We don't miss a thing. >> If it's funny, if it's wild, baby, let it rain. >> I got you. >> Don't skip ahead. No, not tonight. >> We lock into the moment >> and we ride that way at some point. We watch it together. We stay on it forever. >> Hit that and you pick the funny. I pick the drama, too. We pause on the comments like, "Who said that to you?" You smile on the screen. Got me in the zone. Every little reaction made this house. Late night, same room, same move, same show. If the thumbnail says go, then we already know. >> Slide over here. >> Don't skip ahead. >> We ride that way at some point. We watch it together. Trending. We stay on it forever. >> Hit that play. Bring that. You and me. >> Can't beat the beat. >> If the world goes fast, we slow it down. >> One more video. Turn it around. >> Talk back to the screen. Laugh till we cry. >> All night. We in this thing for a short time, but a good time. Okay, never been here before. I'mma talk. If you don't like talking, links in the description box. I take no offense. Just please let us enjoy ourselves, though. All right, Omar. Guess what, Omar? Detective Litty commented under my channel, under my video. I said, "I'm in. I'm here. I'm in the body cam world now. You can't tell me anything." Okay, so um all these are viewers suggested. I'll uh let's just start off with one so I can get back in the chat and say hello to everybody. I forgot how to get my chat to pull up in my platform. So, I'm be back on my phone. Okay. So, the first one says, "Alcoholic pilot calls mom to rescue him. She gets cuffed." All right, good morning, y'all. Here we go. >> I don't want him to get in trouble. Like, he's an airline pilot. >> Can I call my mom? >> How old are you? Can you come up here, please? >> Your son is an adult. >> I'M GETTING A LAWYER. >> On August 5th, 2025, deputies in Florida responded to a residence after a woman made multiple 911 calls, reporting her fianceé was physically blocking her from leaving their home after she attempted to call off their wedding. Upon arrival, deputies approached the caller standing on the driveway to find out what had happened. Here's what the deputies did next. >> Hey, what's going on? we're getting we're engaged. We're supposed to be getting married in February, like 6 months, and he has a problem with alcohol. And I told him, I said, "If things don't change, then like we're done." >> Okay. >> And we had like we've had like some fights recently where like he's gotten like kind of aggressive and like his hands on me. So last night, like after that fight, he's like, "All right, I'm going to I'm going to be better. You know, I'm not going to, you know, drink anymore." And then I went to work yesterday and I got home and he was wasted. I was like, "What is going on?" And then we got into another fight and I somehow got like he was like preventing me from leaving the house. He took my phone. I had to come back here with my sister to go get it. And even then, she she had to go into the house cuz she's like, "All right, I'm going to wait inside the car like like if you need me, like I'll go inside." So I went in here and of course he's still drunk. He blew up all of my family's phones and I was like, "Okay, this is what's going to happen. This is our new plan. Like, we're not getting married anymore. If you want to continue to work on things, whatever." But then he was preventing me from leaving again. He was pushing me. He was screaming at me. And then he has this this gun in this like this little safe thing. It's like this little bag. And he like ran over to the office to like go get it. And he's like threatening to, you know, if I leave or if I dump him. Did he hold the gun in his hand? >> No, he just It's in this like this bag. This like carrying bag. >> Okay. >> Cuz he just completed like FFTDO training. He's actually like an airline pilot. >> Okay. Um >> I don't want to get him in trouble. >> No, you're good. Listen. Um >> I just want to get my stuff. >> I got you. So you came here, you told him you weren't you don't you don't you just want to call off the wedding and everything, right? And then you tried leaving. He would he blocked the entrance >> the door. Wouldn't allow me to leave. >> Okay. And then >> did you tell him get out of my way? I want to leave. And what did he say? >> He was like, "No, I'm not. I'm not allowing you to." I'm like, "All right, well then I'm going to call the cops." >> And what happened with that? You called and then it came in as a 911 hangup. You said like it was a mistake or >> I know because he's like, "Okay, okay, okay." And then he like started to back off and then I hung up and then he like started to do it again. And I'm like, "Jacob, let me get my stuff. Like stop or I'm going to call." And then he was doing it again and then that's when I called for a second. I hope they're still not gonna get married because she said we're supposed to be getting married in a few months. Let me >> All right. >> Sorry, I'm trying to get my thing away from their logo. Um, yeah. So, this is real body cams, by the way. Um, but yeah, I hope they're still not getting married. Like, what what are you supposed to do? He keeps holding you hostage and and you're still going to get married in a few months? Like, what are we doing beyond this point? What's going on here? >> Do you know we're here? >> Yeah. I told him that I was calling and then of course he was like, "Oh, okay. Okay." And he sat down on the couch. Okay. >> He's drunk right now. >> Yeah. >> Drunk enough to where he's like intoxicated to the point where he's not going to be able to communicate to me. >> I think he'd be able to communicate with you, but I saw it there was like a bottle of of like Havana Club in >> He's not going to be stupid with that gun or anything, right? >> I don't think so. >> I'm going to go talk to him. >> Hello, Sheriff's Office. Jacob. >> Hey, sir. Can you come to the door? You have any weapons on you, right? >> No. Awesome. Come on out. Talk to me. What's up? >> What's going on, brother? Can I just patch you down? Make sure you ain't got none. Thank you. Hey, I'm Alex. How are you, Jake? >> Hey, nice to meet you, Jacob. What's going on today, man? Stepping over here, bud. >> Thanks. Wherever you >> So, so what happened today? What's going on? Why are we here? >> I'm not really sure. >> Obviously, a fight occurred, right? >> No. >> Is that what we heard? >> Typical typical stuff, you know? arguments, you know, typical stuff. So, >> you guys going through a breakup or what's going on? >> Just typical arguments. I don't know. >> How uh how intoxicated are you right now? I can smell it. You know where you're at right now? >> So, why are you guys here? >> Well, we're here to investigate a domestic. Okay. That's your girl, right? Fiance. She called. We're here. Okay. Obviously, something happened between you guys. >> Arguments. Yeah. Typical stuff. Okay. >> He used to drink a little bit and like occasionally would get drunk, but it was never like this. And >> he's never been physical. He's like, I don't I don't want him to get in trouble. Like he's an airline pilot. He's in the the air guard, whatever. Like he just went up to Milwaukee for drill before he went to Milwaukee. We got into a really bad fight where like he like choked me. He shoved me so hard to where I fell on the ground. And >> Was he drunk? >> Yeah. And I told him, I said, "I can't do that." Like, "What? What are we do? Like, what are we doing?" >> Yeah. Once they do it, they're always going to do it until they get help. No one blocked the door to each other. She wanted to leave. No one blocked the door. >> Not that I'm aware of. No, >> not the story I'm getting. >> Okay. Yes, I can smell alcohol is on our bingo card. You should be on Virgin 8. It is on our bingo card. And yeah, what does a typical argument look like, Kim? cuz she was like it was, you know, it was wasn't one of our typical arguments. What does that look like? What do y'all do? Lovable said, "I Trinnon, I would answer your question, but I want you to get it from the horse's mouth." Oh god, that doesn't sound good, Lovable, at all. >> So, you can be you can be honest with me. There's that >> crazy. I know people lie to the cops, >> arguments, you know. I I Dude, I I mean, >> how long you guys been together? >> Almost a year. Jacob, do you do you want to give me a sworn statement to everything that happened today? Basically, a sworn statement is um everything that you're telling me. We're going to we're going to say it on the record for my body cam. >> Whatever Whatever you need, whatever you need. >> Okay. Well, I do need that. So, the time is 10:52 a.m. August 5th, 2025. Person interviewed is Jacob. Sir, are you under the influence of any drugs or alcohol? >> No. >> You're not under the influence of any alcohol. You're not in trouble. You're allowed to drink in your own home. >> Am I Am I being detained right now? >> Oh, 100%. You're being detained. Yeah. 100%. >> Am I under arrest? >> You're being detained. I'm asking questions. >> I'm going to read you >> last night. Yeah. >> Okay. >> Sure. >> Do you know the meaning of perjury? >> Yeah. >> All right. So, I'm just going to explain it just to make sure. Perjury is a crime in the state of Florida. What that basically means is lying to a law enforcement officer while under oath. Uh, do you understand? >> I I know what it is. >> All right. Can you please raise your right hand? I've got it before. >> Can you please raise your right hand? >> Do you swear or refer the statement that you're about to give me the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth? >> Absolutely. >> He is so insolent. Someone I hope Well, I don't know what year this was when this body cam was on, but I hope somebody reported him to his unit. I really do. I hope his first sergeant knows. I hope his commander knows. Who I don't know if they the officers probably don't have to answer the first sergeant, but whoever he has to answer to besides his commander, I hope all of them know. and he needs to get some discipline on the civilian side and the military side cuz ain't no way ain't no way this should be flying. >> Okay. Why am I here? What happened? You said typical argument. Describe the argument to me. >> We had an argument last night, too. I don't know if she explained that. >> Yep, she did. >> She She blocked my number. >> Okay. >> She blocked my phone. >> Good. Now she needs to block you from her life, girl. Like, who said Jamie said, "Lace up your shoes. It's time to go." Okay. Okay, y'all said they said it was 2025. He needs to get in trouble beyond the cop showing up cuz he's he's already being coddled in my opinion. Um, let me see. Cop arm tattoo. Yes, that's a free space. W Kyle, so y'all can take that free space. Yeah, Kim said, "Me too, trending." And he definitely doesn't need to be operating an aircraft. He doesn't. He can't control himself. He's not disciplined enough. And the steps they have to go through before they even start a plane, he's not going to make it. Mm-m. >> And we're getting married, so like obviously there's there's a lot of tension on that. >> Sure. >> Um >> Yep. >> Um and her family has not been nice to me and including her and like her mom and everything like they've been kind of rude. >> Okay. >> And then she showed up here and she was blasting me. She was so rude, so mean. And we got we got into an argument. It's there's nothing that I would say. That's >> Does she put her hands on you? >> Yeah, of course. She always does. She put her hands on you today. >> Nothing that I would say was Listen, I listen dude. I >> You can just be straight with me, bro. Instead of twisting it all around. >> I know. I respect what you guys do. I Dude, I'm I'm an FFTDL. Like, I know what this stuff is. >> Then you you you recognize why I'm here. I'm here cuz I have a job to do, right? >> Every time that I go back to like I go to work and I get home late. I have two jobs. I work at the gym and then I work at the hospital. I'm a nurse. And like every time I call him for work, he's drunk. I told his mom on the phone. I'm like, "Okay, so what are we going to do if we get married? What if we have kids?" >> Why are you asking these questions? The answer is we should not be getting married. We should not bring a child into this relationship. What do you mean, what are we going to do if if every time you come home and I think she said she got two jobs. You could do you could do bad all by yourself. It is a real thing. And you probably won't be doing bad. You'll be doing great. This is not healthy. You'll find somebody. Wait till you find Did she say she was a nurse and she worked at a gym? You'll find somebody in the healthcare industry that understands the stress levels or whatever. Maybe you'll have a meat cute moment with a patient, but he's a chop. He's got to go. >> Like the kids are just going to be home with him and I'm going to be at work thinking everything's okay. >> And eventually the kids are going to see the abuse. You don't want them to see that, >> right? And then it's like then what? Like, are they not being are they not going to be taken care of by him because he's passed out in the bedroom? >> Mhm. >> Like, I just it's I don't like I don't deserve this. >> Listen, um I think this is blowing up a little bit. I'm just asking questions. >> Why do you Why do you think it's blowing up? Does that something to do with your drinking being out of control? >> No. >> No. You're drunk now. >> I think I think that's a personal issue. >> I agree it is. >> That's something. But once it becomes now our issue because either you guys can't control yourselves by putting hands on each other or blocking people from leaving stuff like that that becomes our problem. We take we take domestic violence very very seriously. >> I understand your problem. >> So if there's any hint that there's violence >> I understand >> someone's going to go to jail today. >> Okay. So red and said in the hospital this will be reported. Yes. So there's already kids walk house. Oh god. They don't have kids together I'm guessing right now. Um, I saw another one. Noir Angel said, "It sounds like this partnership is toxic and needs to be over. Ain't no engagement." I'm with you. Uh, Sweet Tea says the sheriff's department normally contacts their commanding officer. Good. Um, yeah. Kim says she's still going to marry him. Lord Jesus. >> So, I want you to understand for >> I didn't say you're being arrested. I said if there was any violence that happened today, even hit the violence, we have a duty tag. No, you can't talk to her. Can I call my mom, please? >> For what? How old are you? >> 31. >> Okay. You don't need mommy. >> You don't need mommy if you're 31. >> All right. I did not put my hands on her. Period. >> Have we talked about anything off tape that we did not discuss on tape? >> But did you see he's getting real technical with that language? Did you block her from uh leaving the house? Did you convince her you were going to let her out, but then when she hung up with the cops the first time and she had to call back? Is it because you wouldn't let her out the house again? You You may not put your hands on her this time, but she had to bring up you had a gun in a bag and that you do this repeatedly. Like, yeah, you might have technically not put your hands on her right at this moment. And I don't know if she's hit him back or not. Um, who says she needs to give that ring back while the cops are here? Cuz I agree with you. She may have. They need to leave each other alone. But right now, in the immediate, he can't handle alcohol. He's he seems like he just day drinks. And I I really don't know how he's flying planes. I don't because I'm going tell you right now, security forces smells that in the gate on the way to the gate, it's done. It's done. Um and I think he has probably like taken some nips while he's at drill. I really do. I don't And then if he's a um if he flies planes at drill, I think he also might fly planes as a civilian. Usually that's what they do. if they're not a full-time active duty military pilot, they usually then fly for Southwest or American and stuff like that. So, I feel like he's double duty, possibly putting people in jeopardy. >> Now, this concludes the statement. The time is 10:59 a.m. >> Can you just stand over there? I'm just going to talk to my partner real quick. I get I'm going to get a sworn statement from her real quick and then prayer. >> So, sorry y'all. Mel, you changed your icon. Thank god I saw um who is that? Traveling GMA. Sweet Tina. Oh my god. What's up, Mel? I tried to answer your question in your live. I'm so glad I got to catch you live cuz it's been too long. But I take my argumentative writing essay part of the LSAT this month. Then I take the rest of the LSAT like June 2nd or June 3rd. So, it's getting real. It's getting real. Oh, man. Okay. Oh, and I love your pineapple look. Just want you to know. Oh my god. If I was still like a teenager saving wallpapers, let me tell you where putting posters on my wall, that would be on my wall. >> Injury, stuff like that. >> I don't see anywhere. >> We'll check the shoulders and >> Yeah. >> But you can't see through the shirt. >> She had mentioned you also have a firearm in the home >> that did you threaten to use it on yourself because she >> It's locked. >> Okay. >> You can see it. >> I'm just I'm sad. She's telling us that because she had told >> Can you Can you come into the house, please? >> We're not going to allow her up here. Just let you know. >> Yeah. Can you >> No, she doesn't want All right. Can you hire an attorney because this is ridiculous. >> No, he doesn't want to talk to you. >> Unreal. They don't They don't want to talk. Can you talk to my mom >> for what? You're an adult. What? That has nothing to do with her. She's got nothing that she can impart on this. So I I I guess I'm getting arrested for >> If you were under arrest, you'd be