So, all right, here we go. These are hodge podge of all kinds of things. We're going to start off at the airport. So, we have British Karen threatens to blow up airport after getting kicked off the flight. So, let's start with that one. All right, here we go. On May 17th, 2025, officers were dispatched to the airport after receiving report of a woman threatening to blow up the airport after being kicked off flight. >> So, this Mrs. Cla has been drunk. She was she was kicked off flight. She's intoxicated. Then she lost her passport. She's demanding that she put her on the plane. I said, "We can't pass. You're not going anywhere." pulled her bags and she went on and she must be totally out of her mind. She just I'm blow up. What did you say that I'm going to do? I'm now that I I told myself you I said I if I were you I wouldn't leave the airport and she's still hanging. She's drunk as hell. And I don't know if she'll wake up in real life, but she's an entitled, you know. She She must be very I expected 20. >> I'm sorry. I need her to speak up like, "Hey, you're already you're all the way over here. Just speak up. Why are you whispering?" I told her I said being British and being gay. >> When she made the comment about blowing something up, did you feel threatened? Did you feel alarmed by that? >> You know, I've heard it so much. You don't know when to take a serious not. I don't I I basically looked into her. I said, "Don't you threaten me or say something about it?" It's it's something you don't you don't even joke about. We don't even joke about mom. You can't >> because you don't know how someone interprets anything. She's just like I said, I think she's just an entitled. >> So, did you feel threatened by that comment she made? >> Oh, yes. But when you say threatened, I'm always, you know, that's part of what it is. I just think what she needs to do. She's a British citizen. She needs to go. She can't leave without us. But I don't know what you do as far as we're not here to teach people lessons. I don't know where she gets. You can say I mean talk to her. Find out what's going on. >> What are you watching? Talk to >> Yeah. >> Hey, ma'am. My name is Officer Lee. How are you doing? >> Hi. I'm very good, thank you. >> All right. So, where are you flying to today? >> Uh, London. You have your driver's license for me? >> Uh, no, but I did have my passport, but it's gone missing. That's why we are having a >> All right. >> conversation. So, my passport's gone missing. >> So, you lost your passport? >> Yeah. >> Okay. And how about a driver's license? You don't have that on you? >> Okay. Why don't you have a driver's license? >> Um, we don't do that in in the UK. We don't have to carry it. >> Okay. Do you have any sort of ID or something? I could >> My passport was the it's my it's the most important ID. Have you had any drinks today? >> 100%. >> Sorry. >> Yes. >> How many? >> Sorry. >> Three or four. >> Three or four. What kind of drinks were they? [snorts] >> Very nice. >> Very nice. >> Yeah. >> Very very nice drinks. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Were they shots or what were they? What type of drinks? >> Lots of wine. >> One glass of wine. >> Nice. Three or four glasses. >> Three or four glasses of wine. Okay. Uh, how how long ago did you get last drink? >> I'm sorry. This feels very exciting. >> I'm sorry. >> Sorry, D. >> I can't hear you. >> Sorry, D. How long ago? >> Right. When was the last time you had a drink? The last hour. >> I'm I'm at the airport. So, >> Right. >> So, we're here because we received a call. You were You said you're going to blow them up or something, right? You tell me about that. >> No. >> You don't know what I'm talking about? >> No. So, you didn't tell them you're going to blow blow them up or something along the line of that? >> No, I [ __ ] dare. >> Okay. Or could you move over and stand over here and talk to me on the table? >> Huh? Leave me on the table. >> No, she doesn't have one. She lost. That's why that's why I'm not on the flight. >> What time was your flight? It >> was meant to be 9:30. Then it was then the next one got delayed and whatever. Okay. >> So, what time do you think it is right now? >> Probably about 1:00 a.m. >> Okay. What What day of the week is is it? >> What day of the week is it? >> Friday, Saturday. In the UK, Saturday, probably. >> I'm supposed to be at home in the next 5 hours. >> So, she had drink three to four glasses of wine. >> About an hour ago. On a scale from >> So, let me ask you, on a scale from 0 to 10, zero being totally sober, 10 being the most drunk you've ever been, how what where would you be on that scale? >> So, about five. >> Five. You think you're safe to travel right now? >> Do you have anyone traveling with you, friends or family? >> No, I'm going home. I want to get home to my dog ASAP. >> So, what are we doing here in the US? um hanging out with friends. >> It's funny cuz I wonder what was her volume level when she told them she was going to blow up the plane cuz we real soft voice now. Now we got to have caption up for the lady that told the story and the one that's getting questioned real soft. I don't think that voice was like that when she was threatening that lady actually >> and I've lost my passport. That's a problem. So that's a bit distressing. Okay. So, if you lost your passport, how are you going to fly? >> What's your plan? >> Well, I guess I'll have to go to the embassy tomorrow. >> To where? >> MC. >> Okay. What's that? >> They don't know what an MC is. >> No, that's why I'm asking you. >> Okay. Embassy is where >> the embassy. Yeah, I thought you said the go to the embassy. >> Okay. >> And get, you know, an emergency all sorts of lovely people. So, what were you talking to them about or or that being on right there? Cuz we didn't get called here for no reason, right? >> I don't know. Ask that. >> I just said I need to find my passport. >> Okay. So, is there is there flight canceled or when is the next flight? >> I don't think there's any flights going tomorrow, which is a real problem. A lot of problems tomorrow. >> Okay. So, if there there's no more flights going out tonight, what's your plan? Uh, my plan is get myself a hotel, I guess, and try and find my passport. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> And where did you lose your passport at? >> Uh, I think. >> Is she getting arrested for threatening to blow up the plane or not? Because she don't have no plans tonight if she's going to jail. The plan is jail. Is she or is she not getting arrested for threatening to blow up the plane and all this other stuff? >> Got taken. >> I think you did. Someone reached in your purse and grabbed it or so. >> Yeah, I think so. >> And why do you think that? >> Just common sense. >> Okay. >> Listen, I'm not I'm not one. >> So, all right. Stay right there for me. >> So, what do you have? >> Uh, she's leaning on the table. Her >> Okay. >> A little imbalance earlier. >> Little imbalance. You smell it? >> I can smell it. >> Okay. You see the red bloodshot eyes? >> I do. >> Was she not asked to leave there? She was threatened or she she claims that she the female American Airlines manager who >> I'm skipping. I'm skipping. I just want to see if she getting arrested. Let's get back to that. Let's let's see here cuz this officer he he needs some help. Let me go on to this next person. >> When she spoke to y'all, did she say anything about blowing y'all up or blowing something up? So, um, what how it started is she was asking for her passport and she was thinking that she was going to take a flight, but we were telling her, you know, she was intoxicated and we were telling her, "Well, you need to go look for your passport." So, we were telling her just go over there. And then, so I guess she was finally trying to realize that she wasn't going to take the flight. So, she was like, "Are you kidding me?" And then she was like, "Y'all, you're not going to let me take the flight. I'm going to blow all of you guys up. So, we questioned her at first, but she just kept repeating it like about three times. >> Okay. So, did you feel threatened when she said that or did you feel threatened? >> Yeah, somewhat. I don't know. It's just I've never been told that before, so I didn't really know how to take it, if that makes sense. >> I got you. So, ma'am, I'm lost with airports. So, tell me about what happened at the date counter. I'm sorry. No, I just wanted to go home. I just want to get on my back towards the airlines. >> No. >> Okay. So, I have three witnesses lying to me saying that you said you were going to blow them up. >> Sick [ __ ] when you I take it all back. >> Well, you can't take back what you said. So, >> how much are you to drink tonight? >> Quite a bit. >> How much is a bit? >> Three or four drinks. Three or four drinks of what? >> Wine. >> Wine. How much? Big glass. Small glass? >> Big glasses. >> Big glasses. How long ago was your last drink? >> What time? >> I can't remember. >> You don't remember? Okay. Do you believe you're safe to travel on your own? >> 100%. I just want to get home to my daughter. That's >> where So, where did you last see your passport at? Um, in my hat bag. >> In your hat bag. So, you can't keep track of your own property. If it was in your bag, well, how would you lose it? >> I did, but >> I don't know. Anyone can come and leave something out your pocket, right? >> Where were you sleeping at? >> Where was I sleeping at? >> Were you sleeping somewhere? Did you Were you lost? >> I was just standing here. I was just standing there. >> Did they ask you to leave the counter multiple times and you refuse to leave? >> I know. It's a yes or no question. >> I don't know what's going on yet. >> You did. You did. You said what you said. Repeated it three times. You remember. That's why you don't You're reluctant to answer now. Oh, child. She Okay, we Is she going to get arrested? >> I need you to answer my question. That's why I need you. Well, they're going to need >> Well, here's what you have done. So, currently you're under investigation for what's called false alarm or report and public intoxication. Public intoxication, let's say. >> I'm definitely drawn. I'm definitely drawn. >> Yeah, we know. >> Yeah. >> So, um you're also under investigation for >> I like this officer better. I feel like we're getting somewhere. >> Um, false alarm report because you threatened these people to say that you were going to blow them up, which is a crime in itself because it causes an alert. So, you are not free to go. You are detained until we are done with our investigation. Do you understand me? >> I'm really not going to do anything. >> Okay, sounds good. So, do me a favor. Take off your bag though. >> So, what do you have? >> Yes, do me a favor. Are y'all putting on gloves? I noticed that even postco them gloves start coming on, handcuffs follow. [laughter] Looks like we do have it. They felt enough to call. >> Take your hat off. >> Take your hat off and your purse off. >> Huh? Take your hat and purse off. >> You're supposed to take the clothes, so take care of it. There you go. Turn around. Turn around. Your back. >> Sorry. Sorry, I don't like the way GFW teaches. [laughter] >> You said a little bit too much to drink, right? We've had a little bit too much to drink and you shouldn't have made that threat. So tell her what she's under arrest for. >> All right. So right now you're under arrest for public intoxication and false report. >> All right. >> Oh my god. I'm sorry. I'm tickled at how he just threw that woman's stuff on the ground. Hats just on the ground. You can't see the pink sweater she or whatever blanket she had on, but he just tossed that to the ground. >> So you should probably inform dispatch that, right? So let's do that. Well, I was going to call her over because you always It's coming with you, ma'am. >> We're going through your stuff. Yes, >> let's go in. Get in. >> Who's coming? >> It's not an option at this point. You need to get in the car. >> Did you cry when you had when you told those poor people that have to see way too many people like you, "F you. I'll blow up the plane and all this other stuff." Did you speak so softly when you said it to them or no? They have to deal with a thousand of you because you are you got to get your way. Well, now you can sit in jail for a little bit and still catch your flight on another day. >> One foot at a time. Don't hit your head. Please put your other foot in. Put your feet in. Put your feet in the car. Both of them. Sit up. She was charged with public intoxication and making a terroristic threat that disrupted a public place. Share your thoughts in the comments. >> I just want I was hoping we got that terroristic threat in there. I was like, don't y'all just make this about her being drunk. Jay, I would cry too if I had to go to jail. I would, but I also wouldn't have I wouldn't have raised my voice at anybody or threatened them. And I know they're just doing their job and they can't control a lot of stuff. But yes, still, if I was going to jail, I'd be crying, too. I ain't gonna hold you. I would. [laughter] Okay, next one we have is sus a suspect gets the surprise of her life after attempting to fool the police. Hopefully, I've never seen this channel, so hopefully it's just the body cam. Um, so we'll see. But this is Vanguard Cam is the name