Sir, please. I'm going to spit on y'all if y'all take this mask off me. Nope. So, [music] what's the deal with Kevin out here? Okay. We got a whole bunch of calls of someone saying that there was a white male beating up a white female on Emerald Boulevard. She positively identified him as her boyfriend and as the one who was causing problems. Eventually, we get the story from her that he had grabbed her, thrown her to the ground, kicked her, punched her, choked her, and then grabbed a glass Coke bottle and thrown it at her head. So, we arrested him for attempted aggravated assault with a deadly weapon domestic violence. And he went off, kind of. He started trying to drop to the ground, trying to kick his foot in the door when we were trying to shut it, banging his head, and keeping up the act you've seen since we've been here. He'll be able to see the judge in the morning to face the charge of aggravated assault. [music] >> [music] >> Best part about [music] this job for me is when the younger kids come in, talking to them, figuring out what kind of situation they're in, give them some advice the best I can [music] and see if I can help lead them down the right path. 10-10, fight in the kitchen. All right. All right, have a seat. So, he's He shoved you first? >> understand the deal with towel. Swinging the towel doing what? With the wet dish towel, I'm cleaning the table. So, you're not You're not coming at him, you're not popping him with the wet towel, you're not You're just swinging the towel, doing your deal. Yes, sir. And he gets mad. He gets mad. What For what? What was said that made him mad? I don't know. He He turns around. He's trying to cool him for everybody. He's like, "Man, let me pop with that towel. Beat this [ __ ] ass." So, I said, "Excuse me, dude." So, he said, "If you pop me with that towel." All right. Okay, hold on. Just hang tight. We're going to have medical come look at your hand. So, Chance says that this other guy started it, so let's go in there and talk to him and see what he has to say. All right, have a seat right there for me, buddy. He stated he was swinging a towel around, at which point you said something about Yeah, I said, "Don't hit me." I said, "Don't hit me with that shit." And then he called you out on it. And then he said, "What did you say?" And that's when I turned around. Okay, he said he shoved him first. No. Okay. My question is is if he was swinging a towel and not bothering you, why would you even make that statement? >> When When I walked by, he swung the towel He swung the towel around both of them, both me and another inmate. I said, "Don't hit me with that towel." You said, "Don't hit me with that towel" or "Don't hit me with the towel"? No, I said, "Don't hit me with that towel." Okay. And then I walked in the back. You nasty [ __ ] Okay. >> [music] >> Okay. Hey coworker, can you pull up the video from the fight in the kitchen? Oh, yeah. Just pulled [music] it up. Let's watch it and see if we can figure out who actually made the first move. >> [music] >> So, that's him right here. Yeah. And he says he's swinging the towel around and then the other guy says something to him about not hitting him with it. Oh, there it was. >> Right there? Yeah. The young kid did swing that towel real close to his face. Like I said, depending on how wet it was. >> intentional, though. And it wasn't like he was trying to pop him with it. >> it was unintentional cuz he had his back to him the entire time. And then he just mouthed [music] off. The question is who shoved the first one. Oh, there he is, right there. There's one. So, now I'm looking for any action on the kid's part. Yeah. >> Yeah, I just saw his head. There [music] was the first punch right there. Looks like they went at it pretty [music] good. >> Yep. And it was all over a towel. All over nothing. They just lost their jobs. Yeah, it looks like they were >> [music] >> both fighting. So, we'll write them both up. All right, I'll go serve them their review board paperwork. Boy 17, boy 15 1 5. He's staying over there in the corner, but All right, men. As of right now, both of y'all are going to get written up and put on lockdown for fighting, okay? Now, if you're found that you didn't do anything, it's up to the review board and there's a possibility that they might let you off and put you back in GP, okay? All right, men. Appreciate your cooperation. Thank you. All right, we'll go We'll leave here and we'll go down to the other one and and explain to him what's going on, too. All right, men. We saw the video as of right now shows y'all fighting. Pretty clear as day. This is not an admission of guilt. You're have your chance to give your story based on the review board. If they find you not guilty, you'll be let out back into your GP cell and