and put your arm straight down at your
sides. You're not to move from this
position until I instruct you to do so.

to start the test until instruct you to.

going to have you do is I'm going to
have you take a series of steps, perform
a turn, and take a series of steps back.
I will demonstrate for you how I would
like you to perform the test. So, you're
standing with your right foot out in
front. You'll begin walking and counting
aloud going 1 2 3. I have only done
three. You will go all the way up to
nine. Do you understand?

 Okay. Once
you're at your ninth step, you'll keep
your lead foot where it is at and use
your rear foot to take a series of small
steps to turn around and then you'll
begin walking back down that same line.
Okay. Again, once you start walking down
that line, you'll count out your steps.

 Once you
begin the test, you cannot stop. All
right. What I want you to do the entire
time you're performing the test is look
down at your at your feet. Count out
loud with each step. Keep your arms down
at your sides and make sure that you're

going to be performing a one leg sand.
So when I instruct you to do so, you
will lift with whichever foot you are
most comfortable with off the ground

watch for purposes. You'll be lifting at
6 in off the ground, trying to keep your
feet parallel to the ground as best you
can. Keeping your arms out at your
sides, I want you to look at the tip of

reinstated." And then right down there
at the bottom, it has the length of
suspensions. So, we will be asking you,
you got to do that portion still. Yeah,
back off the top says, "If you take any
chemical tests required by law and are
found to be at or over the prohibited
amount of alcohol, a controlled
substance, or metabolite of a controlled
substance in your whole blood, blood
blood serum or plasma, breath, or urine
as set by law, your Ohio driving
privileges will be suspended
immediately, and you'll have to pay a
fee to have the privileges reinstated.
If you take a chemical test, you may
have an independent chemical test taken
at your own expense."
Then back down at the bottom it says
length of suspension. Um we will be
asking for a urine sample today. Um if
you provide one and test results come
back and you're at or over that uh
metabolite limit for marijuana, you will
be uh facing a suspension of 90 days. If
you refuse the test altogether, you will
be uh put on a one-year suspension and
both of those will take effect
immediately. Okay. So, with that in

your information um vehicle info and
saying that you submitted your urine
test, uh reasons for the stop, urine
again, and that you were provided a copy
of this paper. This is just what we send
to the BMV along with a test um for the

Again, this is not an admission no guilt
under any circumstances.
What can I expect the results?
 Uh
results for urine do take a couple
weeks. I'm I'm going to be honest with
you, there is a chance this all gets
resolved in court before that happens.
So, that's just something that's going
to play out. I
I really can't say whether or not a
prosecutor is going to want to wait for
the urine results or if they come to an
agreement with an attorney beforehand.
It's all dependent. But this is the
traffic citation oi. The date your court
date is actually um in about 8 9 hours.
So it's up in the m municipal
courthouse. Do you know where that is
at?
