you want to go back over there I'll come get your info in just a second all right so uh reach down for my lighter slammed into his ass cool yeah not really not really pull his nails off you can come give you a ride or maybe you should not do that then sorry birdie all right bye you giving me some indicators listen yeah woman she's on her way yeah she's on her way I'm not really comfortable with this whole thing at all because right now you're being detained wait what I'm very uncomfortable right now are you on yes yes I am and I'm going to remain on for integrity I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm not gonna say anything I'm not drunk I'm fucking pissed and I'm tired it's divorcism she's absolutely 100 right in what she's doing she told them that I'm law enforcement you can't consume anything you're killing me trying you take 30 minutes that's what they say however it's New Year's Eve now [Music] keep your fucking battery it's a lot different when they ask you in an interview what would you do if this happened right now I'm so proud and so sorry you're gonna make me cry [Music] thank you [Music] hello man I don't know I don't know okay um and you are silver car okay um if you want to go back over there I'll come get your info in just a second all right so uh yeah reach down for my lighter slammed into his ass oh no not really not really yeah he didn't want to do an information he does I just no now I found it okay well okay information exchange all right are you okay oh yeah no I'm good my airbag went off your car's fucked up no absolutely that sucks pull these nails off you can come give you a ride do you want me to let him know you found the insurance thing well maybe you should not do that then [Music] so uh you want me to let them know you found your insurance see if he wants to do information Exchange it's fun okay myself so he mentioned you guys had talked about exchanging information but he kind of had his insurance pulled up we have a couple options with this it's really cut and dry so if you want to just go through Insurance you can if you want a full-fledged report we can do that however you want to go about it um it usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes for me to get the driver's exchange done okay can I get your driver's license and if you have your registration as well and are you the registered owner of the car perfect did you have any passengers okay is he still here okay cool is the guy with a hat on this is all right and you have insurance on the vehicle I need to see my insurance car it should Auto populate if it doesn't I'll come get it from you okay so a couple things one do you mind giving me like a couple feet one because I like personal space and two because cigarette smoke really it tears me up a little bit and he just like I said it'll probably take me about 15-20 minutes and then I'll get that done for you okay no we don't take pictures of it because crashes are civil yeah whenever we do any kind of crash reports or anything unless there's a DUI involved or you know like a hit and run or something a criminal aspect we don't usually take photos yeah yeah just tight LCS from the time for us to go I'm just trying to figure out which lane you were in foreign I'm guessing the car's registered to you yep yep cool thank you thank you you know I don't need that should hypothetically Auto populate give me a second because I'm going to call Priester and see if he needs me to do anything special since it's one of us yep so yeah sorry birdie hey this crash um birdie is so come work it okay I can't remember it's been a long time since I've worked a crash with one of us in it so no he's not on duty he's in his POV but I just didn't want there to be any like conflict of interest type issues all right that was it I just want to make sure all right bye birdie [Music] wait on his way he's not coming good walking home but yep I'm good I'm sure Neil would come get you if you need I mean he's up I texted him what a fucking dude you don't need EMS hey man your airbag deployed I gotta ask I don't know all right one of them days yep all right here's that back and then I'm not sure where your brother went but I have his license too oh okay I'm gonna just go hand this to him real quick and then then we'll be done hello I'm just here to give you your license back thank you sir are you on the phone with the insurance okay so what they're asking for is this number right here that's the report number and then they're probably going to ask you all of this information this is all of his vehicle information Insurance owner driver driver information and then all of your information as well okay um just so you know State of Florida has a 14-day window in which to report injury you don't usually feel it the first night but if you wake up tomorrow and you're like oh gosh it hurts yeah let your insurance company know and they'll set up a doctor's appointment for you okay all right do you have any questions for me sir [Music] oh my God shit yeah well I knew y'all they're pretty straightforward if you do have any questions my name is on the bottom of the page you can call us reference that case number and I'll answer any questions you might have okay all right that's it all right I hope you have a better night all right yeah rough way to bring it in the new year with a bang yeah I've seen that comment I've seen it yeah oh yep all right all right good luck with it are they still in it or no yeah he's still in it is he really so birdie eat you giving me some indicators listen listen woman listen Valdez is coming out just to I'm not gonna lie to you about it she's on her way yeah she's on her way because I I'm not I'm not really comfortable with this whole thing at all but I'm not gonna lie to you about it I don't know I don't mean to put you in that Indie yep yeah so from now on you know how it goes you can't consume anything okay because right now you're being detained wait what I'm holding on to you because I have a supervisor coming to see if I need to do a full-fledged DUI investigation or not so please don't make my life difficult I would never do that to you okay I'm very uncomfortable right now and and I apologize for putting you in that position okay are you on yes yes I am and I'm going to remain on for eign you know you can't smoke right now or you can't consume anything what because if I'm gonna do a DUI investigation it impedes it so you can't consume anything thank you foreign [Music] I'm sorry foreign [Music] 14. [Music] whatever the force is divorce [Music] oh okay what's up not really sometimes it is I get that dog this is a really cute dog fear aggression issues and you can always train a dog traffic home okay shitty spot oil over there I'm pretty sure that's the people I ran into the names will be sitting in their car all right she wants to do DUI to do it I'm not gonna put you in that spot 