concerned one of the most frustrating
aspects of being a police officer in an
area that is overrun with crime illegal
drugs and prostitution is that you have
to watch people walking down roads of
their lives that you know they will
never make it back from today's video is
unfortunately an example of
that on October the 6th
2023 officers were called a check on
Miss Danielle Wooten she was described
as suffering from mental illness drug
addiction and she was also a victim of
human
trafficking the officers in the area
spoke to Danielle on many occasions and
offered her help sometimes she accepted
the help but usually she did
not one of the things you see very often
as an officer is that taking someone
like Danielle to the hospital
unfortunately doesn't get you anywhere
because even if you place her on a
72-hour hold the doctor on duty can and
off often does override that with the
swipe of his
pen unfortunately this story ends in
tragedy just like so many others do
Danielle Lynn Wooten Danny aged 30
passed away unexpectedly on Monday April
the 1st
2024 she was born on May 21st 1993 in
Columbus Ohio to Danny R Wooten and
Donna Tolson Danny gradu uated from West
High School where she played soccer and
softball she was very creative and loved
to sketch designer clothing she also
worked at Central Point Shopping Center
where she would model clothing she loved
wearing pretty clothes with combat boots
Danny was funny and silly but still
tough growing up with three older
brothers I'm sharing Danny's story and
this video of her as a message to
everyone out there especially young
girls as a
warning do not start down that
road once you do it's almost impossible
to come back
from these drugs do not make you more
fun they do not make you
prettier they will only bring pain and
darkness into your
life don't do this to your family
