What's up, YouTube? It's your boy, USA Copw Watch. We go going to be again at Plano um police department. We got Plano Police Department right there. We got the jail right here. And then we got the court right here. So, today I do have to go to the court. I do have to make a payment. I'm going to show you exactly how I make my payment. And everybody in America should make the payment the same way I make the payment, but everybody's different. So, I got my payment right here in this bag. Okay. H the ticket's not that much. It was a simple um parking ticket that was left on my vehicle. I'm not saying that I parked it there, but it was basically over here. Two signs parked over here. It says no parking in between these two signs or whatever. And my the one of the vehicles I do own was parked right there. A officer put a ticket on the car apparently and I was required to pay apparently. Going to court. Um the judge said that beyond reasonable doubt that but the cop said he never seen me park the vehicle there. So I'm not sure how is that beyond reasonable doubt and the cop said that he did not see me there which create which which creates doubt. But anyway need the less we can make our payment today. The ticket was $50. It's not bad. Right. Right. Just pay it. But it come to 122 because of the court fees. Regardless if you go to trial or don't go to trial. So regardless, I go to trial for everything. For everything. For every ticket, citation, arrest. I go to trial for everything. I never plead guilty. I always go to trial. So we going to walk into the court. Give me a second. The court hours right here. Right now it's going to be like 1300. A little bit after 1300. What's doing? >> Hi there. >> Now I'm going to pay a ticket. >> Okay. You can finish your phone call then I'll let you through. >> No, I'm not doing a phone call. >> Okay. I could walk through with on the phone, right? Um in courtrooms. Yeah, I could walk through the phone. I can walk through the court on the phone regardless. >> Okay. You you phone down there. >> I'm I'm going to There you go. >> Okay. >> You You want You go put it in there. >> Yeah. >> Cool. Anything else? >> It's kind of heavy though. You want to do it? You got it. >> Anything from your pocket? >> That's it. >> Okay. Sorry. >> You want to for >> It went to the X-ray. >> Yo, you open it again. I give you permission. You can open it. I give you absolute permission to open it. Just my payment. Um, right there. This zipper goes around. No. >> Yeah. Just that one zipper. You You open it. Get my keys. My other phone. >> It's heavy, right? >> Yeah. What is a heavy thing? >> That's my payment. >> You what? >> That's my I got to pay for a ticket. I left it at home yesterday. I would have did it. >> They went take that bug out. It's heavy. You went You went to the X-ray. You want to You want to do the X-ray? It's I mean, it's heavy. I I'll take I'll take that over there. >> Listen to me. >> I'm listening to you. >> I want to see the bag inside. >> Go ahead. I'm not stopping you. I'm telling you, it's heavy. That's why I don't want to do it. I'm going to do it over there. I probably go do it twice. >> Well, I want to see what it what it is. >> I'm not stopping you. >> Okay. Take it out, please. [laughter] >> I say it's heavy. Okay. I want to see what it is. Take your time. I'm not stopping from seeing what it is. You may do your job for you. >> You good? >> Good. >> Okay. All right. Thank you. >> Thank you. >> I told you it's heavy. All right, let's see who's the unlucky one. Missy was unlucky today. >> [snorts] >> Are you busy? >> You busy? >> I don't know. >> All right, cool. I can make the payment. >> Yeah. >> Oh, I think it's in the car. I can write I can write down my own I can write it down. Can I get that pen right there? Can I get that pen? >> Oh, cool. >> And I need your name as well. >> I got you. >> Here you go. >> Oh, sorry. No, you're fine. Let me see you make a payment. You're just paying and closing it. >> Y 122. How did you want to pay that? >> It's going to be You accept cash? >> Yes. >> So, it's going to be cash. >> So, I got to fill this form out. >> Yes. >> The whole thing? