All right, good morning. Do a quick sound check. Hopefully y'all can hear me clearly through my microphone. Um, I have watched this, but I've also watched about 50 body cams after I've watched this one. So, there'll be some stuff that I'll be like, "Oh my god, I forgot about that." Um, but I have watched this one already. Um, for me, I'm going to tell you now, if I sound heartless, it's because the initiating thing is she's harming her child and she has other children. And so I am not one that's usually going to feel bad for someone when they are harming a child that has no fault in their life situation. So if I sound heartless, that's probably where it's coming from if I don't sound like I have a lot of sympathy. Um, all right. So we're going to go ahead and get started. Hopefully everything is working well with the audio. Let's go. On September 14th, 2023, Chambbley police officers were requested by the Division of Family Children Services to check on the well-being of a mother and her child at hometown studios in Chamble, Georgia. DFCS reported that the mother had told a relative she would harm her daughter if the relative didn't give her money. >> How you doing? came down. >> You know what room number she? >> 224. >> 224. >> Has she been down here today? >> No. She got her little boy or a child. >> Okay. How was it? >> Did she see him off for anything today? >> No, I haven't seen her today. >> Oh, today. yesterday. Yesterday >> So I spoke to the uh alcohol crisis line. She said she was talking to the lady because she wanted to be home. She was standing at the hotel and she just started beating on her daughter talking what she was going to give her. What's up? >> Okay, just in case it came in late because the live stream has a delay right there. They said she was beating on her um daughter and saying she was going to unalive her daughter because her relative would not send her money. She's already I'm spoiler alert spoiler alert. She's already definitely hit the daughter. That's already happened. But she was threating threatening even further harm after that. So again, if I sound heartless to her, the adult, that is what it is. All right. We didn't put that on the police. >> I'm right here. >> Yeah. We just checking our seats. Everything's fine. >> It's fine. >> What's the uh >> She's right here. >> What's going on? >> Nothing. I just want to pay for my room. >> What are you talking? >> What's going on? >> Nothing. >> Who's Who's in the room with you? >> Huh? >> She's gone. It's all about you. Zoom present. >> Go ahead and take her. >> Huh? >> I said go ahead and take her. >> Why would we do that? What's going on with you? What's your name? >> Tiffany. >> What's your last name? >> I don't give a >> You want to take me to jail? Go ahead. >> Then I don't have to I don't have to worry about trying to find a a place to stay or worrying about paying rent. Go ahead and take me. Sick of this. >> It's going to be beneficial to you on your baby if I take care. You had Charlie hometown. >> Nobody knows. No, y'all don't know. >> No, y'all don't. >> Like, if you're going to take me to jail, >> you can go ahead and take me. Like, I really don't give a I really don't give a Shoot me right now. >> Um I I agree with taking her to jail part. She does need to be taken to jail. Um because you're harming a child because you're angry. Um, and also when she opened the door, she said she wouldn't send me money, which y'all will see the person later on who she's saying wouldn't send her money. The I'm trying to think of the word. I can't I'm going hit play while I think of the word of what I'm trying to say right now. But basically like her being the victim, but there's literally a helpless child that's the real victim in this situation is really just sending me. >> No, it's not. >> Kill me, tase me, do whatever y'all going to do to to to black people. When y'all do that, do it. I really don't. >> Right now, there's not even any non black officers at this scene. There's the woman officer right here. There's a a black male officer in the background. There's a black male officer outside the apartment. And then the one with the body cam on. Um for me, and I don't say I'm not going to say it too often because there's there's there's times where um what can I say that that obviously there's inequal or there's unequal treatment and and things happen. So I'm not going to just be like saying this all the time, but I need women like or people like her to don't do this. There's not even a non-black person on the scene and you're talking about all this. Let's let's focus on what you did to this child talking about tase me. No. So you can be made to look like you were the helpless one. No, let's focus on what you did to this child. I that makes me mad because again it waters down when things really do happen to people um that were not doing anything wrong. >> Like it's going to kill me in my life now. >> This is going to kill me in my life right now. Like I really don't care. >> What person trying to kill you? >> Like if that's what y'all going to do, if y'all take me to jail, take me right now. Like >> how old are you, Miss? >> I'm 26. >> 26? >> Yes. >> She want to talk to me for a few years. >> What is there to talk about? >> I'm trying to get to see where your head is at. That's >> I just want a place to go with me and my daughter. I don't have that right now. >> That's not making you upset. >> Like it's funny, >> huh? Nobody's laughing. >> No, nobody laughing. >> Hey you're good. >> Come out and talk to us. >> What is there to talk about? If y'all not going to help me with my love, then what is there to talk about? If y'all going to take me to jail, what is there to talk about? What are y'all going to do? Rest me to the ground for y'all? >> What