already in handcuffs, bud. >> I I Dude, I >> Okay, so just just cut out the dramatics. >> All right, I'll call you back. >> Don't be so dramatic. >> Listen, dude. I respect you guys. >> Clearly clearly you don't. But because if you did, then we've been going through all this. You should be honest about what's going on. I understand that you have a problem you have to work through. I I get that >> we're getting married in 6 months. >> She said today when she came back after cuz she left last night, she said because she saw you were intoxicated, she said that the wedding's off. We're not getting married. That's what >> Sir Now don't leave her by herself after you deliver the news that she said the wedding's off. We're not getting married. But that sounds like it's going to be shortlived because y'all Kim Kim said she's still going to marry him. Lovable said I'mma let y'all see it from the uh the hear it from the horse's mouth. So, I'm not I can't believe that she's actually not gonna go through with it. But don't be saying that then talking about he not gonna get arrested. Like now you just stirring the pot and then you're gonna leave. And yeah, he Oh my god, he's a mama's boy and not not in a good way. Like some mama's boys I like it because they then turn that respect to whoever they're with. The other mama's boys are super coddled and just no thank you. No thank you. >> Say and that's what she said set you off uh being angry. I mean, wouldn't that piss you off? >> Of course it would. Of course it would. Absolutely. >> But I can tell you what it wouldn't do. I would not put my hands on anybody else because of that. >> Can you come up here, please? >> Have I done anything wrong? >> That's what we're determining. >> Am I Am I arrested? >> We're arrested? No, but you are being detained, so you're not free to go. >> I'm I'm detained. So, >> so she did so she did confirm both um that he has he blocked her from leaving. >> Yes, he did say he would if I left him and that he did go to grab his firearm. >> So, we have two two options here. >> He he went to go grab it but didn't grab it. >> But didn't grab it. But he has threatened >> right here. >> This guy's calling mommy. >> Congratulations. >> He wanted me to talk to mommy. Sounds like we have a guy that's intoxicated. I mean, >> it's a good faith arrest, but I think if we can establish that he's a primary aggressor in this cuz he's had nothing like they had a simple argument. >> She's in tears and she's she's afraid of him. >> Yeah. Well, he's got a home. He's intoxicated. >> Yeah. >> So, >> I think there's good faith. >> I think it's the rest. >> All right. >> Okay. Good. Can y'all still hear me? Okay. cuz I hit uh I unmuted my emote wall that I'm trying to figure out how to work. So hopefully y'all can still hear me. But I was like, please are handcuffs coming out? Like what what conversation are we having here? So that makes me feel better about that part. Omar said this mustache makes him look older. Like oh my god, a cornstar from the 80s. I'm done with you. Um traveling GMA said, I don't think I don't think people understand that you can't keep someone from leaving if they want to go. Right, right, right, right. He Jamie I was this is what I'mma say. This is what I'mma say. I'm like girl do you not have other choices? Like why why him again? Cuz I'm not getting it. He seems too dependent on his mom. He's a drunk. He seems too emotional. No emotional regulation. I'm good with showing emotions from a man. Fine. But I need you to still have emotional regulation though. Like what? What's happening here? Are you telling me you don't see any other option? I'm not saying get a gym broke. She said she also works at the gym. I'm not saying that because they I don't know. They don't be having depth all the time. But this is not it though. >> All right. I mean, mom. So, >> thank you. >> Thank you. >> Don't say anything. >> Okay. So, what's going to happen is um so we're placing under arrest, okay, for because we found him to be the primary aggressor in here. And I know um in the state of in the state of Florida, I know you don't want him to go to jail or anything, but in the state of Florida, anytime there's a domestic violence, no matter how little or anything like that, the state of Florida takes over uh because with domestic violence is always the first time and then it always gets worse, progressively worse. And so that's why in the state of Florida, we have we have to do something. We can't. >> What did he say? >> Well, he said absolutely nothing happened. He says, "No, we had argument, but absolutely nothing happened." But clearly, he's obviously intoxicated now. Um, but so he's being arrested for the battery. Um now after this it's up to you and the state and what you want to do for today because our main objective today is your safety and to make sure that nothing's going to happen to you today from him. I mean he he already pushed he already been violent with you however minor or serious it was. Uh who knows say you grab that gun and happens a lot for people that never done it before. So >> the most dangerous time is when the abused tries to leave the abuser. She needs to go hang out there. And sweet tea said they've barely been together for Oh, it hasn't even been a whole year since they've been together. Draw your eyes, pack your belongings, get out of there. And I'm not Okay, now when I say this, I'm going sound like I think it's all about money. I don't. I don't. I'm just like, are you weighing out these things? Because he's not even full-time active duty. He is He is a guardsman, I think. So, yes, he's military traveling GMO. I think they say he's in the guard. Girl, get out of there. You seem like you're in a military town. You could try again. Get away from him. He's not even fulltime. Don't do this. >> So that's why they say before we take it very seriously today. >> Um I'm Jake's mom. Jake is my son. You arrested him. >> Yeah. Are you here changing the locks? >> I'm going to because this is my son and this is >> You have no business being here. >> Yes, I do. My son to come here. Yes, it is. >> It's not your house. >> Well, look in his You don't live here. He has no business trespassing. >> She does not live here. >> She lives here with him. >> Now, I don't want her to be. But that woman is his fiance. Yeah. Lovable said, "Here come the mama." And here the mama is. Lord, I definitely see where he's getting all this from. His mom, I'm not going to hold you. His mom has more masculine energy than he does. She came up here on some on some mess. U She has more bass in in her voice than he does. >> She does not live here. She's a girlfriend. Okay. Okay. She lives here. >> Okay. You can You have no authority to go over here. And >> yes, I do. She does not live here. You do not She has no authority. My son, >> your son is an adult. >> My son told me to come over here because you >> He didn't come over here and tell you to change the locks. >> You arrest You arrested her unlawfully. >> What are your grounds? >> You're You're going to listen to exactly what I'm telling her. Okay. If she changes the locks, seeing how you reside here, you are allowed to break or anything to get inside. Doesn't matter. >> Okay, >> you guys. I'm getting a lawyer. Okay, where you going? >> I'm getting a lawyer. >> Where are you going? You cannot go in there. >> Put my stuff in there. My purse. I >> You can still touch me. >> Do not No, you touched me. >> Damn it. >> YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. STOP IT. >> Stop resisting right now. >> No. Damn it. >> Stop resisting. >> I'm not going to resist. >> You are. You're doing it right now. Give me Stop. >> Now you're under arrest for batterying on a law enforcement officer. >> I did not battery. Are you kidding me? I >> You cannot touch me. >> Okay. I went into >> You cannot touch me. You understand me? >> You touched me first. >> I have the authority. You do not >> tell me. Tell me that first. I >> No. No. >> Please. >> No. You have absolutely no right to come over here at all. >> You I told >> No, you're not going cuz you're going to jail for a felony. >> Okay. >> How about that? >> I Okay, you guys. >> Then you then you can call your lawyer. About that. >> Um Jamie said, "Yep, this tackle and arrest is approved by the general public." I agree. I agree. I don't see anything wrong with this. Uh Candace said possibly the woman may believe he does or he may honestly have a good career outside of being active duty. Um so she might be clinging to that for the long term. It is possible because you have to consider like you you're not even a year in. Like girl go you're it's not it's not it's not like that. Like let's get out of here. Go go go. So why aren't you leaving? That could be a possibility. Uh he's putting 20 on 10. Traveler Gmail. You are so people say I have the gentle soul. I know they don't say that when they see me watch body cams though cuz I don't have it then most of but you are such a gentle soul cuz every time you come in here and you give grace to so many people and I appreciate that about you. Now I'm going keep laughing cuz she got tackled. But I do appreciate that about you. >> Stop it. >> I I need my purse and my wallet. >> Stand up. >> Okay. >> Can you I need my purse. >> No, you ain't getting nothing. >> You're welcome. Call my husband. >> I did. >> You did this. >> I'm having pain here. Stop. Stop. Stop it. >> Pain is what you got to have if you don't live. >> So, stop it. >> Okay. Can we Can we just discuss this? >> Stop. Do >> you have any wallet? I do not. I'm a nurse, midwife. I work at the hospital. I take care of all your babies. >> I didn't mean to. Hey, how you calling me? >> She seems like the type that only takes care of the boy babies because I would not want a woman like this that can't understand how her son is treating his fiance and you're ready to kick her out. She she stays there enough. Doesn't matter if she pays rent or not. Change the locks. He's a man. If he if Let him deal with that. I don't I don't think she take care of the takes care of the girl babies. She's one of those like um even when they the cops tell her your son's been like what do they say like your son's been hitting on her or whatever he's doing has an alcohol problem. Well, you know how do you know blah blah blah like just already defending just blindly defending the son. Watch her. I don't think she should be a midwife. I think she'll she's one of those women that'll be like you're not in that much pain. I don't like it. Watch her. Check her check the reports on her at her job >> because your son called you. I told him not to. It's like he's 31 years old. He doesn't need mommy. >> Can you just take one hand? I'm not going to hurt you. >> Please. >> You're under arrest and you're going to jail. >> You're going to jail for a felony >> for You cannot I can put my hands on you. You cannot put your hands on me. >> I didn't I didn't mean to. I reacted because I was afraid. Okay. I did not I didn't mean to do that. I I am so I'm I reacted because that those kind of situations if someone touches me I react if I understand that but I am a fully dressed law enforcement offic I would not have >> okay cuz when I tell you stop don't go anywhere >> okay and then I did and then I did after you told me and and then I was going back in the house >> arguing with you anymore I'm not I'm not this is not up for debate when I tell you to do something I'm here for a lawful reason when I tell you to do something you are required to do it failing to do so is a crime. I sit back and get >> done really horrible things to me and I >> She has every right. >> Okay. But he >> Your son is a drunk. >> I know he is. >> He's got a serious problem. He needs to take care of >> over them that he's getting physical with her. >> I don't know what happened and and I told her she should have walked away a long time ago. I told her I was totally in support of her with all of this. >> And and we explained that we would >> I have sweat rolling down my face. We we went over that. >> I really don't want to go. I don't think she wants that girl to walk away for her health, like for the fiance's health. She just wants her son to be single. That's that's it. She just wants her son to be single. It's not for the betterment of the girl to be safe. you know, your son is a is a actual alcoholic and you still come over here to change the locks so she can possibly be homeless for a little bit because you're here for your son knowing Also, apparently I think she was nod nodding her head about she knows he gets physical too. So yeah, she just Yeah, I like this cop too. Noir Angel and who else? I think it was Candace. It was somebody else. Ashley J. Yeah, he's like I'mma show you pain in a second. He did sound like a parent. That was a uncle uncle dad in a different way right there. Officer Uncle Dad for sure. Um yeah, Sharon, she was not afraid. Yeah, Bless and Highly Favor said, "Oh, the energy is so different now than those cuffs come out right every time." Nor said, "I love a cop who tells it how it is and actually explains how they are wrong." Right. She shouldn't have shown up, Royal. I agree. to this. >> You also committed a crime of criminal trespass going into a a place that you have no business. >> I had my purse. My son gave me Right. My son. No, he didn't. No, he didn't. I was standing there. He said he >> he said, "Mom, come over." >> Yeah. He doesn't need mommy. He's a grown adult. >> No. But he that was >> You know what's more concerning even with all this bearing all this or let's say this didn't happen. What's more concerning to me is that he's an airline pilot that has a drinking problem that also flies arms. >> I know. I know. I know. >> Holy [ __ ] Can you feel the air, ma'am? Can you feel the air? Ma'am, Central 512, can you send EMS my way at Lake 10:15's passed out? Ma'am. Ma'am. >> Hey, ma'am. >> What? Stop. >> Okay. I mean, she didn't expect that sternal rub, loable. She She didn't expect that sternal rub. They said that sternal rub is very, very uncomfortable. They got to see if you conscious or not. She tried it. >> Okay, we're having EMS come check you out. >> All right, let's go. Let's just get going here. >> No, I got EMS on their way now. They're going to check you out cuz I'm not going halfway to the jail. >> All right. Can I please do something with my hair? Can I You know, what do you want to do? >> You know what? I'm a nurse. You're >> What do you want to do? You want me to move it out of the way? >> I can move it out of the way. >> You know what? All those women I take care of, I treat them like like >> Yeah, that's surprising that you being a registered nurse, you act like that. Doing that. Well, you know what though? The only time I resisted to him because I was I felt threatened like he I didn't responded to him touching me. >> There's no reason to feel threatened. I didn't hurt him. >> Nobody said you hurt him. >> I never heard him. >> Nobody said you hurt him. But the way you the way you acted being a registered nurse, that's that's pretty uh >> you know what? >> It's pretty profound. >> Well, I'm not going to take good care of the women anymore. It's just how it's going to be. >> You're not going to take care of who? >> Your wives, your daughters, you know, not >> what hospital do you work at? >> I don't know. >> See what I told y'all? Who is she not going to take care of? The women. I told y'all, I felt it. Like she's she take care of the men and the boys. She's got to get her license revoked. That is a very scary statement for her to make. I don't like that at all. And I feel like she already does this, but now she's just found an excuse to try to say it even though it's not a great excuse at all. >> Yeah. Terry, she was faking. She was definitely faking. Terry, she wasn't nothing wrong with her. >> No comment. >> Huh. >> You know, because it's like I do a lot of stuff. I have a lot of law enforcement that I see. Well, that Well, you know, >> the way you act the way you acted just now, I would say that you have absolutely no respect for us. >> All I Oh, no, I do. And so does my son. And all I wanted to do was go in and get my purse and the cat. That was it. >> And I wouldn't have changed a lot because you said don't change >> from our perspective because we know there's a gun in there. >> I know that. >> I don't know that though. I don't know. I thought you took the gun. Exactly. >> No, I thought you took the gun. >> No, we can't just take cuz he didn't he didn't use a threat to use. >> Okay. But I don't I don't know where the gun is. I don't care about the gun. I'm not going to, you know, we don't know that. >> I know. But you know, the thing is you touched me and I responded. >> They they put me in here. I like have like heat exhaustion. I sweating. >> I could breathe. I passed out in here. Yeah. My stuff like this. >> I am AC. >> They literally have canines aka dogs that ride in the back seat with them because the AC is running and they're good to go. They literally would do this to their dogs because their dogs have to travel with them some kind of way. But you know they left me and he wouldn't leave a dog in here like that. AC is on. Man >> AC is not going. Come in here and if >> Come in here and feel it. They did this because they're being >> if vitals are all stable. What do you want to do? >> If anything stable take you to the gym. >> Okay. >> No, I want to go to the hospital. >> I'm having chest pain. I >> take her down to Port. That's what you're saying. Are you having chest pain? >> All right, we're going to the G Coast. >> Oh, no. I don't know. >> Blood pressure is a little high. Nothing crazy. And she's sinus back at 120, which is completely understandable in the situation. I don't see anything out of the ordinary with her. She's alert and oriented. And now that she changed her story, she doesn't want to go to the hospital. >> So a minor case of