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. And there you go. That's it. There you go. You say accept cash, right? >> Yes, sir. >> All right. I'm not going to be that mean to you. Where are [snorts] I mean the point >> what was that you said >> all the point the loose point >> and that's your job you can roll it >> I don't know >> ma'am Yeah, >> you have to vote. >> For example, if somebody owes $1.78, they got to vote 78. No, ma'am. >> Is it equal? Like if you have $2. >> Hey, let's start. Hey, here you go. I'm paying. >> Okay. Well, if it's not, I can't accept that. You have to >> So, how much you got right now? Cuz I don't see you add anything up. >> I'm asking you. I can't answer no questions. I'm making a payment. If you don't want the payment, you can say, "Hey, you you take my payment." >> Not what I'm saying. I'm saying it has to be. >> All right. But I'm trying to give you my payment and you're not taking it. So if you don't want to take it, we could document it. It's being documented. >> Not taking it. >> Okay. So let's stop talking. Let's start adding. >> I'm asking you a question. >> I [snorts] paid the fifth. >> Will Glend >> I'm trying to pay, but she has some questions. Okay. I I can't put more money if you're not taking money. >> Okay. Take the one that's not rolled. So, you can roll it and we'll accept it. >> Okay. But let me pay. Can Can we clear it out? I Can we clear out the road? >> Little by little. >> Okay. So, the ones that's rolled, right? You said you would take it, right? >> Yes. >> So, why you're not taking it so I could put more rows? >> I am taking it. It's on this side. >> All right. So, I got rows right here that's not being taken. So, are you refusing my payment? >> I'm taking your payment. >> What's your name? >> I'm taking my payment. >> What's your name? >> This is $2. >> So, I can't pronounce that. How How you pronounce that? >> $2 right here. We're going to count the money. >> Hey, but what's your name, though? >> Jose. >> Jose >> Cotto. >> Thank you. >> C O T O. >> Thank you. So if someone had a dollar, four quarters, y'all would want to take it. You have you have to roll four quarters, too. >> Can you roll four quarters? >> Exactly. So, hey, I mean, have four quarters here. >> You have roll for quarters with it? >> Of course not. >> Oh, okay. >> That' be too easy, right? >> I mean, you'll have roll. >> Hey, tell stop buying tickets. There you go. Hey, Lucky. I do got rules cuz Show me a rule that it has to be rolled. Lucky. No. No. Yeah. Well, not you her. Show me a rule. It has to be rolled cuz I'm not rolling nothing for you. Unless you show me some documentation. It has to be rolled. Not your word of mouth. It's not my first rodeo. Jesus. She ran away though. She ran away. She ran away. I wish I had gloves. I wish I had gloves. If y'all can show me a rule saying it has to be rolled, y taking everything. It's not my fault. You don't want to count. You don't take my money. Just make >> take that out of the bag. I can't. >> Well, of of course not. But you're taking everything. Show me a rule. It has to be rolled. If not, just write down y payment and I'll go about my day. Any warrants come up, I'll say, miss so and so, if you take the money, take me to jail. trying to pay my money on video which will be documented. I make my payment for that ticket for 122. I gave her cash. She said she accept cash. She never said how she accept cash. And there's nothing. There's no sign posted saying it has to be rolled. So, please bring your money just like this every time. Oh, you got lucky a nickel. I got extra money if you need it. [snorts] You're lucky some of them are rolled. I was being nice. See, look. That's me being nice. Ain't going to talk about making no rules. I hate when people make a rules that's not posted. >> How much I owe you? >> It's 5250. >> 5250. We got a long way to go. So, you count that row that's sitting right there in the tray. I see it. >> So, you accept you refused to take my payment so far? >> I didn't see it. >> No problem. [snorts] How much are these penny rolls? 50 cents. I thought it was a dollar. 50 cents. 50 cents. Tw two two two 50 cents. Oh that one broken. cent two two and I believe everybody in America should pay any fines just like this. They want to come to work and have an easy job and these cops go out and write tickets, petty tickets. Besides fighting crime, we got somebody getting robbed right now, somebody home getting burglarized right now, but cops write tickets so they can have a job and count money. But they refuse to have a job and count money. They complain about doing their job. She applied for the job. Her job is to count money, take payments, and she complain about taking payments. Make it make sense. This is America. Everybody want a job, but nobody want to do their job. Nobody want to do their job. I was nice enough to bring some pre-road. and the ones I got broken in the bag. Hey, it's not my fault. Her job is to count