of the channel. And here we go. >> You got any weapons or any drugs in the car? >> No, just a bunch of clothes. Mom, should I let them check my car? I mean, there's nothing in here, but you know, >> so I'm going to give you one chance right now. >> Hi, I'm Deputy L with the Frank County Sheriff's Office. Uh, the reason why I stopped you is that you have no back license plate on your car at all. >> I'm sorry. >> And you also need a back windshield. >> Yeah. Yep. It just got knocked out and I literally the paper is back there. It's just plastic and it keeps falling off. >> Yeah. Yeah. He knows. That's why he pointed out you also need a back windshield. Just driving wrong. Like everything about this is about to be wrong. You know you going to get looked at if you missing a back windshield. And what what else did he say she's missing? Hold on. We here for a while. I already counted about three hours of video. So just chill. Put me in the background. But I got to see what else he said. I stopped you is that you have no back license plate on your car at all. >> I'm sorry. >> And you also need a back windshield. >> Yeah. Yep. It just got knocked out and I literally The paper is back there. It's just plastic and it keeps falling off. >> Okay. You got your license on you? >> I do not. I was just driving my mama someies and going >> it. It don't matter if you're driving. You're just blank. That's the whole point of why you're driving. That's not what he asked. [laughter] Um, did he Okay. Whole license plate. I was just about to verify. Whole license plate. No. Back windshield. Come on. >> Back home. >> I got you. You got You do have a license? >> Yes. >> You got any weapons or any drugs in the car? >> No. Just a bunch of clothes. >> Bunch of clothes. >> Yeah. >> That's a time you should say, "Yeah, there's a weapon in the car. If you have one, you should cuz when they find it after you say no, that's not No, that's no bueno. [laughter] Can you turn the car off for me? >> Car doing a whole lot of beeping and stuff. >> Oh, sure is >> y'all. He just politely called that car raggedy. When he said it's doing a whole lot of beeping, he called her car raggedy. I promise you that's what he was saying. >> Yes. [clears throat] All right, just hang tight. She say why she jumped for into that gas station and then jumped back out. >> She she she probably know >> what's it >> I said she knows that she she was avoiding us grandma. I'm going to talk to her for a minute while you're doing this. Did she pop? >> All right. I have >> Oh, okay. >> I was just You got to navigate through the screen. >> Yeah. >> I'm just waiting. He ran my things. He looking through the car. I'm just looking around. But, you know, all my clothes and stuff is in here. >> So, where you coming from tonight? >> Do you know mom's house? >> Where's that? >> On Highland. >> On Highland. >> Yep. >> On Highland. >> All right. And where you going to? >> I was going to rallies, but the one that's on Mount is closed. I was going to go to the one on Georgeesville and grab us some food and head back home. >> Oh, okay. All right. Um, why'd you pull into the BP? >> I needed gas. >> You needed gas? >> How much gas did you get? >> Um, none. Cuz when I scanned my card, it wouldn't work. So, I was just like, I'll make it back. I was just trying to get gas cuz that's the closest one that's normally open. >> Okay. >> Didn't they say she dipped in the gas station and dipped right back out? So you kind they saw you the whole time. This girl she is this is this is her uh superpower is lying. Just letting y'all know now. Everything is a lie. >> All right. All right. There's nothing illegal in this car at all. No. >> Okay. All right. All right. Um would you have any problem with us checking the car? >> Why do y'all want to check my car? I just want to know why y'all want to check it. I'm just cuz like my training experience usually if somebody sees us and then ducks right into a gas station and then the moment we leave >> see you. >> Okay. Um the and then the moment that we go out of sight that person starts driving again it's usually an indicator that they're trying to avoid us. >> So I'm just I'm curious what's going on. Um have you ever been arrested before? >> No. >> No. Never for anything ever? >> No. >> Okay. All right. Yep. So there's a lot of stuff in here and I don't I think our because I don't have the bingo card in front of me, but I think our current version of bingo card still has cop has arm tattoos. So if if it does have that, take your square. >> Mom, should I let them check my car? I mean, there's nothing in here, but you know, I just started driving this one again cuz the other one stopped. So I don't >> I have a lot of stuff in here, though, cuz I just moved a lot. trying to move and all that stuff is still in there. >> But it's like I'm not I don't want to feel like I'm hiding anything, but I just also don't want them just rams sacking through my car either. >> I said just because I >> I can tell you specifically what I'm looking for is guns and drugs. >> Oh, guns and drugs. No, I ain't going. Is she looking for guns and drugs, too? WHY YOU LOOKING BACK LIKE, I'M NOT SURE. I DON'T KNOW IF THERE'S some guns and drugs in here. [laughter] [snorts] >> I just don't I don't know. I don't I've never had that question asked to me. I've always been told just go like, >> "Yeah, I don't know." >> Would you have any concerns about guns or drugs ever being in this vehicle before? Do you do you associate with people who use either? >> No, it's not that. It's just like I was just telling my mom, I have a lot of stuff in here from moving in general. Like, >> well, I mean, it's it's totally up to you. I'm I'm not going to like >> I just don't flip your car upside down. >> I don't want to say no and then it I'd be in trouble, but I don't want to say yes. >> You're not going to be in trouble if you you're not going to be in trouble if you say no. It's your constitutional right to say no. >> I would. >> And and and he's correct. It is your constitutional right. But if that thing smells like marijuana or if you've given them some other probable cause at this point because you sound because if they already found out she's being dishonest about something else or if a dog comes and starts sniffing. They call it the open air sniff cuz they're not technically in your car. Something's about to give them the reason they still going to go in there. Constitutional right or not. >> I just I'm just >> It's totally up to you. I've never had a good experience with what I've heard about cops and going through commerce. >> Okay, >> that's fine. >> The initial seizure satisfies the fourth amendment under the standard articulated in versus United States where the Supreme Court held that any observable traffic violation supplies probable cause for a stop regardless of an officer's subjective motive. Two violations of Ohio Revised Code section 453.21 were observable, making the stop unambiguously lawful. The consent request that followed must be analyzed under Schneckloth versus Bamante. Consent must be voluntary under the totality of the circumstances. And although officers are not constitutionally required to advise a citizen of the right to refuse, Deputy Lambert did so explicitly. >> He did that cuz he know they still going to search that car though. He ain't do it to be polite. [laughter] He almost got a little smart alaki when he asked cuz he know they going to search that car. >> That advisement closes off any future suppression argument grounded in coercion. After consent was refused, the canine deployment is governed by Illinois versus Cabales and Rodriguez versus United States. Cabales permits a free air sniff during a lawful stop without additional suspicion. Rodriguez prohibits extending the stop, even briefly, for that purpose. Because the registration and identity checks were ongoing, the deployment fell within the lawful mission window. The order to exit the vehicle is supported by Pennsylvania versus Mims, which authorizes such an order without any individual >> PA versus Mims. They can ask you step out that card and that should still be a bingo square. So for people that's been wondering what's PA versus MIMS on the bigo card, that right there suspicion beyond the stop itself. The central legal failure belongs to the driver. Under Ohio Revised Code section 2921.13, falsification requires a knowing false statement made with purpose to mislead a public official. Providing a sister's identity in response to direct investigative questioning satisfies every element. Section 2921.31 obstructing official business requires an affirmative act without privilege that hampers an officer's lawful duties. The fifth amendment protects silence. It does not protect affirmative deception. The concealed weapon charge under section 2923.12 is independently sustainable. Ohio imposes an affirmative duty to promptly notify any approaching officer of a concealed firearm. A direct denial when asked transforms a regulatory omission into evidence of consciousness of concealment. >> So Wow [snorts] says she should have let them search. I've seen this and she caused a lot of her own drama. 100% all of it. You being on the road with with no windshield and no license plate. You're on the road with no windshield and no license plate. Then cuz the the thumbnail already showed it when they asked her, "Do you have any weapons?" Or they probably said weapons first. "Do you have any weapons in the car?" She says, "No, knowing she should at least say there's possibly something in this car." I don't own it, but there's possibly something in this car. You'll understand why I I say possibly because you'll see. She's still going. It's It's still happening. >> So, I tried asking her about searching the car and she got weird and she was like, "Uh." And she's on the phone with her mom. She's like, "Should I say yes or no? You know, I don't want to act like I'm hiding anything, but you know, I don't know what they're looking for." And I just started driving this car again. I was like, "Do you associate with people who have guns or drugs?" And she was like, "No." I like, "Have you ever been arrested before?" She's like, "No." She seemed pretty clean, but I'm going to go get that VIN number because >> we got K96 here. You want a sniff or not? >> You want one? Okay. I would assume that that's probably a good indicator though. Even if she's she's not worried about it. Yeah, I can tell. >> Oh, it to be quite >> broken. I don't know what the wood is. >> Look at the back of this car. No license plate alone would get you pulled over, but look look at the back of this car. Ma'am, [clears throat] probably not there. There's Is that the tag pool? Yeah, >> probably. She said there's one back there. >> Quite old, >> but she said >> uh yeah, I fig I figured by the fact that it has a tea on it. >> There's a like a liquor bottle. I'm not getting any indicators of intoxication though from her. >> I did smell it. >> She's not slurring her words. Like there's nothing to make me think that she's intoxicated. >> That Yeah, that that's also an option. >> Negative. Thank you. >> She's got a speeding ticket. >> Welcome. >> I would also assume that she's probably got marijuana in the car. >> Yeah. Oh, yeah. I would I would reason to believe that the bottle on the floor is recent simply because if you look number one, she has shoes on that you would probably go to a club in >> as a jacket as well. She also has her eyelashes on so I find it hard to believe that she's >> Sir Hold on. You're going too far. Just because she has her eyelashes on does not mean she went to the club. And some of us have eyelashes on daily for not night activities. [clears throat] >> At the house hanging out, >> going to rallies and just wanted to get gas. She's dressed up as if she was probably at a bar, had been drinking. >> So, >> there's also a lot there's a marijuana shaped >> um ashtray on the floor. I saw that in there >> in the back passenger door. Um, I would guess that she's probably nervous based on that fit in it. I can see the bottle before we >> I'm not sure that's her. >> Can we get a Let's see. >> Either way, it was nice bottle. >> Hey, is this her? >> Look, look, look. Now she lying about her identity. Lying about who she is. >> I don't think so. I don't think so either. >> You got to say he's been talking to her. >> I don't know. She got a lot of makeup. It doesn't look like her. But >> this might be like the squeeze. >> Go ask her. Did she just give you the social and that's it? >> She gave me her social enter. >> Is it When you ran the When you ran the car, is it supposed to be registered to her? allegedly. >> Buddy, I haven't touched this CAD. >> Well, that's what I'm wondering is if she's saying she told Serge was in his presence said that she's trying to get the registration switched over to her. If it's registered allegedly to her, if that's switch is the same, then we know she just gave you the sisters info. >> Yeah, it comes back to the name on it. >> So, she probably gave sis sister >> sisters information. >> Yeah. >> Confront her with it. See that again? >> Oh sake. Um >> I'm sleep. This is her car. I'm We're trying to get stuff switched over to be now. >> Okay. So, is she still saying it's her mom's car? Cuz I think earlier she said cuz she was like, "I'm not I'm still