25 county vehicles. I had to shoot a donkey. As you probably know, we were waiting on the body cam footage to be released showing the shooting of Heihaw, the miniature baby donkey, out of Cedar Town, Georgia. Good morning. Good morning, Hehaw. Good morning, baby. Hello. Yes. How are you? Yes. Well, last night I was finally able to obtain that body cam footage as released by the government. I almost immediately uploaded it to my ex account and as expected, people are absolutely outraged about it. And even donut operator reposted it and is outraged about it. Let's look at the footage. It's not very long and you tell me, was this justified? A few weeks ago, I interviewed the lawyers who were representing Heihaw's family in the civil lawsuit that they filed against the police officer who shot Heihaw. But at that time, they had not yet seen the body cam footage of the shooting, which they said existed, but they didn't release it. And now we can see why they didn't want to release it. No, they didn't call her at all to say, "Hey, we know you operate a petting zoo. You got children there all the time. Have you seen this little girl wandering around?" No, nothing. They just went into your property in the middle of the night without any notice whatsoever. Is there body cam footage from the the shooting? Well, so again, I'm simply reading from the police report. According to the police report, only officer Gardner had his body cam on, but they have not. I I've sent I've sent open records requests and demands for preservation of evidence to every entity under the sun in Pulk County, to the fire department, the sheriff's office, to the Department of Agriculture. Nobody's producing it. They're all saying it's an active investigation. Have they shared any of that footage with your client? No. No. That kind of tells us what we need to know, right? Generally speaking, if this the officer in in question here claims that this one-year-old little puppy of a donkey was charging at him such that he was scared for his safety and had no choice but to but to use deadly force. If the video actually showed that, I have a strong suspicion that by now we would have already seen it. Generally speaking, and again, this is just based on my experience. When the body camera exonerates the police, they blast it all over the place. Everybody gets to see it. It's on their Facebook page and their ex account and their Instagram and whatever other social media they have. They're putting it out there, uh, calling press conferences, letting everybody know, watch this video. Look at this video. It exonerates our cops. And by the way, I like when they do that. I do. I really do because then it eliminates the question of whether the police acted incorrectly in that given case that we're talking about hypothetically. However, in a case like this where there's an uproar with pitchforks and torches and people all over the country want to know what in the world happened. How did this sweet little donkey end up getting killed in its own pasture when it was most likely doing nothing wrong? And you know this little donkey, he he's he's probably wondering why in the world are there people on my property in the middle of this field at 1 12 1 o'clock in the morning. So he was just a curious little donkey who's used to people coming up to him who's used to going up to people. So you know I would be shocked to see in that video if they ever release it this donkey just running at him like a a rabies infested donkey of some sort so to speak for lack of better words. And why would this police officer be so scared of his own shadow that he felt the need to execute this donkey, which is what it sounds like happened here? And again, until we see the footage, we have no way of knowing. We know from the owner, we know from Miss Israel that this was the sweetest little animal that ever lived. There's no way that it would attack anybody. Just no way. Hi, Heiho. How are you? Good morning. Good morning, e-haw. Good morning, baby. Hello. Yes. How are you? Yes. So, here's the footage. Unfortunately, it starts off with no audio because the officer had not turned on his body cam until after the shooting occurred. And then the body cam goes back and grabs some of the video footage to show what happened, but unfortunately there's no audio. So, here we see the two police officers in Heihaw's pasture and they have what appears to be a blood hound and they're searching for this missing child who apparently was later found with no issues. And that's basically all that happens. Hehaw trots towards them and then this is the moment that Cedartown, Georgia police officer Trenton Garner shoots Heihaw. I've censored it a little bit. I will link the raw unedited footage if you want to see it at the RAW channel. After being shot, Heihaw turns around and runs away from the officers. And that's pretty much it. Shortly afterwards, the officer hits his body cam, after which we can finally hear the audio. And here's what they say to dispatch. Recording shoot. I don't know. 25 county. Be advised, I have to shoot a donkey. I apologize. Firearm discharged at a donkey. It was trying to attack us in faster on the track. And that's the end of the body cam clip that was provided. Nowhere in that body cam clip did we see any footage of Heihaw the donkey attacking either the officers or the blood hound. What we did see was footage consistent with other footage that we've seen of Heihaw being friendly. What does he do? You walk into his field and he starts trotting towards you because he's a friendly little miniature baby donkey and they want to come up and see you. They want to greet you. That's all that I see in this video. Good morning, Hehaw. Good morning, baby. Hello. Yes. How are you? Well, that and the absolutely disturbing footage showing this police officer executing that baby donkey. But it probably shouldn't surprise us. In the last video, I showed footage of the shooter's dad, the shooter's father. When people were out protesting in front of the courthouse, the shooter's father actually showed up at the scene in what appears to have been an attempt at intimidating the protesters who were there for Heihaw. The shooter's father ended up physically attacking a journalist who tried to ask him a question. Because first of all, you look like a dick. Okay. Uhuh. Chad. Chad. I'm telling you, you best go some [ __ ] way. He immediately chose violence. I would submit to you that the apple clearly does not fall far from the tree. Again, if you want to watch this horrifying raw footage. I will post it at the raw footage channel. You can also find it on my ex account. Let me know your opinion though. Do you believe that this was justified? If you want to help get justice for Heihaw, share this footage far and wide. Remember, our rights don't end where your fear begins. Freedom is scary. Deal with it.
