All right, there we go. Sorry. So, mic check. Mic check. This one is more of a test. I'm trying to see what's going to happen. I have I'm multistreaming with Kick and YouTube, so we shall see. YouTube, I'm used to kick. I don't know anything about Kick, so we'll see. But the first one we're starting with to do our little test and watch these body cams is fake Dennis gets humiliated after police raid her illegal clinic. Um I do talk. This is a reaction type setup. I interact with the chat and all of that. So if that's not your thing, the videos will be linked in the description box for the YouTube side and kick. I feel like y'all expect us to talk, so hopefully that won't be too bad. All right, so here we go. On February 19th, officers carried out a search warrant at a medical center linked to a woman accused of operating an unlicensed dental clinic. The investigation began after a customer contacted the suspect for a root canal and paid up front. Midway through the procedure, she stopped, said she couldn't complete it, and refused a refund. >> Police department search warrant. Police department search warrant. 13 14 15 Hey, >> on the ground. It's it should be a green purse. Okay. Toya is guestya. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> All right. Now, would you get good IDs on them? I'll call Anna now. Go ahead. Just if there is a New Jersey license, just call it out. >> All right. Hello. Was >> good afternoon. This is Detective Molina with South River Police Department. Is this Anna Amato? >> Yes. >> Hey. Hi, Anna. We are in your business right now. Uh there's an invest there's an active investigation. We have a search warrant. Are you able to come in? >> I'm not in. >> Okay. She said I can't come right now to be arrested. You got to you kind of got to show up. If you just came in, Anna apparently has been doing dental work like our dude in Georgia that has a trial I guess still coming up. Brandon Diller, that's his name. But what she did, this is why she's getting reported cuz apparently she's starting dental work she shouldn't be doing anyway. And then she stops mid dental work and tells them uh I I can't finish them finish this, but they already paid her and everything. >> Okay. There's a search warrant that's been issued by a judge. Okay. And we need to come here and talk with you. All right. [snorts] But I cannot go now. I have >> Okay, I will tell you. Listen, I'm going to be very straight with you. We have charges against you. Okay? So, we could do this. We could do this the right way. You can come in. Okay? There is going to be a warrant issued for your arrest. So, this is not a joking matter. We need you to come in now. Okay? I have two of your employees here. I have two of your employees here detained. Okay? And in order for us to to clear things up, we need to speak with you. >> My employees? I don't have employees. >> Well, we're in your suite right now. Okay. And I have two employees here who know you. Okay. So, we need you to come in. >> I'll be there around 4:30. >> No, that doesn't work, man. You You You come now, okay? Or I'll have Orig go to your house and then place you under arrest. It's however you want this to work out. >> No, my my child here. How we going to Let me I call you right back. >> Okay. Listen. Listen, listen to me. I'm going to explain something to you. All right. I'm in I'm in your business. I have two of your employees detained. I have charges for your arrest. Okay. >> You have employees. >> Let me finish. I can have Obridgeidge go to your house, place you under arrest in front of your kid, or you can come here and we can speak. How do you want to handle this? >> I'm just going to look for somebody to be with my child. >> I don't know what's going on. I don't have employees. >> Come in and then we'll talk further. If not, I'm going to call you back in 5 minutes. If not, I'm send out to your house. You understand? >> Okay. >> Okay. I I will call you back. >> With the suspect on her way, officers dismiss the two other women and wait for her arrival. >> Let me go this way. Okay. You want her back in there? >> One second. >> One moment. Okay. >> What happened here? You still have your license on you? >> Just want to make sure. >> Oh my god. >> You have your license with you? >> Like do I have license? >> Yeah. >> Wow said baby she would have no teeth if she didn't finish my mouth. >> Oh my god. >> Talk to her real quick. >> Surv. >> Yes. >> You want to stay out here for now? >> Yep. Just stay out there. >> Right this way. All the way in the back, please. I don't want you to fall or anything. Okay. No, >> I'm just finish hair tight with what I thought I >> and everything else was good. >> Everything's good on her. They didn't search this yet. >> Okay, go ahead and take a seat right here. Okay. >> All [snorts] right. Listen, my name is Detective Molina. I work for South Police Department. Uh before we talk any further, I want to read you what your Miranda rights are. Okay. We do have a search warrant. Okay. And then there are charges. Therefore, I need to advise you what your rights are. I'm not here to violate your rights. I'm here to be very transparent with you. Okay? Okay, this is >> I will help you with that in a minute. Okay, I will help you with it in a minute. All right, let me read this out loud to you. Okay, then you tell me yes or no whether you understand. Okay, you have any questions, please feel free to ask me. All right. Okay, so these are your Miranda warnings. Okay, number one, you have the right to remain silent. You understand that? >> All right, before he finishes her Miranda right naturally be yourself, you said so are they employees? The ones he just let go from the handcuffs, are they employees? Let me know so I can answer it the right way. >> Yes, I do. >> Okay. Number two, anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. Do you understand that? >> I do. >> Okay. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her present with you while you are being questioned. Do you understand? >> I do. >> Okay. Because a victim came in and and said that he had come here and done some dentistry procedure. Why don't you first tell me about that? What is your business here? >> Well, I work with them >> in in a lot of offices, middle sex. >> Okay. Sometimes yes the people come here ask me for help. >> Okay. >> I do take x-rays. I do take impressions [snorts] sometimes and I do send them if they have insurance to other places. There is other people who answers like I'm really per them. I basically use here like to train the girls if I cannot make it. >> Which girls? >> Oh yeah. Keep a not a eye. keep an ear out for how she starts telling her story and what she does versus when the officer or detective, whoever pushes her more on her lying. So, she's going to change it up. So, Naturally Be Yourself said she kept saying on the phone that she didn't have employees. I feel like she's lying. Like those at least that one woman that they showed that was her employee that I feel like she just now doesn't want to call employees now. But they were working for her. I have like RDAs that I can for instance next >> so so look >> wait wait wait wait no before you finish it's like next Monday I'm starting this office and like if I if I cannot make if somebody else go it's it's more like people will refer me to other dentist that's what I do cannot yeah if I cannot go okay do you know somebody I come here and I train the way the doctor want that's it I do take x-rays >> let me tell you something. I've been investigating this for a couple months now, okay? And I've and I've and I've spoken with many people already, okay? >> So, I want to give you the opportunity to be to be honest with me, okay? Because I I'm not here just out of nowhere. I didn't just randomly come to your business. I didn't just randomly get charges against you by a judge, okay? I did my investigation. I have probable cause to issue these charges. So, let's start again. Okay? I already spoke with one of your victims, okay? Who said that he came here and got a procedure started, right? that you gave him a local anesthetic and started getting work done on his tooth. Okay. So, how >> So, how about you tell me what happened happened then? >> No, I cannot give an aesthetic to be honest. I don't have the license for that. >> You also don't have the license to operate where you're operating in the back. You don't have >> that's not part of the training. I do use everything there train >> and I told everybody at the where I was doing it. >> Okay. You have no patients that come back here to get dental work done? >> Usually, no. Unless they're dying and then they I swear to God let's talk about that something if they come here dying. Yes. I probably put like an aesthetic anesthetic uh mouth anesthetic injection but feeling probably. Yes. >> What do you mean? What do you mean anesthetic? What? >> Uh it's not anic stuff. Usually people here they come to do like they on a moxelina or something like that. I don't sell drugs. I don't know what it is. So usually I don't give that information. Do you have a paper that my nose is running? >> Oh, yeah. Absolutely. >> I have a spray. Yes, I do. I do. And I do have everything here if you see it. >> Okay. She's switching up. Switching up. First, she said she doesn't deal or doesn't administer any anesthesia. Now, it's not certain anesthesia. She does. And she said if they come in dying, I'm going to give them some anesthesia. No, ma'am. You are running a back room dentistry that you're not even doing well. Oh, yeah. Let me say thank you. Thank you. Where was it at? Hold on. Oh, there it goes. Naturally be yourself. Thank you for the floating heart. And Professor Deita Joe, thank you for the flower. I appreciate it. So, the reason she looks like she's in a um a nail tech place, a nail salon, because in the same building, there are nail techs. That's the ones I think he let go besides her employee that's not her employee. So, that's why you see nail polish and stuff where she's at and you don't see dental stuff. They have her where the nail tech people were. >> Okay. >> I won't say that. Everything like everything like what what do you what are they going to find in the back? Cuz there >> they're going to find noodle needles. They're going to find anesthetic. They're going to find machines that give anesthetic because that's usually what I do. >> For instance, >> Well, I know it's I know it's what you do. I know that you do dental work here. I know that you do I know that you listen to me. I know that you I've seen advertisements that you do. So, listen. I know you do tooth extractions. I know you do no extractions. tooth cleanings and root canals. >> No, I I I have to refer all of it >> because I don't extractions. I was training another girl. >> Let me ask you something. >> I don't >> Hold on a second. Let me ask you something. Has an >> Be very honest. >> Has an extraction been done in that back room. >> Yes, that is >> okay. >> Correct. >> Not done by me, but yes. >> By who? I'm not I'm not trying to put all this on you. I know that you have someone else that works with you. Okay. But right now, listen. Listen to me. >> She's in condemn. >> Let me Let me explain something to you. Right now, I have you. This is falling all on you right now. >> And I assume and I think if I have to. >> You're going to have to because there's already charges approved. And they're searching in your room right now. Yes. Look at me. And they're going to find more things back there. Now, I'm willing to work with you if you can give me information as to where you get these anesthetics, where you get the anesthesia without having a license to do so. How do you get it? >> Oh, on eBay. >> Okay. >> That's it. But there is a lady. Is it you get it from? >> No, we're on eBay basically and most of his donation that >> eBay and most of this donation. She needs to exercise her right to remain silent. Nothing she's going to say is is going to make this better. It's making everything worse. And then she lies and she'll backtrack when he shows her that he already knows the the opposite of what she's saying. Yeah. Ashley Jay advertising her uh illegal dentist operation is crazy work. And she running the kitchen, too. She said noodles. Oh my god. I hope not. >> Don't I don't really use like you said extraction. I'm being very honest with you. Yes, it's been done. >> It's been done. I appreciate your honesty. >> Not by me, but yes. Yes. >> Okay. >> Being very honest to you. Other than that, no. Because I'm totally against and I really I tell them to go. >> Listen to me. I [music] don't think you're totally against it. And I'll tell you why I think that >> I do. >> Let me explain something to you. I'll tell you why. This is a very lucrative business you have here. I almost I I give you much credit for what you're doing. I actually think this is this is this is outstanding, >> right? You're charging 750 a month for this room. You're That's money right there. You're making good money. >> How much do you charge for the back for the lady that does the extractions? Or do you own it? Or do you run What do you do back there? >> No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. >> The lady who did the extraction, she doesn't work here. No. >> When was the last time she was here? She was here during the summer. >> Last summer. >> She doesn't attend here. She goes to [clears throat] a salon. >> Now, let me ask you a question. The lady that did the extraction was here last summer. Okay. Why are they still going to find needles and anesthesia in the back? >> Because the other one came here last. >> So, now there's another lady. >> No, no, no. But she didn't she didn't do extraction. >> What did she