who are you here with
any any of you guys's friend no we just
saw them we don't know
he collapsed right here oh do you have
your photo ID on you
no no just have a seat man sit on the
curb have a seat have a seat right there
hello come on see what I mean
let's have a seat there you go here I'll
help you down yeah
I thought you're having a push-up
contest earlier
no nobody understood look at this you
want a pancake pancakes
what am I doing wrong where you coming
from
where's that at
uh
Nae chapter
where's that at
uh
I found myself I know myself you're good
there you go stay seated there you go
perfect
do you have your uh wallet wallet on you
yeah I see something in your pockets
what's in your pocket yeah you're uh
your ID
yeah yeah okay
all right man all right let me show you
a photo ID what why is everyone else
leaving
because they don't really know you
well I don't know I know we're here with
you we can stay for a little bit
how do I do man I don't know
do you have your driver's license in
there yeah where's that at yeah
are you a UC UC student yes
how about a bearcat ID or something I
don't have that all right driver's
license
all right let me see it
how old are you
19.
all right put your UC students so what
uh
what freshman dorm do you uh live in
uh Deacon
oh you're you're in the Deacon all right
how much have you had to drink tonight
a little bit too much too much where
were you drinking at
um where did you come from
um the bar a party
um
I'm also if I give you the information I
could get hurt in worse ways get hurt
we got the mafia coming for you
I didn't say that but oh okay
well nobody's gonna hurt you
okay
let's look at Eunice coming I don't know
sir I didn't do anything well
I was just here to go home with somebody
I think you promised well
yeah sir these guys found you passed out
and then you jumped up and you're when I
pull up you're right here doing a
push-up contest
and now you're kind of unable to stand
on your own
and you're pretty intoxicated right
so maybe I am but sure I'm not gonna
drive my car all right let me go to jail
so
the problem we have is that you
shouldn't have been drinking in the
first place you're not even 21.
yeah but I've been moved to a different
state sir all right see you later take
care good night what's that
I just want the guys to come to do the
paperwork
but there's no reason for any of this
they showed up and you were passed out
on the ground so now we have to get you
medically checked out
what
all this is for you
why
because you were passed out on the
ground people found you
but I wasn't having anyone coming to
find me
his name is Eric
Alexander David what what is what is
your last name
right
Alexander he was passed out on the
ground people found him one of the
students called then he jumped up and he
was having a push-up contest thanks
come on man all right
I got your ID on you got it I got it got
it already
we're gonna take your bottles real quick
all right
did you want to take this
yeah
you guys are good you guys want to go
yeah yeah you're too slow and
he's called out that we're 35 here
nice did you know you did that
I call it who's there 92 11 and 93 11.
well I did so we're like we're 11. we're
like maybe I was watching him with this
push-up contest and other people were
like no this is the guy that's the
problem George leave and I thought your
voice was so I was like what oh
thank you for your assistance
okay
thanks
you say all units
apparently I called out the wrong
I actually called out his number when he
called you guys 35 he said uh 92 113 11
35. is that what he said and so we're
like I was talking to somebody because
we're 11. we both looked at each other
for like 11. we're like maybe it's 12.
we're like oh well it's their beat
anyway
because we were going to message them on
the NBC and be like you guys are double
unit you just take it
I'm sorry
but then we got here
too yeah
domestic thing going on my name is
I appreciate how you guys have treated
me all of you obviously besides drinking
no just drinking that's the only thing
that I have been doing tonight
nothing else if I do anything else my
mom would have my throat ah
I can't even explain it officer I'm
sorry
you are definitely an officer sure
whoever's in your cop car ma'am deserves
a beating
I have not said one curse word tonight
and they have been continuing to pile
that they're using it is just assume my
virginity
who's playing next
his models are good he's good
um
I think the one of the other students
called because he was face down
I think if we would have dealt one we
probably would not have called for you
guys
we'll deal with him when the other you
guys you got to give us thumbs up but
I'm wondering
of the school year we're usually
you got his info
yeah
it's accurate yeah
yeah it's exactly everything
Alex you got a place to stay yes where's
that I do
24
23.
yeah I thought you lived in the Deacon
wait a minute 24 23.
but if I can't get there I have to get
somewhere why can't you get to Deacon I
can't get yeah yeah I think stops at 24.
and then it picks back up at 26 right
yeah
2300 kind of goes up to 2600. come on
man
addresses you just gave us an address
that doesn't exist
you want me to call your mom and find
out where you live
where are your friends at
all right I mean if somebody was killed
it's not the place
well
I guess we gotta take you to jail
oh man
somebody was actually killed oh
I'm gonna be on one of these shows no
way
take me
wow all right
where can we take you where do you live
where are you staying right now live
anywhere you don't live anywhere that's
not the answer you want to give you live
at the Deacon they're trying to help you
out man
they're trying to get your ride to where
where's what you're staying tonight oh I
mean I can tell you where I live at but
that's gonna impartial at me even more
okay it's not even close to where we are
right now guys
huh I can't let you stay here so I'd
like to get you there I didn't grab my
bag drop you off and then we leave so I
don't know I just need to know where it
is to take you that's it we take you
there okay okay I'll tell you you faced
the house we Face the other way we leave
right
just need to know where it is so where
do we need to take you
let's say I had to mail you a letter
what I put on the front of that
where where would he send you where
maintain man Focus
I'm so focused but you're really gonna
try and get me to like
I want to take you home I don't want to
do anything else but you're forcing me
no I'm not trying to all right
where is home well where can we take you
where are you staying
this he doesn't want to help I wonder if
maybe
I mean I don't want to waste the
manpower to take you to take him in but
we're not gonna sit here or play this no
no I'm not it's categories tell you guys
to bring this in
look we can't take you home
you're not gonna like it where we thank
you
I didn't push you guys to any of us I'm
done with him I'm done with it hey I'm
done with this guy we had to figure out
I don't want to take the guys off the
road but he's gonna sit here around
let's just take him up to the station
okay maybe we start some paperwork and
cite him out that's best off turn around
stand up turn around put your hands
behind your back stand up come here
hands behind your back relax
there you go
right then relax hands behind your back
there you go I know put your hands
together like a pram I got a lot of
stuff

