All right, y'all. I decided I'm going to try out putting my song at the end instead of the beginning. See how that see how I like that. Hopefully my volume sounds better. I physically put my microphone like it's so close. Like it's like right here, but just right out of the camera thing. So, I'm hoping you can hear me better. I hate that they touched anything, but here we are. So, if you're here, you saw the title. We are definitely talking about people that are related to people in the justice system in some kind of way, and they are carrying their honorary badge on why they should not be arrested or in trouble. Um, the ones I'm playing, I was sent. And the first one I'mma play, I just had to get out the way. But I don't like this first one. I don't like it at all. Um, you'll see why, but I'm going tell you right now, well, both these people in this thumbnail about to piss both piss everybody off, I think. We'll see. Um, but real quick reminder, tonight is our birthday bash, happy hour. So, the one we were talking about, so we could do a little Leo season, happy birthday to me. And then next week, I'll be flying out to Puerto Rico. Um, so that'll be fun. What else? But I'll see y'all. I mean, like, well, I don't know if I'll see y'all before then. This is our f our full weekend right now. Anyway, we're also going to be analyzing the charges that each person is um arrested for, all those good things. And I'll be talking. So, if you only want to see the videos, they are in the description box already. And is there anything else? No, I think that's it. Okay. So yeah, I got the um link to the live for tonight already pinned in the chat if you want to remind yourself. But all right, so let's go ahead and start with you got to think like a juror. And I will be asking or the implied question is going to be do you think this person is actually guilty of the charges or not? And so this one occurred in Illinois. And what you're going to be looking at is first of all, they were charged with criminal trespass to a residence, resisting a peace officer, and obstructing a peace officer. So with the criminal trespass, what the defense could challenge on the charges are, did she knowingly remain without authority, or was there confusion about her legal right to remain because of her relationship with one of the residents and her prior access to the home? At what point was any prior permission legally and clearly revoked? And did she remain after that point long enough to establish the charged offense? Given that the suspect had not established the residence as her own, does the evidence establish that she knowingly remained inside without authority after being told to leave for the resisting a peace officer? Did she did the suspect physically resist the officer's attempt to arrest her? Or was her conduct limited to arguing, questioning officers, or verbally refusing to cooperate? And for her third charge, obstructing a peace officer, did the suspect's conduct actually obstruct the officer's performance of an authorized duty? Or was she merely arguing and refusing instructions without legally obstructing them? Did you send this one? I see your warns already for guilty. Or is that for sound? It's for guilty or sound. But um thank you for the happy birthdays. Yeah. About to give y'all a headache. They must You must have done this. We're all about to have a headache. So, let's get these out. This one out the way. Let's go. All right. >> I'mma eat you. If I land back, >> tell her right now she's not bad. She's not allowed to come back on my property. I will. I bet you I will. On March 4th, 2025, [music] Bradley police officers responded to a residence following a request to remove an unwanted individual from a residence. >> I'm trying to calm down. I want her out my house. >> Okay. >> Let's go out of my house. >> Who's her? >> Some girl. I don't know. I don't know the true nature of the relationship. Calvin, tell her to come out here now, please. >> Just come here real quick. Just so >> Do you live here? >> I live here. >> Hi. um give me permission in order to see her banning her from my house. She's leaving her ex-wife. She's mad at me because I'm here right now, but she's in the process of grabbing all of her [ __ ] and going. You know what I'm saying? So, uh essentially right now she's trying to use the fact of the matter that she's under the lease in order to try to get me out, but she's getting ready to leave herself. >> Kevin, what did we just >> like? She has no business to be here. You mind if I step in and talk to you guys? >> Yeah, by all means. >> She did. >> She asked her business to be here. Okay. She deserted the >> Who lives here? >> All right. Hang on then. Uh, how long has she been staying here? >> I just showed up today, sir. >> Okay. Has she been living here? >> I don't think I read the title. This is She's a judge's daughter. Uh, the one we're looking at right now. >> She's been living here on and off. >> Okay. for the approximately of of 13 years, but they're getting a divorce. And the problem is is because they're getting a divorce. I'm here right now. Kids like me, >> she's she look sir, she's shown up with a gun to try to shoot me. Okay. >> Okay. >> Like she has gone above and beyond. >> Okay. Hang on. Let me talk. Okay. Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. Let me talk. >> So, you're no longer staying here. Is that what I'm getting? >> I live here. We just made we just talked about this. We are still living here. I moved my stuff out for a couple days. >> We got into it. But he was staying in some apartment. I don't know the true nature of their friend their relationship. Even right now in this moment, he ain't messed with her. He's saying that out loud right now. She just keeping some [ __ ] going on. I'm over this. >> Mhm. >> I just want her out of my house. >> Okay. >> Okay. You won't let me talk. Let me talk. Okay. Got it. She lives here, too. She can be here. I understand that there [clears throat] by no means is no dis. >> Can I finish talking? >> But he can finish talking and therefore he >> can I finish talking me to be here. >> Can I finish talking? >> Yeah, I know my rights. >> She just >> and she really in there antagonizing me. She really wanted me to put my hands on her and I'm being very very calm with her and I just like I'm so serious. She got to go. She has to go. She can't stay. >> Come on. She can walk to where she needs to go. She got to go. >> How'd she get here? I don't know how she got here. She don't got a car either. >> Charles Lincoln. Adam Robert King. First name Savannah. >> This has nothing to do with Right. She just won't let me talk. Okay. You called us. >> Call you. >> Whoever Whoever called us. I don't really care. Right. >> Let's start here. Auntie Natty, cuz I pre-watched it this morning and one of my first questions was, "Can he not talk?" Cuz the cop said I'm he's asking, what's his name? Calvin, whatever. Questions. Not her. But she keeps answering. I'm like, does he not have a voice? What's going on with that? So, Auntie Netty, same page with you on that one. Uh, let me put this out here now because I'm going to probably keep looking mad. I don't know if I'm going to say everything in my head, but I'm put this out now. I don't care about anybody interraially dating. So, everything that pisses me off is not because he is dating another race. I don't care. It is the things that come out of her mouth. It is how he will not talk as if she's not in there to me stressing out the kid or kids and talking to his ex-wife like that's not the mother of his children and then how he can't talk even though the cops are asking him questions directly and I feel like I probably I probably heard two whispers out of this man is what I really feel like and I hate it especially once she starts saying some things she says when she's sitting on that couch. So, it is not just it is not that I don't care that he is dating interraially, but I care about everything that follows after I watch this video. So, just want to put that out there cuz I'm not going to keep saying it. >> No. Okay. But I'm trying to explain this to you if you would let me explain to you. >> I'm listening. >> She has a right to be here. You're saying she has no reason to be here. She has a right to be here. >> No, I agree with you. >> He has a right to have you over. I'm not saying you can't be here. What I'm saying is she does have a right to be here if she has lived here. that >> you did. You said she has no right to be here. >> She has no reason to be here right now. If you want to be verbatim for what I said, >> well, I'm going to tell you, she has if she wants to be here, she can be here. She is with you. >> True. >> Okay. I cannot force her to leave. You have to get her evicted. Okay. >> Exactly. >> You have a right to be here if he's allowing you to be here. >> Exactly. >> So, we're not going to remove you. Okay. >> I know that. >> But Okay. But you won't let me talk. You just keep talking. You won't let me talk. Okay. I'm trying to explain that. You You're okay to be here? >> I I'm used to Manino police. I have Manino police. >> Okay. Well, but this is his house as well. >> It is. He just told her to leave. He just told her to leave. >> Like I said, what I'm trying to get at is if he's allowed if he's allowed her to be here. >> It's No, right now she has to go. Well, >> me and my kids are in here. This is going to turn physical. She needs to get out of here. She has to get out of here. >> But what I'm saying is legally if he is allowed, can we go? I need him to tell you from his >> I will go I will go talk to him in a minute. But what I'm trying to explain to you is if he has leaked if he has allowed her to be here. If he welcomed her to come here, we cannot force her to leave. >> Right now at this present moment, he had her hand her his her coat in his hand saying, "Go, let's go get out." She sat down, said, "I'm not going nowhere." >> Okay, I will go talk to him, get his side of the story, and figure this out. But I'm not saying that it's going to cause any issues, but the best thing right now is to just keep everyone separated so that way there's no other issues. What is a good phone number for you? >> Cuz there >> we like to explain things to you guys >> the proper way to go about things. Okay. >> Okay. I appreciate that. >> Now, if she's leaving, then we'll get her out of here. >> Yeah, she's leaving. >> Does she have property here that she needs to grab or anything? >> She have plenty of property here. Um >> cuz we can stand by while she grabs her property. She needs to do that. >> I need to grab it right now. She just double pulled it off. It's uh a whole different way to go. >> Okay. >> And can we check her for a gun? >> She shouldn't. >> Well, I can't search her based off of >> She shouldn't be in the caramel individuals with guns. >> If >> if she said she was going to blow my brains off. >> When didn't she say this? >> Just recently. Right now. >> I'm tell you right now, if she said any of the things we actually see her say on camera, first of all, that's that woman's property still. That is that woman's property. She is not violating. When I say that woman, I mean the ex-wife's property. They share the property, her and her husband. If this woman that has said anything she says when we actually can see her on camera, said that to that woman off camera, that's the least the woman could say to her in my opinion. Cuz one, you're not leaving a place that I have residence at. I own. You do not own. And then I'd have choice words for both of them cuz like why aren't you growing some and get her out of here? Especially like I don't know if the kids in the house right now, but I don't like that whole the kids like me better. No, they don't. No, they don't. You look like a drug addict. They probably looking at their daddy like what the hell is this? And and with the things she was comfortable saying on camera, I know she said some things around their kid. The kids don't like you. Go away. But she's going to stay because Calvin, you know that's Calvin's girl, so whatever. >> Just today. >> Yeah. >> She showed up here and said that. >> Yeah. >> Okay. And this is not the person. >> You guys have IDs on you? >> I don't personally. >> Savannah. S A V H A N. >> One second. One second. >> And address. Do >> just hear me. So if I were to mail you a million dollars, this is where you'd have it mailed. You don't have any other address or anything? >> I'll meion. >> And I have I don't have a million dollars to mail. I'm just >> Well, you know, I'll have my buddy suck me. [laughter] >> All right. Okay. 54. I have another by name. So what had you allowed her to be here? >> Yeah, she we allowed her. What ended up happening? >> Last name Clark. >> Charles Lincoln, Adam Robert King. First name Savannah. >> No, I was standing in the basement. The dog opened the basement. >> Yeah, he's he wanted to ask him. He's just asking He's the main officer, so he's just >> afraid. >> He's just asking him if he's allowing you to be here. >> Um, >> am I allowed to be here? >> Yes, you're allowed to be. I wanted you to be here. >> Okay. All right, that's fine. But now you have to solve that. >> That's That's >> So So is she just Is she just here grabbing items and then leaving? >> But she wants >> Is she just here grabbing items so that she can leave? >> No. >> Or she wasn't done all together here at all. I didn't want her to just not be able to come here to get stuff. >> Okay. >> At all at all. She's This is still our house, too. She's not banned from this place. >> You get what I'm saying? >> Um it's still a lot I'm I'm more than likely going to be moving out. She going to be moving in. Okay. For real. For real. >> But she's just grabbing a few items just to get away for a few days. >> Yeah. Getting the kids. >> Okay. But if you've allowed her to be here, but you guys do probably have intentions on leaving at some point. Okay. >> Um, >> we just don't want no >> The issue I mean, the issue is this is both of your guys' house. >> I mean, she doesn't want her here, but you're the one that's welcomed here. I can't force her to leave. >> So, what did she say? >> Clear some of >> Can you 10? Sorry. background. >> We just, like I said, I I like I like to explain to people the full picture. You know what I'm saying? That's why I wanted to explain to you. >> We're not going to make you leave at all. And you know that. >> Well, I'm right. >> No, I know. I'm just I wanted to explain all that to you. >> Right. >> Who you going to order? >> Time for >> my ex. >> Okay. Not her. >> Okay. >> All right. Um, >> so let me go talk to her again. see what her intentions are for the day. Um, sound like she might just be wanting to leave, but I mean, like I said, if you're if you're willing and allowing her to be here, >> it's both your guys' house. I can't force her to leave. >> That's what I'm saying. She's not upset that I was here. That's all. >> So, what are your intentions for the rest of the day? >> She needs to go pick up her daughter. >> You need to go pick up your daughter and then what? >> We were coming back here to eat dinner. I brought groceries up in here. >> Okay. So, like I I kind of already explained to you and explained to him, this is both of your guys' house. You don't want her here. He's allowed her to be here. >> I can't physically force her to leave the stairs. Ask him to step to the stairs. Ask >> me for I see this is what people do. I don't know which label is correct. Like, did you have y'all filed paperwork and there's been a divorce settlement or y'all are working on a divorce so you're going to go ahead and call each other ex-husband, ex-wife? It's a great question cuz I don't know, but they it is still both their houses. I do know that much. And later he's gonna say something like it's probably gonna be him that moves out and she keeps the house. So, but I don't know because people be throwing out X, but they they on the way to being, you know, like officially ex anyway. Officially divorced, but they be saying they divorced and not divorced. [laughter] Hey, thank you so much Akuo for the super chat. Leo gang gang. [laughter] Yes, I be terrorizing people at work. I do. I be like, it's Leo season all year. I especially mess with the Virgos because they're they're right after us. But my dad's a Virgo, so don't take it too personally. I be I just be messing with y'all. I don't mean it. But yes, thank you. Shout out to the Leo gang in here. >> Step to the stairs. >> Calvin, come here. >> Yeah. >> Calvin, come here. >> Hey, you want to do you want to talk to her or no? >> No, he doesn't. >> He said no. >> I I want to hear from him. Hey, Kevin. >> Do you want to talk to her or No, >> that you go there. Calvin, come You don't have