daylight. So >> that's what it sounded like. >> After the arrest, she was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, which is a felony in Florida, along with resisting an officer without violence, and trespass in an occupied structure or conveyance. She was held on a $4,000 bond, which she later posted through a charity. She initially entered a plea of not guilty, but she was later found eligible for Florida's felony pre-trial diversion program, which allows her charges to be dismissed if she successfully completes the program. She signed a pre-trial diversion contract requiring her to comply with supervision conditions for at least 6 months and no more than 18 months. The contract also required her to complete 50 hours of community service. She was additionally ordered to have no contact with the victim and to complete an anger management evaluation or treatment program. I appreciate that they told her she can't have contact with the victim. I do because she's very harmful. I still need her to be reported to her job. I She needs to be for those statements. She needs to be reported to her job. Um I think we need to play the song in honor of mother and son duo. >> Tonight's going to jail tonight. The homies going to jail. Said you're going to jail tonight. The homies going to jail. Said you're going to jail tonight. I'm talking about the homie over there with no shirt. I go for I had to put the homie over there in the verse. He was all in the street, man. I'm keeping it clean. I'm pretty sure the homie was on methamine. The stars on my team. I'm just living my dream, man. You know I got him hooked like my name is Kareem. Freyle, man. I'm going through hard man. Shot a homie in the front of the car. Hey bro, you're going to jail. You going to jail tonight. The homies going to jail tonight. Yeah. All right. All right. Let's get to our next video. Lovable. Thank you for that one. Y'all will see a few that y'all have sent me. Uh you got to remind me who sent me this one. I feel like it's between Darlene, Kesha, Sweet Tea. I'm not sure though. Okay, this says, "Cocky shoplifter thinks he can outrun the taser, fails miserably, and he's a fast talker, too. This is body cam lockdown. A man inside a Walmart buys a pair of clippers, then goes to customer service to get a refund for the pair of clippers he just bought. Next, he walks back around the store and then selects the same item. Another pair of clippers, puts it in his bag, and then quickly heads towards the exit. Meanwhile, officers are watching the entire scene unfold on Walmart cameras, confirm which exit he's taking, and then sneak up in front of him to talk face to face. >> Don't need to [ __ ] We already got We already got >> Don't need to [ __ ] man. Put your hands back. >> We got your hands behind back. >> We got to put your hands back. >> 35. >> Hold on. I need to get back. Good. Okay. A body cam fella, but I feel like the other text said the officer fell. So, officer one's body cam fella. I got to see what they say happened to officer two. Officer number two. We already got >> [ __ ] man. Put your hands back. We got ahead. Put your hands behind your back. >> Damn. We got to reach back. >> 35 running. >> That slow-mo sounds like uh balls so hard. That that part of uh you know ends in Paris. The beginning of that that's what it sounds like. It sounds like um He deserves everything he got over some Clippers. W cow's they clippers. They said so it's it's it's like a twofold thing he did. He tries to bring back his old clippers, put them back on the shelf, get new clippers, then get a return on those clippers as if he had them. Then he's like, you know, baby, show them the receipt. And it's I feel like it's one more switcheroo thing that happened. But I'm not a thief. I don't understand what the heck for sure he did. But yes, it was some switcheroo stuff with old and new clippers and he walking out with new clippers basically. He tripped over his own feet. I thought he fell from tasing. He's a fool. He needs to trip on his own feet. But yeah, he did knock that second officer down. So he already Either way, you're done. You're done. Oh, Kesha, you sent this one to me. Okay, thank you for sending this one BACK NOW. WE BOUGHT THIS. >> PUT YOUR HEAD LIKE THAT. WE BOUGHT IT. I promise we bought it. >> Where's he on? >> And his shirt, the back of his shirt had the nerve to say, "Ask me about free healthcare." Just want to point that out in case y'all missed that. >> I bought this. >> Look at the receipt. >> He wants the receipt. How about it? I don't even see the receipt. Yeah, we're good. Thank you. >> Did we take the phones out oursel? >> Yeah. >> Hey, so y'all not going to run the receipt back? >> Huh? It's over there. >> Y receipt back. >> Chill, dude. We watch you on camera the whole time. Stop. >> Camera doing what though? >> Stop. >> Can you get me up, bro? We good. >> No. No. >> There goes the fast talking starting. Um BRB said t-shirt said, "Ask me about free healthcare." Bro did a 5-second sprint, then hugged, not hugged, concrete. I have more questions. Yep. Ashley said they got free healthcare in jail. >> We going to wait. >> You'll be all right, >> bro. I'm trying to set me up. >> Go ahead and take the pain, dog. >> Take him to the car. >> Yeah, sure. Damn, y'all me up. >> Hey, can you tell we bought it? Look at the receipt. No, >> bro. Just look at the receipt. >> No, babe. Look how the I'm telling them. Listen. >> Yeah. >> So, have y'all not seen me buy it though? >> We saw you take one off the shelf and put it in a bag. >> All this over a clipper, bro. Bought this [ __ ] I already bought them. >> Yeah. All this over a clipper, bro. To you. Not to the cops. To you. Why did you do this? This is stupid. >> It's on the receipt. >> Oh, the one you returned. Yeah. Should we uh >> just stop? Yeah. Yeah, we'll do it in there. We'll unhook him in there. We'll unhook him when we get inside, man. >> Bro, like y'all could talk to me about this [ __ ] >> Y'all trying to arrest me for what? >> Y'all trying to arrest me. Y'all didn't even give me a chance to say I keep your hands when I back. >> Can y'all still hear me? >> I think we just follow up. Yeah. Now, >> I was listening about it. I'm trying to explain to y'all. Y'all not trying to call though. Can you tell them that we bought it, baby? Let's go. Let it go. Let it go. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> I thought it was patty though. I thought we could just bought this [ __ ] though. We could just pay for this. I already bought >> Okay, good. Y'all so y'all can still hear me cuz sometimes if they're not talking and it's just like air. I'mma try not to pause it and I can just talk then too and keep the video going. We're going to play around with that. See how that goes. Okay. Cool, cool, cool. I was trying to see my my mic level versus the audio of the body cam. But okay, Jamie, you see I think you asked where's the girl? Possibly. But no, Ashley asked where's the girl. So you see she's still there too. He doing the most. Did he break into a dash just so to show them the receipt? That's what he going to say. Um Jamie said, "I wonder how that asphalt is." Hugged and kissed the concrete royal. Yes. >> All right. So, the reason why obviously we're making contact with you >> to me >> is because >> you literally switched it. You put the the one that you purchased or whatever item that you had, you put it on the shelf, grab the new one, and returned it. That's a fraud return. >> Oh, no, no, no. I was going to turn I didn't I didn't want them declining me because of the >> already. But that's not how it works. Cuz now you're using a new item to return and now it's back in >> and we can't have that discussion. >> No, >> we'll see. >> Can y'all can y'all loosen this up? I hate his demeanor. I hate it. >> Have y'all ran to him yet? >> No. >> The book. Where's that book at? >> I It's paid for. >> Okay. Well, technically not, but you see the return, >> right? >> You bought it with a return >> with the return money. >> What I'm going to do is return that book for you. >> Wait, she got a money back in the receipt for that. >> I got it right here. It's inside. >> No, no receipt. Don't lean back on the phone. >> No, no, you good. You just don't lean back because it's the prongs is in your back >> for the clippers. >> Yeah. >> Oh, we're not running from them. I'm just trying to talk to them. Ask them why are they trying to put me in handcuffs. >> What I'm going to do is I'm going to do this return for you and give you the money. Okay. >> That's the only question I got. >> So, the reason the reason >> No, I'm not mad at you. I'm >> This is going to be a waste of time as they try to explain to him what he already knows he did. And then I feel like he feels like he sounds smart in his logic, which is very irksome. Omar, I hate a fast talker. Fast talkers that's out there stealing caught in 4K. And what are you fast talking for? Again, he's just like that girl with them clothes in her bra. Just fast talking for what? What? What? What is it going to get you? They've already seen you. There is nothing you can say that makes it understandable on how you took switched those clippers out, got a refund for them, kept the new ones, and then ran knocked over an officer. It's nothing to say. What What is What are you fixing your mouth right now to try to say? >> I'm trying. >> No, I'm trying to. I'm not mad. I'm not mad at you. I'm I'm just saying that I was trying to ask a question and they trying to arrest me. >> No, they're trying to That's the difference. Hey, I saw you. >> The one you purchase, you still try to walk out with after you made a return. So that's the reason why we're making contact with you. >> Okay. >> And they're making contact with you. So it's still theft. See what I'm trying to say? >> So petty theft. >> Yeah. >> So what I'm trying to know, Mr. Bowers, what I'm trying to explain to you, I heard you under arrest and I'm trying to explain to y'all the situation. Put your >> hands on your back. >> And I'm thinking that's under arrest, though. But I'm trying to explain to you. I'm trying to Since we're explaining the obvious, why don't we also explain to him why you need air to breathe instead of water? Because that's as much usefulness as this has right now. He know don't talk to him. Don't ask him no questions. You caught him. Just put just just take them to the uh what is it? Take him to jail. We're done here. >> You didn't even give them a chance to listen. >> And I understand that. I'm trying. >> And I'm trying to I'm trying to explain And I'm trying to explain to them though. That's what I'm trying to explain on my mindset. What my head was. I'm trying to explain to y'all where my head at though. I didn't know that. I'm thinking under arrest for what? My question is for what? Can I explain myself? We going to talk. As soon as I try to explain myself, y'all talking about what the y'all tackling me? >> You said talk to them while you're in here. >> I'm trying. I was trying to, but I'm getting Can I What the am I getting tackled for? And then not even telling me what you trying to spit out, bro. You don't care. >> No, you grab When you grabbed me after you after he grabbed me, I said, "What the am I getting What the am I getting detained for? What am I getting arrested for?" >> Well, you didn't. That's telling me that you didn't want to talk to begin with. How if I'm asking questions in in the process of moving away and I'm asking questions, y'all supposed to talk. >> If y'all say, "Hey, we need a Brady over here to talk." I was already walking that way. Somebody grabbed me the door. They said, "Hey, they they literally grabbed you." You >> and I was moving with him, but he tried to put me in handcuffs for what? >> But we're talking, but we're going to talk. Where am I going to handcuff us for? >> You get what my mindset at? If we talk already get loud with them. >> No. Ask him. Mr. barrels. When you first walked up to me, was I loud? >> Was I rowdy? >> No. But what you did was still wrong. >> No, I'm not. And I'm not defending that though. >> Yeah, I'm just saying what you did is still wrong. >> Yeah, I'm not defending at all though. >> Yes, you Yes, you are. Just take them. Uh BRB, you actually pointed out a bingo square cuz he's one of those. I understand that, but just over talk and don't understand anything. Uh, who said Jamie said you have one mouth and two ears for a reason, right? And if she she probably did actively help him conceal and steal. I feel like she's not surprised by his actions. But if there's a chance that she can get her life together and get away from him, I need her to take it. You can you can you can do better by yourself. I promise you, y'all can do better by yourselves. Any partner that's with a dead beat, whichever gender, you can do better by yourself every time. I promise you. >> But I'm talking about the the probably after that. Can you Can you go this cup for me, please? >> We going to have any more answers? >> Just the right one. >> No, of course not. No, no. I told you I'll explain to y'all. I explain. I already explained to y'all by what I'm saying. I explain to you. >> I'll explain to you. I'm not trying to resist. >> I'm just waiting, Miranda. And then if you want to provide us with a statement, you can. Okay. >> What are you on probation for? >> Huh? >> What you on probation for? >> Oh, just driving. >> Just driving. >> Yes, sir. suspend it. >> No. Is there any way you can loosen this right up a little bit? >> I can feel this thing. Try to put your thing on the side. The right side. I don't need to >> two fingers though. I thought it was two fingers. That's what >> So imagine >> he too used to that life. They were checking for the tightness of his cuffs and he said I thought they fit two fingers in there which I have seen cops do. He real used to this life. Get away from him. >> Good question though. So it's it's up to Walmart to file charges, right? >> Yes. >> Am I getting filed charges on? >> Is it anyway? Like I'm saying since they already paid for that, we already got the receipt paid for and nothing was taken out of here without being trespass. >> So if I'm talking to you though anyway, you saying there's no way around. Amen. >> You got medical. >> I'm just going to I'm moving your hair real quick. Okay. >> I got to follow policies, you know, just as much as everybody else. >> God, when I first watched this, for some reason, I thought she was searching him. I did not register. She is ENT. There's taser prongs that far up in the nape of his What would you call that? That's not even the nape of your neck. I don't know what that is. That's the highest I've ever seen a taser prong be in somebody. There's one in his back under the word free. And then I'mma go back y'all. I hope we can see this in a steel y'all. He got prongs in his Hold on. >> No way around. >> Amen. >> You got a metaphor here. >> Y'all see it? He swung his ponytail. Hold on. Here we go. >> I'm just going to I'm moving your hair real quick. Okay. >> Look. Look. Oh my god. I'm sorry. He deserves it though. It just it went where it went. I don't know. Oh my god. I got to follow policies, you know, just as much as everybody else. >> I'm not No, I'm not saying that though. But I'm saying the policies state that you automatically have to trust. You have to charge >> because it's over dollar amount for me. So >> a dollar? >> No, it's over a dollar amount. So I have a certain dollar amount that I could I can't tell you. >> Oh, I mean $4 $49. So it's still it's still my my barrier that I now under it. >> No, it's less than that. >> I'm sorry. I don't mean for your drag. >> I went Listen, my thing is I already paid for them, right? >> Yes. >> So, let's go. Let's go based off that deal. >> You paid for them, right? You put Yes. >> Yeah. >> No, wait. Listen. >> Just because of where those taser prongs landed, y'all can go ahead and take the taser taser taser square. Even though they didn't say that, you can take that square because this I've never seen this before. >> So, you put your old one on the shelf, right? You grab the new one, took it to the service that did return with the new one, right? That's altering our inventory basically in the store. It's basically saying that we have it in store and now we don't because the service return. >> You grab your old ones and try to walk out with them. >> So, we still we're losing money at the end of the day. >> Yeah, >> it's it's shrink. That's what it's called. >> But my thing is though, if I were to pay for them, they just re recharge the card for the second one. Don't worry. >> You should have paid for them both that they start off with. Correct. >> Right. >> Well, not both. I'm only paying for one. >> You should have paid for the one you walked out of the door. >> I didn't even make it out the store. >> Yeah, you did. You was in the parking lot. Y'all hit me. Y'all did you? >> Yeah, they me already. >> Yeah, >> these guys tried to make contact. >> So, it's based off all three of y'all. >> He's going to have to go to the ER. >> Whoever's pursuing >> the ones. Okay. >> It's more than one on his neck. They're gonna get that pulled out. >> Do I get on the scratch route these [ __ ] on? >> Oh, do they hook up to one of the stretchy legs? >> I didn't think it was going to leave. I thought they tell me, "Hey, you got to go back." >> I thought it was going to be tight skin. >> Going in my head. I feel something tugging on my head. >> Yeah, there's one in your neck. You want me to get that one, too? >> Yeah, you can. >> All right. You ready? >> Yeah, >> I have a patch. Pull out. >> You got two in pull out. >> You got two. >> Yeah. Yeah. I thought I just got a patch in my head. >> It's like get this one, too. >> Yeah. So, my bad. We got one more. This is tight. Let me get this this cool. >> All right. You ready? >> Yeah. Go ahead. >> What I'm What I'm trying to explain to y'all is that what