getting used to the car. It's my mama's car or something." at some point. Does she Did she say it was her sister's car this time? I I didn't catch it yet. >> Got my work badge in here. >> You ain't got no work badge in here or nothing. >> I don't think so. >> Step out of the car. [snorts] [laughter] >> Hang up that phone. Um, mom, they [clears throat] want me to hang up the phone, but I don't want to hang up the phone. >> Oh, they done with you. Uh, it's I don't think it's gonna be your choice. Oh, no. I'm not going to say nothing cuz y'all ain't going to I'm not going to get in trouble because of y'all. [clears throat] >> Ma'am, so I'm going to give you one chance right now. >> I don't know what to do. I don't >> I'm going to give you Listen. Stop talking to your mother and listen to me. Do you understand? >> Yes. >> Put the phone down. I'm going to give you one chance. What's your real name? >> I told you my name. >> So, what is your name? Tell me. >> That's your name? Yes. >> That's who you are? >> Yes. >> Okay. Is this car registered in your name? >> No, it is not. It's my little sisters. >> Okay. Then why is the car coming up registered in the name? >> My name? It shouldn't come up registered in name. It should come up registered under the name Desireette. >> This is my sister's car. I'm trying to get it trans over to me. >> Okay, go ahead and step to the front of the car right over here. >> Just got to watch the tattoos. See if they're listening. >> This is why I don't like driving this when I would have just drove the truck. >> You had no problem driving it. You just didn't think you was going to get pulled over. It It was all calm and good. Don't do that. Um Oh, Professor Deita Joe says, "Good morning." She can't say hi to everybody. Be safe, Professor. >> It's got a weed [ __ ] emblem on it. >> And there is liquid missing. >> Like everything in this I'm still here, but that's what I'm saying. Everything in here is dead. Like I her key off the track. >> Well, she's got a warrant. We can just take her on the warrant. >> No, I'm not. >> The bags are interesting, too. That's a lot of bags. >> And I didn't bring I should have I'm going across from that. >> Yeah. Like right when you cast the donat on >> open. >> Yeah. >> I think the safe place confirmed the warrant. >> Yeah. Uh yeah, I would that's >> and they'll fingerprint her there. Dean, you going to always bring up a good point. Dean said her mom is on the phone listening to her use her sister's identification. And if I'm not mistaken, cuz she hasn't identified herself properly yet to who she really is. She's about to get arrested on a warrant that was for her sister when I think they probably just would have given her a lot of tickets, some warnings had she just actually gave her real name and said, "There could be something in this car. It's not my car. It's not even registered to her." So, that's not a lie. But nope. [laughter] >> She's getting in the back of the car. She needs to give up her phone. Y >> at this point I'm thinking that we could take her >> just do the warrant. >> Go ahead and do it >> right over here. Step over here. >> Yep. >> Go ahead and confirm it. Um scratch out the site for failure to display and no safety glass and we'll do it that way. >> A full one. >> Yep. >> Ma'am. Yes. >> So, are you aware that you have a warrant? >> Who has a >> I don't know. Tell me who >> are you? >> Yes. I don't. >> Is that your name? >> Yes. >> Okay. Then you you possibly have a warrant for your arrest. >> For what? >> For some kind of traffic citation you didn't pay. >> I've ever gotten was on High Street and it was a little ticket in the dash thing and I paid that. >> We're We're confirming it right now. But the photo of you that we have on record does not look anything like you. >> Didn't I just tell you that like it's because I >> not you getting an attitude while you lying about your identity and you got a whole uh gun in the car, girl. No, look at this. Look at Look at the back of the vehicle. Let me take this down. No license plate and saran wrap for the windshield. And you got an attitude. ressed like losing weight. Like I am normally I have double chin and all like I could take my contacts out, my wig off, my lashes. I am the exact same person. I'm just not fat anymore. And you know that's crazy to say I'm not fat anymore. But that's her sister's picture the whole time. So she she she calling her sister out for having a double chin and every you see this is oh my god. Also, there's some kind of >> and my sister damn near look identical. >> There's some kind of THC drink in your >> in your car in the door. Yeah. What's that about? >> I told you. Well, I didn't tell you. I told your partner. I was moving everything from my old house to my mom's house. So, everything in both of our cars is just packed. There's just stuff everywhere. There's a ashtray on the front floor and there's just a lot of stuff. >> Okay. >> But that bottle should be it. So, add any of that THC liquid tonight? >> No. >> Okay. You're moving. Why do you move an empty bottle? >> Yeah. >> I was like doing the same thing. >> Why do you put it right within reach if you're move? >> Yes. Jay said she's reading the F OUT HER SISTER. LIKE, that's wrong, man. That's so wrong. Just trying to say Oh my god. You didn't have to say all that. Like just say it's me at a different time in my life. >> Yeah. >> And it's trash. I usually put my trash on the passenger floor and then clean it up eventually if I have trash. But why would I retain it if you're moving? >> You could do SFSTs, but I don't know >> that's going to find anything. >> Yeah, >> dude. I I don't know. ain't looking for the cold. >> Her story about losing weight might be true, but doesn't that look She's got that scar right there. See if Can you see if she's got that scar in her eyebrow? >> Yeah. Hold on. Work this up on that in the eyebrow. >> Scar? Where? Where at? >> Right eyebrow. I could have sworn. >> Right one. >> Right. I'm going to end up doing double. >> She about to go to jail for failure to identify. >> Is that her sister? >> Okay. Listening to that music in the background. Um, I don't think YouTube's gonna pick that one up, but there's been plenty of times YouTube was like, "There's a copyrighted song in your video and all that stuff." Um, but I do y'all remember that time when cops when body cams first started getting popular that people were watching them on YouTube that cops started playing uh Taylor Swift songs because it would automatically copyright strike, I guess, or whatever. So, they they would play it real loud while they were on traffic stops or just out and about and people were filming them. >> This is Desiree that we're looking at right now. Okay. So, on her right eyebrow, it looked like it's cut. Did you see that? >> What's up? I'm sorry. >> Did you see her eyebrow? >> Yeah, it's got it's got the line in it like that does. >> Yeah. >> Well, we're going to go back to the other sister. I'm just trying to see. >> I don't think that's her. >> I don't think it is either. >> I guess she the one who got the warrant. >> I want to see the double chin sister. It's so close yet so far away cuz it's blurry. But I want to see the sister she just read down. [laughter] >> She's also got leads alerts though. >> There's no there's no listing for scars, marks, tattoos. [snorts] >> I didn't see >> on the warrant on Is it on leads? >> Well, let's try and navigate this [ __ ] Um I think she's lying. I think I think so too. But she gave her sister information because she >> Well, she gave her sister's information then said she was trying to transfer it over from her sister and the car is registered to she's like, "No, it should be >> ran." >> Yeah. >> You ran the van. It comes back to unique. >> Oh, okay. Good. >> Yeah. I look >> I hate when people do. Well, one thing I can say about these two is they are not the all black people look alike category because they are doing their investigation. They looking for things [laughter] >> this because it becomes such a problem. Especially when it's like a sister, it becomes such a problem identifying and she's got no arrest record. She's just lying about a warrant. >> Deputy Lambert and the Franklin County deputies receive an A minus. lawful predication, express advisement of refusal rights, canine deployment within the Rodriguez window, and methodical identity verification before arrest. The deduction reflects informal commentary between deputies that fell short of full professionalism. The driver receives a D. She correctly invoked her right to refuse consent, but every subsequent charge flowed from her own affirmative falsehoods rather than from any police overreach. >> We're going to inventory one way or another the car's going. It's either She's and has a warrant or she's Desiree and has a warrant. But either way, >> God dog either way. Peaches with cream, my big sis, part of the mod squad. She said, "Hey, little sis trending in chat. True story. My sister was stopped by the cops some years ago and she gave them my name. I put her ass on glass. Don't play with me." I'm glad. Yeah, cuz D don't get used to doing that. And y'all y'all remember when Nin's older son uh gave the cops his little brother's name? I'm like, that's just dirty. >> She has a warrant. I also don't think Desiree has a driver's license. Hey, hold off for a second. Just one second. Desire don't have a driver's license, does she? >> She is suspended. >> Yep. There we are. >> Yep. And we're good. Okay. Hey, Ray Mel. Good morning. Good morning. Been here for 20 months, child. No, I'm playing. I do appreciate that. I'm glad anybody especially and I know some it started the clock over when my channel got demonetized for a while. So, I know it stole some people's time. So, just know I understand that. But, thank you so much for being with me uh for the long haul. I I appreciate it because y'all the ones that keep letting me evolve too and change. So, I appreciate it. See that? [music] >> Yeah. >> That's for Roman. >> So that's Desire's prescription right there. [music] I thought you dug it all up already. [sighs] >> Her mom is still allowing her to lie and entertaining it on speaker and they still let her have her phone. She's getting on my nerves. But I'm with you, Mindy. Just let her play double chin, sister. Fingerprint her either with the rapid ID that they have out in the field or at the station because the girl is lying or well, she's lying. I'm not going to say or she's not cuz she's lying. Just fingerprint her and finish it. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> And he told me to put my hands behind my back >> just like you're praying. >> I don't know. He's talking though. He's not telling me anything. >> He said he'll explain everything. >> Nothing in this coat. >> No, you just gave it to me. >> Walk over here. >> I'm walking away from my phone. I don't know what's going on. >> All right, Desiree. Now's the time to come clean. Go ahead and take a seat. That's right. Here's your options. >> Hey, [snorts] there's a 40. >> 40. Yeah. >> Oh, >> what? >> I think 40 is code for gun if I remember. We'll see. >> So, what's your real name? >> Okay. >> Okay. Is that the story you're going to stick with? Why do you guys keep asking? >> Listen, Either way, you >> My mom's on the phone. >> Listen to me. Either way, your sister, >> she has a warrant and Desiree has a warrant. >> I got reason I got reasons to believe that you are Desiree and you are driving with a suspended license and all you had to do was say so. It would have been a ticket and you would have it would that would have been the end of it. >> We We don't typically Yeah. It It's just traffic stuff. Yeah. But now because you you've been lying to us, you you got additional charges. >> So So here's your options. You're going to have multiple additional charges or you can just tell me your real name cuz right now I got you on instruction falsification and failure to provide or you can just give me your real name and you can just take obstruction. >> What is that? that you delayed our investigation and all you had to do from the very beginning was tell me your right name and that would have been the end of it. You would have just got a driving under suspension ticket. >> Why would I get a driving under suspension ticket >> because you are suspended? >> That's literally not my god. >> She's the definition of looking a gift horse in the mouth. She is just too dense to even get it. It's a little too late anyway, but just dent. >> This is why I told her we shouldn't do this. >> Yeah. Everything in the car is des literally why I told her we shouldn't do this. >> So, you are desire. >> Yes. But my sister said as long as I'm driving her car because it's not switched over yet to tell them that I'm hurt. >> That don't even make sense. Unless you stole the car, it can be registered to whoever let you drive their car. So both of y'all are dense. She And then why would you why would you go along with your sister that has a warrant for her traffic tickets? Apparently you she has one too. You know what? The mama's stupid. They stupid too. Because the mama sitting there just just fine with her lying and saying she her sister named the whole time on speaker phone. So never mind. It's just in the family. >> That's right. That's it. Just uh ju >> and my license aren't