it regardless. Those rolls could be empty. It's her job to break it open and count it anyway. So, make sure you like this video, share this video because everybody should pay the fines in America just like this. Just like this. Cuz this is money and they say the shorts are pennies. Now, you're not short of any pennies. She's not short of no pennies. And each penny cost 4 cents to make. So, we should really time those pennies by four. >> How you doing? >> How's it going, man? >> What's going on? >> I don't know. It ain't Monday anymore. I know that. >> Is Is that Monday? >> It ain't Monday anymore. >> No. No. That's a good thing. That's a good thing. Some people having a good Friday. Some people's not. I'm having a great Friday. Also, look at this. If you pay by credit card, they charge you a convenience fee. But you pay by cash. She complain about counting it. So, there should be no convenience fee. So when you pay by credit card, it's for her convenience, but they charge you a convenience fee. Make it make sense. And when you pay cash to avoid a convenience fee, she complains about counting the money. Yo, don't don't pay no credit card. Pay pay just like this in coins, man. Just like this in coins. Don't don't make it easy for them. Nah. Nah. Hell no. >> N you got to count it up. I think I counted up. They got you right. >> I got you next time. >> Come on, man. Don't make it easy for them, man. >> How you doing? >> Trying to make this payment. >> Ah, make it easy for him. I want everybody in America to pay like this. >> She grabbing the rose first. See, I make that job a little bit easy and she's not happy. Take your time. Got all the time in the world. You get paid by the hour, too. >> Did you have an idea? >> Not me. >> Yeah, I know. >> I get paid by the video. >> Helpless. Snap. What? >> Well, I need some help figuring some things out. So, I'm an attorney and I'm trying to help a friend with the ticket. And what I'm trying to do is figure out exactly what happened that she did wrong that she now has to show off because what she's telling me is not correct. So I have I have my bar. >> So I gave her plenty of rolls. Look at that. Made the job a little bit easy. She about counting it. Look plenty of rolls. >> Okay. >> Shoot. >> So I got to set all my stuff down. >> I think so. But it's tricky to appear. >> Take your time, ma'am. I got all day. Yeah. I close at 4:30. >> Schedule. It wasn't clear how I could appear online, so I thought I'd just come down and ask questions. I got all the change out my car, >> under my seat in my car, in my couch, under my couch, in between the couch, >> just for the city of Plano today. So what she said was when she paid she couldn't >> I try and wear the convenience fee >> and this money was sitting in my couch anyway. They can have it. >> Guess what? I cleaned up a little bit too. >> Unless she was trying to >> I got all the change out of all my cars >> just for them today. >> Just for them. We avoiding that Korean fe. So my Korean fee would have been 3.5%. Cuz it's 122. So it been 3.5%. >> Right. Okay. >> It's two weeks. >> You take Apple Pay, right? >> They take cash. So I got to come back. >> See that? You yourself up. >> So I I got to come back. >> No, I do that. >> See, >> right. She has not done it. We're going to be able to do it and she'll get it done. online. [singing] >> The problem by email is this record has a password on it. So I printed it so you guys have actual copy. If I email you on the account password too >> because what DBS has started doing is when they send you this by email >> the name. >> Okay. >> I didn't think of that. You're right. I can just read it. Reset it. >> All right. >> When DPS said it, they said the password is like >> All right, man. >> Oh, make sure you um like, comment, subscribe to USA Copwatch. >> She's not done >> on YouTube. USA cop watch. >> All right, man. >> And you going to see the videos. You like, "Oh, all right. All right. 