Do you want to talk to her or no? >> Yes. Okay. >> Now, tell them you want her out of here. She can go where she needs to go right now. >> She can't go there until 6:00. >> I don't give a if she walk to the Tell them she has to leave out of here right now. >> I will never come back in this [ __ ] and I will fight you tooth and nail and I will never come back in here. Tell this she got to go. Tell her she got to go. If you don't say it right now, yo, I'm not coming back here. If you don't say it right now, I'm not coming back here. If you don't say it right now, I'm not coming back. >> Stop. This isn't Let them talk. >> Got you. >> I don't want her here ever again. >> She's no >> I'm going to give you all this to her. I'm going to be gone. >> That's all I'm saying. >> Get out now. You have to go. >> Going to be gone too eventually. >> Where are we going to? >> I said I'm going to be going too. >> Okay. Go ahead, Calvin. You got Savannah. >> Go for it. >> Say no. Just tell the cops no so we can figure it out. We'll talk to each other. >> Tell the cops know. That's all. >> Listen. Yeah. Listen. >> Hey, she got to go. >> Savannah, >> I know. That's all they want to hear. They want to hear. >> Savannah, >> I will figure it out. >> Savannah, just grab a coat, grab your shoes. Let's Let's get moving. for a couple hours then you can come back and I'm going to go with you and you're coming. >> Auntie Natty says, "Didn't she say they had an argument and she left for a couple days to cool off?" Possibly. That's probably what you heard is right. I have a little level of annoyance that is blocking my ears right now and I don't remember it from when I watched it by myself what she said. I don't get it >> because the cops just sat there and said that if you say no to me being here I'm going to kick me out. >> Savannah, just grab your stuff. You guys can reconvene later. He just said he's tell No, you're telling him what to do. >> Okay. You're being narcissistic right now. >> Go ahead. Do you want me to leave? >> Just let just go. Let things cool off for a couple hours. >> Do you want me to leave? >> Try it again later. Calvin, I want her banned from this house. I don't want her here cuz we will be here. I don't want her here. >> This is stupid. This should have been avoided cuz she should have never came here. >> What I can suggest to you tomorrow, go to the courthouse and try and file for an emergency order protection against her. >> Okay? >> This is your address. If you don't want her here, if they grant the order of protection she served, she's not allowed back here. >> If she does come back here at that point, then there's criminal charges. Okay. >> Um, >> my only thing is like even right now she she she over here just antagonizing all this other stuff. I I have to punch a wall so I don't punch her face cuz she got me messed up right now. I understand that. But she shouldn't have been here to begin with. >> You said you got to get your daughter. >> Yeah. I But I want to see her leave. >> You ready? You got your stuff. >> Savannah, let's go. just for a little bit. Let things calm down. >> He just said he's going to come leave and go wherever you're going. [snorts] >> I need you to stand up. No, we're not doing it. Stand up. >> Listen to what Calvin says. Although it's hard to hear Calvin. The cop is over her pretending, but they still going to drag this out too long in my opinion. But listen to what Calvin says cuz she says I'm calling a ride. Listen to Calvin. >> I'm getting a ride. >> You can call for right outside. Stand up. Let's go. >> Stand up and go. >> Aren't you calling my phone? >> No. >> Stand up and go. >> Stop calling your phone. >> Stand. >> It's dumb and dumber together. Every They need to both go. He said, "Aren't you calling my phone?" That's because she was trying to pretend like she was calling someone, but she just called your number. And then she's dumb for pretending to call. But like y'all said, I don't think she has anywhere to go. >> Up and go where you're going in cuffs. >> We don't have to deny this. >> Stand up and go. >> This don't make any sense. >> You're making this way more difficult. >> I'm going to [ __ ] I'm giving you opportunity to leave. I'm waiting. >> Stand up and go. >> Just in case anyone lately is too It's so much going on that you will be super triggered. She's about to throw out the nword a lot. So, I'm telling you that now in case it's like, you know what? Today is not the day. I don't want to be a part of this. I get it because I barely showed this one, but here we are. Because I I I'm showing it to embarrass the hell out of Calvin cuz this is stupid. Why are you with someone like this? So, here you go. No, you are being narcissistic. Yeah, >> you are trying. You're just causing way more drama than needs to be here. Why does it have to be this difficult? Stand up to me. >> As simple as just leaving for a couple hours and then coming back. >> You want to explain? >> Go call for a ride. We will stand by while you're >> Okay. Do you want her going right now? >> No. >> You want her to leave? >> Give them whiten what they want. Come on. Give this white. >> Great language, Savannah. >> Give this white what he wants. Give this white what he wants. Give this white what he wants. Give this white what he wants. Give this white what he wants. Give this white what he wants. Say it. Give this white [ __ ] what he wants. Give this white what he wants. Just like that fat [ __ ] >> Give the what they want. Give give the what they want. By all means, let's pray parade. Give the [ __ ] what they want. Give the what they want. Calvin, give them what they want. >> You want to talk to them? >> Give them what they want. >> You want to step up and talk to them real quick? >> Give them what they want. >> Calvin, can you just >> step out here? >> I don't know. >> Speak to that officer. >> Do you want her here now or No. >> No. >> No. So, you want her out of the house? >> We need a straight answer. Yes or no? >> We need a straight answer. Yes or no? >> Yes, sir. >> I'm going tell you now. I'm I I would fight both of them. And I know y I tell y'all all the time like I'm just not I don't fight. But for her for her and she's in my home, I'm fighting him and her because I'm fighting him for letting her get away with saying that mess. And I know you letting her say it in front of my kids, too. I'm fighting her for saying it. Yeah, I She can call the police when she leave my house because she cuz she leaving in a different state that she came in. I don't need to call the police. I was protect No, you know what? No, no, no. Sorry, sorry, sorry. We got to We got to do this, right? I will call the police after I have protected myself in my home to let them know I am a victim of a person that was intruding when I told them they were not welcome in my home and I had to defend myself in my property. I will call the police after that. >> Okay. >> No, give the >> He said he wants you out. You just said it. >> This is not what I want at this point. >> All right. Give them that they want. >> Hold tight. >> You want >> He said when he walked in, he said, "Yes, sir." >> He said, "Yes, sir." She won't get off the couch. >> So, hook up her for trespassing. >> Just we're trying to figure we're trying to get her out. So, just hang on one second. Okay. >> So, he won't hang out. >> He won't give us an exact yes or no. Does he want her to leave? He just kind of keeps mumbling and all that stuff. Now, she's sitting on the couch and she's refusing to get up. It's >> both of their houses. >> Female doesn't want her here. Male won't give us an exact straight answer, yes or no, whether he wants her here. 42. >> Um, if the female there wants her to leave, >> I want to leave. And if she doesn't, ask her to sign a complaint for trespass. >> Unless she maybe your convincing words will get her to get off the couch and leave. I mean, she she's not wanting to listen to either one of us. >> Ma'am, >> just to confirm, whose residence is this? >> Okay. Both are on the lease. >> Yes. >> Her home >> or own or rent? >> Rent. >> Okay. But both are on the lease. >> Yep. I'll call Kathy right now. >> Okay. And would you be willing to sign a complaint if she does not leave? >> Absolutely. >> Okay. I'll tell her that. >> Young lady, this uh lady out here wants you to leave. If you don't, you're going to she's going to sign a complaint for trespassing and go to jail today. >> All right. I'm going to jail. >> You want to go to jail? >> Did she provide an ID or did she >> Yep. We already got >> an actual ID. Do you have an actual ID with you? >> I call him. >> Do you have an actual ID with you, ma'am? >> You guys have to figure that out. I don't have to provide anything. >> Go ask her to sign the complaint. Get her to sign the complaint. You're not leaving. >> I know the title says judge's daughter thinks she's above the law. I need to know who this judge is. Is it a judge that has disowned her? So, she claims the connection, but they would never show up for her. Or do they still acknowledge her? Or is she is she lying? But the title kept it anyway because I cannot believe that. I know everybody has some problems in their family. So, technically, you can't have it. I I need proof on her. Um Calvin is the vacasillator. I agree. I agree. Yes, Pacino rules. They probably he probably they probably do hate getting these domestic calls. It's so probably exhausting. Thank goodness it's not a dangerous situation because they're the ones that usually get hurt in those. But yeah, um I know they hate going out to these. He's overruled. He's indecisive and she's called them. Right. Everybody the n-word. Got to go. Right, Pette. Right. >> Help her. >> You said you will sign a complaint. >> Yep. >> All right. Give me one second. forever. >> I don't know why you want to do things the hard way. >> Yeah. >> We're giving you every chance you can to walk away from here. >> Said he's going to leave the house and come wherever you're going. >> No, >> he just said that. >> He literally just said that he doesn't want me out of the house, but you guys are all [ __ ] sitting here doing what? Listening to her. >> She She's the owner of the house. As long as >> No, she's not. >> Okay. >> She's the owner of the house. So, he just sat there and told you he didn't want me to leave. >> Okay. Well, she's If they're both on the lease and she doesn't want you here, >> they're both on the lease. >> And if she doesn't want you here, >> he just sat there and said, "No." >> Okay. If she doesn't want you here, then you have to leave. >> No, that's not true. They're both the owners. You want What is your name? >> Sergeant Klein. >> She has a vested I just told you. >> No, I want it again. >> Well, you you should have listened the first time. >> What is your name? >> I already told you. >> What is his name? By law, you have to identify yourself. >> I already did. It's not my fault you weren't paying attention. It's not my fault you were not paying attention. I told you already. >> What's your name? >> I already told you. >> What's your badge number? >> 7940. >> Your name 66403. >> Okay. >> You're a fat. >> Thank you. >> I bet your wife doesn't on a daily, does she? >> Never heard that before. >> Yeah, pretty sure. You look like you got to live a >> Okay. >> I'd cry, too. >> You're a real class act. >> 100%. >> I bet you want to arrest me, don't you? >> You're about to go to jail about 2 seconds. >> We're just going through some [ __ ] >> Mhm. >> So, I'm absolutely going to sign it. >> All right. So, what I need from you is a printed name here and a signed name there. 104 complaint sign. >> This little chill. >> No, I told you. Give me my over. >> Do we have it? >> Could I ask you to call my phone? >> I told you. How am I going to call your phone? >> What do you think? Let's go inside. Stand up. >> James, behind your back. >> I'm going to call my phone. >> Dang. Hang off one in custody for all trespass residents. >> What you do here? >> I'mma eat your black. >> I'mma eat you. Fight back her ass. >> Tell her right now she's not back. >> She's not allowed to come back on my property. I will. I bet you I will. >> Can I sign? >> I'm going to have one more form I need you to fill out real quick. I just wanted to make sure that this was done. >> I'mma man. I'mma your man in your bed, too. Oh, >> about 10 minutes ago just south of >> She's probably one of the most disgusting people I have seen since we've watched body cams. Now, it's a lot of people I call crazy, unnecessary, nasty, but straight up just a disgusting person all around. She's going to make my top five. And I and she's probably number one right now. She's I Oh my gosh, it's the worst. I was like, how am I gonna get through this one? So, I'm just kind of I'm just nod my head, shake my head, and keep it moving because I just I don't even know what to do with this. >> What was I supposed to do? I'm waiting for an Uber. >> You know, we're done. You're going to jail. >> You had your chance to leave. You wanted to be indignant. No, now it's served. A minute ago, you're calling us name. No. Your actions brought you here today. I don't want to hear it. I don't want to hear it. literally told me to sit down. >> You wanted to sit there and be indignant. You wanted to sit there and be indignant. You were told to leave. You didn't leave. So, you're here because of yourself. >> You told me to do that. >> I had an Uber. He told me to wait for a Uber. >> What do you want me to do? >> The other one's fire. >> If she told you to leave and you didn't leave, >> he told me to wait for You want to ask him? >> She doesn't want you here. You were told to leave. >> He She just came here. He hid me in his basement. >> Doesn't matter. He's ordering me a [ __ ] Uber. What am I supposed to do with that? >> You could have left and went somewhere else. You were told to leave. >> How am I supposed to leave when the Uber is coming here? >> I don't know. Walk a block up the street. >> There's no Uber. We already know this, but I'm going to point out the obvious. One, the only phone call she made was to Calvin. And Calvin, I don't even think he meant to actually call her out cuz but Calvin was like, "You're calling my phone." Two, you don't call for an Uber. You book it through the app so you're not calling an Uber. I I have to feel like her family has disowned her. They have to cuz this is the most down bad judges child I've seen. >> And then what? Get arrested again. >> Why would you get arrested if you're up there? You're not trespassing them. >> How is that the case? I've been arrested multiple times for >> Okay. >> You got arrested for standing in a public area. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I have been. >> All right. >> That sounds believable. He even sat there. >> I didn't hear that. All I heard you say was call me. All I heard you call me was a fat. >> Well, you know what, sir? You remind me of the cop that me over the last time when I married. >> You did You did this to yourself. >> You did this to yourself. We're on it. We're done. >> Have a seat in the car. >> Have a seat in the car or you're going to get in the car. You're going to get obstructing charge. Get in the car or you're going to get Ask him. >> Get in the car. >> Ask him. Ask him whether or not I was waiting for my >> If you don't get in the car right now, you're going to get obstructing charge. >> I was waiting for him. >> Hit him with obstructing, too. Get in the car. >> Adamial. Lincoln. >> I was waiting for my >> Get in the car. >> If he grabs me, >> get in the car. >> Get in the car. >> Stop grabbing me, sir. >> Then listen. >> Stop grabbing me, sir. >> I was waiting for my Uber. Bring him in for uh safety. And now we're slipping handcuffs. Why not? Like Lovable said, she's not new to this. She's true to this. She she she referred to herself getting arrested multiple times apparently for the same thing as well. And I apparently it's smart to go ahead and slip your cuffs on top of that. And then to be a judge's daughter, all these people that get arrested to me, I'm like, you don't even know the law. Like, how are y'all invoking your family members that are part of the justice system, but you don't even know anything? It's for well for some it is a magic word to just say my blank is a cop, my blank is a judge, blah blah blah. But shouldn't you at least know some of the things to kind of like maneuver this situation? I think she's high. I think she's high. I think she's a addict. A smooth shot. >> 138. I will be out at 318 North Ashley. >> Get out of the car. Get out of the car. >> Can we use some better handcuffs than these ones, please? >> Yes. >> You really put your hands behind your back. >> Stop resisting. Stop. You really like to make things complicated, don't you? >> Stop. Get off of me. >> You're not Listen off me. You're a little stupid. >> It's okay. I got you. >> Okay. >> It's okay. >> Let go of my hand. >> No. You want to resist? You're going to >> let go of my hand. I'm not >> I'm going to resist right now when I kick the [ __ ] out of you. >> Go ahead. That's a felony. >> That's a class two felony. >> I don't give a call. >> No. >> Okay. >> Yeah. You really do have a little, don't you? She locked. All right, she's locked. Get in the car. >> Get in the car. >> Get in the car. >> Yeah, go ahead. Slam me around. Go ahead. >> Go on the other side, Duval, and pull her in. >> Go ahead. Slam me around. Slam me around. Go ahead. Let him slam me around. No, let him slam me around. >> Get in the car. >> Let him slam me around. >> You [ __ ] kicked me. I swear to God. >> Good. I wish you would. You sweet little >> Give me the seat belt. >> You sweet little [ __ ] No, you want to bet I specific a feeling. I hurt his feelings. >> That's a violation. Y'all are literally allowed to do that. To drag me outside of the truck. >> You're allowed to do that. You're allowed to do that, >> huh? What in the Albanian [ __ ] is going on right now? >> What? Cuz I'm Serbian. It'sing racist. >> Savannah Clark was >> the one that just threw out 46 nwords has the nerve to say that's racist. I'm going to keep it in my mind. But if karma if karma is a real thing, I need it to be activated. That's all I can say. I need it to come. Taken into custody and face charges of criminal trespass to residents, obstructing a peace officer and resisting a peace officer. No firearm was documented as being located on Jovet in the official report. [sighs and gasps] This is almost going to seem unnecessary, but we're going to do it because this is what I'm trying to practice doing. But what prosecutors have to prove for her charges. So, the first charge, criminal trespass to a residence. They would generally have to prove the location was a residence or dwelling place of another and the defendant knowingly entered or remained within the residence and the defendant did so without authority to enter or remain there. Possible sentencing punishable by less than one year in jail, up to two years of probation or conditional discharge, and a fine of up to $2,500. Second charge, resisting a peace officer. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant knowingly resisted arrest and the person making the arrest was a peace officer. Possible sentencing punishable by less than one year in jail and a fine of up to $2,500. In addition to any other sentence, Illinois requires a person convicted under the statute of 31-1 to serve at least 48 consecutive hours of imprisonment or perform at least 100 hours of community service. The statute does not permit probation to be used to reduce that mandatory imprisonment or community service requirement. And third charge, obstructing a peace officer. They generally must prove the defendant knowingly obstructed the performance of an act by another person and the defendant knew that person was a peace officer and the officer was performing an authorized act within the officer's official capacity. Another possible sentencing was really basically the same as the second charge. All right. I think all the charges can stick but likely drop obstruction in the deal pro. Yeah, probably ace moonshot. I agree. Yeah, I know. Just shrugging royal. I know. Ironical as it gets. Right. Right. Right. Hey, thank you for the thumbs up, Veronica. Okay, let's let's I won't even say reset, but we can get away from her now. I had to get her out of the way. There is a one that is also disgusting to me that's going to come after the one I'm about to play you, which is the one on the one on the thumbnail is the one I'm about to play you right now. Guilty on all charges. I hear you, Jacqueline. So, now Oops. We're going to the cop sister thinks she's above the law. This was in Illinois. Before we watch, um, possible defense challenges could be for the DUI above a blood alcohol content of 0.08. Does the chemical testing reliably establish that the defendant's alcohol concentration was 0.08 or more while she was driving or an actual physical control of the vehicle? uh [clears throat] separate charge was just DUI in general. Does the evidence establish that the defendant was actually under the influence of alcohol? Or could her driving and performance during the partially completed field sobriety testing have another reasonable explanation? Because she started but refused to complete the field sobriety test. Is the evidence that was actually obtained sufficient to establish impairment beyond a reasonable doubt? Her next charge, resisting or obstructing a peace officer. Did the defendant physically resist or actually obstruct the officer's authorized duties, or was her conduct limited to arguing, refusing instructions, or being uncooperative? Her fourth charge, disobeying a traffic control device. Did the defendant fail to obey an official traffic control device that was properly placed and sufficiently legible to an ordinarily observant person? Hey, Ashley. All right, so let's start. >> This woman turned a DUI into something much [music] worse. >> You know what? Oh man, the door. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> You have to sir law enforcement. >> That doesn't matter. So, are you going to step out of the vehicle or not? Now, >> because I stopped you for a law for a reason. Okay. You're all over the dag on road. You're speeding. So, step out of the vehicle, please. >> If I want to see me another, you're going to step out. I'm going off physically removed from this vehicle. And the reason is >> I'm going to tell you again. Pennsylvania versus Middle States. Listen to me. >> Pennsylvania. >> That's case law, young lady. >> Pennsylvania versus Are you listening to me or no? Good night. Have a good night. >> Don't you Don't do it. If you do it, you will go to jail. Step out of the car. Step out of the vehicle, ma'am. Step out of the vehicle, ma'am. I tried to explain to you. Step out of the vehicle, ma'am. I'm trying to tell you, you're not listening to me again. I'll tell you one more time. You're all over the roadway. You're moving at a high rate of speed, so I need you to step out of the vehicle. Step over there. Okay, I'll close it. Go over there. Get your hands out of your pocket. Walk over there. How much you had to drink tonight? >> One beer. That is about all that I had to drink tonight. >> What was the size of that one beer? >> It was the size of one beer, sir. >> Is it a can? Is it a can of one beer? >> Okay. What kind of beer was it? >> I'm going to be quite frank with you. I don't even go out that often. This is the first night that I've gone out in a long time. I'm a single mother. >> Yes, ma'am. >> I don't know how. It was the size of a regular beer can when I get a soda can. It was that size. I That is I don't >> What was that at? What is that? A friend's house? Was it a bar? Was that a restaurant? >> It was about 3 four hours ago at Booker in Decal. >> Okay. >> So, you had one can of beer. You don't know what kind it was. approximately 3 to four hours ago at the Booker Bar. >> Correct. >> Okay. >> Ain't no, you know, single mom motherhood would, you know, be your reason or I your excuse for being on the road drunk. Uh you usually either stay where you are, drink it until it wears off, take it home, but I don't understand how that uh saves you from almost killing somebody else or yourself on the road. Um the bingo version, we're still on the same one. We've been on this one for a while. I might have to just switch it up just to switch it up cuz we're still on the same What's this one? Hold on. It is. Yeah, we're still on version nine right now. Auntie Netty. Uh, let me see. Dag [clears throat] on road. Yes, it's only one beer. Usually it's two, right? He said, "What was the size of it?" Very relevant question. Very relevant. She is about to get on y'all's nerves, by the way. Like Lovable said, if she hasn't already started, I thought the cop cussed the door. [laughter] one beer to wash the gummies down. That is a possibility. The best police videos come from the cab county. I think some of the best some of the memor memorable ones because I usually hear that name in the ones that [clears throat] uh that I remember, but you know, I watch too many, but I do always remember hearing Dav County on a lot of the ones I watch. Lately, it's been a lot of Illinois. >> How long after that beer did you drive? >> I mean, I had that beer about 3 to four hours ago. I didn't start driving until about an hour ago. And the only reason I was driving was to take my girlfriend back home. And now I'm I'm driving back out this way to take myself home. >> Did you get to take her home already? >> Yes, I did. >> All right. Do you know what time it is? >> I know it's after midnight. I know that I'll be quite frank with you, I haven't been keeping my eye on the clock, but I know my father is with my son and that I was taking my girlfriend home. >> It is 3:44 in the morning. Um, that's about all that I had kept myself on. >> So, to explain to you again what I explained to you earlier before we got into that whole hoopla situation, may I say leave you telling me no, it's arrestable offense. So, I have what I was trying to explain police officer who explained to me that if I know that I'm within the law, I have the right. >> You are outside the law. So, as I was trying to explain to you, >> what part of me was outside the law? >> Pennsylvania versus Miss >> This is Illinois. >> Are you going to listen to me or no? >> If you tell me the state of Illinois, >> are you going to listen to me or no? >> State of Illinois. Your brother would have told you this. There's this thing that cops go by. Not only is the constitution what we go by, there are case laws as well. Case law, which is Pennsylvania versus myths, states that >> a porn a stop, >> I can ask you stay part of the vehicle, you must do. So failure to do so is potentially arrestable offense. That's why I try to explain to you, but unfortunately you try to talk about Illinois. Illinois is not the only thing that we have to adhere to. >> I appreciate you. >> Well, good. That way you don't end up going to jail or anything cuz I can just take you to jail. With that being said, when you were going westbound, I was going eastbound. You were moving at a high rate speed. That entire area is 35 mph. You were 65. I finally caught up to you at McDonald and ran the road as you turned that way and I got behind you and chased you down that way, if you will. That area over there is 50. You stayed at about 68 until I stopped you up over here. The entire time too, as you're proceeding south down this way, you're weaving and you're actually riding on the center. Dang, you shouldn't go over any lines. I thought she was going over the line over here, but she's going over the line against traffic. So dangerous. That's why I'm just like, shut up. Stop talking. Like people, don't tell me you're a single mom, single father, single nothing. It doesn't matter when you're about to get everybody killed. Who's going to take care of your children if you perish? who's going to take care of somebody else's kids if you if you get them or there's kids in the car that you end up unaliving because you can't make a normal decision, but you you're quick to remember your brother's a cop, but you're not quick to remember I shouldn't drink and drive. >> Were you aware of that? >> Um, as far as running on the median, I prefer that as a I prefer that as opposed to riding on to the end. [ __ ] I'm so sorry. very ser language. I prefer that as opposed to riding on the white line. >> Just because you prefer to ride on city media per law, you cannot drive on the center. Two, you also cannot drive on the white line cuz that is a fog line. Both those will be essentially violations, just so you do know. >> So in the future when it comes to the situation, if it is foggy, I am okay being on Sardinia. >> No, the white the fog line literally dictates where how far you go. Fog line is what you want. >> You're not supposed to even drive on a fog line, but you can use it as a guide. You're not supposed to drive on either one of them. But if it's to the point where I'm being so violated by the lights in front of me, I mean, I'm sure >> Oh, man. I feel like she gives false accusations against people all the time. You're violated by the lights in front of you. You're violated by the lights in front of you. Stop it. And then, so now he has to give you driving school lessons like you've never been taught this or you've had to take at least a test or you've had to get so many driving hours and and he has to retach you that you can't cross those lines like that. you guys have both experienced with having somebody come on down the road where they've got those violent lights in their >> high referring to. Okay. [snorts] Well, >> so there's a point where I can no longer see even the white line. >> Well, then you can act you can act accordingly per today none of that stuff you're allowed to do whatsoever. You understand what I'm trying to tell you? At no point in time you should you be riding on the center median. With that being said, due to the things I saw, my camera saw cuz I had my camera on the entire dag on times behind you. I'm going to do some field test. Make sure you're fit to operate motor vehicle safe fashion. I really need to do that. Cool. >> Is it okay if I >> Yeah, you're can do them in heels if you want to or without. It's totally up to you. What I want you to do is follow the tip of my finger with your eyes and eyes only. You're not going to move your body. You're not going to move your head. Do you understand the instructions? Any reason why you can't do this exercise? >> Yes, sir. No. There's no reason can't do this exercise. I can't do this exercise, sir. >> All right. Don't move your head. >> The officer is checking for how jerky the eyes move laterally. The scientific term for this is horizontal gaze nestagmas. Jerky eyes accurately indicate impairment about 90% of the time. >> Got to keep your hands aside, ma'am. >> I will keep my hands on my side. I'm just covering them a little bit more with the coat because I am cold. >> That's why I told you you could put on your gloves. >> All right. Thank you, sir. >> All right. You put your shoes back on. >> All right, man. Come step over here, please. What you going to do for me? Take your left foot, place on the imaginary line, which it is. Take your right foot, place it in front of your left, touching heel to toe. Put your feet together. I have you there. I had you here. >> No, you didn't. But I'm not comfortable with taking this. >> Come here. There. You're making it very, very difficult. >> You're making me very nervous. >> Get back into the starting position. >> Yes, sir. >> That's not the starting position, ma'am. Are you going to get back to the starting position, ma'am? >> I am in the starting position, sir. Let's go. >> That's not the starting position, ma'am. >> No. And you know, at this point, you know what? I'm tired. I'm >> Are you going to do it or not? What is the starting position, sir? Please educate me. >> Feet touching heel to toe. Your right is in front of your left and your arms are down to your sides. >> Let's go. >> Do you understand the instructions? >> Yes, sir. Yes, sir. >> Is there any reason why you can't do this exercise? That's not the starting position. M. Keep your arms down to your side, please. >> Still in that starting position. May we begin? If I had the time, I would put together a compilation because y'all know if you're on if you're on social media right now, Instagram and Tik Tok, they they revive that uh lean lean and I would just I would just do a compilation of every uh person doing a field sobriety test leaning acting like they have their balance, but they totally don't. I I Oh my god. If I had the time, I would do it. [laughter] >> Do you understand your instructions? >> I am in this position. All right. And what am I doing again? By all means, please. You said you understood. I will not explain to you once more. >> I'm sorry. What am I doing? >> I've explained to you, ma'am. You said that you understood. >> Okay. You know, I apologize. I did not understand. Can you please >> No. Next step we're going to do. We're going to do the walk. We're going to do the one leg stand. >> I am not going to follow along with this. You're more than welcome. >> So, you're not going to do it anymore? >> You are more than welcome. Put your >> hand behind your breath. You're holding the game. You know what? I had to Put your pull your arm away. Put the arm back behind your back. If you're under this round, young man, you got to