do? >> She was here doing a cleaning for a boy for free, I think. For free, I think. No, the mother gave $50 to her. >> Okay. How do they pay? >> They she >> How do your patients pay you? >> Usually cash if they're cleaning. But honestly, you are totally right. It's a very luc lucrative business. Could be very. And I'm being very honest with you. When I opened this here was definitely not to see anybody. >> I need her to stop saying I'm going to be honest with you. To be honest with you, cuz she is being anything but honest. Ta said, "Can I have my nails done, get this tooth removed, and some noodles? [laughter] Um, okay. Lovable Scorpion says, "So, the lady who did the extraction went to another salon." I don't even know if there's another lady doing extraction. I feel like she's either she also does the same thing or she's creating this phantom lady because she's doing it if that makes sense. Cuz I I don't know. It's some She's not claiming the things that she's been doing. Uh, Mita Joe said she's digging a hole for herself. She is. >> And I I'm very honest with you. And I could make this like an illegal clinic. Yes, >> I leave everybody. It's everybody near here knows what I do. Yes, you are right. I do cleaning. Yes, I try to keep I take X-rays. Yes. Being very extract to No, I'm not allowed. [clears throat] >> But I know you're not I know you're not allowed, but it's been done here. >> Correct. >> I know it's been done here. >> It is. >> I know rukanas have been done here or at least in at least initiated. But at the the that means not the root canal, but that means if the patient lo their root canal, I will be this temporary fee. That is correct. >> Okay. Look, I appreciate your honesty, >> but I want to tell you everything because if I have to pay for something, let's do it. >> Oh, listen. That's not how it works. Right now, you're charged with unlawful dentistry. Okay. You're charged with seconddegree aggravated assault. >> Thanks. >> Okay. >> What is that? >> Aggravated assault. I can It's You cause seriously bodily injury to a victim. Well, I have a victim and then >> the person got hurt for me >> had an injection done in his gum and then drilling in his tooth. Don't tell don't look at me like you're surprised because you told you just finished telling me that that work does get done here. >> No, no, no. Probably probably to do the temporary feel. That is correct. Not lying. That is correct. >> Okay, let's talk about that process to do the temporary filling. Do you or do you not inject someone's gum? >> No. >> What do you do? >> Is a spray. >> Okay, >> it's in there. >> Then what do you do next? >> Well, and then I have to clean >> 5. And then I place a temporary filling otherwise they're going to be squishy. >> No. Exactly. Now about the tooth. What do you do with the tooth to put that filling in? Do you not have to drill? >> Sometimes no. Sometimes sometimes yes. >> Okay. So listen to me. It's been done. Okay. So So what I want to agree on is that that work has been done in this office. >> That's true. >> Okay. That's all I'm saying. I'm not saying that every person does it. I'm just saying that it has been done here. >> Yes. >> Okay. And I happened to speak with one of those victims and then that's why I'm here. All right. But injection, no spray. Yes. >> Well, but there is noodles in the back. >> But yes. Yes. Okay. >> Look, the more honest you're with me, the better that we can continue our relationship. Let's do this. >> Okay. Because I'm not so only concerned about you paying me. That's not how this works. I'm not here to for your money. I am here to find out. What I would like to know, May I ask you something? What I would like to know is where you get this medical equipment. >> Only eBay equipment. >> Okay. What about What about the chair? What about >> No, that was a donation because the doctors gave me. >> Which doctors gave? >> Yeah. Which doctors gave that to you? Like, what do you mean they're donating equipment to you? No doctor's going to risk their license to just give to donate stuff to someone that doesn't actually have a practice and all that stuff. That I don't think that's true at all. And I don't know the setup of this, but she's she had it's multi- rooms in this building. So she has a dental room, then she rents out to the people for the nail tech thing. She's not doing dentistry in the nail tech space. She shouldn't be doing dentistry at all though, either way. >> Oh, this was Dr. Groman who gave me the chair and I recovered the chair here. Everything else I did it by my hand. I did it my hand. >> What about the anesthesia then? >> The anesthesia on eBay and this other doctor. >> That's what I who gave me the link if he that's what he want to know. >> Okay. So you can buy anesthesia on eBay. Yes. You want to know the link? This is really hurting me. Mr. Molina, Dr. Simon Molina, just make a little tight cuz I'm not going anywhere. >> Is really hurting me. >> Okay. You said that people have given you expired medication. >> No medication. No. Toothbrush. Toothpaste. >> Toothbrushes don't expire. >> Toothpaste. I'm sorry. Toothbrush I buy. >> Talk to me about the expired medication. >> No, no medication. >> Okay. What about medication? I buy online and I >> What is this expired stuff that the doctors have? >> She said no medication. Then she said I buy online on eBay. I buy lidocaine. >> Oh my gosh. Woman >> giving me that >> toothbrush. Toothpaste. I'm sorry. >> Toothpaste. Come on. You expecting me to believe that? Toothpaste when you can go buy toothpaste for a dollar or something that you're taking expired toothpaste. >> Tell me about the Tell me about the bunch of it and and he told me yesterday. >> Let me tell you one more thing. I'm going to seize. Listen to me. I'm seizing your phones. I got computers in the back. I'm going to find out where this stuff is coming from. If you tell me the truth now, we can work together. But if everything you're telling me right now is a lie, that's another problem you're going to have. >> If everything I'm telling you right now is a lie, I want you to take me arrested for the rest of my life. >> I don't want to do that. I I want >> He's already ahead of you. You're definitely arrested. You're getting arrested. Like, oh, she's so dramatic. This is the same as when people be like, "Oh my soul." They'll be like, "I put that on my mama, on my on my baby." Like, ma'am, it's not working. >> And I'll be honored because you're going to be doing your job. >> So, let's be very honest here. >> There is nothing that people give me. >> Let's talk about something, Miss Amato. The um you you you mentioned that most of the payment is done in cash. >> Correct. >> All right. Where's Do you have a safe here? Is there is there cash here? >> No, that's not amount of people anyway. It's not that I'm here. Do people Venmo or sell you? >> Some my I have a bank account. I can show you, but not really. >> But most I know I know people. Yes, they do some >> because my victims I know cuz my victims. So I know people z I appreciate that. What we're going to do right now is we're going to bring you inside. You're going to get processed on the three charges that I went over initially with you. Okay. >> Where are we going to go? >> You're going to go to the police department. You're going to get fingerprinted and I'm going to read you the charges once you get uh released to the county. >> You mind that I just take this off? >> No, cuz you're going inside. After being processed, I'm taking you to the county jail. Okay. You're going to the county jail and you're going to see a judge there. And there's possibly going to be more charges from what I'm seeing in the back. Actually, I know there's going to be more charges. So, if you change your mind about talking to me about where you're getting all this stuff, I'm more than happy. I don't believe all that nonsense. All right. I think that if you want to help yourself, we can talk later. I'm going to give you my information before you leave and I will be more than happy to continue. >> Listen, I I'm interested in finding out where you're getting all this medication. I don't believe that it's all on eBay. >> I believe that there's some expired stuff there that dentists and doctors are giving you, and that's what I want to know. You change your mind, we'll talk. >> Is it okay for the nail? >> No, that's not okay either. She's probably got charges, too. All right, follow the officer right here. >> But I can go myself cuz I don't need to leave my son. >> No, you're going just like that to the car and to the police station. Okay. You're under arrest right now, so you can go ahead. Just go ahead and take over. All right. I'm sorry. >> Right down the stairs. >> The suspect was charged with aggravated assault, accepting payment for unlawful activities, and unlawful practice of [music] dentistry. She currently awaits trial. If you enjoyed the >> Mhm. Makes sense. Makes sense. Yes. Naturally, be yourself. I will add I'm being honest to the next bingo card version. Noir Angel said she could simply answer yes or no, but she's trying to answer him before he can even finish his sentence. Right. Rushing to lie. This [laughter] right, Omar, are you truly sorry? She's not. There's not not yet. Anyway, all right. Here's a different scammer. Back to our bank scammer. This says he got away with $11,000. Came back to try $29,000 more. Horrible idea. If we already watched this, we gonna watch it again because I needed something to fill up this space to test out my kick stream. So, we're gonna watch it again. Here we go. >> Officers respond to a bank after a man attempts to withdraw a large amount of cash. Having already been successful withdrawing $11,000 in cash from another bank, almost immediately, this time, bankers notice multiple red flags and call police. How you doing, sir? Good. Good. Stand up. >> Your fingers for me. We're just detained right now. >> So, you're detained right now. We got a call that it might be a possible fraud for a certain amount. >> That's why I literally came in here. I've been coming uh you guys office like a few days. I got you. >> Yeah, we're just trying to investigate. >> All right, just step out real quick. >> You have to put on >> All right. No weapons, right? >> No, I'm good, bro. I'm coming. >> So, you said you said that you were coming in here to find out about the fraud. >> Yeah, I've been calling these guys for weeks. It's been like I don't know uh a few. So, I haven't even used these accounts in months. >> Okay. I don't even I don't even have a point because I have other uh business accounts and I haven't I've had them for like years. >> Okay. >> And then I got like a notice. Oh, sorry. I tried to log in online. I couldn't log in online. I called over the phone. Um they basically told me I had to come in and like pay some fees. I came in. >> Let's um let's >> Yeah, let's let's walk back here. So, this your wallet right here? Yeah. >> Your ID in here? >> Well, he has ID. >> Oh, you got it. All right. Let's walk over there. >> 616 copy of Florida 27. >> Yeah, you good. You good. >> Long story short, I had some accounts with these guys that I've had for a long time. Um I tried to log in online one day. It wouldn't let me log in. Um eventually I found out there were just some fees that like cuz it was just old accounts. Yeah. And they asked me to pay the fees. I wanted to pay the fees. They tell me everything was fine. I got a few text messages saying like basically I use his cards basically. And um I didn't but I had called and they told me basically the fraud department was closed. Um so I went back in the office. They told me basically I had to call when fraud was open. Um I called fraud. Basically, they told me that I had to come back in here because they don't um they they basically couldn't help me over the phone and so I'm here now. Um I don't know even what the count is even regards to. They won't even tell me what accounts are. >> Okay. So, you open the accounts and you haven't used it for years. You're saying that >> it depending on what account like some accounts not for months. >> Okay. Yeah. >> So for months and you got some notifications that you got possible fraud with the accounts >> and now you coming in here because you had some fees related to some of the accounts. >> Well, no, I already paid the fees. >> Okay. So you paid the fees. So you were just So what were you doing in here to find out about the fraud? