2020 the videos I was most interested in
making were the ones where citizens
filed false Internal Affairs complaints
against good officers and that is
exactly what we have today today's false
IIA call is a classic example of a
guilty party refusing to take
responsibility for their actions and
blaming everyone around them for their
own
unhappiness the video will include both
9911 calls the false call to the
inspector General's office along with a
video sent in that was supposed to prove
her case then you'll see the entire body
camera video this case was closed by the
office of the Inspector General as not
investigated because an exoneration
would be too much to ask for from an
office that was implemented to hang
officers rather than show that they're
actually pretty good at their job there
uh my brother called and said these pit
bulls from across the street Tred to
attack him he's been uh shed up before
and he's in the
yard and the lady that owns them has
pulled out a pistol on
him um there's a guy across the street
from us threatened us threatening us
with a gun sitting on the floor
yesterday um my dog's got out of my yard
um my dog is 11 years old he's he's not
a threat to anybody um never bit anybody
never jumped on anybody nothing um he
didn't even leave the yard I have it on
camera uh my neighbor had been outside
drinking since 6:00 a.m. and because he
saw my dogs in my yard um and it's clear
as day on camera he starts screaming I'm

going on the dogs come inside they're
they're very well behaved very trained
they're old um and he comes across the
street at me with two machetes two very
big Long Knives screaming that he's
going to kill me um that he's going to

police on him I told the officer that I
have everything on video if you would
like to watch it he said no I'm not
watching your videos my dogs have never
interacted with that man they never went
into his yard I've got it on video um
the police said that then said that if I
don't give the in my name so that that
man can make a complaint on me that um I
would be under arrest
for aggravated menacing the cop
everything's on camera the entire
conversation he was just of no help at
all I go in the house and um I grab a I
grab I didn't grab my real gun I grabbed
the BB gun it does look similar you know
it looks like a real gun but I don't
ever want to kill anybody especially not
something like this so I grabbed the BB
gun and I did point it at him and I said

that man came into my yard with two
machetes threatening to kill me um and
yeah I just need to make a the officer's
name was offic um he even made like a
smarky remark when he brought me the
card and said yeah I left the phone
number on the back for you to complain
on me I yeah I you know I might get the
phone number for the ig's office and go
give it to her so this can be my next
complaint I even asked them for a
supervisor and he wouldn't give me one
um because again this man had been
drinking all day the cops I don't know
if he didn't like women or what but and
of course you know I was upset I'm not
going to lie I was upset this this you
know big six six foot tall man just came
into my yard with two machetes
threatening to kill me so of course I
was I was upset you know um who would it

so I was in the house I let my dogs out
my dogs all are vaccinated I'm probably
the most resp responsible P I don't need

door and said my dogs could got out um I

tied I know that it's broken but they
got through fine you know um she knocked
on my door told me my dogs are not
aggressive at
all they got out and he comes out with a
machete and a stick he comes across the
street threatens to kill me threatens to
kill my dogs and his dog gets out all
the time I I it comes over here I just
take it we're not talking about what
happens all the time we're talking about
what just happened what just happened he
just threatened me that's what happened
because my dogs got out he does have
claw marks and stuff on those aren't my
dogs that's from a different situation I
have cameras I can show you my dogs
didn't he they he he got a machete and
they ran back
home okay but they got loose and they
were over there and he got a machete
that's fine well when his dog so then
when his dog comes over here I can get a
machete if you think you're being
attacked okay then that's what I'll do
fine right I mean I've been bit by dogs
so have so have I I got bit by stray
dogs over here yeah I know just had
stitches so I know yeah it hurts a lot
it does I got taken to the ground by a
couple recently me too you can look at
my record just same thing so I mean if
you've been bit by dogs you'd be just as

neighborhood I that man comes over here

of his dogs when he was in the hospital

you wouldn't even jump on you

them too fine but he didn't machete them
