the star of today's show is a boy named
Brandon Brandon is 19 years old got
incredibly intoxicated and passed out on
the side of the road this caused a
passerby to call 9-1-1 and say hey
I think I found a dead body police
officers and paramedics responded to
seeing they did not find a dead body
instead they found an intoxicated young
boy named Brandon the officers tried to
take Brandon home but he was so
uncooperative they were forced to place
him under arrest for disorderly conduct
by way of being intoxicated in public he
also found a way to get himself charged
with resisting arrest and consumption of
alcohol as a minor
and before everybody asks this incident
happened on May 21st 2020 this was early
in the covid-19 pandemic the
firefighters were ordered to wear those
masks

[ __ ] resist y'all gonna put me on
that ground like I ain't [ __ ] Bro a few
moments later
[Music]

concerned about you you were laying
unconscious on the road that's why I'm
not unconscious obviously I'm talking to
you you was though over here you didn't
wake up right away
appreciate you appreciate you guys
coming out
literally two houses away from my
[ __ ] house y'all gotta be in [ __ ]
handsome you're passed out on the street
there buddy hey dude hey
do you want to go on the ground you
don't want to do that we don't want to
do that either chill out
[ __ ]
[Music]
hey don't spit in there yeah don't spit
my car you're gonna get a spit hood and
a Hubble you know what that is yeah I
beat the [ __ ] out of me bro go ahead
that's not what that means on me bro I
live right [ __ ] there go ahead listen
guy or [ __ ] you no I ain't got [ __ ] to
say bro Hey listen what's your first
name [ __ ] you dude okay listen my name's
Brandon [ __ ] look me up Brandon
Grimes you got my name you got my
address you got my [ __ ] social look
me up 298. all right man
we found him here he's passed it on the
ground he wasn't responding to the
Medics at first and then he when he woke
up he started trying to get violent with
Medics so we're holding on to him right
now trying to calm down a little bit
Yeah I woke him up in our front yard
about a half hour ago he got mad at me
and said [ __ ] it I'm leaving okay he
made it to this post right here and then
we found him he was just curled up and
balled up on the ground I just seen
those lights and figured I'd come down
and see what the [ __ ] was going on yeah
um I mean right now I don't I don't have
anything he's disorally conduct that's
it so we're running for
for warrants and stuff do you want them
back at your house
yeah I mean if you're going to release
him he can come home that's no problem
okay you think he's gonna be an issue
with you like if we let him loose in the
house away because he went from zero to
100.00 to me yeah but uh
yeah I mean he's more than welcome to
come home okay you think he's gonna
listen to you if uh no he'll probably
leave as soon as you guys drop him off
but yeah we're trying to figure out
somewhere we don't get called back out
because he's passed out somewhere else
on the road
so
have you given the run down yeah yeah
he's back there asking me to take my
badge off
[Music]
yeah so
[Music]
is he does he do this a lot
a lot because here's our options okay
you don't have no warrants or nothing
but we do have disorderly conduct on him
and we're liable to take him to jail
yeah okay so
I mean here's here's our issue okay he's
acting a fool right now
we release him to you
exactly who's to say that he is of age
you guys come back out there has to be
assault on me so exactly so and then no
matter what at that point he would be
going to jail the thing is I have not
committed a crime sir I have not
committed no [ __ ] crime why am I
understand under investigation right now
you are not allowed to [ __ ] detain me
unless I'm under under a criminal
investigation Brandon talk to me man I'm
trying but you keep shouting over me
okay and I'm being detained I'm in the
back of your car man I have not
committed a crime I have
um my name's officer to Brandon okay my
name is Brandon Grubbs
stop yelling at me okay okay I'm trying
to help you out here you trying to help
me out but I'm in handcuffs and back
your car right well it's not mine have I
committed a crime hey Brandon I'm trying
to talk to you yeah yeah oh whatever man
you ain't trying to [ __ ] talk to me
um
you're an officer hello right I sure am
you follow yes
yeah it is what because I'm drunk I've
had a few drinks I'm laying on the side
you know what do you know what the code
section says [ __ ] off dude it says [ __ ]
what you got to say no I ain't answering
no more questions [ __ ] you [ __ ] what you
got to say all right answer no questions
I ain't talking to you that's my that's
my First Amendment right I was trying to
get you back home man yeah I literally
lived three houses away bro so stop
screaming at me and I can help you out
when I'm trying to protect my
constitutional First Amendment right by
by saying what I have to say no freedom
of speech [ __ ] off that is my right and
you can tell me to [ __ ] off and yeah
that's my [ __ ] right to say whatever
[ __ ] I want dude I can take you to jail
take me to jail I don't want to [ __ ]
do it well I don't heard you win
okay
well I literally live three houses away
and I'm protecting my right to say
whatever the [ __ ] I want you're not
protecting it right yes it is because
I'm allowed to say whatever I please
because that's my right it's my
constitutional right it's my first
amendment right you know your [ __ ]
laws right that's your job is to protect
them right apparently I know more than
you do okay okay take me to [ __ ] jail
then because wait you can't because I
haven't commit I have not committed a
crime

you're not going back to your house now
I ain't do [ __ ]
[Music]