I do? Break my neck, shoot me, tase me? >> No, that's not >> If y'all going to take me to jail, are you not going to help me find a place to go? What is that to talk about? I need a place to go and my daughter. If you if you don't talk >> I'm on the verge of finding a place to go right now. >> If you don't talk to me, I can't help you. Okay. >> Like what are you gonna talk about? Step out. >> If you don't talk about then holding my daughter away from me, I don't give a about her. Like take >> you already harmed her. That daughter should be your daughter should be nowhere near you. This she pisses me off the whole video. I just want y'all to know. father is the one that don't give a [ __ ] about her. >> Do you take any medicine? >> No, I don't. >> Okay. >> How'd she get the scratch on her eye? >> I did it. >> You did what to >> I did it. The scratch. >> What did you do? >> The scratch. I spanked her. >> You spanked her? >> Yes, I did. >> Spank her in the face. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> But you spank it to your face. >> Because >> Because what? >> I was upset. And that's it. There we go. She The daughter has a scratch under her eye cuz she quote spanked her in the face because she was upset. She needs to go. And the children, and I'm saying children, cuz you'll later see there's more than one child do not need to be in her custody. >> About what? >> Because I I don't have a place to go and her father's not helping me doing nothing. >> Daughter is 2 years old. They said she's 26. Where's >> I don't have a place to go right now. >> So you hit him in the face. >> Where's her dad? >> I don't He He He's at his home. I don't know that. Yes, he does. >> You might have given us his phone number to call him. >> Yes. >> I talked to him like last week. >> When last time you seen his daughter? >> No, I talked to him a few days ago. That is his daughter. >> No. When last time you >> a few days ago? >> Y'all going to take her? Just take her. We'll just look into that when we get there. Okay. As for now, we just doing a welfare check. >> And I do think that the other half of an adult couple, which most of the time seems like to be the male that is m that is not present in a child's life as much or uh I'm not going to say ever. It's just like when it when it does come down to this, a lot of times we end up seeing the single moms on camera. We don't really see the single dads on camera so much. And I do think that the welfare of a child like like if it's um some child neglect charges and things like that, I do think that the absentee half of the the parent couple also needs to have some kind of supplemental charge or something unless they're like, I can show you where I've tried to get custody. The courts are not helping me get custody and stuff like that. But if it's just that you're absent and you're letting whatever happens happens to your minor, I do think that attention should be brought in some kind of way. Like laws change. So just cuz it's not a law now doesn't mean that there can't be later. But it also shouldn't be on one parent when two people made the the kid. I I want to say that cuz a lot of times body cams always have the single mom. Not always, but majority of time show a single mom. And it's like because the other half, the dad is chose to just not be in the child's life at all, which I think she's gonna say like he just ends up laughing at her. He don't really try to help. I can't remember if that's if this that video or not. But I do think because that's an adult, too. And you do have responsibility of a minor cuz that's your child. You either show effort of you trying to take custody and keep that child safe or they need to look at you too for some type of neglect or something. I do think something. It's not fair to be absent because to me, you're still contributing to the neglect of a child in my opinion. >> Want to know what's going on. See, you don't got your finances situated. You worried about a place to stay. So, we got somebody in to come and help you with resources. We try to help you. Okay. Okay. >> Help me how. >> We'll get to that when she comes. >> All right. They're not going to let me stay here. Nobody gives a about me. Like, >> oh my god. You can't say that. Nobody gives a clean at all. Nobody gives a about me out here on the street. >> Where's your mom? >> She's dead. >> I'm sorry to hear that. Where's your auntie? >> She's at home. We're living comfortably with her husband with our child molester ass husband at that. >> All right. So, the auntie, I think, is who we're going to see on camera later. Uh cuz the cops are going to go talk to her. This is Okay. I hope obviously I hope her auntie's husband is not a child. What she just said, but I do what I do see and I don't understand is that the I'm going use her as an example. They they want to live with said auntie and said auntie's husband, but if they get kicked out for not being responsible, then they say that one of the adults was a danger to their child. Well, then why would you fight? So don't fight so hard to stay somewhere where there is a child predator if that's the case because adults are there are some of those that are children predators. So I'm not saying that that's not true just because she's in the situation she's in. But I'm like why would you fight to stay under the roof of that if you are saying you have conscious knowledge that your auntie's husband could be a a child predator. That's the logic I don't understand when they do that. So that's why I feel like sometimes they say stuff like that to be vindictive and to ruin someone else's life because I would not have my we would have to find another way if I know you would be trying to purposely harm my child. So I don't like that cuz why would you want to