quit. >> For what? >> You're under arrest. >> You're under arrest for DUI. Knock it off. >> For what? You guys didn't ask me anything. >> My son, >> release your hands. >> Stop. Don't do that. Stop doing that. You did that to yourself. Stop. >> Oh, I'm glad he put they put the words on there, too. But later the cop's going to say it again. But she just slammed herself on the car. So if you saw her suddenly touch that car, they didn't push her down like that. She she put herself on the car that way to make it appear as if they slammed her on the car. >> Treating me like a human being and answering the questions that I locking me. >> Open your hand so she can double lock you so they don't sit down. >> Stop that. I should be provided. That's why I'm being detained and nobody is telling me. >> Spread your feet. >> What did I do? >> Spread your feet. >> What did I do? Why am I being detained? >> Search her, please. >> Why am I being detained? What should I do? >> Spread your feet. >> Why am I being detained? >> Young lady, knock it off your feet. >> Not being reason. >> You're under arrest. Like I told you. >> For what? >> For DUI. >> For why? >> I just told you. Cuz you're drunk. You shouldn't be driving. >> Said that I was drunk. You are drunk. Based on the stuff that I saw, you could have killed somebody today. Can have your day in court. >> I'm genuinely just trying to ask you why you're asking me to walk a way. >> I'm just genuinely ask you why you're asking me walking. >> Take a seat. Either you sit in there. I'mma pull you in there. >> Close the door. Just Don't you kick her. Don't pick her. Kick her. Stop kicking kicked her. >> Stop kicking. >> I've never kicked her. >> You stop kicking right now. You're to get more charges. You need to knock it off. >> You okay? >> You okay? >> Yeah, I'm good. >> Stupid. You saw her hit her head, right? >> Yeah. >> Hey, young lady. If you don't knock it, I'm going to hobble you to this bench. You understand me? Because I want to tie you to the bench. >> I don't understand what's going on. Why am I being detained? >> You are under arrest. >> Because of why? >> You are DUI. >> Because of why? Nobody has explained to me genuinely what has happened. >> Do you not understand what I'm telling you? >> No, I >> I've explained things step by step to you multiple dag on time. >> NO, YOU HAVE NOT. IN FACT, YOU HAVE FAILED to do so. >> I have not failed to do so. >> Yes, you have. >> Okay, I'm going explain to you one more dag on time. Your driver is atrocious. >> Can I speak with someone else? >> You're dealing with me. I would like to speak with one of these two other officers. >> They're deputies and I'm the one on the show. >> You have shown me nothing but disrespect and I have just been [laughter] put back in the car. Do not start this. You get extra charge. Put the foot back in the car. >> I would like to speak with officer burger. >> Who? We don't have any burgers. >> I don't know who that is. Put your feet in the car. >> I would like to know why I'm being detained. Because I'm being forced. >> You are under arrest. >> Because of >> We're done. You I'm going tell you right now. If you hit or kick anything on it anybody or anything >> done. >> I would like to call my family. I would like to call >> again. You're the sister of a cop, but you don't know you can't call anybody until you get to the jail. I I think these are not only the worst of the worst in the sense of, you know, that we see on camera trying to use their family as a get out of jail free card, but they're dumb. The dumbest I've seen, too. I'm like, y'all don't know anything. You don't know the basic laws. You don't know anything. >> My family, [screaming] >> first and foremost, I am not kicking and scratching anybody. Sir, I would like my family. I have a 911 call that I have the ability to use. >> You'll do it when you go down to the jail. >> All right. Please get me there so I can >> We will in a second. >> I would like to get there now. So, >> we will in a second. >> I would like to make that call. >> We will get in a second. >> Let's go. Let's go. I'd like to go home as would you. This night we would both like to have over. >> I agree, Mel. >> Let's go. >> Your name's Sheila, right? >> I can let them know at the state what my name is. >> I wouldn't do that, Mil. That's another charge >> of what? >> Obstructing. >> Obstructing [snorts] what? >> Because you're not you're failing to provide your proper information. >> You're failing to ask me properly and how to handle me as a human being. You're not treating me as less than. >> Okay, if you say so. >> And I have been beaten and my body is hurt because of what you and your team has done to me. >> Okay, >> that's fine. I have a really good lawyer. It's fine. >> That's fine, Mel. >> Absolutely, sir. I also was born and raised on the law of the state. Let's go. And uh there was a bong in the car. >> A bong? >> Oh god. >> I do not own a bong. I would like to admit that I've never owned a bong. So if anybody thinking that I own a bong or that there is a bong in my possession is a lie and a fallacy. >> He says a bong in your car >> in my life. >> Oh, sorry. He It's a pipe. >> A pipe. I will accept that. >> So you do. >> How crazy is that? I've never had a bong in my life. Oh, he says it's a pipe. Oh yeah, pipe. That's mine. That's mine. My bad. >> Have a pipe. Okay. >> A bong? No. >> Well, he said the wrong thing, but apparently you do have a pipe because it's right there. >> How am I supposed to get him to come in here and pick me up? >> Get who here? Mill >> my father. >> He can get you in the morning, which actually be in a few hours. Sto's bag. I'll take it and put another >> Yeah, he can have it. It's all his. >> I don't smoke, so I don't want it, man. Where's the Where was the bone? I mean, a pipe. >> Glove compartment. No one was not in the glove compartment. Do not lie. Do not provide fallacy into the investigation. Provide truth and honesty as a police officer should. >> I'm not a police officer. >> You are a police officer. You are a police officer of the law. Are you not? >> No. I am a deputy. I am a deputy. >> A deputy of the law. So, are you not a police officer of the law? As a deputy, sir, what is a deputy of the law? I would like the expectation to provide an evidence. >> I would like I'm about to pee my pants. My urination is about to find a nation. I need to pee before the pee is in your back seat. I will pull my pants down and piss on your seat. >> Don't do that. >> I'm not smiling at her. I'm smiling at the chat. By the way, I be it's so like I know it's in congress to what's happening in my face right now. I was looking in the chat. [laughter] Ashley, I was smiling at your comment just now. Another charge. Ma'am, >> the state of Illinois will not let me go. >> I have to wait till they open the door. I can't do anything for them. How long do I have to wait? >> They told me I had to wait. There's another officer in there unloading somebody. So, I have to wait. Do not urinate on my seat. >> How long may I have to wait? >> I don't know. He told me it'd be a couple minutes >> before I have to urinate because I had to urinate before y'all pulled me over >> again. He told me I had to wait. So, I'm waiting on them. I don't control the jail. >> Okay. And how long do they take? >> Not long normally, ma'am. But there's another squad in there. So >> you act like I care. This ain't my car. >> Correct. It's county's car. They can charge you for it. >> Okay, that's nice for them. But I'm about to piss. >> Don't pee in my car. >> Cool. Cool. Great. Are we about to go in so I can wipe my or what? >> I'm waiting on them. >> All right. Great. Cool. Are you going to wipe my [ __ ] or is somebody else going to do that? >> Don't want to get anywhere near you. >> Don't urinate in my squad. >> Well, then let's go. Yippy kay motherucker. Let's go. I'm honestly at the point I'm getting pissed off because nobody's even giving me a DUI test. [ __ ] nobody's even when it came down to it, I got pushed up and cuffed up to it. When it came down to me doing a DUI test instead of doing the DUI test, I got harassed. I've got a police officer on my end. I got a lawyer who's in my family. I'm more than happy. What is your name, officer? >> I am Deputy Gregory. >> Gregory what? What? This was my favorite exchange though. Even though I can't remember if the if the microaggression has already happened. That part is not my not my favorite. But she either has said or will say, "Why don't you educate me?" And that was the microaggression I caught. Little dog whistle I caught because she wouldn't say that to the other officers that were there. Also, he was the ranking officer, but she wanted to keep trying to speak to the other ones because I'm sure she thought she would get some sympathy because of their identities. Um, but yeah, so that was the things that I caught as far as her bringing race into it. But, uh, this this part is my favorite in the sense of them going back and forth because he is not going to give her his first name. >> Deputy Gregory. >> What? >> Deputy Gregory. >> Gregory. What? >> I just told you. >> Deputy Gregory. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Deputy what? Gregory. >> This is Deputy Gregory. >> Nobody taught you how to tie your shoes. What's the name before they came your shoes? >> What? So, when your mama put you into school and your last name was on your shoes, what was the name that came before your last name? >> We didn't do anything weird like that. >> Oh. Oh, that must have been real nice. Okay. And what's your first name? >> We don't go by first names, ma'am. >> Okay. What is the name that the Lord had provided upon you on your birth certificate? >> Deputy Gregory. >> And you don't get to get to understand mine, but you don't get for me to understand yours. >> I just told you what my name was. >> Deputy Gregory. Deputy what? Gregory. >> Deputy Gregory. Badge number 151. >> You have a gun in your front seat, but you don't tell me your name. >> I have a gun in my front seat. >> I'm looking right at aing barrel right now. >> What's that got to do with anything? >> I don't know. But I'm >> I also never needed my last name on my shoes either at school. So, I guess that's a her specific school thing. Maybe it's a generational thing that I'm not a part of. But never. She seems like a millennial, but nope. I don't know anything about these putting your name on your shoes. >> Look, you got a gun in your front seat. >> Why the will you have got a gun in your front seat but won't tell me your first name and your >> I'm totally confused about how that equates to one another. >> No, you didn't. >> No, I didn't. >> Would you like to admit me? >> I don't even know what you're talking about. >> There it goes. There's that dog whistle. >> Would you like me to reiterate for you? >> Sure. >> I am asking for your first name. >> We don't go by first names, ma'am. Okay. What is the first name? >> I just told you we don't go by first names. >> Okay. I won't either. >> Okay. >> Okay. Sir, anybody tell you need a facelift on your side? >> I'll keep that in mind, ma'am. >> As you should. And your first name is >> Deputy Gregory >> for Kane County Sheriff. And what county were you pulling me on over in? >> You just said it. >> Are you sure? Where was it? Can you provide me the >> We're in Kane County. >> We are in Kane County. Yes, sir. You've been in King County the entire time I've been dealing with you. >> But I honestly feel like um I address you pulling me over in was not King County. What area were you pulling me over in? Now that we're sitting here with all this extra time on our hands, we can chitchat County. >> Are you absolutely sure about that? >> Yes, I am. >> What was the intersection and the road that you had pulled me over on? >> Silver Glenn and Randall. >> Really? Because I don't remember being on Randall. >> Well, that's not good. >> No, I mean I crossed Randall. I was past Randall when you had pulled me over. >> You were on Randall when you were going southbound, ma'am. Like I explained to you. >> Yes, but you did not pull me over on Randall. What road did you pull me over on? >> Silver Glenn and Randall. >> No, you did not pull me over on Randall. >> Were we on Randle? Can I like Poetic Justice? You are where I was at when I watched it by myself. So, all this from one beer. No, ma'am. But when she claimed that pipe, I said, "Oh, there's the answer to our question. testing my daddy. >> Like I said, as soon as we get in, you'll be able to make phone calls. Okay. >> I hate the tears that follow hateful people. Like, I I I can't stand it. Why are you crying? Why don't you just stay the nasty mean person you were when you started out? >> Please, because I have to wait girl. I'm going to tell you right now, I'm not the kind of girl who goes out parties. I'm sorry, I'm sorry for being a [ __ ] I know I was being a [ __ ] This suspect, Sheila, was charged with two counts of DUI, resisting, obstructing, and >> Auntie Natty, she on that that meth. Kush is too weak. She had a pipe. A pipe, Auntie Netty. She on something else that you might not come back from in life. >> Disobedience of traffic control devices. She is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. All right, let's look at what they'd have to prove for her. We did the DUI, so they'd have to prove that she drove or was in actual physical control of a vehicle. And at that time, the alcohol concentration in her blood was uh or bodily substance or breath was 0.08 or more. that would be punishable by less than one year in jail, up to two years of probation or conditional discharge, and a fine of up to $2,500. Additional DUI specific penalties can apply depending on prior DUI history, blood, alcohol content, and other circumstances. For the DUI, prosecutors will have to prove because it's separate. One is that she went over 0.08. The other is just that she was driving under the influence to the point of observable impairment. So, the DUI for just straight DUI, prosecutors will have to prove the defendant drove or was in actual actual physical control of a vehicle and at that time the defendant was under the influence of alcohol. Possible sentencing is the same as the first one. Resisting or obstructing a a peace officer. