[Applause]
Yes. I need your registration and
license. My name is Sergeant Malinelli,
Coen Police. Okay.
Listen, we got a report that someone
went off the roadway that uh with a
vehicle that matched this description.
You know anything about that?
Where you heading to tonight? Um
where's home at? Um Ocean Grove. Ocean
Grove. Yeah. Okay. Where you coming
from? Um,

house at?
So, at
[Applause]
um Yeah.
What were you doing at your mom's house?
My mom?
You have anything to drink tonight?
Yeah.
Right.
You have your license? Yeah. Where's
your license plate?
In the back. Yeah. It's not back there,
though. It is. What? Is it in the back
of the car?
Okay. All right. Let's keep looking for
that license. All right.
Why isn't it displayed?
Because um
I'm sorry. That's okay. I just What's it
Why isn't it displayed? So, because it's
really rusty and I bought the car and so
I put it in the back of the trunk. Mhm.
Got it. What am I looking for here? It's
the boxes. Oh, the box. All right. So,
listen. Was the first one? Yeah. Yeah.
You want to get her out? Yeah. All
right. So, listen. I'm going to be
honest with you, okay? What's your first
name? Ann. All right. I'm Sergeant
Malignelli. My partner right here is
going to get you out of the car. We have
some questions for you. Okay. Okay. So,
he's going to open the car door. Leave
your keys where they
are. Right there. Perfect. Thank you so
much. All right. So, just what I Yep. Go
ahead. He's going to help you. Okay.
No, I'm going to He's going to help you
cuz we're on 34.
Get to the back of your car, miss.
Okay. All right. I want you to uh face
me. Wait. Nope. Don't put anything in
your mouth, please. All right. And keep
your hands out of your pockets, please.
Okay. All right. So, you wear glasses? I
do. Okay. Do you have any other issues
with your eyes or anything like that?
Okay. You just take your glasses off for
me.
Sure. All
right. All right. Miss, you see where my
pointer finger is? Yep. All right. I
want you to follow that with your eyes
and your eyes only. Don't move your
head. You understand? Yep. Okay.
All right, miss. We're going to go up
and down. Okay, you still see where the
my pointer finger is? All right. I want
you to follow with your eyes and your
eyes only. So, don't move your head.
Okay.
[Applause]
[Applause]
Okay. All right. Miss, you put your
glasses back on for me. Okay.
[Applause]
Miss, do you have any uh health issues
with your legs? Anything that would
prevent you from walking?
Okay. Yeah.
All right. Would that prevent you from
doing any any tests that I'm about to
put you through walking or standing on
one leg? Uh maybe potentially with the
left leg. Okay. Well,
all right. We'll take that into uh
consideration.
No. Are you leaning I don't want you
leaning up against the car. All right. I
want you to take a step off the car for
me. Take uh come over here. Come over
here for me. Thank you.
You want me to turn off? Yeah, turn off
those lights.
So, no other injuries that I should be
aware of, anything like that? Just know
I
Okay, I'll take that into consideration.
Your left leg. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. Okay. All right, miss. So, now
what we're going to do is called a walk
and turn. Okay. So, I'm going to
demonstrate the test while explaining
it. You understand? Yeah. All right. I'm
going to get you into the starting
position. All right. The starting
position is your hands by your sides. I
don't want you to get into it yet. All
right. I'm going to explain it first.
All right. The starting position is
going to be your right foot in front of
your left foot with uh the heel of your
right foot touching the toes of your
left foot. Okay? I want you to get into
that uh position
now. Okay?
So, when I tell you to, don't start the
test until I tell you to. You
understand? All right. When I tell you
to, you're going to take nine heel totoe
steps towards the patrol car there. And
then you're going to take nine heel
totoe steps back. Okay? I want you to
count each step out loud. And I want you
to look down at your feet while keeping
your hands by your sides. It's going to
look like this.
Okay? 1 2 3 and so on until you reach
nine. On your ninth step, you're going
to plant your lead foot. And with a
series of small steps, you're going to
turn around and then
continue one, two, three, and so on
until you reach the ninth step. Now, I
only took three steps. That was for
demonstration purposes. When you
complete the test, you're going to take
nine. You
understand? All right. All right, I want
you to start.
[Applause]
[Applause]
Okay. Someone have their patrol phone on
them. Um, my car. Yeah. You want to grab
it for me? All right, miss. So, the next
uh test we're going to do is a one leg
stand.
Okay. So, I'm going to get into the
starting position. Starting position, I
just want you to have your feet together
with your hands by your sides. Okay. I
want you to remain in that position
until I tell you to start the test. You
understand? All right. Now, with a leg
of your choosing, it can be either one,
you're going to lift it 6 in off the
ground with your toe facing forward with
your toe pointed out. Okay? And you're
going to look down at your toe. You're
going to count out loud 1,001 1,002
1,003 and so on until I tell you to
stop. Okay? While you're doing it, I
want you to look down at your toe. I
want you to count out loud in the manner
that I've told you to and keep your
hands by your sides. Do you understand?
Okay?
All right. Whenever you want to begin.
Where you going? You got to stand up.
You can't be across. Put your foot down.
Pick it back up, please.
[Applause]
You ready? You can start.
You're done. Okay. All right, that's
fine. All right, miss. Turn around and
put your hands behind your back. Okay.
You're under arrest for uh driving while
intoxicated.
[Applause]
Yeah.
You want to ask for a 17?
All right. So, listen. I'm going to take
this off with you, okay? Cuz we can't
have that on um around your neck. No.
Okay. All right. Where did you put that
um that uh cough drop? Cuz I have to
take everything out of your pocket. I
think it's in uh it's in this pocket,
wouldn't it? You don't have anything in
your mouth? No gum, cough drops,
anything like that.
Asking you a question. Just answer.
We'll be out of here, right?
You want your
purse? Okay.
Just watch. It gets a little slippery
here to the sand.
All right, just going to reach around
you here.
Yep. Thank you.
Thanks.
All right. Okay. Thank you. You want to
step up these stairs to your right?
Yeah.
smarter than you
are. Right. There you go.
Stand back for me. I got to open the
door. Swing out. Okay. Thank you. There
you go. Good. Excellent. To your right.
To your right. Nope. Bench. Stand up.
Stay standing. Stay standing. And then
face away from me, please. Okay. For
sure. Thank you. You're
welcome. This is so
congenal. Good.
Thanks. All right. Well, I got to take
the other one off. Oh, well happens
right there. Sure does. Yep. I
know. Okay. Thank you.
Mhm.
going to need your right
hand. Oh, wow.
Hey, there you go. All right, miss. You
have anything? I need you to open your
mouth for me. Okay.
All right. Thank you.
Miss, you don't have any Apple watches,
smartphones, anything like that on you?
Okay, I just got to ask. Thank you.
code.
Um,
stop. Where is it? It's insion.
[Music]
[Applause]
[Music]
No. Where are my car keys? It's with
your car. Oh, well then how do I get
into my house?
Oh. Oh. Is it on the keychain? It is. Is
it
because we're not set? Oh, no. Well,
listen. When I was you were out there, I
tried to help you and you kind of caused
me out a little bit. So, well, it does.
It does. If you didn't, I could have got
your car or
your I mean, I need like I need to I
agree. Yeah. Thanks. You're
welcome. All right.
[Music]
Okay. So, right here,
[Music]

