I tell him, "You're not free to leave. You're detained at this time." Uh he proceeds to ignore me and proceeds inside the house. Uh requests my supervisor said that I'm not detained. You have no way to prove it that I was speeding. >> Just because you say you're not detained doesn't mean you're not detained. Stupid. >> Is this Is this his house? He Yes. Okay. Uh secure and go get a search. I guess it's infraction, right? It's all the guys. There's an infraction on him. >> Yeah. Elijah is his first name. >> You want to talk to me? >> Well, he said that he wanted my supervisor. I said my chief is on his way. >> He said there was no way he said. >> So, you have obstructing. >> Yeah. has committed any crimes. >> What's his name again? >> Elijah. >> Hey, is Elijah here? >> Uh, he is. >> Can I talk to him? >> Okay, I'll let him know. >> Okay, thank you. >> Okay, >> so he's expecting the supervisor to come. There's a knock on the door and he sends his wife, "Make sure you're holding the baby while you answer the door." That don't make no sense. He He's up to something. >> You're welcome. >> Do you know this is a character? >> You want to take me in custody? >> What's that? >> Take me into custody if he opens up. >> She's willing to cooperate then. Elijah, come out here so we can talk to you for a minute. >> No, I'm not coming out there. This is my home. >> Okay. Well, we need to issue the citation. So, >> and that's fine. >> So, can you give this officer a chance to So, we have two options. Okay. Here's the thing. We can issue this citation and you can plea your case to courts. >> Mhm. >> Or I'll take you to jail right now for obstructing delay. >> Okay. >> So, do I mean it's up to you. >> I said he could give me the citation already. Well, then come on out here so he can finish this up. >> I don't need to go out there for him to issue a citation. So there's no further >> Yeah, you do. You need to stand next to your vehicle cuz you he told you you weren't free to go yet. He needs to issue citation. So please go there by wait by your vehicle. >> Mhm. >> So that way he can issue citation. >> That makes no sense. I have things >> that makes no sense. I made it home and got into my house. That means I'm exempt from everything that happened before I got here. It's homebased. Slate gets wiped clean. >> You have two seconds to go by your vehicle and let him issue a citation. or I'm going to place you under arrest. >> You're going to come on my property >> or you're going to be placed under arrest for obstructing. Take your pick. >> Obstructing what exactly? >> You're obstructing his investigation into a traffic. He's trying to >> No, there is no >> If you feel that the injustice has been or what >> we're watching you obstruct right now, you idiot. >> You can apply. You can take it up to the courts, but I need you to go buy your vehicle so he can give you the citation and you can be on your way. You're you're stretching this out way longer than what it needs to be. It's a speed ticket. Uh-huh. >> Okay. >> Speed and ticket. So, can you tell me even how he would determine speed? What is your >> Okay, that is something you're going to have to take up with. You can fight that part. >> Okay. Cuz I'm getting tired of you guys hanging out here. This is my home. You're going to sit here and try to do a speed trap right here. >> You notice he's complaining about a a speed trap near his home or whatever, but he never once denied speeding. >> So, no. If you want to issue a citation, you go ahead and issue a citation. >> Come out here, wait by your vehicle. >> No, I am not. >> Come out here, wait by your vehicle. Oh, because then once I leave my private home, then that gives you reason for arrest. I am on my private home. >> You're right now you're about ready to go to jail. >> Yeah, I don't trust you guys. I'm going to go ahead call my lawyer and call the city attorney and then we will come out here to have your >> You have no right into my home. You have passed the threshold. Get your foot off of my door. >> You need to come out here to finish. >> Go ahead, call the attorney. >> You have no right to run into your home during a traffic stop, stupid. >> That's fine. You're more than welcome to. >> You have no right to come in here for a speeding ticket. >> Okay. Get your foot out of my door. >> Well, it would have been a speeding ticket, but you decided to run in your house. So, now you're obstructing and probably fleeing since you were detained and you left. >> I've already heard about you as a chief of police. You're