So, I can do my uh screen that way too. So, sometimes I can still share my screen. I have another way to mute it so it won't echo if I play a song or play a sound from directly from Streamyard. So, thank you for the feedback. I will be talking. If you don't like talking, links are in the description box. As you saw, it's nurses going wild today. So, the first one we're starting with is nurse tries to commandeer cop car as a taxi goes wrong. There's a flip over the shoulder on this one. Um, and when we're done, we will go over charges, what the prosecution uh has to prove, what the defense will maybe try to challenge. So, we'll start. I know my right. Yep, that's what happens. Then you forget to unmute your screen. So, so sorry. [laughter] Excuse me. Hitting play again from the beginning. That I I'm going to That's a new routine. Before they could stop, they were flagged down by a woman who climbed straight into the back of a patrol car, demanding to go to the hospital. Here's what the deputies did next. >> When Deputy Lambie approaches the vehicle, he finds Elaine already sitting in the back seat. >> What the right down the street? What the is this? >> She's refusing to explain why she called for help, but she's very clear about her supposed credentials. nurse. >> Can y'all hear it now? Just want to make sure. We're here. >> Come on. I want to go. >> Can you tell us what's going on first? >> Come on. I want to go. >> Go where? >> I want to go to the hospital right now. >> For what? What's the matter with you that you need to go? >> I have to go to the hospital. I want to go right now. Okay. Fire rescue needs a reference and you're going to be thinking about >> Come on. No, you don't get No, you don't get to No, I know my rights. I'm a I'm a nurse. I see you CC you 20 years. Don't with me. Let's go. Take it back. >> The ambulance is going to come. I've lived in a lot of states, but I I've I've always found that Florida police officers were the best. >> What's your name? >> The best of the best. What's your name? >> You're not proving that right now. Off your name. Answer any questions. Let's go. I'm going to go. >> Well, I want to go. >> All right. Well, she can hang out here until you mess up. >> Yeah, let's go. Come on. Gross, gross, gross, gross. She either is obviously on a substance or she's having a mental episode. I don't know which one, but I'm just saying obviously something is not right here. And they did put in the title a quote around nurse for her because but y'all are going to question a lot of these people if they're actually nurses cuz ain't no way. But yeah, she's up first. >> Alone offing pigs, man. I hate the police. >> Well, why' you call us then? >> I didn't want to call you. I called the ambulance. You showed up. >> Okay. Well, the ambulance is here. >> Well, good. Walk me in the ambulance, then. Where's the ambulance? Where's the ambulance? I want to walk in the ambulance. >> Oh, wait. That's a trash. Oh, >> no. I HAD MY [ __ ] YEAH, I'M ABOUT TO, AREN'T I? >> OKAY, so we literally have no clue what's wrong with her. She came out of the house acting like this. She won't even tell us her name. Oh, we're better than that. >> She won't tell us what's wrong with her. She says she wants you to come here, you scumbag. >> You guys know her. >> Let's go. I want to go. I want to go now. >> While police speak with fire and rescue, Elaine tries to bolt from the scene. >> Let's go. >> That cop in the cowboy hat has been waiting to do this over the shoulder move. I don't know if [clears throat] he was he did his own little extra side training, but he been waiting to do this. She did have to She didn't eat concrete, but she landed on concrete. I'm going to go back. Give him his moment. >> Wait, wait, wait. Your hands behind your back. Your hands behind your back. Come on. Hey, [laughter] put your put your other hand behind your back. >> Put your other hand behind your back. >> Put your other hand behind your back. >> Break my arms. >> Stop. >> Ma'am, >> are you hurt? >> By you, you pig. >> [snorts] >> Oh my god. Now y'all Oh my god. He saw that man flip her over his shoulder and she popped on that concrete. Are you hurt? Nobody cares about anything going on right now. I really hope this is Well, it's not good either way. So, I'm not going to say I hope it's anything. But he know he saw that woman get flipped. >> Where is this? >> Yeah, >> scumbag. I hope you die. >> And now she's spitting. >> I HOPE YOU DIE. [screaming] HEY, YOU GOTIT MASKS. >> YEAH, we need a spit mask. >> Stop. Just relax. >> And I hate that. >> That's okay. Just relax. >> Get him off me. >> Get him off me. >> JUST RELAX. >> GET [screaming] OFF ME. >> HEY, sit up. We're going to sit you up. Okay. >> Okay. Please stop fighting us and just relax. >> Can you hear what I'm telling you? >> No. >> All right. Okay, I'm going to sit you up. Do not bite me. Do not on me, you fat kid. I hate the police. >> Okay, that's all right. >> God damn, man. You guys cowboy hat. >> Just relax, >> man. These scumbags. >> Hey, you want to sit on this cooler so we can take your blood pressure? >> Get my >> You want to sit on this cooler so we can take your blood pressure? >> Yeah, I will for you, not for me. >> Bend your knee. Bend your knee. >> No. >> Bend your knee. >> No, he's trying to hide. Hey, keep kicking my vape. Keep kicking my vape, scumbag. I saw what you just did. >> Yeah. Yo, why'd you do that? Why' you do that? Why are you doing that? That's illegal, is that not? >> That's my personal property. No. Get my vape. It's right there. It's right there. >> We don't need her pass. >> No. Yeah, I'm not on anything. I'm not on anything. I'm a nurse of 20 years. Are you kidding me? >> Don't buy the house for the store. >> I'm trying to help you out. will help me help you. >> Although Elaine angrily demanded fire and rescue, she doesn't cooperate with them in the slightest. >> No, no, no, no. Get my vape. >> You can't kick my vape. I'll sue you. >> Listen to the fire guy. Okay. >> Listen, help me. Be cool. >> Okay. >> I'll sue you. >> Okay. I tell me your name >> and what happened. Are you okay? Did she or anything? >> No, she was spitting. >> She squeezed my arm. She's bare feet spitting. Omar says scumbag. I love that word. Omar, my favorite word is dirt bag. I do say that a lot around the house. [laughter] So, I'm laughing cuz the scumbag on you. Yes. Love a love a good one. Either one, honestly. >> Well, you didn't get the out here. Nobody nothing on you. >> Hey, listen. There's no >> You're a liar. You're a liar. >> Nothing. >> What a liar. Let me see. Where's your entry? I don't know. Let me see your injury. >> Don't do that. Are you hurt? >> No, I want to see the injury. Where? Let me see it. Point it down. >> Are you hurt? >> You're in the sunlight. Point it down. >> You have no injury. You're a liar. You're a liar. [laughter] WHAT A LIAR. YOU'RE A LIAR. WHAT A SCUMBAG. ALL LIARS. Beat the [ __ ] out of me. >> We need it. I'm not >> off, man. Yes. Put it on me. Let's go. >> No, we're not doing that. >> Let's go. I want to go to the hospital. Let's go. >> For what? Tell me for what? >> I don't know. I can't wait to sue your ass, though. >> But tell me what's wrong so I can fix it. >> So, I'm going to sue you. You beat the brakes off me. >> Come out before that. >> When you beat the [ __ ] out of me. >> I need to help. >> I'm making my mom a millionaire. Mom. MOM, DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT. I'M going to [snorts] make you a millionaire. >> Ma'am, what's your >> pigs? These scumbags. >> What's your address? >> You have any allergies and medication? >> Yep. All of them. Uh, sodium chloride pedestal D. You want TO KEEP GOING? SHUT UP. >> REMEMBER YOUR NAME. >> You're a piece of [ __ ] up. I hate the police. ALL OF YOU. >> HEY, TAKE ALL MY [ __ ] OVER THERE. HEY, PLEASE PICK UP my vape. Nurse at 20 years. What scum? What scumbags? I hope you all die. >> I called for a ambulance. >> Who's the ambulance for? For your mom or why you need an ambulance? >> When they get here, I need to tell them something. >> Well, that would have hand in a hurry. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. [laughter] >> Tell us we were clear. We get to there and they're screaming on the radio stage and back out. [laughter] I'm like, who told you to do that? >> Why? [ __ ] about it. >> Yeah, cuz we're both standing here like, what the hell? [laughter] >> You're so scared. You're so scared. You're so scared. >> I wouldn't. >> Don't do that. >> Tell me what to do. >> Don't do that. Oh, you won't do that. Hey, my voice. >> Get off of me. Leave me alone. >> I'm not hurting you. Leave me alone. >> Yep. Don't do that. Don't do that. >> Then leave me alone. >> Leave me alone. >> They're a little loose. >> Don't hurt me. >> Don't hurt me. Hey, they're hurting me. Yeah, all of them are finger. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> So bad of these. >> Please nurse the 20 years. >> I see you. CCU, HELP ME. [screaming] >> GET ME out of here now. >> We're going to get you on the stretch or we're to the hospital. >> Look at them hurting me. And they took my baby. >> They [ __ ] me. >> I get your baby. Tell me your name. >> Here. >> What's your name? >> Right there. Grab your baby. >> Tell me your name. >> Grab my grabbing her. >> My vape. My vape. >> Stand up. >> Stand up. >> Stand up. Sit down. >> Stand up. >> All right. >> Stand up. >> Grab her. >> Are you gonna stand up or No. >> No. >> Now you stand up. >> I hope you died. >> Take your legs. We're taking you to the hospital. >> By the way, that's not implied anything. >> Oh, it's implied consent. >> No, it's not. >> 100% it is. >> No. Me saying I hope you die is not consent. God damn. Dropped dead. >> Just watch yourself. >> No, you watch yourself. She'll kick you. >> No, I'm not going to kick nobody. She's alive. >> Actually, do you guys uh do you guys have any other masks that are that you can give us? >> Maybe. Okay. >> All right. >> Um >> I don't know. >> Yeah, for battery for battery today or battery. Okay. over here. >> So, we get a call of I need fire rescue. We are pulling up and then she's running down the street screaming. >> I go to get out of my car. She jumps in the back of my car and she's like, "Take me to the hospital now." And I'm like, "Get the out of my car." Give me a >> She goes She goes to We grab her >> and she starts fighting >> after being medically cleared at a local hospital. >> Put your seat belt on me. >> Elaine was transported to the county jail. >> Okay. I hope that medical clearance also included mental evaluation because I'm I they had to have hopefully tested her blood to see if she was on something because it's something's going on. And you know what? I'll save it. But I feel like someone's going to be like I feel like somebody's going to say something about this compilation, but I don't want to bring it up because then I'll be inviting it to be said. So I ain't gonna say nothing. But yeah, hopefully she was evaluated and she needs some type of help. I'm just not sure what kind of help. >> Sar. >> After the arrest, Elaine was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with violence, and resisting an officer without violence. [clears throat] She was initially held on a $1,000 bond, which she later posted. When the state formally filed charges, prosecutors dropped the two counts of resisting arrest. >> All right. I had all three counts, but we'll just do the one she actually um they kept the charge for, which was the battery on a law enforcement officer. This was in Florida. Um is considered a thirdderee felony. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant intentionally touched or struck the victim against the victim's will or intentionally caused bodily harm and the victim was a law enforcement officer engaged in the lawful performance of official duties and the defendant knew the victim was a law enforcement officer. Possible challenges a defense attorney may challenge whether uh was the physical contact accidental during a chaotic encounter rather than an intentional battery. Was the officer lawfully performing official duties at the time of the incident? Did the defendant know the alleged victim was a law enforcement officer? She she Oh, why she needs it. Did they take her to the hospital? Uh, I hope not. But if she was a nurse, it seems like she's not a nurse currently. It seems like she did 20 years, but she is not currently she was not at that time employed as a nurse. That's how it came off to me. if she was an actual nurse at some point. Oops. Trying to keep this. Okay. All right. So, next one we have, this is the one that was on the thumbnail. I had to give y'all time to come in here. Driver threatens cop's family after getting busted. Here you go. >> Hi. >> Hi. Good evening. I'm officer Flink. The reason I'm pulling you over, you're speeding. >> I'm sorry. >> Do you have your license, registration, insurance? You were also following that car like really close. You were like a like a half a car >> swerving in front of me truthfully. Swear to God. Sorry. >> Where you headed to? >> I'm going to my friend's house off of um Blue Heron. >> Blue Heron. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Do you have your insurance also? >> I do. >> I have my record. >> That's fine. They were kind of like erratically driving, too. I know. Like I don't I don't >> I didn't see that. I was behind you, behind them. I would have seen if they were all over the road. >> Yeah. Well, I was on the phone. >> All right. >> I was texting and driving. I'm not >> That's weird. That's weird to even say that. Be quiet. But so she blames a car that's in front of her that the cop supposedly didn't catch that was driving crazier than her. Then she said whatever. I was on my phone. I was texting and driving. >> That's so funny. I'm sorry. Right here. >> All right. Perfect. Have you had anything to drink tonight? >> No. >> Nothing at all? >> All right. Have you had any narcotics or anything? >> No, sir. >> You feel all right? >> Yeah. >> All right. Give me one second. >> Sergeant Mike Bell. This is my dad. >> She called her stepdad. I don't know. Then the cops don't know what she wants them to do with that. And I don't know what she wants to do. And when they didn't take Well, you'll see when they didn't take the phone, she I think she backed off from and just saying, "Oh, I just don't feel comfortable with y'all." Like, I No, I think you wanted them to talk to your stepdad to see if you could get out of it. >> Sergeant Mike, >> can you You're on speaker. Hold on a second. You're on speaker. >> Who's he? What's the relation? >> He's my stepdad. >> He's your stepdad. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Mike, you're on speaker. >> So, >> okay. Why is he on the phone? >> Because you're I don't know. I I freak out when I get I've never been I've been have not been delivered in so long. >> All right. Well, I mean, we didn't give you any reason to be freaked out. >> So, >> I'm just letting you know that I have just just for me for my safety. >> Okay. Well, we have body cameras for our safety. So, yeah, you're entitled to have them on the phone. So, Crystal, listen. I don't I don't think you're being entirely truthful with me that you haven't had anything tonight. >> Okay. >> All right. So, I'm a little worried you might be under the influence. So, if you again step out, we'll do some standardized field exercises and have you on your way. All right. >> Okay. >> So, come on up. >> All right. >> I'm sorry. >> Okay. >> See what I'm saying? >> See what I'm saying? >> All right. So, come on over here for me. Do you have any medical condition with your eyes not corrected by glasses? >> No, sir. >> Do you have any medical condition which prevent you from walking a straight line? No sir. >> Any medical condition prevent you from balancing on one foot? >> No sir. >> Do you know see what he told him? Give me a >> Mindy. Thank you. That is a good point. Didn't even think about that. Mindy says she's hoping they'll just give her a texting and driving ticket and not put her through the DUI test. Girl so smart she dumb. Okay, that makes sense. Omar said, "Lowkey, I'm exactly the same way. I make sure I'm always on the phone when I get pulled over. I would too. I I still would. There's just a there's a certain point I think um some of some of these people are weird about like do you know who my dad is? Do you know who blah blah blah? But having somebody just on the speaker even if I know that the cops don't want to talk to them, I need somebody on the phone too if it happened to me. Especially if it's night time. >> Two minutes. >> All right. So, I'm going to go and check your eyes out. Bring your feet together. Hands at your sides. >> Do you see this white light? >> Yes, sir. >> You're going to follow the white light with your eyes only. You're going to keep your head still. Do you understand? >> Yes, sir. >> All right. If you would just hang out with this officer real quick. He was kind of erotic. And I'm going to meet my friend and um >> that guy wasn't erratic. I was behind you. >> I would have seen it. I would have seen >> literally swerving in front of me. And again, I'm swear on my mother's life right now. >> Don't swear on people lives. Good morning, Akuo. Thank you for the super chat in the bushes today. >> Starting up. >> Well, it might have been your perception. It might have been your perception that they were driving crazy, but I was behind you behind them and I didn't see anything. >> And I I Okay, I apologize if you I if I was the wrong person. >> All right. So, Christa, if you would go to this side, place your left foot on the line >> and place your right foot in front heel touch and toe. Arms down to your sides. All right. Now, hold that position. Don't start until I tell you. >> I take my shoes off. >> Yeah. Yeah, that's fine. >> Cuz these are very >> Yeah. Yeah. All right. So, again, left foot, right foot in front. Heel touch and toe. >> Go ahead. >> Okay. Can I hold my tits back so I can >> Yeah. Do what you got to do. >> So, what you want me to do? One foot in front of the other. >> Yep. Touching just like mine are. >> What you want me to do? You want to do a pivot or >> Well, no, no. I got to explain it, but I can only give you instructions when you're in the starting position. So, go ahead and get in the starting position. >> No, this is the starting position. >> So, left foot, right foot in front, arms down at your sides. All right. Now, hold that position. Don't start until I tell you. >> So, when I start at my leisure, I >> Well, no, not when not at your leisure. When I tell you >> Okay. Okay. So, Omar and Ace Moonshot, y'all are probably talking about the same thing. So, both of y'all cuz Omar said not them creating their own sobriety test. Do you mean the little tape he just laid down? Because then Ace Moonshot said, "What's wrong with that white line?" I was wondering about the tape versus the line already down there as well. And then it's diagonal, which would throw me off sober, but it was it did make me curious. So, how do we know the tape line will be straight? That's if it's already straight line painted somewhere. This is different. I know he's he's like a specialist DUI person. So, I know he can do this, but I don't understand why he had to do this since there is a line present. Somebody's going to eventually educate me though. But I don't know. I I promise y'all I was curious about the same thing. >> I got to tell you. Please don't be rude. Please come on. >> No, I'm not being rude. >> I'm honestly like good to go. I was literally >> Time out. I'm not being rude. But these >> So you're not behind the person that I was like out. >> Okay. I'm doing the investigation. I'm driving the car right now. >> Absolutely. >> These exercises are standardized and he will be witness to that. They are done a certain way. Your >> name officer? >> He is officer Khan. He is a drug recognition expert. >> Okay. And you're What's your name? >> I'm officer Flink 514. And that's the last time I'm going to tell you. Okay, these exercises are done in a certain manner because they are standardized. It doesn't matter if you're doing it here in South Florida or in Juno, Alaska. They are done the same way and I put Please put your phone away. We're in the middle of an investigation. >> My stepdad's calling me. >> Okay. Well, he should know that we're in the middle of investigation. Okay? So, they are done in a certain manner. I can only give you instructions when you're in the starting position. And you do not start at your leisure. You start when I tell you to. >> That is the standardization of these exercises. So, please go ahead and get back into the starting position. >> So, one foot, >> left foot, and then right foot in front of it, heel touch and toe, >> arms down at your sides. So, what questions did you have? And I will explain it to you. >> I wanted to ask you, so when I do the nine steps and then I pivot, I can do like a this type of thing. >> No, you do the turnaround that I showed you. So, go ahead and get back in the starting position and I'll show you. >> Okay. So, you're going to take your steps. >> First foot. >> No, go ahead and get in the starting position. Arms down. All right. So, it's going to be like this. One, two, three, all the way up to a nine. Now, you imagine stop. I didn't tell you to start. Once you get to your nine step, go ahead and get back in the starting position for me, please. >> She's so focused on being in charge. She should have just refused. She knows she's been drinking. >> Just refuse to take the test. Either way, it's coming. It's happening. Um, there was something I was going to say about was it wasn't the tape. Jacqueline, you did bring up a good point about the tape. There was something else about her this morning. >> Starting position. There you go. Once you get to your ninth step, your feet are going to end up just like this. You're going to leave that front foot where it's at. You're going to take a series of small steps to turn around. Then you're going to take your nine heel to toe steps back. Okay? It's important that once you start, you don't stop. Keep your arms down at your sides. Count your steps out loud. >> 18 steps front and back, but I'm doing a little pivot. Nine heel to toe steps. The turnaround I showed you. Nine heel to toe steps back. It's important that you keep your hands down at your sides the entire time. Once you start, don't stop. >> Okay. >> Be sure to count out loud. Go ahead and bring your hands down to your sides. >> And look down at your feet as you walk. Do you have any other questions? >> No, sir. >> Go ahead and begin. >> So, is this one? >> That is not one. Good question, but that is not one. >> Is this one? >> Not yet. When you take a step, it's one. