it's the same ones I'm so sorry the same
ones okay all right I'm officer want
this thrs the police department the
reason for the Stop is cuz somebody
called in and said that you guys were
possibly driving
intoxicated you have license restoration
Insurance
[Music]
IA a dude hurry up I don't have my cuz y
have my car
impounded my ID is in the car yeah oh my
God all right going step out for me
please oh my
gosh yeah I just want to say my ass or
[Music]
something hey come back over
here look over
here what's your name
Lissa there right there
ready quick
one all right
Lissa can you stay right here like this
hands down at your side feet together
you got anything to drink
tonight a little bit but not a lot how
much is a little bit like one beer like
one beer or exactly one beer one beer
one beer one beer that's it what kind of
beer was it a do Keys beer how big was
it whatever the size of beers was it a
big one toall boy no a beer like
whatever the beer is okay are you able
to see without those
glasses no cuz not I mean I could try
okay can you can you see my finger the
tip of my finger right here no I really
can't I'm that blind I you can't you
can't see my finger at all no at I have
to put these on okay try it again okay I
well I need to take them off with this
test okay can I borrow those no cuz I
can't see without them I understand that
I'll take that into account okay can I
see those yeah can't see without them so
one beer that's all you've had okay so
for this test all right I need to sand
with feet together just like that hands
on at your side okay and I'm moving I
tell you to do otherwise does that make
sense yeah besides your glasses do you
have any head injuries no you haven't
been in a car crash recently anything
like that no do so are you able to see
the tip of my finger right here
barely but yeah barely but do you agree
this is the tip of my finger yeah okay
so you have any trouble turning anything
like that walking balancing anything
like that no no okay so this Destiny
just stay with feet together hands out
your side all right I'm doing that okay
what you're going to do is you're going
to follow the tip of my finger with your
eyes and your eyes only does that make
sense yeah do you have any questions
no eyes and eyes only
okay so I know asking but do you have
any knee problems ankle problems
anything like that no so you don't have
any trouble balancing on one foot
walking turning anything like that I
don't think so you don't think so or no
I've never like being diagnosed with
there or but you don't have any trouble
walking balancing my knees do hurt like
I'm wobbly on my knees cuz they do hurt
I got arth artist
all right for this next test we're going
to move over here okay this is a little
bit more flatter ground over here okay
okay I got to do my job okay yeah I it
can you come stand right here for me
please face this
way okay for this next test I need you
to have your hands down at your side
you're going to put you're going to
imagine a straight line can you imagine
a straight line from your left foot that
goes on forever about the width of your
foot wait
left like up no did you right now put
your hands put your feet together hands
on your side okay your right foot front
of your left
foot just like this my foot yes H to toe
just like that okay right foot in front
of your left
foot okay he to toe just like this he to
toe just like that got it well these are
CL just like mine Heel To Toe got it
wait you're like your foot is way in
front of mine it's heel to it should be
just like this
wait okay hands down at your side okay
you're going to stay in this position so
I tell you do otherwise okay my balance
is way off does that make sense okay
wait right foot in front of your left
foot just like how I am okay okay it at
the tip of your right foot I need you to
imagine a straight line from the tip of
your foot that goes on forever to him no
just listen to me okay just like how you
are right front front of your left foot
this is the starting position okay at
the tip of your right foot need you to
imagine a a line the width of your foot
that goes on forever can you do that
yeah okay you got to pee though you're
going to use that line for this test
okay you got to pie of that can hurry
does that make sense what I do okay
you're going to use that white that line
tilt the toe the toe hold on to get back
you get back in that position for me he
wait let
okay Heel To Toe you're going to take
nine Heel To Toe steps using that line
okay hands down at your side should I go
right now no just listen to me
okay hands down at your side go Lissa
where'd it go I haven't even explained
the test going hands down at your side I
got a be look look at my foot tilt C
just like this that's how you need to be
you're not like that
okay
to side My Generation in your generation
okay hands down on your side look at me
just like this ready ready okay go okay
you're going to use that line to take
nine Heel To Toe steps okay you can look
down at your feet and count out loud
okay just like this one two 3 you're
going to use your lead foot plant it
take a serious a small step just like
this watch me so you know what to do no
I'm watching and take one two 3 I took
three for demonstration purposes you're
going to take nine does that make sense
hold on nine do you have any questions
about this test before you begin it I
think so do you want me to show you

off the ground about the size of Coke

ground all right you're going to count
loud 1,1 1,2 1003 so on and so forth
