incident this one's a little bit
different
and one thing that i would like you to
take note of while you're watching this

is how many social workers and
caseworkers the officers talk to
i'm going to give you the rundown from
my memory
this call was made by a social worker
when the officers arrived on scene they
spoke to
a house manager at a group home then
they talked on the phone
to a social worker who's in charge of
this guy
then with the mobile crisis react team
a social worker responded to scene and
spoke to the officers
so while you're watching this
interaction and the way the officers
interact
with these case managers and social
workers
i want you to bear in mind whether or
not you think
these professionals believe the officers
are capable
of doing the task that they've been
asked to do

he's technically homeless
he's not taking his meds he thinks he's

uh thinks he's a private detective and
he's solving a murder
keeps talking about wanting a gun but he
i patted him down and
checked his pocket searched him he
doesn't have a gun on him or anything so
i don't know what he's talking about
he might get that way he told us he
doesn't want to take his meds because he
thinks it's killing god
and he said he doesn't want to go to a
hospital for
like i said i searched his pockets he's
not cuffed or anything
so he might get that but um

and ride the pink and follow you or do
