hit the
curb he me
ma'am he man hello hi reason I was
pulling you over is you driving without
any lights at all completely dark all
right you have a driver's license in
turn session I don't have a driver
license you don't have a driver license
how many or in the back it's just the
three of us okay yeah it's just the
three of us you don't have a valid
license at all no no okay let me see
your
ID is it your car or who this it um it's
my car it's your car do you have the
registration and all that
you don't have it in there oh that's
fine all right M favor go and step back
for me
yes okay over here yes all right there's
time right here okay all right like I
said the reason I pulled you over is
you're driving without any lights at all
okay um where are you coming from I was
going with my friends okay going with
them but where you coming from I was
from El Paso and then I met with my
friends okay and you're going where to
right now I was going to go home go home
yes you still live on Willow yes and
your friends are going with you yes all
right M um the reason I pulled you out
is the uh the lights yeah yeah well that
but the reason I pulled you out of the
car is I can smell alcohol coming from
within the vehicle and then speaking to
you here I can still smell it on your
breath okay so I'm going to ask you how
much did you have you have to drink
tonight M like three shots three shots
what time was your last shot at M like
11 yeah 11 yeah okay I want to do some
feel soet tests I want to make sure
you're okay to drive okay first thing
I'm going to do there's the two more in
there two okay all right stand with your
feet together like this hands down to
your side all
right you see the tip of my pin here
okay what I'm going to do is I'm going
to need you to follow the tip of my pin
with your eyes is I an Eyes Only without
moving your head okay you're going to
follow with your eyes only M you
understand yes okay
right here the tip of my B
okay right here the tip there you
go keep following it okay mhm
it's okay to
Blink come on
all right I don't know if you realize
you turned the wrong way on or one way I
think I have huh I don't think I have
you don't have what like realiz that I
turn off oh yeah okay all right can you
um can you imagine a straight line in
front of you yes okay so what we're
going to do okay put your left foot on
that line like this are you okay in no
sandals yeah okay put your left foot on
that
line okay no your left foot left yeah
now you're going to put your right foot
in front of the left foot like this heel
or toe
sorry yeah you can take them off you can
take them off that's fine sorry all
right did you want to pull up your pants
or just like that no it's okay yeah all
right all right we're going to start
over Okay left foot on that line like
this look give me light right here so
you can see me all right you see my foot
there you go now right foot in front of
the left foot he the toe no heel the toe
like this look at mine heel the toe
touching Heel To
Toe all right now hands down to your
side arms down to your side now stay in
this position until I tell you to move
do you understand mhm okay when I tell
you to start what you're going to do is
you're going to take nine h of toe steps
on that imaginary line okay not until I
tell you to start okay I'm okay again
you're going to take nine h of toe steps
on that imaginary line when you get to
your ninth step you're going to leave
your front foot on that line take a
series of small steps to turn around can
you tell me when what's up yeah I'll
tell you when okay okay and then you're
going to take a series of small steps
turn around and then going to take nine
heel to 12 steps back on that same
imaginary line okay M okay on each step
I need you to look down at your feet the
whole time count your steps out loud so
that I can hear you keep your arms down
to your side and don't stop until it's
been completed you understand okay for
demonstration purposes I'm going to do
three steps you're doing nine okay it's
going to look like this if you can look
at me if I'm being honest I had like
four shots I don't want to tell you guys
yeah yeah you you told me you took four
shots wa okay you want to do the test
yes okay all right I'm then sech some
purposes like I said I'm going to do
three steps you're doing nine it's going
to look like this okay look at
me one 2 3 not yet not until I tell you
go back okay and then you get to the
ninth step like this turn around small
steps and then nine he to tep back one
two three okay now get back in that
position left foot on that line and then
right foot in front of
it okay no left foot and then right foot
in front of
it no no right right foot in front of
the left okay there you go all right and
you may
begin if I'm being honest I can't you
can't do that okay we'll move on to the
next test okay go back over here buy
your
sandals you I don't know if you want to
put your sandals on it's fine it's up to
you but I'll I'll tell you what the test
is and then you can decide if you don't
put your sandals on okay okay when I
tell you to start what you're going to
do is you're going to I'm sorry I just
get you just want to get arrested
yes
okay you are under arrest for driving
under the implant