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant knowingly resisted arrest or the defendant knowingly obstructed an authorized act being performed by someone she knew was a peace officer acting in an official capacity. Possible sentencing, less than one year in jail, fine of up to $2,500. Illinois additionally requires at least 48 consecutive hours of imprisonment or at least 100 hours of community service upon conviction. And her fourth charge, disobeying an official traffic control device, which I'm thinking that traffic control device would be the speed limit sign because he said she was going I think it was 65 and a 35. Uh, that's my guess because they they don't really specify, but prosecutors generally must prove the defendant was driving a vehicle and an official traffic control device applied to her and she failed to obey the instructions of that invice of that device. And that's why I thought it was a traffic um speed I thought it was a speed limit sign because technically that's an instruction in my opinion. Possible sentencing generally punishable by a fine of $75 to $1,000 with up to six months of probation or conditional discharge. All right, let me see what y'all said. Cut water is what she drank. [laughter] I heard that cup water's dangerous in the sense of how it sneaks up on you cuz you're not tasting it like that. I will one day find out for myself, but I will be at home when I try. Bubble pipe is possible. Yes, that's I'm sorry for her. That's what I was thinking. I ain't gonna hold you. I thought it was that bubble type pipe. U I would think meth. I like that meth and alcohol would have balanced out. Mm. She has some old English [laughter] possible digital signs. Yep. Omar. All right. For the traffic control device. Now, we are moving on to um I try not to I try not to say I'm embarrassed by somebody because I don't like giving someone the power to represent me in that way unless I choose to. Like when I saw the um they had the black judges from all across the nation doing their walk. I chose that to be my representation. I did not choose this next person to be my representation. So, mm- but she is embarrassing at least to herself and to her family. Also, I want to warn you that I almost didn't show this one that's coming up because in the scuffle, well, she she slips her cuffs or she does something. She takes her seat belt off something. There's a scuffle between her and the police officer, but not like handtohand combat scuffle, but she's wearing a tube top. Tube tops generally do not stay where they're supposed to stay even when you're not doing anything. So there's a lot of time that it's blurred out on her chest because it just stays down for a while. I wasn't comfortable with that. But I also understand the officer probably not trying to touch her to fix it because then it's like you're going to say I touched you inappropriately. So I don't know what the officer should have done. I don't know. So that but I was uncomfortable. I almost didn't show this one but we're going to watch it. It's called cop's daughter threatens state troopers family doesn't end well and her behavior is it is a lot. It's a lot. This was in Indiana. And so possible defense challenges for her first charge for battery could be when the defendant spit on the trooper multiple times. Did she knowingly or intentionally place bodily fluid on him in a rude, insolent, or angry manner as Indiana's battery statute requires for intimidation? Did the defendant's statements about the trooper's family constitute a genuine threat to unlawfully harm them made with the intent required for intimidation or were they angry statements made during a volatile arrest without the required intent? Defense challenged to operating while intoxicated. Does the evidence establish that the defendant was intoxicated to the point that her thought, actions, and normal control of her faculties were impaired rather than merely angry or agitated during the stop? Um, next, she has a lot of charges. Next defense to resisting law enforcement. When the defendant slipped out of her handcuffs to call her father, did she use the force required under Indiana law to forcibly resist, obstruct, or interfere with a trooper, or was she merely non-compliant for disorderly conduct? Did the defendant engage in fighting or tumultuous conduct or make unreasonable noise and continue after being asked to stop rather than simply arguing with the officers during the arrest? and her last charge, reckless driving, although she was allegedly traveling 105 miles per hour, approximately 35 miles per hour over the speed limit. Um, do the speed and surrounding driving conditions established that she recklessly drove at an unreasonably high speed that endangered the safety or property of others? any defense attorney that takes her case, if they see that body cam, I feel like unless they're just like, I'll make good money and it don't matter to me, they will not take her case in my opinion. So then we'll get to the prosecution what they have to prove after we watch it. You see by the thumbnails, uh, this was sent to me this morning. Oh my god, this one's Okay, here we go. Here we go. >> On June 29th, 2024, an officer pulled over a driver for going 35 miles over the speed limit. >> Driver, turn off the car. Driver, turn off the car. Step out of here. You're not going to blow past me at 105 and think it's perfectly fine. Get out of here. >> I didn't say to grab anything. Step out of the vehicle. >> Step out of the vehicle. Did I tell you to grab your shoes? >> Okay. >> You don't listen very well, do you? >> I know. >> The only one I feel like, well, this not the only one, but one of the ones that I was like, I'm not sure if it would stick is the one where uh the OVI, I don't know if she's impaired or not. She was recklessly driving if she's going 105 miles hour, but I don't know about the impairment part. That one I couldn't tell clearly. I didn't notice slurring when I was watching it, but we shall see because I do watch and I do other stuff at the same time. Step out of the vehicle. Face that way. >> Okay. >> Face that way. Good job. >> No. >> Reckless driving is a crime, ma'am. >> You what? You what? I was directly behind you at 105 mph in a 70 mph zone. You were failing to utilize your turn. >> What's up? Why are you so I wasn't driving? >> I got it on video footage. >> I'm I'm okay. But why are you so aggressive? >> What's that? >> Why you soggress? >> Because you were just going 105. >> I wasn't any 70. >> I wasn't. >> All right. You're going to go to jail. So >> I'm going to jail. >> Yep. You're going to jail. >> No. >> It's called reckless driving, ma'am. It's a crime. >> I don't understand if you don't >> No. Can you call my dad? You're on a You're on a What is going on? >> It's called reckless driving. >> I understand that sir. >> Step this way. >> Can you call my dad? What is going on? >> Yeah, that one could be a shaky one to stick the terroristic threats because Yeah, it can be there. They were just talking and depending on how something is phrased, depending on the judge, it goes in front of a few things. Yeah, because that one I feel like that's a weaker one depending on how it happened. I'm with you on that one. Can you call my dad? >> Yep. I can call your dad for you. Who's your dad? Somebody important. >> Yes, he is. >> Oh, who is it? >> What is the issue, sir? >> You're going to jail for reckless driving. That's the issue. >> What is the reckless driving, though? >> You don't understand what reckless driving is, >> sir? >> Think about Put those two words together. >> Everything is in my Everything is in my car, though. I don't understand what the issue is. Well, you can come get your car in a little bit. Have a seat. >> But you're not you're not standing. >> Have a seat. >> I am sitting down, but you're not standing. >> Sir. >> Yep. >> You're not telling me what it is, though. >> Reckless driving. >> I Okay. He doesn't have a window separator, I think, between the front and the back. But so, she still could have spit on him from the back seat is what I'm trying to say. But it was weird for him to put her in the front seat. I don't know what that is about. He is not the first I've seen to put someone in the front seat, but that is very weird, especially like they're not She's hostile. She's not like the type like, "Yeah, I know I got to go. I know what I did." It's not that type. Plus, how do you defend herself while driving? Um, like I told y'all, she's going to slip her cuffs anyway on this, so I don't get it. And now you also know she's going to spit on him. So, she is literally right beside this man spitting on him more than once. Once is too many, but just Oh, it's just It's gross. Gross. growth >> reckless. Wait, does that not make sense to you? >> Sorry, you didn't never tell me what it is. My phone is in the car on the Bluetooth. >> Oh, you've been drinking. That's why. >> Drinking. But what hash breaking news is? >> Well, it was it's called OWI. How much have you >> not you're still not telling me what it is? I have my phone on the Bluetooth speaker. >> Give me one minute. >> And my phone is on the terrible. >> What? What? Like what is going on right now? I don't understand. This is ridiculous. >> Okay. I was in the left lane. You passed me in the middle lane. I caught up to you and paced you at 105, >> sir. >> One second. Let me speak. I'll let you speak. Okay, >> I hear you. >> All right. So, paced you at 105. Then you started cutting in and out of traffic, not utilizing your turn. >> Cutting in and out of traffic. What? >> It's when you don't utilize the turn signal. That's what you were doing. >> Crazy right now. >> I know. It's crazy. It's weird. >> You have me handcuffed and >> huh? >> Yep. Okay. So then I then I try Wait a second. checking my phone so I can contact my father which is the police commander. >> Police commander what? >> Yes, he is. >> Of what? >> What do you mean? CPD. >> CPD. He does. >> All right. Gotcha. Well, he can give me a call a little later. >> Yeah, but you have me handcuffed. >> I understand. >> This is ridiculous right now. >> Okay. >> What? My father is How is this even legal right now? >> What? I do think it's in interesting how you're saying how is this legal? Reckless driving does seem subjective to me as a law because well there's well there is one that's quantifiable. It is I think if you go so many miles per hour over the speed limit that is actually like a set quantity for a lot of states most likely. But other things I feel like it's subjective on it being called reckless driving because like you said it is arrestable offense if it is classified as reckless driving. But going 105 miles per hour in a 70, you got to eat that if you get caught. I'm saying you got to eat that because it's not like I haven't seen it. Texas, and it's probably other states, too. But Texas is what I'm familiar with. And on 20 and 35, 100 is nothing. But that's not the real speed limit though. The speed limit is I think what at most 75. So you you know you you get caught, you get caught. I think it's above 90. They might get you in Texas, right? Somebody tell me if y'all know. But yeah. Um, but if she if it had not been a speed limit thing or something else, I feel like it would have been more subjective on if it was reckless driving or not. Um, again, warning you when she slips her cuffs, tube top comes down, stays down for a long time, but it is blurred the whole time. But I was feeling a little weird about it. Not a little. I was feeling weird about it, period. >> How is thising legal right now? >> Well, ma'am, I got to tell you, we're not in Illinois, so you can't drive like that. Okay. >> Illinois, Chicago, it doesn't matter. Can you answer my phone? Cuz that's my father right there. >> And he CFP not answering. Got you. >> What? >> This is ridiculous right now. >> You said trying to unbuckle yourself. It's not going to work. >> I'm not. Sir, I'm not trying to unbuckle myself. What do you mean? Caucasian against white people. I swear to God, I went to film in college. I graduated with a whole degree in health science. I don't have no reason to do any of this. When I heard her say this the first time, well, first of all, speeding going that you have put yourself in just a category that you should assume you will get arrested cuz 105 you got you got to just accept that you either would have got to your destination really fast or you get arrested. Let's kind of like one or the other. It's just the luck of the draw that day. But when she said I graduated and got a whole degree, I was like, did you take math? because that's a lot over the speed limit for you to be upset that you actually got caught about. >> I graduated with my health science degree in health science from Selman College, the number one H.CU in the country. >> I have no reason to do any of this. >> Well, I didn't go to college at all. So, >> can you please answer my father? He's calling. My wallet is on the ground. My credit card is on the ground. My ID is on the ground. A $1,200 Gucci bag is on the ground. That's crazy. >> How much have you had to drink today? >> This has nothing to do with I have to drink today. I'm sober. >> I can take a sobriety test right now. >> Okay. >> Yes, I can. >> Oh, I hope I save this cuz I'm Oh my god. I hope I save this clip. Ashley says she got her degree from Argusy and if you know, you know. Oh, Miss Miss Cheyenne Bryant says her she got her doctorate from Argusy. Argus is a real school, but she ain't got no degree. She got no Ph. Not doctorate. She a have no doctorate. And I think was it iffy on the masters, too. Either way, she talking about basically they ate her, they ate her uh is it the dissertation? Whatever you have to write for that for you to get that doctorate and everything else. But she went to August and Argusy called her out by lying on them, too. And other students that that went there was like, "No, ma'am. You can still get your degree. Stop playing." >> Your transcripts offer you that. >> Okay. Where's my father? What is going on? >> Stop trying to get out of handcuffs. >> You're going to get tased, SIR. >> I GUARANTEE. >> WHY AM I GOING TO GET TASED? >> You're trying to take YOUR HANDCUFFS OFF. >> WHERE'S MY VIDEO? You have my dad. >> IT'S RIGHT HERE. >> You have my dad. My dad. My uncle. EVERYBODY IS CPD. OKAY. >> I HAVE MORE REASON to do any of this. >> WHAT THE MY DAD is CPD. >> Well, that's good FOR YOUR DAD. >> YES, IT IS GOOD FOR MY DAD AND I WANT MY DAD RIGHT NOW. THIS is irritating. >> Ma'am, you're almost >> I hate white cops, bro. They swear to God, they take they take >> If you try and get out of this handcuff, >> sir, leave me alone. Okay. I WANT MY [screaming] FATHER, he is CPD. My uncle, he is CPD. My grandfather, he is CPD. Everybody is CPD. I have nothing, no do anything FOR HER. I'M NOT TRYING TO cause no disrespect. I'M NOT TRYING to do anything. Everybody in my family is CPD. Daddy, I don't UNDERSTAND HOW YOU'RE TAKING ME. But you never check. >> I don't need to trust me. What do you mean you never even checked? >> Ma'am, you're a grown ass adult. >> Okay. >> HOW? BUT YOU NEVER CHECK. >> SAY, how are you an adult? >> YOU NEVER CHECK THOUGH. That's what I'm saying. All these white police. Stop talking to me with your white ass. Stop talking to me. >> All these white, they racist as that's all they do. But it's cool though. Okay, cool. Stop talking to me cuz your white ass racist as racist as my phone. That's an appropriate word. She is erratic. Ashley, she's all over the place. I would love to see the parents or whoever they name drop actually deal with them and see what they say to them like are they actually enablers or are people are they are are the people name dropping in denial and they think this is going to get them off or has she with 105 miles per hour? I feel like she's gotten a ticket or gotten off before the way she's acting. But does he watch her body cams? Because I he if he sees this one, I hope he has more sense because he's he's a police officer. I need him to have more sense than to be like what you did was okay. Now, he might say like y'all, some of y'all said the cop already camed up a little hype. I don't know. Well, they're in Indiana, so I don't know if Indiana be driving fast like Texas drives fast. And that's that's just what it is. If it's not, I understand his hyped up part more because if you're not if you're not naturally just seeing people go 105 on the interstate and stuff like that. Um I feel like that would be like this is crazy. But if you do see it all the time like okay it's a lot of energy. You know everybody going 100 over here. So the hyped up part I could see. But he'd have to hold his daughter accountable. I would hope they would have to hold their people accountable and all the ones we watched if they actually saw these body cams. I know that's a that's a slim hope. I know it's a slim chance because I know there that's the reason people keep name dropping people that they think have pool in the first place. But yeah, it this is a lot so my dad can answer so he can know where the I'm at. He know where I'm at. >> Well, let him know that you're going to jail. >> Exactly. He know where I'm at. Exactly. >> God damn it. >> Exactly. >> Daddy [ __ ] >> And she slipped her cuffs right now. So, the scuffle happens because she slipped her cuffs. The tube top comes down cuz he's recuffing her. Let me know. What do you think he reasonably should have done with her tube top once it came down? Should Do you think it's reasonable that he should have just called like, "Hey, is there a female officer around?" I don't think he should have touched her. But it's I don't know. It's uncomfortable to me. And I just want to know what y'all are thinking. >> Daddy. Daddy, come get me. PLEASE COME GET ME. Please come get me. Please. Please. Daddy. Daddy. Daddy. Please come get me. Daddy. Daddy. Daddy. Daddy. Daddy. Come get me. Please come get me. Somebody. Please come get me. Daddy. Daddy. Can't wait. Man, come get me. PLEASE. I DON'T KNOW. [screaming] HE GOT ME. PLEASE, DADDY, come get me. >> Hey, let go of my hand. >> Please come get me. >> Daddy, come get me. DADDY. DADDY, come get me. DADDY, [screaming] >> DADDY. DADDY, COME get me. >> This is This is reasonable. Royal said she believes he should have covered. And I won't say attempt to cover because she's not gonna sit still, but attempt to cover. I accept that because now you're not touching, you're just kind of putting something over them. That's a good middle ground. Um, and called her a female officer. >> Daddy. Daddy, please come get me. PLEASE. [screaming] DADDY, please come get me. Please come get me. Daddy, please [screaming] come get me. Please. Please, I'm begging you. Call Corey. CALL LIEUTENANT COMMANDER. PLEASE, DADDY. PLEASE COME GET ME. PLEASE. I don't know. Call mommy to come get me. Please. Please come get me. Please, [screaming] Daddy. Please come get me. Please. Please. Please. I'm not. Please. STOP RESISTING. >> I'M NOT RESISTING. I [screaming] SWEAR I'M NOT RESISTING. DADDY, please come get me >> again. >> Saying you're not resisting verbally doesn't mean you're actually not resisting. Removing your handcuffs is a form of resistance. That just already is. Now, the distinguishment can