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> See what >> the officer is so patiently listening to these lies, you know, but you got to do what you got to do. You're supposed to ask questions. Make sure not everybody's, you know, committing fraud. We've had two so far where people were not committing fraud, but uh there was probable cause at the beginning and they were arrested. They let go because they they didn't commit fraud. But [gasps] he he definitely did it. U I'm still trying to make sense of how he's trying to claim an account. I think he's claiming an account that isn't his. I I don't know. But he he should have just let it go. He They said he got away with $11,000, but he came back to get almost $30,000 more dollars. >> They think it's fraud or whatever. >> Okay. Because you How did you get that notification through a few weeks ago? Yeah. >> Oh, and I I see y'all keep putting in the chat double cuff. His arms look real close together. I don't think he's double cuffed. >> Okay. >> And I This is like my second or third time >> trying to come in >> figure out. Yeah. Cuz the other time I went, they told me everything was fine. Did you go to this one or Tampa? South Tampa. >> Okay. All right. So, when was the first notification? >> Look at my phone. >> Okay. All right. Let me um You mind signing up? Yeah. >> Okay. Say that again, Anthony. >> So, we're filing against Mr. Stalker cuz he presented several stolen checks that we had to pay back to the financial institution. So, Mr. Stalker owes us uh $29,731. I have also filed this with the US Postal Investigators, but the fact that he's back on our property, uh we don't want him around. >> He explained to you right now that you're not currently under arrest. He's being detained. >> I'm just I'm sorry. I'm just a little shaken. I wasn't expecting any of this. So, >> okay. It seems like when they arrange your name in their system, it it gets flagged for some reason that you're a suspect in a fraud case against GTE. >> Okay. >> So, whatever that whatever they're investigating, whether it's an internal investigation or it's something criminal, but as soon as as soon as he ran your name, it it popped and flagged. So, uh so for for something like this, do you give the person like a chance to pay? Because he said he came in here um several times. He went to the South Tampa location to try and figure out like the fees. I guess he said it was fees that he had certain accounts opened up. >> Um, no. So, he deposited stolen checks that were that they were I mean they're easily stolen. Uh, he doesn't he's not a trustee for the trust account that he presented these trusts and he like filed a bogus filing on Sun Biz. So I I've been working with the US Postal Investigators cuz he stole several checks. Um so but I I called him. I spoke to his mother. I told him, "You owe us 29 grand and we're going to file against you and don't ever come back to GTE." Then he came and he opened new accounts. So >> off topic, first I'll do the on topic part. Um why are you pretending to be a trustee? Come on, man. like that. Come on. Okay. Also, my bad. Y'all said y'all actually saw the double cuffs. Got you on that one. The off topic part is I don't know if these are this is a monstera plant, but we've been trying to propagate at my job and I don't really see soil. So, this might be in water. So, she might be propagating, which is really cool to see cuz I just learned what the heck that was a few months ago. And those I think those grow pretty fast, too. So, cuz I'm thinking about getting one. They they get really big and pretty too. >> We want him trespassed and we want our money like he he committed fraud for GP. >> Do you guys have a a case open with with a police department or anything? Where where did you deposit the checks? Which location? I >> think it might be South Tampa. >> South Tampa and here >> in this in this location. >> Yes. >> So the amount that was So how much was the check that was that was done here in this location? Uh $29,7391. >> That was what he deposited here or with Junior? >> Yep. >> Okay. Cuz you said something about South Tampa. Was it all here at this location? >> Oh, yes. Well, sorry. Yeah. South Tampa was the 29. That one was $11,529. And we have since then received the reclamation for that check. So, both checks have returned. So, he actually owes us 40,79130. Uh, >> I mean, I've been I was just in the South Tampa BT for 3 hours, trying to like get everything straightened out. They told me everything was fine. >> So, like, wow. >> Okay. Listen, we we don't know either. We'll figure it out. >> Okay. >> Whether it's uh something that Tampa is investigating or something that they're internal internal uh internally investigating. We're not really sure yet. So, >> I haven't used accounts. >> Okay. >> I was just trying to log in. Is it are you usually typically use GT for your financial >> to be honest I stop like this is ironic >> I stopped >> you still you still have active accounts here >> yeah I just uh >> I just have like a few like most like neighborhood >> okay >> you a veteran >> no my my dad and grandad are >> okay >> we didn't get notification until June that the checks were um a a fake check. >> That's on Wells Fargo. I guess they quit doing their investigation. >> You have video footage of the person who actually deposited the check. >> Yep. >> Okay. Yeah. >> Yeah. We need to see that and make sure it's the same person cuz if not, then >> Okay. Yeah. Hang on one second. Let me uh here. Let me attach that as well. Yeah, I have everything right here. So, it's definitely him. He's pretty uh >> That's all I really need. >> Yeah. >> Oo, he wanted to say something else. He said he's easy to recognize. Pretty uh Oh, man. I'm telling y'all. Just like I don't want someone else to tell me. Uh what was it? Like on the other body count they said, "Pull your pants up, please." And I don't want nobody when they describe me. Please don't say, "Oh yeah, they're pretty recognizable. They're pretty uh" and they're at a loss for words. Can't do it. Don't do that to me. Um I see if you don't have a green thumb. I think the monsteras and the elephant ears and stuff might die easily to those that don't have a green thumb which is why I'm working my way to those. I don't know. But I do know the plants that survive easily. Bamboo mine and mine's not planted out in the yard cuz I heard those things are very aggressive. It's in a I'll bring it to y'all to show you. But my bamboo has been flourishing and all it wants is water and it literally drinks the water like a straw and you just pour more water in there every couple days. Bamboo's happy, flourishing, looking great. I see the little baby leaves coming in the middle. Love it. Uh, snake plant was also uh for beginners apparently. I just I didn't want to get it because of the name though. >> Positive. >> You can charge them with whatever you want. Look at trespassing. >> And you you want to file charges, right? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. >> Sit forward real quick. No, just just sit up like move shift forward. There you go. All right. When I lift I'm going to release. What is it? This one that hurts or this one? This one. Okay. The positive check. Yep. That's it. Sure. >> You can print the picture out and check and all that. That'd be perfect. It's all >> Yeah, they're they're getting information now. So, we'll see what happen. What's going on >> currently positive 11,000 in this location. >> So, they're out $11,000 from here. 29,000 from >> somewhere in South open investigation anywhere. Okay. >> It was just through the postal >> investigation unit or something through the post office. >> Okay. >> So, We have 11,000 >> body cam lockown. They know they wrong. They keep zooming in like every couple minutes and they know they're wrong for this. Like why do you keep zooming in? Also, I see why I didn't think he was double cuffed until I saw it again for myself. He needs one more set cuz they double cuff people to make it more comfortable. He needs one more set. >> You're going to fry. >> Okay. >> So, get the lean off that. >> All right. You guys think I stole $1,000? >> Do you deposit $11,000 check here? >> I haven't deposited a check. >> I don't even know like >> happened in February 2nd. >> See, I mean Feb, I don't know what. >> I get you. We'll make sure. Hold on. 17, >> huh? >> Yeah, we're 17. We have we have a picture of the positive check of everything. >> So, we're just going to get the evidence and >> charge him and all that. >> He's 105. So, is there there's two separate locations that need hit? >> Mhm. >> We're going to somewhere in South Tampa, >> but they have not contacted TV yet about it. >> We'll let him know and then they can he'll be in jail already, so they can just add charges. >> When when he deposited a check? >> February 2nd. >> Just a bad check. >> Okay. >> 11,000 here. 29,000. >> He's like down 40. Down 40,000. >> Okay. They're printing everything out for us and then we're going to give an Axon link. >> Okay. >> And they're going to upload all He has a case file and everything. He's going to upload to Axon. >> Okay. >> Everything we really need. >> All right. You you transporting or is somebody else? >> We'll take. >> Okay. >> So, you guys know the the checks are deposited. >> So, as of right now, >> as of as of right now, you are under arrest. Okay. For check fraud. Okay. Basically, the checks that you deposited supposedly that they're saying is are were bad checks back in February. One here, one down in South Tampa. They put money in your account that was not typically yours. >> So, they have video of you actually depositing the check. >> Yeah. >> And the checks are bad. >> Checks are bad. >> Good. >> But I mean this that's back in February. What was >> Yeah. >> with the check. >> They were they they got deposited in there wasn't was was bad. So like they could they actually out of money. So they actually down 40,000. I don't know where you got those checks from, but >> those checks were from my business. >> Yeah. So they were bad checks. Whatever whatever whatever account those checks are written off of to you was a bad account or it was insufficient funds or whatever. So fully agree. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Um once we get to the car >> once we get to the >> So we just going to keep entertaining the lie that the check was meant for him. The bad part of the check is it was never meant for him. >> Car I'll read it to him. >> As for right now they are the victim me. >> They are the bank. >> Okay. Since they lost money, >> if you receive money that you're not supposed to, >> can you guys give me an update? I guess. >> Yeah. So right now they have you they have you on a uh depositing and withdrawing on a fraudulent check. So the check was >> the update is going to come through your public defender in discovery. That's when you'll get an update. You know what you did >> is cashed for 11,000 and change. Um it looks like the post office >> right here. Okay. um the post office uh flagged you for uh I guess using these stolen checks and then once they came back then because once we run your name it's flagged you see so all right now I'm going to search you and then I'm going to read you your rights. Okay. No, no, no. Just your face. Yeah. All right. Have me sit down. Wait, let me let me unbuckle this real quick. >> Try try not to lean on the cuffs or it's going to dig in your >> Yeah. >> Hey, sorry. Say again. >> Don't lean on the cuff. So, just lean forward a little bit. >> You have you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. >> Do you understand these rights? >> Yes, sir. >> Yes. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Are you willing to answer questions or make a statement without an attorney being present? That's a question. No. >> No. >> All right. >> Can I ask you a quick question? >> Um, can I call my mom? >> Uh, you're going to have that opportunity at at org. >> Okay. >> All right. >> I was supposed to pick her up um from an appointment. >> Okay. Well, I'm I'm sorry. >> At like 9 uh >> I think somewhere between like >> They don't care about the time. You knew you had to pick your mama up when you came in there to try to get $29,000 more dollars from the company you were defrauding. So, let's not um quickly quickly, here's my bamboo plant. It has grown so much cuz it used to be uh right where the not where the panda is, but the little gold thing used to be lower than the panda, but she is doing so well. I talk to her, too. Um I also try to play music for her sometimes. Um real quick, cuz I thank y'all for indulging the plant talk. For those of you that said you have fern plants that came from the 90s and it's from like a family that passed away, that's really really cool. Like, okay, so ferns. I will look into getting myself a fern cuz I need things that will survive for me. So, that's I like that. So, I will look into ferns. And then there was something else about a plant. Oh, Kim was like me. She said, "I'm not getting a snake plant because of the name." I get it, Kim. I was like, I'm out. Teammates, thank you for becoming a member of the trendy tribe. I hope you enjoy the song recommendations, the little stuff about like what I've been trying to accomplish at work and stuff like that. Hope you enjoy yourself back there and feel free to use your emojis now that are available to you. Oh, a bonsai. Yes, Ashley Terry said, "I talked to my plants, too." Mhm. >> 9:40. >> Is she Is she at the the place now or you picking her up from her house to get to appointment? No, she she was probably at the con um sorry, this is just so this so much sorry. >> All right. So, >> um No, she's at the car repair place and so I just wanted to tell her or >> do you have sisters or brothers that could pick her up if she don't if she calls you? >> Family? >> No, she's I'm not only child. [music] >> That's your mom. You want me to answer? >> Yeah. >> All right. You have a few minutes just to let her know. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Hey, Mom. Mom. Hey, listen. >> I'm being arrested right now >> because let her let her know what I know. I am >> I'm being arrested right now. They think that I have some kind of check fraud situation going on. And I don't know which jail are you guys taking me to? Or >> Oregon Road Jail. So, I need I need you. >> Yes, Mom. Listen to me. >> So, I need you uh basically like BTE is saying that uh I guess two of the checks from like business checks or whatnot. Um like they didn't get the money back from it. Um, and uh, basically so they're saying that it's check fraud and they didn't let me know anything about like I guess like them not being paid. This is like back from February is what they're saying. >> Well, this one is from February. >> Yeah. I Okay. I I don't know um the exact dates. I guess they they haven't given me all the information. Um, but yeah, I don't know. I wish they would have just let me know they the money wasn't there cuz I could have just paid them the money. It doesn't make any sense. So, what do you want me to do? >> I guess I'm just going to have to wait until I get out of uh >> All right. Just Just let her know you going to be there. >> I'm going to be in at Orient jail and I I guess you'll I need you to figure out how to get me out whenever the What is it like? >> Yeah, you have you have Yeah, you have the opportunity to call her at the jail. >> All right. >> He look like he is a burden to his mama, don't he? He look like the stereotypical adult that is staying with their mom. Lies that they helping their mom, but they really just leeching off their mom. He seems like such a burden and yes, lovable. I love that the officer said, "No, tell her what you did." [laughter] That was funny. Um, okay. So, who was it? Okay, so Vicki, Vicki is the name of the plant that T-Maze has from his godm and his mom. That is so cute. So, who was it? Um, Kim's plant name is Beauty. Ebony, I need you to drop the name of the plant right now because Ebony said, "I'm interested in the flowers that lights up when the sun when the sun goes down and it's so beautiful. I'm hooked. A package came in about a half hour ago and I'm right back in the backyard. Drop the name of this flower, Ebony, right? Cash and business checks and still living at home. Naturally, be yourself. >> Possibly might be able to get out a judge. >> Yeah. Okay. All right. Thank you. As a result, the 35-year-old man was charged with uttering a forge bill under Florida statute 831.02, which is a thirdderee felony, meaning you're using or trying to use a fake or altered document, in this case, a check, as if it were real. He was also charged with grand theft, which is also a thirdderee felony. Now what actually happened in court for charge one uttering a forge bill. The adjudication was withheld after a plea meaning he entered a guilty plea but the judge did not formally convict him. So legally he is not a convicted felon for this charge if he completes probation. For his second charge, grand theft, prosecutors dropped the charge completely and it did not move forward in court. So for grand theft, there was no conviction or penalties for this charge. I'm not entirely sure the reasoning on this charge being dropped, but in summary, he did plead guilty for the forge bill charge and was placed on probation instead of prison. Now, his [music] probation sentence wasn't just a slap on the wrist. He was sentenced to 48 months or 4 years of probation where he must one, report regularly to a probation officer, two pay fines, court costs, and monthly supervision fees, three maintain employment, four stay out of trouble, no new law violations. Five, submit to random drug or alcohol testing. Six, steer clear of firearms or weapons, and seven, follow all instructions from his probation officer. He was also given 100 hours of community service, a $1,000 fine, and having to complete offender trafficking system, IoT monitoring, plus additional monthly probation costs and supervisor fees around $50 a month. Once again, because adjudication was withheld, he was not formally convicted. He did plead guilty [music] and once again if he violates his probation, court can adjudicate him guilty and make it a felony conviction. Let me know your honest thoughts down below in the >> He going to violate that probation. There was a lot of rules under there. He did get off lucky Omar. But yeah, he's going to do something to violate that probation. He's not gonna make it cuz he don't and even that just the one rule of he got to keep employment. He probably forging employment documents right now. I don't Mm- um Omar said his Hold on. What did you say? That's why I was laughing. I wasn't even caring about him. I was laughing at the names of the plants. Barbara, this is Shirley. Oh my god. Barbara and Shirley are the names of the plants. And that is so cute. Uh let's see. Yes, name your plant Noir. I got to figure out a name for my bamboo. I actually didn't name my bamboo. So, I got to figure a name out. I I want to give her a name, but I just don't know what what is right for her yet. Um, did his mom get picked up? I don't know. Ashley Jacqueline said, "What about mental testing?" Okay. Eye said, "You don't have to water them. Just stick them inside the ground. I just put up butterflies and ladybugs." Oh my gosh, that sounds too cute. Okay, on to the next one. All right, so this is woman gets the surprise of her life during a bank scam. >> On a Friday afternoon, police were called about a possible bank scam. Here's the body cam video of what happened when officers arrived on scene. >> Am I with you? Okay. What's going on? >> Yes. >> Sorry. >> Sorry. Excuse me. So the the check that you're trying to patch. >> Okay. >> Okay. I need to read something to you before any questions about it. >> Am I in trouble? >> You have the right to remain silent. You think so? Can it be used against the right her with you while you have while you question? Do you understand each of these right to have explained to you right? Yes. Uh, so the check that you were trying to cash it up. Uhhuh. Uh, who issued that check to you? Um, as far as I know, a Miss Linda did. >> Who is Miss Linda to you? Um, somebody I've done some work for. >> You still have that check. >> And we say as far as you know. >> All right. It's a lot of road noise in this video, but I'll give you a summary. So then you hopefully you'll kind of pick up on what she's saying. Um, it's always the excuse. I did a job for somebody and they wrote me this check. Now, she's going to say she owns her own cleaning business and they said, "Okay, well, what's what's Miss Linda's address?" And she's not going to know it because somebody else drives her to uh to the houses, but she owns the business, but she couldn't tell you where none of these places are. Um, she also, what else did she say? It's something outrageous. I can't remember the other thing she lies about. But she, it's another one of those, you just should have been quiet. Your lies sound ridiculous. I haven't seen her face to face. >> How did you get the check? >> I go in to places and I do a little bit of cleaning or if they need me to say that again. >> I'll go in places do cleaning if they need me to prepare food or whatnot. Kind of help people out. And usually I get check left. So this was left for you where? Um it was left for me at a house in Lakeland. I believe a house in Lakeland. >> Yes. >> What do you mean you believe? >> I got so many I got various places I go to. >> Yeah. I'm sure that you have your clients and houses written down now. You know where she lives, right? >> I have somebody else around me. They have all the information. I don't drive. >> All I have is ID. >> You don't know where your customers houses are? that you play. >> I don't pay that much attention. I am so tired playing two kids and running multiple things. >> Okay. >> What agency you work for? I work for myself. So, you're independent? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> And you don't have >> I have friends that get me. >> No, no, no. But, but you you're telling me that you have your own independent business and yet you don't know your client's names and where they live? >> I give that to the person that drives me. I don't have that. >> You don't take the time to figure that out because you're the one who's running your business. I don't know. I have somebody else doing the driving for me. So, >> right. But driving is totally different than, you know, knowing that where to be at what time. >> That's one detail. Yeah. I know she'd be like um Miss Linda. Mr. >> Where's Miss Linda's? >> I believe I >> You believe it's Lakewood? >> Yeah. I >> Do you see how that doesn't make sense? >> I have two Linda I work for. >> Okay. Where's the other one? >> The other one is in >> Someone has to know where you're going each day to clean, right? your driver. Yeah. >> So, you just get in with your driver and they take you where you're going to go. So, they're running the business, not you. >> I try to keep what >> I try to keep a little. >> So, they they decide where you're going to go every day. You just get in the car and and wait. >> Yeah. Other people. >> Can you can you Keep talking to us, please. >> Yes, sir. >> Um, that doesn't make any sense, >> but I don't want to interrupt your >> conversation. So, you're running your own business. What's the name of your business? >> I clean. >> Chris is cleaning. Are you Chris? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Crystal. >> Makes sense. Okay. >> So, are you cleaning or what kind of services are you cleaning? >> I do cleaning. I do cooking. It depends on what they need. I mean, >> and so you don't know who's writing you a check, who's leaving you a check. Does anybody else go into the house with you and clean or is it just you? >> Um, it is sometimes there's Michelle. >> Okay. Did Michelle work with you today? >> No, she didn't. >> Okay. Did Michelle work with you yesterday? >> No. >> Okay. So, it's just Crystal. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Makes a lot of sense. So, your driver drives you to where >> I'll go back to get back to his question. Yes. Naturally, be yourself. It's like he's trying to hold back his laughter. I love his straight to it questions and immediately challenges her as soon as she picks another lie. It's like she can't even follow the train of thought on why he asked her, "Was Michelle with you today or yesterday?" Because that's when the checks were stolen. Just dumb. Um, let me see. Yes. And it is crazy to answer when someone says, "Where'd you get the check from?" and somebody says, "As far as I know." That's a horrible answer. >> A lot of stuff. So, your driver drives you to wherever. You go in, you clean >> and you find a check from whatever your employer is. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> So, how did you get here today? >> Um, I caught Uber. >> Caught Uber. Is that your driver? >> Uber. Not usually. Sometimes it is, but >> Okay. All right. So, do you hear how this the pieces are? Okay. All right. Well, here. Wait. Wait. I'm going to tell you I'm going to tell you something right now. If you go in there and clean every day all by yourself and there's no one else in there. >> I don't go and clean all the time by myself and sometimes I do. >> Okay. But the last two days, right? >> So what if her checkbook got stolen the last two days? >> Then I would be devastated because I don't steal. >> Yeah. But nobody else has been in the house except for you. >> Well, then somebody else had been in the house or something because I don't >> You have a check from the stolen checkbook that you just said that no one else is cleaning in the house except for you. >> Yes. I received that in an envelope. >> In an envelope? >> Yes. from a checkbook that has been stolen. So, the thief left you a check, >> I guess. I don't have the envelope. >> I missed that the first time I watched it. He said, "So, the thief left you a check." H keep them coming. Keep them coming. Um, trying to see, make sure I ain't miss anything. Oh, yes. Jacqueline, she said, "Bamboo plants are easy to grow." I have several. I continue to populate this plant. I like my bamboo. It's my first one. >> No, I don't. >> Do you see how that doesn't make any sense? You don't have the envelope. All you have is the check from a checkbook which went missing. You said no one else is working with you. >> No. >> Do you want to just be honest? >> I am being as honest as I can. >> You're not being very honest. >> I do not check. >> Okay. It's pretty obvious what happened here. So, if you want to just come clean and talk to us about it or >> you're working for somebody or with somebody, this is the time to like let us know. >> You have kids to take care of tickets. It's your time to save yourself. >> No checkbook this whole thing. So, someone sent you in here to cash a check. Don't make up a story if it's you just own it. Cuz it seems pretty clear that if no one else is working with you, no one else has been in this house other than you, you don't have the envelope, all you have is the check. It seems pretty clear what just happened. It's it's it's way better to be honest with us. We're human beings. But your story makes no sense and it's pretty clear what happened. >> But I have a spelling check. >> I bet you have a spelling check. >> I don't know how the hell I got a spelling check. I didn't even damn checkbook. >> All right. >> Okay. I have marijuana in my purse on my >> No problem. >> Is it in a sealed prescription container? >> Hold on. That is illegal. >> After arresting the woman, officers spoke to the victims and it turns out the suspect never even did work for the couple. Surprise, surprise. Not. We are not surprised she didn't actually work for the couple. We know that. [laughter] Um, TMA said, "Everyone using Uber to rob banks." Now, I'm telling you, it's an epidemic. Every time they come in with a fraudulent check, I called a Uber. I took a Uber here every time. Omar said you how you don't have the address to where you cooking food at for the customer. She I'm like, do you even work at this point? Okay. Um, so we'll hear the couple talk to the police officers about the stolen checkbook. >> Could you tell me what's going on as far as do you know this person or what's how this person uh has a personal check from your guys's checkbook? >> We have no idea. >> Okay. >> We don't know anybody by that name. And do you have anybody doing any like um cleaning work or like nursing work where they would be in and out of your home or anything like that? >> The only thing we have is uh we have a a person that cleans for us has cleaned for us for two years for three years. >> Longer than