in the bag never pulled it out or
attempted to pay for it and when she
paid for those items she went out the
grocery door where I stopped her on the
sidewalk and brought her back here okay

how much money did you have on you when

grabbed
items totaling $158 it's not even close
it's not even close like you had $130 of
makeup that you stole and then you
grabbed $158 worth of
items so like the excuse of being like
well I just forgot kind of how much
money I had it doesn't really work see
what I'm saying cuz you could just grabb
$70 of items and then and then paid for
the
makeup instead you just did you really
come in here with any intention to pay
for that makeup I did you did

it just doesn't add up to that being the
facts I don't know maybe I was I don't

$200 to spend and you paid for $158
worth of items why didn't you pay for
$50 worth of

stressed and overwhelmed and anxious and
I didn't want to ask to put it back so I
realized that I spent too much yeah but
if you had $200 you could you could have
bought $50 worth of or $42 worth of
other
items right I guess but that's all that
was 200 yeah I guess so you just thought
I'll just steal all of the
makeup instead of paying for some of it

restriction from property this is a
trespass for all Walmart properties in
the United States this means you cannot
come back to the parking lot or the
building okay if you do you'll be

you steal with this in effect it's an
automatic felony no matter the price

stole uh items valued at less than $750
uh make sure to read this in its
entirety the prosecutor should be giving
you a phone call or not a phone call a
some sort of Correspondence in the
mail 3 four weeks you don't hear
anything in three to four
weeks
um the case number
is on here right there call this
number ask him about it because you
don't want to get a warrant issued for
your arrest okay warrant gets issued for
your arrest you go right to jail
straight to jail
so I don't think you had had any intent
to pay for those items okay you said you
had $200 you spent $160 and stopped and
all the items you didn't pay for were
Cosmetic in nature okay so you didn't
you came in here with the intent to
steal those items you did it's not true
it is um because you would have paid the
$200 you had but you chose to stop right
there so
um yeah you told me your budget was $200
you spent
$160 yep and you spent
$160 so you still had $40 left you could
have purchased some of these but every
item of this type you didn't purchase
which leads me to believe you absolutely
intended to steal those
so
okay there you go you are trespassed so
if you come back here like officer or
not officer but loss prevention officer
Casper explain to you uh you'll be
arrested okay no more Walmarts ever
again so I hope I I hope it was worth

yeah if she didn't if she didn't want to
steal it she would have just PA or paid