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 nine. I'm at nine. >> Uh-huh. >> 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8. >> All right. Excellent. All right. So, this next exercise is going to be the one leg stand. So, let's switch spots so that you don't have traffic distracting you as they drive by. Go ahead and stand right where my flashlight's at. >> Correct. >> All right. Go ahead and bring your feet together. Hands to your sides. All right. Now, hold that position. I'm going to explain the exercise to you. Then I'm going to demonstrate it. So, hold all your questions till the end. >> Okay. >> When I tell you to begin, you're going to raise one foot. Either foot. Bring your hands down your sides. Um, do me a favor. 12. Do um you're going to raise one foot. >> Light though. It's like straight. >> I'll turn the light off. Just All right. This is why I feel like we're on the same wavelength in here because Omar, I wasn't going to say it, but when I watched it the first time, I was like, I don't like when people say, okay, you get, you're asked, do you have any questions? And then the person says no and then proceeds to ask a question or when I'm in a meeting and then somebody is asked, do you have anything to say? And they say no, but and then they start saying something. I hate that. Just leave out the no and say what you have to say because obviously you do have a question or you have something to say. >> So go ahead and face this way again. >> All right. So go ahead and bring your feet together, hands to your sides. All right. When I tell you to begin, you're going to raise one foot, either foot approximately 6 in off the ground. It's about the height of a soda can. >> He's going to do that. Okay. >> Yes, ma'am. All right. It's about the height of a soda can. While you're doing that, you're going to keep both your knees straight. You're going to point the toes of your raised foot out at me. You're going to look down at your raised foot. And you're going to count out loud 1,00 1 1,002 1,003 and so on till I tell you to stop. >> Can you do a demonstration? >> I will demonstrate it. All right. But I got to give you the full instructions first. >> Thank you. >> All right. The entire time you're going to keep your hands at your sides. >> Correct. >> All right. And if you place your foot down, you're going to pick it back up and continue where you left off. >> Okay. >> So, it's going to go just like this. Watch me. 1,00 1,002 1,003 1004 1005 1006 1007 1008 1009 10 and so on until I tell you to stop. >> You see how both my knees are straight? >> You see how my toes are pointed out? >> You see I'm looking down at my feet. >> Yeah. >> And I got my hands on my sides. Correct. >> That's all you got to do for the whole exercise. Okay. So, just cuz I'm shaking, shaking is actually not an indicator of impairment. Okay. Okay. Yeah. >> So, go ahead and bring your your hands down to your sides. >> Do you have any questions? >> 255 lbs isn't going to do that. Okay. >> Uh there's not enough data to support whether people being overweight affects these exercises. >> Okay. Well, I'm extremely overweight and I think that's going to affect it. However, >> Okay. Well, you can think that, but the scientists and all the doctors and people that come up with these exercises, they don't agree with you. >> Okay. I'm going >> Okay. Do you have any other questions? >> No, sir. So, when do you want me to start? And which foot? >> Whichever foot. >> 1001 1000 Make sure you're looking at your foot. 1,003 100,000 104 105 1006 1007 1008 100910123456 1 121223 1 125 >> All right, you can place your foot down. All right, for this next exercise, you know your left from your right, >> correct? >> All right, so go and bring your feet together for me. Go and point your fingers just like this. Palms up, thumbs in. There you go. And then just drop them down to your sides with your pinkies touching your uh your sides. >> You can't really touch that when I'm fat. I'm sorry. >> Just straight down. >> I swear to God on my mom. Like I don't know. >> Now hold that position. Don't start until I tell you. When I tell you to begin, you're going to tilt your head back and you're going to close your eyes. Not yet. When I tell you to. And I'm going to give you a series of commands of left and right. When I give you the command of left, you're going to extend your left hand out and touch the tip of your finger to the tip of your nose and bring it back down. When I say right, you're going to do the same thing. Touch tip to tip. Bring it back down. It's important that you keep your head tilted and your eyes closed the entire time. And as soon as you touch your nose, you bring your hand back down. >> Okay? >> For argument sake, these are the tips of your fingers. The little dimesized piece right here in the front's the tip of your nose. Don't touch your nose. Bring your hand back down. >> Okay? So, right here, the little dimeized piece is the tip of your nose. >> These are the tips of your fingers. Correct. >> Do you have any questions about what I instruct you? >> No, sir. I just want to know when you say left and right, which is your left and right? Like anatomy? Like this is my left, this is my right. >> Your only left and your only right. >> I don't want you to like be like, "Okay, so I did this one and it's not the right one." You know what I mean? >> No, it's your left and your right. >> Not me. >> Okay. >> So anatomy way like this is my left, this is my right. >> You only left and right that exists. I don't know like what you're asking. >> If you're looking at me, this is my left. This is my right. No, I told you whatever your left and your right is. Not my left and right. Your left and right. >> So this is my left, this is my right. >> This conversation of left and right, I said, why is he entertaining this? I would just say, you know what? I believe because I'm seeing signs of impairment. You cannot understand the instructions I'm giving you. And we're not going to do this. I'm not doing this. Once I say I'm talking about your left and your right, why are we still talking about lefts and rights? I promise you by the time she got to this test, it was already decided that that woman is impaired. [laughter] Gwen exhausted. Um, Ace Moonshot said, "I have trouble with this one. I always have." I wouldn't Okay, I'm saying it. Thank Thank goodness I've never been pulled over for it, but I just wouldn't take the test because I can't pass these tests sober. I can't. I have no balance. I get nervous and I can't remember instructions. Like, it's not going to happen. So, even if they say you don't have to do anything physical, start from the letter M, go to the letter Y. I forgot what you said already. It's out of my head. So, just test my blood, test my breath, and let's keep it moving. >> Correct. You're only left and you're only right. >> Okay, perfect. >> Any other questions? >> No, sir. >> All right. Go ahead and begin. Then, you tilt your head and close your eyes. >> You said tilt my head. >> Tilt your head back and close your eyes. Left. Bring it back down. Tilt your head right. Bring it back down. >> Before he continues, Ashley said, "I like when they say one more test and say turn around or Yeah. and put your hands together like you're praying. There was one time Ashley I think um she was she was on the she was on the internet. She was an influencer or she was something else. But the man after the test she failed the cop said, "Okay, we got one more exercise. put your hands behind you like you're skiing. And she got in the motion of skiing and he put handcuffs on her and I said, "That is that is over the top. That is very foul. You didn't have to do that. Keep >> your eyes closed. Left. Bring it back down. Right. Bring it back down. Right. Bring it back down. Left. Bring it back down. >> Balance or >> balance. >> All right. So, for this next exercise, you're again, you're going to stand with your feet together, hands at your sides. When I tell you to begin, you just had them at your sides. You told me you couldn't do at the sides. There you go. All right. When I tell you to begin, >> but you were there, though. When I tell you to begin, you're going to tilt your head back in. Can you count to 30? >> One, two, three. >> No. Can you though? >> Correct. >> Okay. Correct. Or yes. >> 30 like 30 seconds on. Yes. >> Yes, sir. >> So, when I tell you to begin, you're gonna you're gonna stay just like that. Hands to your sides. >> You're going to tilt your head back. You're going to close your eyes. >> That when she said correct and he said correct or yes, I think he's nitpicking because he she's already gotten on his nerves so much. Everything's going to be a problem because she's, you know, she is annoying. >> In silently in your mind, you're going to imagine 30 seconds going by. However you want to count, doesn't matter to me. Once you believe 30 seconds have elapsed, you're going to open your eyes and say stop. >> Okay? >> Pretty simple, right? Yeah. >> Do you have any questions about that? >> No. >> All right. Let me set a timer here. >> Do I Do I say like do I count 30 seconds or I'm just in my head thinking it? >> You can count. >> I believe he already says silently or he already said in your head. She's not listening. >> But it's got to be quiet. So, it's just got to be silent. So, however you want to count. We We shouldn't be able to hear you. >> All right. >> Okay. >> Correct. >> Any other questions? >> No, sir. >> All right. Bring your hands to your sides. Look up. Close your eyes. And begin. That was 25 seconds. At this time, you are being placed under arrest for impaired driving. >> Are you serious? >> Very serious. Go ahead and bring your hands on drive. >> Are you joking? >> No. Why would I handcuff you if I'm joking? >> How am I being arrested? >> For impaired driving. traffic. >> I did every single road. >> You did them, but you exhibited indicators of impairment while you were doing them. >> No, I did not. >> All right. So, this is Officer Clayton. She's going to give you some instructions. >> You can go out there. >> I did nothing wrong. >> You exhibited multiple indications. >> No, I did not. I literally did nothing wrong. Are you [ __ ] kidding? >> I exhibited multiple indicators of impact. Are you joking right now? >> So, go ahead and listen to Officer Clayton right now. >> Are you [ __ ] kidding me? >> Let's go over here. Oh my god. Are you [ __ ] kidding me? Wow. What a piece of [ __ ] goddamn [ __ ] you are. >> No. >> Say what? >> Are you [ __ ] kidding me right now? >> Oh my god. >> No. Can you call my stepdad right now? >> No. You're an adult. >> Calm down. >> NO. [ __ ] ALL of you. You literally ruin my [ __ ] life. I'm going to >> Is this how a regular person acts? No. >> No, it's not. You're right. >> You're [ __ ] trying me for no goddamn car. >> I am facing the goddamn [ __ ] car around. >> Go ahead and spit your gum out. >> You have gum. Spit it out to your right side. >> [ __ ] all of you. >> Okay. Your [ __ ] partner is >> God. I wish I would have >> turning around. >> Literally, my dad's dying of ALS. My mom's going toing like like [ __ ] [ __ ] all of you. I hope all your families I hope you guys have kids and they [ __ ] die. Honestly, I'm horrible. >> Yeah, good. >> You're a horrible >> good be a GREAT NURSE. >> MY [ __ ] [ __ ] >> so tired of people not listening to what I TELL THEM TO [ __ ] DO. >> HEY SIRI, CALL MICHAEL. >> I forgot. I forgot the woman cop met her energy and started cussing, too. I got to go back. I need to savor this. She She's like, I'm over it. >> Be a great nurse. >> My [ __ ] [ __ ] car. >> [ __ ] you. I'm so tired of people talking not listening to what I tell him to [ __ ] do. >> Hey Siri, call Michael. >> No, don't do that. We're going to turn this off. We're going to turn this phone off. >> I'm [ __ ] tired of your [ __ ] people not doing the right thing. You [ __ ] nasty [ __ ] >> Open our kids and you want to be a nurse. That's a crazybody that I care about. Be a shitty. >> I hope you never >> That's also the gym that the cop dropped. She said, "I hope you don't take care of anyone that I know that or that she said that I know or that whatever, but she said you're a SC nurse." I said, "Ma'am, you spoke the words of I'm thinking anyone that watched this body caming [laughter] come anywhere near my [ __ ] family." >> You again, >> you ain't going to be no nurse doing that. >> Okay. You're never going to be aing successful [ __ ] >> I'm already successful. >> You're not with that slirted speech. All you do is [ __ ] make money off [ __ ] [ __ ] other people's employ. >> I get paid the same whether I'm making an arrest or not. >> You're a [ __ ] piece of [ __ ] >> Yeah, you're >> Do I have a mirror on my face? Is that why you're saying that? >> I must have a mirror on my face if you're saying that. >> You're a piece of [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Oh, I didn't know he gave it back to her again. I haven't heard that one before. Do I have a mirror on my face? Okay, new one for me. New to me. >> Yeah, [clears throat] this mirror is really looking right back. Yeah. >> Yeah. Thank you. If you would like to maintain a possible career, I would strongly advise you not talk any further. >> Yeah, >> you're going to hurt yourself. >> Remember, these videos are public record. And if the nursing board sees that, I don't think they're going to like you talking about hoping kids are dying right now. You've made some very poor choices tonight. >> So, you're going to literally Okay. Can you have my mom come get my car at least? >> No. You're over here calling me a piece of [ __ ] and you want me to tow your car or give your mom your car? No chance. >> Why are you going? >> I don't know. That's why we say you better think about it because police have discretion and had she been different, she still would have got arrested for a DUI, but she wouldn't have to worry about her car getting towed >> and you just threatened their kids or future kids. >> Let me explain something to you. You're not in charge here. You do what I tell you to do or what they tell you to do. >> I think they're not going to go >> believe it. It's happening. >> I can't [ __ ] believe this. Christa was charged with driving under the influence, refusing DUI testing with prior refusal, refusing to sign citation, and speeding. The last two charges were dismissed, and on December 10th, she was adjudicated guilty by a court on the first two charges. Christa was given one year of probation, 6-month driver's license revocation, and 6 months of an interlock device. >> Oh, I know she got the interlock device, too. Okay, so let's look at what prosecutors had to prove. And because I have a short attention span, I already forgot what they may have dropped on her. Hold on. Where we at? Okay, right here. So, she originally had four charges. The first one was DUI. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant drove or was an actual physical control of the vehicle and the defendant was under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance to the extent that normal faculties were impaired or the defendant had an unlawful blood or breath alcohol level. Since she refused testing, we know they didn't test her breath or her blood. Um, a defense attorney may challenge, did the officer mistake normal behavior for signs of impairment? Were the field sobby exercises affected by factors unrelated to alcohol? Did the field sobriety exercises accurately reflect impairment without the benefit of a breath or chemical test. Charge number two, refusal to submit to testing. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant was lawfully arrested for a DUI. the defendant was lawfully requested to submit to a breath, blood or urine test. So, that must have happened off camera that they asked her to give uh to, you know, take the PBT or submit her blood. Um, and the defendant had previously refused a lawful test, which yeah, that was I've never heard of that before. Refusal to submit to testing prior refusal. That was a I've never heard that charge before. The defendant refused the requested test after being properly advised of the legal consequences. Possible defense challenges. Did the officer properly advise the defendant of for excuse me of Florida's implied consent warnings? Did the defendant clearly refuse the requested test? Was the request for testing made in compliance with Florida law? And she could be sentenced up to one year in jail, but we already know her sentencing. Um, the next one, the third charge was refusal to sign citation. The def excuse me, the defendant was lawfully issued a traffic citation and the defendant willfully refused to sign the citation after being requested to do so. A defense attorney I can't get it. A defense attorney may challenge, did the defendant understand that signing the citation was required by law? Was the defendant given a reasonable opportunity to sign the citation? Did confusion or miscommunication contribute to the refusal? Last charge was noncriminal noncriminal traffic infraction. I'm sorry. No, I'm sorry. Speeding, which is a noncriminal traffic infraction. And they have to prove the defendant operated a motor vehicle and she drove at a speed greater than was reasonable and prudent under the existing conditions or the the defendant exceeded the applicable lawful speed limit. Possible defense challenges. Was the officer speed measurement accurate? Did road, traffic, or weather conditions affect the alleged speed determination? Was the Was her speed reasonable under these circumstances? I cannot say the defendant right now while I'm reading. I have to switch up my pronouns. Tren, I know, right? Look, at least I ain't behind the wheel, though. [laughter] I'm I'm taking a nap right after we get off of here, too. I It's raining today, too. Oh my gosh. I'm going back to the bed quick. Oh, this going to wake you up. This is gonna wake you up. Nurse thinks her job makes her immune to arrest. Get your headache medicine ready. Here we go. >> Are you kidding me right now? >> Hold on, y'all. I accidentally clicked the link I wasn't supposed to click. Hold on. >> Mom's okay. Okay. >> Okay. >> ON THE GRASS. I'M PREGNANT AND MY WAS 6 MONTHS OLD. >> This high-risk arrest of a woman who is 5 months pregnant began hours earlier, but officers had no way of knowing just how chaotic this night would soon turn out to be. The following is based on official police records released to date, and the footage has never been seen before until now. In Tulsa, Oklahoma on May 30th, 2025, officers respond to the adult entertainment store Hustler Hollywood after they reported a strongarmed robbery. Hello. >> I just want to clarify in the beginning, this is a strong armed robbery for for vibrators. That's based on what the cop said. So, this is it's this is a nurse that is about to get in trouble for robbing an adult store for at minimum a vibrator. >> Um, a lot for a different reason right now. >> I got beat up. Well, no, you're probably kidding. I mean, >> I got I got struck twice, but I'm all right. Okay. >> According to the staff, the incident began when a woman brought over $700 worth of items to the counter, and they noticed she appeared to have store merchandise stuffed in her pockets. >> Um, she also had a lingerie set tucked down the back of her pants. Um, claiming it was a pad because she pissed herself earlier today because she's pregnant. She came back here, tried to grab all the stuff off the ground, and just walk out with it. We wouldn't let her do it. So, she got pissed off and hit me in the face over here. >> They also claim she hit a customer with a high heeled boot from one of the displays. >> She struck him twice. >> She shook me a couple times >> and then tried to mow him down in our parking lot. >> Yeah. Almost. >> And I went outside with her. She She I tried to take I got a picture of the back of the car, but it's not clear. >> Yeah, it's blurry. >> Let me look at that. >> Unfortunately, the image is blurry, making the letters unclear. But as it turns out, they don't need a license plate to identify the suspect since she left an address with the staff. >> And we have a name and phone number as well. >> Okay. How'd you get this? >> Uh, she gave it to [laughter] us. >> She gave it to us. >> Trying to have us sponsor a baby shower that she's throwing. >> I know. I know. That's what we said. >> Wow. So, we just came out. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Y'all came in. Welcome to Hustler. [laughter] >> Thanks to the information shared by the staff, officers are able to identify the suspect as 26-year-old Dave. >> Oh god. Daviana. Um, Lovable said, "Did he say she peed on herself?" I probably I had to turn around and do something, but she does everything. She's an all of the above type person, so probably. Fiona Lee Robinson, who is about to turn this night shift into one that officers will likely never forget. Before the officers leave, a staff member shares one final grievance. >> This dumb I missed the time. I was going to take my nunch. >> I was stupid. >> I was really almost about to put her on the phone. >> My rice bowl. [laughter] >> My rice bowl. Hours later, the same officer who investigated the robbery spots Daviana's vehicle driving on the highway. According to police records, she cut across four lanes of traffic before he initiated the traffic stop. >> Oh, man. My officer cried. >> Okay. What' I do? >> Uh, the reason I stopped you is if you had an improper lane change or >> I kept my car for 30 seconds. >> When he asks for an ID, Daviana shows him a photo of her suspended license. >> Oh my god. You can't be a nurse and you have a suspended driver's license. I mean, I don't know if you can, but I'm just saying you shouldn't be is what I mean when I say that, girl. >> But I mean, we were down bad as soon as this video started, if we're being honest. >> Well, I'm nervous. Can I see? Can you let go? >> Here's a uh No, here's our heavy dude. >> Okay, >> move up. >> Can we go to the love store, please? >> What's that? >> The love store. It's a store right there. The officer agrees and follows Daviana to a nearby business called The Love Store, another adult entertainment shop just off the highway. >> I'm going to put gun >> Wait a minute. So, we got two adult stores in one body cam. Okay. >> My mouth hurts. I just threw up. I'm 5 months pregnant. >> Okay. >> Let me just go ahead and have you step out of the car real quick. >> Okay. >> We'll just talk out of here. >> Like I said, sorry, I'm a nurse. I get a nurse courtesy. >> Okay. Uh, is that your current address? >> Yes. >> Okay. What I have you do is just wait by the front corner of the car there. I'll be right back. >> But he barely makes it into his cruiser before he realizes that Daviana has gone inside the store. >> Debiana. Deviana. Debiana, stay out here. Stay out here. Stay out here. Indiana, come outside. >> I can get a photo arm. >> You can hold it in for a few minutes. >> No, I'm pregnant. I cannot hold in. I have a small bladder. >> Wait by the car. >> I'm about to be outside. >> My No, I have to be outside. I'm out of Hey, can I follow my speaker phone? >> I have to be No, the restroom and come right back up here. The restroom. >> I'm not touching the restroom. I'M GOING. NO, I'M GOING TO OPEN THE DOOR. NO, it's okay. I can be outside. Do not mishandle me. >> You are not free to go back in this car. >> I'll be back, baby. >> As Daviana goes back inside, the sound of a child crying reveals what she left in the back seat. Her 5-year-old daughter. The officer radios for backup and another unit quickly arrives. >> So, traffic stop. I told her cuz she didn't she crossed over multiple lanes. She's actually a uh lararsie/ um assault dangerous weapon with a car suspect from my last call. >> Okay. >> And I just happened to get on the highway and follow her out here. >> Is there a back door she's going to run out right now? >> No. So the lady just opened that up and let her in there. So >> she's got a little kid, >> right? >> Five months pregnant, little kid in the car. You're robbing adult stores. you're driving erratically. I don't know if they ended up also saying she was under the influence or something on top of everything else, but you put your daughter in danger a couple times. She leaves her in the car by herself. Then, you know, just an unnecessary police interaction and then you might be under the influence and shouldn't be on the road, period. >> Little kid in the back of here. >> The two officers enter the store together to take Daviana into custody. >> Thank you. >> Hey there, go ahead and put your phone in your pocket, please. >> No, >> I'm not asking. Push down your pocket. Thank you. >> No. Why am I being arrested? Why am I being arrested? >> Will you explain that when I arrested? >> Why is she being arrested? >> Why am I being arrested? You have not random and my daughter in her car. >> Okay. Like like I said, now you're in. >> Okay. >> Let's get out of their place of business. We'll explain to the outside. your phone in there. Don't grab it. >> Don't touch your phone. That is my property. >> Hey Siri, call father. Hey Siri, call father. >> Hey Siri, call father. >> Thank you ladies. >> Okay. Now wait by your car. >> I'm waiting inside my car and I'm following my father. >> Yeah. >> Give him my phone. >> The reason you're under arrest is because you are a suspect in a lararseny and assault with a dangerous weapon from earlier tonight. I don't have a weapon and he grabbed me and I have self-defense. >> No, this is from one that there's an assault when you punched the employee earlier. >> He he me >> let me explain what's happening. >> There's that assault. There's that lararseny and you drove your car forward towards the other person outside the building. That's a solid danger. >> He literally attacked me. >> That is why you're >> He attacked me. It was self-defense. I need to call my father >> going away here. >> No. No, I'm not. Let go of me. I need to You need to let go of me. I didn't call my father and I I have a mental and I'm bipolar schizophrenic, too. >> Backup arrives and checks on the 5-year-old girl left in the back seat where she's sitting alongside two small puppies. >> Oh my god, I forgot it was puppies in there, too. We Oh my god. 5-year-old, five months pregnant, and two puppies in the car. >> My daughter's in my car. >> You got your puppies right here. >> [crying] >> Mommy's okay. Okay, she's okay. We just have to talk to her and figure out what's going on, right? >> Okay. >> Hey, sir. Where are you going? >> Stop it. >> Where are you going? >> Let me go. That's my daughter back there. Let me go. I am a nurse. Let me go TO THE BEHAVIOR. >> THAT'S Y'ALL HAVE ME ARRESTED IN FRONT OF MY DAUGHTER. THAT IS BULL. >> LET ME get me up. I CANNOT SHOW THE GIRL I CAN GET HEMORRHOIDS. NO, LET ME GO. I can get steroids. I'm not sitting on the carpet. I'M NOT SITTING ON MY NO, let me go. Let me go. >> Let me go. >> While waiting for backup to arrive with a wrap restraint, they hold Daviana against the front of her car where her next move catches one officer completely offguard. >> Do you mind getting off my foot, please? >> No, let me go. >> Okay. >> You want me off your foot? >> Are you kidding me right now? If you can look at your screen, I'll go back. She just intentionally just bent down where we can see on the body cam closeup and bit the officer's hand. So, I'll I'll take it back a little bit. >> One officer completely off guard. >> Do you mind getting off my foot, please? >> No, let me go. >> Okay. >> You want me off your foot? >> Are you kidding me right now? >> You do NOT IS YOUR PROBLEM. >> LET ME GO. >> NO. >> LET ME GO. >> DON'T YOU AGAIN. >> YOU BETTER STOP. I'LL LET IT I'LL DO it again. >> YOU BETTER NOT >> LET ME GO. >> OKAY. >> I AM PREGNANT. I can't >> scared. No. >> Okay. I will [ __ ] I will follow him over >> on the grass. >> I AM PREGNANT. >> The officers move Daviana to the grass and attempt to keep her restrained on her side. Meanwhile, her daughter is comforted and distracted. >> What are your dog's names? on the drone. And >> oh, are they your best friends? >> They're cute. >> Yeah, they're cute. I like them. >> Hey, I'm going to start the car back up so you can get some air for that you and the doggies. Okay. >> A sergeant who has arrived on scene places a spit hood over Daviana's head to prevent any further biting. They next began emptying her pockets. >> I got those like batteries or something. Uh, that's probably the stuff she stole from earlier. >> Now that I got home and it's on camera and on my bank statement. >> The officers then place shackles on her ankles and move her into a seated position. >> She's already tried to bite me. Did she actually bite you? >> Yeah, I got you off. >> I got glaucoma. You're getting all that. Did she say glaucoma, syphilis, and AIDS? I'm going back. I'm about to slow her down, too, to see what she says. I need to know. It's so much. This is on normal speed. I'm about to slow it down. >> She's already tried to bite me. Did she actually bite you? >> Yeah, I got it off. All right, girl. I got simple AIDS. You're getting all that. >> Or simple AIDS. She says that's I know she said glaucoma and she said AIDS. I know she said that. >> Yep. >> Let me go. >> Let me go. Get my back. >> A HEADBUTT. WHERE? [screaming] I JUST really >> Do you ever do you ever play with your mom's phone? >> Do you know the code to get in there by chance? Oh my goodness. I'm going to call Gawa. Okay. Look at You're so smart. >> With the 5-year-old's help, the officer is able to unlock Daviana's phone and make a call to the child's grandfather, who she affectionately calls Gpaw. After explaining the situation, he agrees to come to the scene to take custody of his granddaughter. >> You're going to jail. I'll put my >> Do not stoping my equipment. >> Do not bite. >> I'm not biting these. >> Understand? >> I can't get more painful for you. You've already committed two felonies assaulting police officers. This can get a lot worse. Knock it off. I got me >> like a child. >> I got me. >> With help from several officers, Daviana is fitted with a protective helmet and her legs are secured in the wrap device. >> All right, we're going to roll her over this way. >> Two more feet. Okay. [crying and screaming] >> You go. >> Sorry. Can't do anything. The rest of the wrap is then secured to her upper body, but the officers decide not to tighten it over her stomach. >> I got >> careful. She will bite. >> Um, what do you need? >> Okay. So, careful that she she keeps biting. So, watch your fingers down there. >> I just want to get this out. There you go. >> Yeah. And then if we can just make sure that's released. >> Well, if hand really hurt. >> Okay. We ready to move? >> Yeah. All right, good shot. One, two, three. >> Daviana is then carried by the wrap handles and placed in the back of a cruiser. >> Take the cuff and the mask off me now. >> All right, I'll take that mask off if you stop yelling at me. >> Take the cuff the mask off me now. >> All right, stop yelling. I'll take it off. >> Okay, please take it off. >> Deal. >> Deal. >> All right, >> take the mask off, too. >> I'll take it off. >> I don't think that's a good idea. I wouldn't take that mask off. It It's breathable. I'm not doing it because No, I'm not doing it. >> Come on. I can't breathe now. >> I can't breathe now. I can't. >> I have COPD as a sleeping machine. >> All right. >> I am dying literally. >> I think we already >> TAKE THE MASK OFF. >> AFTER further discussion, the officers decide to call for an ambulance so paramedics can evaluate Deviana's condition. In the meantime, they carry her back to the grass. >> It's not coming off. Hey, >> this is the consequences of your actions right now. >> I cannot breathe. >> I cannot breathe. >> You can talk. You can breathe. >> No. >> You been an officer like an animal. >> I'm not about fighting one of my buddies. Not going to lie. >> Really makes me happy and shows your remorse. Another officer checks on the employees inside the love store who happen to be familiar with Daviana. Almost here. Has she been here before tonight? >> She was here last night. >> Last night? Uh, did she make any purchases? >> I know she took some stuff. I don't know what, but >> So, she did steal some stuff yesterday, too. >> She had a few. >> How many things does she need? She stole from the other store. Stole from them the other night and coming back again. squares in her pocket and she went out to get her card and came back in and they were flat. >> Okay. >> And I did have her take a few things out of her pocket. >> Once paramedics arrive, they secure Daviana onto a gurnie and transport her to the ambulance. >> If she gets a hold of you, you're going to lose a finger. >> While the paramedics begin their evaluation, officers start searching her car where they find more than they expected. >> Yeah, this might be some stuff. I'll bring it over there. I just got some like laundry right here. >> Okay, that's probably going to be it. And that'll be open container. >> According to police records, the bottle of premixed margarita was sitting in the front seat cup holder and it's half empty, leading them to assume Daviana may be under the influence. >> This all has tags on it. That might be from it. >> There you go. I'll tell you that's where it's >> um but this is all like more like cosmetic stuff, too. So, >> like you said, that she probably just going to shove that in his bag. >> The officers also find a pair of fuzzy black handcuffs and what appears to be a bright pink vibrator. DaViana's father soon arrives to collect his granddaughter and the two puppies who the officers note are surprisingly calm. >> Smelling weed, there's weed crumbs everywhere. >> It's probably cuz they done seen worse. Poor things. Poor child. Poor dogs. >> They're super chill, too. >> Oh, yeah. >> They're probably stone. Though a long night for the 5-year-old girl is over, for the officers, there's still far more to come. >> I'm a free citizen. I would do a citizen. I don't y'all let me go. I cannot breathe. >> I don't know if you're free citizen anymore. If you're going to jail tonight, >> give me a dollar or take off. >> Can you tell me what uh year it is? >> Yeah, it's 2025. My brother turned 25. My dad turned 50 today. >> Dang, they had to cover her eyes, too. I wonder what else was she doing. Or maybe they they're doing that because they need her not to see where she can attack somebody. I have not seen a rap with I've seen a I'm sorry. I've seen a rap including the helmet. I have not seen a rap helmet and eye covering. She's sovereign too in the world. I missed that part. >> He was celebrating his birthday when he got a call from me. I bought a pocket and this woman >> go please. You know, it's funny. You give me a simple amp. He really loves you. We're at the hall of course and money. >> Yeah. We have a great relationship. He was a single father. He raised me and my brother. It's great. [screaming] >> NO. NO. >> YELLING ISN'T GOING TO MAKE ANY >> If you don't do it, I'm trip. No. >> ARE YOU NO? I'M AT 50%. YOU DON'T WANT ME TO GET SO DOWN. >> Soon after, the ambulance transports Daviana to a local hospital for a more thorough evaluation. >> Song is a little >> I don't want to be a man. I don't want to be alone. HELP. I PRO. >> LET ME GO. >> I like that one. >> This song you >> It is one. It's a good song. I love country. I hope she's not a currently practicing nurse, Kevin. And I'mma say it. I was going to say hopefully they test her uh for physically anything going on and mentally anything going on because a lot of these I'm like are they on something or is this mental health related? Cuz a lot sometimes they be looking the same. Help. I need to get out of here. I need y'all to let go of this wrist and I saw it for 500. >> CPS needs to see this body cam. Y'all will see her charges. CPS needs to be They need to see her body cam and they need to see if that child is really safe with her because based off this, this does not seem safe for a 5-year-old to be around. And then I've haven't has I'm sorry. When someone's acting so dangerously even while they're pregnant, don't doesn't sometimes CPS come take custody of the child as soon as they have the baby, too? Because no, seriously, the children need to they don't need to be there while this is going on. She needs to figure it out. >> Million. I swear to God. I hope y'all got it. Let me go. No, I was thinking about a billion, but I settled for 500 billion. Eventually, Daviana appears more relaxed as she asks one of the officers if he'd like to hear a joke. >> Okay. How did the hamburgers lose his wife? >> What? >> How did the hamburgers lose his wife? >> Patty. >> Okay. >> Oh, Gwen, I didn't even put two and two together. That's right. So, she's drinking alcohol minimum. There's possibly some substances in her. And she's doing this while she's pregnant. I'm I'm thinking that it's just the fact that you shouldn't be driving drunk and you have a period and you have a child in your car. I forgot. And she knows what happens if you drink alcohol while pregnant. She's if if she's an actual nurse, she definitely knows the consequences of doing it. >> Most games. It's because when they come their way when they leave your car, >> that's not funny to you either. Oh, you suck. Make sure you write that down and tell your single friends, too. Hey, can I PLEASE GET A NURSE? >> MY BROTHER'S SINGLE. SEND MY NUMBER. HEY, CAN I GET A NURSE? >> WHY WOULD YOU DO that to your brother? >> But the situation escalates once again after Daviana seemingly attempts to bite a security guard standing at her bedside. >> Let me go. Let me call my dad. I don't give A YARN. Let me go. Now let me go a and lar [screaming] Let's put my face. >> I'm going. >> The nurse administers a sedative, but it isn't immediately effective. >> I'm bleeding. My baby's dying. Let go me. Let go of me. >> So, I can take this as a promise. When I see on the street, you dead. >> Second time. >> That's good. I kill my baby daddy, too. What's up? Stab him 22 times. >> Why is the spit mask off? And I think she's supposed someone acts like this. They should be evaluated to see if they can even stay in trial. She's one of those candidates for sure. But why is the spit mask off right now? Cuz again, well, I couldn't do this. I could not put myself at risk. Nope. No. I don't care if you were joking about what you had is, you could be perfectly healthy. Spitting on somebody is nasty. >> Got away with it. >> Yep. I surely am. Let go of me. >> I can help you out with some shackles if you got >> Let me go. >> We have already. >> She's trying to bite the other officer's hand right now. I don't know if he notices that's what she just tried to do, but she tried to bite another hand. >> LET ME GO. I'M DOING ALL >> Let me go. >> Cut this off now. No. Take it off now. Hell no. Yeah. Not after you try. >> Oh, yeah. >> Stop. >> What's up? What's up? Come here. Let me go now. Let me go now. I'mma you up. I'mma beat the out of you. Oh, I'm You know what? I'mma kill you and adopt your kids and raise them right. I know you. >> Once the sedatives fully kick in, they resecure the wrap around her body and leave her to rest. After the officer who was bitten receives his own medical treatment, they gather and talk in the hallway. >> Giant shot to walk >> excited utterance that she'd smoked pot in the car while driving. >> She said it was it was definitely today though. >> Yeah. And it smelled like weed in the car. >> Okay. >> She she told insisted to us that she had smoked pot and used fentanyl today. smoke pot laced with cocaine, fentanyl, and heroin. >> I will edit the nightly and let the majors know. >> Christmas. >> When Daviana wakes up, they remove her restraint so she can use the restroom. Given