suspended. I literally >> it said your license is suspended from an accident, but that's beyond the point. Ju just be a Desiree, listen to me. Listen to me. Just be aware >> that for for the future, we do have means to see who people are. We have pictures. And I knew immediately, okay? Just start telling the truth. So you >> It wasn't He said as long as I'M DRIVING HER CAR THAT I NEED TO TELL them that. And and on another thing too, that firearm in the car, >> that's mine. >> I I asked you I asked you, "Do you have any guns or anything in the car?" You said no. >> I don't My purse is >> All right, go ahead and kick your feet. >> Was the gun in the purse? Because I was I still gave her the little benefit of the doubt that she didn't know about the gun cuz it's her sister's car. Was the gun in her purse? If so, that she's not gonna they're not beating the allegations in this family. I never get in trouble. Like, what the should not listen to her? If this is the way she goes through life and she's never gotten in trouble, which you have because you already got a warrant, but if you've never gotten in trouble, she has the literal dumb luck then because the way she thinks, she should have been in trouble more often cuz that means you just don't make good common sense decisions and everything. You should have not listened to her. No. >> Three lessons arise from this encounter. First, the constitutional right to remain silent is broader than and distinct from any right to lie. Refusing to answer carries no criminal liability. Supplying false answers creates new offenses. Second, in jurisdictions with a duty to notify, concealed carry obligations attached the moment law enforcement contact begins. Not when an officer happens to discover the weapon. Third, for officers, expressly informing a citizen of the right to refuse consent is not legally required, but it is the single most effective insulation against later suppression motions. Let us know if there is an >> Okay. Yep. I'll subscribe. That was very good. They definitely need more subscribers then because when you do good breakdowns and references, I just feel like those types of channels, they do. They need all the attention because that was really good. Thank you to who sent that to me. I don't even know what this is about to be cuz I didn't watch this one ahead of time. Hey, thank you Purple Haze number 43 on the likes. Thank you. And if y'all did come in, please hit the like button. It is helping. I am reaching people. So, thank you. And replay gang gang, when y'all hype, thank you very much. It helps. Um, right. She's already been in trouble. Okay. Hey, Teresa. All right. So, next one is Atlanta Crime Files. And the title is Henry County traffic stop turns into DUI, obstruction, and drug charges. Um, and it says in the thumbnail, traffic stop went left fast. Six charges. So, here you go. Hey man, how you doing? >> Doing good. Doing good. Yeah, I can find you, sir. Um, no. Why did you put me on? >> I'm going to explain that. I have to identify you first. Okay. >> No, you can asky that now. Like, >> no, sir. No, sir. Go ahead. Uh, >> other channels I've watched, probably Sergeant Curtis said it as well, but um, it's a courtesy if the cop wants to tell you why he pulled you over before they get your ID. But most cops like to go ahead and get your ID because you're going to argue with whatever they say on why they pulled you over and it it's wasting more time and they could kind of multitask a little bit. >> Your license on you? >> No. Okay. What's your first name? >> I'm asking why did you put me over? >> Fail to maintain lane. Can I What's your first name? >> What you mean to maintain lane? >> What's your first name? >> Does that matter? No. I didn't do anything wrong, sir. >> 16. Can I get 20? All right. What's the first name? >> I didn't do anything wrong, sir. Why do you Why >> I have to identify you for a traffic stop? >> No. Okay. What did I do wrong? Can you call your sergeant or anybody? Cuz I never I didn't do anything wrong. >> Okay. First, I have to identify you. I'm not doing anything else to identify you. >> It's wow when people are actually in the wrong and they ask for a sergeant, supervisor, whatever. This man, at least we know for sure he has drugs in the car just based on the title. and you want to ask for a supervisor and fight on what you did wrong. What if you were only getting pulled over for not maintaining or he said he did say failure to maintain your lane. What if you didn't he didn't pick up on anything else and you would have got a ticket for failure to maintain your lane. But they want a supervisor to double confirm you're about to go to jail. >> No, I didn't do anything wrong, sir. >> Okay. Well, you're about to be detained. All right. >> Okay. For what? >> Tell you to identify. >> I didn't commit a crime. I didn't do anything wrong. >> Fail to maintain lane as a crime. >> No, I did not fail to maintain lane. No, I did not. >> What's your first name, boss? >> So, you have no reason. >> You know what, BRB? I think you're right. BRB said the cop is slow. His first name is No, I didn't do anything wrong, sir. [laughter] Duh. >> What's your first not do anything wrong? >> What's your first name? >> Like, I did nothing. >> Don't make this harder than it has to be, though. That's all. That's all it has to be. You have to be identified. >> No, I do not. I didn't do anything wrong, sir. I do not have to give you my ID or my driver license. Nothing I didn't do. >> Don't Don't put yourself in jail tonight over there. >> No, I didn't do anything wrong at all. >> What do you mean fail to maintain lane? No, I put my sitting on and I and I crossed over lane >> and everything. I did not swerve. I did not do anything. I did not do anything wrong. >> Look at me. Look at me. Let's restart. Okay. >> No. >> Because I'm going to have to identify you. And you're about to make this a lot worse than it has to be. >> I'm asking where did I >> that you know also I He's probably doesn't have a valid driver's license on top of everything else. >> But I still say a lot of cops they say if I had have found out you had a suspended license that just would have been another ticket. Some states they apparently they do have to arrest you if you knowingly have a suspended license and you're still driving. Um but a lot of them are like this would have been a ticket. >> I fail you to maintain lane. I put my signal on. >> I already told you. Okay. >> No sir. >> Yes sir. >> Right. I did nothing wrong. >> So are you going to identify yourself or not? >> No sir. >> Okay. >> I have no reason. >> I did nothing wrong. I did not >> I'm going to explain to you what's about to happen have to happen. Okay. You're going to be removed from this vehicle and placed in handcuffs. You're going to go in the back of my car. >> For what reason? >> At this point, you're obstructing my investigation. >> No. >> Yes. >> For what investigation? >> I'm investigating a traffic stop and I have to identify the driver. >> For what reason? >> Ready to maintain lane, sir. >> Okay. Did you see me? >> Yes. >> You maintain lane. Did you see my signal on? >> Signal doesn't matter for your lane. >> Huh? My signal doesn't matter. I need I need >> No. Did you see me swerving maintaining different lanes? No, you did not. No, you did not, sir. I'm asking yourself a question >> and I've already answered your question. >> Did you see me maintain the lane? >> No, you did not. >> Because you >> I was in the same lane the whole time, >> sir. >> Oh my god. No, you just you just literally rewarded what he said. He said, "Did you see me maintain my lane?" No, you did not. That's a failure to maintain. I know what he meant, but I'm just saying he literally verbally said out loud what the officer just said, even though he didn't mean to say that, but he did. And also lots well the ones I watch a lot of them warn you you can go to jail if you don't identify yourself. You don't have to answer further questions but you have to identify yourself. That alone you go to jail. And they tell them and they even repeat it and people still are like I choose jail. >> So no I'm asking >> don't don't make this something it doesn't have to be. >> Okay. >> Don't get out of the car yet. >> No because No, you you pulling me off for nothing. I'm not I need your identity. How am I How am I not maintain lanes? No, I pulled over. >> I was in the same lane the whole time. So, how you going to say failure maintain lane? No, I was in the same lane, >> sir. >> Okay. Well, you can you call your sergeant, please? >> Not to identify you. >> No, I want you to call your sergeant. That's right. Uh Jay said, "Did you see me?" Yes. That's why you got pulled over. Mindy said, "Is the cop's shoulder injured or something? Cuz why hasn't he already snatched him through that window?" Mindy, they be they be patient. They be patient. Jacqueline said, "It's crazy. If the police have stopped you, the assumption should be that you did something. Take it to court. Argue it in court. Argue it in court. Traffic court is not on the side of the road. [laughter] >> You have to do that. >> You have to do that. Sir, >> I'm going to identify you. You have to call your sergeant though. >> Negative. >> You have to. Yes, you do, sir. >> No, I'm going to identify you and then I'll alert myself. >> No, you have to call your sergeant. >> I've already got another >> I ask you. Yes, you do, sir. My My uncle is the major. >> I don't care. >> It's the goddamn Oh, the sheriff. Yes, you do. >> Your uncle is the major. >> I mean, the sheriff, please stop. Stop while you're losing. [laughter] >> Okay. And I don't care either, but I know my rights. You have to call your major. >> You do understand you have to identify yourself on a chapter. No, you I do not. >> No, if not not none if I'm not committed of a crime. >> No, I'm not. >> Okay. Awesome. >> I haven't did anything. >> Like I said, my uncle is a major. >> I don't care. >> I know this for a fact. >> I do not care. >> You can call your sergeant and then we can talk. Please. >> Excuse me. He also started supervisor. >> I haven't did anything. How you going to say maintain? >> It's a courtesy that he's getting his sergeant/supvisor. I haven't seen yet. where where it's mandatory they do, but a lot of them end up doing it. I don't know why. It's just more of a waste of time. I be like the ones that say you can you can see my sergeant when we get back to the station. You can talk to him all you want to or her all you want to. >> Switch lanes. I'm in the same lane the whole time. >> Okay. >> 113. You clear? You're not going any kind of lane. I don't see how even possible. I in the same lane. >> I'm not arguing with him. I'm just trying to see. >> Jay, maybe in Atlanta then. Maybe in Atlanta. I promise you. Promise you. Promise you they they do not have to get their supervisor just because you asked for one. a sergeant because you ask for whatever they some say I want your white shirt I want your supervisor I want your sergeant your captain they don't have to get anybody above them in a lot of places but maybe in Atlanta they have to but and that's they people mess up >> your identification sir >> I don't have to show you no identification sir >> your your speech is very sl I didn't I didn't do anything >> your speech is very slur how much you had drink >> I didn't do anything >> how much you had to drink tonight >> I didn't have nothing to drink I didn't do anything Okay. >> All right. So, you're >> do anything. >> So, just to be clear, you're not going to identify. >> No, you said maintain the lane, bro. No. >> Why are you so Why are you so angry lane? No, cuz you trying to say that in the same lane. >> But why are you so angry? >> No, because you telling you to identify no sense. >> How you going to say that when I never switch lanes? I'm in the same lane. >> Did I say you switch lanes? >> Yes. That's what to maintain lane does not mean you switch lanes. That's what you kind of saying, sir. >> Not kind of. The law is not a condo. >> Yes, you are, sir. >> It's all right, though. >> Okay. It's all right, man. >> Oh, yeah. Look, I'm with you. Uh I'm with y'all as far as as long as you're not making it 100% statement. Yeah, I agree cuz that states operate differently. Counties operate differently. So, I agree that there are some that are required, but I'm saying you taking a gamble unless you know your local uh the local way that they operate because it is so many that do not have to. I'm I just whenever somebody makes an absolute statement, I'm probably gonna argue it if I have if I if I have the energy because there's not a lot of things that are absolute. So, that's all I'm saying. Not 100%, but some. Mhm. Yeah. >> Once once the unit gets here, I'm going to I'm going to go ahead and be honest with you. You will be removed from this vehicle and you will be placed in handcuffs. You understand? >> Okay. All right. Now, respect that. Okay. >> You have no reason to do that, but okay. I respect that. You hear this baby? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> I >> No, because I didn't do nothing. He He pulling me over for that and like No, I wasn't doing anything. >> Go ahead and step out of the car. Go ahead and step out of the car. >> Huh? >> Go ahead and step out of the car. >> Yeah. Okay. What? I'm going to get Okay, I got you. You're welcome. >> Yes, sir. >> I am. I'm not resisting. >> I didn't say you were, did I? >> I'm not being rough. >> This ain't rough at all, bro. >> 160. Show one custard. >> No. No. I'm trying to put this in the I'm not I'm not >> I'm right here in Hampton. Right here. >> Here we go. On speaker phone. Uh, that's okay. Um, telling your location on a traffic stop makes cops even more antsy because now you're increasing what could be a potential danger for them on the traffic stop. Letting you know. So, uh, you know, and you're making it you're making it more dangerous for the person that tries to come to your traffic stop, too, because you're upping the tension. Tell them the police station you going to. There's no problem with that. [laughter] Uh, Mindy, I think we're going to be the same on this one because you said he better be glad I wasn't in his passenger seat because I would have given the cop his name, address, zodiac sign. [laughter] Yes. Yes. And then and then add, did you also see him do? Yeah. I don't play with people like that. Don't ever have me in a situation where you can make this stop easy and you're making it difficult. Don't do that to me. I'm I'm I'm telling cuz now you don't care about me. So, I need you to go where you need to go so I can get out this car and go home another way. >> Oh, yeah. >> Uh-huh. >> I'm right here on my road. Okay. Is your card here? >> Nope. Okay then. No, I asked to speak to your card. >> I don't care. >> Yes, he's on his way. >> That's not That's not supposed to be >> At this point, I told you you're under arrest. >> Okay, but no, I asked I asked to talk to your sergeant. >> All right. And he will be here in a minute. >> No, I asked to talk to your sergeant >> and he will be here. >> That's not how I supposed to go. Oh, sir. >> Don't play with me. >> I'm not playing with you, [ __ ] >> [ __ ] no. You I asked [ __ ] star. >> Okay, they'll be in a minute. Get in the car. >> Yeah. No, I asked to talk to your star. >> Get in the car. I asked to talk to your [ __ ] >> HE WILL BE HERE IN A MINUTE. >> OKAY. NO, YOU CAR. >> YOU WAS SUPPOSED TO PULL ME OUT THE CAR TILL YOUR CAR GOT HERE. HANDS on me, boss. >> Hell, you wasn't supposed to pull me out till your car got here. 162, can you run out 27 052 915 8882? 113 to 162. Give me a 1012. You got 93. Yes. Go ahead. Hold on. have our Cory Sloan showing suspended all for FDA also showing 1099 Henry County for probation violations. >> Did I hear probation violation on top of everything else? So, you can post his bond tonight. >> Thank you. >> You're welcome. >> Michael began hitting his head in the squad car in addition to his stuttering and murmuring. It's possible he began acting this way due to hitting his head or it's possible he was simply trying to continue annoying officers. He continued this behavior for the remainder of the ride to jail. He was charged with trespass on property, breach of peace, two counts of resisting arrest without violence, and disorderly conduct. He is innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Now, this one is definitely different. It appears we have an ex- cop who's having a problem with letting go of the past. And trust me, I do get it because when you've worn the uniform for x amount of years, it is difficult to adjust to your new reality. But every cop has to understand there's going to come a day where you have to hang the badge up and you'll just be a regular citizen like everyone else. This is a crazy cautionary tale because some people wear the badge for years and enforce the law, but when it's time for them to obey the law, they have a problem with that. This is the prime reason why some people do not like cops. And this guy tested every bit of these officers patience when they arrived. But even the most composed officers do lose patience. And this officer let one fbomb go. It's raw. It's real. And it does happen. But here's something to remember. This whole video teaches somebody how not to act. And that's whether you're a citizen, an offduty cop, or a retired police officer. Now, I thought this scene was finally calmed down. But this went from crazy interaction to Twilight Zone in the back of that car. The weird sounds and the muttering. I'm starting to wonder how this guy even passed a psychological exam to become a cop. This is where being a cop in this moment can be difficult because although he could have been faking, he also could really have a head injury and officers cannot take any chances because that's the quickest way to get sued. But what do we actually learn from this one? Well, for me, I always thought that the badge does not make the person character does or whether you retire like me or get fired like something. I don't think it's the badge that they miss. I think it's the control. >> You better drop that mic, Officer John. Yes, people like him miss that control. Okay, come on through. Officer, we love some Officer John and some Midwest Safety over here. Truth TV said, "Good morning, trending in chat. I've been in your bushes for weeks, but I had to come out today. I am legit crying, laughing at this man. I love your videos." Thank you. Thank you. I'm so glad you look Come on out the bushes. But I don't uh fault anyone for staying in the bushes either. I love y'all equally because I get it. You got to scope people out for a while, too, because you know they they be one way and then they change on you. So, [laughter] no, but thank you very much. I got our lawyer um real fast. Lawyer's reaction. So, here we go. >> Lawyer's reaction. >> Are you the one that said uh losers out the window as you drive by? >> I don't answer questions. >> Okay. Yeah, that was definitely you. And that is loud and boisterous conduct upon a public roadway. That's public disorderly conduct. >> This is an illegal stop. You have to witness a traffic violation. Yeah, I was going to say, would you like to hear the traffic highlight? >> Yes. >> Yeah, because we wouldn't speed and we don't have any lights out. >> By the way, lights are required 1 hour before dust. In >> most jurisdictions across the country, your headlights are required between sunset and sunrise. But even if you ignore that technicality alone, the officer clearly stated their intention the moment they pulled THE DRIVER OVER. THE SUPREME COURT HAS RULED THAT YOU CAN CURSE OUT A POLICE OFFICER IF YOU WANT BECAUSE THAT IS PROTECTED free speech under the Constitution. and getting pulled over for first amendment protected SPEECH MEANS THE STOP ITSELF IS UNLAWFUL BECAUSE THE OFFICER ALREADY SHOWED HIS HAND BY ASKING whether or not he called him names. So regardless OF THE JURISDICTION WITH A GOOD LAWYER IT WOULD MAKE THIS AN UNLAWFUL TRAFFIC STOP. IF YOU think you have a caseh I love him. I'm so glad we got him back. It's part of our thing now. All right. Which I knew like yeah they going to say first amendment. You can cuss out the cops but I promise you they're going to find a reason to still get you. But he made the mistake of actually saying it out loud. [laughter] All right, next one we have rich CEO loses it after being denied boarding at airport. And those eyes crazy. All right, here we go. >> On June 4th, >> oh, this is NY detective >> 2025, officers at the airport were flagged down by TSA after a passenger became upset when he was denied boarding for being intoxicated. >> Who's in charge? Which one are you guys in charge? >> We're equal. We're equal. Okay. Do I seem intoxicated? >> Um, I've only been talking to you about 10 seconds, but >> I don't know yet. I haven't made that determination. How's that sound? Okay. I got here. I had one shot at the bar and I bought everybody a shot on Bob. >> Hey, Bob. >> All right. >> Okay. One shot. >> Okay. >> And then um now they're saying I'm intoxicated. I'm not allowed on the plane and that's [ __ ] >> Well, >> okay. You might have had one shot at that bar, but where did you have your other shots at? Because that's not you're not on one shot, sir. Unless you got some some medication that when it mixes it, but no, I think I think he was taking more than one shot just uh rotating bars or or I think Did y'all actually Mindy, did you actually see some Jack Daniels on him? [laughter] >> That who said that down here? Let's go talk to >> Sorry, that was naturally be yourself. Did you actually see Jack Daniels on him? Sorry. >> We're not going to go do that. And you know what? We're not going to do either, Bob. >> Swear like that. There's a lot of kids around. Okay. >> So, I I understand. >> It's just not cool. >> So, listen. I understand that you're very upset and emotions are kind of high up right here. >> Going to be out with me. It's going to be a trouble customer, disorderly individual. Well, but that have to do with this situation. >> How about I'm mad? I'm not intoxicated. I'm not intoxicated at all. >> Okay. Well, guess what? >> We have no control over who they left flying, who they don't let fly. We can't do anything about that. >> [ __ ] How about you guys go give this guy a stern warning sign so I can get on a plane. >> Uh, we can't tell a private airline who to let fly. >> You guys can't hook a brother up. >> There's nothing. We have no control. >> I'm not drunk. I'm angry. >> Okay. You might be angry. You might be drunk. I like I said I really haven't made that determination. >> Do I seem drunk? >> You probably had something to drink and you admitted I didn't >> one shot get drunk on one shot. >> And so they made that determination. A private entity, a private company, Southwest Airlines, I'm imagining that you were flying with today. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So they made that. >> You can't put a good word in for me. >> No matter what you're not drunk, they already done this long enough. They don't care. So waste time. >> So what we're going to do now, >> hey, listen, Bob. No. >> Oh, here we go. This is what's going to happen now. Okay. So, now what we're >> I'm going to get my [ __ ] and go. >> Okay. Well, your shit's already all down there. So, what we're going to do >> I have no idea where my [ __ ] is, >> but I'm telling you it's down there. That's how you get it back. Okay. So, what we'll do is help you get your stuff so then you can then leave. Okay. That's what we can help you with. Okay. How's that sound? >> Sounds great. >> All right. Let's try out this way. >> Sounds fantastic. >> Right. So, let's walk out this way. Officer >> D Rose. >> So, we're going this way. >> My I'm going to go get my girlfriend if you don't mind. >> Perfect. We'll walk right with you, Bob. >> Have fun. >> Just by walking. >> Angry girlfriend and we're going to get her out of here and you out here and then we're going to have a great rest of the day and not drink. Try to do it again tomorrow. How's that sound? How much longer we're going to deal with this? >> Hey, listen. We're not doing this right now. >> This is what's going to happen. You're not going. >> All right. I won't do anything. >> I didn't do anything. Hey, you push me now. Why he's pushing me? >> Come over here. >> Don't. Please don't do that to him. [clears throat] Please. Please >> let me go. >> 516 hands on. 516 hands on. >> I didn't do anything. >> This is hitting me. >> Oh my goodness gracious. Where did this say that? I've been [ __ ] >> He didn't do anything. >> He didn't do anything. He went and asked for help. >> Karina, call 911 on these guys. >> Call 911 right now. I want state troopers there. >> Why? >> These guys, they're [ __ ] >> I didn't do anything. >> 911. CALL 911. >> SHUT UP. >> Call 911. >> You're going down. >> Call 911. I didn't do anything. >> All airport units are out. We're good. >> Please. >> Can you stop? >> My [ __ ] is over there. >> Try to war before, Bob. >> All right. My [ __ ] is over there. >> How about I get to breathe? >> Can I breathe? >> Officers. >> Officers, excuse me, sir. >> I want to breathe. Okay. walking. >> Please stop. Fine. >> Just let me breathe. >> Just let me breathe, man. >> Over there. >> You let me breathe. >> Shut up. Why you calling me? >> Yeah. I don't know why people call 911 on cops. Uh cuz it's like you're kind of calling their friends or their brothers or sisters. Like it's just going to be more in their favor most times. >> Cuz you are. >> I didn't have a wheelchair. You got one >> and act like a grown man. Yeah. >> I need to breathe. Okay. Anxiety. >> Great. You're in recovery position. You're breathing just fine. Can you just let me walk? >> Stand up. >> I won't be so >> Don't drag me. >> If I was an airport cop as if I already had to tumble with you before we even before you even go dead weight on me, I'm getting a wheelchair. When I get the call that somebody's acting up at the gate, the ticket counter, whatever, usually they have a partner. Somebody just roll the wheelchair with you because these people going to do the same thing over and over. I'm not carrying you. >> Drag me. >> This is not cool. >> We're walking like ain't dragging. If you walk, we walk. >> No, you're dragging me. Your asses. >> How about I came and ask for help? >> Yeah. How'd that work out for you? >> Yeah, cuz your ass. Can you please let me go? >> No. >> You think I'm going anywhere? >> Yeah, right here. No, you're not. That's >> all right. You guys going to beat me up, too? >> Nope. >> Right where you're going. >> Want to get broomstick up my ass? >> Not [ __ ] >> Shut up. >> How about