stay under the roof then? So you know so I I always think about that too when they say that again investigate for the child's safety. Not saying you should ignore it, but I don't understand why you still would have been there until you got kicked out and now somebody is a child predator. >> Where? >> Where? >> She says an indicator. I don't even get a whole 30 days. She just ain't even get out after a week. Who? >> My aunt. I didn't even have a whole 30 days to leave. I just had a week to leave and then that was it. >> Why? >> Because that's just how she does. >> Have a really good relationship. No, I don't. >> Is that my dad? >> I don't know my dad. >> Oh, sorry. >> The only relative thing you have is yours. >> Yes. Really? That that I um talk to. I have a older brother, but I don't talk to him. I don't >> I couldn't stay with my older brother if I wanted to. >> Where is he at? >> I don't know where he lives at. >> So, y'all don't talk to? >> No. >> Okay. >> Besides him, that's all he has pretty much. >> Yes. >> Okay. I just want to find a place to go with my daughter. I'm tired of being stressed. I'm tired of being angry. Her dad doesn't help me. He says he thinks it's funny. >> I got you. >> It's not funny. >> No. No. No. No. I thought it was funny. No. >> I'm tired of being frustrated. I don't want to be a danger to my kids. I just want to be a good mother to them. >> Well, you know what the good thing did is you reach out for help this morning >> and we're here. >> It's not fair to me. >> I got you. >> Okay. We're going to give you the best we can. >> She doesn't need me to be around me. >> I'm I'm sorry, but I am going to be the per I'm not I'm not sorry. I'm just going to stand 10 toes in my opinion. She is correct right now. Her daughter does not need her to be around her because she takes out her violence and her helplessness on her daughter. So, she needs to get herself together while her children are not in harm's way of her emotions she's not able to regulate. Again, I also say the dad needs to be held responsible too. What do you do to help contribute to the safety of your child? So, I am not absolving him either. But she is right. Cry, let it out. But when you start actually harming the child, and there's emotional harm, too. It's not even always physical, but she physically did harm this child. You're right. The child does not need to be around you. You have got to figure life out. It sucks. and it's sucking harder every day honestly on some stuff. But you do not take it out on a helpless child. So you said something right. You need to you you she doesn't need to be around you right now. That's my opinion. >> I have I have two other kids. I couldn't even keep the other two cuz I had such a sorry ass person. I had them with her dad's sorry as hell. >> Are they the same dad or different dads? Hey, I have three kids who have the same dad. And I have one other kid who has he has a different dad, but his dad actually takes care of him and sees about him and all the other stuff. Her dad doesn't let me do I can lay up in this room and die for all heing care. Like my aunt's been trying to help me. I'm trying to help myself. I just don't I just want to get stable first. Like >> and sometimes that's hard. You know that, right? It's not always easy. Some things are nothing but some real fast people feel like my daughter doesn't need to be around a he in the year 1993. >> Okay. I want to be a danger to my kids >> with the first father my child. I know what it's like when somebody's beating on you and somebody's hitting on you and making you feel bad. I know what it's like. I don't want to be that type of person to my shield. >> Like I don't want to be that type of person to no one. >> I got you. >> I just caught an endless cycle. I can't even do nothing for myself or my kids right now. I can't do much. >> Have you worked before? >> Yes, I have. >> Where did you work before? >> Um, I've worked at plenty of places. I just had a baby in July. >> In July? >> Yes. So, I had to quit working. And I was staying with my aunt, but me and her was buttered head, so she made me leave. >> Where's Where's your baby that you had in July? >> I gave it up for adoption. >> Okay. So, um, what's your baby right here? I didn't remember. What's her name? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Is that the only one that you have living with you currently or there's other? >> Yeah, I have a daughter and I have a son, but he's still my aunt. >> Okay. the same aunt that you don't like. I mean, y'all don't get along. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I know she going to tell y'all to take her away. So, I really don't care. >> Who? >> My aunt. >> We're not worried about you. We're worried about you. >> Nobody's ever Nobody's ever worried about the way we are. That's why we're here. >> And see, that's the thing cuz see if you can't that's going to be a uphill battle because it's not no one cares about you because again, she was staying with her aunt. Something led her aunt to be like, "Okay, you've got to get on your own two feet at some point." But you were staying with your aunt. I'm imagining the aunt probably was like, "Save your money so you can have somewhere to go." I don't even know if the aunt was charging her rent or not, if they mentioned that or not, but a roof over your head and you're not paying the full bills. Somebody does care. They care about you and your kids cuz she was able to stay there with her kids. But then eventually, you know, the aunt was like, "All right, you got a week to get out, but you she does care. You wouldn't even be able to um stay." And this month in this video is September. So, she had a baby 2 months prior to this body cam video cuz this is September and she said she had a