that. Yeah. >> Four years probably. >> Okay. What's that person's name? >> Her name is Gracie Ellen. What's Graciey's last name? >> I I can't remember what her last name was. >> Okay. And she doesn't she doesn't work with anybody else when she comes to the home. She just works alone. She doesn't bring anybody. >> No, she has bought someone new recently, a younger girl. >> Okay. And you guys wouldn't know her name or anything like that. >> Well, she introduced me to her. I can also I can always call Gracie. >> We can get her >> and get that information for you. >> Okay. And when you say young, how young does this person look? >> Oh, I don't probably 17, 18, 19, maybe. >> Okay. Okay. All right. All right. All right. Well, it's definitely not this person. Okay. Um, have you guys filed any >> Let me ask you a question. Was this person Hispanic? >> No. >> Okay. >> No. >> Gracie Ella and anybody that she brought with her is Hispanic. >> Okay. No. No. This person is not Hispanic. Um, it's going to get turned over to the detective. It seems as if she may have been working with someone, but she didn't she definitely did not want to give up any of that information. So, she's taking this person is taking the fall for everything. Um, I have arrested her. Um, she is being charged right now um with two charges and that's for um uttering a forge uh document, ordering a forge um document, which is the check. It has uh Linda's name or signature alleged signature on the front and um for the trying to cash it at the bank. I don't do not know how she is in possession of this. She was saying that the check was left for her for services that she had rendered by taking doing some housekeeping work and she couldn't tell us who paid her. But the check is fully filled out and it has um Linda has the signature on the front and it says for nursing in inhouse work. >> We've closed that account and we transferred all the money in that account into another account. When did you close the account? >> Huh? >> When did you close the account? >> Uh, Linda closed it this afternoon. >> Okay. >> What made you close it? This afternoon >> cuz she went to the bank up here, a region's bank up here. >> Mhm. >> And while she was in the bank, they got a call. It is this right, Linda? >> Yes. They got a call from somebody about another check. >> Was it about this particular check or a different check? >> Well, I I don't >> All right, I get the gist and I have already watched it. So, we'll get to her mug shot and what they say at the end. >> That she's working with someone and there's a checkbook. >> The woman plead guilty to uttering a forge check and was sentenced to 36 months of probation. >> Looks like it might be some Scissors ball. Okay, I have not watched this one, but I held it for a while. So, we're gonna watch it today. This is where I have the one smuggler. I didn't know what to call her right now. She might be a dealer, too, but I didn't know the context yet. So, this says Florida woman gets busted for trafficking dope. All right. Caught with 59 g of dope. That's what it says. >> Now is the time to be 100% honest. Yes, ma'am. Anything you want to know? I'm going to search you. >> Okay. >> Is there anything on you that I need to be aware of? >> Okay. >> Um, first going have you stick your tongue out. Let me see the top of your roof of your mouth. All right. And then you see underneath your tongue. >> Yeah. All right. That's what I told you. >> Girl, I asked you if there was something else in there. You want to pull it out? >> Listen, you going to face more charges than getting that out of jail. We're trying to prevent that. >> Oh, >> that's looks like there may be a little bit of trafficking out now. >> Yep. All right. >> Trafficking. >> Yep. >> How do you figure >> it weighs out to the amount? So, it's going to be a no bond. So, you're >> Why is it going to be a no bond? >> Yeah, cuz that's what state of Florida uh does. No bond. You're also going to go for possession of paraphernalia as well. >> Why? Sorry, I'm getting used to my new orientation of my screen, but it says, "Driver was pulled over for a seat belt violation. It appeared to the officer that the driver was changing lanes multiple times to avoid being pulled over." >> Your window doesn't roll down. Okay, you can just open it. Yes, ma'am. >> Officer, Brooklyn Park Police Department. Couple reasons for the stop. First and foremost, when you were at the intersection of Miller and 27, you changed lanes within 100 ft of the intersection. >> I was I made it before that white line, though. I made sure cuz I have cars on my butt. >> So yeah, you can be doing that. It's got to be 100 ft. Okay. Um and then your your driver or your seat belt. Do you have your driver's license? >> I have my seat belt on. I just I had it on but I just over my shoulder. >> Yeah, you got to wear it properly. >> I'm sorry. >> Is it your vehicle? >> No, it's my friends. I just borrowed it. Just come over here to get something for the baby though. My friends had a baby. >> Oh, nice. >> Yeah. Nice. You don't. >> All right. Thank you. Do you have that registration insurance? >> Yeah. >> Is there anything in the vehicle I need of any guns, drugs, weapons? >> No. Would you consent to a search? >> I sent my car, so I just I just borrowed it from here. >> I got >> um What do you >> Perfect. Um do you know what's on your license? >> Here. Don't wipe it off. >> Okay. Thank you. >> I know. I'm I was just wondering if you knew what it was. >> No, I know. I was playing with uh was it there was what was it? It was on the table. I was cleaning out and I had all my stuff. I dumped everything out of my curse. >> I got you. I got you. Uh have you ever been arrested before? >> Yes. Mhm. >> What for? >> Uh driving license is kind of good. Um >> any narcotics charges? >> Ultimately. Okay. >> Nowhere in. >> Nowhere in Leburg. Okay. I was just coming from the shoe. I'm just trying to get my notepad. >> Are you still living in Taris? >> Uh, no. I just moved to uh pen. >> No, I don't have any paper. >> You're good. Just give me one sec. >> What's a good vote number? >> 326. >> So 326. Yeah. 336 235. >> All right. So, what I'm going to have you do, I'm just going to have you come stand at the rear of your vehicle while I go back to my vehicle. Okay. >> Uh, you can grab your jacket. That's fine. >> Now, should I call my friends on like a Ford or? >> No, you should be good if there's nothing in the vehicle. No, I mean I All right, then just come stand right through there. I thought so. I thought so. She testing that substance, I guess, on the license or something that that that she came in contact with. Well, that's what I guess. I don't know if that's for sure what she's doing, but when she was like, "Oh, I can wipe it off." I'm like, "I'm sure you can, officer." Cuz she wanted to see. My guess, though. >> [snorts] >> I'm sure Okay. She's very nervous. Also, she handed me her when she handed me her license, it had white powder all over it. It's looking like it's testing positive for meth. Come on. Go all the way down. I might call um Edwards anyways and see if he just wants to. >> All right. So you go seven aisles that way. >> Okay. >> Um so was your license near any methamphetamine cuz it's testing positive for meth. >> No, it wasn't. It was I had it I had all my stuff stuff on the table, you know. It had methamphetamine on it. >> Yeah, that's what the white stuff was on it. What? Why? I don't know. It's I mean I know it's my ID, but >> I maybe put on >> table with someone who >> I don't know. I mean I I had my stuff was all over the table. I mean it might have been already. >> Do your friends use >> that? I went to my friend's house to get the keys and I pull my stuff out to make sure I had all the stuff. >> Okay. No, maybe >> now. Earlier she said she was cleaning off her own table and something might have gotten on her license. Now this tested positive for meth. She's at a friend's house and needed to take out her license on the table. Like, okay, all right. You are the friend. You do meth or you at least come into contact with it a lot. >> They can't get in trouble if you say yes at this point cuz it means they're not. Yeah, but I my stuff is I was pulling my stuff out and I don't want to incriminate him. I don't know. >> How would you I mean right now what was on your license? >> Yeah, that's crazy. >> Yeah, but it wouldn't be it's you. So, we're asking you or not. They had people over, but I was pulling my stuff out. >> Okay. >> On my making sure I had my wallet. >> Okay. Is there Is there anything in the car that we need to be aware of? >> No, I I I just borrowed the car. Okay. >> And that's why I made sure cuz I was coming over here. Anything in in the vehicle that belongs to you? >> Just my first. >> Just your purse. Okay. All right. I'm >> back. >> No, you're good. Um because it tested positive for meth, we're going to be searching the vehicle. Um so it's better on it. >> I mean, you saw it. You wiped it off. >> And I'm like, what is that? Cuz I was taking cuz you know, I'm trying to make sure I'm so careful cuz you know I if you've seen my history, I was trying to make sure >> I have no idea what your history >> I haven't even run you. >> I'm just saying I was just I was just like pulling everything. Make sure I have my ID, my sketch. I have to come over here to get big thing. You coming to get my purse for you? >> No, you're good. I'll go grab it. >> Do I need to call it? >> No. If there's nothing in there, there's nothing in there. You'll be on your way. >> Yeah. Just Okay. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Right. >> Hi. >> Hi. >> What's happening? >> How are you? >> Good. >> For sure. >> What's going on? >> I don't know. I got I said I uh I was uh I was o you're supposed to be 100 ft from the white line before I stopped thing. And then when she checked my ID, I was I was cleaning I was cleaning up my purse before I came to make sure I had everything right. So and she said there was methamphetamines on my my ID. >> Oh gosh. >> Yeah. And it wasn't for me. That door doesn't open. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. And uh so I was checking out my stuff that come to get a baby uh present for a girl that's having a baby and uh and I was checking out my IDs and somebody empty my purse. She said there's memories on my ID and I know on his table you know that's only so I can give you his name and phone number. >> Who's his name? >> This is so it's a car I borrowed. His name is Luke Jackson. Was he meth? >> I just want to say I don't I didn't think he did. I didn't know. I mean, I I I don't I know him, but I just I didn't think he was that. But he does, you know, stay up late. He's a gamer. But it's crazy. So, I don't want to get in trouble. >> You test the stuff that was in our license. >> Yeah. All over. >> I was like, what is this on? >> I was like, what is what is this? >> Huh? >> Yeah. In your I threw some pills there. I don't really know what they are. I don't know. >> Did you say anymore? >> I said what she say. >> She used to talking to me. >> Okay. Okay. So, Janetta said you used your license to cut a line. Wow. Say you in trouble. Yeah, she in trouble. She rambling. She know what she got in that car. I'm just waiting on them to find it. I dropped it, I think. >> Huh? You >> dropped it? >> I'm just looking. I'm looking for like coins. People drop money out here. >> Come on. >> Who's having the baby? >> Um, my friend uh Lily, 6 lb, 2 oz. Little girl. >> Oh, she just had the baby. >> Yeah, this last night. >> This is horrible. She said her friend was having a baby. Talk to a new person. I guess she forgot her lie. Now the friends had a baby and she's trying to give those acute details, which a lot of liars do when they, you know, being questioned. The the the weight of the baby don't matter. There's no baby. You weren't buying a present for said baby. There might be a Lily, but I don't think Lily's having a baby. The again, all the extra lies, you could just be quiet. and borrow the car. >> Luke Jackson, the name sounds familiar for some reason. Where's he live? >> Uh to Mary's. >> That's where you live. >> I don't use this. >> And she keeps repeating, I borrowed the car. Borrowed the car. Borrowed the car to I I think she's doing it to try to see if she can fool them into if they if and when they find something because they're going to find something. Oh, I'm just borrowing the car. I don't know everything that's in this car. I I feel like that's the route she's going to try to take, but she knows what's in that car. It's in your own personal wallet and on your license. >> So, you live in Eustace. You come all the way through the park to go to Walmart. There's Walmart Mount. >> Well, >> that don't make any sense. >> I had a friend that I wanted to visit. I was going to try to uh how you say get some booty and but he wasn't cool. So I uh went to good times regulates >> like a casino place or something. So, I didn't didn't get to get to my friend cuz I knew he was on his way and uh but I did get a good time and I get a call, you know, she was telling how she how she was feeling. I said, "Oh, a lot of stuff. I can get something, you know, see her at the hospital. Huh? >> Oh, I just have a rusty face. >> He's always giving me dumb. >> I have a rusty fish face. >> That's what I thought he said. >> He's always giving me crazy looks. Well, obviously cuz uh something's going on cuz when I took all my stuff out on the table, I was, you know, cleaning up my purse and I got all the all the signs in there cuz he asked me to. Well, that's not a good person to be around then. My car is broken. I need a uh timing belt. >> So, this car is registered to Luke Jackson. all the extra details that don't