you let me go? I'm not causing a problem. >> You act like a adult that you are instead of a idiot. >> Smell like a lot of booze. Walk. I got it. All right. Wow. He breathing hard. Everybody breathing hard. Like you said, the cop breathing hard. He breathing hard. I want to say thank you to my new member. I'm going to do my best. Audo Becky. Thank you very much for joining the trendy tribe. I hope you enjoy it. Oh, said I I get Oh, says Trinity, thank you for getting me through some rough weekends. Anytime I can help, I um definitely I've had some other people they'll watch to, you know, take your mind off of something. So, I love it. I love it. I love it. I said I got it. Yay. Thank you. [laughter] >> I do appreciate you guys taking it easy on me right now. >> Yeah. >> Thank you. No, you guys are being [ __ ] >> Yeah, one. Go ahead. Take a >> Why is that pushing me? >> Cuz you need a sit. >> You put the air conditioning. >> Who's requiring [snorts] >> what? >> No. I want my phone and call my lawyer. Hey, stupid. This isn't >> Oh. Oh, I'm going back cuz he said this ain't Burger King and called him stupid again. I called it that time lovable. U called out a bingo square. What did I do is a bingo square and then um call my lawyer or I'm suing. Either way, that's a bingo square. You can have it. Um, >> if you want to know how to get a bingo card, the link should be pinned at the top of the live chat and it's in the description box if you want to get a free bingo card. It's free. We just play for fun. >> And call my lawyer. >> Hey, stupid. This isn't Burger King. >> Don't call me stupid. >> You? >> Yep. Okay, >> Martell. >> Yep. Make sure you're >> Don't call me stupid. >> Do I look stupid? >> Yes, you do. >> No, >> you're a drunk stupid idiot right now. >> All right. I want my phone. >> It's not my girlfriend. You're not getting either one of those. >> No, I want my phone and my one girlfriend. >> Do you see where you're at right now? >> I don't care, dude. >> You think I give a [ __ ] >> Okay. You care when we take you to the jail? >> Yeah. Good luck with that. >> Today's Wednesday. Pre- Randy Tammy. You'll sit there calling courts. Not till tonight. >> Well, maybe because we all had that this morning. You >> She backed up. All right, take a seat. Take a seat. >> Sit down before we put you down. You think you're >> I don't know who the you are, but you're an [ __ ] >> You're right. I'm paid to be an [ __ ] Therefore, I'm a professional [ __ ] >> I want my phone. >> You're not getting your phone. >> I want my phone. >> No, >> I'm calling my lawyer. Right. >> You're not calling anybody. >> That That's [ __ ] That's against the law. >> No, it's not. I want my lawyer. >> Give me my phone. I'm calling my lawyer. He's gonna you up. >> Okay. >> That's what's going to happen. You're going to jail for now. You're going to see the judge later. I'm not going to jail. >> No, you're going to jail. >> He's lucky they have night court cuz I'd be like, you can stay in jail overnight and talk to them in the morning. >> You're going to be there until you go see the judge. Yeah, that >> you see the judge at 6:00 tonight. >> I I need to make my phone call. >> You're not making a phone call. You're not entitled to make a phone call here. You're not entitled to make a phone call till you get to jail. >> Excuse me. Who's in charge? Me. You. >> Mario committee. I want him >> right now on the phone. >> Why' you tackle me like that? [ __ ] I didn't >> The gloves are coming on. The gloves are coming on, y'all. [laughter] Um although they've already had to make contact a few times. Uh the cop is not with the shenanigans. Noir Angel. And he is fed up with his childish behavior. Lovable. He's definitely moving up the ranks. Usually um is it usually some of the cops on Midwest Safety? We usually get a good one, but yes, he's moving up the ranks for sure on being one of the good comeback cops. This one, he's drunk. Jay, that's really it. Drunk making a scene. Made this harder than it has to be. I think he's now not going to be able to get on his flight. He working his way to get banned from the whole airport. That's what he did. >> Do anything wrong. >> I don't kidding me. Why is this computer [ __ ] suck here? Woody Woodpecker over here packing away for two hours. >> Dude, I was >> Woody Woodpecker. That's fine. >> Is this the one or is the body cam one the one that's making all the good comments? cuz I wish we could see his face. >> I own a copy computer company. I can punch 40 words a minute. >> That's good. >> I just got 39. >> Yeah. Still kick either one of your asses with one hand. >> What are you doing right now? >> I'm standing. >> Why? >> Just talking. You think you needed to tackle me at the table? Think about it. Okay. Just because I'm bigger and stronger and nastier than both of you doesn't mean you have to treat me like [ __ ] >> Well, nastier is true. You are nastier. >> A goddamn president. I have 34 people. My payroll is 2.6 million dollars. [ __ ] >> How are you ask me nicely? >> Yes, sir. >> It's not fair. >> I want everybody's names. All I hear is Denzel. I'm putting cases on all you. That's what I hear when he say I want everybody's name. >> Yeah. And you know what? If I didn't think I get in a shitload of trouble, I'd rip this thing off the wall. Kick the [ __ ] out of both of you. I don't care. Do it. >> No, you guys are [ __ ] How about the way you handled me? I'm a president of a company. I command respect. I respect people. >> Yeah. I started my own company, too. I'm a president, too. >> Yeah. You >> You pay $2.5 million in payroll. >> I don't think so. >> It's really not that much. [snorts] >> 2.5 million. >> 30 people. >> Yeah. >> All right. Do the math. >> Yeah. It's not that much. >> All right. You're a stud, dude. Scratch your balls, dude. I'm not drunk. You think I'm drunk? I that was kind of victim. >> Okay. Uh >> yeah. >> No. So that's >> okay. This I both schooled both these guys. I said next time >> cuz I'm >> No. How about Yeah. >> Works. >> Yeah. >> Don't tackle me in a restaurant. >> Douchebag and douchebag. You think I would have went calm? I would have went calm. I own a company. I have a lot to lose. Don't tackle me in a goddamn restaurant in public in a airport, you [ __ ] >> Listen, how about this, officer? >> Sir, check this [ __ ] out. Can I get out of here now? >> Absolutely. >> You have handcuffs behind your back and then we're going to bring you over to the jail. You're going to sit there for a couple hours and then you're going to go to court, okay? Just like we've explained to you a couple times. Listen, my lawyer said that I'm not >> Your lawyer said you're not going to jail. You're not going to be booked into the jail. You're going to wait there for a couple hours. >> Hey, cuffs. >> Uh, no. You will be out of cuffs when you get to the jail. >> Boy, this is first time, guys. >> I'm sorry. >> And just so you know, I offered if he apologized and he apologized, I would not press charges. >> You know, the kids, right? >> I don't care, dude. >> All right. >> No. Now they're getting hammered. Do me a favor and face that wall, please. >> Yeah, whatever. I'll rip this thing off the wall. >> I'm just going to grab this from you. Okay, >> just get me out of here. >> Perfect. I'm going to pull you all the way over there. >> You put them on tight, dude. I'm going to punch somebody. >> Okay. Thank you. That's not too bad. >> I appreciate that. >> Oh, this is going to be a little uncomfortable. How about all they had to do was apologize and I wasn't going to press charges, dude. >> Sorry to uh >> They're too proud. >> Little [ __ ] >> Yeah. >> Now I'm pressing charges. >> Okay, easy. >> Listen, take it easy on me, please. >> I'm trying. >> Okay. You think I deserve this [ __ ] >> I'm trying to double off so they don't get tight on me. >> All right. Well, anyway, this one's tight on the left side. Now, >> put both two fingers right in there. >> We got to put that on the bingo card. The next bingo card. I can fit two fingers. And we'll have to explain what that means. I don't have a lot of space to put the whole context, but they always, that's how they check to see if cups are too tight. They're like, I can fit two fingers in here. So, Lord help us for people that don't know the context of that, though. >> Yes, sir. I still want my phone. I need to call my lawyer. >> My phone. I'm going to lose my [ __ ] >> We're going to take a left. >> You never gave me water either, >> [ __ ] Don't push me. I'm not. You think I'm right? Don't push me. >> I'm literally not. >> All right. Where's my [ __ ] >> It's all with us. >> Listen, I'm not leaving here without my phone. Listen, listen. I'm not leaving here without my phone. >> Guys, we're not going to fight with you, okay? >> I'm not leaving here without my phone. >> You're still >> It's my right. I want my phone. My phone is not in there, young lady. >> It's open. >> I want my goddamn phone. Officer, >> what did I say I did with it? >> Come on. >> Yeah, you gave it to my girlfriend, Grace. She doesn't know what to do with it. Sit down. You don't trust me. >> No, I'm not cool. I want my phone. I'm gonna have heyday on you guys. >> I can't even fit in this car. >> Hey, I'm going to put the seat belt on here so you don't >> I don't want you guys feel like your face. >> He was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and obstructing governmental administration. Share your thoughts in the comments. >> Okay. I mean, yeah, that's that's pretty good enough. I'm surprised they get uh charged or well, I guess the charge would be if he trespassed after warning. I wonder if they ended up trespassing him from at least Southwest or not. He did audo. He said, "I do not trust my girlfriend. She doesn't know what to do with my phone." All right. Repeat shoplifter had no idea what was coming this time. And this is real body cams. >> On February 28th, 2026, officers in Washington responded to a Walmart after Lost Prevention spotted a repeat shoplifter attempting to leave without paying for items. While store cameras recorded her making several transactions, Lost Prevention watched her skip four items in her cart before intercepting her at the exit and calling for police. Here's what the officers did next. >> Hey, police department. Okay, >> I paid for everything. >> Okay, we're not agreeing to pay. >> I paid for everything. >> Phone down. >> I paid for everything. Put your phone down. >> But I paid for everything. >> Anybody available? >> I paid for everything. >> To add to it, she's in that little automatic cart. And that makes it funnier to me. Whatever they say she did, her face said I did it. Yes, Jay. >> Okay. Well, we watched you on camera. It's not pay for light bulbs. >> Yes, I did. >> And this? >> Yes, I did. Look again. >> I watched it. >> Okay. So, we're past that. >> I paid for everything. We'll figure that out. But right now, you're being detained >> for what? I paid for >> that. I told you that. >> But I paid for everything. >> Okay. I'm telling you right now, I watched it. We watched what we have on cameras. That's fine if you feel that way. >> I did. >> Okay. That's fine if you feel that way right now. You're not free to leave, though. >> But I paid for everything. >> You can keep saying that. >> I paid for everything. >> Okay. Well, check your receipts then. >> Check that. >> Yeah. [snorts] >> So, check that. >> We're doing that right now. >> So, do that. >> Right after. >> I just showed that to you. >> It's over here. No, I pay for everything. >> Don't punch me about that. No, I'm not. I'm standing right here. I didn't get more charges for resisting. >> I have a broken wrist. My I have a metal plate in my wrist. >> Turn around. >> No, I didn't. >> A lot of people got broken wrist this morning. Um, and she's a repeat offender again. Why do they get offended knowing that they did what they're accused of doing? >> I can't do anything. >> I have a metal plate in my arm. >> Stop. I have >> I'm going to give you more charges for resisting if you don't stop right now. >> I didn't even steal. >> Okay. >> I didn't even do anything. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> I didn't do anything. >> I paid for everything. >> Okay, we'll figure it out. Okay. >> How? You don't have to twist my I have a broken [ __ ] Stop doing that. >> Stop. >> What the I'm literally reporting. What are you doing? >> Let go of me, you psychopath. They show anything. >> Don't ever touch me like that again. >> Stop crazy. >> Okay, we're going to walk out to my car. >> Okay, can I get my phone? >> We'll get your phone. It's in the cart. >> Oh, I want to say this. I'm going to have to remember to say this more often, but the more members I have, the more likely we can do a live because it doesn't have to be 100% of people on the live, but I want to do a membersonly live for y'all, but the fun of it is the interaction. This is for Patreon and YouTube members. Um, so I appreciate the new members. Definitely do. I will try to put out there to see what's a good time for y'all um to get a window of time to try to go live because there's somebody cams. I kind of want to just watch it not with everybody here is fine, but when people casually see my my videos and they comment some stuff, I don't want them to always be able to target who we're watching. So, if you're a member, it's kind of like you kind of willfully want to be in there and it can't it can't randomly go to other people. So, I it is not y'all that are in this chat. They're not members that I I worry about obviously or replay gang gang. It is the people that are just there to insult people based on their race. Let me be specific for no reason. Okay? So [clears throat] I don't there's some they're embarrassing but I want them to be embarrassing funny like America's funniest videos funny not let's just criticize them because they are a certain race. So that's the ones I kind of want to do behind the wall. >> What the I literally paid for everything. >> Like I said I watched you on camera. >> Okay. You saw me bring up multiple transactions. >> I sure did. >> Okay. So, why would I not bring up three or four? Like, what do you mean? >> I don't feel comfortable with you guys touching me. >> Okay, that's fine. We're going to search you. Okay, >> that's fine. I don't give you consent. I want a woman. I want a woman. No, because of how you guys handled me. I want a woman. Officer, >> we don't have any female officers. >> So, I don't give you consent. I do not give you consent to touch me. Don't touch me. >> Don't touch me. Okay, you fine. DON'T TOUCH ME. >> YOU KNOW WHAT? You're right, Candace. She says she's more than a repeat offender. She's just a repeater in general. Right. Hey, Gwen. Gwen gifted a trending at some point membership. And I got to hold on. It's about to get redundant, but I got to see who did it go to. Let me see. Where'd it go? Oh, you Okay, there it goes. Oh, it went to Pretty Ruby Raw. So, congratulations, Pretty Ruby. I hope you get to see this and see that you uh got a membership. Thank you, Gwen. You're not under arrest. >> You're going to get searched. You're under arrest. You are >> Don't touch me. No, I'm not. >> You are under arrest for what? For theft. >> I didn't steal. >> Okay. Yes, you did. I want >> I don't give you consent. I want A ONE OFFICER. YOU'RE AGAINST THE NO, IT'S MY RIGHT. >> OKAY. >> SO, don't touch me. No, I do not give you consent. I swear to God, do not touch me. >> I know my rights. You're not allowed to touch me. >> Okay. So you can't have this conversation again. This is going to happen. >> I want a woman officer. I don't want you to touch me. You hurt me. >> We don't have to do anything wrong. Too bad. >> I It's my right. >> So right now you're under arrest. >> No, I'm not. I didn't steal. No, I'm not. >> You want to get those receipts ringed up and make >> Yes, please. >> insane. >> Negative. What's your name? >> Lori. >> Lori. What? So, it's not your right to tell us we can't search you. >> No, it is to have A WOMAN OFFICER. I AM ALLOWED TO LEGALLY request >> for a sergeant here. >> So, then wait for him. >> We are waiting for him. >> Can I sit down? >> You're not going to sit down in here because we can't search you and I don't know what would happen. So, if you allow us to search you, I will put you in the back of my car to sit down. >> I wonder if she has more items on her person. usually. Well, I would I'm not going to be comfortable if a guy officer has to search me. But again, some is mandatory, some it's not that a woman will have to search a woman. Just depends on your location. But I usually see when they fight this hard, they got drugs on them or they got what they stole on them. >> Don't want you touching me. You guys already hurt me. Do >> you have the items? >> We have everything over there. There's three items that can get scanned. >> That's not true. >> So, here's the thing. You can't have those with the judge. He He told you on your arrest. He He's going to be under searching you. The sergeant is going to be >> That's fine. I want someone else who isn't a [ __ ] who touched me like you did. So, don't talk to me. Thank you. >> I don't need you to. Thank you. You hurt me. You hurt me for no reason. Thank you. You're abusing your authority and that's not right. You abuse your authority and that's all right. To use that kind of force. Was that necessary? Did that make you feel better? >> Dude, don't touch me. >> Can I read your rights now? >> Sure. >> I just want to make sure you're going to listen. >> I I don't need you to. I didn't do anything wrong. I paid for everything. >> We'll talk about that once I read your rights. Your right to remain silent. And then I have some printing out right now. >> Those are the >> one from today. >> Are the recent one or >> uh most recent one is going to be this one right here >> for today? >> This [snorts] one was last week, but the most recent we're see I'm working on it. >> Hold on, hold on, hold on. I got to take this back. I know I'm about to go niche. I'm about to go niche. And I um am not the most knowledgeable about it, but this man's hair reminds me of Final Fantasy. And there's a certain character. He has white hair. He's like the anti-hero antagonist, whatever. And he also when he Oh my god. A is it Aikita? Dang. I got to remember. But again, I'm not going to put in the back of my car with stuff in your pocket that I can see. >> I don't have It's my vape. >> Well, you wouldn't even let us grab it out. So >> why would you need to grab my vape out? >> We don't allow things to go in the back of our car. >> But I can't even grab it. >> Now she knows how this works. This is also not her first rodeo. >> People can. I'm not saying you, but people can, and we can't trust that. That's our procedure. >> Not doing anything. >> That's our That's our policy. Okay. >> Well, I need a female officer. >> We don't have a female officer. You can talk to You can talk to our sergeant. >> I will. >> That's why we called him out here to come talk to you. >> She's not allowing us to search her. And keep >> I just want a female officer. >> We adise we don't have a female. >> I don't need I I I really don't I I can't have a a male search me. We don't have one avail. >> I need one. Get um female anything. I can't do that. >> Is there female security here? >> Why? >> We don't get them involved. You're in our custody. >> But I can't have a male search. >> Well, we search females all the time. >> But I'm not. It's not my It's my right. I need a woman. >> Everything's being recorded >> to do that. That's fine. That's fine. you can record me. >> So, I don't know why you kept I need to tell me that again. >> We tell people to so they're away. >> But you told me like four times now >> cuz you keep saying we're allowed to search you and so you're saying we're recording nothing's happening. >> So what? >> But yeah, except were you recording when that officer like hurt me? >> Yes, both of my camera was on. >> Okay. Using excessive force when I wasn't It wasn't >> So I did tell you stop resisting multiple times. >> I wasn't resisting. You told me to go against the wall >> and I told you turn around against the wall. >> You told me to go against the wall and I did. No, you didn't. >> And then you grabbed me. And then he grabbed me 10 times harder. >> So, we're not going to talk about >> He grabbed me harder and he didn't need to. >> No, you won't. It hurt. >> That wasn't me. You can talk to my sergeant about that. >> But it hurt and it was unnecessary. >> So, talk to my sergeant about it if you have concerns that that I can't do anything about that. I'm >> He twisted my arm back further than he >> Sorry, it was going to bother me. His name is Sepharoth and he's the anti-hero on Final Fantasy. And look at the hair. This is what they do with the hair. Like I just want y'all to see what I was picturing. >> And he hurt me really bad even after I said to stop. >> What was your reaction? >> I have metal plates in my wrists and then it just hurts. >> Okay. Okay. I can review the body cameras and all that stuff and I'll I'll look into that. [snorts] Okay. >> All right. As far as So what is she rest for? >> I didn't steal anything. I paid for everything. I have receipts. >> Yeah, we have it. >> I watch I watch my >> What about the things that I paid for? >> You can have those back or they'll reimburse you. >> How? It was cash. >> Okay. Well, I will talk to them. You're not We're not going to take the stuff you paid for or they're going to rather give you money >> for everything. >> We're not going to keep talking about that. >> All right. Well, we're going to at least remove that from you. Okay. And then we're going to check making sure that you don't have anything else. They can pretty much see that you don't, you know, but we do see this right here. >> Yeah, might be. >> Okay, we got to remove that. >> There's my money in there as well. >> Okay. Okay. >> Okay. >> So, I don't that then take me to jail and I'll get searched there. >> Okay. So, you So, I just want you to clarify if there's any sort of contraband or anything on you, it can turn into a felony charge. >> Okay. >> You're fine with that. I just want to clarify. >> What does that mean? >> Any control substances? need to be aware of like because if you look >> I'm not searching. I'm trying to pull up my p Don't touch me. >> NO, DON'T TOUCH ME. Don't touch me. >> You're not the one. >> No, you don't get to touch me. >> Okay. You're not the most >> No. Get the away from me. Don't touch me. >> Relax a second. >> No. >> So, okay. Lift that up in a second. You got So, nothing through here. >> No, I was pulling up my pants. >> All right. >> So, we saw something in your butt left pocket that I have money. That's it. Dollars. That's it. Dollars. >> Turn this way. Face me for a second. >> I have dollars. >> There's dollars of it. >> Yes. >> Literally dollars. >> All right. Okay. [clears throat] We're going to book her real quick. >> We're going to walk to the side of the car. >> Yeah. Can you like not walk me around here? >> This Well, it's not. So, >> cuz I didn't do anything. >> So, like I told you, you're not being compliant with us. So, that's why am I not? Cuz I don't want you to touch me. I have a mount plate. >> I get that. I can loosen this one a little bit. Let me I need to see your hand over here. Can you push your legs that way a little bit? Thank you. I'll loosen this one. Okay. Can you let go your fingers while I loosen it? I don't want to hurt your hand. >> I feel like you tightened it. >> I didn't. I loosened it and then clicked it a couple more. It's >> kind of hard. >> Okay. Well, they're loose. I can get two fingers in there. Look it. >> Faceboard. You have to turn around now. I can't even say it. [groaning] >> I think she got some drugs on her. I do, y'all. I know it's not the case every time, but I I think she got a habit. She been trying to support. Okay. Nor Angel said there are safety reasons why suspects can't get in the car without being searched first. Everyone should know why. If y'all were here when we watched that girl that had that gun and shot at the cop at the back of his head from behind the cage, that's gonna be the best example I could think of. Noir Angel, you have to be searched. Don't be shy. Keep it official. Back of hand, whatever you got to do, but you could be getting shot at the back of your head. Thank God he survived because I mean that was a 50-50 chance on that one. And oh my god, it was crazy. But yeah, that's that's why to me, no Angel. >> Yes. >> Why? >> Because you have not been compliant and we can't complete our procedure. You want a female officer. So, we're going to go get you a female officer. >> Why would you just have them search me and send me home? >> Because at this point, we're past that. >> Why? >> So, I'm not going to >> Because I wanted a female officer to >> Oh, pretty Ruby is here. You came or you might have been the bush. I don't know. you are here. She said, "Thank you for the membership." Gwyn is glowing in case you missed the chat. Oh, I'm so glad you got to see it. Oh, there goes Gwen. She said, "You're welcome." >> Me, that's why. >> That is not the only reason. You could also committed crimes. >> I did not. I I paid for that stuff. >> Well, we have video evidence of you not. The >> judge can't even see me. Why? >> It's Saturday. >> Yeah. So, you might see them on Monday. Oops. >> Sometimes they come in on Sundays. I heard. >> Okay. Well, I don't know what to tell you. There's also a good chance there's a felony charge coming away for all the thefties because all the documented thefts we have against you right now. >> So, are you arresting me on those right now? >> Right now, as of this moment, I am just arresting you on my charges that you were obstructing and theft. But I got to look into you at the jail. And if there's evidence of all the other stuff from the other officer already in the system, then I might be picking on a felony charge. >> What does that mean? >> It means there's an officer working a case against you right now. >> A what? >> A case on you for all your thefts that you've been doing at Walmart. >> She couldn't even throw a little variety in there. Little razledazzle tar. You know, we got uh Macy's. [laughter] You couldn't even switch it up. What's another like supertore? What's another Oh, uh H is it H EB in Texas? You know, you can switch it up a little bit. [laughter] >> So, just clarify. The only thing in the front pocket so I can tell the jail's cash >> is cash and I have but I do have a prescription. I really do. I didn't know how you could not in a book. The vape can't go into the jail with you. So, I'll impound out the police department. >> They can't