1:30. All right. So, we'll get all this done this weekend and that'll give the court plenty of time to Yeah, it's on it's on the ticket. It's on. Okay. >> Thank you. I appreciate you answering my questions. >> All right. You have a good day. >> Thank you. and after this I'm going to go out there and get some more videos. So this is the so make sure you pay all your tickets. So make sure so that you don't get a warrant or at least make an attempt or get a payment plan. Whatever you have to do just make sure you don't go to warrant status. That way you drive around outside, you get arrested and you go to jail or get your car towed and further um punishment. But make sure you pay your tickets. No matter if it's cash, don't pay credit. Just pay just like this. And this was heavy. I ain't going to lie to you. I need a book bag just for this. >> So this is 7350 and that's what I'm able to accept. >> So you freeze to invest the money. >> If it's not ruled, I can't accept it. >> Can you show me a rule? Can you show me a policy? And I would glad I would gladly obey by that. And guess what? I still got some more rows. That's full right here. This is full. And this is full. She She refused my money. She refused my money. She refused my money. Period. Point blank. What would you do in the situation? Make sure you leave a comment. She refused my money. She refuse my money. Well, I get a um I get a ticket, but I bet off. So, the judge, he said I'll be in probation or something like that. So, it's expired 31 last year. So, >> do you have your >> Oops. >> And also, she's refusing to do her job because her job is to count. She's a clerk and clerk is also a cashier. She's refusing to do her job. Same as police officer refus job. What should be her punishment? I think it should be termination because she refused to take a payment for a citation and she just walked away from the window. So, where's the customer service at? Here we have a form for um customer service survey. So, where is the customer service if she's not either here at the chair and taking my payment, my cash payment, [music] which she said that she accepts cash? Period. Point. She say how she accept cash. There's no sign saying that it has to be pre-rolled. Coins have to be pre-rolled. There's no sign. So I asked her to show me a policy or anything says that money they accept has to be pre-roll. There's there's no policy in the state of America. In the state of America, there's no policy. Even this right here, it says please continue use of phones or whatever. That's not a law. That's their rule. So they should be be they should not be on their phones, not us. We don't work for them. We come and make a payment or whatever service they need. Here is a service whatever. Look um she didn't um she walked away. See a clerk cashier clerk right here. >> She want to take the payment and that's that's her job. For example, you go to Walmart and pay just like this. They can't say no. Money is money. Cash is cash. And each of these right here is actually 4 cents. It's actually more than what it is. So right now she right now that's considered stealing time because she's not even um at the window. >> I'm trying to make a payment and she walked away from the window. I'm about to leave. So, just count it up and put on the tab. If it's anything less than what it is, just mail me the bill in the mail. Okay. So she she walked away from the window. I have no customer service right now. So the security they was cool. Um I didn't call window clerk. She's not even here for customer service. She was she walked away. supervisor. He came up. He was okay. He's okay. Um, professionalism. Uh, she probably make a rules and He about make a rules and See, they both See, I got I got to do this. I got to do this right now. So, I'm not I'm I'm write her name down when I get a second. But right here, security, they was cool with this. Excellent. He checked the bag and stuff. Telephone clerk, I didn't call, so I'm leave that blank. Cashier like was a courtesy. She had courtesy. She said cash and stuff like that. I do fair. She stopped counting and walked away. Ah, gotta be poor. Ah, supervisor came up. We trying to make up rules. He said his name after I ask him twice. He get a three. Professionalism. Yo, I didn't call. So, let's the telephone clerk. Let's throw a line through it so they won't try to lie. I didn't call the telephone clerk right here. I didn't call >> customer service, please. >> Um, window clerk. That's a one. She walked away. She walked away. Walked away from window during payment. Miss, >> she's not here on video. She wearing that little office thing right over there. >> Mhm. >> Anyway, supervisor, let's see what he say. That's going to be blank right now till he come out. I guess I don't know what he doing in there. I try to make a payment. It's going to be like she want to she want to count this and that's her job to count. Come on. Yo, demonstration knowledge of court options. [sighs] The telephone thing gets out. Got to make a phone call. Window clerk. Oh, let's see. Cuz she's trying to say I gotta roll it up. That's not knowledgeable really. He finds that from roll up too. That's