I'm all I'm saying is that this is the determin if I got to go to jail or not. So, I'm just trying to figure out alternative. >> No, there's no determinant if you're going to jail. Jamie says, see, I don't have patience for dummies like him. I would have been told him to shut up. You going to jail in the story, right? I love when cops be like, "Hey, you have a fifth amendment right. Why don't you use that right?" Because shut up, nobody wants to hear you. He is so frustrating because even the fact of just admitting you were outside the store. He was like, "I didn't even get out the store yet. Y'all was out in the heat sweating when they talked to you and you left with those clippers." They only have to even Well, he concealed. They could get him in the owl if they wanted to. But let's say he didn't conceal and he had it in a normal cart. Once you pass all points of sale, they can get you. You don't even have to be out of the AC at that point. But he is so he's killing me. He's just killing me so much. And then again, this is that even though he's not technically talking fast right now, that's that stupid fast talking stuff that gets on my nerves. You rewrite what actually happened. Like there's first of all not cameras everywhere on you, above you, behind you. Like like what are you talking about? There's literally nothing to talk about. Be quiet. So, like what would be this is if you had to come back in here and come into the office. >> That's No, no, no. See, pause. See, that's that's that's the miscommunication that though cuz I thought I was being under arrest for something that I I didn't even talk over yet. >> So, that's the only reason why these cuffs got put on me though. You get what I'm saying? That's the only >> All right. Thank you. >> That that was the only miscommunication though cuz I think I'm being under arrest without without even having a chance to explain the situation or trying to solve the problem. You get what I'm saying? If you arrest and hadn't taken off >> No, I didn't take No, I pulled away and at that point I'm just at that point though, what the At this point like what the I'm still trying to ask what the am I being under arrest for? >> Talk to me like I know other other routes though. >> So, >> let's go ahead and tie this up to another thing that pisses me off. shoplifterss come in there, they take take I guess don't expect to get stopped or caught, whichever one. Because some of them, like y'all said, or I don't know if y'all said, but they say Walmart will let you steal steal steal till you get to a felony amount a lot of times. So, you keep thinking you getting away with it. They just calculating until you finish reaching a felony total. Um, at this time, it's just the $20 clippers, but I heard Walmart will let you add up your stuff. Um, but yeah, he's just it threw me I got so mad I threw myself off on what I meant to say based on all that. He's pissing me off so so much. Let me just read the part about Wow said Tren. So I went back and looked. He tal He talked about a receipt as soon as they made contact. So he knows what was happening. He knew. Of course he knew. He He definitely knew. Oh, Shoplift is pissing me off about coming in there. Then it's like, "Oh, but do you have to take me to jail? Can I get just get a notice to appear?" I'm put that on the next bingo card, too. Can I get an NTA? Can I just get an NTA? Well, what's the amount? Is it a felony amount? Well, can y'all just let me go this time? So, you already have the alternatives in your head and you just don't want the final consequence, but you good with comfortably doing this and just lying, lying, lying. >> So, what I'm hearing is basically if Mr. Barnes and this officer tell you that it was just a miscommunication, we still we can figure out a different route. >> There is no miscommunication. No, >> you you walked into the store, >> you selected an item off the shelf >> and I'm not Listen, I'm not and I'm not the >> You selected an item off the shelf and then as you were walking up through the pharmacy to get ready to walk out the door, you put that item in a bag. >> Fair statement. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> And then you passed the last point of sale, right? >> And that's where the camera >> that is theft. >> Understandable. And how that's why >> I didn't but I'm saying I see alternative I seen alternative routes that it don't always lead to this. You get what I'm saying? >> Well, again, when these guys >> Yeah. >> approached you and said, "Hey, listen. We need to talk about some >> from there, I was calm and I was ready to I walked with y'all. I gave y'all a bag and I walked. Let's put our shoe on." >> So, Mr. >> None of that happened. It is Isn't there a state? I feel like it's New York. Um, but where shoplifterss, they might steal a small amount, but they start racking up points when they get caught by the cops. So then by the time you get caught stealing $20, $15 item, it's still going to be a felony because they're like, "Well, we might be able to give you a notice to appear, but we're going to check your points." Because if you've done this so many times, you're just going to get the felony charged because of it being repetitive. So New Yorker, somebody upper east is getting smart to these little petty theft people that just like, "Well, it's not really a big consequence, so I'm just going to keep doing it and doing it because y'all gonna let me go anyway." Not whatever state that is. So what I'm So what I'm asking you guys do so even if I'm even if I'm explaining to you guys that I was not trying to run away. I'm just trying to ask why am I being >> arrested you. Okay. >> I'm I didn't know why. I didn't know why though. >> But I'm trying to but when I was trying to ask you you started yanking on me tight. I'm like what the why? >> Cuz I'm trying to ask a question. I didn't think I had to be under arrest first then ask my question. That's that's all I'm saying though. That's all I'm saying though. I didn't know that. That's where we're at. Okay. the others at rest for resisting without violence and pay fast. Okay. Uh you're being trespassed for per you being trespassed for period 2 years. Do not come on property next two years or you being placed under arrest after warning. All right. That means the property all the way out to uh February 19th. You go like the chili and stuff like that, but you cannot hang out on this property here in the parking lot. >> Mr. Mel, what you just do starting you? So if I'm sitting here explaining to them that I only was trying to ask a question and not trying to resist then why it can't why we can't have that conversation all that conversation on the table. If I'm explaining to them that that was not my intention my intention you got to understand I'm coming >> unless the way he was trying to ask a question was with his feet by using Morse code as he ran. You weren't asking questions. You knew what you did. You tried to get away. You going to leave your girl behind. Actually, he was going to leave her behind had he been able to take off. She looked tired of him by her posture, but she's here and he's obviously used to doing this. So, she ain't that tired. So, I ain't giving her too much sympathy cuz why you still here? This is not his first rodeo. >> Out of the store. I've been I've been asked handcuffs. But my question was why? Soon as I asked why, he you roughed me up. I'm not even I'm not even doing nothing. I'm asking a question. He said walk to the My first statement was walk here. I'm on the verge of walking hill. He grabbed me talking about you gotta get on the head. It's two of us now. >> On the one person getting grabbed talking about being put on the in pit head though >> two people being trespassed. >> They're saying they were that you were >> So now now you want to further throw your girl under the bus. So you don't even have that. >> Well, he was going to leave her anyway. So obviously we knew that. But he's really trying to re get his girl in trouble which is crazy. >> Detained. I didn't I'm saying but as soon as I as soon as I asked why it was about >> they're saying you're detained. >> You resisted at some point. >> Okay. And we're not going to have court in here. >> No. No. >> They're saying you resisted without violence by trying to pull away or whatever whatever occurred and they have evidence that you retail theft. Correct. >> I'm not but I'm not denying I'm not not denying if anything that you said. >> Come on. Come on. I just I just put last name and then a >> Man, you're a black brother. You can't help me out and tell them, "Hey, I didn't resist." But >> you resisted. >> Not technically though. Not like a dislike. I'm trying to get away now. I'm trying to ask a question. >> But you were trying to get away. That's why I changed it. >> I'm only trying to get at y'all tackling me. That's all I'm trying to stop though. I'm stop y'all from tackling me though. >> He wasn't tackling. >> So you ain't rap. >> Okay. I'm not arguing with you, but obviously both is >> all skin folk and Kim folk. you. He is an embarrassment. I hate when they try to rope in the same ethnicity officer. I hate that. Like, you're embarrassing. Like, don't even acknowledge we we come from the same continent. Leave me alone. >> Yeah. I'm saying that from my point of view and your point of view of what didn't match up. >> What matters if you told you to put your hands behind your back, you and you did not. You ain't comply at all. >> I didn't. >> Come on. >> I didn't try to comply with you. Why? >> When you first >> you pulled away. >> Grab me again. Grab my wrist. When you first asked and you grabbed my wrist >> and then you tensed up and then you start pulling >> and I said why? I said why behind your back >> and you just kept. >> We're not going to debate over there. I'm giving you a lawful order. You got to follow it. So this is where like my sergeant said we don't debate this right here. That is what court system for. You're being charged. >> Stop and stop talking to him cuz you don't have to debate it. You're not asking him any questions. You don't need answers from him. Just let him talk to the air and keep it moving. My bixes peaches and cream part of the mod squad over here in the trendy tribe gifted a trendy trending at some point membership. I have not seen his name but I told y'all I don't know who's in the bushy who's in the bushes. So hey it went to Jim Jones so hopefully you enjoy behind the wall cuz I don't know but it's back there. Thank you. Hey big sis with it. You're not being convicted of it and with no way around this. I'm just asking. Okay. Can I sit down and ask a question? >> You need to sit down. Trust me, we f to be in there, too. >> I just You ain't going to talk to me, brother. Just for a little bit. >> No, we finn to be in there. >> Were y'all here for this one? >> All suspects are innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law. The 25-year-old man was charged with petty theft in the second degree for his first offense and resisting an officer without violence. Petty theft under Florida statute. 14 is when someone knowingly takes or uses property under $100 with the intent to temporarily or permanently deprive the owner of it. In this case, Herring ended up concealing a pair of clippers valued at $49.96 and then left without paying full value for it. This is a seconddegree misdemeanor and maximum penalties if convicted are up to 60 days in jail and up to a $500 fine for resisting an officer without violence under Florida statute 843.02 O2 applies when someone obstructs, resists, or opposes a law enforcement officer during a lawful duty without using physical violence. Pulling away, running, and then forcing officers to tase you easily falls under resisting an officer without violence. This is a firstdegree misdemeanor with maximum penalties of up to one year in jail and up to a $1,000 fine. Herring was adjudicated guilty on both convictions. In court, Herring entered a written plea of guilty, formally accepting responsibility for the charges without going to trial. As a result, the court adjudicated him guilty, and he was sentenced to two days inside county jail. He also had to pay court costs and fees. All suspects are innocent until and unless proven. >> Okay. Um, yeah, body cam lockdown, they if they can, they will try to give closure at the end. So, if you like watching body cam videos on your own too, I do recommend his channel because you will usually get something if you at minimum get charges, but uh if if he knows it, he'll tell you u their sentencing and everything. So, yeah, support body cam lock down. Um yeah, it's a hard 25, Omar. Hard 25. I was like 25. I was thinking I was I'm leave it alone. Yeah, he got famous over less than $50 for the wrong reasons. Not even top of the line clippers, Sharon. That's what I'm saying. Melanin Bl said, "Lord, I know. I know." Okay, quick interlude. If you've been in my channel for like a long time, I used to play him all the time. So, I'm putting him in the middle. Um, we're going to hear this one cuz this girl really did uh get on the bus. Like, they put her on the bus instead of her plane or something. It was on TikTok. I had seen it a while back. So, since our lawyer that I like to watch um weighs in on this, I want to know what he has to say. I did not play it to the end cuz I wanted to see what he said with y'all. So, here we go. >> Lawyer's reaction. >> American Airlines has done me dirty. It feels like a scam. Did they probably have it in the fine print somewhere? Yes, obviously they have to like legally. Did the remaining emails, did my boarding pass, any of that stuff say that I was getting on a bus that day and not a plane? No. >> There's a legal concept known as a material difference, which asks whether or not a reasonable person in the same circumstance would have been on notice of the discrepancy or whether or not there is a material difference between what the consumer expected to receive and what they're actually buying. And when watching her videos, you can clearly see here the emails that were sent to her discuss a flight. AND THERE IS NO DOUBT that there is a material difference between an airplane and a bus. Meaning with a good attorney, SHE IS ABSOLUTELY ENTITLED TO A partial refund OF HER RETURN TICKET BECAUSE IT WASN'T A FLIGHT. IF YOU THINK YOU have a case, be sure to visit. I think I have a >> Okay. Okay. I feel like I am going to watch him when I honestly start getting into these classes. I feel like I will watch him because he will break down to me some things that are made to sometimes be harder than they have to be. I I feel like I'm going be binge watching him to break down some uh some stuff. So, okay. Partial refund. Yes. I did think he was going to say no at first because I thought he was going to say, "Would a reasonable person that knew they bought a plane ticket that they put them on instead?" So, I thought he was going to be like, "No." Uh, so you you're not entitled to a partial refund, but I guess she still had to get to her destination, so it is what it is. I was waiting on that. I really didn't know which way he was going to go with that, but I'm glad she'll get her partial refund. All right. Oh man, this title I y'all sold me was talking. >> Sorry. The title says, "How to go to jail because your breath stinks." I was like, I don't care what it is. I'm watching it. So here we are going to watch it together now. But I have already watched this once before. But the title got me. Here you go. >> Me about It was disrespectful. It's criticism, but it's right or wrong how to do stuff. You shouldn't have said it in that particular way that I don't like. >> You didn't take it kindly. I guess she felt some type of way how I said it, but I really said it nicely. >> And then it went from there about the clothes. He started taking my clothes out and basically telling me, "Oh, I have to go in the living room or I have to get my um shrit and stuff and go." Because we had a disagreement, which is understandable. >> The suitcase thing, she jumping away. So I just laid here trying to wrestle with me. Anything I touch, she kept trying to grab my arm and stuff like that. So I'm trying to gently push out the way without trying to, you know, harm him. But >> that morning, officers were dispatched after a 911 call, reporting a domestic disturbance between a couple who had been together for over a year. Upon arrival, they first met with the caller, the husband. He claimed it all started with a simple comment to his ex. But according to the woman, that simple remark crossed the line, sparking an argument that escalated into a physical confrontation and left them separated by mourning. >> I mean, the mix of it, me defending myself, I felt like if she would have attempt like actually push me, I would have got hurt, but I don't know if that was unintentional, >> but there was like no literal intention to like hurt you or anything. It was just y'all are like pushing each other out the way. >> Let me get your [ __ ] here. >> I believe intentionally she did it out of anger. I don't know if her end results were. I just the second I seen her make the angry face she usually make, I just knew she was she was going to try to attack me. >> As officers questioned both sides, the situation didn't seem as serious as it first appeared. But sometimes it's not the incident itself. It's the consequences that hit the hardest. And for one of them, the outcome would be costly. Stay with us for the surprising ending. >> Okay. >> Thank you for the flower change. >> 22 21. >> Yeah. U she upstairs in the room on the phone with her mama right now. >> But what happened? >> Um I explain this. I ain't trying to get her in too much trouble. >> Okay. >> But she she she kind of got anger issue. She needed like she put her hands on people. >> Who is she? >> My lady. Well, ex. >> How long have y'all been separated? >> Today. >> Okay. But