matter. Yeah, cow. If she had a lead width and she had an appointment, it it we know she's lying, but it would have been better than you drove towns over to get a present for a baby from Walmart, which is everywhere. But yeah, she's rambling. He don't care about no time belt. And she pulled that phrase out of her behind, too. Sir, >> that's your friend? >> Yes, sir. He sent you to go buy a scale. >> Well, he said on the way back, stop and get, you know, a scale. >> A scale? You told me a birthday baby shower gift. >> No, that was okay. It was on the way. I mean, it was stops. I'm getting a baby shower gift. >> So, she was getting a gift for the baby that she could have got from any Walmart that don't exist. We know the baby does not exist. Then she was going to a D appointment, but he also said, "Hey, can you grab a scale?" Of all the things she could think to say, she said scale knowing she has what they say 59 grams of meth in her car. Like a scale goes along with that. Like why would you say that? I think she she Well, I know she does cuz it was all in her wallet. She's getting high on her own supply for sure. So, you see the sides right there? It's a white pattern. And I brought it up to see if it was just because of the cup. And then there's like white flakes inside. See? >> Look. Look at her mouth. I can't tell. She's got something in her mouth. Where's that at? >> On the seat. >> You know, something in her little change purse wallet. >> Oh, yeah. There was somewhere that the life was in her wallet. All right. >> Now is the time to be 100% honest. >> Yes, ma'am. Anything you want to know? >> I'm going to search you. Okay. >> Is there anything on you that I need to be aware of? >> Okay. >> Um, first have you stick your tongue out. I see the top of your mouth. All right. And then underneath your tongue. All right. And then turn around. Spread your feet. If >> I was have to have found something, what would I find? >> Nothing. >> Put the paj back over. I'm two for two. >> All right. >> Do you want me to retrieve it or you do you want to retrieve it? >> Okay. Go on this side. Is there anything else down there that I missed? >> Okay. But anything else narcotics wise that should not be there that I missed cuz bringing it into the jail is a felony. Is there anything in there? >> Nothing else. >> They're going to put you through an X-ray. So, they're going to find it. >> All right. Spread your feet a little wider. >> Kitty, could you grab her 20? Make sure it'll fly away. That's what I told you. >> Girl, I asked you if there was something else in there. >> You want me to pull it out? >> Listen, you going to face more charges and get in that jail. >> We're trying to prevent that. >> Oh, yeah. That's Looks like there may be a little bit of traffic in them now. >> Yep. >> Looks like there may be a little bit of traffic in them now. >> Nope. >> It's not trafficking. >> Yeah, it probably is. Can I take my money? >> Explains why she has a scale. >> I don't like people lying. I don't like people lying. >> No. No. No. Before you get in there, anything else on you cuz they're going to find it. >> No. No, sir. >> Yeah, that's traffic. >> So, this was the test from what was on her wallet. She I literally I was like, "What is this?" I'm looking at it. It's on my body cam. I'm looking at it. I'm like, "What is this?" And she's like, "Oh." And then she takes it from me and she wipes it off. Don't wipe it off. >> Well, your standard purse must have kept the table. I'm a stand up. >> Yes, I know. >> Yeah. I don't by that story. >> Well, two for two. >> That's explains why she has a scale. We're going to test it real quick and weigh. I'm just curious the the amount. >> How many grams you think it is? Sorry. >> Uh, what's 25? >> That's so nasty. I'm with you, Janetta. That's so nasty. This This is why cops just have to constantly wear gloves cuz Disgusting. And why she think they weren't going to find it? Even if even if she didn't find out in the field, like they said, there's body X-rays. Like, you're not going to hide this. I don't know what her plan was. I feel like Well, maybe she thought she could ditch it in the car in the back seat, but they they also tell you like there's nothing in my back seat right now. If I open this door back up and now there's something in my back seat, it's yours. So, there's not really much you can do. And that was a hefty sized bag. Disgusting. without holding it. >> Oh man. >> Oh Jesus. Wow. Really? >> 56 g. >> Yep. [laughter] >> And in her pants, too. I felt it. I was like, >> I mean, >> don't lie to me. >> It's really hard to miss. I was like, that can't be what I felt. >> Dang. Too much light. >> 56. You should put it as 56. >> Well, there she's got more. >> All right. We got We got We got BTR shift. >> Oh, they're 3 0 >> 59 59 g. All right. >> She's trying to get away from me bad, too. switching lanes like >> you know what cows I would be mad too I would even proper the question like I want you to get it as the police I'm telling you you need to get it yourself cuz while cow said my question is if they ask you do you want me to get it or you to get it why in the hell you say me right I would I'm not given a choice like can you just please get it out of there just please I do not want to touch it >> was good reason for switch lanes intersection literally She said it wasn't hers too. >> Drugs says I know bond. >> Yeah. >> Oh, right. All right. >> Trafficking. >> Yep. >> How do you figure >> it weighs out to the amount? So, it's going to be a no bond. So, you're >> Why is it going to be no bond? >> Yeah, >> because that's what state of Florida uh does. No bond. You're also going to go for possession of paraphernalia as well. >> Why? >> That's weird. How and why when they're literally telling you in real time the how and the why. Um, it says the woman was charged with trafficking more than 28 grams of meth and paraphernalia. She was booked into the Lake County jail. Because the stuff that holds the drugs is paraphernalia. >> What hole in the bag? >> Yeah, >> the bag or whatever. >> How do you think of paraphernelia? It's something that you do it with. >> Nope. >> No, it's just the associated items. >> Do store or uses the process. That's $1,000 bond plus whatever. >> It says she was released from jail the following day on a $51,000 shity bond on February 11th, 2025. She pleaded not guilty to the charges. They literally pulled it out of her JJ and she pleaded not guilty. >> The judge sets your bond whenever you go to the first appearance. >> Yeah, you're good. Cool. Cool. >> I knew when she wiped it off that it was something that she >> Okay, it says she has a plea negotiation conference scheduled for obviously it's in the past, but May 6, 2025 with Judge Carrie Rada >> gave it to me and it's literally covered >> in that >> in that. And I'm like I was like this can't just be salt cuz there were little like chunks. And I was like >> what if she's reeling for someone? >> Probably >> Luke Jackson. >> Probably Jackson. She's probably coming here to sell it to somebody. That's probably why she had the three grams. >> Ma'am, you trying to be paraphernelion? >> Pure. >> All right, we're done with the dumb questions. They already said what she was charged with her plea negotiation. This is the last video and if I didn't save this one for last, I'd be done before I even played another video. This is the last video, y'all. Banker secretly called 911 on a $5,500 bank scammer ends terribly. I don't know about terribly, but it does end. And his excuse is stupid. He's saying that he um sold something on Facebook Marketplace, but he has no record of selling it. No record of who he sold it to, no record of that he even put it up for sale, but this is how he has come to get to this check. So, here you go. >> Police are called to the bank after a man is trying to deposit a $5,500 check. But there's one problem. The banker believes it's fake. So, officers pull up to see for themselves and within moments, the man has a very interesting story to say the least. >> How are you >> doing? All right. >> Good. Can I help you at all? >> Yeah, they called us about [music] somebody. I guess they was trying to cash a check or something, but >> thank you. >> Yeah. >> How are you? >> Hi, good. How are you? Hello. >> Oh, >> how are you? >> Good. How are you? >> Good. Um, yeah. So, I guess I don't know what's going on. So, >> okay. So, what's going on? Are you trying to cash a check or something? >> Somebody I had sold somebody's stuff. >> Mhm. >> And that was it. >> Okay. >> And I came to the cash, so I get more money. >> Gotcha. Okay. Well, they're saying it's not a genuine check. How do I know that? Somebody give me a check, please. >> Okay. Well, where's your ID? Let's start there. >> I have it. Let me >> Okay. >> I was just going back there to get the stuff. >> Let's start at that point. What I mean, what what' you get what they give it to you for? >> Uh, I had sold like four my gold necklaces and like two bracelets. >> Mhm. Is it like a written check? >> No, I ain't a written check. She just gave me She gave me a check. >> Who is she? >> Uh, >> who's the person that gave you the check? >> Her name is Car. But uh >> she had some somebody uh like a one her family members to give it to me. >> Okay. >> Whatever like that. >> Okay. Thank you. >> All right. So, Mr. Pete. >> Well, because the problem is is she it's not if it's not a real check that raises flags. >> Tell me calling people. But they can't if it's a if it's a false check, they can't. It's automatic that they have to >> they're not going to tip you off that they realize you giving them a fake check or a stolen check, sir. >> I'm going to be 1012 inside. >> I told you. >> I'm just finding out this. I just got >> Exactly. She I just waiting for a manager, so I went and pulled you. >> I'm lost, too. [ __ ] >> 465. I'm sorry, T. >> I'm lost my [ __ ] That's crazy. >> Just advising on 10:12 inside. >> Yeah, that's what I was going to ask you. Where did he get the check from? >> Yeah. Okay. Um, >> so you said you s Okay, let let's start from the beginning. All right. You um sold some stuff. >> Yeah. Online. Like I put some stuff online or whatever. >> Like what did you put it on? >> On like Facebook thing >> like marketplace. >> Okay. >> And then um she sent somebody down here. >> Do you have that on your phone? >> No ma'am. It's already >> the transaction. >> No ma'am. I took it out cuz I already stuff. >> Okay. When did this whole transaction occur? >> Like like two days ago. >> Two days ago. >> Yeah. But her like her um her son and nephew, somebody came down here. >> Uhhuh. >> I don't know what he I don't know what going on, but he gave me the check and I gave him the stuff and I like [ __ ] with it cuz I'm behind on my stuff. So I just like I'm going to get you up here and cash it. >> I got you. Okay. Well, here's the thing about checks, right? They send alerts. So if it alerts the bank, then it alerts us >> and we got to come out and Yeah. Because you can't just cash a check like that. >> Lost my salary. >> Okay. But if she paid you, why would she pay you in? What kind of a check did she pay you in? >> They got it. >> I got it. >> Yeah, please. So I could check it out. >> Yeah, he got it. >> She >> Is this your bank? >> Yeah, this my bank. >> This is your regular. My bank. That's why. >> How long you been banking here? >> [ __ ] Like almost a year and a half. >> A year and a half. Okay. Why I came? Cuz it's my bank. >> Okay. Well, let's find out. Well, either somebody did you wrong or, you know, we got to figure this out. because um >> and what she blocked my >> the girl. >> Yeah. >> Okay. I tried to call her back earlier and ask about >> Okay. So this >> So you know this Latoya car who issued this? >> No, I don't know. I like I said I met her online whatever and her son will bring it down to me like just like that. >> Is the check legit? the check um according to them they call and verify the checkbook regions and they're saying um >> it's not >> not for that amount >> mark all right >> okay so let me let me let me understand [music] okay what did you sell her >> um gold naked I sold like four gold naked and and two uh bracelets. >> Okay. >> 500 a piece. >> It was verified for $6 >> for the same check check number and everything. >> What? >> Okay. >> They got me. They got me. >> But here's the thing. Why would she um >> She ain't pay me in cash. I don't know. She sent somebody to give me pull up on me to give me the money. >> So you just Okay. So when >> Ashley Jay said those saxopones started playing in his head. Ashley those saxophones getting louder and louder, aren't they? [laughter] This is the end. It's coming. >> Did the exchange of the chains and all that happened? You just gave her all that stuff and waited for her to give me check. >> No. Yeah. Like she No, I'm saying I gave it to >> Explain it to me cuz I don't know what happened >> when I when she came down. I mean she sent somebody down to me. >> Okay. >> And I gave him the thing. He gave me a check just like that. know what it was. >> And it was this person whose name is right here. >> Yeah. No, it was >> You got any proof of that anywhere? >> No, ma'am. She saying that she sent that through somebody else to me. >> I never I never got to see that person at all. >> So, you're saying this person who's on the check is somebody totally different from the person that you were selling it to and then she sent somebody totally different to you >> to bring you the check. >> Yeah. Listen, I talked to the lady before. >> Mhm. But when he came down to do the transfer to give whatever for stuff, it was her nephew or son, whoever was, it wasn't her. And then I tried to call her back. She just blocked my whole