baby in July. So, there is a two-month old baby that she said she gave up for adoption. And I don't know if the aunt has the two-month old baby. Then, there's a 2-year-old daughter that was that was on the body cam watching now. And then um the way she says is that she she has a son and daughter with that's staying with her aunt right now. So there's possibly four total children. I think I I see and and I'm not saying she's not going through postpartum. I'm saying that how can I put this? She needs treatment. I don't think it's something that can be ignored or swept under the rug. Um, there are multiple children that are not with her is all I can I'll say on that one because I can't I obviously I can't speak to um postpartum. I'm still trying to learn about permenopause and everything else. But yeah, no, I do believe highly likely she is also going through postpartum. Um I I when you're already harming the children, I like I said, I'm probably going to be sounding coldarted cuz once you start physically harming children, I'm I'm kind of out. You're concerned. So when when was the last time you saw your aunt or been there with her? Matter of >> fact, how long you been staying here at the hotel? >> Since last week. >> Just last week. Who paid for that? >> She paid for >> your auntie. Okay. Well, we got a wonderful young lady who's going to come talk to you. Okay. And >> what's going to happen to my daughter >> at this point? We can't make that call yet. This obviously needs some help because you did um call her to crisis line and the lady that's going to come speak to you. She have more answers for you. She have more resources than I can. Okay. Just promise me listen to her. You're going to talk to her and be honest with her. Okay. All right. Promise me that. I also want to say at the same time, I appreciate the officers for handling it how they're handling it because you don't want to antagonize someone in this situation because I'm not on scene. I I have my opinion and it's my opinion and everything, but they're there with her in person as she's, you know, going through all these stages of everything she's going through. So, I do appreciate how they're handling it. Um, just want to say their demeanor is they're really trying to be as helpful as they can and it's greatly appreciated. cuz that made me mad. Like see somebody else holding my daughter like like somebody's better than me. Like no feel like they'reing better than me and they can do a better job than do that. >> I'm sick of everybody else getting to go through stuff and then when I go through it it's a problem and I'm bad. You your mother? >> No. You >> like >> your mother be holding your daughter? >> Some down there holding my daughter >> and I'm acting like I'm just a danger and I'm a threat to her. It's not true. >> You want me? >> Well, the facts are that you are currently a danger and a threat to your daughter because you on this day put a scratch under her eye because you were upset. So, she she is a danger. Um, but also obviously there's the insecurity surfacing as well that she thinks automatically. Other people think that they're better than her and everything else. Um, and some may, you know, some may think that. I'm not even saying that that's not a possibility, but that's not that's not what to worry about. Someone's always going to think they're better than you. That's that's just humans. But I just hope they Well, they're giving her resources. Hopefully, she actually uses them so she can get help, get in a better mental state, do what she has to do to show her kids that I will no longer try to be I will no longer be a threat to you, although I have been in the past or I'm getting better so I can be better for y'all or something. But just keeping them to keep them so no one thinks that they're better than you. And then you you you take your anger out on them is not going to be the way. >> Want me to hold her? >> Give a who? I push you because you're upset. You got somebody to hold you know she want me to >> I'm sick of telling me I'm not a good parent. I can be a better parent than you. Read the [ __ ] then. >> You want me to hold her? >> That's what my aunt wants. She wants to take over my mother kids and turn them against me and take them away from you. You can be a better mother. Be them. Who the [ __ ] tells somebody that they can be a better mother to their kids than them and they know all that they [ __ ] went through? I don't give a let the [ __ ] do it then. I know I know others had the resources but I love my kids. Their fathers don't give a [ __ ] about them. I love my kids. Their fathers didn't even [ __ ] want to be around. Her dad gave away his other two kids cuz he didn't give a reason I got to kill my daughter cuz he wasn't around at the time. And my first son's father, he used to abuse the out of me. I've never went through domestic violence so bad from a [ __ ] throwing stuff black in my eye, throwing glass ashtrays at my head. It's not right. And I slapped around and I never told nobody. My family treats me like I'm crap. And you know I don't know my father. You know my mother is dead. I lost my brother. I have one other brother and we don't even talk. It's not fair to me. Everybody else gets to struggle in life and I do. It's a problem. They just intensely trying to make stuff out of me. Like, I don't care no more. I'm not no bad person and I'm not no bad parent. I want to be a mother. >> She needs treatment immediately and there's layers of life happening to her. Um, with her being a domestic violence victim, she needs treatment for that. She also um I what I don't understand is someone that I do understand psychologically how it happens but I wish that she could see that she was a victim of domestic violence and now she's making