Don't do this nonsense. How?
Yes.
We just go for the machine. And then you
wait to the machine for then you talk.
Is that how it works? Wow. That's scary.
Okay. It's like uh Elon
Musk
weird of life.
Well, I'm so glad that I uh got a really
bad guy off the street said this is what
you do to me. Thank you. And um here you
go. Good luck in your life with this
nonsense. Yep.
And then how do I get home?
[Music]
Yeah. Where's my phone?
No, I understand that. Where is
my Thank you. That's what I asked. You
know that,
right? I'm a straight shooter. Yeah.
Yeah, the real
deal. Yeah,
I want you to take a deep breath and
close your mouth.
[Music]
[Music]
Where's my phone? Where's
my in jail?
What I need to do is you need to stand
up in a second and you're going to take
another breath test. Why? Because that
is under the law that you said you would
agree to. So I already did it. So we
have to do multiple breath tests. How we
calculate everything and then we get to
print out and while we're waiting for
that I'm going to give you your
code. I'm sorry. So um how many times if
you do it
correctly
twice and then you give me my phone.
Okay. So if I do it
correctly twice then you give me correct
and then like a really correct that's
what happens when you're under arrest
for driving while intoxicated.
All right, we're ready again. Okay,
let's do it.
[Applause]
Stop.
I smoke
this. Is that range?
All right. So, yeah.
Because how hard should you blow? It
messed up the test. So now you have to
do it again.
So here's the thing. When you're
blowing, blow nice and slow and steady.
You're blowing on. Okay. Okay, my dear.
I can do that. Okay. Yeah. Don't talk to
me like I'm a jerk off. I'm not. Don't
ever me. I do. Yeah,
because I haven't been around the block
and I can appreciate that. Yeah.
And quite frankly,
I'm not a gangster.
Yeah, I know.
[Applause]
All right. And we're running again. You
should
know. You should
know how I want to
do everything the right
way.
Um, yeah. Hallelujah.
Nice and
[Music]
easy. Stop.
Good.
Don't
want to
serve you.
So your
[Applause]
[Music]

Is there somebody else? No. Nobody else.
Okay. Then you have to go to the
hospital.