the option to return to the rap or willingly move to a wheelchair, Daviana chooses neither. I think she >> only we gave you the option to get up. >> I don't give a damn. You should be careful when you're not pregnant. >> Your legs aren't pregnant. [screaming] >> Get off my head. I'm not wearing that. Get off my head. >> That That >> Oh my god. Oh my god. >> That can be loose. This is just to KEEP HER FORWARD. >> OH. >> Once she's secured, they roll her out of the ambulance bay, place her in a transport van, drive to the jail, and physically carry her into the holding cell before removing all of her restraints. >> Poor kid. She's pregnant with now. It's brains scrambled. >> The police report makes no mention of the results of any drug or alcohol testing or the health. >> I would have liked to know that. And this is um explore with us shortened to EWU. This is their channel. And if it was out there, they would have said uh the results because they are very thorough. This is also where we look at a lot of our interrogation videos and things like that, too. >> Status of her unborn child. >> She fought so much speed ticket. >> There we go. The streets are safe once again. >> No one was stealing vibrators on our watch. According to court documents, 26-year-old Daviona Lee Robinson was charged with misdemeanor lararseny, assault with a dangerous weapon, three counts of assault and battery on a police officer, child endangerment, and driving under the influence of drugs. She pleaded guilty in July of 2025 and received a 7-year deferred sentence, but that sentence was later accelerated following an incident in October that resulted in new charges. In February of 2026, she pleaded guilty in a new case to grand lararseny, obstructing an officer transporting an open container, and failure to use a child restrained. She was sentenced to 18 months in the Department of Corrections along with two concurrent six-month Tulsa County jail sentences with credit for time served. We That was a lot. Okay, we're going to go over her charges. Maybe no Angel. Maybe. Okay, let's see. What do we have here? Okay, so one of the charges they mentioned was lararseny, a misdemeanor level of larseny. The prosecutors would have to prove the defendant took property belonging to another and the property was taken without the owner's consent and the defendant intended to permanently deprive the owner of the property. A defense attorney may challenge whether the defendant I'm I cannot do this this morning. I'm gonna say whether she honestly believes they had permission to take the property. Was the property taken by mistake rather than with the intent to steal? If you stuffing them in your underwear, that's that's definitely an intent to steal. Did the defendant intend to permanently keep the property? Then the next charge, assault with a dangerous weapon. Prosecutors would have to prove she committed an assault and battery upon another person and the assault and battery was committed with a dangerous weapon and the and she acted with the intent to do bodily harm. The defense may challenge and this is just possibilities, not the only things they could challenge, but was the object actually a dangerous weapon under Oklahoma law? Did the defendant intend to cause bodily harm? Was the contact accidental or the result of a rapidly unfolding situation? Next one, assault and battery on a police officer. Felony. Prosecutors generally must prove she committed an assault and battery upon a police officer and the officer was performing official duties and the defendant knew the victim was a police officer. And then um well, I still read these her possible defense challenges. Was the contact accidental during the struggle? Was the officer performing official duties at the time of the incident? Did the defendant know the alleged victim was a police officer? Charge number four, child endangerment. That's the one we were all waiting on. So, child endangerment felony. Prosecutors generally must prove she knowingly or willfully permitted or caused a child to be placed in a situation that endangered the child's health or safety and she was legally responsible for the child's care or custody. They also could have I just thought about that. They could probably get her for Well, maybe not. I was about to say animal cruelty, but maybe it didn't go that far. Five of five, last charge for that current incident, driving under the influence of drugs, specifically. And it says prosecutors generally must prove she drove or was in actual physical physical control of a motor vehicle and she was under the influence of drugs to a degree that rendered them incapable of safely operating the vehicle. Defense can challenge, did the officer mistake normal behavior or a medical condition for drug impairment? This is why she does need a mental evaluation. Um, was what? Excuse me. Were her actions consistent with fatigue, stress, or another noncriminal explanation? Did the available evidence support impairment caused by drugs rather than another factor? Okay, let me see what y'all said because I I saw the chat moving. Hold on. I think nurses are often like teachers. They think they want to do it, but reality hits hard after a couple of years. Yeah, I think a lot of nurses go through burnout. I really do believe that. Kevin says something should have been done for mental health, right? They they need to. They really really do. I hope someone gets their kids. I agree. Yep. All while pregnant. Oh, and then I saw it was already explained for deferred. So, I'll leave that one alone. I think she only got one count of child endangerment. So, it's probably only the five-year-old and then looking for anything else. April says she will definitely lose custody of that baby. Okay. All right. We're caught up now. This next one, this is the one I put in my post. I was just asking y'all, what do you think the charges would be? Because at the end of this one, I don't believe they named any charges. So, I don't have anything to go over with this one cuz I meant to go back and add what y'all said it could be, which was DWI, DUI, um, assault with a vehicular or vehicular assault, and there was another one that said assault in um, assault with a deadly weapon, somebody else said. But yeah. All right. So, here we go. Intoxicated nurse drives BMW into hotel. >> Okay, everybody. You guys out. You guys out. Who is the person driving? >> Me. >> Take take over there. >> I don't want to move. >> I'm not telling you to move. Go ahead. >> I don't want to move. >> Okay. What What's bleeding? >> Let the EMS guys get here. I'm not doubting you. I'm okay. >> I'm just telling you to a little [ __ ] freak out. [ __ ] shock. >> I will be >> I will be this man. Drop every fbomb you need to drop. do whatever you got to do to process what the heck just happened because now there's a a car in your hotel room and I think his neighbor's gonna say he had to pull him out from under the car. >> [ __ ] >> Hey, my man. WHAT'S >> HEY, MY MAN. THERE'S A [ __ ] CAR IN MY ROOM. >> HEY, MY MAN. >> You need to relax a LITTLE BIT. >> BACK OFF A LITTLE BIT. JUST BACK OFF. >> OKAY. WHAT is bleeding? Is it your hand? I got to know what's bleeding so I can let Fire Rescue know. Is it your hand? What else? >> Superficial abrasion. >> I thought my life couldn't get any worse. >> She's saying that her brakes function. >> I hate that they don't actually show this nurse's face. I feel like it should be shown because like the cop said, her excuse is her brakes weren't working. There is a very short distance from where her car is parked to this hotel room from what I observed. Let me know if you see something different to where you couldn't even get up to that speed or I'm sorry, you couldn't even get up to that speed and then try to use your brakes because of the short distance. I think due to her impairment, she did this. Something else could have happened. They don't tell us at the end. So, we're stuck here wondering. >> Is that your blood? >> No. >> My blood is right here, pal. >> Well, there's there's blood on the car. I'm just asking. All right. >> Apparently, her brakes malfunction. That's what she's saying. >> Brakes malfunction. You need I mean Hey There's a spare key in the console. >> That's my car. >> That's your car. >> Move it. >> I don't know where the [ __ ] are now. >> All right. Do you have an ID in the car or somewhere in the room? >> Oh my [ __ ] go. >> Yeah, that's the driver. Yo, what's your problem, dude? We're trying to help you out. All right, don't be mean to >> I'm okay, man. I'm just telling you. >> Move that [ __ ] car and get this thing out of the way. >> We're not going to do that instantly, dude. Relax. >> Yeah. Jesus Christ. >> Yeah. >> Where' you You said the keys were somewhere in your room, sir. >> I'll [laughter] surprisingly, right? So, >> you said the keys are somewhere in your room, sir. I'm just going to try to get try to move your vehicle for you. That's all. >> All right. There's a key right in the console. >> Okay. >> All right. Omar, you bring up a great point. He said you would have to check if the car had any recalls, too. So, I looked up for 2025. Did BMW issue multiple rec or did they issue recalls? And it says they did issue three major recalls. Starter generator issue due to an electrical issue with the mild hybrid system, electric motor failure, and starter motor fire risk. This to me does not look like anything about brakes and acceleration, but that is a great great That's what a defense attorney may ask. Omar, [laughter] >> door is unlocked. And you said >> he's going to open it. You don't shrink one cuz we're on the same page. I don't Can you open this? [laughter] I feel like this can open, but I can't open this. >> All right. I I was waiting to when I watched the first time. Ashley said, "Is the lady unresponsive?" Because I don't hear her at all. Oh, no. She's going to be standing by another car. Um the cops will be talking to her in a second. She's bilingual, so they'll kind of do a uh start English, go a little Spanish, go back to English back or mostly Spanish after that. But I'm going tell you now what gets on my nerves. When she kept saying me or more to the cop, I'm like, don't try to butter him up. You could have killed somebody. This man was under your car. But yeah, we're getting to her. >> Okay. All right. We got the keys. >> Yeah. >> Yep. Did you see what happened or No. >> Yeah. >> Okay. What happened? >> Uh, he was He's usually always sitting out front. >> Okay. Thankfully, he wasn't this time, right? >> He must have been in between because he was just sitting there. Anyway, she pulls in. He's going to park, you know. I guess she must have hit the gas. I see her jump the [ __ ] curb and she goes right through his damn wall. So I ripped the [ __ ] wall out, you know. He was under the [ __ ] car. I was screaming at her. Don't [ __ ] [ __ ] car. >> Okay. [laughter] Oh, I was just about to say, okay, so Ace said his you say your brother oldest brother lived in Stewart for decades. I might add he did three years in a Florida prison for cattle wrestling of all things. Bit of a Florida man crime I reckon. And then Ashley too cute. Ashley says, "Is that when you push the cows over?" And Zach said, "No, that's called cow tipping, right?" And then I was looking for that. That's what I think it is too. Ace is that when you steal cows when it's cattle wrestling when you steal cows trying to, you know, I'm like, "Shut this [ __ ] We got to rip the [ __ ] console out, bro." So, >> he was underneath his foot was in in the tire, you know. >> So, I ripped all that [ __ ] out. She got out and then I the car was still on. So I you know it's one of the electronic roads. So >> and that could mean she thought it was hot. Who knows? I don't know. >> It's a smart car. Not too smart. You put a [ __ ] key, you turn it, it moves. You know, you turn the key off, it's not moving. >> But anyway. >> All right. So gentleman's normally sitting outside. >> Yeah. Sitting right there watching his TV. You know, he's sitting at his at his door like sitting there. You know, he has a little table. You know, I've been here a few months. He's been here, I think, a little longer than me. >> I got you. >> And you said you said when you went over there, he was underneath the car. >> Yeah. He was trapped. You know, he was behind the AC and [ __ ] So, I ripped all this I ripped all that [ __ ] out. >> Okay. >> Ripped the window out >> and I got to him and helped his leg out. Had to get the 2x4s off of him, the drywall, you know. I mean, he was very >> But anyway, you mind filling out? That's cra That's crazy cuz like his neighbor was saying like that man's normally and it seemed like he's saying like 237 that man is outside in front of his room and he only had left that chair for basically a second and and thankfully he was not there because she would be facing murder charges right now or manslaughter. Either way, somebody's life would be gone. But the only thing I'm I'm holding back a little bit is because they blurred her face. They're not blurring the people being questioned face. They only blurred her face. So I'm wondering why is her face blurred? She's not a victim. The victim would have had his face blurred that was um in the hotel room on the floor. So I just What is her face blurred for? Okay. Can you speak English? Okay. >> What happened? >> Huh? >> What happened? >> The brake didn't function. >> I was stop. Hey, I was parking. The brake didn't work. >> Did it work? Okay. >> Can you please >> for what? >> I I don't like the sun, >> but I like to see your face. >> Okay. >> Please. >> Okay. Are you okay? Are you hurt at all? >> No. >> You need fire rescue to check you out? >> No. >> No, I No. >> Okay. >> Where are you bleeding from? >> Bleeding room. All right. And you just hit the gas. >> No, I was backing over here and I was parked that way and they couldn't the problem. >> You're back up over here. >> How do you end up going forward? >> Can I? >> Even when she keeps asking um the cops to take off their sunglasses so she can see their face. It's annoying to me. I feel like it's a manipulation tactic. Maybe maybe she's not, but I just feel like it is though because that's what I'm probably too used to seeing these maybe. But it's Florida. They need their sunglasses. Leave them alone. And then I just feel like she wants to do that to try to go for more sympathy. And until I'm told otherwise, which I don't think they put her name in here or nothing so we could find out. I'mma look in the in the description box hopefully before I forget when we before we go to the next video. But I just I don't like her tactics. It's getting on my nerves. >> Okay. She tried to put it down into reverse but probably hit it as she might. Yeah. Okay. >> But she thought it was in reverse but it was in drive. No, she said that she tried to she she was putting park backing up. >> Yeah, she she was I guess trying to put it park and >> she's coming around. She probably pulls into there to back up, right? She was already Okay. So, what is I'M MISSING? I GET I GET HOW WE GOT HERE, BUT I don't understand how we went this way. >> She She said that she was reversing >> and then while she was reversing, the car wouldn't stop and it went. >> So, she did exactly what I thought she did. She probably thought she dropped it in an R and it went. >> That's the only thing that would explain why. BMW. >> Yeah. So the BM the BMW things it's it's not like a a tree or like >> So it's a column shifter. >> It's a column shifter but you it's like you slap it back or forth. >> I guarantee you that's the only the only way that explains that. >> I'm sorry. >> She she wants us to take off the glasses but I'm not taking off the glasses cuz it's >> these are my They're my prescription glasses. I can't see what's on she can understand. >> Oh these are my prescription. I can't. That's That's why I can't see without >> see look look how thick these are. >> I'm blind. >> So or what? >> I'm not getting anything. I get perfume from where that's at. Do y'all see what I mean by the short distance from where the cars are parked to where that guy's um hotel room got hit and then you see how they're facing. So it's not like you can come down the long drive, you know, like the this row of cars and hit the building. The buildings are parking spot building right there. So that's why I was like, I feel like she hit that gas but didn't mean to hit that gas, but that impairment got her and she hit the wrong thing. Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, >> can we don't do that, please? >> Okay. >> I got to be at the hospital. Thank you, Le Grandma. Thank you. So, she almost unalive somebody and she worried about the cop's glasses. Thank you. She is so blessed that that man was not sitting in his seat in front of his hotel room. >> I'm a nurse. I'm with you now. >> See? >> Okay. >> I'm a nurse >> in a nurse hospital. >> Do you ever need a drink? >> Have you had any drink? >> Thing is off. Oh, I'm not gonna say it now because he's already gotten back to the point. But okay. Yeah. This is where the thing about did you have anything to drink come in? I won't say it cuz they're already about to say, >> "Have you got anything to drink?" >> You have I'm a nurse. >> Okay. >> Yeah, but you just set your vehicle. >> Oh, no. No. No. Mm-m. >> Don't What? I was stopping and they the base couldn't couldn't work. >> Okay. So, >> it's your call. >> Yeah. Hey, come on. Come on. >> When When was your last drink? >> Oh, man. >> I I got a little bit. I'm 55 morning 5 to five to five. >> Okay. Yeah, we the one the door. >> Yep. Gwen is going said, "Imagine being a nurse and heading to a hospital shift in two hours while being this wasted. That is absolutely terrifying." And she fully planned, had she not ran into that man's hotel room. She fully planned to report to work, so drive, endanger people while she's on the road to get to work, then endanger really endanger patients. I don't know how you not even gonna say I don't know how. You should not be touching anything to deal with patients and you're drunk. That's and she meant to do it. And again, it's not the first time. It's the first time she got caught. >> Can I We're talking Listen, you drove your vehicle into a building. >> Okay. >> I can Me and him Me and him can both smell alcohol. >> Yeah, >> we can smell. >> That's problematic. And you're also supposed to be working an hour and a half. >> No. You said 5 to 5. So that's an hour and a half. Say no to say six to six. >> Two and a half hours. I mean, >> yep. >> I will never do something, >> man. Look at me. I'm just saying. >> Sure. You seen her in the car? What? >> In the driver's seat. >> Okay. You saw her get out of the seat. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Perfect. Will you guys move my car forward? >> It's unlocked. >> You don't speak. We can barely speak English. That is correct. >> Okay. >> I don't know how to say in Spanish. I don't know how to explain in Spanish. So, I'm going to explain in English. Okay. >> We're no longer doing a crash investigation. Okay. I'm switching hats. Which basically means is I'm going from a civil investigation to now a criminal investigation. Okay. So, the crash investigation is over. All right. So, >> Okay. Okay. One or two very okay. So, >> so you feel so soriety. >> No. >> Ask her if she more. Ask her if she I'm trying to guess. Ask her if she just let me check her eyes so I can figure that out. >> No. >> Okay. >> I'm We're trying to meet you halfway. >> I want you to understand something. If you do not submit to these tasks, >> based off of my investigation, I'm going to have to make a determination whether or not. >> So, would you submit to the field soiety test? This is your final chance. >> Yeah. No, Angel, it felt disrespectful. And it's so funny. I'm so circumstantial with this because there's times I don't I don't have a problem with it. But when I feel like it's being a manipulative tactic or insulting tactic, now I'm like, "Okay, you're being disrespectful." You know what I mean? But yes, for this, it got on my nerves. >> I'm Are you going to do the the field soiety test? Put us in a really bad spot. See? Hey, so you're noticing and you Okay. >> Huh? >> Okay. So Chantis or >> I can do whatever you want. Okay. Relax. Relax. I can do whatever you want. You tell me. >> See that Poppy? I can do whatever you want. They You're doing what they want. They want you to put your hands behind your back and get in the car. >> They're trying to get their jacket. >> Which car? >> They don't know. They are. Yep. Yep. >> Oh my god. >> Okay. >> You know why? You're going to have to get her clear >> south. >> Can you for a search? >> North Apple Watch. >> Auntie Natty said, "Just popping your way to the cop car." Oh my gosh. That's gonna be my sentence. I'm take I'm When I'm sleeping, I'm probably gonna think of that. Just popping your way to the cop car is hilarious. