he was last seen going towards
i-10 running he was being drugged by a
car for a brief period of time

she didn't see which way he ran because
he pointed the the gun and hit her
and she took off running because she was
the one that was assisting him inside
the car got him out
and then he was like disoriented then he
went into the trunk got the weapon and
then
pointed at her the sheriff and um the
other guy in the truck
did she no the sheriff the sheriff was
with us when
she drove up on our guy right huh that
was our guy
what the sheriff no the sheriff's
sheriff the sheriff sheriff sheriff
our sheriff archer tim kim was here yes
on scene right after because i was
telling you i'm an emt so i pulled to
help yeah pulled over to help
and she pulled over like not even a
minute after me so we were both trying
to help the guys yeah that's the sheriff
yeah she should be here she was she
winning the whole thing i don't know
exactly what happened after that because
i ran but
she was there the whole time all right

but i told her to hang tight before i
was and then
this guy here he brandished at him and
me about five or six
yeah at least six of us okay i ran over
to a truck that had pulled over told him
to give me the phone to call 9-1-1
and uh i he started running at me over
there and
him he opened the door he tried to yank
him out and
out carter so you know
got some issues i'm not our i wasn't
armed so uh
that's when you wished you were well i
don't know i don't know
well true so many people that had
stopped you know and
he pointed it at me i was about it the
the piece of metal there and uh i put my
hands up
said you know whatever i don't know what
i said
i thought i thought in any rack and i
thought
that's when i turned to start running
and i had we had told all these people
to start running and thank god they did
had no clue you were down here well i
didn't either sir i was
enjoying my motorcycle oh that that's
i didn't even think about it that didn't
stop and i thought well there's a lot of
traffic you know there's
debris in the road i'll just kick a few
things out we'll wait
she said i just called i said okay [ __ ]
never do that again

one of the reasons too i i went through
is i stopped because there was so much
[ __ ] around that i thought no that's
gonna hurt my tires

vehicles that are around females
this gentleman just gentlemen here
pretty much they witness everything so
yeah i think it was a five or six total
of us yeah two there

the only gun was a shotgun involved

started running he
he dumped the shotgun in here okay okay
and then a truck drug him about it yeah
they gave me the plates on that one yeah
they're
incredible the guy fishtailed to throw
him off the guy's going like 40 miles an
hour and this dude's just
hanging on the back and uh
yeah they're saying he tried to steal
that truck and yeah he tried to carjack
well he tried to get on her bike yeah i
got on my bike car and then he
carjacked wow there was a right turn
right turn no sir
i was running for cover
i thought we were going so do we have a
missing shotgun still or did he no it's
not that oh he put it back in here so we
don't need to get in there okay oh
that's why we're here

that's what i heard that he was running
with the gun then i heard shots fired

and then he landed up over here
they tried to wake him up eventually
woke up
jumped out grabbed the shotgun transit
to everybody took off my foot
jumped on the back of this truck headed
down the roadway fell off
and then from there i don't know what
happened the rest of it yeah you can
come in our guys have it blocked off
back there by uh shoot
so did you was this guy in the white
pickup truck coming out of the car wash
no
so they told me the kite so it happened
that
he was he was coming here though this
car here was coming straight down
he was hauling butt so he tagged them
the rear
that's where they made contact he was
trying to um they told me this truck was
trying
they didn't tell me exactly where it was
coming from they just told me this one
was headed southbound
at a high rate of speed yeah and then
all they saw was a big cloud of dust
and everything and then they saw
everything put out here
but no one's really remembering the drag
because of everything that took place
afterwards
well the sarah didn't see any of the
crafts just a cloud of dust
he was trying to eject the ambulance i
wouldn't i wouldn't doubt it
and then i don't know what happened
exactly in detail but
he ended up shooting the guy i've got uh
well you already have
yeah every bit of deadly force because
of what happened here when i ran to this
truck he followed me to the truck
and i was trying to say give me the
phone i need your phone
and he pulled the door open and i told
the
the guy let him have the car get out get
out let him have the car
and then he got frustrated and he sees a
truck going by grabs onto the [ __ ]
bed
jesus christ i have never everybody's
terrified these people are
all these years nothing like this not
even in california huh
i was wondering how you got here so fast
i was like how did you get here so far i
didn't even know
i didn't even know she was here i just
stopped
that was my friend i'm supposed to be
working in baylor canyon not even
working today working the project

for the initial crash just so it's not
so much of a conflict i think we should
let state police's recon do it

stuff to state police to handle the
crash
their recon team yeah i think that's
fine it's actually either in this
it was state road state road so they
usually handle them right through here

it's usually a city all the way up until
maine and tortugas

because when there was an ambulance here
and the unit was
had gone down there just there go we're
going down there i said i want to go
and this little thing says to me you're