y'all together >> kind of. >> So what happened that she put her hands on you? >> She got an anger issue. She get in her feelings or get angry or stuff. She >> What caused it today? >> Don't laugh now. But I told her breast stank this morning. >> Mhm. >> And it I guess she took it the wrong way. >> So how exactly did she put her hands on you? >> Uh pushing me but choked me but if it was for me holding her like this. >> So she didn't choke you but she push >> she was down there trying but I had to push off. >> All right. So how'd she push you? Sometimes you got to accept the hard truth. The gentle way that we ask in my household, we'll just say, "What did you eat last cue that the breath is not how it should be?" If you're going to be in someone's space, what what did you last eat? Oh, we've had to do it to each other a few times in this house. Like, hey, it it happens. You know, you get comfortable in the house. Girl, you got to you got to uh build your feelings up. Like that's nothing. >> Just I'm not explain. She just came up, pushed me angrily like she usually do and then like >> with both hands on your >> both hand. Yeah. It's a repetitive thing like I'll not explain. Uh there's a report from she did the same thing but >> All right. All right. Um we'll go ahead and talk to her >> or have her come down though. >> We'll go up there. We'll go up there. You sit here. It's this first room. >> You got your ide. >> Everything upstairs. >> Everything's upstairs. >> All right. Well, we don't want to have you go back in right now, so we'll come back to you. >> What was her name? >> Erica. She not. >> Yeah. She not >> this sitting on the floor. >> Yeah. She >> You got a light you can turn on. Hello. >> Good morning. >> He already did what he did. >> Stop calling. The man already said what he said. >> Okay. Well, ain't nobody going to touch me. >> We just have to move over a little bit. >> Can you tell Oh my god. >> Just go ahead and have them call you later. Talk to us right now. >> They told I can't talk. I can't talk. There's too many people calling. >> All right. Yeah, just focus on talking to us right now. All right. Since we're here, I'm trying to figure out what's going on between y'all. What happened? >> Okay. So, this morning he told me my breath was st. I understand where he coming from. He telling me my breath and I felt like it was his delivery. Like the way he said it and you know was talking to me about it, it was disrespectful. So he started and I'm telling him I don't like the delivery and I'm telling him I don't like the you know the disrespect. Like I understand it's criticism but it's I'm going tell you what though when your breath stinks. The person that has to be on the receiving end of your breath already has felt disrespected. So they're really just returning the disrespect you started though because there no one wants to be subjected to bad breath. So, however it kind of comes out, it comes out because you started it blowing your breath in somebody face. Kim said, "Well, if the breath stinks, then go brush your mouth. You can tell when your breath's not fresh." You really can. Let me tell you what, as someone that loves onions, I try to keep I do I try to be really good about that. But sometimes I get comfortable in the house and then that's why we What did you eat last? Let me tell you what. I love Doritos Cool Ranch, but I hate how it smells on somebody else's breath. So I know also obvious don't smell good on my breath. So I can So yeah, you kind of did the disrespect first though. >> Right or wrong how to do stuff. You shouldn't have said it in that particular way that I don't like. >> Okay. >> So basically he went in the uh he went in the dressing drawer and grabbed all my clothes and then he told me that um I'm going to be in the living room. Mom, ain't nobody going to harm me. Yes. They don't want they want to hear from me because I'm an adult. They don't care what y'all got to say. >> We could talk to them later if we need to, but not right now. Let's just talk to you. Okay. All right. So, you didn't like his delivery? Just go ahead and mute your phone for a second so we can just figure out what's going on. Okay. >> All right. So, he did his delivery. He grabbed your clothes. And what happened there? >> And then we start and then he tell me Oh my gosh. Mama, please. Just please. Please. Nobody going to do nothing to me. Please. Then you >> I cannot. I can't. >> I cannot. He already did what he did. >> Can I see your phone? Talk to him. Please. >> Okay. And then it went from there about the clothes. He started taking my clothes out and basically telling me, "Oh, I have to go in the living room or I have to get my um [ __ ] t and stuff and go." Because we had a disagreement, which is understandable. >> Okay. >> Uh he started pushing me. >> Dang. How bad is your breath when they start picking up your clothes and saying you got to leave the premises? That's pretty bad. Whatever it is, that's pretty bad. The volume's low. Yeah. Let me know in the chat, y'all, if the volume sounds too low to y'all, cuz I always have I got to take like a group vote to know if it's my equipment, my settings, and if it's something I can change. >> And I start pushing him back. >> Why did he push you? >> Because I was trying to stop him from grabbing my stuff. When he gets upset, he he'll like try to grab my stuff and like try to pick me out. And I'm trying to prevent all of that by like grabbing his hand and like pushing him, telling him to leave my stuff alone. >> Yes, ma'am. So, was his intent like to hurt you when he pushed you or was it just like move you out the way while he was still trying to grab himself? >> I think he was trying to move me out the way while he was trying to grab myself out of anger. >> All right. >> Yeah. >> But there was like no literal intention to like hurt you or anything. It was just y'all are like pushing each other out. >> Wait, let me get your [ __ ] Yeah. >> Yeah. >> All right. Is that all that happened? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Have y'all had um previous incidents in the past? Uh, not really. >> What's a not really? It's a yes or no. >> Have y'all ever had the police come over? >> Oh, no. No. No. This actually the first time. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> And how long have y'all been in a relationship? >> A year. >> Y'all never had the police interaction? >> No, ma'am. >> All right. You got an ID on you? >> Mhm. >> All right. Excuse me. Because what I think he's saying is if he believes her intentions her intentions, but you see what he says. I need to go down the stairs so we can have like a um Okay. So when she put you pushed you, do you think her intentions were to harm you or cause any type of >> I just know she did it out of anger. I can't tell you what her intentions were. >> I mean, what do do you feel her intentions? I mean the mix of it me defending myself I felt like if she would have attempt like actually pushed me I would have got hurt but I don't know if that was her intention I can't say that. >> So did she push you or >> she pushed me she she got the first one she got in that's when I got myself caught her with me and pushing her back. >> That's me saying when that when that push happened do you think the intentions was to like harm like to harm you? No, probably just by letting out anger. >> Then again, >> well, if you think she was doing it to let out anger, that's kind of she wanted to do some harm. I I think he's picturing as would I have actually gotten hurt. Probably not. But if you push out of anger, it's not for a good reason. Um, what was I going to say? Oh, yeah. Omar said, "Please is a square in bingo." It is. You can take that square. That was a good one. Good catch, Omar. >> I don't All right. So, we're just trying to figure out what we got to do here. So, you got to straight up tell us what what you believe the intentions were when she did put her hands on you like you're telling us. >> I think I tell you where's the hard talk to my friend. >> She had to take a breath, y'all. She's like, just answer the damn question. She took a deep breath on that one. U let me see. A Lon got a new kitten. A that's too cute. Now once we get back to her, I think I'mma skip ahead to what happens to her because it's going to be slow going after this part. But the funniest part was she got mad cuz he said her breast stink. So we'll get a little bit more and I'mma skip ahead. >> Okay, just hold on one second. So before I keep talking, I'm just going to read you some questions. All right. And you just didn't say yes or no. Okay. >> Does that mean you're in trouble? >> Yeah, it doesn't. It's just so >> Before we go to any other question, >> All right. You have the right to remain silent. Do you understand? Anything you say is against you. >> All right. This is where this is where I'm pushing it ahead. Y'all got the gist. He's going to tell his story slowly again. She realized she getting arrested. Just tears, tears, tears, but not any like resisting or anything. She's just crying because she getting arrested. Um, they tell that that she can call her mama. They going to call her mom. We going to see if there charges at the end. I'm so sorry. We're skipping because I'm I was supposed to get an hour and a half. I'm already at an hour and 19 minutes and we still got other videos. So, we got to, you know, there's nothing else happening. So, we'll see you at the end. >> Nice. When are you supposed to start there? >> Thursday. >> All right. That's cool. Yeah, those cheese curds. Amazing. >> Did you do anything prior to that? >> No. >> Did you do anything prior to that? >> Uh, I do eyelashes. >> Oh, no way. >> Yes, it is. >> Oh, that's nice. >> Yes. >> Little side hustle. Cool. And how's that working out for you? >> It was working out great. >> Good. It's going to be a short ride. Just two more lights and we'll be there. Okay. >> And once we get there, there is some, you know, writing I have to do. So, you have the option of sitting here in the car with me while I type it up, or we can go and sit inside. Okay. >> So, you just let me know which one you want to do when we get there. All right. >> See, it ended gently. It ended very gently. Oh, I want to watch this trial with y'all. I know the verdict already came out. I don't care. Y'all know I don't mind being super late, but I want to watch the Stefan Diggs trial because I saw the highlights from Kea. I said, "Oh, oh, this is this is interesting." I'll just say that. That's all I'll say. Cuz I had read the um police report. I probably read it on legal at some point, but I was interested in looking out for that one. Another taser video one. Oh, and let me tell y'all whose video was that? That was Crime and All who we just watched their channel. Now we're back to real body cam. Woman hits deputy with his own taser probe. All right, here we go. >> Listen to me or you're going to go to jail right now. Stop. Stop. >> Don't arrest me. >> Turn around. >> You look kind of >> I need to get domestic. I like >> get on the ground. >> On January 11th, 2026, deputies in Florida responded to a gas station after a woman reportedly grabbed a beer and walked out without paying. A deputy intercepted the suspect at a nearby intersection with the beer still in hand. But what began as a routine shoplifting call was about to take a violent turn. >> This motherucker told me yesterday. >> Okay. >> He said, "I killed your kid." >> Who did? >> This This ain't >> Okay. >> Yeah. I killed your kid. I told him I kill your whole >> Okay. Swear to God. I ain't on Bible. Y'all take me to jail. I didn't mean my runs to Calvary after what happened in that medical. >> Place your hands behind your back for me. >> Probably. No. I have to before you get my witnesses. I ain't doing that. I >> I'm going to go talk to them. >> No. You cannot arrest me till you get witnesses and >> don't start with me right now. I had a scratch off. They scratch her skin, right? I have receipts. So before you get to your evidence, it take me to jail cuz you have to get it. I have all the receipts, but they took money for me in video. >> Okay, we're going to we're going to talk about that. Okay. >> She's also a fast talker. I also suspected substances for her. Used to stealing uses substances is what I sus suspected from her. >> Work on that. >> All right. So this is America. You're going to take me to jail when he said I kill your kid. Handcuff me. No. You cannot. Yes. Cuz you >> No, Legally, you cannot. >> Don't start with me. >> No, I'm done talking. Legally, you cannot. I did not steal the bill. I have a video of them swapping out. >> Okay. >> They're two things. >> Okay. Right now, I'm going to 55 you cuz I don't have a partner here. Okay. >> When we get over there, we're going to talk. >> You ain't You ain't handcuffing me. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I can call out handcuffs, but you ain't handcuffing me. >> If he says you didn't steal it and we look at it, I will I will take the cuffs off you. Okay. >> No. When I do that, I'll walk over. >> Okay. No. No. Come here. Hey, come here. Listen to me or you're going to go to jail right now. I'm here. Stop. Stop. Don't arrest me. You have to know when allow for arrest. >> This is giving me Reno 911. Lovable. Yes. Cop has arm tattoo. Omar free space for that one. >> Stop. >> No. Um, go ahead and tase me. Shoot me. I don't >> I like tas. >> Come here. Wishy5. Go ahead and see me at 35. >> Right here where I'm going. You're not >> turn around or I will tase you. >> Tase me. >> If somebody tells me and I'm a cop, they tell me I like tasers. I'm waiting for backup. I'm not engaging because she crazy. You clearly crazy when you tell me you like taser. Uhuh. And a Oh man. Wait till you see when she does get tased. Lord. Um BRB said she is fearless. Not sure if that is a good thing. Kim said what's in her mouth. I think she just can't pronounce her Rs. So she has her southern accent. She's speaking fast and she doesn't like use a R. It's kind of like a W like a toddler. So I think I don't think she has anything in her mouth. I'm >> free citizen of America until you get the evidence. If you illegally arrest me, >> I'm not. >> No, technically you did. So let me tell you about your law real fast. >> Stop. >> You honestly. >> All right. I'm not doing this. Turn around. >> No, we going to try. We going to be playing around. >> All right. If you can get my hand from here to here, I'll make you a deal. >> Stop. >> No. You have to break the back up. >> Make your back up. Yeah. cuz I'm going to see how good your two is. >> You look kind of >> I'm trying to get domestic. >> Stop. >> Come here. I like that. >> Get on the ground. >> GET ON THE GROUND. >> I will tase you. >> Nope. I told you I'm >> Get on the ground. >> Nope. >> Get on you. Laugh at you again. >> Get on the ground. >> Okay, now >> this about >> Get on the ground. >> I'll get you a knee. >> Get on the ground. >> This is my knee now. >> Tase me, please. >> Why do you want me to tase you? >> I like that freaky. HOW MANY >> GET DOWN? >> GET ON THE GROUND. >> I DONE TOLD YOU. I TOOK MY KNEE. That's all I get out of me. >> Whiskey 5. Taser. Taser. Taser. >> Deputy Fields calls for emergency backup as he is now injured and Kayn remains uncooperative. >> Get on the ground. >> My name stands for today. After you say I feel your >> she snatched them things. I didn't realize can a taser I guess it can shoot out more than one set of prongs. I feel like I'm learning that right now cuz I feel like I've seen that a few times. Um let me know. Do y'all know that if they can shoot out more than one pair of uh prongs? Um what did I see here? Oh no Angel said, "I want to see how cute your twostep is. Is that some kind of southern threat?" Anything can be. I don't know. That's first time I heard that. I'm laughing so hard. Oh, let me see here. Oh, bam bam. No, cuz somebody's actually going to say I know the law at some point. Somebody's going to say it. So, we can't do tell me about your law with to replace I know the law cuz that was really on the nose. >> Get on the ground. >> GET ON THE GROUND. GET ON YOUR BACK. >> GET ON YOUR BACK. >> I'M TAKING A STAND FOR MY DADDY AND MY MILITARY. YOU SAY YOU KILL MY KID. >> MOMMY, YOU SAID >> KID ON THE GROUND. >> GET ON THE GROUND. >> I'M BLEEDING. >> YES. SO AM I. >> For what? >> You freaking threw a taser dart at me. >> Turn around. GET ON YOUR BACK. >> DAMN. I GOT SHOT IN THE HAND. >> TURN AROUND AND GET ON YOUR BACK. >> I CAN'T. GIVE A MAN ONE MINUTE. YOU JUST NOW I'M BLEEDING. >> Get down. Get on your STOMACH AND LAY LAY ON YOUR STOMACH. >> I'm leaking. >> I understand that. Lay on your stomach. Now, put your hands behind your back. >> Someone shot me in the hand. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> You got to keep >> Oh, yes. She did sound like that freaky ass. She did say that. And then Yikes said, "I'm not going to lie. If I'm the cop and the department has to look over this body cam watching me get ho, I'm quitting. I'm out, too. I can't. We can't live this down. I'm I'm with you. We got to switch departments. We We gone. >> We might put your hands behind your back now. >> Both of them. Both of them. >> There we go. >> Okay. Good question. Somebody said, "What's leaking?" And then um Ashley said, "Hold up." She threw a taser at him. She threw the prong so hard at him that his head is bleeding based on his narration. That's what happened. >> Don't move. >> I won't. I told you I take a stand today for America. >> We didn't have to do this. >> Yes, we didn't. Yes, sir. >> Can you say in 10712? >> I'm leaving. >> An ambulance is also called to the scene. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> My head's bleeding. >> I don't give a [ __ ] I thought I took a stand for my kid. I killed your kid. When y'all tell my kid for relief from me cuz of my mom. >> We didn't have to do this. We didn't have to do this. >> We did have to do this while I sit right there. Yes. >> No. Put your hands behind your back right now. Keep them behind your back. Put your >> Oh my god. >> Both of them. >> And don't move. >> Whiskey 5, where you at? >> Right here by the gas pumps. >> Hell yeah. Here we go again. I've been looking for you. >> You don't even know who I am. >> She threw a taser guard at me. My head's bleeding. >> My mine is >> Lovable said she busted her head on the pole. So that might be awesome. But I know the officer He just said it. I think his head's bleeding. >> I'm bleeding, too. Um, that said, I kill your kid. So, I can't believe you said I kill your kid. I don't come for family. My family's cops and military. >> Really? Well, you should have put your hands behind your back when I asked. >> Did you shoot me? You pulled a gun on me. I thought it went that way. >> We have this fifth amendment, right? You should exercise it and stop talking. >> I told you to stand by me for the USA. Hey, shot me in head. >> Yeah, she threw the probe at my head. He said, "I killed your kid." Say, "I kill your kid." I got shot with a gun. >> I think it's when she fell cuz I shot her the second time and she fell backwards. >> No, it's a gunshot. Look at it. >> I did not shoot you with my gun. >> No, in there. Go check. >> No, they didn't. >> Remember when I said we're exercising our fifth amendment? Stop talking. >> No, I My head is bleeding. >> Yes, it's mine, I think. >> I'm sorry. I didn't. >> Yeah, she threw a taser probe at my head. >> I didn't mean to throw it at the head. I need that things. So I'm sorry for but that said I cure your kid. >> What the [ __ ] This is America. >> Well, this would have never happened if you would have just only blood I got. >> So when I'm dead I'm dead. I'm fine with dying. That's the only thing I left. That's the only bloodline I got left. My dad said >> taser probe hit you in the head and that's where the >> take a stand with me. >> That's when I tas her the second time and she fell and yo listen everything my mama said but she's aing liar. Since she said I was balanced, guys threw it at you. What's going on? >> Well, we got a pretty good gas in her head. We got a probe here. Looks like one came out here. >> Listen, don't care about your story. They're going to make sure you stop bleeding. >> I don't give a listen. That's the only I got. >> And we also got a deputy that got hit in the head with a taser, too. >> This is a pro thrown at him. Stuck him pretty good. So, >> I know. No, no, no. You ain't giving me I don't want no medical chicken. No needles. >> I know. We're getting this one out. Okay. >> Let me see. >> It's not. >> Uhuh. Let me >> I don't want that. You can't get out. I don't touch [ __ ] with needles. You got to quit. >> Well, right now it looks like you're in custody. So, you lost that option. It's up to the deputies. Okay. >> That's fine. I'm going with the deputies. I took a stand. >> I figured I'd call and let you know what's going on. >> Logan stops this shoplifting suspect. It's the same one that we tased last time. He shoots four darts at her. She takes one of the darts and throws it and hits him in the side of the head. So, he's bleeding from the spot where the taser probe hit. So, Fire Rescue's checking him right now and she's bleeding pretty bad. But, >> all right. >> Um, she's 55 and Fire Rescue's checking both of them. >> I told you put me in the car without cuffs and you wouldn't listen to me. That's how I stay in America today. Love you little buttercup. >> This is going to get wrapped around you. Okay. It's going to go underneath your chin. >> See? a couple weeks ago. >> Same one. >> Yeah, same one. >> Because Kayn sustained a head wound when she fell, the deputies now have to figure out if the local jail will even accept her or if she needs to be cleared by a hospital first. >> I don't want to be punctured with nothing. >> Just need to get her sit on her bottom. >> Yeah. Can I sit on the thing right there? I'll stay lit. >> If you work with me, I'll work with you. >> We going to sit up. All right. >> Can get my hat right here. >> Sit right here. Sit. >> They say she's 55. Well, for once we can say if they if she's actually 55, we finally can say she's not a hard 55 because everybody every time they name people age, it's like, "Oh, that's a hard blank." But okay. Um, Lovable said, "The first time I saw this, I said I had to send it to you so everybody could get a good laugh." If th this is great. This is great. Um, I agree with everybody that keeps saying, "Is she on something?" I feel like she's on she is on something. and to be on something if she is. She does. She definitely looks younger. If they said 55, I'm like, verify that cuz that's crazy. Um, Ashley said, "I wish we could see these people after they sober up." Me, too. I would I want to see that, too. Um, let me see. I feel like there was someone else. Yeah, she don't care about her amendment right on that one, Candace. She does not. >> EKG real quick. It's part of what we do. Not neither. Legally, I can deny ambulance help. Go ahead. This is another thing. Okay. >> 372. Yes, I can. Yes, I can. Yes, I can. You better look up your law. Just like I for arrest. >> Deputy Penso gathers evidence of the taser discharge for the arrest report. >> So, the bullet shot. >> They're taser probes. >> I for this one's going to go on your finger. All right. >> All right. I'm going to be saying this at home. Oh, I like that freakyish. But she said that I was done. And BRB said she's high on meth and worried about Fent. Girl, get got her priorities right. I was thinking about that. Like, okay. Woo. No Fent, but All right, ma'am. >> Have you? >> I won't try anything. >> I don't know what they said about um SP. >> Oh, okay. That makes more sense. Noir said I think 55 means detained or arrested. So they used it like a code like a 1055 not she's 55 cuz I was about to say this is the first time for me of a body cam. That makes more sense. I'm going try to find out what 55 means. >> Your protocol because the probe went into her. >> Yeah, I know. >> Don't even remind me. Okay. >> You have any medical history? >> Suck my little dick. Do >> you take medicine for that? >> Red, white, and blue. I like Trump. Are you the caller? You want to tell me what happened real quick? Is this what she took? >> She got the 24 pack. >> So, she took a whole 24 pack. >> He told me that um that right down there said, "I'll kill your family." That's what happened. And um he tried to say something. >> She took a 24 pack beer and she come inside the counter. >> Okay. >> A couple three or four can dip the grease or something. >> Okay. So, a couple of packs of cigarettes, three or four cans of dip. >> No, not cup. Whole cart. >> Like a whole carton. Okay. >> Yes. Um what happened was um that's my last my bloodline. Um honestly my dad died for me protecting me so I was going to die protect her. >> I got the video if you want to see. >> Got video. Okay. Yeah. 1055 can mean intoxicated driver. Although she wasn't driving. They probably just use it for being intoxicated. Period. But they said it can vary across jurisdictions. >> Um yes. Is there any video in the parking lot? >> Yes. He stole $100 from me on a scratch off. Had one in there and I stole money from me. Anytime I care and I dropped the counter. I took $100 worth of [ __ ] >> She came. What time has she come in? What does that say? >> 1508. >> If I need anything else, I'll come back and talk to you. Okay. >> Okay. >> Yes, sir. All right. We standing up now. You ready? >> Yeah. Ready? I go. All right. Hey, can you grab my marine hat right there? >> We'll get it. >> No, I like it with me on my hand. That's my marine >> hat. >> Has anybody searched her anything on it? Yeah, just freedom. That's it. My little right there. So y would not stand by me. >> What? >> Yeah. My kid. I'm going to die for my kid just like my dad died for me. My mama carried my daddy in here. She was Nassau County. >> See dad probably ain't going to take her head. Okay, let me try. >> She's going to be a pain in the ass cuz she's been screaming off. She's not getting any medical attention. Is >> this your vehicle? Yeah. >> Okay. We thought this might have been involved in the female I was out here. So, we're just making sure it wasn't her car. >> Something about, "Oh god, I'm going to go to jail." And I was like, "Huh?" >> I didn't even know she had came up behind me. >> Did you see her with anything >> in her hands or nothing like that? >> No, she didn't have anything in her hand. >> All right. Appreciate it. But she had she has an entire case of Bush Light >> in the video and she jumps over the counter and grabs like a carton segates as much cans of dip. End >> of investigation. She dumped them somewhere. >> The suspect was charged with resisting arrest with violence, petty theft, battery on a law enforcement officer. At this time, the suspect's court case is still ongoing. >> I don't want him to get in trouble. Didn't mean to click on that again. Hold on. Go back. Okay. It look like there might be a couple that does things together. Okay. Midwest safety. You know, I love some Midwest safety. Oh, and the last one was Oh, yeah. Real bike. No. No. I think it was police on scene or something. Um, okay. Whole family goes nuts over towed car. I want you Okay. Well, just watch it. Let me know what you think as you watch it. Here we go. >> After a repo toe hooks up a vehicle, a woman hops inside the car and locks the doors. >> Open the door, ma'am. If you don't open the door, we're going to break the window and remove you from the vehicle. You are going to go to jail. We have a court order. Open the door. >> You're going to go to jail if >> you are going to go to jail if you don't exit the vehicle. >> Okay. Step out. >> Don't you touch me. If you touch me, I will get battery on a Leo. I'm promising you. I don't want I don't want Listen, I don't want you to go to jail. >> If you put your hands on me, no. >> Step out. >> Get out of trouble. >> Let me get you caught up if you can't see your screen. Okay. I think she broke her car window. For those of y'all that have already seen this, let me know if I'm right about who broke the car window. Then she gets tackled and it's the text says she starts punching cop repeatedly in the face. Yeah, her husband got on my nerves too. Flip her over. Turn over. Turn over. >> Okay, I'mma go back real fast. It happened fast. Here you go. So she gets out. Here you go. Flip her over. Turn over. >> Turn over. >> I GOT ROLL. Roll her over. >> Turn her over. TURN HER BACK. >> I ain't done that. Look. >> Get back. >> Stay back. >> You hate MY WIFE AGAIN. SEE THAT BADGE OFF? WHAT'S YOUR MOTHER NAME? Stay back. What's your name? What's your badge number 103? What's your badge number? You beat MY WIFE. BACK UP. >> YOU THINK THAT'S FUNNY? >> Back up. >> Hide behind that [ __ ] >> You beat my >> back up. >> You mother bro. Lexi, get back in the arm. >> Why would he put his hands on MY >> FREAKING COWARD? >> I WONDER what Sergeant Curtis would say about um cuz she was punching him, punching him in the face. She got punched in the face. I did see her nose bleeding right before they turned her over. I've seen where I told y'all I've seen where cops punch people they have under arrest if they fighting back. So, this is not my first time seeing somebody get punched. Um, but I wonder what Sergeant Curtis would say about this. >> Why would you DO COWARD? I WANT TO PICTURE HER FACE. I WANT TO PICTURE HER FACE. >> BACK UP. >> GO SEE THE UNARMED MAN. YOU'RE A REAL >> SHE HAS A FREAKING HEART PROBLEM. >> YEAH. >> AND as a dad said, you you would shoot an unarmed man. Midwest safety pointed out he had a knife on him. Y'all don't even care. Look at this mother. >> Look at this. Sorry, [ __ ] Look at this guy. Look at this guy. Zoom in on him. Zoom in on him. He punched my wife in the [ __ ] face. Look, she's out cold. She's unresponsive. Call a [ __ ] ambulance, you [ __ ] Call >> We are stay back. >> Look what you did to my wife. >> I marked it. Hey, bro. I see you. >> Okay. That's all I'm saying. >> I'm going to arrest you for threats against law enforcement if you don't stop. >> I didn't threaten you. I said I see you. I said, "I see you." Listen, I know my rights, buddy. Very well. >> Very well. >> What y'all just did? >> No, cuz he said I'm marking his head first. Then he said, "I see you. >> She's She's out cold, bro. She's unresponsive. >> Back up." >> She has a heart condition. >> I understand that. BUT >> YOU'RE GOING TO KILL HER. >> NO, we are not. >> SHE HAS SURGERY TOMORROW. BRO, LOOK WHAT YOU JUST DID. >> UNDERSTOOD. BACK UP. >> Backing up. No, I ain't done. I'm on my property. >> Back up. Back up. Back up. >> Back up. I ain't done [ __ ] Look at this. LOOK AT WHAT Y'ALL DID. Are you proud of that? >> Are you [ __ ] proud? You beat a woman, you puss. >> Mom, are you okay, >> you [ __ ] >> HEY. HEY, step back. >> Step back. >> Step back. I'm in my yard. You're good. You're good. Step back. >> LOOK WHAT THEY DID. I'M BACK. I'M BACK, SIR. I'm back. I back. >> What else do you want from me? >> Okay. Just try. >> I've done nothing, man. Look what they did. She's got a hearting condition, my man. >> Stay back. Put my knife down. >> No, don't touch it. >> Go over there. >> Uh Traveling Gmail said they should be checking her pulse at least. They they pointed out it's quick, but they're pointing an arrow back to her. They said she's standing up and responsive. So, she's breathing. She's She's conscious and standing up at that right now at this point. >> Will you grab that knife? I don't want to get in any trouble. I just got off work. >> Hold a knife on the ground right over there. >> Don't listen. >> They can't. What the is that? Look over Stay over here. Just stay over here. >> Come over here. >> Look what they did to my mom. >> Look what I did, bro. >> Please go take care. >> I can't leave you. I got mama. Y'all better know that's a civil suit. >> She's in charge of battery. >> Dang. We still had the I'm suing or a lawsuit square. That would work. Uh, who said Jamie said, "Didn't he say I know the law?" He probably did if you heard it because y'all are pretty accurate on getting the exact quotes. So if if you think he said it, he probably said it. Um Kim said, "Your wife was seen throwing punches, sir." Wow says, "So you want others to think of her heart, but when will she or you as her husband think of her heart?" That's all I'm thinking. I'm like, she said, "Don't touch me. I have a heart condition." I don't think you should have a heart attack if somebody touches you. But if you act like you acted and you have a heart condition, that's on you. Touching is not going to set your heart off. Jacqueline said, "If you couldn't pay for the car, how are you going to pay for jail?" Great question, Jacqueline. Sweet Tea says she should have thought about her heart condition before approaching the officer. Right. She came out literally swinging, swinging at windows, swinging at them. Lovable said he did. And Wow said he did say, "I know the law." So that's your bingo square. >> Leo and man, listen. >> I'm not shaking your head to stay back. Okay. >> Oh yeah. I got something. I'm sure you treat people, bro. We're all bad. Look what you do to my wife. Your job is >> WHAT ARE Y'ALL DOING? >> HEY, HELP HER. What are you doing? I'm trying to get my phone. It's not even my phone. >> Dare me. Call Miss Susan and have Mr. B get a lawyer. >> Listen, I'm contacting my lawyer. >> Just stay back, brother. >> I'm back. How much DO YOU NEED? Y'ALL NOT SCARED. LIKE, get real. SO, THREE OF Y'ALL are up. Y'all are done. Done, son. >> Done. >> Stop. What are you doing? >> I'M TRYING TO SPIT. If I spit towards y'all, Y'ALL ARE GOING TO PUT ANOTHER CHARGE on me. >> Done. Done. Done. Sir, you look like a rookie. You look like a rookie, sir. Say something, please. My camera's ready. That's why the public hates you, [ __ ] Look, SHE'S OUT AGAIN. DON'T EVEN CARE. Call 911. >> I have paramedics coming. >> Yikes. And I don't know if I read your earlier one. You said that put me on meter made duty, but this time Yikes said she was straight piecing that man up. another instant retire from me. Put me on the desk. Right. I'm not dealing with these people. I'm not doing it cuz I'm not going to meet their force with equal force. It's not happening. That's why I'm not a cop. My pride can't take it. Like, you're not going to be doing this stuff to me. And then in fact, Omar, the video that I I replied to you on, I'mma put that in a a compilation of officers behaving badly or something type thing. But that woman that got what she got when she got mushed professionally, not good. Would I have done it? I would have mushed her. I would have. So yeah, but I'm with you. Yikes. I'm not doing this. >> Investigate police officers, but you put your hands on my mom. >> Yes, she's going to jail for battery on Leo. She didn't battle y'all. >> Look what you did to her. >> Hey, look what you did to her. Stay back. >> Stay back. >> I'M IN MY YARD, BRO. WHAT THE [ __ ] YOU KEEP APPROACHING ME. >> JUST STAY BACK. STAY BACK. >> I'M [ __ ] BACK. >> IF HE COMES ANY CLOSER, do what you have to do. >> Dad, >> do what you have to do. I'm going to stay right here. Look, that's y'all told me not to cross. Now I'm And look what you did. >> Listen. >> Did you get a pulse? >> Got a pulse. >> Jeremy, calm down, please. is not going to help the situation if you get in trouble. So stop done, sir. You've done did it. >> What is What is going on? >> We got a couple days ago for >> We received We received the summon said we had 20 days to >> Sorry. They blurred her mouth now, but right before this shot, I'm not going to rewind this one, but right before the blur, it showed her nose and mouth, and she got as good as she gave. That's all I'm going to say. And now she might she might have got worse because I don't I don't see the cop's