These people right here, I'm not sure if they be intoxicated under the influence of any type of narcics. Most of them have no assurance. Most of them be on the phone. It's changing information. Some people got no insurance, no license, no registration, and the cops is is what mostly what they do. Investigate traffic accidents is what they mostly do.