number. >> You know what? Y'all know this irks me when somebody doubles down on the lie and acts like you can't understand and you're not intelligent enough to follow the story when the story is a lie. Omar, right? It doesn't make sense. [laughter] Anyways, >> okay. Can you show me that at least? Like the block number? >> The block number? >> Yeah. Where she Where she block you at? Show me. >> 465. Do I have 55? Do >> you mind if I call back on that check? >> Spice girls are playing in the background. >> Huh? >> Do you mind if I call back? >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. For sure. I'm just trying to see like, you know, I want to see some of the conversation or something. >> We never text or nothing like it was just >> Mr. P. What's your phone number? >> What was her name? >> Uh, I don't know. I just called I just I don't know. I just called her Miss Car. Something like that. >> Miss what? Miss car. >> Miss car. >> Yes. >> Have you ever dealt with her before? >> No, man. I never never met her before. Nothing. Hello. You got my bank, man. Remember the lady I was selling stuff to or whatever? And she gave me she gave me a um a messed up check or something. Now the bank the police up to take me money. So I'm trying to see what's up with that real quick. The lady I was I um I had told you about you probably ain't paying attention like that but I had sold the lady my um chains and my two braces I had put up and um I tried to call the check or whatever to my bank and now the police got involved. So I'm like, "Yeah, that's crazy." Yeah, I know. That's crazy. >> Who Who is he calling again? What was the point of calling somebody? I tell you what, too. If I was a police officer, I'd be like, "Don't explain anything. Ask straight questions. Put it on speaker phone." In the sense of like it have to be, "Oh my gosh, what kind of question would it be? You can't leave the person." Do you like I don't know. It has to be like I don't see how this could even be leading questions. I'm trying to think and even that sounds leading like do you know the jewelry I had? Still sounds leading. Do you remember when I sold something on Facebook Marketplace? Still sounds a little leading. So I don't know what what could be asked. Maybe he shouldn't ask any questions and the cop should ask while they're on speaker phone. >> I know, man. That's crazy. Hell, man. I don't know [ __ ] in my life, man. >> So, the person who came and brought you the check, who was that? >> I don't even know him. >> You don't know his name or nothing? >> I mean, you just accepting checks for people you don't know. >> I got myself a $5,500 check. I be want to know who you are, >> man. Hello. >> Yeah. I don't know if you're really on the phone with somebody. I agree with that. And then Naturally Be Yourself said he he said his girl was calling him. Okay. Jacqueline said he's fake talking to someone on the phone. TMA said, "Who takes a personal check from a stranger?" Yeah, I just feel like you going to report it stolen. I don't know you. I don't want your personal check. Imm >> Man, I don't know about like uh That's crazy, bro. like whoever that lady was. Whoever whatever man that [ __ ] that check my right. >> Oh, that's why he was saying his girl was calling him cuz she said, "Pull out your phone and show me where she blocked you and he's yet to do that." So, this is the distraction from show me that she blocked you. Yep. Okay. Wow. >> I'm right here with the police right now. Okay. Thank you. >> You're just verifying the check. >> I want to double check cuz the teller did it as a matter. I don't want to do it myself cuz I just you walking in. >> Absolutely. For sure. >> I don't know. But whoever that lady is cuz she told me that I got to verify all that [ __ ] So I told I already know that whoever like send that [ __ ] to me that kind of up cuz I need I need to like verify that. I really I don't know. She saying I need what I need to verify. >> I'm trying to verify where you got this check from. >> I'm saying I don't even know the people out there. I told you >> the whole scenario is what you need to be verifying. What do you mean? The officers been in here asking about two questions. Who's Linda Carr? Or do you know even the person you sold it to? This the jewelry he never actually sold in my opinion cuz Facebook Marketplace definitely saved your post on you trying to sell stuff. And did she give you the check? Who gave you the check? How'd you know the check was real? It really is not that many questions she asked. But I guess when you steeped in your lie, you you start forgetting or you're delaying. You're stalling. >> I don't even know people like that. I don't know these people. That's how it is. Nobody know people like that. >> Also, don't look at me in my eyes while you on the phone or fake phone call with somebody else. Don't talk to me and them. Talk to them or put them on speaker. Don't talk to me and I hate that. Especially when you just using it to build up a lie. No, don't look at me. >> Okay. >> Um, and you don't have, like you said, like I asked you, you don't have no transaction information, not talking to the person, marketplace, whatever you put the post you had when you were selling the chains, whatever you have. >> It's going to go once you do >> somebody called, but >> no, cuz I I sell people on marketplace. My stuff's still there. >> So, I just >> I sell stuff on Marketplace. My I could legit look it up right now. It's still there. >> And >> same for us. One of the things I tried to sell on Marketplace, but I guess I'm going to have to donate it was the my dress uh that I wore for the uh paint sip. Yeah. It It's not going nowhere. The post is going to be there. >> That sold. It's still there. >> Yeah. So, it's it's going to be still there. >> I can look and see, bro. I know for a fact that I You know what I'm saying? And somebody gave me that check for my stuff and what it is. You know what I'm saying? >> I don't know. subject. >> I think the officer said he already got a felony warrant that they can arrest him on possibly. I feel like that's what he said. Might have said grand theft. >> Listen. Hey, I'm going to need you to put that down for now. >> Hold on. >> Put it down. >> Put it down. Mr. Let's do this. Put your hand. >> Wait, wait. I'm still investigating. Hold on. >> We're going to detain you for now. Okay. >> Yep. Well, I'm doing this investigation. >> Thank you so much. >> Okay. Well, I didn't say you were going to jail yet. I said, "I'm detaining you while I'm investigating this because the the problem right now is >> it's doesn't look good. >> You don't have any explanation about how you got this check. You're telling me that you >> sold somebody's story." >> I can tell you the story about whatever, but you ain't got no proof of nothing. >> Oh my god. >> You don't got no names. You don't got no You don't know who these people are. Somebody just came and handed you a $5,500 check. That don't happen to me. >> Listen, I told you the only thing I did was show somebody something and that was it. >> Okay. Well, let's get this sorted out. Okay. You got anything on you that'll poke me, stick me, hurt me? >> Okay. I'm going to have this officer check you. Okay. >> You need some gloves. >> That's weird. I didn't do that one though. >> So, somebody somebody gave me >> Yeah, we'll get that figured out. >> Somebody gave me a warning. >> Well, like I said, the bank gets alerted. We get alerted. So >> So now I'm going to jail >> right now. Like I said, >> detained. We're figuring out stuff. You don't got anything over there? >> No weapons, nothing. Right. >> Wallet. Yes, sir. >> Some money in there. I'm going to leave that in there. >> Listen, I just got Why would I come and do that? That's stupid. >> Okay, I'm going to take your phone, Mr. Pete. >> I'll put it in your pocket for now. >> That's crazy, man. I ain't do nothing wrong. >> Ask him. Can you look at his call log to see if someone even called him when he would have like his girl was calling him? He was supposed to be finding where that woman blocked him. That's what we supposed to be doing. We never got there. Ashley J said, "I heard of a story of a dude selling a car on Facebook to a few different people and just would report it stolen each time. That is horrible. That's horrible." Hopefully the people that he tried to do that to, they kept the communications uh that they had when they were buying the car online. That's Dang, that sucks. Okay, I got your ID here. >> Mr. Daryl, how did you get this check again? >> So I So somebody gave me the check. I should just got cash. See what I mean? >> And then type your name up. >> Yeah, all that like two days. Like I had talked to him and I sold this stuff and then they came out and brought it to me. >> We'll figure this whole thing out. >> Yeah, we sure will. >> She's still waiting to get an answer from the other bank. So, we're going to verify the check. >> If it's legit, >> then what can we do? And then >> not then we have an issue. Okay. >> All right. We'll get it verified right now. >> Just follow something. I I don't I >> Do you still I come back and get it? >> I'm done. >> Oh, are you? >> I'm already It's already verified. >> Okay. Thank you. So verified the original amount. You told me >> it was only verified for >> Okay. Thank you, ma'am. >> Uh, it was only verified for I'll tell you right now. We get out. So that mean I did nothing. I don't think I did. You know what I'm saying? She came right they fought me. I didn't give you the Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. All right. Come on. Listen. Here's the thing. Got >> in trouble, man. >> Did you? What did you get out of trouble for? >> What were you in trouble for? >> Me? >> Yeah. Grand. >> Grand theft. >> What was that? Out of here? Out of Marion? >> Yeah. Walmart. >> Out of Walmart. >> And I ain't do nothing again. >> You didn't do nothing either. Wow. These things keep happening to you. >> No. I went somebody and they came they one of my homeboy. I was with him and they uh they charged me because >> Have a seat, Mr. Pete. Okay. I'm >> It's always somebody you with that causes you to get charged, too. >> Figure this out. We're going to have a seat on the seat. >> Oh, man. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Sit. Yeah, because the story got sketchy, man. Listen, >> I promise I'm not li There we go. It's on my dead grandma. Why you bringing your grandmother into this? You know what you did? You can't He can't even produce a paper trail to make this seem somewhat believable. You It's every When you have stuff that's electronic, it is so trackable. And he can't even do that. Not on the dead grandma. Just stop lying. This is so useless. Doesn't matter who you put it on. The fact of the matter is is if you get a $5,500 check from a bank, that's a cashier's check. >> They gave me That's what they gave me. >> Yeah, but that's what I'm saying. That check is only validated. She just She said, "I'm going to write you a check. What's your name?" Said, "I'll write you a check out." All that. And when they came down, >> why would she type it out? >> I don't know. When it came down here, that's >> And a cashier's check. Do you realize that that's specific cashier check? You have to pay for these. >> I don't know. I never even I don't even know nothing about that. >> I know. Look, look on my bank right now. I never cash that check. Never cash check in my life. >> The lady that I spoke with. >> Okay. >> You heard me. >> Yeah. What were you saying? I said I never you go in my bank right now. I never cash never I don't know nothing about that. She wrote me that check gave me and they sp me out for my stuff and I came and check cash my check. That was it. >> And you don't got pictures of the jewelry? Nothing. >> How did you advertise it? >> Because I just put on I just took it out and all that stuff >> and you deleted all the pictures out of your out of your phone and everything. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. Well, get inside. Shut the door. I'm shutting the door. Watch it. >> Such a Here's a problem. Because of the lack of information, you're coming here with a check. >> You have no information about who this came from. You have no names of who this came from. You have >> I told you the lady name is car. I told you that she sent somebody to me. >> You said you didn't know this person on the >> I don't I knew the I TOLD YOU I TALKED TO the lady. I told you she sent somebody to me. So she a son or something. >> Oh, now you getting angry. Are you angry that she doesn't believe your lies and you don't even have cuz you Okay. Say you putting something on Facebook. Okay, you deleted the post. Whatever. You still should have the pictures of the jewelry you took to upload to Facebook to sell. You don't He don't have nothing. He mad at her because she wants to have common sense and doesn't believe his lies. Don't get loud. >> Whoever he was, he saw him to me. >> So if I go and look for car on Facebook, I'm going to find him. >> I don't know. >> You told me you sold it on Facebook. >> Yes. But that don't mean you got to that mean a person got to have a Facebook page could be on anybody page right too. >> No, >> it seems like um instead of printing them this time, teammates, it seems like they're stealing real checks because the bank teller was saying I don't know the amount she said, but she said the check is real, but it was for and I thought she said maybe like $600. So, it seems like they're trying to wash the check and then like they typed his whoever he working with typed his name on there and then put the new amount on there cuz they they did say that check existed just not for that amount. >> Oh, >> well, you should find it then. >> Okay. Well, you know what? You listen. The only thing I'm saying is right here. So, I'm aggravated. >> I'm aggravated, too, because you know what? >> You trying to make me change. >> I'm not trying to make you do anything. >> I'm trying to tell you what happened and that's what happened. I'm trying to tell you. >> Okay. Well, you could listen, Mr. P. You know what you could do? >> You want me to take me to jail, but go ahead. >> Well, of course, because I today said, I'm going to take Mr. P to jail. I don't even know you. So, I'm going to take you to jail for arrest for a fake check. All right. You could explain everything to the judge and and we'll leave it at that because why do you want to explain it to me? You said, "I don't care. I'm not listening." We'll leave it to the judge. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> And I wish she would have left that door closed. I feel like she entertains him again cuz that's where I'm at. You just shut the door. I'm tired of you lying to me anyway. And then you then you going to attack me cuz I don't believe you're alive. >> Funny if you go to first bank and you see him making. >> Can you get his crap out of his pockets? >> Yeah. >> I don't want him having nothing. Especially with that whole uh >> Oh my god. No kidding. >> $6. Okay. >> Explain it to me. You said I don't care. I'm not listening. We'll leave it to the judge. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. It would be funny if if you go to First Bank and you see him making the check for $6. >> Can you get his crap out of his pockets? >> Yeah. >> I don't want him having nothing. Especially with that whole uh >> money is >> Oh my god. No kidding. >> $6. Okay. >> Your wallet. You got anything in here that's illegal? >> No. >> Are you sure? >> No. >> All right. What's your ID? You don't got an ID? >> Yeah, I got his ID. >> Excuse me, man. >> I did. Okay, I'm done talking. Mr. Peing like that. >> Mr. I understand your aggravation, but I don't I'm I'm done talking though. >> I'm done talking, sir. >> Uh not towards me. I didn't give you the check. >> I know. I'm aggravated, though. >> Okay, I hear you. But you know what? I'm aggravated, too, >> because I got to deal with all this. So, >> have a seat, sir. Um >> we're going to find out what that where that check was issued. >> Yeah. And we better not see your face there making this cashier's check cuz that's going to be even worse. >> Making it work. >> Just letting you know, man. >> What's making it work? >> Making the cashier's check. >> Oh, no. He ain't worried about that. >> Just letting you know. All right. >> Promise on everything. >> Well, if you don't have to worry about that, then you don't got to worry about seeing a judge. >> It's a fake check you're cashing. >> But I don't know that. That's what I'm saying. How I'm going to talk about something I don't even know. Here's my question to you. Who out here in the street sells jewelry? >> Yeah. for a chick. >> Nobody. >> Cuz that what she said she had. >> Nobody. >> Okay. >> Maybe she was getting over on me, but nothing. >> But you don't have any information to contact this person. You don't have any information about this [music] person. You don't even know this person. You said >> I really don't. Like for real or whatever. That may mean you're a liar. Like for real. >> I don't know you, Mr. Pete. I don't know you. So I can't I can't assess whether or not you lying or not lying. >> Investigating more than like you know. >> That's exactly what's going to happen. >> Yeah. But why I got to go to jail though? Because this is what we're dealing with right now. >> Yeah. Get your foot in so you don't get hurt. >> Catching a force check is a prank. >> What is it? >> What is it? >> It's a forgery. It's a fake check. >> Yeah. I have to look at your record as far as like uh what whether it's going to be a misdemeanor or a felony, but I'll let you know. >> Okay. >> All right. >> All right. Mr. Peak. All right. I mean, there's really nothing he can do. >> You want some water or anything? I'm >> all right. >> You good? Okay. >> Cigarette? No. >> I actually don't have any of those. >> Do you have some? >> I don't. >> You have my car? >> Oh, well, your car is not here. >> Yeah, I don't. We don't have any at this office, I don't think. >> Yeah, just uh you sure no water? >> No, >> just hang tight for a minute. Okay. >> If you need something in the meantime, uh >> I'll be right here. >> Come to the door. Knock on the door. We'll hear you. >> Just knock or wave. I'll see you. Um, we'll go to that one. >> I think a lot he started wandering around a lot. I I don't remember if he start crying or not. He just started doing all kinds of stuff. Yeah. He promised on everything he loves. Janetta, >> you need something? >> No, I'm just talking about >> You need something, Parker? >> No, I'm just walking back and forth. >> Okay, gotcha. All right, man. Sorry to keep you waiting. All right. [clears throat] So, I know I'm sure everything happened pretty quick. >> Mhm. >> Um, my name is Detective Bar. Obviously, we're we're at OPD, right? You all right, man? You want a tissue? >> No, I'm all right. We all just going through a lot right now, man. >> I feel you. Well, listen. Before I talk to you, I have to read you your rights. Okay. >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have them present with you while you are being questioned. Um, if you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before any questioning if you wish. You can decide at any time to execute these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand each of those rights as I've explained to you? >> Ain't nothing wrong with being upset, ma'am. Get some question in case you want to wipe your face. Maybe >> obviously I I hear you said that >> I I will not accept a roll of toilet paper as tissue unless it came from my own house cuz otherwise I don't know what multi-purpose y'all using that roll for. >> You're going through a lot, right? >> Your name's How is it >> Daryl? >> Daryl. And where you staying at? >> I steal my girl. >> Your girl. >> What's your What? You're on probation? >> Yes, sir. >> All right, man. So, clearly we're here for a reason, right? And obviously I goes without saying but honesty is the best policy. How how did we get here today? >> Cuz um I had met dude through somebody for real and um I sold him a couple couple things or whatever like sold a couple jewelry or whatever. He was like well the other day. >> When did you sell him this jewelry? >> Not the other day. Like a couple days ago. >> Couple days ago. In person. >> Yeah. No. Yeah. In person. But I'm saying this this how this happened. You at home I got his number. You say uh what's your name? I like I like [ __ ] cuz I ain't got no money to write you a check out. >> Okay. >> And then when I seen him in the desk when he gave me the check and then he went up there with me. >> So you gave him jewelry first. >> Yeah. >> And then he came back with a check. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Come on, man. >> Okay. He said the dude the the Phantom went up there with him to uh make the check out. Pull the footage from the bank because I'mma tell you what, I don't know a bank that don't have cameras. pull the footage of this phantom person that went with you to uh get this check made. >> I know that ain't how that goes. >> No. What you mean? >> You don't give somebody jewelry first. >> Oh, no. No. I'm saying like cuz um my niece, she knew him like she know good people. Whatever. >> Where's he stay at? Where's he from? >> Who? >> The guy. Who? Who are we talking about? >> I'm talking about that's how I met through him. Through him. Through through my niece. >> Right. But where? >> All right. So, we went from Facebook Marketplace selling jewelry to Miss Linda Carr. Then, Miss Linda Carr sends her son/nephew to pick up the jewelry and give him the check made out from her. Then he say he went to the bank with the dude when he made out the check. Now, when they say, "Well, why did you you know, like how'd you trust the check or whatever?" Now, he says, "Oh, my niece says he's good people." Who is he then? You should have been able to trace back to him. So, you said your niece uh basically connected y'all. I thought I thought you found Linda Carl on Facebook. Now, you are directly to the fake guy via your niece. Come on. >> Where does he where does he stay at? >> Oh, okay. So, you met you met this guy through her? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. And she so he's good people. Where did you sell him the jewelry at? >> Uh um at the house. At my house. >> At? >> Yes, sir. on what you said a couple days ago. I like to talk in like a little bit more precise terms, right? So, what's a couple days ago? Today's Friday. >> Like, I got out of jail when you Friday. I think like Wednesday. >> You got out of jail. >> If you got to measure your your days of the week by when you got out of jail, that is not a good sign. How do you not remember whatever a couple days ago was from today? Okay, let's see. I got out of jail. Carry the one. That's what it sounds like. What do you mean? Yes. They need to zoom in on the shoes. Uh Ashley, the way they keep zooming in on his face. >> Wednesday. >> Wednesday. So, I guess tonight hold Friday. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I got out. I mean, I got I think that was like Tuesday. >> You got out Tuesday? >> Yeah. So, Wednesday. >> Today's the 11th. Does that help? What do you know what the date you got out the number? >> Listen, listen, listen. I'm trying to see cuz my mind be up like I'm kind of like not good at like talking like >> Oh, and then I just remember if he just got out of jail a couple days ago, it's going to be like I think it's going to be like, okay, so how how do you have the jewelry already being sold and all? I think that's going to come up, too. He needs to stop talking >> talking, man. But um It had to be like Wednesday. Tuesday or Wednesday? I mean like Wednesday. >> Tuesday or Wednesday you got out. So when do you think you met him? >> I said Wednesday. I don't know how soon I got out. >> So the same day you got out >> my niece called like do want to buy some You know what I'm saying? Whatever. And >> why' she call you? She know you got jewelry. >> Yeah. No, cuz she know I was selling something though. >> Oh, what were you selling? >> Just some jewelry. >> What were you selling? >> Some chain. A couple chains or a couple bracelets. That's it. Like two bracelets. >> Two bracelets. And how many chains? >> Oh, I had like four. Okay. But he was just like telling me that uh >> what kind of chains were they? >> Gold. >> What kind of style? >> Uh they were like um like not cute but the little like like the um soda top here. >> Soda top. >> Like you know how the soda top look >> like it's crinkled? >> No. You know how the can the can the little top of the can? They look like them. >> Oh, okay. All of them are the same. >> Yeah, same thing. >> And the bracelets? >> The same thing. And they just smaller like rather smaller than >> stole gold. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> 37year-old Derel is charged with two charges. uttering a forge check when you're knowingly trying to pass a fake or altered check as being real and grand theft in the amount of 5,000 through $10,000, which is theft involving property or money valued between 5 to 10K. As a result of his attempt to try to pass the $5,55 fake check as being real, the case was resolved pretty quickly with him entering a plea of no contest or guilty. And as a result of this, the judge adjudicated him guilty on both charges. This means the court formally found him guilty and he was convicted on both charges. This didn't happen overnight and the time it took for him to actually get tried, he spent 2 months and 9 days in jail. And when he was released on the guilty verdict, he was sentenced to 4 years of probation. On top of his 4-year probation sentence, he also faced $1,02.50 50 cents in court costs and fines and additional supervision costs of around $50 a month for his four years of probation. There's a few standard conditions that he must abide by, including reporting regularly to his probation officer, not committing any new crimes, not leaving the country without permission, maintaining employment, allowing home or work visits randomly and unannounced, no drugs or alcohol abuse, and being subject to random drug testing. As the officer mentioned, the same suspect was arrested at Walmart, where he unlawfully took over $800 of lawn equipment, passing all points of sale, and as a result, he was ordered to pay $20 a month to repay Walmart as well. In addition, he was also ordered to serve 400 hours of community service. And lastly, was required to complete a substance abuse and life skills program with the purpose of rehabilitation and prevention. Let me know what you honestly think about this case down below in the comments. Stay Y'all in my head. You said he not gonna make it. Ain't no way he gonna make it. Between the drug and alcohol test alone, he not gonna make it. Not you. Stealing lawn equipment from Walmart. Yeah, that's a fouryear probation. Nah, at first I did think they were going to say four years of jail. I was like, dang. But yeah, four-year probation. He not going to make it. Nah, he probably locked up now. Wow. Yeah, he not the he not bright about this at all. He probably think he gonna do the next thing that he's feel smart about then can't explain it when he get caught. Yeah. Oh, he went to I mean this aired on aired like it's a show. The body cam was recorded on July 11th, 2025. He got a long road. [laughter] [snorts] All right, y'all. That's the last one.
