I'm concerned that either maybe the
marijuana or the little bit of alcohol

and refusal Revised Code 4511.194

vehicle while under the influence of
alcohol a drug or a combination of them
if you refuse to take any chemical test
required by law your Ohio D driving
privileges will be suspended immediately
and you will have to pay a fee to have
the Privileges reinstated if you take a
chemical test you may have an
independent chemical test taken at your
own expense okay what that means I'm
going to ask you for a blood test today
all right if you were to give me a blood
sample and be over the limit for any uh
substance alcohol or otherwise when I
get that test back you'd be placed under
a 90-day suspension if you were to
refuse that test today which you can do
You' be placed under a one-year
suspension today okay I've already
probation okay I was supposed to be off

things you're being cited for the first
one is OVI the other one is failing to
be in reasonable control of a vehicle
okay um again again any questions on
when the court date is or where it is
18th the 18th at 9:00 a.m. okay just the

this one's just saying that you are
receiving this from me and you agree to
go to court on that okay and she a blood