7 23. she made me aware of real life well aware okay fair enough if we have any Fair years she's absolutely 100 right in what she's doing are they still sitting in their car somebody's in the driver's seat little silver car yep and are they there because she told them you just saw me walk up so I really don't know I don't know that if she told them that I'm law enforcement that 100 percent maybe they're getting a ride I don't know for a lighter it was telling me about those those are your clothes all right you can't consume anything you're killing me trying it's too late now questions okay I think they're with him because he was still in the car so he's ready to go yeah he's good okay is he just hanging out there because his car's all jacked up on the back oh so we have a motel or what is he doing exactly I guess um I think his sister is coming to pick him up I think here earlier took his brother and then now I guess is taking him tired and pissed do what you got to do well we're gonna go to the back of Serge's car okay because that's where my clipboard is yeah that's where the most level ground is and there's a line fair enough I'm gonna check on these because they're bothering me that makes sense thank you hi I'm just okay are you just hanging out no picking them up I want the passenger is not working in this car okay exactly I'm trying to wait and see what's going on what's going on with the driver okay so you're seeing what's going on with the driver and then he's gonna do do we what are you doing with the car that's what we try to wait on to see poison ivy okay so we don't know okay are you all set did you get you all set with your paperwork and everything yeah okay so tow truck is in route yeah you called your own personal tow truck yeah the insurance did okay that's where I was at was I wanted to make sure it wasn't a toe that we call and they're taking too long yeah okay it's up to you I I will gladly call a rotation toe if you would like um usually to get on our rotation toe list they have to come in 30 minutes or less however it is New Year's Eve so I'm gonna leave that up to you if you want to keep waiting for a moment so when I call a rotation toe whoever's at the top of the list comes and gets it and usually takes it to their tow yard and then you can tell your insurance it's at this tow yard and the insurance will come out and take pictures and do everything else go to your house you would have to pay them Capital to your house probably 23 minutes all right that's fine so you've waited on the insurance so you want me to call a rotation time okay 30 minutes that's what they say because that's what part of the park thing is to get onto the list ever yeah it's New Year's Eve thank you all right I'm going to check your eyes please remove glasses if you wear them keep your head still and follow the stimulus it's going to be the blue light at the end of this pen do not move your head do you understand the instructions all right we're gonna do the walk and turn now so if you could I'm going to have you stand on that white line go ahead and face me all right you're going to put your left foot on the line put your right foot in front of it with your right heel touching your left toe keeping your hands at your side like so cleaning leaning okay I'm trying to find the most flat spot I'm trying yeah but I mean it's leaning here let's let's do it this way all right I'm good go ahead and stand here we'll do it this way You're Gonna Stand like this until I advise you to do otherwise do not start until I tell you to do you understand the directions when I tell you to begin you're going to take nine Heel To Toe steps on the line you're going to turn around keeping one foot on the line and return nine Heel To Toe steps on the ninth step you're going to keep the front foot on the line and turn by taking several small steps with the other foot it'll be like so one two three four five six seven eight nine I'm going to take a series of small steps to turn around and return back one two three four five six seven eight nine while walking watch your feet at all times keep your arms at your side and count your steps out loud once you begin do not stop until the test is completed do you understand the instructions you may begin the test thanks one all right one birdie please don't walk away I'm not going to that's it working I can't demonstrate yeah I don't have the fucking balance to demonstrate ask you to do the one leg stand okay you're going to stand with your feet together literally in uniform I can't do this shit three with nothing I'm gonna ask you to do the one leg stand absolutely so you're going to stand with your feet together and your arms at your side like do not begin the test until I tell you to do you understand I do when I tell you to I want you to raise one leg either leg you choose approximately six inches off the ground pointed outward keep both legs straight and watch your raised foot it will look like so while holding that position you're going to count out loud 1001 1002 1003 and so forth until told to stop okay it'll look like this one thousand and one one thousand and two one thousand and three and so forth do you understand the instructions you may begin the exercise what seven thousand seven and eight so nine no Ten Thousand Eleven [Music] 12 13 17 14. you can stop for fucking perfect [Music] so at this time asking you to come with me to the station to provide a breath sample please all right [Music] thanks okay okay [Music] so we don't have any 10A btos unless Guyton is able to break I really would rather not take him up to doj and do it in their BTR room are you foreign that makes my life infinitely easier you want me to call him that was what I was hoping for you know what I mean yeah I know I'm sorry [Music] thank you yes ma'am here would that be like littering or whatever I'm not worried about it okay if it won't snap on and they can't it's hard to fit in the back of the car right I get it they have people that come clean up these parking lots if it was in the middle of the road I'd say don't do that but yeah but it's right here on the side I'm not going to give y'all any greetings I already give it you already given him the police report Okay cool so I gotta teach so it's a different thing for me yeah I gave him the driver's exchange that has all the information it's got the report number the insurance company will get the actual full-fledgment so it don't matter either way they got to replace the bumper anyway well it's probably the whole car right yeah I messed up anyway so um if you leave it right here it just won't be a problem that's all I'm trying to deliver you're good thank you I'm officer shutter life [Music] but his name is Mike what's the name of the math teacher that does the origami she does sixth grade math we have all new teachers because we're at Westwood and 34th so we're straight down 34th we're