face she was punching. But woo, she going to remember this day. >> Come back to them. So we are in the process of hiring attorney. >> Come this way. Come on. >> I have no respect for you. >> My wife in the face. >> Look what they did. >> Why? Why did they have to go like this? Why do you have to be like this? Okay. >> I did it. I got out with a bad temper because I paid $23,000. >> Got it wrong with video. I'm calling an attorney, bro. You're done. You're done. Rookie boy. >> Listen, they have they have body cameras, too. >> I know. That's good. >> Let me go over there, >> man. Listen, you don't understand why I'm like this. >> Let me go over and look at your wife. Look at your mom. Okay. >> She's conscious. >> She's going to be fine. >> She's conscious. The medics are never happened. That should have never happened. Come over here. Come over here. >> Set it down. Grab it. Grab it. Go ahead, boss. >> Please. I don't have >> Come on. What the hell's going on? >> So So we're under a repleven, right? The officer was just the vehicle. So, I'm under a repleven right now. The cop just showed up. >> Hold on. Let's educate ourselves. It says a repleven is a procedure where seized goods may be restored to their owner pending the outcome of a lawsuit. So, y'all are under a lawsuit, which is how this truck is getting temporarily repoled, I guess, and other property possibly. But you also trying to sue. But you got a lawsuit you need to be handling against y'all to the point it's so serious they're holding your property until the soup is over. Sounds like you have bigger fish to fry. >> Like two days ago served me with the repleven. My gate is locked. Everything is sealed 110%. So my wife pulled up about 10 minutes later. She said, "I'm getting my out of there real quick." My wife was sitting in that vehicle when these two dads pulled up. Um the guy that's picking my wife up that beat her in the face and then this gentleman here putting the black gloves on. Um, >> so they they got the vehicle, everything. What happened to the vehicle? Why is it all busted? >> Because my wife did that, man. She was mad. Well, she was she was not only mad, but they were trying to pull out the vehicle. She's steadily telling them, "I have a heart condition. A really bad heart condition." When she got out of the vehicle, she said, "Look, please don't touch me." They didn't touch us. And my wife had that trash bag in her hand full of stuff. She hit the window, it busted, stepped out the vehicle. That's why we're here. >> Yes. Under my repleance. They're not supposed to step foot on my property. We're under a lawsuit right now. I'm supposed to maintain the vehicle. They're not supposed to step foot on my property. But they did this without will. come over the fence and got in my yard. So, my wife got out of the vehicle. She turned and she smashed the back window. When she did, the dude holding her ran up and hit her immediately. Bam. Hit her right in the face. Split her. I see you, boy. I see you. I see you. All right. Now, all right. Now, you skipping a little bit because she busted the window. They tried to restrain her. They went to the ground and she started bop bop bop meek me. That's what that's what happened. Now, I understand traveling GMA because I'm not saying I'm out here men punching women. I'm not. But I I need her to also keep her hands to herself. That's the best way I can put it. And I'm different on each case. This is a case by case opinion. Some things she brought down on herself a little bit on this one. Um, let's see. Fantasy. I hate fantasy final fiend. If your wife has a heart condition, maybe she should manage her anger and not punch a cop repeatedly, too. Yes. Ashley said he don't even know. She already admitted to being in the wrong. He don't even know. He He's skipping and lying. Love will say he's skipping a lot. Yeah, she was giving them a run for her money. Uh or for their money while cows. I agree. >> Over here. I don't want the kids. Come over here. Come here. Y >> I hope he's real proud. >> I bet he beats his wife. I bet you beat your wife. Hey, listen. I got all that on camera. physical force on a woman on a woman. So his first intention is to punch my wife in the face. Tell him, "Take that badge off. Give me five minutes." Where's our >> I I promise you, sir. I think if he actually went uh for that and took his badge off and gave you five minutes, it'd be the five minutes of hell on your side. I really don't think I don't think he cuz he ain't got to wrestle with people all the time. He got to deal with this on a daily basis. I don't think you could take him. I I don't You'd have to prove to me you could take that cop. All he need I feel like is 45 seconds at best. Um just denial and no accountability is what I'm hearing right now. And I do see where you're saying that one cop is kind of coddling him, but I'm going to take it as deescalation lovable since he's he's already got his butt handed to him by some other cops and stuff like that. So >> 10:15's right here. Just I came up she wouldn't get out of the vehicle. I explained to her she was going to get arrested for her instruction if she didn't get out. Mhm. >> She finally got out. Said that she was going to catch Leo going on out. She walked around here, pulled back with the bag she had in her hand, smashed the back window. I grabbed her by the arms, went to take her down to the ground. She fell out on her back and started punching me in the side of the face. >> You okay? >> Okay, I'm good. I can still deal with it. Started punching me in the side of the face and just swinging wildly. So, I think he knocked to us in the face. I'm not sure. Then we rolled her over and trying to get control. This dude came in. You didn't jump into the fight, but if I just want to, you got it back up. >> Now we're here. >> Okay. >> I'm just peace right now. >> You're good. Do your thing, sir. >> I just spoke to your mom. She said, "Calm down." >> Yeah, >> she has to calm down, too. >> I spoke to her. She's fine. >> Hold on. Hold on. Auntie Netty says she got the whole beauty shop listening. Shout out to Auntie Netty's beauty shop. What's the name of the beauty shop, Auntie Netty? I I'll shout them out. >> Little medics are on their way. The sergeant over there is going to handle everything of your concern. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> So, what happened? >> Um, I came and got it. No, we got a break order to go into the property. Got the >> signed by a judge and I already confirmed it with my side before he took it. He pulled up. He has the paperwork. I gave it to him. >> So, he's the >> Hold on. I like to read the text cuz not everybody can look at their screen all the time. And that's sometimes while I also state the obvious of what just happened on on the um screen because I have visually impaired people. I'm sure. And then also everybody's not always looking at their screen at the same time. So, uh, it says, "A break order is a court authorized order allowing an officer to enter a premises to seize property." I already tal confirmed it with my sergeant before he even took it. He pulled up. He has the paperwork I gave it to him. >> So, he's the owner of the vehicle that's getting paid, >> right? Throw it on the ground. She pulled up right here, said, "I'm not you're not leaving with my truck unless I'm going to jail." So, I called that. They get here. Nothing really happened until uh backup truck. She was in the truck. She wouldn't get out. She wouldn't argue with me or anything. She just let him get out the truck. It was him that was going back and forth between me and the truck driver. She swung and broke the window and then from there >> if y'all stay here trying to get the stuff out the car to make y'all happy. >> I don't think >> I'll check. But y'all stay right here. >> Okay. Ain't nothing in there. I'm assuming this is your stuff, miss on the ground. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Just stay right there. Okay. I'm going to pick this up and give it to your man over there. Okay. You want to get >> y'all? Okay. Oh god. I'mma say it before I read W House's comment because I I'm with you on the balance of that W house, y'all. He literally knocked the Sonic coins out of her cuz they just they just went to the ground and it was a lot of coins in her pocket. And I I know it's not from punching. He didn't punch the coins out of her. It was when they took her to the ground and fell out. But it just when I saw those coins, all I could think about was Sonic when I saw it. Okay. But um Wow said, "Trending as a person whose mother was abused, I don't agree with men fighting women. But if a man is defending himself like this, he couldn't help but hit her back. Fight to the finish." I'm thinking, look, enough to get them to stop is where I must go. Enough to get them to stop attacking you. She was full on violence. They were not trying to go there with her. So I'm with you, Wow. And I'm sorry you had to grow up in a childhood like that as well. Um I ain't gonna put nobody else business out there, but I I'm close to someone that had to grow up in a childhood like that. It it don't go away. Um let me see. Jacqueline said he's a talker, not a fighter. Okay, so Auntie Natty's Beauty Shop Savage House of Beauty. Shout out to y'all. Thank you for listening to me while Auntie Natty's listening and watching. >> Where's it at? It's over here. >> Okay. the judge who signed that and what >> I paid a lot of money for this car. >> I've had it since 2018. They we got in a car accident and it they wouldn't work with us. We tried to pull we hauled them with 14,000 to pay it off. They wanted us to pay 22. >> I care less by the car. As long as your wellbeing, they're going to check out with this young man. Okay. All right. >> So, be nice. Be nice to them. Be nice to them. Okay. Just calm down. All right. Deal. All right. Are you okay? >> She's fine. >> I got you, bro. I got you. Don't worry. He He's [ __ ] He's [ __ ] Both of them two chunks right there all the way around. >> No, they need to know what they did wrong, bro. >> They need to know. They need to know, bro. >> I got you. >> You two willing be screwed for the rest of your lives. You'll be balls deep in [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Please. >> Hey, I hope so. >> Are they going to be balls deep in losses like you currently are, which is why they're out here now? How deep are they going to be in lawsuit versus how y'all are currently going through a lawsuit to the point that they're taking your property? >> Something bad happens because y'all are to blame, buddy. And what they did by crossing this gate, they're wrong, too. I hope you like your new job at Walmart as greeter. What's his name and badge number, man? >> I forgot his name cuz he's new. >> Can you please give me his badge number? >> He's all going to be public 100%. All body cameras. >> I want to support you, Lee. He's [ __ ] man. For the rest of his life, he's I'm going to banter him on every social media platform. I'm sending this video to social media, though. It's going out to the news and everything, bro. I'm just being honest. I'm being >> I think you mean Badger, not Banter. >> Being very honest right now. >> Hey, don't come up here. >> I know. >> I gota give >> you a card. I have to >> You give it to somebody else. >> I'm going to give it to you. Get the [ __ ] off my property. >> I'm going to give it to Deputy Hannah. >> You get off of my property here. >> Get the going to be worldwide news today, buddy. >> Listen to me. I got a case number. It's all right here. Okay. >> I want No, no, >> no. I got It's right here. Deputy McFlane 5442. And you got C. Thompson 69. What about her? And hers is actually 5833. That's her badge number, please. >> All right, brother. I'm going to put my badge number on there, too. Okay. This is mine right here. >> Hey, listen. I'm going to give you a great review, bro. You got nothing but time to me. Thank you, sir. >> You mind? Could I give your knife back and you be okay? I'll throw it in the yard. >> Yeah, you can throw it, bro. It's cool, man. Just don't try to throw in the dirty. >> I'm not going to do it. Just listen to me. Don't do nothing stupid. Okay. >> I like that. I got a great >> Put that in your pocket, okay? Promise. >> Yes, sir. >> And take care. I didn't mean to disrespect you, okay? If it was my choice, I would let you go see your mom. Okay. >> No worries, man. Listen, >> the female suspect, Melissa, was charged with felony battery on a law enforcement officer, felony resisting an officer with violence, felony assault on a law enforcement officer, and criminal mischief less than $200 in damage. The charge of battery on a law enforcement officer was dropped while the resisting an officer with violence charge resulted in adjudication withheld, meaning the judge accepts her plea, but will not formally convict her on the charge. She was adjudicated guilty for the remaining charges of assault on a law enforcement officer and criminal mischief. She was sentenced to three years of probation. There are no public records indicating her husband filed any lawsuits towards the officers involved. >> All right, we saw how fast reality >> I'm sorry. What? We going to get to Officer John, but of course there's no record of him filing a lawsuit. His wife was wrong and they already buried under a lawsuit right now. They ain't got the time nor the funds to be now trying to start a lawsuit. Of course, there's no record. ity gets rewritten when things don't go someone's way. Now listen, excessive force and policing is real. And when I see it, I'll call it out without hesitation. But this right here, this isn't that. What you're seeing is a moment where control gets challenged and then flipped. Because she's not trapped, she's not confused. She steps out, walks past the officer, and then chooses to shatter that window. That's the pivot point. That's where everything changes. And the second the officer moves in, she throws the first punch. Now, here's where it gets interesting. Because while that's happening, there's another layer playing out. Camera comes out and the narrative starts forming in real time. And suddenly it's less about what happened and more about what this could turn into. Now I've stopped people myself and I had to tell them the car was getting towed and you're not just dealing with a vehicle, you're dealing with somebody's lifeline. And you never know who you're going to get on the other side of that moment. Then you hear it. You look like a rookie. That's not frustration, that's bait. I used to call that setting the hook. Say just enough to get a reaction so you can claim the moment. But he doesn't bite. And when the husband starts telling his version, listen close to what's missing. Because sometimes the truth isn't in what people say, it's in what they quietly leave out. >> Yep. And we all caught what he left out as soon as he skipped over it. All right, y'all. Last video cuz I got to go study and practice for this argumentative writing. It's here now. It's this month. I've been talking about this forever. Part one, the LSAT is about to happen, y'all. And I have to take it at home. And they are very strict about how your environment has to be to take it at home, too. And there's no alternative to take it at a center. The LSAT part, I can take it at a testing facility, but not the argument and the writing part. It's crazy. I'mma tell y'all the rules in a separate video. Um, but it says, "Too drunk to realize she's driving the wrong way." And this is crime cam now. All right, here we go. >> On October 20th, 2023, a Dunwoody police officer on patrol observed a vehicle traveling on the wrong side of the road in Dunwood, Georgia. The officer quickly turns around, catches up to the vehicle, and pulls it over. Go ahead. >> 32. I'll be >> I'll be in from >> Okay, before it gets into it, thank you Ashley J for the sparkles. I got them. >> Hello. >> Hi, police officer. You got your license? >> I do. >> I apologize. I've been living in Texas for a long time and I literally >> the intersection are a little confusing to me. >> Thank you. >> No problem. So, where are we coming from? >> Um to get something to eat. JR crickets. We just got in town from Texas. My sister is in medical school. >> Mhm. >> And she'll be in class for a month now. So, >> I drove her down. I live in Texas now. >> So, um Yeah. >> But I live in Texas now. I do. So, I do need to switch my license over. But, um >> Okay. How long were we at J Cricket? About >> an hour. Hour? >> Yeah. >> Hour? >> Not long. >> Where you going now? >> Home. My >> It's literally like 5 minutes away. >> Yeah. My little sister literally stay across the street from Per. >> Okay. Come talk to me. >> Okay. >> Hello. How are you? >> Good. How are you? I'm sorry. You scared the hell out of me. >> I didn't mean to scare you. I'm >> fine. >> Where y'all? Uh where you going tonight? We're going home to my sister's place. Oh, >> okay. Where's that at? >> It's literally Y'all can follow us. It's literally like 3 minutes from here. >> Oh, gotcha. Okay. >> Yeah. I don't have nothing on me. >> I didn't say you did. >> Okay. I was just making sure. >> Gota come over here. >> So, >> where were we at before JR Cricket? >> On the road. Literally on the road. Literally. We come from Texas. I stay in Houston, Texas. >> Okay. >> Take the literally square. I'm pretty sure it's still on there. It says uh says literally greater than five times. Go ahead and take that bingo square. >> We're on the road. We got in town maybe around like I don't want to exaggerate maybe 10. Went to go Jr. Cricket to get some wings and we were headed home to my sister. She stayed across the street from Perimeter Mall. And I'm not familiar with the intersection. So I know that's probably why y'all pulled me over. >> I pulled you over cuz you're on the wrong side of the road. >> Literally. That's what I'm saying. I'm