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> I'm I'm taking her to south because she's a she's a nurse at Northern. >> Okay. >> Do you have another glove, sir? >> I do. Another one. Yeah. >> Okay. >> This is the day. This is the day. This is >> text on the screen said the woman refused to submit um let make sure I say it right >> to DUI testing. >> This is today. This is today. Her charge charge or her charge was driving under the influence impairment damage to property. The outcome was nolo contender plea which basically she didn't contest the charge. So basically she was found guilty and this is the one I thought they didn't have it on but I guess it went silent and I didn't realize they didn't say it where I could hear them say it cuz I multitask when I watch these by myself. So DUI for everybody that said DUI. Yep, you were right. I don't know if anyone said damage to property. And then I still Omar since she was under the influence. I kind of still would have put assault with a deadly weapon cuz y your behind know you shouldn't have been drinking and driving. I don't know. I don't know if it probably wouldn't have stuck, but I still put it on there. All right. Is this the last? Nope. This is not the Oh, no. This is not the last one. Okay. The next one is unexpected twist. Drunk nurse causes multiple crashes then flees the scene. She's even worse off how drunk this how drunk she is. I think y'all sent this to me. Yes. At minimum reckless driving, too. Yes. >> Officers arrive after reports of a hidden run only to find a driver who can't keep her timeline straight and admits to drinking vodka before work. As contradictions pile up and evidence surfaces, this body cam footage captures the moment a simple crash becomes a serious DUI arrest. >> Hey, how's it going? Blake, can I see that? >> This is when we had her all blocked in after she had hit us a couple times. >> Okay, dope. Yeah, >> this is about 5 minutes long, but this was when I had her the cars had her all blocked in when he was on the phone. >> No. Um, yeah, there you go. the first came out of the door. >> Where did this all happen? On the road. >> That was at 27th. He was on the phone with the department at the time and we all had her blocked in. I started videoing her pretty much when she went halfway across the road. >> So, she backed up into you. >> No, she was behind us and she kept >> going. Which is why I'm like, why did she leave? There was >> I mean, it was just the >> 148. >> Who can I send this to? What's your number? >> I'll give you my email. >> Okay. Juliet uniform 284 tango JU284. >> It should be mandatory for the nurses, people in medicine, people that hold licenses that you know can definitely affect someone's life directly. As soon as they're arrested for being impaired, they need to have a mandatory drug treatment program. >> Anybody else? >> She had the open but not another person. >> Okay. >> The cars all had her blocked into and she pulled out. It's crazy how she took off like >> she >> and then she hit a guardrail. >> Jerk the car out from underneath the guardrail. >> Where where's the guardrail? It's right there into the street. Is there Is it damaged? >> I heard it in my house. I was two blocks away. >> I'll grab it in a minute. Um I'm going to have somebody else come out, get you guys information. I just got to do this investigation. Okay. >> Okay. Two witnesses were both in this car. >> Uh was he with you? >> I guess I got a little dam. Is he with you? >> No. No, no, no. >> I was I was I was on 35th and 16th. I was in my house and got to be on my my doorbell camera, but I mean I heard the bang. It was like such a hard hit. She hit the guard rail. I was like ran out of my house. >> She hit the guard rail, too. >> Oh, yeah. Smash the >> guard. We were down at the other light and that's when he was saying to your um communications dispatch, we think cops have her cuz we saw the white car this way across that road. >> She's leaking fluid perpendicular. >> It's got to be leaking fluid. Yeah, definitely is. I saw it as soon as she pulled off. >> She couldn't even back in her driveway. I've got video of that, too. Her trying to turn into a driveway. >> And then you saw her hit the guardrail. >> I didn't see it hit the guardrail. I came out after she hit the guardrail. But I seen her jerk the car out. And >> so you saw her pulling the car out >> angled like this in in the underneath the guardrail. >> So after she hit it, you came out. You saw her in her car? >> Yes. >> And underneath the guard guardrail. And then you saw her >> I originally seen him on the phone. I thought they might have got into an accident, >> but >> And then you saw her back out and come down here. >> Yeah. >> And then pull into that address. >> She was struggling coming down the road, too, cuz the car wasn't running right. >> You did about trying to turn in the driveway on video. >> No, I didn't say yet. I >> It almost makes you feel like she has no insurance or doesn't have a valid driver's license. >> No, I I think she's drunk just by my two seconds of interacting with her. >> Well, she's over there going like this while she's talking. So, What did you observe happen? >> Uh everything from her pulling off after hitting them. >> So she pulled off after hitting them. You saw >> Okay. >> So they had they had her blocked in and then the first car left and she was able to squeeze by and then she came down. She made a hard left turn. That's how she ran into that and then I saw her get stuck cuz I pulled over to the side. Tried to help her but she wasn't trying to get help. >> She came down the road back in her driveway. Okay. So, you actually you're the one that you actually saw our hit the card. >> Yeah, >> I got it all on dash cam, too. >> Is there a way we can get a copy of that dash cam? >> I can definitely >> like we give you an email or something like that. Would you be able to send it to us? >> I'm pretty sure it's SD card in it. >> Okay, perfect. >> But yeah, if you go over there, you'll see her fluids and her under the bumper. >> Okay. >> Thank you. He'll be back on. >> That's not me. They muted the video right here. With witness statements locked in and video evidence backing up the crash sequence, police turn their attention to the woman behind the wheel. But as officers begin asking simple questions, her shifting story and physical condition reveal this incident is far more serious than it first appeared. >> Is there anybody else in that house? >> Not at all. >> Okay. Why don't you tell me about what happened with the vehicle crash? >> Uh, I guess I banged into her. I didn't even realize it. >> So then >> it'll unblur again. They must have that rule where they can't the body cams can't show inside of a person's residence, but they're going to have her step outside, so it won't be like this the whole time. >> Why didn't you stop? >> I did stop >> in your driveway. You stopped? >> No, I stopped prior to that. >> And then what happened? >> She told me not to stop and come back to my driveway. >> She told you to come back to your driveway? How would she know where your driveway is, ma'am? You're not making sense, Diana. See how unsteady she is on her feet? Okay. >> Sorry. Why don't we step outside after you >> So, where are you coming from? >> Work. >> Where? Where? You work at Cleveland Clinic. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I know. >> Did you just get off? >> Yep. >> Did you work overnight? >> Yep. Day shift. >> Okay. Oh, okay. All right. Um, >> you said dayshift. What time did you get off work? >> Uh, I got off at 7 to 7. 7 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. >> Okay. What time do you think it is now? >> It's not time to get off. >> So, if you just got off work and you work from 7:00 a.m. to 700 p.m., how did you just get off work? >> I just left. >> And she still got her badges on, y'all. So, this one we got to we got to take it that she's a nurse on this one. >> Uh-huh. So, you just left even though >> they knew I was leaving though. >> Why did you leave? >> Because I wasn't feeling good. >> Yeah. >> I was vomiting. >> Uhhuh. >> I wasn't feeling good. >> You seem a little intoxicated to me, Diana. I'm a little concerned about how much that you've had to drink. What is it that you're under the influence of right now? >> Uh, I maybe I had vodka tonight. >> Vodka? >> Yeah. >> How much vodka did you have? What time was that? >> 10. >> 10:00 while you were at work. >> No. >> And tell them what pills you took, too. Diana, let them know cuz it ain't just alcohol. >> Okay. So, >> before you had it at 10:00 a.m. before you went to work at 7 a.m. That doesn't make sense. >> Well, it's 10 to 10. >> Okay. You said 7 to 7. Well, it's 10 to 10. >> Okay. So, your shift is from 10:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. And just before going into work, you had a double shot of vodka, which is probably why you got sent home place, right? >> Well, they didn't send me home. I just left. >> Yeah. Because you shouldn't be drunk at work. >> How did she appear to the people at work? Cuz either she's just not admitting they did tell her to go home and they better be firing her if they told her to go home, they saw her acting like this. Or they just let her work through the day or whenever she felt like going home cuz she got a hangover, whatever she got from throwing up because you have to notice this is not normal, especially when you have to be alert in a medical environment. I would think >> that's probably a really bad idea. You shouldn't be drunk behind the wheel either. You know, your pants are on backwards. Okay. So, Diana, question that I have for you. I noticed there's a prescription bottle on the floorboard of your vehicle. >> Okay. >> Um, you mentioned anxiety. >> Do you take any medication for that? What is it that you take? >> Aderal. >> Okay. Aderall for anxiety. >> They have to notify these jobs when stuff like this happens. They have to because they need to go back and check patient charts. I don't I don't know if they do or don't. It's probably not a hard and fast rule, but I need them to notify these people's jobs because somebody's suffering from horrible mistakes that this woman made and the other nurses made if they were actually nurses cuz some No, some of them. >> Okay. I guess I misunderstood. I didn't realize Adderall was taken for anxiety. >> Well, it's for ADHD. So, >> Okay. So, and then the laurazzipam is for anxiety. >> Yes. >> Okay. So you what time did you take your lorazzipam? >> It was very early in the morning. Like 4:30. >> What were you doing at 4:30? Up at 4:30 in the morning. >> I wake up. That's what time I wake up. >> You wake up at 4 so you can go to work at 10:00. >> Yep. >> Okay. And what about the aderall? What time did you take your aderall? >> At 4:00 in the morning. >> And then just before 10:00 a.m. Did you show up to work on time today? >> Absolutely. >> And who did you check in with when you went to work? >> I just clock in. You have like a time clock or something. >> Uhhuh. >> Okay. Um, and when you clocked in, what time was it? >> 10 a.m. >> 9:44. >> Okay. So, sometime before 9:00, around 9:00, you had a double shot of vodka. Is that what you said? >> It was way before. >> Okay. Well, you said >> Yeah. >> You Okay, you're confusing me because you said it was at 11, but then I said, "Well, wait a minute. You went >> before I clocked in though. It was way before that. >> Okay. So, what like when you took your medication? >> It was like 8:00. >> 8:00 >> in the morning. Yeah. >> When you took a double shot of vodka. >> What's going on that you're um taking double shots of vodka at 8:00 in the morning? >> Like I'm I'm surprised. >> Okay. I mean, here's the thing. Uh what's your last name, Diana? >> Just 15 VO, a registered donor. Diana, could you please add her to the call? Okay. So, Diana, my question to you is, can let's go ahead and step forward. Right there is fine. I don't need you standing in this hot sun. >> Okay. >> My question to you is um it seems to me like in order to be a nurse, would you say that you're a nurse? >> I am. I love my job. >> Right. In order to be in >> very much, >> you must have somewhat of >> stability. >> Your >> what what profession is she in? I feel like that that's what they blanking out. What profession is she? I know she's a nurse, but you know what I mean? Like her specialty cuz I feel like that's what they're blanking out. I want to know. Um Gwen said they need to check the Yeah. the the drug inventory where she works. They do because we have seen I don't know if we watched them together yet, but we have definitely seen nurses that steal medication um and they be didn't one nurse like stick the IV in themselves then they would just fill the IV bag up with saline or something like that. Yeah, they got to check their inventory for sure. That's too much >> life together, right? >> But right now, me looking at you, you do not have it together, right? You're intoxicated. You're under the influence of pills that you shouldn't combine with alcohol. >> Well, you you do pills. You're just >> prescribed them. >> Right. And at all, >> right? >> Right. So, laorazzipam and aderall, >> right? >> Which you took today. And neither one of them are you supposed to mix with alcohol, but you did before you got in your car to drive to work. Then you struck a vehicle, right? Correct. >> And you left the scene of that vehicle and then you struck several other things alongside 16th Street just before 34th Avenue when you turned in here because we have a second person who saw you hitting the barriers. >> Wow. Sorry. Sorry. >> It's okay. >> It's >> I understand that wasn't intentional. >> Like in like couple of days. So, on top of the pills and the alcohol, there's also a lack of sleep. >> Very lack of sleep. >> Okay. Okay. So, real quick. Okay. We have to do two different investigations here. Okay. One is a crash investigation. No criminal crash investigation. >> Okay. This is not a criminal investigation. This is a civil investigation because of the fact that you were in an accident. Okay? So, what you tell me this cannot be used in sense of a criminal investigation. Do you understand that? Okay. So, what happened with that blue car? Obviously, there's some damage to your car. >> I don't know. >> Did you rear in that car? >> I don't recall that. >> You don't recall? Okay. Do you've never seen that car before? No. >> You don't know what happened off 16th and 37th when they were trying or 20 16th and uh 27th Avenue when they were trying to talk to you? No. >> What about a guardrail? Did you touch a guardrail? Did you hit a guardrail? >> So, you don't know? So, how did your park How did your car get like this? >> Just parking in front of people. >> No. How did it get all messed up? >> Like parking in front of people. Like maybe I banged into somebody. But that's more than banged in. That's like that's some damage. You know what I mean? So, do you don't know how that happened? >> Maybe at the hospital. >> At the hospital. So, you went to work, you came back, and you noticed that that was there. >> No, it wasn't there. >> No. So, >> what you think it was? Where did that happen then? I'm trying to figure out what that happened. >> No. If I could tell you, honestly, I tell you. >> All right. No worries. No worries. What's your I just got to figure out like a liar. >> No, I get it. I just trying to figure out what happened to your car. All right. That's all. I just don't want to go to the [ __ ] >> Okay, so now um crash investigation's over. Okay, you can't tell me much about the crash. Fine. Are you injured? Do you need medical assist? >> I'm not injured. >> Okay, so next changing hats. Okay, I am now doing a driving under influence investigation. Okay, do you understand what that means? >> This is now a criminal investigation. Okay, so I have to do my job as a law enforcement officer and do a criminal investigation for you driving under the influence. Okay. So, what that [snorts] means is are you willing to do uh standardized field sobriety exams? So, you're willing to submit some exams to see if I can if I feel comfortable with you behind the wheel. Okay. >> Um do you have any medical impairments whatsoever? >> I have hypertension. >> Hypertension. Do you take medicine for hypertension? >> Hypert. >> Do you take medication? >> Yeah. Just one one medicine. >> You take one medicine or you want it right now? >> Well, this morning. >> Okay. But when was the last time you took it? >> This morning. >> This morning. Around what time? >> 9. >> 9. Okay. Um, besides those glasses, do you wear any other sort of glasses? What kind of glasses are these? Are these eyes? I know, but are they like to see close or >> see close and close and and uh far? >> And far. Okay. So, just normal glasses. Um, >> what about your shoes? You comfortable with your shoes? >> Okay. All right. So, what we're going to do is my partner here is going to angle her car and we're going to go walk up in front of it. Okay. We're going to do a series of standardized exercises. Okay. to see if your facilities are impaired or not. Okay. Does that sound good to you? >> Okay. All right. So, like I explained to you before. Okay. >> Now, >> no. Hold on. Like I'm like I explained to you before, okay, that we I am now changing the investigation from a crash investigation to a criminal investigation. Okay. Are you still willing to do those exercise for me that I asked you to? Okay. >> So, thank you. Just the way she fell from when she was leaning back on the garage door and fell into the woman officer. I think Okay, why do cops still do the test? Is it just to go ahead and not have the prosecution or the defense try to get that thrown out? because on body cam she already didn't have balance and she's disoriented and she's I don't I don't want to say slurring cuz I kind of wasn't paying attention to if she's slurring or not but her memor is horrible like she can't recall things she can't keep things straight. So is that still prudent to still have her perform a field sobriety test? Like is it necessary or can you honestly go ahead and show signs of impairment? But I guess because of the arrest, you still have to maybe. But when they I don't know. When they refuse, you still arrest them, too. >> So, are you wearing any glass of contact besides the glasses that you have on you right now? Okay. Um, first I'm going to check your eyes. Okay. So, let's get down to here to shade so you can see. Why don't we stand Why don't we stand right here and just face me? >> No, you can leave them alone. >> You can leave them for now. Just stand at the end of that crack there and just feet together. Feet together. Feet together. Hands are your sides. Phil, >> Diana, >> I noticed that your shoe is untied, and I don't want that to be a problem. Let's go ahead and get your shoe tied. >> I was just about to say when she tried to tie her shoe, she going to tip over. She has no balance. >> I'm just going to check her eyes. >> Got it. I got it. I'm going to check her eyes and we'll call it there. >> Love it. >> All right, Miss Diana. So, >> sorry. >> Can you look at the tip of this pen? >> Yes. >> Okay. Can you actually Your eyes are your glasses are a little dirty. Do you mind if I take them off for you? >> No. >> All right. >> Okay. So, can you look at the tip of my pip? Okay. With your eyes and your eyes only. Hey, I need you like I asked you to do. I need you to keep your feet together and hands by your side. Okay? I need you to keep your feet together and your hands by your side. Okay? With your eyes and your eyes only follow the tip of the pen. Okay? Do you understand what tip of the pen is? Can you touch the tip of the pen with your finger? >> Okay? Follow the tip of the pen. Okay? Okay, Diana, I need you to follow it with your eyes and your eyes only. Okay. Tip of the pen with your eye. >> Her whole body is following that pen. >> Your eyes only got >> I need you to follow with your eyes and your eyes open. I'm trying. Just your eyes, not your head. Okay. >> Feet together, hands to your side. Feet together, hands to your side. Can you stand feet together with your hands to your side? >> Yes. >> Thank you. Hands to your side. Thank you. >> Wait, wait, wait. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. I don't even think I know how to do this. I can do that. I can do it. >> No, it's okay. We can move on to the next one. You're good. Okay. If we're going to try this one, okay, if you can't do this, we're just going to move on to the next one. Okay. So, we're going to do the walking turn. Okay. Try it. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, place your left foot on the line. So, this is going to be the line. Can you see this line? >> Do you see this line? >> Left line? >> No. No. Do you see this line? First, answer me this. Do you see this line? You see it all the way back there and forward. Okay. So, you see the line with your foot. Place your left foot on the line. Okay. So, we're going to be saying left foot on the line. Okay. And then put your right heel against the toe of your left foot. >> Right. >> Yeah. And then put your right heel against Put your right heel. >> Okay. I'll show you. >> How about I show you? I got it. >> So, this foot and then this foot directly in front just like this. Heel to toe. Okay. >> Can you do that? >> Just one. >> No, we're not going to do that yet. I just need you to do what I'm doing right now. Can you do this? >> Y. >> Okay. Go ahead. Do it. >> And >> you got to stay like that. Don't try to walk. Just stay like that. >> Stand in that position. >> Okay. No worries. So, I got to read you something real quick. Okay. So right now you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have them present while you are being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before any questioning if you wish one. Okay. Do you understand these rights have I run to you? You don't understand them. You want me to read them to you again? You >> mean I'm being part? >> No, hold on. I'm just I got to talk to you first. Okay. >> I'm being arrested. >> Well, first I want to talk to you. Okay. Before we go anywhere, I want to talk to you. Okay. So, I got but I got to read you this before. >> Yeah. I mean, there's nothing wrong with telling her. >> Okay. She >> asking right now. >> Well, I need to talk to you first. Okay. So, this is that's why I need you to listen to me. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can was against will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him present while you're being questioned. You cannot afford to hire a lawyer. Won't be appointed to represent you before any questioning if you wish one. Do you understand these? Okay. So, what did you have to drink today? How much did you have to drink? [laughter] >> Hey, talk to me. [clears throat] >> Here's the thing, and I've told y'all this before, but I'm still going to say it again. She's making bad decisions and going to work drunk, driving home drunk, wrecked into a lot of cars, a lot of hidden runs happening. Thank goodness she didn't kill somebody. Um, she is okay to make up lies about when she worked and she couldn't keep it straight, but she was still trying to make up lies. But she's sober enough to realize, "Oh my god, I'm being read my rights." Why can't that be clicked in to not make these decisions in the first place? >> Two two double shots. Where did you get them from? >> It's really not much. >> Where did you get them from? >> Walgreens. >> Walgreens. Is it on the way from work? Okay. But you said you got off work at what time? 12. >> 12. Okay. So, first you told me 7, then you told me 11, then you told me 12. >> Well, it was it was 11, then it was 12. >> Okay. So, you work a little bit overtime. >> Yes. >> And then you stopped at Walgreens. >> Told me it was 10 10 >> and she got there and she Okay. >> left because she didn't. >> So, did you take any other medication or No, it's just the double shots. >> She actually does take medication which we discussed earlier. >> I don't want to take any medication. >> She takes florasipam. >> Okay. an Adderall which she said she took around 4:00 [snorts] in the morning. >> All right. All right. So, right now, Diana, >> and then she said she had >> You are getting arrested for driving under the influence. Okay. >> Yes, you were. We have real witnesses to put you there. Okay. Right now, you're getting arrested for driving under the influence. You understand that? >> 4:14. >> Well, take her off so we can not have to. >> Omar said I hope she has good insurance. Do you think do the companies I would feel like they would avoid your insurance if the wreck was caused because you were drinking or under a substance. You knew you not supposed to drive and and do that. >> Deal with this though at the gym. >> 10:15. >> But I'm not Why am I getting arrested when I was even driving? >> Where do you want Where do you want your um driving? >> I wasn't even driving. >> That's what she was trying to do. >> Yeah. Um are you >> trying to drive? >> Are you Are you okay? I want some trans. >> We're going to go that little car there. >> What began as a series of collisions and conflicting testimonies ultimately led to the arrest of the drunk driver, highlighting the dangers of combining alcohol with prescription drugs while driving. As the investigation concluded, officers sealed off the scene, collected evidence, and arrested the driver, bringing the day's chaotic events to a close. We I'mma get her the charges and then we're on last video after her. Oh my god. Noir says she's so drunk she can't focus to the two voices talking to her. That's true. I wonder if this is the first time she's been caught. That's a good question. [clears throat] Yes, y'all did. Don't try you didn't do anything to go in timeout. Don't do that. [laughter] Y'all know exactly what y'all did. Okay, that Oh, she sure did. She lost her balance getting into the car. All right. Yeah. Then she ended up I didn't drive at all. Come on. It's that's Oh, she's dangerous. Okay. For the nurse that had the multiple crashes, who we just watched, one of her charges was the DUI, which I won't read DUI again because we've done a lot of DUIs today. Next charge, leaving the scene of a crash involving property damage, seconddegree misdemeanor. Prosecutors generally must prove in a crash resulting in damage to a vehicle or other property and the defendant knowingly failed to immediately stop at or return to the scene and she failed to provide the information or assistance required by law. Possible defense challenges. Did the defendant realize a collision had occurred? She didn't, but that's because she was gone. She was gone. Uh, was was she attempting to reach a safe location before stopping? Did confusion or panic contribute to the defendant leaving the scene? Okay. Leaving the scene of a crash involving injury. And I'm just going to read the extra defense challenge on this one. And obviously, it's a crash resulting in injury. And it's kind of like the same one up above for me. And then the challenge, let me see. Did the defendant know or should she reasonably have known that someone was injured? Was she aware that the crash involved another person who needed assistance? Did she leave because of panic rather than an intent to avoid responsibility? I wonder when when can you say cuz the panic to me comes from the fact that you didn't want to get in trouble so you tried to leave and not get caught. So I wonder how how a defense attorney would play that one. like it was panic, but they they weren't um they had to leave. They weren't trying to avoid responsibility. Reckless driving, seconddegree misdemeanor, the def prosecution would have to prove the the defendant drove a vehicle and she drove with a willful or wantton disregard for the safety of persons or property. Possible defense challenges a defense attorney may challenge. Did she make a driving mistake rather than consciously disregard the safety of others? Were road or traffic conditions a significant factor in the collisions? Does the evidence show negligence rather than the heightened level of recklessness required by law? All right. And then we're on to our last video. Oh, wait. Oh, no. I got two videos. My I might have false. Wait. Oh, I didn't Did I not put that? I have another video. Hold on. It's this woman. But there was one. Oh, yeah. This is This is We have two videos. This is the second to last. This one is moments before registered nurse attacks cops then cries for her mom. >> Shut up. >> Shut the >> get off me. Why? I'm not I'm a registered nurse. >> Let's go. >> And have him with you. >> Shut the I'm talking to my daughter. Shut the >> officers responded to a bar where a customer who claimed to be a nurse allegedly put hands on a bartender and was refusing to leave. who was >> drunk. The bar got something going on in there. The guy that run the bar, he messes with the girl. He messes. I honestly I'm going to tell you the truth. I got mad because I was sitting there for like 10 minutes and I saw him kissing on the girl. >> Okay. >> Ask him. >> Can you roll this window down for me so you talk? Can you roll this window down so I can talk to them? >> Can you call a spot >> for what? What do you need? My chest is hurting. I got >> Okay. Were you involved in what's going on? You were just here. >> No, we need to leave. >> The one good thing is at least she she's not driving. She is very much wasted, but she's not driving. >> Start me at 29. There's a female with you. >> Possible suspect who's having some heart issues. >> Like, mom, do you need some medical attention? >> We We got a medic coming. We got a medic coming. We're not about to wait around. I can take you to the medic. Like, shut up. >> Chest pains. >> If I can leave a nothing done to you, we can take in the hospital, please. >> Just hang. >> All right. So, who had the golf club? >> Who? >> Nobody. That's the call we got. >> Ain't nobody had no golf club. >> I'm just telling you what we were told. >> Let us GO HOME. OH MY GIRL, I'M not into when it was already. You're not sitting in this car. >> Okay. >> No, that's an important question. Who had a golf club? You're not You're not going to get to go home now. We're past going home. Who had a golf club? >> She was over here yelling at me like, "Hey, bartender." And I looked at her and I'm like, "I'm sorry you're talking to me like I'm talking to my best friend here." Okay. >> And she started getting mouthy with me. >> Her and the girl was arguing. All four of the boys threw them out the thing. Threw them out the thing. I said, "Well, if you have a problem, you're passed out. You can leave." >> And those four black boys grabbed her and snatched her out and threw her out. That's it. >> And she came around the bar, slapped me so hard across the face, tried to throw a chair at me >> and I was the driver and I just came out here, but her and the girl was arguing. >> I was so irritated. I locked all the doors, kicked all of them out, and I told them, I said, "You've got two seconds to call the cops." And I told her I'm about to take them home. >> All right, let us get everything situated. Let's get everything situated. >> Ma'am, do you have a driver's license? >> Okay, so I am thinking cuz uh this I'm I'm a little confused too, Norir Angel, cuz it's been a while since I watched this one. But uh you said they are mom and daughter in the back seat, right? I thought mom was in the driver's seat, daughter's in the back seat, and maybe her sister friend cousin was the other one that was in the back seat with her, but I'm not sure. >> Get out of my face. >> I ain't trying. >> I know you're not driving, but you're >> You get my right. >> Trey, you're drunk. Okay. >> You're also you're also suspected of having a of doing a crime against a bartender. So, you can either give me your driver's license. >> You hit me first. >> Okay. Well, then you're part of it, too, then, aren't you? Then I guess I need your driver's license. That's how it works. >> Trey, stop. >> Okay, Trey, be quiet. >> Trey, shut up. Trey, be quiet. Ain't nobody talking to nobody. >> I'm not even talking. >> Chill. Tell me to be quiet. >> Chill. Please be quiet. >> I'm not even talking to your mom. Your dad, what you telling me to shut up? >> Your dad's talking. >> I'm about to text her. No, not yet. Not going anywhere. >> Did they switch seats? Cuz I thought the drunk one was in the back seat. Or am I just, you know, once they start showing too many faces, I can't keep up no more. >> You don't, >> man. I don't give a take me now. What did I do, >> man? How do you spell her name? >> She hit me first. >> She hit me first. >> SHE DON'T KNOW HOW TO SHUT UP, >> MA'AM. You don't do that. >> Ma'am, >> I'm leaving. Is going to have to shoot me. >> Girl, stop. >> You want to go to jail? We can do that. I DON'T GIVE A NURSE. I'M A NURSE. >> OKAY. I I understand all that, but she's also involved in a possible crime inside. So, I need to know who she is. And so, her running her mouth doesn't really help anybody. >> So, Can you tell me what her name is? >> And her mother mouth is not going to help. >> Could you tell me what her name is, ma'am? >> Why you shut up? >> Shut the mom. >> Shut the up. Just listen to your mom, please. >> Okay, so mom is in the back seat. I thought I okay when people's faces were looking out towards the body cam I must have been hearing that girl's voice but not seeing her face. So who who the mom's face I guess who I was seeing I was thinking that was the girl talking that's drunk and that hit the bartender. >> Be quiet. >> Just let her listen to her mama. That's her mom. >> Can you tell me her name? This Trayana. What's your last name? >> And I ain't got no record. I'm a nurse. What's up? What's up? >> She's just drunk. This is the biggest mistake I made on it. You know, >> I'm not going home to my kids. >> Keep playing that carp. >> Have a seat. Don't touch me. I'm going I'm put on Get off of me. Why? I'm not I'm >> getting back in the car. >> Resistance. >> I'm not resisting. >> You tell me I'm resistant. Oh my god. I told you to listen TO YOUR NAME. >> SHUT UP. SHE'S NOT LISTENING. >> YOU'RE NOT LISTENING. >> It's on camera, bro. >> You're not. >> Yes, it is on camera. >> No, but I never resisted. >> You need to calm down, >> bro. LIKE RACIST ASS COPS. I'M TELLING you my name. >> I'm a registered nurse. I got people you talking about. >> Get the off me before I start kicking them. Don't kick them cuz you ain't got to do that. They're not threatening. They're not okay. I'm talking to my daughter. Shut the [ __ ] up. >> Everybody got the shut the f up disease going on in this car. Did she Now, did she did the mom tell the cops to shut up, too? Or was she still telling her daughter to shut up? >> Over there. >> Back up. Stay over there. >> Stay over there. >> I'm back. >> Okay. [laughter] >> Stop putting me. >> Hey, you want a felony charge? Come on. >> OH, GUYS. [screaming] SHE'S NOT RESISTANT. >> I never had >> that. answers my question and she had to be telling the the mom had to be telling the cops to shut up because now she's saying she's not resisting which uh update your daughter definitely is resisting right now. >> I'm going to cut her down. >> I got things from me first. Do you have any weapons on you? >> Face away from me. >> What? >> Face away from me. >> Mom. Mom. Mom. >> I see it. I see it. I'll get it. I'll get it. I'll get it. >> Tracy, JUST GET IN THE CAR, PLEASE. Miss Tracy, get in the car. Please, let me take you home, man. I swear. >> Thank you. >> So, it's a like mother like daughter situation. This is also why I thought the mom was in the front. I automatically assumed the most responsible one would be the mom. So, that was the sober driver coming to get the youngans. That's what I thought. But she not that she's our well, not our age, but she's around my age. I think she's going to say she's like 40 something. But, um, yeah. So I assume from that it automatically put the mom in the front seat driving sober, but there is a person that seems younger than the mom that is in the front seat trying Well, now she's trying to get the mom to get back in the car that was sober and responsible. So okay, like mother like daughter. Okay. >> You got a little >> No, I think only the one only the one that's the registered nurse, I believe, gets arrested, but the mom seemed to be close to also getting herself arrested. But I'm going off the charges I saw at the end. So I might have skipped something and but I I think the mom finally got convinced to get back in the car. >> I got you. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I got you. I got you. >> Mom. Mom. Mom. In my face, Mom. Cuz I told you to face a week. >> Mom. Mom. Mom. Stop pulling over. Stop pulling over. >> It's permanent. Unlock your car. I'm Y >> is we [screaming] KILL. >> YOU DON'T want to kill me. Put your feet in. >> You don't want to kill me. Y >> spit on you. >> Yeah. Nobody taking. All right. >> Show go to Fairfield County Jail in Lancaster. Hey, >> are you the one complaining of the chest pains? >> Yes, cuz right now if I die or not, I done had two heart attacks and I got a cat. I'm good. I got to get ready to work my daughter. >> She was the only one complaining about having chest pain. >> What you say? Can I get an officer over here to stop the driver? >> So, taking apparently not. >> Watch this. WATCH THIS. Y'ALL SHOULD LET ME GO. I NEVER TOUCH NOBODY. I NEVER PHYSICALLY PUT MY HAND ON NO BOXES, MAN. Let me go home for my kids. Let me go home for my kids. I'm like, >> I'm going to read you your rights. Okay. Your right to remain silent. Anything you say to you are being >> cannot afford to hire a lawyer. One will be appointed to represent you for any questioning. If you wish, >> you can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statement. >> I hate y'all, bro. Y'all really >> like everybody react to something, bro. She hit me first. >> Are you going to tell us your name? >> Did you get the video, [ __ ] >> I don't know. Okay. Yeah, I forgot she said that. She said the bartender hit her first. I'm not going to say the bartender didn't hit her first. That's why I hope there is a recording. They just review the video and let the video be the neutral party in this one cuz I don't know who started it. I can tell obviously uh she looks like she started it right now, but that don't mean she did. But this is not going to help. And how did you get your hands on a golf club? Like was there a golf club in the bar? Otherwise, you came in ready to start trouble. But this is this is where we've gotten to when you just need to talk to the police again. Yes. I need them to review the cameras though just in case she wasn't this the one that started it. But she's done so much beyond that now. Even if there's no charge of battery against the bartender, she'll have the other charges now. Ace Moonshot said, "I have been drunk many times but never started a fight or got arrested. It can be done. Some people are just bad drunks." They really are. We see so many of them. Noir said, "Yep. I can't stand a mean drunk or someone who gets liquid courage and fights." Right. Right. He said, "Girl, your mom can't help you now." When she was trying to help you and be quiet, you kept running your mouth, right? Don't call Don't call mom now. >> You're right. >> You're not going to get anywhere with me like that. >> You're a racist ass. >> Okay. Well, you're under arrest. Okay. >> I've been living in Canal FOR 2 YEARS. >> I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. BRO, >> WHERE YOU LIVE? You're racist. [clears throat] >> Police. >> Get my mom, bro. Get my mom. Get my mom, bro. Like, get my mom, man. Get my mom. >> Hey, I I'm not going to She's not going to tell. >> She can be bucked down as Jane Doe and sit there until she gives. >> You can't get my mom. You sitting over there act like you so safe. GET MYING MOM. I need to talk to my mom. My kids >> there. He left. >> They left already. I swear to God, BRO. I HATE Y'ALL RACES THAT Y'ALL MAD CUZ WE WINNING. WE GOT MORE MONEY THAN Y'ALL [ __ ] I mean, I got to got more money than y'all. We winning. We're winning. And you kill me. That's what you really want. My family ain't going to let you kill me. So even if you put in your head that oh I'm just kill this black [ __ ] Guess what? IF I DIE I GOT FOUR BEAUTIFUL CHILDREN AND they all got honor. I'm a nurse. I take care of my kids. This woman tried to attack me because she's white. You let it happen. >> So I would tell MY MOM WHAT TO do myself. Hello. The woman was charged with assault, resisting arrest, >> obstructing official business, and disorderly conduct. >> Oops. >> Police report. >> Not trying to watch about this baby. No, that's not what we're doing. Okay. All right. Okay. So, for her charges, assault commonly a misdemeanor, but varies by state. I couldn't tell what state they were in. Y'all might have caught it, but when I watched it, I did not catch the state they were in. So, this is a general one versus being state specific, but prosecutors generally must prove the defendant intentionally caused or attempted to cause physical harm to another person or she intentionally caused offensive or harmful physical contact depending on the applicable state law. Possible defense challenges. Was the contact in incidental during a heated confrontation rather than an intentional assault? Did the bartender misunderstand the defendant's actions or intentions? Did the evidence show an assault occurred or only a verbal dispute that escalated? They also probably would have witnesses in there, too. That would, but camera first, witnesses second. All right. Next one, we have resisting arrest. It's commonly a misdemeanor. Prosecutors generally must prove she intentionally resisted a lawful arrest and the arrest was being carried out by a law enforcement officer acting within official authority. Possible defense challenges. Was she reacting instinctively while intoxicated rather than intentionally resisting arrest? Did she attempt to pull away without intending to prevent the arrest? Was the arrest lawful under the circumstances? Next one we have obstructing official business. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant intentionally obstructed, impaired, or hindered a public official or law enforcement officer. The officer was lawfully performing official duties. Possible defense challenge. Oh, never mind. We We've done resisting arrest so much. Okay, let's go to disorderly conduct. All right. Prosecutors must prove the defendant engaged in conduct prohibited by the applicable state's disorderly conduct law and the conduct disturbed the public peace or otherwise satisfied the elements of the offense under that state's law. Possible defense challenges. Was the defendant refusing to leave because of intoxication and poor judgment rather than an intent to disturb the peace? Did the situation escalate because of the confrontation with the bartender rather than criminal conduct? Did did her behavior actually rise to the level of disorderly conduct under the applicable state law? And I'm going to say she she gave them enough to do those charges. I would not be surprised if they stay. Oh, I didn't see everybody in there. I saw I saw the bartender, though. Omar, let's see. I wouldn't Yeah. Nah. Mm- [clears throat] I I couldn't. No, we need we need a nice healthy balance. [laughter] Candace said, "I'm just glad I don't drink anymore. I've been blessed not having c got caught up in my youth." Yeah, I I definitely didn't even touch alcohol till I was out of my 20s, basically because I just I didn't want to chance my future. Omar said, "I don't think it was a golf club. It may have been a crowbar." Okay, that's what they said. They said golf club. I didn't see anything. Okay, now we are on our last one. Last nurse. Last nurse. Nurse parks at airport like she owns it learns she doesn't. >> On October 12th, 2025, [music] deputies in Florida responded to an airport terminal after a driver repeatedly refused to move her car parked illegally in a passenger dropoff zone. Airport employees offered her multiple options to wait in the cell phone or short-term lots, but instead she returned to the exact same illegal parking spot. refused to move, demanding to talk to the police. Here's what the deputies did next. >> This is our second time. So, the second time I'm asking you guys >> Oh, yeah. >> So, I understand you wanted to talk to a deputy. >> Yeah. >> What's the problem? >> She's the problem. I've been here before. My sister just landed. >> She's coming out the door and she should be talking. >> Well, let me ask you a question. What's that sign right there say? >> No, I'm asking you. What does that sign say? What's the key? >> A lot. You see a lot of >> the sign they zoomed in or they put it up for us. It says no parking, immediate loading and unloading only. >> Do you see a sign that says no parking? Immediate loading and unloading. It's a It's a yes or no question. I'm not trying to be a wise guy. I'm just asking you a question. Do you give me your license and your registration and your insurance, please? Give me your license, your registration, and your information, or I'm going to arrest you for violating my lawful order for you to demand your identification after committing a traffic offense. >> Yeah, I don't need ma'am. Listen, I'm going to ask you one more time to give me your information or you're going to go to jail. I'm not going to play I'm not going to play this game. Do you refuse? All right. She's going to jail. Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> For what? >> Get out of the car. >> You know, wait a minute. Not getting out of car. >> I'm not going to ask you again. Let's go. Put the phone down and get out of the car. >> Why am I being arrested? >> End up going to turn around and then help. Turn her on. >> Well, stop resisting. >> You are turn your arm. >> Where's your car? >> It's I All right. Send right over here. Stand turns and relax. This would have been a simple move your car, but you had to be a pain. >> I wasn't being a pain. >> Well, now you're going to jail. I asked you for your identification. You refused to give it to me. I'm not playing to you. >> I didn't refuse to give it to you. I said, "Why do you need it?" >> Yes, she did. I told you. >> So now you're going to go to jail. >> I'll fix them in a minute. >> Yeah. Well, you better fix something in a minute. Oh my god. I'm handicapped for God's sakes. >> Well, you put yourself in this predicament. I didn't do it to you. >> You know what? Then you better get my skater out of the back of the car cuz I don't walk. >> Do you have that? As Nene said, where is your scooter? >> We'll discuss all. >> Yeah, it's all on camera. >> Yeah, it's all you're gonna be right. >> Okay. [screaming] You're like killing me. >> How am I killing you? >> You want to sit down over here? >> Can you Can you walk over to there? >> I cannot sit down over there. >> Well, you're going to be sitting in the back of a car in a minute. >> All right. You better adjust these cuffs or I'm going to >> Well, you're gonna have to wait till my partner gets your lean against his car and then we'll adjust the cuffs right now anywhere. >> Just go. >> I need to get out. I have a scooter in the back of my car. >> Okay. >> That's how I walk. >> Okay. >> The fact that you just drove me out of my car is like ridiculous. >> Well, you resisted my you resisted. >> Oh, for God's sake. You rasely. >> Well, when you review my body >> Oh my nope. I was like at this conclusion, but I'm just going to say it out loud. Could not be my nurse. She cannot listen well. She has horrible memory or she's lying. Either one, I don't want you treating me. But to to say, you only asked me once to get out of the car when you know that's not what just happened seconds ago is wild. And this is where I always look at like, okay, I can't trust anything that you do because how do you work your mouth to say that, right? She's the boss on the traffic stop. >> See, I asked her more than once. >> I need my purse. I need my cell phone. >> Come on over here. >> You want to be shielding yourself? >> I know. >> Ouch. >> You better adjust these goddamn things right now. That's all I'm going to say. >> You're not doing anything. >> Get your feet inside. >> I prayed curse and >> get your feet inside. >> Like that's >> Put your feet inside. than dragging. >> All right, buddy. >> I don't I can't move. I just I had surgery. >> I don't care. >> You don't care. >> Slide backwards to me. >> Where is your right now? >> Get in the car. >> Slide backwards to me. Come on. >> Have a hard time getting JUST HURTING. >> I AM NOT PULLING [ __ ] >> There you go. [ __ ] She just wouldn't give me your driver's license. >> She does seem like a bully because she didn't move when she was asked to move from the airport security or airport staff first. The cops have to come and she's still not understanding you can't be here. She understands, she don't care. Uh, but Gwyn says she's probably been bullying people for years. Part of her anger is the fact that she's being held accountable this time. And I'mma tell you now, spoiler alert, I feel like she's held half accountable because I feel I feel like when I was skipping ahead to see her charges, they let her back out of these handcuffs, which I'm like, how did that happen? I asked her three times. She started arguing with me about her where she's parked. So, I said, "Okay, well, no parking sign." >> Nothing. No matter whatsoever. So, yeah, that's why she's going. Let me get some paperwork going. Um, for the ticket. >> Yeah, I'm going to go get I got tickets in my car. >> I got one in mind. I'll grab mine and uh then I'll get her for resisting and that that's it. So, she's not no wants or nothing like that. So, I just think if we put her in the holding cell, she's going to get paid. So, >> she's already >> Yeah. I can't bring it out to the jail with you. >> This is totally ridiculous. And my sister can drive my car. You don't have to have a tow. >> No, it gets towed. >> You know, I'm so glad that all of this is being recorded. >> It is >> good. I'm glad because you know what? Then I'm going to come after you for number one going into my purse and taking my driver's license. >> We have a legal right to We don't need your permission. You're under arrest. >> I am disabled. I'm here to pick up my sister >> and her flight landed. She told me it landed. I was just waiting for her to walk out those doors. >> And there's a ma'am, listen to me. >> That's that >> the young lady who works the front curb who works for the airport. She asked you to move your car. >> She told me to move my car and I didn't move it the first time. I moved it to the long-term parking, but my sister said I'm coming out the door. >> She's probably already out here wondering what the hell is going on. You know, I waited for her to tell me that she's here and that she's outside and I pulled up and then she started to harass me again. >> She's not harassing you. She's doing her job. >> So, the 13 no parking signs in yellow curb. You have a driver's license, correct? >> I've been here several times. >> You have a driver's license, correct? >> And picking people up. I've never had a problem. The guy in front of me was a white >> Here's here's the thing. It is great for you that you never had a problem doing something that you you were not supposed to do. And this is the one time someone's telling you you can't do that. And it's always been the rule, but no one just enforced it on you. Okay? So, count yourself lucky the times that no one bothered you. But guess what? The rule was still the rule the whole time. >> Suburban. And he was able to park in front of me and open up his doors. His bride wasn't here. But you didn't arrest them. >> We weren't called about him. We were called about you. >> You're speaking like a police. That's why you're That's why you're all upset. >> No. Because anything >> anytime we get called to the front curb, >> but you better you better have a wheelchair or something ready at the jail because I'm not walking anywhere. >> Okay. >> I'm having a whole hip replacement on Tuesday. >> I'm just babysitting you until the paperwork gets done by the resting officer. As soon as the paperwork gets done, we call for transport deputy. You will have you're a for residence, correct? >> Yes. >> Okay. Well, >> that depends on what your bond amount is. That's what I'm trying to explain to you. You will have the opportunity to bond out today or you can sit in jail until you see the judge at first appearance. That's totally up to you. Did >> you give it a sense? >> Yes, I did. >> And what is your response to that? >> Okay. >> Those are my personal items. >> Okay. Do you have any uh prescription drugs in your purse? >> It doesn't matter. >> It does matter because they cannot go out to the jail. If the jail takes them, they automatically disposed of. That's what we need. That's why I'm asking you. Okay. Well, then they're going to be thrown in the trash. Just so you know. >> I don't have anything in here, but it's not necessary. >> It is because it's going to be searched before it goes to the jail with you. And when you get out the jail, it's going to be searched again. >> Fast forward a few minutes. Janet's sister finally comes out of the airport and the deputy explains the situation. Notice the contrast here. The sister is completely calm and understanding while Janet continues to complain from the back of the cruiser. >> I don't know. I don't know what she was thinking. I really don't. >> Maybe she's having a bad day. Promise she's having a bad day now. But >> yeah, >> cuz I'll be honest with you, straight up honesty. And this is all on video camera. I was going to just look at her license, tell her to keep on moving, and then she just had to just go off the deep end. And >> yeah. Do you have a history of mental illness or anything or >> she stressed out hip replace second hip replacement at McDonald's >> on Tuesday? >> Me coming down here take care of >> No, I bet you. Well, there were other ways she could have handled herself. >> You know, for a lack of term, showing her ass to law enforcement is probably not the best way to get it. So, now she was given several warnings to stop what she's doing and she decided the deals. I don't think >> you'll be able to call her when you get out to the facility. I'm doing you the solid by let or take your car. I could have towed your car, too, but I'm not doing that. >> So, all your belongings are in there. >> Well, give me a call. Okay. >> All right. I'm sorry. I can't hear it. >> You do have marks in the from the handcuffs from resisting. You do. There are marks on your arm. You did. Yes, you did. You did. >> Ma'am, that's on camera. Here's what's going to happen if you remain calm and you start being more cooperative and nice. Listen to me. I will move the handcuffs around front so you at least can sit comfortable while he finishes up the paperwork. Or you can sit like that for the next three hours. It's up to you. I don't care. You decide. Yes or no. >> Would you like me to move handcuffs up? >> I'm a nurse. >> Okay. >> And if these aren't, >> you have right to do that. >> You have every right to do that. I I just asked you, would you like me to move my property so you're more comfortable for your next couple? >> That's all I'm asking. >> Okay, step out. >> I can't step out. >> That's not >> Please do not tug on me. >> I'm trying to MAKE >> DO NOT TUG ON ME. >> PUT YOUR FEET BACK IN. Stay in the back. Put your feet back. >> NO, DON'T TUG on me. >> I'm not trying to make it so you don't fall. I'm trying to be nice to you. >> Ouch. >> Out. Step out. You have to come out further. Okay. You got to lean forward. Step back. Lean forward. [screaming] >> You are hurting me. >> I'M NOT EVEN TOUCHING IT. >> I'm not even touching you. >> Spread your arms. Spread your hands. >> Can you move your fingers up? There you go. >> There you go. Hold on. HOLD ON. [screaming] Was [screaming] that that time? >> Oh my god. LOOK AT LOOK HOW MUCH YOU DID TO ME. [screaming] DALE. Take pictures. TAKE PICTURES. >> Put your hand in. >> No. You >> You're getting charge. Put your hand in the cup. >> Put your hand in. >> Look what he did to me. YEAH. THE [screaming] [ __ ] WAS THAT TO ME? >> HAVE A SEAT. >> Sit down. >> I can't calm down. >> Let me ask you this. How much you have YOU DRINK TODAY? >> I HAVEN'T anything to drink. >> You take narcotics. >> I don't take narcotics. >> Are you on any prescriptions? That could be mine, not you're not in your right frame of mind. >> Normal person does not. >> I'm telling you, headache incoming. If it isn't already here, I'm telling you, these people Oh my gosh. I just and for them to specifically claim their nurses and act like this. I am just like, who are your patients? Everybody check on the patients they treated. Some of them I don't know if they were a nurse, but that's what they said. So, I put them in here. >> Act like what you did to me. >> So, you either drunk or you're high on something. Oh, >> I'm being dead serious with you. >> No, but you Yeah, this is not real. >> To understand how this all started, you have to look at the statement from the airport employee. She explains that Janet was asked to move earlier but circled back to the exact same spot and demanded the employees name. She was standing right there. So I thought, well, maybe she has a question. She just turned evil and she was just >> um you're you're a public servant. She said she said I want your name. I said well now I don't have to give you my name. I said well I can call a sheriff for you. She goes one here. Get one. Get one. I think is what she said. Get one. I said okay. So I walk inside. >> Back in the patrol car. Janet changes her strategy. She starts flashing her nursing credentials and diagnosing herself with compartment syndrome. She thinks throwing around medical jargon will force the deputies to take her to the hospital instead of jail. >> My thumb is numb from your handcuffs. >> Okay. And I acknowledge that. Okay. >> Are you a doctor? >> Nope. >> Oh, I didn't think so. Been a nurse for four years. >> Were you a good one? >> I was an excellent nurse. I worked in the EMS field. And you know what? If somebody wants emergency, >> did anybody tell you you were an excellent nurse? So, she said she was a nurse, so she's not a nurse now. But did somebody tell you that or did you just believe that? Because I don't Ain't no way. There's no way. Mm- >> medical services, they are entitled to it. And I want your supervisor. Your supervisor. You're the one watching. There is no supervisor here right now to talk to. >> I don't care. You can call one. >> Who am I going to call? Who am I calling? >> I don't care who you calling. You're going to call your supervisor. >> My media supervisor comes back to work on Monday. >> No. Yeah, that's [ __ ] >> That is not [ __ ] He works Monday through Friday. >> I've requested now several times a supervisor and EMS and you have denied me EMS. You are denying emergency medical treatment when somebody requested. >> What are you questioning it for? I'm requesting you because my my thumb is numb and it's throbbing and I think I might have compartment syndrome because you guys put these handcuffs on. >> Yeah, that's a standard procedure when you get arrested. Unfortunately, >> I am requesting medical services and I'm also requesting his supervisor. >> His supervisor is my supervisor. >> Hey Joe, can you hear me? Hey, your female's requesting medical attention reference. She has a numb left thump. So, If they deem it's necessary to transport you to the hospital to be medically cleared by a doctor, um we will basically OR you, which means you're released on your own recognance. Well, charges still are going to be filed against you. Those aren't going away regardless. Um you're going to still get your ticket. Your information is still being forwarded to TSA for the $18,000 federal fine. That's that's up to them whether the government does that or not. Um you're still going to be trespassed from the airport because you got arrested here, so you can never come back here. Um, >> okay. I'll take trespass from the airport for sure. >> But regardless, if they transport you, um, you will get a notice in the mail when your court date is. If you refuse to show up to your court date, a warrant will be issued for your arrest. So, but if they deem you don't need to be, uh, be medically cleared, you'll be still transported to the branch jail today. That's so those would one or two things is going to happen. Basically, he would he would have ran he would have listen to listen to me. either ran your driver's license, make sure it's valid and sent you on your way and you would got a ticket. So, but you're still getting the ticket and unfortunately you're taking a ride to jail now or the hospital, whatever EMS wants to do. >> You just didn't like the fact that I know my rights that >> that if you get if that happens, you'll get correspondence in the mail that deals with the federal government. That has nothing to do with us. >> And there's cameras out here. >> Oh, yes, there are cameras out here. was only parked there for five minutes. Uh >> ma'am, now I am going to advise you your rights. You got the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be held. >> I understand why he's he went ahead and read her her rights because you're telling on yourself. You are telling on yourself. Five minutes is not what the sign says. It says for basically active loading and unloading. No parking. So if you didn't say, "I only parked there for five minutes." You parked there and nobody was coming in your car at the time because your sister took a while to come out of that airport. Not only was their body cam footage not deleted, it is now here on YouTube for all of us to see. Right, Gwen? Right >> against you in a court of law. You just admitted you were parked on the front curb illegally for 5 minutes and it's on camera. Thank you. >> How you guys doing? Sorry to bug you with this. Um, she's under arrest. Um, she's a nurse or used to be a nurse. just complaining. She has >> I like him. I'm glad we ended on this. He air quoted nurse and that's how I feel like this whole time we've been watching for most of them. She says she's a nurse. >> Nerve damage now because the handcuffs and her left thumbs going numb and the blood's not flowing back in her thumb properly. So, she wants to be evaluated by you guys and possibly transported to the hospital. >> Well, like I said, these gentlemen are going to look at you. >> You want to take her? Um, we have to find out from our sergeant whether we're going to take her or if she's going to be transported. >> Yeah, you guys will take her. I mean, not there's no there's no emergency room. There's no >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> All righty. >> Okay. We'll find out. >> You need their names. >> Uh, they will be in the call for service. So, I don't I'm not I don't have the ability to get their names for you. So, >> no, I don't I don't work for the Daytona Beach Fire Department. >> So, the medical excuse. Ah, I got to go back. I got to go back. He is giving as good. What? Better than he gets. Hold on. Cuz I didn't hear why he made the snarky comment. >> No. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> All righty. >> Okay. We'll find out. >> Uh, they would be in the call for service. So, I don't I'm not I don't have the ability to get their names for you. So, >> you don't? >> No, I don't. I don't work for the Daytona Beach Fire Department. So, the medical excuse didn't work. >> Notice her behavior here. When the deputy calmly answers her question about using the restroom, she immediately tries to twist his statement into a threat, hoping to build a false narrative on camera. >> I know when something is wrong, >> okay? >> And I'm telling you it's wrong, >> okay? >> But I want the supervisor cuz you can't keep me here for hours and hours. No bathroom break or anything. >> We can >> really pee on your on your seats, I guess. Well, I ripped people's shirts off to clean it up before. I will do the same to you. >> You rip my shirt off? >> I've done it before. >> I use your own clothing to clean it up. Yes, I do. >> I hope you heard that. That's all going to be >> She's acting like the cameras and and the audio just started recording when she brought up this bathroom thing. They've been looking at her behavior the whole time. No one's just going to start right here where you think you got something out of the cop. Use your own clothing to clean it up. Yes, I do. >> I hope you heard that. That's all going to be with my attorney. This is the professionalism that we get at the Valuchia County Sheriff's Office. >> If you need to use the restroom, we could make arrangements for that. >> You never said that. You said go ahead and pee on the >> I didn't say that. That's what you just said. >> Your shirt. In other words, you will strip me naked. >> I didn't say I was going to strip you naked. >> That's what I heard you say. >> Nope. I did not say that. Yes, that's exactly what you said, but it's already on camera anyways and it's all going to be subpoenaed because this is coming to a lawsuit. This is totally ridiculous. You guys had nothing better to do today. >> Yep. We just fell out of the blue just to harass you personally. >> We did. >> Just Yep. We singled you out. >> You did. >> This has to be the only interaction she gets now. So she's got to sop it up whichever way it comes cuz now she's not at the hospital and respect it as she believes she was. So this is it. This is the thrills. This is the energy. She energy vampire. However it comes, it comes. Negative or positive, she don't care. She just needs it. >> This is what I feel like doing right now. >> Dealing with you. >> And that's on camera, too. Dealing with you. >> Yeah, I'm dealing with you. You're not treating me like a >> the prisoner in the back. The prisoner in the back of my patrol car. I'm dealing with you right now. Cuz that's what you are. You are in custody. You are a prisoner. Whether you agree with it or not, you are a prisoner. >> Yeah. Craig is um Greg is uh >> Professor Purple Queen says she can sue all she wants, but she doesn't have a leg to stand on or a hip to balance on. Purple Queen [laughter] That's okay. >> Hello. How you doing? I'm Sergeant Stubblefield. >> I'm going to take a few pictures of you and then talk to you about what happened. All right. What happened? >> I was here to pick my sister up. >> Uhhuh. >> And she texted me that she was she had arrived and I originally pulled into the longterm party. >> Okay. >> And I stayed there for 4 minutes and that's I have a receipt for that. Hold up. >> Then she said she was coming out and I parked over there and then this woman came over and she said, "Well, you have to keep circling until your party comes out." And I'm like, "That's never happened." >> You mean this just a random woman or she was she was airport whatever >> airport security. >> I've been here before. I mean, I've lived here now for 18 months, but I've flown into this airport a lot. >> Oh, no. Hold on. And see, she's been read her right. So everything she talking about now, if she waved her rights, that's on her. This is long. She still got more. Oh my god. I want to see cuz Omar said what happened in the five minutes. So that means she must have says changed her time that she was parked here. Oh, is the supervisor there? I was in the chat hard after the uh after what y'all said. >> Turn parking. >> Okay. >> And I stayed there for 4 minutes and that's I have a receipt for that. >> Okay. Then she said she was coming out and I parked over there and then this woman came over and she said, "Well, you have to keep circling until your party comes out." And I'm like, "That's never happened." >> You mean this just a random woman or she was she was airport whatever >> airport security. >> I've been here before. I've lived here. >> Don't air quote that woman's job. At least she's actually doing her job. And I think there's just a category of people I don't I'm not gonna say all of them I don't like because they might have other redeeming qualities. But people like her and they use it like this when they say I've never had a problem before but you have been let known. Hey these are the rules and you say that as if let me keep breaking them because I've never been told that before. What you're supposed to do ask for forgiveness instead of permission sometimes. You know what I mean? Like you can operate out that like, hey, nobody stopped me yet, so I'm going to keep going. But then once you're told, you can't act like they're wrong. Like you you were just getting lucky and getting away with it for a while. You're not entitled to this, though. >> Here now for 18 months, but I've flown into this airport a lot. I picked people up here a lot. >> Um, and she said, "Well, you know, you you need to you need to move." And I said, "She's coming out the door." You know, that's what she texted me. I'm coming out the door. It's not like I'm just randomly sitting here, >> right? >> So, she said, "Well, would you like to talk to a deputy?" And I said, "Well, yeah, I think I would like to talk to a deputy." And then not him, but the other guy. >> How long did it take for the deputies to come out here? >> About 5 minutes. >> Okay. So, she wasn't coming out the door then? >> She wasn't coming out the door because she was stuck in baggage. >> So, then the deputies came out here and they spoke with you or >> Yeah. He said, "Well, can't you see that sign? Can't you read?" Blah, blah, blah. Start treating me like I'm an insult. And I'm like, >> "But you didn't use your reading comprehension skills." And she just told him herself again. First, you said, "Well, my sister said she was coming right outside." Then she says, "Well, she was stuck in baggage claim." So, you're saying you had knowledge she was stuck in baggage claim. So, you knew she wasn't coming right outside. So, it would have been more reasonable for you to circle around because you weren't just all of a sudden going to see her coming out those doors. Yeah, I see the sign. I said, "But my sister said she's coming out." And I even had my phone in my hand. I was going to show him the text. >> And he said, "Well, I I I want some ID." I said, "Well, why do you need ID?" I said, "I'm just here to pick my sister up." And then he says, "Well, then I'm going to arrest you." And he came around, opened up my car door, and flung me out and put these handcuffs behind me. And now my thumb is completely numb. >> And they had EMS come. It's numb or is it hurt? >> Numb. No, it doesn't hurt. >> Okay, >> listen. I've been a nurse for 40 years. I've been an ENT for 40 years. Don't treat me like I'm stupid. >> No, I I didn't treat you like you're stupid. It's a simple question. >> There's a nerve injury going on. >> So then it is hurt. >> Okay, >> you can see where the cuffs were and even before, you know, they were they were just >> they did put them in front. I appreciate that, but this is totally unnecessary. >> Okay. Um, so the injury that you're stating is to your left thumb. >> Left thumb >> or the wrist? >> No, left thumb. It's It's numb right up to here. >> Okay. >> From here down, there's nerve entry. I know it is. >> Okay. >> I've been a nurse. I've worked in surgical services. I know there's a nerve entry here. >> Okay. >> And I've been trying to elevate it, trying to tell these guys, but and initially I request EMS and I'll be all on the camera. >> They refused. They refused. They're used. They're refused. And she like >> that man called for medical. The fire department showed up. Did they not? Didn't they show up? But they just said she still can go like she can go to jail. She's not having enough of an emergency. What? They showed up on scene. That means that that the cop did call them. They saw you. I feel like she's magically editing the recording in her mind. And however she chooses to tell the story is how it's going to change to show it on the on the recording. That's how I feel like she's doing. Like she's just forgetting all the truths that actually happened. She's a dangerous person because she's remaking up reality. And again, this woman says she's been a nurse for 40 years. Oh my gosh. They need to retroactively go back and check some of these people's cases. They are scaring mem [clears throat] saying. And then the guys came and you know they said, "Well, it's not an emergency. They're not going to take her and we're just going to have to sit there and deal with it. And now I just, you know, what they're telling me now is I got to go get booked, get out of jail, and then go to the center. >> Well, that's not what we're doing. We're going to be cutting you loose from here most likely. Okay. You are going to get a notice to appear because he asked you to identify yourself. You were in a no parking zone. You were asked to move. The deputies came out. Either way, >> he asked you and you refused to give it to him. And that's why You're being placed under arrest for resisting resisting without violence. You will have a court date, but our plan as of right now is to cut you loose so you can go get your hand looked at. >> I am right to the emergency room and I'm going to videotape. I'm going to have them take pictures of mine all >> and I'm taking pictures here also. We know exactly what it looks like here, too. And in case you have any issues, it'll be documented. You'll be able to get all that. Also, we're doing what's called a blue team. It's a It's a resist a response to resistance is what I'm doing. So, there was an injury caused to you by resisting your response to resistance. >> And that will be on his body. >> Okay, good. You definitely resisted again. It's It's right there. We all saw it, but I'm I just want to go back to get his full sentence again, but I like that that he is going to document you caused your injury. This is a self-induced injury because you chose to resist. This is an injury that did not have to occur had you been compliant. I like >> all that. Also, we're doing what's called a blue team. It's a it's a resist response to resistance is what I'm doing. So, there was an injury caused to you by resisting >> your response to resistance. >> Resist. And that will be on his body camera >> and I review that also. Everything is on there. I review any of this footage. I am getting an attorney. You can't delete the body body camera footage. All right. Do me a favor. Put your hands out for me so I can take a picture of them. >> Okay. Now you can open them up. All right. Then I need to get If you just take that out of your mouth, I need to get a picture of just your face. >> Why? >> Cuz you [clears throat] going to lie and say they hit you in your face and they beat you in the back seat or at some point where the camera can't quite c catch anything. That's why they taking pictures with your lying selves. >> Cuz this is what we do for the blue team. And then if you could stand up, I just got to get one full body picture. This is for your documentation. >> All right. Thank you. If you guys just sit back down, we're going to grab the paperwork for you. Okay. We'll provide the case number on the paperwork for you. That way you can um have that for your documentation. Okay. >> All right, ma'am. Listen. I'm gonna instead of taking you to physical jail and having you deal with all that nonsense, I'm going to issue a notice to appear. Okay? You do have to sign the notice to appear. If you don't sign the notice to appear, you have to go to jail. You're not admitting guilt of anything. It's just that you're going to promise to go to answer to whatever happens. Okay? Well, we don't we don't stamp the curve 247. We get called out here when there's a problem when people refuse to leave. That's why I came out here. The problem is when I asked you for your identification, you refused to give it to me. >> I asked why you needed it. >> And I said because now I'm conducting a traffic investigation and I pointed out the sign on your body because it's all going to be subpoenaed because this is going to >> of course I know it's going to court. So now listen, here's the thing. Your sister took your car. Um I think she has your phone and everything in there too. Now I am going to ask you again. You are going to sign the notice to appear, right? Because you have to or else you have to go to jail. sign it, but depends on the date. I'm having surgery, major surgery on >> That's something you take up with the clerk and I'm sure they'll work around it. Okay. >> Janet, you'll be good. You said you already have an attorney cuz you're going to sue them. Just let that attorney know he'll file. He or she will file the correct documents and you won't have a miss court date. Janet, you're good because you have an attorney. Remember Janet? [laughter] >> Just give me a few more. None of this body camera footage had better be deleted or missing because it is all, you know, this injury, [screaming] this this injury is in itself. >> It's all here. It's all in the video. Okay. All right. Do you have any other questions for me right now? >> No. >> But I want to get out of this car. >> We'll get you out as soon as as soon as we know the paperwork and get you out. >> Oh, for God's sakes. I've been hearing about the paperwork since 8:30 this morning. >> It was more like 9:00. a little after 9. But >> no, it really wasn't because my sister's flight came in at 8:12 >> when she was late. Remember? >> I feel like Janet is like up a boss level from Karen right now cuz J is pissing me off. [laughter] >> All right. Are you a righty or a lefty? >> A righty. >> Righty. Okay. So, I'm going to have you do it's a touch screen. You're just going to sign your name here. >> I'm going to read it before signing up. >> Yeah, if you can read the disclaimer, it's right there. Yeah, you can read the disclaimer right here. >> And what are the charges? >> Resisting without violence is what it is. >> That's fine. You take this off. >> I'm going to You going to promise not to smash my computer? >> God. >> Well, are you sure? >> Can you tell me you won't? >> I'm pretty sure I'm not going to smash his computer. >> Okay. Watch it for one second. Open the front. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Taking a minute. >> You're fine. Take your time. >> There you go. >> Janet. Janet putting on for the gram right now. Janet do it for the vine. Janet is showing out. She's trying to get the cameras to now record how hurt she is. All right, Janet. [laughter] >> And again, it's just a touch touch screen in here. You just got to use your finger and sign away. >> Yep. If it's good, just hit accept. All right. All right. Do you get that other paperwork? Okay. Here's your driver's license back. This is the copy of the citation that I wrote you for violating the traffic control device. Here, my name. And then in the back here is the case number. >> Okay. Do you have any questions for me? >> Yeah. Just like I said, all the spotted came. >> It's It's all there. Trust me, it's not going to go anywhere. >> That's That's fine. That's fine. >> We can send you a link, Janet. [laughter] We can go ahead and get you a copy of this video if you never requested it. If your attorney, you know, didn't do the correct um foyer request. We got you. I thought she could fly. [laughter] Janice says she need a scooter, right? That hip hurting now, ain't it? No. Okay. All right. I I really feel like she didn't think about the cameras recording at the time she encountered the police. I feel like she thought it recorded when she got into the police car or something. Like, hey, hey, it saw everything. >> Now, how do I call somebody to come pick me up? We are going to get you to a phone and you're going to make the phone call and you're going to call whoever you want. >> Okay. >> Am I trespassing property >> once you finish your business today? Yes. >> For how long? >> It lasts for a year. >> If you want, like I said, if >> we're going to bring if you want to fight the trespass, you contact the airport director and he will have final say whether or not I will. I will be >> right. Did they say you welcome back? >> You were No, you said that you thought I was impaired under the influence of alcohol and drugs. >> No, I asked you. I asked you if you weren't because your behavior is not. >> I don't care what you did. >> Because I was pissed off. >> I don't care what you did. >> Yeah, I'm going to have a drug test and an alcohol test. And guess what? Your behavior is >> You weren't accused of operating a vehicle while impaired. They just want to know what the heck is your state of mind because you acting real slow. But you keep saying you're treating me like an imbecile. I was a nurse for 40 years. But you're acting like an imbecile now. You're not reading signs. You're not comprehending even if you didn't see the sign. Someone notified you about the sign. Gave you instructions. You decide not to follow those instructions. They said fine. I'll engage the deputy. You said fine. Deputy approaches you. Now this is a traffic infraction. You don't know how to act. You don't know you supposed to show your ID. You can get arrested just for not showing your ID or identifying yourself. So yeah, it's not about them criminally charging you because you might be under something. It's that you just she needs to be she she is wasting time. And she did it again. When they said, "Do you have any more questions?" She said no. And now she got 99 questions. >> This is This is This is unacceptable for a business because you got upset because someone told you to move. It's a little overkill. >> You didn't tell me to move. >> Ma'am, there are 13 of Parkinson's yellow curb. I'm done aring. We're done. Take it before you go every day. >> But like I said, >> you know. Okay. Have a good day. >> The suspect was charged with resisting an officer without violence. >> Can you see that? Well, she wants it cuz she wants to sue for being injured, but there was no traffic ticket. It all resulted in her encounter with the police and she resisted arrest. My guess is the airport will stick by the trespass. I need them to stick by the trespass. I need her to be the most inconvenienced person. Bring out the tiny violins. Now her sister has to find someone [laughter] take it to the airport. You see how Janet inconvenienced everybody? Everybody's suffering because of Janet's actions. Oh my gosh. I'm not even going to do the resisting thing because we read it on other people's things and it's about the same on what can be argued, what they can prove, blah blah blah. That's the last one. I don't I even think if I had another one, I couldn't do it cuz Janet drained me. Today has drained me. But I'm going to take a nap. But thank y'all. Replay gang gang. Who is that? Hey yikes. I I'll see you in the replay gang gang. But thank y'all for hanging out with me. I will see you at some point. I don't I don't know yet. I don't know. I'll be trying not to say cuz then I might change it. So, I'll see y'all at some point. But I hope you enjoyed yourselves and I'll see you later. All right. Bye. [music] [music] >> Come on. Come on. Hit the couch. [music] Got your name on the screen. You sent me that link. I said, "Girl, let me see." Yeah. You left. I lean in close. >> We [music] already know the vibe. One more click.
