8. They trying to be sneaky. They all got the same bag. Don't they all got the same bag? And you can tell a cop by the way he walks sometimes. He's detective. Actually, he got his um his shirt right there. He going to put on when he get inside. He about to make a right right here and go right through the side door. Detective. Yeah, detective. They try to be slick. See how they got their bags and stuff? That's a side door, which I'm I'm about to stand down in a second. That's a cop right here, too. They all got dark window tents. But think yo, but we can't have window ts. That's crazy. That's crazy. I think this guy right here SWAT. I think that guy right there SWAT knows they all got brand new cars, too. They getting paid. Plano police pay. Plano police pay. Plano police pay. So if the vehicle is big like a like a like like this um if you got a pickup pickup truck, they um they get to park inside the lot and then they got like a regular size vehicle. They get um park in this um private parking over here. So look, dark ass windows. Look at this dark. If you got windows, you going to get a ticket. Dark ass windows. Come on, man. They should be fair. They should be fair. What's up? I didn't get you on it though. I was aiming. >> Me? Talk with me. All right. >> [snorts] >> Oh, let's fell. Pause. It is 0800 hours. Like I said, detectors coming in, admin staff coming in, AI coming in. Clerk's coming in. Detectives coming in. [snorts] Maintenance coming in. [snorts] They always side door. I'm I'm about to stand over here. Where does she park at to avoid get on camera? So, we going to look in the side door. Getting a little creative. Heat. Heat. >> [snorts] [snorts] >> Oh, she walked. all the way around. That lady that just walked past us, she walked all the way around. So she [laughter] she's walked Yo, she walked all the way around. Yo, she got to fix her hair right here. She got to fix her hair like she rushed in the work. Trying to fix her hair. Good morning. [snorts] That's a detective car coming in right there. Oh. These are windows right here, but I can't see it at all cuz they got the chase block in it. And this tent on top of that [snorts] Look, look at the look at the book bags. Oh, the look at the book bag. Yo, look at the book bags. That's how you know it's a cop. Look at the book bag. Look at the book bag. That's a cop. He He turned around, look right at me, too. That's a cop. The walk. The book bag. That's a cop. The thermal the the thermal in his hand. Oh, my bad. I lost him right there. Yeah, it's a cop. I got to buy some gloves.