come between like violent or nonviolent resisting, but you removing your handcuffs is that you resisted. You definitely did. Um, let me see now. What if she called the wrong number? Ace Musha said, "I'm genuinely thinking of a 5150 Baker act hold. If she ain't chemically altered, then something's going on." She Okay, it's unhinged behavior, right? I was like, I'm because sometimes depending on what a person is doing, I've already cut you off on grace and she's done enough for me to where I'm like, okay, am am I overcorrecting? So, I'm trying to bring back some grace or is it exactly where it seems? But yeah, she does seem like just unhinged. Whatever it is, she's making horrible, horrible choices. And she and not understanding how you're where you're at right now is that's not that's that can be honestly dangerous. Not just not helpful to your life. It can be dangerous. >> Police command you, please. >> I don't give a daddy. [screaming] >> Stop biting me. STOP. OKAY, now that extra part from what I heard, he's saying stop biting me with a B. Not fighting me because you see it got a little rougher there. Um, I heard biting, but don't know if he'll repeat it, but just letting you know where I'm at with this part where it got to. SO, >> DADDY SWEAR [screaming] TO GOD. DADDY, DADDY, DADDY, DADDY. PLEASE. DADDY, DADDY, DADDY, [screaming] DADDY, DADDY, DADDY, PLEASE. PLEASE, DADDY, PLEASE. [screaming] PLEASE. >> Make us. >> Please come get me. Please come get me. Please, Daddy, please. Daddy, please. I beg you. Daddy, please. Oh my god. Daddy, please come [screaming] get me. I do think and I believe another officer says to him when they get to the station, um, you could have waited for me or something like that. Now, he said in a joking manner, but that was another thing with him being solo with a person like this. I think he should have done the whole, "Hey, such and such, can you step it up?" Like they'll say when they need backup. I think he should have definitely gotten back up. No matter the gender, he needed backup just to He easily could have lost control of the situation a lot. I want to know what Sergeant Curtis says about this one cuz I think Sergeant Curtis say he need to call minimum backup and probably like y'all said find something to cover her up. You ain't got to touch her but you know touch her top or anything cuz that's that's in some crazy territory. I wouldn't I wouldn't not not no I just would not not as a male officer I would not do that but cover up is reasonable but he needed backup. He should have called for backup. Why is she in the front seat is still a question I'm having right now. Please daddy. Please you not >> daddy please. We turning the eway. HE'S TAKING ME SOMEWHERE. DADDY, PLEASE. DADDY, PLEASE. PLEASE HAVE HIM COME TRACK MY LOCATION. Follow my eway. Please, please, daddy. Please, [crying] please, daddy. Please have 32 COME HERE AND FOLLOW MY LOCATION. >> I'M TRYING TO [ __ ] YOUR COPS. >> STOP TALKING TO ME, [ __ ] Stop talking to me. >> And there's the first of the spitting. There will be more if you have just come in. Hope you're not eating. Um, I don't know if there's actually someone on the phone or not, but she did slip those cuffs, so maybe she was able to call somebody. But yeah, I don't know if anyone ever actually picked up. >> Daddy, daddy, don't track my location. Please, my Please, Daddy, please. Daddy, please. Daddy, this white man is taking me. >> Daddy, please. Daddy, please. Daddy, he's racist. He won't let me go. >> He's not okay. Call Mr. Corey. Call the lieutenant. Call refuge. Call everybody. He don't want to give me his ID. HE DON'T WANT to give me [ __ ] I'M COMING FOR EVERYTHING. >> I'M COMING FOR every thing. Everything. I'm coming for your license. I'm coming for your career. I'M COMING FOR YOUR FAMILY. YOU HAD A KID. YOU HAD A I'M COMING FOR EVERYBODY. >> AND that's the Okay, that's the threat. So, I'mma rewind so I can at least hear it again cuz I cuz she did get charged with a um with some type of threatening. So, I do want to hear it for my own sake one more time. But um Ace Moonshot said, "I have had cops drive me home after I was booked. I sat in front, but not once have I sat in front while cuffed. Right. It seems like a lot of cops say, "Hey, if I got to cuff you, you have to be in the back." Some say uncuffed or cuffed. Even if I'm giving you a ride, I still got to put you in the back. You know what I mean? So, her being in the front and being like this is still crazy to me. Um, also, he put her in there as an arrest. So, why is she in the front seat? He would never have her in the front. Sergeant Curtis. Right. Right. I don't think so, Omar. That's true. That is true. Okay, I got poetic justice says she is not guilty. Now, is she not guilty of any of the six charges? Because I know I can't put all that on here or do you think she's not guilty on most of the charges? Like, do you have any that you think she's guilty on? Cuz that'd be a shorter to answer for since you put not guilty. So, let me know if you're like zero uh zero out of six, she's not guilty on any of those. Or if you think she's guilty of like one or two, what do you think? Um let me see. forever. TRL said, "I absolutely agree. I feel like at this point he could roll down the windows in the car, take his keys out, let her sit there, ask for them to step it up, uh, step up backup, and then just wait." I think that would have been the best option for him. Thank goodness he has, even though they still might like give him extra training, he probably didn't meet the requirements of like a reprimand or anything. But I do feel like they might be like, "Hey, in the future, you do need to call backup in a situation like this." I still I also want to know what they say about her being in the front seat. Um, oh, and his the one that talked to him said, "If you had waited for me, I had a spit mask." U, but yeah, he I just feel like he made a lot of bad judgment calls on this one. And that's independent of also how she is acting and how she got here. But yeah, hold on. Okay. Cook should have called for backup. Yep. Don't know if anyone's on that phone. Actually, she is going to jail. Forever TR said my dad would be so embarrassed. Someone was on the phone. They kept saying stay on the line. I don't know if it's her dad or not. Okay. So, you heard a voice on the phone though. Okay. Okay. Y'all had a lot. Let me see. Now, for her to act like she's being kidnapped is diabolical. Then to spit on the cop. Charge. Charge. and I'mma find another valid charge to slap on her. This is the thing because cops do get away with a lot. So, it's not I'm not commending this cop. That's not what I'm saying. I am just going to say that with some things I've seen cops get away with. I am surprised when she bit him, he didn't punch her. And when she started spitting on him multiple times, he did not do something violent because he was angry. Not out of actual like this is how you're taught to defend yourself and get a suspect under control. I mean personal take it personal and just start I am surprised but he can't be commended for because you're not supposed to do that. That's your job. I cannot have this job. But I do I'm like there are some times I see how I be in jail fired a lot of things because I couldn't take the things happening. >> I'M COMING FOR EVERYTHING. I'M COMING FOR EVERY THING. EVERYTHING. I'M coming for your license. I'm coming for your career. I'M COMING FOR YOUR FAMILY. YOU HAD A KID. YOU HAD I'M COMING FOR EVERYING BODY. I DON'T give a Stop talking to me. >> You come for >> Cy. Daddy cally. [screaming] All these white ass [ __ ] WANT TO THINK THEY GOING TO GET AWAY FROM some [ __ ] They ass. I hate they ass. They can die. >> [screaming] >> Cliff, he took my phone. Cliff, [screaming] TRACK MY LOCATION. >> DOESN'T HAVE YOUR LOCATION. >> CLIFF. >> SEE, now it's Cliff. I thought so. I think she called more than one person. I don't know if it was voice that she was like, you know, call Cliff, but now there's Cliff on the phone. It was dad. Now it's Cliff. >> My location. [screaming] You [ __ ] YOU I HATE YOU. I'LL GET RID OF YOUR FAMILY. DIE. YOU WEAK ASS [ __ ] YOUR GOOFY ASS MAMA, SHE GOING TO RIDE IN [ __ ] HELL. I HATE EVERYBODY, BUT YOUR GOOFY ASS GRANDMAMA. THAT [ __ ] GOING TO ROLL IN HELL. I SWEAR TO GOD. CLIP. CLIP. CLIP. Track my location right now. Send it to my daddy. Send it to police commission. Everybody, I swear to God, this going to be the end of your career. I swear to God, we're in the wrong. You stop talking to me, [ __ ] Stop talking to me. All these white supremacy [ __ ] they don't give this. Watch this. My out everything. Watch this. >> You [ __ ] >> You with your goofy ass. I'm done with these white ass [ __ ] Track them. I hate they ass. Somebody needs to beat the out theying ass. Everybody think they so supremacy. All right, cool. Watch this. Swear to God, it's going to be funny when I kill your people. It's going to be cool. Yeah. And I'mma laugh on this set. I swear to God, I can teach you better than I can tell you. Watch this. You're done. >> You're done. You're done. You're done. >> You see? Okay. And that's how it goes. That's why it's like you can change your answer. The I'm like, okay, like a moonshot. And some of y'all said the cop is not blameless. There needs to be some briefings at minimum because this could have gone worse. But poetic justice said, "I'm changing my verdict. No spitting." That's it got really, really, really bad with the spitting. >> White ass police, you're done. You're done. You're done. Your career is over. You should never walk around the city of Chicago. On God, you're done. >> You're done. You're done. >> And I'mma kill your ass. Watch this. You're done. >> I need a shower. >> That might have been the one that got her. I'mma kill you. She had the other threats, but then it actually say, "I'mma kill you, too." >> Uh, her breasts are exposed. She started to fight me in the car. I leaned her forward. It caught on the uh seat belt. Um, she has spit on me multiple times. So, if you have a spit mask, that's highly suggested. Kind of disgusting as uh you let them grab one. Okay. Thank you, Grandma. I'm going to talk to her friend. Put your phone first. I know you're you're angry. [laughter] >> That angry orange guaranteed. Frustrated. She called the cop while we were in the car. >> She what? >> She called the cop >> right now. Call them and they >> Hey, Cory, you still on the phone? >> Hey, she's going to be at Porter County Jail. She's going to be here a little bit. >> CALL MY DADDY. Y'ALL ASS ISING WEAK. Get me the OUT THIS CAR. >> NO, Y'ALL CAN'T [screaming] TAKE MY BALL LIKE THAT. >> I KNOW THE COMMANDER. I DON'T GIVE a >> His ass been to me everything. >> Let me out. LET ME OUT. QUIT kicking the >> I don't give a >> And this is someone that decided to let it be known that she graduated college. Always commendable. That's great. Where is the emotional intelligence, the things that the life skills you learn while also being in college and not just you know the the whatever you went to your degree or went to school for your degree for like where is the the maturity because that means unless she was so gifted she she uh graduated high school early and graduated college early she's at minimum 22 and depending on she could have graduated you know I don't know if she graduated like that year of 2024 or later or earlier but You're a minimum 22. Your father's a cop. I just feel like especially if you are black, parents already tell you how to deal with cops when you're a black child. They have to because you got to know it's just not it's just not going to go in your favor just cuz. And it won't go in your favor even if you don't do anything every time because that's just, you know, that's not the world. But they definitely have to at least they try to give their kids a chance by telling them like, "Look, you you need to just give them your name, have the stuff in your lap, just don't talk back. I know it's probably gonna piss you off depending on how they're interacting with you." All these things there. There's a Unfortunately, there has to be a standard briefing that most black children get. On top of that, her dad's a cop, so he's probably seen more than the average parent on some things with his colleagues and everything else. I just I'm with Ace. Either this is a mental issue or she just Well, the way her dad was enabling her on the phone, y'all heard the voice. So, it could just be enabling entitlement and enabling, but this is not good. He's going to get his daughter. The way he's enabling will increase the odds of her getting hurt for it just will because not everybody's going to be like that that man. And just the spit was happening till they got to the police department, all that extra stuff. People do not control their emotions, should they? Because it's their job. Mhm. But people are human. They will not do that. >> Commander, [screaming] call the SECRETARY AND SAY, "CALL EVERYBODY. YOUR WHITE ASSES. Let me out." [screaming] >> Hey, SHE HAS A SEAT BELT LOCK ON. SO, you have to unlock the seat belt with the key. I can go to the other side and do it. Yeah, it resist. >> All right, it's good. [screaming] >> Jesus. The quick Google search a smooth shot said it's usually classified as simple battery, simple assault or battery, but not aggravated. I think aggravated you do you have to have something else enabling you to do the assault or battery and it was just her spitting. So that's probably why there's no no aggravated cuz it's it's it's just your spit is the battery. But that's my guess. That is my guess. You would have screwed without us. >> You got to get a 10 pack off Amazon's 30 bucks. >> You got to get it. Trust me. Did >> you get anything? >> Nope. It's not working. I've got the she threatened my whole family. So >> Oh, yeah. I was going to say >> I'm going to She said her people are going to come get my whole family. >> But her dad's a cop or a fire. >> Okay. Okay. Offering a new variable. Ace Moo said, "What if she has COVID, HIV, HEP, C, and she spits?" Hypothetically speaking, I feel like the right prosecutor could probably add an enhancement or something on that one. Now, we're getting into something a little more specific. I don't know for sure what it would be, but I feel like if a prosecutor wanted to and she did have any of those conditions, something else might go along with that that just battery charge. >> [screaming] >> Man, >> that's pretty good. I haven't seen one that bad in years. >> Oh, I got the door for y'all. Oh, no. Crush ball. >> Wait, what did he say about $30? Did y'all hear it? >> I don't know. Somebody tell me if y'all heard it cuz I didn't I didn't even get the $30 thing. Just just a traffic stop. 105 and 70. >> Oh, wow. >> I detain her for reckless driving. She starts acting like this. She slipped a cuff um and then uh bit me and then freaking started spitting. Where'd she bite that? >> She No, no, she didn't break skin, so we're good. >> She She bit my elbow cuz I was trying to reach over and get her hand in the cuff and >> should have waited, man. >> Yep. That's the one where he said she he should have waited and he should have. That officer should have just stayed and waited for someone to come assist him. Looks like they had the Manning. They're not short staffed. He should have waited. This is not a solo kind of arrest. >> Hey man, real quick, I got to read you something real quick. Okay. I have provocated that you've been operating a vehicle while intoxicated. I must now give you the opportunity to submit to a chemical test and inform you that the refusal to submit to a chemical test will result in the suspension of your driving privileges for one year. If you have at least one previous conviction of operating while taxiating, your refusal to submit to a chemical test will result in the suspension of your driving privileges for 2 years. Will you now take a chemical test? I just need a yes or a no, please. >> All right. With your silence, I'm going to take that as a no. Okay. >> You can't take it as a no. >> Okay. So, so you >> call police right now, right? Call my father. Call everybody else right now and they will tell you right now. >> Okay. I don't give I don't give a [ __ ] what you call my father, call my uncle, call my grandfather, call everybody in the CFD and they will tell you righting now. I don't care. This is a gift in my everything. Call them. >> So you want to take >> Call them. Call them right now. I don't care. Call them right now. They are my legal guardian. They are my legal attorney. I don't care. >> The suspect was charged with multiple counts of battery on an officer, intimidation, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, reckless driving, and more charges. Oh, that's the one they just said out loud. She She has more than the six charges. Let me see if the description box says it. No, they don't list it. Some of some of the channels, they'll list all the charges in the description box. I'm not surprised it's actually more because some of the things y'all were saying wasn't listed, but I'm like, "Yeah, she totally could uh also be charged with that." Wow. Not I don't know. I'm not surprised, but Okay. So, we're going to go over the six that they actually put on the paper. Oh, she's 22. So, she just graduated. We just at We were just talking about her age. So she just graduated if she, you know, did it at the normal pace of the average person who graduates high school then college and everything. All right. So what prosecutions would have prosecution would have to prove for battery against a public safety official? And since it said multiple counts of battery, I'm guessing it's going to be for the spit. And it could be probably multiple times she spit on him as multiple counts and or the biting plus the spitting are the multiple counts. But it says prosecutors generally must prove the defendant Oh, it's a level six felony. I need to say that this is a level six felony for battery against a public safety official and she was facing multiple counts of this. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant knowingly or intentionally placed bodily fluid on another person in a rude, insolent, or angry manner, and the person was a public safety official, which includes a law enforcement officer, and the officer was engaged in the officer's official duty when the battery occurred. Possible sentencing, uh, 6 months to two and a half years in prison with an advisory sentence of one year and a fine of up to $10,000. intimidation. Level six, felony. That's another felony. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant communicated a threat, meaning an expression by words or actions of an intention to unlawfully injure the person threatened or another person. And she communicated the threat with one of the intents prohibited by the statute, including intending to place another person in fear that the threat would be carried out. And for the level six enhancement applicable here, the threat was connected to the trooper's occupation or official actions as a law enforcement officer. Punishable by 6 months to two and a half years in prison with an advisory sentence of one year and a fine of up to $10,000. The next one, operating while intoxicated, which that was the one I was like, I didn't she was not in her right mind in my opinion, but I didn't get intoxicated. But that they do have this on here. So, um, it says prosecutors generally must prove the defendant operated a vehicle and she was intoxicated while operating it and she operated the vehicle in a manner that endangered a person, punishable by up to one year in jail and a fine of up to $5,000. Resisting law enforcement, the defendant knowingly or intentionally forcibly resisted, obstructed, or interfered with a law enforcement officer, and the officer was lawfully engaged in the execution of official duties. Indiana courts interpret forcibly to require some use of strength, power, or violence, although the amount of force need not be extreme. The uh punishable by up to one year in jail and a fine of up to $5,000. Disorderly conduct, or as they call it, disco. Um, prosecutors generally must prove engaged in fighting or tumultuous conduct or made unreasonable noise and continued after being asked to stop or disrupted a lawful assembly of persons. Possible sentencing up to 180 days in jail and a fine of up to $1,000. And her six of six charge that was listed, but she had more, according to the narrator, was reckless driving. the defendant operated a vehicle and she recklessly drove at an unreasonably high rate of speed under the circumstances and that driving endangered the safety or property of others. Possible sentencing up to 60 days in jail and a fine of up to $500. Okay. Four verifiable battery, three solid spits in one bite. The threat is valid. She refused the DUI test which equals guilt. No idea if they drew blood. I forgot he offered a DUI test. He was just reading it at the end of the video. I put that out of my mind so fast. No mention of smell of alcohol, so not sure on DUI. Um, and I think that's why they went the went with the OWI cuz he didn't say anything about alcohol necessarily. If you put a drunk person in the front seat, she might spit on you. That's already in her. That's already in her. Poetic justice. Uh, let me see. She's only 22, acting like a 12-year-old child. I'm not giving her credit for being young and dumb. She was It was either dumb or a mental thing. Um, let me see. What's level six? Hold on. Let me I'll I'll look it up real fast. Classics felony. Hold on. What is the classics felony? Okay. It says it's the least serious category of felony offenses. Okay. Um carrying penalties. Oh, that's See, that's not the state though. Hold on. Classics felony for what was her state? In Illinois. Indiana. What? What is she? Hold on. She's Indiana. Let me look at Indiana specifically. Okay. It replaced the class D felony in 2014. It is still the least serious felony level in Indiana as well. carrying a fixed prison sentence or jail sentence of six months to two and a half years, advisory sentence of one year, and a fine of up to $10,000. Now, the statute I might go open it and read it cuz I think the thing said, what did it say? It said up to Hold on. Sorry, I'm looking at the sentencing. Oh, it said two and a half years. I for some reason I thought I saw five years or 10 years, but that was $10,000. Okay. Okay. Yes. All right. Another six. Yeah. So, if they don't if they wanted to, let's say she actually got convicted of her charges, they could choose to do concurrent. So, they actually technically she's only doing one sentence multiplied like not multiply, it's just one sentence. So, it could be technically a maximum up to two and a half years. Or the judge can choose consecutive where you actually have to stack the years for each conviction. Um, I've seen both ways. I don't know why she'd take that chance. She's going from college to a jail cell. lovable. She's probably one of those people who always says, "Oh, you know how she is to justify her behavior." Yeah, people probably say that around her and they need to stop. Ace said, "I think there's something mental going on." Not saying chemicals are not involved, but something was really off with her. Man, I can't deny something was going on. All right, this is our last video, but remember, we have our happy hour birthday celebration tonight at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time if you want to join. I'm trying to find funny body cam videos like the Sergeant Curtis compilation. I think Lovable or Omar sent me that one. It'll be like on that level like not not nothing too too crazy. Maybe a couple Dashes or something. Um but this last one is cop's daughter gets arrested twice in one night. And for this one, where is she at? She's in New Jersey. So, for her charge of harassment, a possible defense challenge is, was the defendant acting with a purpose to harass the officer, or was her behavior merely angry, argumentative, or disrespectful during the encounter? For disorderly conduct, did the defendant's behavior toward the officer actually involve threatening, fighting, violent, or tumultuous conduct that caused a risk of public disturbance, or was she simply arguing with and verbally harassing the officer for obstructing the administration of law? Did the defendants Sorry. Did the defendant physically interfere with or create an obstacle to the officers performing their lawful duties? Or was she merely arguing, refusing instructions, or being uncooperative? And for her fourth charge, resisting arrest, did the defendant purpose purposely prevent or attempt to prevent the officers from arresting her, or was her conduct merely verbal resistance or non-compliance? Every time I see I do purposely, I also want to say purposefully. And I still have yet to look up to see if purposefully is a actual word or is a word we've gotten used to using because I always be like, "Oh, should I say purposefully or purposefully?" So when I read it, I even stutter on the read. Thank you, Ace Moonshot just cuz Thank you for the super chat. I appreciate it. Um, oh, let me tell you right now. Everything y'all sent, I'm so sorry if you're new to me. Sometimes I go on a tangent. This is a tangent. whatever comes in cuz when I get it in August like if y'all super chat now or whatever you do now it comes in September. Best believe that whole YouTube whatever it's going to be is going towards you have to pay for the system to accept your things to then be able to pay to the actual school to apply to the schools to law school. So, you got to it's this thing called CAS CAS or whatever. You have to pay for that service because it it's the only it seems like it's the only um acceptable service to send your transcripts through your your whole application package through. That's what the law schools take. So, you have to and oh, and I'm not telling y'all this as if like I'm planning financially for this. It's the tuition I'm have to figure out. We gonna see God got it. Well, I don't know how that's going to happen yet. But this part, I'm not saying I'm like I'm going to struggle and miss a bill because I'm doing this, but it hurts. But um so if I want to apply to one school to use that system for just one school, which you know you got to apply for more than one school, it's $244. Now, if I want to apply to five schools, and I'm at least going to apply to two schools. If I want to apply to up uh for two to five schools, it is in the low $500. So it's a better value because I know I have to at least apply for two schools. And I really at least want to do three schools cuz you you don't know. You don't know if they have like a high demand this year and stuff. So I'm saying all that to say that's where all this is going. It's going straight to be able to pay to apply to then pay the school I'm applying to what they need. So that's not even it's I'm like wow. Okay, I'm back in this world of college. It is crazy. Okay, so now we are looking at the cop's daughter gets arrested twice in one night. >> A night shift officer in BM, New Jersey is assigned to help a female who was on the side of the road calling for help. It turns out she would make this the most miserable night of his life. >> I tried to go home an hour ago. My phone died. If one of you tried to call my phone, my dad will literally show that he is on his way here. That he tried to come home. My phone died. I tried to get them to put me to my car because I obviously am drunk. >> Showed up. What's going on? I am drunk. >> What are you yelling for help for? >> Because I'm trying to wait for my dad. I'm trying to wait for my dad because I obviously am drunk. >> So, you just need a ride home. >> Yes. And they're pushing me out of the They're literally pushing me into the street. >> Literally, whoever they are. >> No. I'm sorry, but literally I'm sorry, but who are you? I'm sorry. I don't >> I'm going to get out of here. >> Let's go. No, because if you charge my phone, I >> I don't care about your phone. I'm asking what what what are you yelling for help for? >> That I'm trying to go home. >> Who are you calling for? >> My father. If you want my dad's number, my dad's number. Okay. So, now you >> What's your first name? >> My name is Payton and I'm an AA, so I can't even do alcohol or anything. >> So, you shouldn't be drinking. >> No, I are drinking. >> No, I'm not. >> You didn't drink? >> No, I did. I did have one. >> You just said you just said you were drunk. I did have one. Yes, you're right. And I did tell you I had one. >> Okay, come over here. Just lean up against right here. We have We're calling your dad. Okay. All right. Your dad's phone is going to voicemail. >> You called the supervisor. He knows exactly who I am. >> Did your dad work for the police department? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> He knows exactly. He'll know exactly. >> Okay. >> And what's your name? >> Patan Concin. It's written right here. >> And what's your badge number? >> Are you kidding me? 43. What's your badge number? >> 4328. 20 what? I can't >> 4328. >> 20 what? >> Say one more time just so I got it. Just so I got it. What's your badge number? >> If you're not going to say it, that's also a crime if you know that. You know that. >> What's your badge number? Huh? >> What's your badge number? >> I don't know your badge number. I'm sorry. >> What's your badge number? >> All right, ma'am. >> What's his badge number? >> Ma'am, we're trying to get you. >> And what's your badge number? >> 4328. I gave it to you five times. gave it to me three times. >> Why are you asking again? >> How many years have you been patrolman officer? >> Irrelevant, ma'am. >> It is irrelevant. >> What's your full badge number? I'm sorry. >> Ma'am, back up. What's your full badge number? What's your badge number? >> I got to go. Send the local PD. Please >> sending the PD to her. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Just so you know, her phone's dead. >> I know. If it gets worse, she's going to go for discount. So hopefully it doesn't reach that point. >> Nope. Resigning. >> Yeah. So she's pretending to record them because Yeah. I think they saw that her phone was actually not on. Like there's no battery life. So she's pretending as if she's recording right now. >> She was the one at the grocery store. She was the one that went to during the store. She called visit with the server. How old are you? >> Okay. You're supposed to give me a phone call and your both are not. >> Okay, then it's a lawsuit. >> Is your phone on? >> It is on actually. >> So, can you make the phone call? >> No, because actually I'm detained under your guys. So, I'm allowed. I was supposed to make phone call. >> Stop talking. >> I got the video. That doesn't matter. >> Your phone's dead. >> You want to bet? >> Yeah. You showed it to me. >> Still yelling out reading me my Miranda so I can go to my car, right? Do you want your Miranda rights? >> Yes, I do. >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used again law. >> Thank you so much for actually reading them. >> Stand over here. >> Thank you for actually stand. >> Thank you for actually reading my Miranda. >> Stand over here. You're not free to walk around. Stand over here. >> Then you should have read them to me about 30 minutes ago. Right. >> Right. Right. Cuz I do know my I do know my laws. If y'all want to talk to my dad, that's fine. We can. Yeah, we can. >> [laughter] >> Get your contact. I live 40 minutes away. >> I am aware. >> Oh, mother who. >> Can you please stand over here? >> I am standing over here in the car. I am I am I want you by the car. I am in the direct. If you actually went to your No, I am in the direct light. I'm not asking you to be in light. >> So, it doesn't matter. I am in direct. And if you want to tell me, then they can go in back in their house. >> I'm concerned for your care. I don't really give a I'm concerned for my safety. That's why I'm asking you to stand over here. No. And then you can tell them all to go back inside then. Huh? >> They have the right to be standing where they are >> because stop walking around because otherwise I could go to my car. Am I detained? Am I racist? Detained for your sake. Then you can No, because then I can go to my car if you're not going to let me. Yes, I am. Because you're not going to let me. Then let me go to my car and you can come with me. >> You are not free to leave. You can go to my car with me. Then you can come to my car with me. >> Ma'am, you can come to my walk towards me. Do not put your hand towards you can put your car with me. Like I have aing RIGHT TO CALL MY FATHER WHICH YOU BOTH KNOW is true who is aing P County Sheriff officer who I'm sorry but one of you probably not him. You are going to lose your job. So I would love to call my father right now and yeah you can try all you want. >> You please stop walking around with him. >> Well I would love to go back to my car who I know for a fact I know who a fact has my mying father. Not my father. Yeah. Then you can then No. Then you can [ __ ] give me a um a phone call to my off to my dad. >> Calling your dad for you. >> Then give me a phone call to my dad. I would love to know. >> We tried calling the phone. >> Oh boohoo. It wasn't me. It wasn't me. It wasn't me. It wasn't my phone call. It was not my phone call. Was it? Who? I'm a citizen. Oh boohoo. I'm a citizen so I'm allowed to have a phone call. [clears throat] >> That's fine. I'll go back to my car. That's