having some sort of mental crisis
when the officers attempted to help
the sister that was in crisis the
caller had a crisis of her own
so the video that i released on monday
shows the perspective of the officer who
was dealing primarily with the caller in
this situation

today is going to show the perspective
of the officer
who was trying to help the woman in
crisis
while the other officer was trying to
hold back the
sister who was not happy with the police