her daughter a victim of domestic violence like she is also creating a cycle and again treatment resources therapy um all those things are going to be the things that help because otherwise you can see how much of a victim you are in life and circumstances, but you're not able to see that you are creating new victims. >> I don't want to hurt my children. >> It's not fair to me. I just want to get right. I want to be there for my kids. >> I don't have I don't have an ID. >> You don't have ID? >> I only have a paper ID and it's old and it's ripped up. >> Let me see it. Yeah, over here all the way down. How y'all doing? >> Good. How you doing? >> All right. What's going on? >> Lady here. She cut the line this morning. >> Okay. >> Okay. She pulled slime. She was going to kill herself in her bed. >> Okay. A few minutes ago, she contacted her aunt as well via text. >> Okay. I didn't want to jump the gun cuz I wasn't sure. But as the police officer said, the woman said she was going to unalive herself and that 2-year-old baby that the police officer is holding me to see if she can help her pay the room. Okay. >> Cuz she's not able to. She doesn't have any resources. But I just want to throw that in there. She did tell over text she was going to harm the baby. >> Okay. Is aunt coming to get the baby? I can call her back and see if she's by herself, >> but she's saying that her aunt has a molested husband or something like that. So, okay. >> She she mentioned that, but then we didn't think any further than that and what she said. So, I already figured out what else you can get here. >> Already know what we got to do. >> Hey, how you doing? Hey, Matt. >> How you doing? >> Huh? >> I said take her. >> Hey, tell me what's going on. My name is >> I said what was going on already. >> Okay. I wasn't here. >> What's your name? >> I'm here trying to help you. All right. We're trying to get you to the hospital to get some help, but I in order for me to be able to do that, I got to get some information. Okay. All right. So, we going to get you transported to the hospital for um a mental health evaluation. Um I'll get the contact information for your aunt to kind of figure out what we're going to do with your baby girl. Um and we just kind of go from there. Okay. >> I guess I think we're Thanks, guys. Hey. Hi. >> The mother was taken to a hospital for a medical evaluation while her child was placed in the care of her aunt. The next day, officers spoke with the aunt and what she revealed left them stunned. >> Naomi. [Music] >> Hi, Miss. How are you? who been speaking with you since yesterday. >> Oh, it's nice to meet you. >> So, with the conversation that you had with her yesterday, how did that start? Cuz I know you told me about the text that she sent you about wanting to kill her. >> How did that conversation start? Because she wanted me to um give her money to pay for her room. >> Okay. >> I paid a couple of nights for her room and I told her, "Tiffany, I don't have any more money to pay for your room." Mhm. >> And she was telling, "Wes, I need to go to therapy. I don't have no bus fair and I don't have I" I said, "Well, that's not my responsibility. That's your responsibility, you know, because I had to have Tiffany evicted >> from my house." >> Um, she left on Labor Day. >> Right. Because I had to have her evicted before and I had the only reason I allowed her back because she was pregnant at the time. She didn't have no way to say no. So, Labor Day would have been like maybe no more than a week prior to this body cam cuz it's September 15th on the body cam. Um, so she was recently, you know, kicked out of her aunt's home and honestly looks like didn't even make it 7 days or so, maybe a week and a half after being kicked out. And it's it's everybody, you know, it's everyone else's fault. Um h I'm just looking at the timeline. >> No, she had a baby the 28th of July. So she has three children. >> She has four. >> Oh, but the two boys, the second child and the fourth child, they were adopted out to a family in Washington State. >> Same. Yeah, they have both of the boys. >> Okay. And so you got the Are they younger or older? The other one, >> the foury old, he's the oldest. >> He's the oldest. >> And I've been had him ever since he was nine months. >> Oh, wow. Okay. And the two that was adopted out, what are their ages? >> Uh, the newborn, and see Jeremiah is three. >> Gotcha. >> So, she has a four, three, and two, and a grand. >> Gotcha. Gotcha. So this is not the first time that she has been assessed I guess kind of like um hitting her children. >> Yeah. And see Tiffany her problem stem back from her mom's my baby sister. >> Okay. >> And her mom died from uh she had a brain tumor the same kind of jet moan. >> Yeah. >> That's what her mom had. And her mom survived five years after her diagnos. So she had surgery and Tiffany was young when this happened and she saw her mom you know health just deteriorate >> and then when her mama passed after that she just just like spiraled out of control >> and then that's when she started having these babies and >> okay >> so >> and I think that's the root of her problem and >> me and my sister tried to get help for Tiffany >> when she was 18 >> okay >> and she refused to help him because of her age you know we can do because she she refused it, >> right? >> Has she ever been hospitalized for mental health? >> No, not that I'm aware of. All right. And no diagnosis that you were aware of? >> Not that I'm aware of. >> Okay. All right. So, she was telling the truth on that, I guess. So, I know yesterday you mentioned that she was asking for funds >> so she could stay in the extended stay >> and then when did it kind of turn and get into the conversation about her saying that she was going to hurt the