cricket. >> You just call him a cricket. >> Get your foot out of my door. I know you have no problem breaking the law. Get your foot out of my door. >> Dude, stand right here. Do me a favor. Stand right here so he can issue a citation. >> The sheriff's department. >> Sheriff's department's right here. >> Okay, good. So go ahead, call your attorney. >> Okay. This is not necessary over a speed ticket. Okay. >> Call uh call uh >> Yeah, I know. Exactly. What are you saying that for? Of course, this isn't necessary. >> None of this was necessary. Wait in your car. He said you could even stand by your car, take your ticket, then go in your house. It's all over. He might be fishing for a lawsuit. >> Go ahead. Call um call our neighbor here and call Silus as well. >> Okay. >> Okay. So come on out here so we can issue not. Okay. >> Go ahead. >> Okay. >> Yes. >> So are you going to come out here so he can issue the citation? >> Not at this time. No. Until I have further witnesses to >> Well, you have a deputy here. So you have two options, like I said. >> No, that one's very cricket. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Yeah. We know every cop is a cricket. Step out here. >> No, I am not. I am getting witnesses and then once I have other witnesses here, then I will step out. >> No, this is not how this is works. >> That is how it's going to work. >> No, it's not. >> Okay. You're under arrest. >> No. >> Open the door. You're under arrest. >> Out of my house. >> Our house. You >> get the out. >> I'm coming to our house. >> Open the door. You're under arrest. >> Don't commit crimes and then run into your house. Stupid. >> I'm going to tase you. Open the door or you're going to get tased. >> Open the door. Get tased. >> Open the door. >> No, you can't. >> Open. He's under arrest. >> He's under arrest. >> Arrest. Open the door >> or you're going to get tased. >> What's I don't have their number. >> Open the door now or you're going to get tased. >> See, he was informed that he was under arrest before they entered his home. So, I don't see the controversy there. But, you know, I could be wrong. I've been wrong before most of the time. was placed under arrest. >> Open the door for the witness. You're going to get tased. >> Wait. >> Are you saying you are not allowing me to call? >> No. You're under arrest at this point. I'm calling a witness. >> You're under arrest. Open up. Help. Push the door. >> No. How do you do that? No. >> Because he's under arrest. >> He's not under arrest. Daddy, my daughter is here. Get off of me. >> Yes, your daughter is here. And he probably shouldn't do that in front of your daughter. This is on him, honey. >> My daughter. Taser. Taser. >> No, I thought it. >> Yeah, you zapped the resistant right out of him. Let's watch again. >> Taser. Taser. >> No, I thought it. >> Stop resist. Stop resisting and get tased again. >> Stop. Help. >> Stop resisting. Help's already there and your dumbass husband is fighting him. >> Are you going to get tased again? Help. Obie, help. I'm out of my >> Stop resisting or you're going to get tased again. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Oh my god. Necessary help. >> Call. >> Hello. This is [Applause] This is not necessary. >> Tell him that. >> Daddy. >> Is that his daughter? I thought it was his wife. Could be his wife. She could just call him daddy, which has always been weird to me. Kind of gross. >> This is not necessary. >> Not on all the way. >> Yeah. Okay, we're going to roll you up. Sit you on your >> I got it. I got it. I got it. >> I got it. Watch me. >> Get off of me. We'll roll over. >> So crooked. >> This is so crooked. He didn't in his own home. >> He was placed under arrest. >> He was not. >> He did. >> He was not. >> But he was. If the cops tell you you're under arrest, you're under arrest. You can disagree all you want to. That's not going to change that fact. Place him under your request in our house and our dispatch stage meds. >> I'm fine. I'm fine. >> Stay seated. Stay seated. I'm going to stand up. >> No, you don't listen to this position. I have nothing to do. >> Please go. >> So, it's our daughter. So, it is her husband. She calls him daddy. Weirdo. Send them in your car. Okay, we got probes. [Music] If that guy's a former deputy, then he should have known the entire time how this was going to go. It doesn't matter how many times you call him a cricket. That's all I got for him. Go to police activity, read up on the case, whatever, and let me know your thoughts in the comments. We'll see you on the next one.