nothing else. If not, if they find you guilty, they'll determine the amount of days you'll spend on lockdown. All right, do you have any questions? No? All right. Thank you. So, I don't understand that these guys have been trustees for a long time and they get into it over nothing and now their trustee status is done. It's time to find some new trustees. >> [music] >> I've been working here for the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office for [music] about 3 years now. I was a bonding clerk for a while, but I've been a CO for about 2 years now. >> [music] >> You never know what you're going to end up handling. Someone's going to have a good day, bad day. You never know. Both hands up on the wall. Damn, dude. You twisted my back. All right, come on. Hands up on the wall. Take a step back. Do you know why you're here? Yeah, cuz they brought me here. Do y'all know what we're going to do from here now? Have you ever been to jail before? I've been to jail, but I've not been arrested, so I'm hoping you're just a good stripper. You should make me a sandwich. No, no. All right, come on. This way. Take a deep breath. I'm not really anxious. I'm thirsty. Once you're done with the nurse, I will get you some water. So, what [music] happened? Where'd you guys find her? Her ex-boyfriend's house. She was over there. She was taking a shower. After her shower, she didn't want to leave. He kept asking her to leave. She was causing a disturbance. She refused to leave, so we just had to bring her with us. Has she been drinking anything or on anything? I don't think so. She was just screaming. Screaming? And singing. So, Yeah, he invited her last night and she didn't want to leave today, so he called us and we took her out. Well, thank you. All right. I haven't done anything wrong and I haven't been arrested. All right, yeah. Come over here and have a seat by this young lady. >> I'm listening to you. Tell me where to sit. If I stop, you're going to tell me not to. Right here in this seat by this nice young lady. >> have to get all, you know, All right. How did you know you're a nice young lady? Cuz you didn't open your mouth. Are you nice? What does that even mean? All right, come on, Brandy. Right here at window three. Window three. How do you work? How do you work? And how are you today? >> Fine. How are you? I guess I'm a little fine myself. All right, anything that's highlighted is asking for your signature or for you to answer a question, okay? You're not trying to trick me into marrying you, are you? No, I'm already married. Well, so what? Okay. Do you consider yourself to be gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, or non-conforming? Yes, no, and maybe. I mean, I'm I consider myself a a home You know, I sleep with men mostly. Okay. Is this the first time you've been arrested? I've not been arrested, but no, it's not. Okay. And then hand them to me, okay? Okay, don't run off with them. It's the only clothes I own. All right, this is a smock and blanket. You're going to stay in here till we're ready to process you, okay? You do know why you're here today, right? >> No. So, you don't know you went somewhere and they told you you got to leave and you didn't leave? >> [music] >> Where were you? I It is a It's so confusing. I wasn't trespassing. Okay, we're going to process you in a few minutes, but you were under arrest today for criminal trespassing. The reason why you're in this cell specifically is because what you said to the nurse made her think that you might be a little depressed and you were acting a little erratic. >> Okay, well, that's so far from the truth, but then I could have been mistaken and just thought she was like somebody else. But then again, I mean, what's erratic? It wasn't like I was passed out on the floor or anything, right? Well, it's just for your safety, okay? I'll bring you something to drink, okay? No, no, no. I mean, to do that. Anything but water. Okay. All right. Thank you. She's obviously got some issues. [music] She's got some behavioral issues. She's not really listening very well. Oh, okay. Cuz he just got out maybe two, three hours. Right before that, I think it would be probably been here less than a week ago before that. >> Yeah, he had about five or six of jail ID cards on him. By the time he sobers up, [music] he'll be cool and relaxed and everything. >> [music] >> What is going on? Are we having a problem? >> Ricky. A sandwich? [music] I'll see if they have any, okay? Don't kick and beat on the doors, okay? I'm finished talking, man. But Ricky, you know what happens, right? Okay, you know what happens, right? Yeah, after he finishes his exercise. >> [music] >> And the doors open up and they leave me outside. I'm going to go home to my family tonight. I've been thinking about my home.
