behind me that was those two and then they're telling me to get out I'm like I'll wait for the police they called dry calling 9-1-1 they could have gone 9-1-1 because the systems are down yeah and so then the female and the male were both standing behind you and you said they were telling you to leave yeah they're just telling the fuck off they're just tell me the fuck off the injury to you is on got in and walked over here I had a little talk with Victoria she said Johnny you shouldn't do that after Lisa did all that did that for you and I said well I didn't mean to fit on it I didn't fit on it you should have done that she got really pissed off I said gotta be with you she said God be with you and I left okay and you already got checked out here yeah okay yeah okay I had to go to off-road other urgent care to get um okay okay so I'm gonna go talk to them and you know see if they have any footage I don't know you said they were recording video carry out with their cell phone okay and I'm missing my cell phone okay you said you have your stuff in the in the in the back I was tamping out in the back so I can't go back there I go in the back yeah not the property in the city I just I kept having everybody I'm like don't touch them don't touch them yeah um so that was the only time he was in touch is because he did spit um where was he pushed at was it was it out the door no it was inside yeah because I could ask him to leave because um one he's not washing yeah he was making um and I don't I don't have the girls contact info but she works at Hooters but he was telling her he's like oh I want to fuck you I want to put my dick like he was saying that so I was like hey get out of here and he got upset with that um my boss had already warned me about him I should not hurt she's on vacation but she's like hey I just want you to know like this guy might come in because he was a reoccurring problem but I guess it was just worse this time was he he's not trespassed from here from the property no because um the last time they warned him and then they're like and they told me because it was going to be my shift now they're like but if he comes in do trespassing okay and so first I didn't because he like he got Insight with the customer this morning okay and then I kind of just like gave him a look and then he got up and left but then that's when he came back again was saying those comments to that girl yeah he so he was here at 11 he said right yeah last night because I just watched my closer he tried to come last night at 10 55 and we close at 11 and I guess he was trying to get inside my friend's daughter's feet it's just like a reoccurring thing okay yeah so I just want to get like I told him I'm I'm gonna come talk to both of you to see exactly what happened and I'm regardless I'm gonna do the report and see what happened um but he came in at 11 and then he said he was just kind of hanging out here not washing well the first time he came in it was like 8 30 in the morning because that's the one he was harassing was one of my regulars and that's the time she comes in okay um because he'll come in and he has like a boom box and he plays it really loud and my boss has already told him before like to not be doing that but last time she couldn't pick him out to see what I was walking okay um so with this one it was 8 30 and then he did leave when I like just kind of like lingered right there and scared because I don't like to get constitutional yet but especially like because it is only me yeah um and then he came in again at I guess around whatever time I had called so he so he was here at 11 8 30 in wussy washing clothes or was he was in here so each time he was just in here what time did he leave after for the first time for the first time um it was pretty quick so like 10 minutes after and then he came back at what time let me see what time I called you guys at because it kind of all happened like all at once and then I had orders a pair of like right after yeah no no problem okay somebody do you like 11 30 because it was 11 57 that I kept trying to contact you guys yeah I know our phone lines are down yeah there was three other things called like 16 times and then like it like scared me great because he's like he kept doing this to me saying I was gonna go to hell and he was gonna get me and then the phone wasn't ringing I was like oh my God yeah I know and people are freaking out they're trying to find other ways like they had to go through State Police and then they have to relay that to us yeah the time lapse is just yeah so then I had the other girl who opens and the other one that likes out with him come to the lemonade I called her I was like Hey like the the 911 isn't working like me come over here um so she came and then he got into it with her in the parking lot and then he like again this one she was in her car so he spit on the floor and then and who's that her name is Victoria and she they were yelling at each other outside yeah [Music] yeah it's nice and yeah whatever but like you know you give an inch exactly and that's the thing where you you'd be nice you're nice to them and try to give give a little bit of help and they take advantage right so um okay so she showed up talking to him outside and they were yelling at each other out there hold up because all of us we finally got him to get out because the other girl the one who was making the nasty comments too right um she had a guy come in like and then so the guy like he was just sitting on the floor if he wouldn't get up he's like nope I'm gonna stay right here like I'm not like uh whatever so I think it would be kind of call so then this other guy just came and then he's all like you help me through your like uh the devil or whatever so if you want us touching him um and so the other guy just like helped him up but then he could kind of like throw himself back on the floor yeah so that's why I was like nobody like touch it um so he kept trying to do that but then he did finally get up and leave um and while he was leaving is when the other girl finally showed up and then he like went and then was yelling at her inside the car and she's like what are you doing like why are you doing this kind of thing and she didn't that's she doesn't work here the girl no she works okay she's another person and that's Victoria Victoria okay so you can see her on history today is Tuesday so um she comes Thursday so Thursday Friday Saturday morning okay so he got up left and went out this way or that way okay and then and then Victoria was here talking to him for a little bit and then did he come back in no no okay so where where did the incident where he spit and then he got pushed was that before he left yeah so before he left it's it all so okay I guess from the very beginning yes okay well minus the a30 yeah yeah no that's fine so when he came back inside he was on the floor