not familiar with the intersection. Wrong side of the road. I'm not familiar with it. So, I know I turned wrong. My little sister told me I turned on the wrong side of the road. And that was that. Like >> Mhm. >> So, >> can see where that draws concern, right? >> I I get it. No, I get it. I get why y'all pull me over. I get it. But literally, I'm not I >> Okay. You got here when? >> Today. Today. >> Time was >> 10:30. The latest. >> You went straight to J Cricket? Yes. >> Okay. >> And you can call my little sister. You >> were there. You said for like an hour or so. >> Yes. We went and got wings. >> What time do you think it is now? >> It is probably like 12 the latest. I know it's not over 12. I know it's not 1:00 in the morning. >> It's after 1:00, >> is it? >> Mhm. >> You had anything to drink tonight? >> Oh, yeah. >> Okay. >> I'll give you a hint. It's not my first day doing this. Okay. I'm actually >> And there's your hint. Don't lie. It's too late. You're already going down the wrong side of the road. They really have no chance in this. There's nothing else to really say. Um, oh, and watch how I think she I think she's one of the ones that gets really mean once they realize a smile is not going to get them out of this. Um, but what Noir Angel said, "Why do people not give an address instead of saying three or five minutes away?" They always do. And somebody else said they're always a couple of blocks away from home. Um, yeah, BRB said, "Funny how home is always just two blocks over." Ashley said, "I noticed that." Oh, yeah. Ashley has said, "I know that all the body cams we watch suddenly pop up in my algorithm." Mhm. Omar said, "Is Jr. Crickets good?" So, if anybody's ever been to JR Cricket, that's a good point. Jamie said, "Wait, the passenger didn't realize they were going the wrong way, too." That's a good point. >> I know it's not your first day doing this, but like literally, sir, like look, I live in Houston. I don't have time for this. I literally >> I don't have time for this either. I don't have time for this, but like I don't want to. My My sister is in medical school. Like literally. Sir, >> I ask you a yes or no question. >> What does your sister been in medical school have to do with anything? I'm pretty sure I know I missed it. I was in the chat, but I'm pretty sure this is her third time saying about her sister being in medical school. Y'all was out chilling. What this got to do with your sister being in medical school? You were actually nothing matters. You were driving on the wrong side of the road. That's it. That's all in the story. >> What's the yes or no? Um, have you had anything to drink tonight? >> Again, if I'm being honest, this is my first time doing this. >> If I'm being honest, yes. >> Okay. >> But that don't have anything to do with why I missed the turn. I promise you that. >> My sister stay across the like literally stay right here. You can follow us home. >> I promise you. >> If I miss that turn, it's because I literally am not familiar with it. >> I told 32. >> Where are you coming from? Um, JRI Cricket in Atlanta. >> Where exactly is that? >> Do you know? >> So, are you from the area? >> No, we're coming from Texas. Okay. I'm literally here for I'm in medical school. I'm here for a rotation. My sister, me and my sister, we literally drove here today. We stopped to get something to eat um about an hour ago at JR. And now we're going to >> If you're in medical school, you don't have to be in medical school. You can be a regular person. But if you're in such a This is where you really have to get your brain turned on to be in medical school, right? Did you not watch the drinks your sister had to let her drive? Like, and if you can't drive, Uber. Like, I don't I don't understand how you're in medical school and the first thought isn't, hm, blood alcohol content or concentration, that's probably going to be high. My sister should not be driving. this is not a good decision. Like I just I just think even if you don't have to be in medical school, but I just feel like I have a higher expectation now that she's confirmed she's in medical school. Gotcha. >> Please sir, community service. >> That's cool. Do you have a Texas license or you just don't have or you haven't got one yet? >> They they gotten on me about that. Like I I would do community service like please. I just do not right now. I don't. I'm a hair stylist in Texas. I just moved out there two years ago at most. I just hit my two mark. >> What's your Texas address now? >> Is the car yours? >> That's my sister. I helped her drive down here. She's in medical school. >> I got you. I got you. Um, where are y'all going now? >> Literally, my sister, you can follow us home. My sister stayed down the street 5 minutes from >> You know the address or is it just in your phone? >> Olivia, >> public friend number one said I should add the square at some point. We'll do. And this one right here, the drunk people always say, "You can follow me home." I'm adding that as a square for the next one as well. I'm so I am so tired of that one. You're drunk. So now they can follow you home to watch you get into an accident and just be a direct witness to it. There's no following your drunk butt home. >> It my sister. >> Okay, that's fine. >> Okay. All right. Just give me one second. Stay right here. Okay. >> Okay. >> A DUI trained officer arrives shortly after to take over the investigation. That's her. Um, like I said, wrongway driver. I'm ADR Hammond. I'm like, hm, those lights look weird. And she drives right by me. I'm like, >> okay. >> What? Define right by here. >> Like right beside me. >> Like the length of your left. >> Yeah. And so I'm like, okay, guess up. I'm not even hearing anything. Anyways, you can talk to decide. Yeah. M. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, what's going I'm going to ask you a lot of the same questions, so I'm going to apologize up front. All right. So, it's okay. >> Um, where exactly you coming from tonight? >> I'm coming from JR Crickets North Side Avenue, I guess. The one downside. >> Yes. >> All right. What were you doing over at JR Crickets? >> Um, we ordered some wings. I had one drink. >> What kind of drink? >> One drink. It was a margarita. >> Margarita? >> Yes. Was it one of the ones that come in like the uh like the gigantic glasses or >> No, it was like literally I don't even know the GL. It It was a small glass. >> Okay. It was like the regular size glass almost. >> Not drunk. >> Okay, I got you. All right. Um and so about how long ago did you have that drink? >> Um 30 minutes at most. >> About 30 minutes. >> Yeah. Like literally I just got in town from Texas. I drove in town. It's >> We get it. You came from Houston. We get it. Your sister's in medical school. We get it. Let's get back to how Let's say she did only have one margarita. Let's just say that. You should not get on the road 30 minutes after having that margarita. So, that's what we need to go back to this timeline. But dropped on the wrong side of the road. Either that's her first alcoholic drink she's ever had and then she drove or you pregame or you're lying about how much you had at J.R. Crickets. And I actually am googling J.R. their cricket so we can see what they got. Okay. >> Literally been a 10 to 12 hour drive for me and my sister. Um my little sister, another little sister, so she's younger than me. I have another baby sister. She stays down the street. We got in town. We were hungry. We had eaten on the road. >> Now we going through the whole bloodline now. And BRB said, "Your sister is not in medical school. She's in a dirty car in a parking lot in the middle of the night." >> We went to J Creek to get some wings. And that's where I'm coming from. >> Okay. All right. So, here's the deal. You know, both me and him, you know, we can smell the odor alcohol of an alcoholic beverage coming from your breath while talking to you. Um, so you were driving on the wrong side of the road. >> I have not lived in LA. >> Here's the deal. Well, I mean, United States >> in the United States, we all drive on the right side of the road. All right. So, I mean, living in Georgia doesn't doesn't really have any bearing on on driving on the wrong side of the road. With that being said, I'm going to ask, do you want to perform a series of standardized field sobriety evaluations just so I can make sure that you know the alcohol didn't play a part and that you are good to drive? >> That's a tough question for me. Like, I literally I want to say no so I can just sit in the jail and like >> but at the same time like bro like I mean my sister is down in the street. >> Should have had the extra sister pick y'all up then. That's what it sound like. sound like y'all real close to her. Um, she says she could go to jail, blah blah blah. From what I remember, she ain't going to accept that too. Well, and Melanin Blend said the bartender must have made her margarita a Cadillac. Cadillac means it was made extra strong. Yeah, either it was one extra strong margarita or this was her first night drinking or she pregame before she went to J.R. Cricuts. Looks like J.R. Crricets is a wing place, which I know she said she got wings, but that don't mean that's the only thing they have. They got Philly cheese steak, too. Um, if they did fried hard all flats, no, fried extra hard all flats, I'd try them. But they got to listen. Like, don't don't say, "Okay, but y'all don't actually care about frying them extra hard." I hate that. I hate wetness in my wings. And I want them dry. I'll dip them in sauce, too. Like, don't. I'm good. Um, there was something else I saw. Kim said, "Thank you, Trend. She drove a long way, then stopped to drink. Not a good combo. Omar said for speeding but got a warning. I told him I know how this works. I watch enough body cam. Oh, I missed something you said earlier then. Okay. Jacqueline said if stopped, don't answer questions about where you're coming from. Only respond to the actual traffic stop. It's a trap that's used. Yeah, nothing good comes out of this. Especially if you're drunk. You just need to be quiet. You going to have to take the temporary suspension of your license. Possibly get a defense attorney. your mic can get off because you didn't do anything else to indicate anything else. So, you know, but yeah, all this talking and excuses, it doesn't help. >> Follow me, huh? >> I got from the >> Oh my gosh, bro. >> Why Why would you go to jail for saying no? >> I know I don't know the law for sure, but I know the law. Like, if I say no, I can sit in jail for however many amount of hours and I can just leave and not get. But at the same time, >> I'm simply asking if you want to do field sobriety evaluations. That's all that is. >> I don't want like I'm literally not drunk. Like and my sister stayed down. >> Help help me show. Help help me show that. >> I'm Can you >> There's a reason that they're called standardized field sobriety event. >> I literally drove in town to help my sister. Like I'm not even supposed to be here. I'm frustrated. >> I got you. Okay. >> I'm not supposed to be here. I was not supposed to get on this road today. >> Okay. Just help me show that you aren't under the influence of alcohol. >> How can I help you without lying? >> How can I help you? >> Oh, BRB, right? I'm wondering where did she drive from? We'll never know where she drove from. And we'll never know if she means literally or figuratively. Either my little sister is in medical school at Morehouse Medicine and I don't want to get like I'm a hair stylist in Houston, Texas. Okay. >> I don't have the extra fun to spend no money to get out of jail. I don't I don't >> just breathe for me. Okay, take a breath. All right. I don't want you to get all worked up over this. Okay. >> I made one wrong turn. I got you. >> I don't stay here. Okay. >> Literally, I don't. >> She literally does not stay here. Um, also, ma'am, there's a whole movie called Wrong Turn. I'm pretty sure it's a horror movie. One wrong turn is all it takes. And this is this is my real thing because sometimes we'll watch actual fatal or endings fatal endings of DUI crashes. You could have taken a life. Everybody was going to die except the driver. The drunk driver. They survived so many times. But you could have taken your sister's life that's in medical school that has a future ahead of her. You could have taken a family's life that was unsuspecting of a drunk driver going to head on collision them. Like there's all there's so much. You're selfish. No tears matter on this. You are selfish. I'm pretty sure between the two or three of y'all you had access to Uber. You have or or calling a family since you're two to three blocks down the road. You endangered your sister's life, your life, and anybody else that happened to be on that road. So, nobody wants to hear it. I promise. I do not care about tears and drunk drivers. I do not care. Um, Leia's grandma, thank you for drift drifting. Thank you for gifting a trending at some point membership. I always appreciate it. Thank you so much. And it went to Melanin Blend. Shout out to Melanin Blend. If you're still in the chat, congratulations. >> I've been gone for almost three years. Mr. >> I'm going to ask again. Okay, it's just yes or no question. All right, it's a really simple yes or no question. All right. Do you want to perform a series of standardized field sobriety evaluations so that I can determine I continue the investigation? >> That's all that means. >> Okay. It's a yes or no question. That's all. >> I'm going to say no right now cuz I know >> no. Okay. All right. >> But can you please follow me home? Like I'm I'm not jo I can't take a standardized but I'm saying no to be safe. >> That's not true. Hey, bro. Y'all like literally out here. I feel like my life is on the line, dude. >> Your life was on the line because you could have killed somebody yourself. It lit now I'm saying literally too much. Well, no, but I actually mean it. It I do mean it when I say that word right now. You could have killed people. And now she's like, "Oh, I could take a field soiety, but I don't I don't I shouldn't for my safety." There's a lot of things you should have done for your safety. Then um there Oh, Professor Deita Joe said, "How many times do we have to hear medical school? I'm coming from Texas. Follow me down the street. I'm a hair stylist." I don't know. I wish I could create instant counters, like word counters for this stuff because I would so do a real time counter for all of it. I especially the word bro literally. Um please. There's another one they say all the time. Yeah. I if I ever figure out how to set up an instant one, we'll have one. Just keep ticking it away. >> No, we just want to make sure that you're all right. >> I am okay. My She's talking about >> If I'm not Can my sister drive? God, if I'm not okay, can my sister drive, bro? Literally, like we literally >> Could she have driven about 45 minutes ago? That's even more dumb. Your sister scaring me about being in medical school now because if she's sober but let you drive, I don't like that. >> Okay. So, >> I don't even stay here. I stay in t the officer the officer explain that to us. So, just for clarification, that's a no to standardized field sobriety. >> It's a no. >> Okay. All right. So, here's the thing. So, based off what I got, I am going to have to ask you to turn around, place your hands behind your back. You are being placed under arrest for driving under me including alcohol tonight. Okay. >> Are you >> Can I talk to my sister? Bolivia. >> No. >> Not right now. Turn around. >> Oh my god. Are you serious, dude? >> Yes. >> Bolivia, >> what do you mean? Are you serious? That's so weird. like you you really are choosing serious consequences and then they're wrong for arresting you. Um Omar said the sisters also been drinking. BRB said A she doesn't want to further incriminate herself. B she doesn't want this to be real. Heavy on that B. Heavy on choice B. I thought I saw another one. Sharon said your drunk A is going to jail. Traveling Gmail said on top of that she was probably exhausted from driving. So why did she think that it was a good idea to have a drink? Lord have mercy. Where' she drive from? Traveling Ga. Let me stop. Let me stop. >> This is crazy. >> Palms face. >> Y'all haven't even tested ME THOUGH. YOU HAVEN'T TAST You haven't tested me. >> You literally No, you have not tested me. >> You already told me. >> He has not tested. >> You're going to get a >> Bolivia. I'm not doing nothing. Bolivia >> 65. 31. >> I'm doing that. >> Can I say yes right now? Like, bro, this is crazy. >> Y'all are Bro, you are And you was a black man. You got black in you. You was crazy, bro. You was a lame ass. You was what they call a pig. Can't wait. >> There it goes. I told y'all I thought she was going to get nasty and there she goes. Also, I wonder why why you always got to turn the rage to to to the to the black person. Like he ain't even got you by the arm right now. LIKE WHY WHY IS it attacking them because you didn't get your way? There's there's no telling how many lives he saved tonight based on your driving. I hate it. I hate it so much. Melanin Blend said, "Trenon, thank you so much for reading the captions or what cannot be seen because I have been vision impaired for 18 years." I am happy to be of service, Melanin Blend, and thank you for validating me on why I say obvious things. Thank you very very much and I'm more than happy to do it as much as I can remember. I will do my best. This >> is crazy. Bolivia, please. >> Can't wait to play this in court, >> man. You ho. >> Cool. This going to be on YouTube. >> Oh, >> I got to put that as a square, too. This going to be on YouTube and we are Hey, how you doing? This >> is crazy. Like, I'm in town from Texas. >> All right, I'm going to pass you down and use the back of my hands. >> I don't have nothing on me. >> Well, I got to make sure that.