that's right. Till we know what they got to do. Um attentiveness of staff. >> Oh, they they Yeah, they here. They present cuz this other staff down here. Everyone know got somebody. If she need help counting, she ask somebody for count. Oh, >> ma'am. What's your name? I got to fill out this form for customer survey. with a K or with a C. >> Okay. I name say Christina name this year cuz it's be Christina for the city of Plano. >> Uh I'm the only Christina again. >> For the city of Plano >> for Okay. You got to name this place somewhere. I can spell it right. >> It's K R I S T I N A. >> K R K R I S T N I N A. >> Okay. And don't want to give a last name initial. So don't worry about that part. Did you know that there's other roles here that you refused to take to? It's been there on video on video when you walked away and it's been placed there. No, >> it was worn >> on video. Yes, it was. I I I can't lie on video. >> Okay. >> Okay. See how they see how they trying to lie and stuff when she ain't look. >> And you still got to count these up. Or if you need assistance, you can ask your other clerks >> cuz that's going to be left there. >> Can you show me a rule >> or you going to get suit wiser for me? But Jose Okay, that's cool. That's cool. >> That's cool. >> So this money right here, you you you presentate this part. He's he's coming now. Cool. Great. How you doing? So So can you show me any documentation that says you can't show? >> Hey, the tell start accounting. >> I won't. >> It's going to be left there. So >> you can leave it there. I'm going to give you a receipt for what's wrong. Oh, that's cool. I'll leave it there. >> Excellent. I'll leave it there. >> So, you can't show me no rule. Nothing like that. >> You can't show nothing on paper saying that you have it has to be pre-rolled. >> You can't show nothing. >> No. >> Sorry. >> I can't I don't have anything >> cuz there is nothing. >> Okay. >> So, can So, she got to take payment. >> No, we won't accept it. >> You won't accept my payment? >> I won't accept on rolled coin. >> Put that on Put that on my receipt, please. >> It'll be on your receipt. >> Say that you >> you have it recorded. >> I understand. But can you can you can you write it down for me? >> Can if I get pulled if I get a warrant I get pulled over. I'm going to say I try to pay. >> Sorry. >> I don't know. You have it recorded. You can just show the officer. >> He He don't got time for that. >> You I know all officers out there. He They don't got time for that. Yeah, I do. >> They know me. >> Let me give you a receipt for this. >> No problem. This right here. You refusing to take this part? >> It's going to stay there cuz we're not accepting it. >> Oh, so so basically that's refusal. >> I'm not accepting. >> You're refusing it. I'm not accepting coin. >> Okay, that's cool. That's cool. So, if someone if someone owe $406, you take 16 cents. >> I won't accept on roll coin. >> So, you ain't going to take 16 cents. >> It's It's 16 cents. Won't fit in this roll of pennies. >> You see, >> hey, hey, >> hey, that's not my problem. They lucky you got that. Lucky that was rolled. >> And um do you have any complaint forms? >> I'm sorry. >> You have any complaint forms? This right? No, that's not good enough. >> I got to put that on details. >> You can write it. I'll gladly accept it. There's your receipt for the wrong point, sir. Have a good day. >> Can you Yo, can you put that You You refuse to take the rest. >> Can somebody put that They refuse to take the rest? >> No. >> So So So all right. So basically I wanted Jose can catch a question. Can I ask him a question? Jose I ask a question. >> Can you call him back? I have to ask him a question. Um, >> is he coming back or no? >> I mean, we gave you your reason. There's nothing else that we can do. >> No, I I have a question. >> What's your question? >> Can you It's for It's for supervisor, not for you. If if if I can ask you the question, what would I ask? I The question is for him. It's not for you. If I could ask you a question, I would ask you a question. Like it's the question's for him. >> Is he coming back question and leave? >> Jose, can I ask you a question before I leave? Can he hear me or no? >> No, he can't hear you. Oh, >> okay. I'll wait for you to go get him. >> [clears throat] >> You just add this little bit up. >> You said you accept cash and you refuse to take cash. What is it? Say please my money. Yo. Is she coming back? >> Can you go get your supervisor and tell him come up to the window, please? Cuz I've been waiting. >> I'm