baby? >> Uh when she was was was talking about I'm just no I'm just no good. I can't do nothing right and you know all this stuff and then she because I was on my way to a doctor's appointment >> with the four yard remember that. No, he was in school myself. I had a doctor's appointment. >> And so when I was getting ready to get in the car and that's when I seen the text about her, you know, going to kill Naomi and I text her back. I said, "Don't hurt this innocent child. If you want to do something, do it to yourself and not to this baby." >> Okay. >> So, when I got to the doctor's office, I tried to call Miss Head, which was the original, >> okay, >> uh, defects worker that I had spoke with had came out to the house originally. >> Okay. So I couldn't get in touch with her and I didn't know I didn't know where Tiffany was staying. So I said I can't call the police because I don't even know I didn't know where she was staying. >> So then by that time my phone rang. I think it was you calling. It was sh police calling me. >> Okay. >> You know telling me that they were there with Tiff and I could hear her screaming and holling about you know the baby and >> Okay. >> So >> Okay. The first time you found out where she was basically. >> Mhm. >> Okay. Gotcha. So when you had her evicted, she was just kind of staying with different people. >> No, she went to that hotel. That's >> So she had been there ever since she was evicted. >> Gotcha. And so basically when this kind of happened, that's when you kind of encountered where she was. >> Yeah. >> Gotcha. I know you mentioned that you were trying to be in a in a situation where you was trying to provide for her because you knew she wasn't like stable, >> right? And see, she wouldn't the only reason she left because she wanted to take both kids. And I said, "You cannot take because he's in school. You can't just snatch him out of school. He's doing too good now." >> Right? >> And so that's the only reason she left them here. >> Okay. >> And then like yesterday, she started because see every time >> I don't do what Tiffany want me to do. Then she started using these kids as puns because she was the text she sent me one was I want my son, >> you know, when she can't get what she want, she use these children. >> Gotcha. Gotcha. Gotcha. And do you have custody of first time? >> No, I do not have legal custody. >> No legal custody. So, um, do you have some sort of guardianship or anything? >> Well, the only thing the one the defects put in place yesterday because I'm a family member today and that's the only thing that I have. >> Okay. So, I'm just kind of giving you some authorization for their wellbeing decisions. >> Right. And they also have in there that she cannot get these children until she could get some type of help. >> Okay. We talked about that. >> Yeah. Okay. So, that's a good thing. That was my concern. >> And it was for both the children, correct? >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, I'm happy about that cuz I know that was what you expressed yesterday and I'm just like, you know, with this situation is unfortunate. However, it may be a blessing cuz now you able to provide for them. >> Yeah. Because I have been praying about this. I said, "Lord, ain't going to work things out how we want them, but he's going to work it out for the best." >> Yes, ma'am. >> So, I have the kids now. >> Good. Good. >> Okay. >> So, so with this, are they opening up a case with this >> or what did he say? He didn't really say. >> Okay. >> Because they were still working on it. So, >> okay. >> I hope they open up a case for the two children that are still with the auntie, including the 2-year-old daughter now. So, that refreshed my memory. I and I don't even know if I caught that the first time I watched this video that out of her four children, two were adopted into families outside of their like relatives, outside of their family tree. Two were adopted, including the newborn baby that's 2 months old. Then thankfully, the auntie insisted that the four-year-old stays with her so he can keep going to school cuz, you know, they need a routine and need safety. And then, of course, now the authorities brought over the 2-year-old daughter uh for her safety as well. So, I definitely hope they have a case open. Um, and now obviously we're two years ahead of this happening. So, hopefully the kids are in the auntie's custody and this mom is getting some type of professional help because people can change. That's the point of uh, you know, treatment and things like that because you you hope someone doesn't stay in the same spot that they're in. But in the meantime, kids deserve safety as that's happening. >> All right. So, I know the main thing they just wanted to make sure that she was in a safe environment. >> So, you probably hear from them again and stuff like that. So, just make make sure that they do add that stipulation um in her case plan about mental health evaluation and mental health um treatment. >> Um and then of course it's on her to work it. She wants to eventually get them back, >> right? Because I had always told Tiffany because after she had that last baby that affected her too because she had gave up two children because she had a breakdown one of her meltdowns here, >> you know, and this baby's dead and the new baby's dead cuz three of the kids have the same daddy. >> Okay. >> And he never signed neither one of the kids birth certificates, you know, didn't want no claim or whatever to them, >> right? >> And um she was saying like I wanted to keep my baby. I wanted to keep my baby >> and I think that and among other things >> it's just but she do need help. She really do. >> And so after she had the last baby, I think the hospital uh referred her to this program >> that she was going and she was taking therapy. I know she went to I know two of the sessions. >> Okay. Two sessions. >> And I and she when she told me about it, I said, "Well, Tiffany," I said, "That's the first step. admitting that you need help, right? >> I said that's where you begin and that's your start. >> You got to admit to yourself and realize that you need help, right? >> Because nobody make you do it. You have to do it for yourself. >> I agree. I agree. Well, we had that talk and so I'm hoping that maybe something kind of resonated, but you know, she got to want it for herself. >> I know. >> Yeah. Yeah. So, I'm just glad baby girl in a good space. >> Yes. I know she you going to take good care of her and stuff like that. So, >> do you all need any >> um I need a couple things. One, actually, I saw there's another picture of her head. See, there's actually something on the left. >> The other thing, too, is the text message. We're going to probably need that as well. We're going to be obaining charters on her for what she did yesterday. Mhm. >> Um, so >> she tried to believe the children and uh most likely carries the threats from the text message that she said she was going to kill the baby. Um, >> thank you for allowing us to come over and talk to you real quick. >> Later, charges were filed for child abuse and terroristic threats, but she never showed up to face them. And when officers couldn't find her anywhere, warrants for her arrest were issued. Two months later, officers were called to a Motel 6 in Chambley, Georgia about a woman who had stayed past checkout time. Despite being given multiple warnings, she still refused to leave. >> I forgot that that they went to another place. Okay, so let's see what happens on this part. [Music] Excuse us. >> Hi. >> Hi. >> I called you guys. >> What's going on? >> So 5:25. Um I mean it's after 1:00. She had like 2 3 hours to figure out what she was going to do. Um I sent my house up there after 11 to ask her what she checking out. Um she called in the word. So then I went up there about an hour ago, asked her. She said she was making a reservation. I told her I'll come back. I actually came back in 20 minutes instead of 10 minutes and she's still just sitting on the bed like she just woke back up. So I go up there again about 5 minutes ago and she's like trying to fight and basically taking her sweet time getting up out the room. I need her gone. >> Okay. So you want her to leave? >> Yeah, she got to go and she need to go ASAP. So if she needed to help her throw her little stuff in the bag, I'll do that. But as far as her talking to me like that. >> So 5:25. >> Mhm. and tell her she needs to leave. >> She definitely needs to go. >> Thank you. [Music] >> What is it? I'm getting What more you want me to do? >> Chley, please. >> What? >> I told you I was getting my stuff together. What more you want me to do? You going to arrest me? Rest me to the ground. >> I want you to leave. >> You going to break my neck? >> No. >> Okay. I need to get my stuff together. She said she'd give me an hour. >> Well, an hour's up. >> It's not been an hour. She came up here at 1:12. >> No, she told you to leave now, >> bro. >> I need to get my stuff together. >> All right. So, get it together and let's go. >> All right. I'm not nowhere near done. So, y'all going to have to sit there and wait an hour. Like I said, >> no, you going to give about 10. >> I'm not doing >> You going to leave. >> All right, I can do that, but I'm not rushing to get my stuff together cuz y'all stay in there. I don't give a [ __ ] about 12. I'm not scared of y'all at all. Got me [ __ ] up. I'mma take my time and get my together. Yes, the I am. Y'all just been standing all day for all I hear. Oh, no, she didn't. She did come here at 1:12 and tell me, "Oh, I had an hour." It's been an hour. No [ __ ] hasn't. What time is it? >> 2:12. That's how long I'm taking to pack my stuff. It's 1:29. >> Call back if you need to. >> No, ma'am. >> This is like deja vu with just different outfits. >> You have until about 1:45. >> No, I don't. >> You going to arrest me? I don't want to, but I will. >> I guess I just leave all my here then. >> That's up to you. >> I'm giving you 15 minutes. >> I'm not leaving without my So, if that's a problem, oh well, y'all need to start packing up with me. >> She started. >> Oh, perfect. >> Hello. >> So, question. >> Yeah. Did you guys What time did you guys tell her most recently when to be out of this? >> I told her about 5 minutes before I called you guys. >> That she needed to be out at what time? Did you give her time or anything? >> Yeah, the first time I gave her 10 minutes. >> Okay. >> And but I didn't come back up here in 10 minutes. I came up back up here like 20 minutes >> around. What time was that >> roughly? >> Had to go like 12. >> Okay. But the first time my my houseman came up here, it was like 11:30ish. >> What time is check out? >> 11:00. >> Okay. So, let me ask you a question. Right now, we're telling her to leave. If she doesn't leave, we're going to arrest her for trespass. That's really >> Yeah, she she she needs to go. I don't care if she go to jail. >> Okay. >> But when she get off this property, she need to walk somewhere, not >> lingering around. Okay. But she is gathering her stuff, right? Allegedly, I gave it to 145. >> So, >> that's pretty long. Is she moving or is she still sitting on the bed? >> She's packing while she's cussing at us. And yeah, >> I'm not convinced she's trying to get packed in time. So, >> she she definitely need to >> and she disturbing us. She said like 145. >> I Yeah, I mean she know that. She knows the hotel. You can't stay up in no hotel room without paying. That's common sense. And then she sit here and she, you know, cuss out my staff. and