I didn't see anyone. Okay. Um, I tried waking up John. Try waking up John. Okay. Um, he he wouldn't move. He was un unresponsive. Um, and the car was still burning. Yes, the the firestone was starting to head towards the back. Okay. Um so I was trying to get him out like I I rolled over him out of the trunk. Okay. And I was trying to pick him up and and get him out of the trunk. Mhm. But I couldn't couldn't get him out of the trunk. And I I rolled away from the the car. I started crawling crawling away from the car. So you rolled over him to get out of the car. Yes, sir. And then what happened? What happened? I tried to get him out of the car, but you couldn't. I couldn't. I started crawling away from the car. And as I'm crawling away, I could hear the car, you know, things breaking. Um, airbags started going off, window started shat shattering and um um we were in a open field um there were four white containers. I don't it looked like kind of water or uh gas containers next to my car. Okay. Um, and um, I I was there for a bit while laying on the ground cuz I was afraid that if you know that they were going to come back around or I didn't know where we were, so I didn't know what kind of streets they were or whatnot. Okay. So, um, you're doing very good, Ishmael. I I just lay on the ground for a while. Okay. Uh after you remember when you say for a while you remember how long is the I want to say about like 15 minutes. 15 minutes sir. So you lay down for about 15 minutes and waited. Yes. So they won't come back. No cars came. There was no traffic. The car was still in place. Yes. It was the car didn't stop uh like raising fire. Uhhuh. So I was already walk I started to walk away. Okay. you know, cuz I was trying to get to help. Okay. You know. So, what did you do after you waited 15 minutes? You start walking or you start? What do you No, I started walking cuz I was in pain. And um it was dirt roads. Okay. Um I was walking on uh a straight path in the dirt road for about 45 minutes. Okay. And then it broke off um off to the right. Okay. And um I heard traffic in that area. So I started You heard shots? Traffic. Okay. I heard traffic towards the right. Okay. So I started walking that way. Okay. Uh for about 20 minutes. Okay. and I ended up reaching um some highway or state. I don't know where exactly. Okay. Um I was walking down the side of the road trying to get someone's attention, you know, yelling for help walking. I was walking on that road. I was walking for over over an hour and a half total from time I left my car to the time that the cop found me. Okay. Who found you? It was a police officer. A police officer found you? Yes. Um cuz I was waving anyone down that drive by. No one stopped. Okay. You know. Um and end up being the cop. He pulled over and then another cop came and that's when, you know, they they got to me. I told him that I was shy. I told him about my friend and then confirming my friend They confirmed your friend. Yes, because um they sent someone to the the area that I described and they found him in the trunk. Um Okay. And then after that, I was with the ambulance the rest of the time. Okay. And so they piss whooped you, put you in the car, set the car on fire. Yes, sir. And they shot at you in the car. Yes. And then they left. You crawled out of the car and escaped. Yes, sir. Okay.