you're here um to a girl yeah she left her right in here okay [Music] because I just looked at him and he's like oh he's like what are you the fucking FBI and he's like why do you keep staring at me and I was like well I keep staring at you to see if you're gonna do any laundry I was like and you're not so I need you to leave and then um he got mad he's like I don't have to fucking go nowhere he's like Lisa which is my boss he's like Lisa said I can be in here and I was like no you can I said it as per policy I said you need to leave blah blah blah you know like that's kind of where it started and then as I'm speaking to him I'm walking towards him because what I do is I have to kind of like yeah um without touching things um and so when I got up to him he's like well you know what fucking fish um and then he spit at me and then like I went like that and then when he did that that's when my person like with me like shove them so when you were walking towards him where did you so he spit towards you okay yeah [Music] okay so your boyfriend was right behind you or he [Music] said I mean okay [Music] foreign [Music] did it almost hit you or where did it went like that oh okay yeah and then he was when he was about to then I was like okay so he got like a bit of my shoe but like otherwise most of it did fall on the floor um I mean I I don't know what happened with my phone like it literally recorded two seconds of like the very ending um but anyway I don't know I don't know if they found him yeah yeah okay so uh so he hopped up and was going to shoot to spit at you yeah but he was Hocking up like a lady to spit at you and then you said you were trying to move away before you did when you're moving he spit um but it was mostly on the floor and then your boyfriend jumped up because he heard him so he thought he would spit at you yeah but he didn't see the initiative just heard it saw it and it went up [Music] and then I don't know if you can go like I don't know if you'll need to do all this but like the girl who works at Hooters she said she did see him and heard him too right um but again it's okay um what's your what's your boyfriend's name Joshua Joshua he spit at you landed next to you and on your shoe and then your boyfriend got up to push him away yes and then he fell on the ground okay and then that's when he crawled like saying all of that mostly towards me because um I was trying to keep him and another customer who jumped up did you try and help me like to not like trying to fight him yeah um and then he just kind of sat right there and again he just kept telling me I'm more like get out what else what other verbal uh stuff was he telling you however besides like you're going to hell is um you're gonna fucking die just you watch and then um when I repeat to him when he's telling me because he's like and I'm Gonna Give You assaulted me and I was like okay but you spitting on me you put on your cigarettes on me I was like it's not like like wrong and then um he the only one he kept saying is I didn't spit on you but he didn't deny anything yeah and he was throwing cigarettes when where was he throwing cigarettes after he went on the floors when he started throwing the cigarettes at me how many cigarettes did he have did you photograph any of that no I didn't it's okay like I said it was like I don't know what happened I was trying to record the whole thing but it only gave me two seconds but there's about three cigarettes so he was breaking them and throwing them out okay and then that was before or after this was so he had discovered the front floor and then he was backing up and asking backing up he was breaking the cigarettes and then he was like here you fucking bitch because you're going to hell like growing with the smoke but yeah I know he's crazy like so there was like a lot going on um and then that's when he like that's when that other guy too well he was already right there but the other guy's like like you need to leave like get out of here and I was trying to hold him because the other guy really was trying to like fight him like he did not put his hand on him um and then that's when he just kept saying like um you're gonna fucking die you just watch like watch and see okay all right I don't seem to me he's the aggressor just talking to him he's being aggressor yeah I mean there's he's like I don't know if he's manic or something yeah no he's obviously has so many issues but he's saying he got pushed he obviously has a welt on his uh elbow um but other than that the way you're telling me makes sense with what he was saying but he's saying that he was pushed for no reason it seems like obviously your boyfriend was trying to protect you because he was you're telling him to leave and then cameras so um yeah whenever your boss should be Thursday Thursday okay I'll try to follow up either Thursday or Friday yeah is she here on the weekend oh yeah okay I don't know if she'll respond because she actually hasn't even picked up my phone okay no I'll I'll try to follow just let her know what's going on and if maybe you could get her to get the video then I'll I'll follow up another time with you okay the only thing this time okay so as long as I could see it and then just visually see it myself and determine like okay yeah you're right like he was the one I I feel like you know book by both statements they're pretty similar and but he's saying he was pushed for no reason but what you're saying is you believe he's he was gonna spit on you your boyfriend thought he was gonna spit on you so you pushed him away yeah so and that one you can very clearly how far was he from you when he spit it when he was spinning it like right here that's going to be the case number okay um if your boss does get the video and you uh you're able to look at it you can just call me I work on Saturday so you can call me then and then I can come take a look okay okay I'm and then what goes from there no well I told him if if it's determined that you're passing no so because he wasn't on the property that I told him if he comes back then we're gonna we're gonna trespass him then okay because then I might have to have my closer because like I said he's camped out back here and yeah and I told him he said he was gonna go to the hospital I told him that I was gonna do the report and then I'm gonna get with everyone involved and see if I can uh see what happened and then from there I'll determined but he said he had some stuff back there I told him look if you need to grab your stuff grab yourself but don't go inside or any of that yeah so that's what I told him and if if he does come back tell your your other workers to call so that way we could trespass him while he's on the property okay and then from there then we could do uh criminal charges on him okay um so that's where we're at once I get the video I just want to just take a look I I
