turn westbound so you failed to yield on
him too so I was looking at you looking
at your behavior your driving behavior
not only prior to the construction
uh uh right there's another infraction
that we had there okay so that's why I
came my eye on you and stuff are you
willing to submit to standard field Sur
test no you're not I I
so I'm very
nervous okay and I I've never been
pulled over in my life before okay and I
understand that like I said I'm I'm
explaining to you where we're at right
now okay based on your driving behavior
the infractions we have at the time your
behavior in the vehicle as resp speaking
to you okay that that gives me enough
based on my observation and and the
clues I have at this point that you're
possibly under the influence of an
intoxicating liquor is what I'm what I'm
determining at this point so that's why
I'm making you know to ask you if you're
willing to submit to a standard field
sobriety test and if uh are you willing
to submit to standard Fieldy test or not
can I have a a question yeah go ahead if
I were to
decline h that wouldn't make me
automatically
like uh suspect to it I guess so that
that's the question it's it's either you
submit to Center fys test or you don't
it's it's just a question I have for you
before we continue with anything else
I'm just nervous like I have never been
pulled over before we get that we
understand we take that into account let
we're not trying to obviously you know
we're not yelling at you we're not
trying to intimidate you we're trying to
make this as an easy as a process but
based on those clues that I have at this
point and observing you driving I mean
it it tells me that you're not not only
because of the infractions that you you
know it's almost potentially you almost
hit a a motorcycle that turned and you
felt to yield you were on his on his
behind him on his ta the whole time
until he turned into the Shell gas
station uh but it's it tells me that
you're not able to safely drive or
operate a motor vehicle um you know not
just cuz of the time but at all on the
road is that's you know I'm making my
obser obervation and the clues you're
giving me and the infractions we have at
the time and that's that's where we're
at at this point so right I just have to
continue with my investigation and
that's that's for tting so like I said
um I know you're nervous you know we're
trying to make this as easy as we can
for you but uh this is where we at
because obviously I can't let you go
back on the road on your way because of
your behavior and how you're driving
right unsafe driving so that's the
question I had for you is you willing to
submit your standard fil surri test I
would say no you would say no I would
say I am
very nervous about this and I do not
feel that
that
specific like time with the
motorcycle person didn't really reflect
my self