sorry. >> No, you better. >> Say what I'm talking >> in his office. No, >> he's not in his office. >> Can you go get him for me? >> Yeah. I need supervisor. >> I need to talk to him. I need to ask some questions. >> I'll let them know. >> Thank you. Chris Chris Matthew Ar Matthew Aratthew Thank you, mister. >> Another ticket. You have another question? >> Yeah, I do. I do. >> So, two questions. Three qu three. Two or three. >> Okay. >> All right. So, do you have any complaint forms? This not this not complaint form. This is a customer service form. >> I don't have a complaint. >> Do I have a complaint form? Okay. Cool. >> That's the only form that I have. >> Okay. Cool. >> You're free to write whatever you like on that form. >> Uh I read the email. Um if you don't have a form. >> I have a Yeah. Email court.gov. >> Okay. I can remember that too. When she walked away, >> right? and stop counting, right? Is that stealing time and refusing to do her job duties? Cuz it says cashier clerk. >> So when she stops, >> so when she stopped, I'm educated. >> She asked to I guess she must have stopped to ask me a question. >> I don't know why she >> Okay. So she stopped to ask you a question. So now when there's money here and she only count what she felt like counting, did she refuse to do her job duties >> as I told I told her to accept the role? Okay. >> So that creates a fourth question. >> Is there any rule or policy that a citizen when paying a fine has to provide all coins >> pre-ro? That's simple. Yes or no? >> I don't know. >> You don't know. >> Okay. This is what I'm going to find out per the video. >> And she could lose her job. But I don't want her to lose a job. I'd like for her to finish counting money. >> Okay. And if you roll in, >> you don't want Listen, she can help count. You can help her. >> We're not that far off. I don't want to lose her job. >> Yeah. I don't I don't have it rolls. You know, this gets deposited. So, I can send it like that. >> So, that's why probably has to be rolled. I'm sorry. >> All right. So, when people pay money, right, you put the coins in the um in the draw. Correct. >> Yeah. But you're talking about like earlier you said >> we almost done. I don't want to lose a job. >> Earlier you said 16 cents, but well, let's use that. That is not I mean if you want to pan but >> but all the citizens all the citizens look look all the citizens that stand in line is going to have more than 16 cents added together. So look so look I I understand who you trying to do you trying to help her. I understand but you helping her lose her job for not doing her job. >> I don't understand why you brought all those >> the city of Plano pays her to count money and you allowing her both lose your jobs. >> I'm a big YouTuber. You don't want to do that. >> You're what? >> I'm a I'm a big YouTuber. >> Those cops know me. Okay, >> those cops know me. >> That's fine. >> And I want nobody lo I want nobody to lose their job. But if somebody's not doing their job, what do you think should happen as a supervisor? If somebody refuse to do their job, >> thank you so much. >> You don't know what should happen if somebody refuses their job. >> Know what happened? >> America's going to see this. America's going to see this. And and you want you want them to say you should get fired? I >> I don't know. >> I'm really big. >> I don't know. >> Wow. So I finally help her out. She you and her could lose your jobs. I don't know. I'mma contact the city. >> I don't know. >> Okay, but look, I'mma gather this up. I'm going go to a different window. If they refuse to pay, they lose their jobs, too. >> Okay. >> All right. You You refuse to take the money. >> Good luck with your channel. I mean, you want to >> You want to You want to do some applications over the weekend? >> You want to You want >> On Monday morning, I'm making a lot of phone calls. >> You want You want to go ahead and put that on there so I can look it up later. >> You going I I guarantee you will see it. No, no, no, no. I guarantee you will see on your phone. It pop up automatic. >> Okay. >> Especially if you work here. >> Okay. >> All right. You sure? I'm trying to go different window and make a payment. >> You received for the wrong point. >> Very good. >> And I provided more money. You you refuse to take. >> Are you done? >> I don't want I I don't want you to lose your jobs. Can you please just finish counting it? >> Are we done with that question? >> Oh, we we done. Oh, the last question. Do you want to finish counting my payment? No. >> If you roll it, yes. >> Okay.
