more than that it's not a
DUI and what tends to happen with these
cases because you're under 21 sometimes
our prosecutor knocks it down to uh neg
one which is negligent driving first
degree that just means you're driving in
a way that's not safe for other people
and you hadn't you're had signs of
alcohol or intoxication okay so it might
get bumped down to that Which is less
than both the other charges okay so just
keep that in mind this is just misdem
meter stuff really the pruit is just
going to remember you mentioned you had
a question about um what was it you're
on a diversion
program do you remember you mentioned
that so all the PRC is going to do is
see you were on the program you messed
up again and they're going to revisit
that but it's not going to be like all
of a sudden it's a huge charge does that
make sense they're just going to look at
your case again all

um with this the Court's going to reach
out to you they might cover it all in
your next hearing but if they don't then
they'll reach out to you within 15 days
if you have any questions that's the

want to see where things are um usually
if something if they don't touch base on
you with these things it didn't go away
so you want to call that phone number up
here to find out where you are in the
process CU otherwise it can issue if you
miss a hearing it can issue warrant for
your us all
