We're setting up for my sister's confirmation party. We just got back from the church. I'm going to ask my mom five hosting tips she has because she's literally the best host I know. >> Hey, don't leave the cushions in the room. Long you think it's going to take to get something done, add an hour. I used to say, "Oh, I'll run around and get things ready and then I'll go get changed so I don't like spill something on myself." It always takes longer and then people show up and I'm still like in my PJs getting ready. Can't stress about the things you wanted to do when you didn't do. No one knows what you were planning. So, doesn't matter. Absolutely two hand towels, but more importantly paper towel towels. >> Why? >> Cuz they get gross and then there's everyone's hands around them. It's disgusting by the end of the party and I forget to do the mid-party wipe.