fine. Don't touch me. You're not allowed to walk. I'LL GO BACK TO MY CAR. YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO WALK. OKAY. THEN LET ME GO TO MY THEN LET ME WALK TO MY CAR. SO LET ME WALK to my car. Yeah. Stop walking away. >> So let me walk to my car. >> So let me call my phone. No, because I [laughter] stop. I'm a >> just to take a break from her voice. What is forever trl? What is What is this symbol? Thank you for it though cuz it still it [laughter] counts. What is this? I have Oh, Lord. >> I'mma go look at it in the live chat, but that the name is hilarious. >> STOP WALKING AWAY. >> NO, BECAUSE I have THE RIGHT TO CALL MY MOM OR DAD AND YOU GUYS ARE NOT LETTING ME DO THAT. SO, WHICH is it? I GO BACK TO THE CAR. ONE OF YOU WALK WITH ME or No, NO. I WALK BACK TO MY CAR. I YEAH. YEAH. YEAH. RIGHT IN FRONT OF A CAR. RIGHT IN FRONT OF A CAR. HOW YOU'RE SUPPOSED to dumb ass. Can you go to training? I'm not having the right to call my mom. >> Absolutely. When we get this out. >> Yes. Thank you. >> That's always good. She's got at least resisting and smacking. Come on. >> You want to take my bag out? I don't know. We get inside. Stand facing the wall. >> I'm going to take the handcuff off. Put this hand on your head. >> Sorry, what? That wasn't a full sentence for me. >> When it put this hand on your head once the handcuff comes off. >> Sorry, what? Sorry, what? Say it one more time. I'm sorry. That wasn't a full sentence. >> Do not face me. Are we clear? >> Can you get it? >> Now put your hand on your head. >> Have a seat. Have a seat now. Here. Have a seat. >> I can actually basically turn and sit down. >> Lift your hand up. You can put your arms down. You can put your arms down. >> I'm okay because you told me not to lift them. So, what's what which one is it? >> We just need to take your hands off. >> Let go of your hands. >> Which one is it? >> And take your phone out. >> Please >> take your phone out. >> Oh, sorry. I can't reach there. So, they're going to have to >> Yeah. >> A boohoo. Sorry. >> A boohoo. >> The officer's night with this suspect is far from over as [music] they call her father to come pick her up, which will lead to an entirely new problem for officers. >> Hello, >> Dad. >> This is patrolman. >> This is Katie and they're not literally they're literally not reading me my Miranda writes, nothing. Come to the I don't even know what police stations are out. >> Sir, can I talk to you please? If you could come pick her up, please. She's very intoxicated. I'm literally >> There's the favor though. There's the favor. Cuz was she officially arrested? Oh, you know, she was. She got She got a charge. It She did get a charge on the first encounter, too. So, I'll say they did arrest her. But he literally sounds like he is begging the dad to come pick her up. >> Not brethrise me. >> Hi. >> Hello, sir. >> Here for Caitlyn. >> Yes. If you want to come on in, >> hand over. >> Are you her father or >> she's adopted? Work legally. She's under arrest for existing obstruction and disorderly conduct. I will let you know that there is an investigation for uh >> because she's not a minor and you don't have to produce documents. I feel like they had to let people know genetically we did not make this girl because you don't have to say that she's an adult, but you have to let him know she's [laughter] adopted. Yeah. Yeah. I see why y'all kept saying the parents are embarrassed. They're embarrassed. They're embarrassed. I I don't know how I miss them showing up. assault on a police officer that's being conducted. Your dad's here and here's your shoes. >> Y'all know you don't need a college degree, right, for what you do, right? >> Okay. You need a high school diploma and I have one. >> Thank you. >> All right, follow me. >> I wonder does she have a degree? And I don't like it that people that to me were privileged to get degrees ask stuff like that. only time I'm like, "Okay, I'm now I'm about to have to say something." If you try to say, I don't know. You'd have to like come for my profession. You'd have to You'd have to treat me like I'm dumb or just it'd have to be very explicit for me to then say, "Okay, but what did you do?" But I'm not just out here because I have a degree. Some people have multiple degrees. Shout out to them one day. I hope that's me. Um, but I don't you don't just throw that out like, okay, but they could be a better human than you. They could have made a more difference in their community, their state, in the world than you just because you went there and memorized some things and was able to take the test and pass. Like, and I'm not saying that's how everybody is. Like, people really do put in some hard work for their stuff. But like, let's not let's not act like now you're the best human because you have a degree. But I'm also wondering, did she even get one? Did she even get one? Cuz how did she she make it? >> Shut up. Get in the car. You better have the keys. >> Literally 1 minute later, the father and mother call 911 to report that their daughter got out of the car and stormed off down the road, causing the officer to come out and get her yet again. >> Where'd she go? To the right or to the left? She went straight. >> Straight. Come here. >> What? >> Come here. You're not under arrest. >> Yes, you are. You're not free to leave. >> Why? >> You're a danger to yourself. >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> Then breathalyze me. I'm literally okay. >> Come here. You're not. >> No. Yes, I am. I'm >> Stop walking. >> I'm lit breathalyze me. >> You will get arrested again. YOU WILL GET >> BREATHALYZE ME. I AM OKAY TO go home. >> No, you're going to the hospital. >> You're going to the hospital. >> I'm literally breathalyze ME. I'M OKAY TO GO HOME. THEY LITERALLY KICKED ME OUT OF the car. >> You're going to get No. >> What do you want me to say? >> You got out and walked away >> cuz they kicked me out of the car. What do you want me to say? >> No, you got mad and walked away. >> I did get out of the car, which they told me. And I'm walking myself home, which they told me to do. >> No, you're going to the hospital. >> THEN BREATHALYZE ME. I'M OKAY. >> NOT ABOUT INTOXICATED. You are a danger to yourself right now. The way you're acting. >> What if I have someone to pick me up? >> No, you're going to the hospital. >> I know because I have someone to PICK ME UP. [laughter] >> BREATH ME. >> STOP. I'M GOING TO ARREST YOU AGAIN. >> I'M GOING TO ARREST YOU. >> DO IT. BRAILIZE ME. I'M OKAY. >> ALL RIGHT, I'll send you the ticket in the mail. >> STOP. >> LITERALLY BREATHALYZE ME. I'M OKAY. If they think I'm okay to walk home, those are my parents. >> Clearly, then they think I'm okay to walk home. >> No, they don't think you're okay. >> Well, then why would THEY TELL ME GOODBYE? GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> SO, THEY just came back to us and called headache today for sure. Veronica said, "I have a friend that would always bring up the fact that she has a masters. People are always shocked when she speaks. Elaborate. Are they sh Why are they shocked when she speaks? I just want I don't want to make assumptions on which way that means. So tell me why are they shocked when she speaks about it?" Or you know what? Tell me. Just elaborate, Veronica, so I don't make an assumption. >> You just told me to get out of the car. >> You're going to the hospital? No, I literally AM RADICALIZED WEED. >> IT'S not about the intoxication. It's your behavior. >> I don't drink. I understand. >> So, >> stop walking. Come on. Hold on. >> COME ON. >> LET GO OF ME. LET GO OF ME. PUT ME IN THE AMBULANCE AND I'MING GOING. IT DOESN'T MATTER. STOP MOVING. >> IT DOESN'T MATTER. IT DOES NOT MATTER. I'M LITERALLY GOING to ambulance. I'M COMING WITH YOU. >> I wouldn't like you to be on your phone, by the way. Especially if you're on Snap or Instagram, by the way, which you can tell by your eyes and your reflection, which by the way is legal. And what are you just a foul person? Sorry. Sorry. I wasn't supposed to be rude like that. >> What did you expect it to be? Yeah. >> He's not going to hear the end of that for the rest of the night. >> No, I'm not [laughter] the rest of the next shift or the shift after. >> Hey, listen. >> Yeah. >> You're being awfully rude. >> Oh. Oh, no. I for freedom of speech, right? >> H to a point. People freedom of speech does not mean freedom of consequences. People love saying that first part about freedom of speech, but there's consequences whether they're legal or off the books. There's consequences for things you say. Um, okay. So, Veronica elaborated. Thank you, Veronica. So, Veronica said, uh, she sounds the friend she's referring to that got the masters. She sounds uneducated. She makes up words and I have to decipher what she means. Wow. Okay. Okay. I feel like we just need to have a separate live so you could just come up and just like explain the whole thing too because I just want to know like how did like did she I don't know I just have questions and I don't know I want to ask right now I ain't going to ask but I do have questions if I was appearance the way I would have drove away. Yeah, she she would have came in the car the first time. I'm like you know you keep her keep her in the uh holding tank or something. It's okay. Loel says she's a liar. Yes, she she called that man fat but she didn't just say fat. She said something else and it was like unnecessary. He wasn't even talking to her or anything. I scratched my lip really hard just now. But he wasn't even talking to her. Ace said he has bent over backwards to help her. He tried to shut her up. He has been patient. I think her connections helped her, but she's too wasted to care. Mhm. I agree. Jacqueline said it's not an assumption that many high schoolers are reading at third grade level. You know what I do see all the time when people be like I blame Bush for No Child Left Behind because then you get they do they say they blame Bush for that. So yeah, some some people a lot of people be slipping through the cracks. They like just pass them. Just pass them. Yeah, that's true. That might just answer my whole question. >> You're just being rude. >> Oh, so Oh, wow. I have a freedom of speech, right? >> Okay. fever. >> I don't really give a >> I don't give a sign off to go into the hospital. >> The suspect, Caitlyn, was charged with harassment for her first arrest of the night and then was additionally charged with disorderly conduct, obstructing, and resisting arrest for her second arrest. She [music] is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. >> I don't want to play this just in case it's some going to be some stupid copyright stuff, but well, let me go to him. I'll skip the cartoon part, but he uses the cartoon to teach a lesson. Hold on, I got to get past this part. >> Directed, but nothing like and that's the reality because some people don't respond to patience, they respond to boundaries. Now look at this situation. Same thing. Calm gets tested again and again and eventually that moment shows up where control isn't about staying nice anymore. It's about stepping in because patience does have a limit and if you ignore that limit, you don't stay in control anymore. You lose it. So think about your own life. Are you dealing with something that just needs more patience? Are you dealing with something that's been telling you for a while it's time to set boundaries? Oh, craziness. I haven't seen our our other favorite officer in a long time. Okay. Ace said, "I'm uneducated. I barely make it through high school. Was living on my own at 17. College or higher learning was out of my grasp. I self-educated." And Ace, I never would have known. That's exactly what I'm talking about. Like just because some of these people got papers, I don't care. I need to know what is then manifesting from this. So yes, self-educated, you probably have a way more well-rounded uh knowledge as well because I know like a lot of stuff even you say in the chat and in the comments. I'm like I just I just knew you at least did like graduate school or something. But that goes to show if you want to learn, if you want to know, you can. Especially now, it doesn't have to be in a traditional way. Um but yeah, I respect people that just actually want to learn versus um how you have it. Unless Miss Cheyenne Bryant is for people to give actual therapy, counseling, things that you say you are and you are not. I care then like you you know what I mean? But I that that's great. I I respect it because I I I wouldn't have known. I would not have known. Um okay, her last part. We're powering through this. Prosecutors have to prove for harassment. Um, the defendant acted with the purpose to harass another person and depending on the conduct charge, she either communicated in a manner likely to cause annoyance or alarm, subjected or threatened another person with offensive touching, or engaged in a course of alarming conduct, or repeatedly committed acts with the purpose to alarm or seriously annoy that person. Um, possible sentencing up to 30 days in jail and a fine of up to $500. Disorderly conduct. The defendant acted with the purpose to cause public inconvenience, annoyance, or alarm, or recklessly created a risk of doing so. And she engaged in fighting, threatening, violent, or tumultuous behavior, or she created a hazardous or physically dangerous condition by an act serving no legitimate purpose. Possible sentencing, another up to 30 days, and a fine of up to $500. For obstructing, prosecutors have to prove the defendant purposely obstructed, impaired, or perverted the administration of law or prevented or attempted to prevent a public servant from lawfully performing an official function. And she did so through flight, intimidation, force, violence, physical interference, or obstacle, or an independently unlawful act. Uh possible sentencing punishable by up to six months in jail and a fine of up to $1,000. and resisting arrest. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant purposely prevented or attempted to prevent a a law enforcement officer from affecting an arrest and the officer announced the intention to arrest before the resistance occurred. Possible sentencing up to six months in jail and a fine of up to $1,000, which means that's really low stakes and she's definitely going to keep doing that again. Right. The only thing she did right, she doctorred her resume. Poetic justice. I love it. That's a good one. Hey, Bam Bam. Okay, Jacqueline said, "You have to have a willingness to want to learn. Let's begin with common sense." Right. I agree. Omar said, "Me, too. I barely uh got through high school. I moved out at 17, a junior in high school, and moved to Texas and got my GED, and it's treated the same when you go in the real world. It'll be just fine. There's nothing wrong with it." Um, Ace Moonshot said her charges are iffy. Disorderly fits best. The DUI, of course. Yeah, disorderly fits best. The harassment's kind of a weird one. Like I feel like that's going to be a challenge to try to make that one stick, which it's not. She's going, this is why she like this. She's going to get out of most of this most likely. And then it's not even harsh if she doesn't get out of it. Lovable said, "Ace, I tell people it seems like the more education you get, the dumber you get. A lot of the people I know with PhDs don't have a lick of common sense." Veronica said, "Ace, a degree does not mean you are uneducated. There are many educated people without a degree period and I respect a lot of people that I respect a lot of non-traditional people because it just it feels like you even had to do more effort in a lot of ways. Um, again I say now things like administering prescriptions and surgery and there are certain things I'm still saying you better go to school, stop playing around, dentist, you know, all that thing. But there are so many things of just someone being knowledgeable and being able to positively affect the world. I don't care how it happened. It's just the the results of you being that person. [laughter] Okay, so that's it. I will see y'all at 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time tonight if you want to come for a little happy hour birthday celebration. Um, other than that, I will at least see you tomorrow morning if I don't get to see you again tonight. And I hope y'all have a great rest of your day. And members, I'm going to I have to do a story time. It won't be long, but I'm going to do a story time on I had to ghost my dentist as of yesterday. Uh, he he he did the most. So, yeah. I will give y'all a story time eventually when I sit down to record it. All right. Talk to y'all later. Bye. [music] >> Said you're going to jail tonight. The homies going to jail.