stuff like that. And I've been working with her. This not the first time she been late and I've never said nothing about it because I, you know, I expect her to extend when she calling my my my guys, you know, all types of bwords and then I come up here and you slam the door in my face and I've been trying to work with her like at at this point I'm done. So yeah, she's trash. >> Thank you. >> Thank you, >> ma'am. I just want to let you know you have about 5 more minutes. All right. At that point, if you do not exit the room, you will be arrested for criminal trespass. >> So, I can't finish my stuff, right? >> As long as you can do it in 5 minutes, you can. >> Oh, it won't be done in 5 minutes. Don't tell. >> Well, >> see, that's that entitlement. Um, she had normal checkout time to check out plus the extra time the lady at the front desk gave her. Then the extra time that the police officers gave her, you had time, you just chose to, you know, and I I'm sure it's probably because she doesn't have somewhere to go. Like, if we just going to be honest, she don't have nowhere else to go, so there's no hurry on her part to pack up and everything, but I don't understand how you can be rude and curse out people um that are trying to give you a little extra something. Um, I just don't understand how because it doesn't make your situation any easier. So, I never understand how people start uh being angry at the people that are like, "Okay, we can give you a little bit more time. We'll try this." And then it's still, you know, f y'all. Y'all are bees. And all this other stuff. >> I don't know what else to tell you. >> By law, I have a right to get my stuff out of this hotel. >> You do? >> Yes, I do. It's my stuff. All right, ma'am. At this point, you have to exit the room. [Music] >> Are you going to exit? >> I'm still getting myself. >> At this point, you need to exit now. We could help you bring your what you have packaged down or you could go to jail right now. >> What do you want to do? >> You need to come out of the room. >> Would you like me to grab your stuff for you and bring >> Yes. and bring my phone out and make sure you don't forget nothing. watching. >> Make sure you don't get that blazer, too. >> I need that right there. My phone charger with her children. She's treating them like bell hops. Did she say uh y'all need to do y'all job or something like that? Make sure y'all do it right. She is I don't know. I don't know why you would antagonize the situation. >> That's all we're grabbing right now. What's back? >> Get my phone. >> I got it. It's in here. >> Did you get the charger? >> Yes. >> Oh, okay. And my shoes. I need my shoes to run bad. >> I told y'all it would take longer than that. But no one wants to listen. So I don't know what I'm talking about with my own. I had underneath the bed. >> We should have got it when we gave the time. I did. >> There you go. Put them in. >> Who the [ __ ] I look like? The Flash. >> Okay. >> Oh, okay. At least one of y'all is curious. It will be the white one. >> I will not be courteous out of the bunch. >> Oh, you saying like cuz I hate I mean >> Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. I don't have the patience to do these jobs. That every time I watch a body cam, it shows me I I don't have the patience to be that the child care services or, you know, I don't have the patience to be a police officer. I don't have the patience to be and I've had to kind of do it front desk at a hotel. I don't have the patience for any of these jobs on these body cams because no ma'am [Music] >> ma'am don't come back on the property. Okay. >> All right. Shortly after, officers were called back to the Motel 6 because the woman had returned to the property. >> I know you lying. I y'all, every time I think we about to be done, the narrator comes back on. Shout out to Crime Cam now. And of course, the video will be linked so you can watch it with no interruption. But oh my gosh. >> Yeah, I'm not sure where she is. She's ling around. >> Is the door upstairs? Was it closed? It's closed, but I mean with enough force, you can get it open. >> Is there a way to jump out here? >> Yep. All right, go ahead. Put your hands on your back. >> What's to myself? Um, what's up to 6? Is there anything over there that you need to go with you right now to the gym? >> No. >> What do you need? I can't take everything. So, what do you need from that? >> My computer, my purse, and my wallet. >> Okay. I'll grab your wallet, your computer, and your purse. But the wallet's going to go to the jail. The computer's going to go to the police department. All right. for right now. Just stand by right here. You actually want it. >> Okay. >> Uh cruelty to children and terroristic threats. >> I was wondering about that when they let her go the first time. Um cuz you know the narrator said she had warrants out cuz she you know had failure to appear and everything else and they didn't take her although I think she was identified. Um they were like you know just don't come back. And now they also see that she is wanted. So I was wondering about that when they let her go the first time. Um, and this is November on the body cam versus September when she got the charges. >> She was arrested on two outstanding warrants for cruelty to children in the first degree and terroristic threats as well as a new charge of criminal trespass before being transported to the DevOp County Jail. >> Okay. Well, um I have to go take care of something and then I will be back with uh at least one more body cam today. So hopefully I'll see y'all if you didn't get to uh catch this live. But thank you for the ones that are in here for this current live and I will see y'all later. Um let me know your thoughts in the comments. Talk to you later. Bye.
