is going to show officers responding to
a call
about a man who overdosed or took too
much
of an unknown substance i like to show
this kind of interaction
because i think the general public has
an impression in their mind
of what happens when an officer responds
to a
run involving a person who is high and
might not be acting like a normal
individual
so i'd like to show this kind of run
just to show
this is what really happens the majority
of the time
these are the situations that you don't
get to hear about
because i'm going to go ahead and spoil
the inning for you
this situation doesn't go bad for the
officers or the man who
took the unknown substance a couple of
notes
when the officers go into the house that
initial part of the interaction is
actually going to be
redacted it came to me that way from
records
there's some rules regarding the inside
of somebody's house
being redacted until officers have a
physical interaction with a person
i left that part in the video so that
you can at least hear what the officers
heard even though you can't see what
they saw and i
i think a lot of people will find that
interesting or at least informative
i will also warn you that there's a
moment on the
ambulance when the man believes he's
going to throw up
so i did put a little text warning in
the video there and i give the
opportunity to skip past that