that
so do you
what you guys you said the police and
fire came and they checked his vitamins
that's my vitals they didn't have a
reason to like to take him in an
ambulance so you nobody had me in the
first place everyone who lives with just
sold me out it was pretty
I just want to explain this to you this
is just the 527 arrest paperwork because
you were arrested tonight we are going
to let you go in custody of your
mother's tonight okay
um essentially what this says is What
charges are underage disorderly conduct
and the physicist Society we are holding
on to that uh the rest of your
belongings you can take with you on the
very bottom here we have a court date a
time and the location set up for
um August 30th okay you need to show up
to that court date okay otherwise
they'll they'll put a keep yourself for
your rest so is this for the University
of Cincinnati this is for the Hamilton
County Court System yes this is so we
need Mr Siegel again so is this
okay so the address of the courthouse is
right here what the room and time it's
all here okay um what I need from you
Alex is a signature so
um
right here it says defendants signature
I need you to assign that acknowledges
that you have uh received the copy of
this paperwork
okay Alex Stop yeah okay
I'm 75 of everything signing that I
think he'll remember it which is part of
the legal aspect wow it needs to
understand it's a court date so what if
he doesn't say that then I have to yeah
I mean he's in custody with me you see
my dilemma yeah Alex you have to make do
you understand the court date we will
come okay yes and we will be there okay
so you understand that well yeah you
understand everything I just explained
to you
good all right that works for me okay
thank you so here's the final signature
line sign there for me
okay
I think okay
I bet you guys see it all
it's it's quiet yeah this is early
because yes
this is your copy so hold on to this
because it has the address and date and
time for you okay
so if you have any additional questions
about that you can you guys can always
contact us here okay on how to confirm
that if you're confused about any of
that that's totally fine and this is

keeping him safe I appreciate it
so there's your stuff buddy here's your

it's actually insulted we're glad that
you're okay yeah I'm glad you're okay