go to the jail with you. >> Can I use it? >> You want to take a hit? >> Yes, >> sure. >> After all that, he too nice for me. I'm not going to sit here and watch him give her a hit. So, we going to keep it moving of her vape or whatever. >> Okay. Are you willing to talk now if I read your records again? Do you want to talk about what you found in your pants in your pocket? >> Okay. >> If I read your rights right, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. Do you understand each right is not right to you? Having these rights in mind, you wish to talk to me now. >> The meth we found in your pants. Remember I told you about >> the meth we found in your pants. I knew she had drugs on her. Um, aderall. It said it's it's not a narcotic, but it is a a a class two controlled substance. It's a stimulant though. Yeah. But it's not classified as a narcotic though. >> You want to tell us about felony charge? Did you get meth out burning or you getting somewhere else? >> Burlington. >> Burlington. Okay. Do willing to talk about it if I move my body camera so no one can ever hear about it? >> Yes. Okay. three or six. >> In this light, it looks more like she has the meth pock marks on her face. Outside, I didn't really catch it. I was looking for some signs, but in the under the lights of the police station, I'm seeing the pock marks that usually give it away for methheads. >> The suspect was charged with theft, third degree, obstructing a law enforcement officer, and possession of a controlled substance. At the jail, the suspect admitted to having four Aderal pills in her pocket and that she had a prescription. However, she later couldn't prove she had a prescription. Aderal contains a combination of amphetamine and dextrampetamine and is classified as a schedule 2 controlled substance. At this time, the court case is still ongoing. Hey, shout out to them for information at the end. That was I don't think I said their name. Real body cams. Okay, I think I did say her name. All right, we got another shoplifter. So, there may be more than one, but we going to watch the one that's on the thumbnail and then we're going to go to the next video cuz I still have more for y'all. >> Oh, there you go. >> Stop kicking. turns into chaos. >> Probably near electronics. >> Electronics. >> Okay. Is she black or white? >> Why won't you talk to us? Is it Aubrey? >> Miss, can we see your ID? >> See if we can get around. >> Red marble color. It's 19th or 20th. >> We're not new to transition. >> Screams in supermarket while being arrested. From praying to kicking police, her actions left everyone shocked. What was going on in her head? >> Oh, there you go. >> You cannot do this way out. >> YES, I CAN. >> NO. >> YES, I CAN. >> I HAVE MONEY. CAMPBELL, what's on your side? Stand up. Okay, >> put your feet underneath. Miss Campbell, the side, >> Miss Campbell, we have to do this easy way or the hard way. Your choice. I got it, Taylor. Hey, we're going to have to do this the easy way, the hard way. Okay. >> Okay. [screaming] >> All right. Well, you're This is >> Stop touching me. >> Sorry. Sergeant. >> Calm down. You don't act like this. Where's your kids at? >> Wait, does he know her? Does he know her? Because that's that talk when you've had too many encounters with the same person. What? Get it together. You don't act like this. >> After being restrained, she continued to react negatively when being put in the police car, screaming, refusing to cooperate, and even mentioning Elon Musk meaninglessly. >> I don't know what that is with the obsession with Elon Musk. Nor Angel. Yes, this is uh Uncle Dad. No, officer. Uncle Dad is what we call them when they start treating them like, "Hey, these are not the life decisions you want to make. This is not how you normally are. You should do better. Do you you can you can be better than this." That's officer Uncle Dan. >> If you don't know who your enlistment is, >> he's going to get in this car. >> Don't touch me again. >> Back the [ __ ] off, Julia. >> My wallet, dude. >> I'm going to I'm going to ask you one more time to sit in this car, then I'm going to put you in the car. Give us a dry stun, please. >> An employee said Julia showed >> I think he got to close that door. So, we didn't get it. I think dry stun is when they place the taser right against you instead of having to shoot the prongs out. >> Signs of mental health issues, but at the time, Walmart did not have on-site mental health support staff. She was right here getting she had that. >> Yeah. >> And cigarettes. >> Yeah. >> I mean lighters. That's all she had. >> I know. She had sunglasses, bottle of wine, and she grabbed two things here. >> I haven't seen the wine. >> All she had to do is leave. She said she wanted she >> uh she said she had her keys on her. She probably was crazy. She was >> all we did ask her to leave. Do >> y'all have a mental health person on call? >> Sorry. >> You have a mental health person on call. >> We have a problem with mental health personal com. >> I I was always wondering about that. I'm I'm in LCSW on the way here. >> No, we don't have a mental health person. >> Good idea. >> Well, uh we're located on South right across the uh post office. >> Post office. Yeah. >> Yeah. So if you come by and try to talk to somebody in admin, you know, I know on my level I can't do anything. So no, I just I just learned about you answering my question. So >> but if you want to follow up more, they can help you. >> Julia was charged with resisting arrest with violence, assaulting a police officer, disturbing the peace, and trespassing. She was sentenced to 3 years probation and fine and was also found to be in need of mental health assistance. >> Yeah, he like he had encountered her before. Um, okay. Yeah, I don't know. I'm confused about the mental health staff question for Walmart. That was that I wasn't sure on why Walmart would be expected to have somebody on staff like that. Um, but forever TRL said they need to have a sign that says you will end up on YouTube. Don't do it. I think that would be the greatest uh deterrent. You will end up on YouTube. Think about it before you do this. All right, I'm going to the next one because I was just gonna play her. Oh, man. Here we go. Hotel guest demands a better room, gets jail cell instead. So, it gets a downgrade. [laughter] I haven't seen this one, but I'm I Oh, Lovable sent me this one cuz the thumbnail was hilarious. >> Tall guy, long hair. >> Yes. >> All right, man. Where where he at? >> Oh, he went up to room 2011. >> All right. >> Would you like him trespassed? >> Yeah, absolutely. >> I need one of you to come with me. >> Yeah. >> Yes. [snorts] >> Well, you need to do a little bit. Yeah. >> Mind you, he was arrested three days ago. He had possession of a firearm by a felon. He had a firearm. It's a penny theft. >> What room is he in? >> 2011. >> Okay. >> What exactly is transpired? >> He he checked in earlier today. >> He wanted the cheapest ring. >> Sure. >> So, he got a room >> a [snorts] straight down >> here. Let's just stay down there. He seemed weird at check in, but then he just came in and said he was in 2011. Where's my [clears throat] um balcony? If you don't give it to me, I'm going to you right here now. Then you said the front desk. >> I did not. >> Okay. And neither did I call him. No, >> I mean this guy. >> Okay, let's just go make contact. >> Just hang out up back up here by the elevator so we can talk to him. >> We'll be out room 21 trying to make contact with the mail. It's the same meal from a trespass today that day shifted. I don't know if you can make the call. >> Open the door, man. >> Open the door. They told me source police out the door. I know. I heard him walk right there and was doing something. >> See if you can talk to him. Just tell him we need to talk about changing rooms. Hey man, look, we just need to talk to you, okay? About maybe changing rooms or something. You come to the door and just speak with me. We can even talk through the door if you're more comfortable with that. >> Do we need them to give us access? >> We can. >> Yeah. Tell them the hotel wants some trespass. If he doesn't come, we're going to open the door. Daytona Beach. Police come to the door. The hotel wants you trespass. If you don't come to the door, we're going to make entry. >> Can he jump off the balcony from here? >> Okay. >> Is there a screen door or anything? >> No. Let's back off for a minute. Come up with a plan here since you heard some planking and stuff. Let's go get figure out what we're going to do to approach. Do you guys have a key to get in if we need to? >> Yes. >> Okay, let's go down. Drop a shield. >> What was he doing earlier? >> Uh he was like on the Dunlop bridge, I guess, waving his arms around. He was like hitting. He's like real tall, I guess. And he was like reaching over and hitting. Oh. Um, and then they trespassed from Hampton. He was like being aggressive. >> Is this who he talked to? >> Yes. >> Hey, what did he say to you? >> Everything under the sun. >> He seems pretty cr. Do you think he has a fire? >> I did not see fire. >> Did you check him in? >> I did not. >> Do you know if he's a car here or anything? He does, but I'm not sure. >> Okay. [laughter] >> Okay. >> Do they not need to put a vehicle on file for the parking pass? No. Just we ask if they have a vehicle and if they do, we do them. >> Anybody else in the room with them? No. Okay. >> You said okay went to go get my manager and he came out told me to leave. I said no I'm stay right here. And then that's when he threatened me and said you know what I can take your head and bash you into the ground and poke and that's when my general manager was >> okay. Were you afraid he would do any of that? >> Um, beyond that, now I know that he does have a firearm. >> How do you know he has a firearm? >> He said he does have a firearm. I mean, I don't know, but you know, I don't know how crazy he can be or not because if he was arrested earlier and he's back out, I mean, I don't know how crazy he can be for anybody outside myself. >> Sure. Sure. And we got a winky. >> Yeah. >> Okay, let's head on up there. >> Police department. Hey sir, can I open the door? We're going to open it. Boss man, do you guys got a thing for this? He's got it. Okay, folks. Don't melt that ball. You grab my hat. >> You knocked off my hat, man. [snorts] >> We're heading there now. >> Oh, look. Forever TRL. We got our wish, but we didn't get it soon enough. The body cam did fall, but we didn't get the angle we wanted. Jay said that taser weak [laughter] >> if you fight if you fight I will put you on your face you understand what I ask you is where trespass >> you fight you will end up on your face >> no here >> you're being trespass notice All right. >> No. How many times I got to tell you? >> Where are you? >> Are you okay? >> No. >> Any drugs or alcohol today? >> I'm asking you. >> So for no reason. What? back up. All you have to do is tell me to the door. We would have got you another room. Here you go. Oh, you came to get you out of the room. >> No, now heard that option has been exhausted. >> Dang it. I'm sorry. Y'all heard that keyboard again. I did it one more time before, too. Look, Terry put it in this. Sorry, Terry. [laughter] My bad. My bad. Um, okay. What was I going to say? Oh, the comment about some Lo said someone in the comments said they need to get new batteries for that taser. Yeah, it wasn't doing anything. And then somebody said, "Was it like a toy?" I just had highlighted that one. That's funny. >> He wrapped up the horn. >> Stop pushing back against me and walk. bored. Buddy, stop it. >> Got to plan him. Is that >> okay? >> He's going to search you. >> All right. >> You got anything on you that's going to stick, stab, or poke me? >> I don't believe right suspect, >> buddy. Why is that what you're concerned with? >> Because you have to have warranty trash hat. You need to leave the property and I don't come back. If you don't know who you talking about, >> what are the celebration? >> Yeah, >> I don't feel >> you're going to get a notice, buddy. [laughter] >> See, they need to get the other cops. That was such a weak response. I need the sarcastic police officers. You're going to get a notice, buddy. No, that's not what we want. >> Poor dog. You have to have that. Please stop. >> No, we asked you to behave and you didn't want to do that. >> Stop that. Now, I've never seen a cop remove somebody's belt like that before. >> Stand him up. Check your waist. >> Yeah. >> Whatever's making you act like this. >> He's got a pulling. >> We're getting his back. >> Let's go. Yeah, >> we'll print you. Oh, we'll >> get up. I have request notice, gentlemen. >> Yeah. >> For what? >> Pass out. Don't worry. Is this thing around? >> I don't have a notice. Let's go with you. You're acting like a child, man. >> What are you talking about, John? >> You're getting in the car. >> Please stop. I mean, somebody said he pull her up. >> Okay, they just listed his charges. Okay, so he got resisting an officer without violence. He pled no contest. He was adjudicated guilty. Battery on law enforcement officer. He pled no contest. He was adjudicated guilty. And trespass in an unoccupied structure or conveyance. Uh, no contest. and adjudicated guilty. He finally got his notice, y'all. He finally got that paperwork. I hope he's happy. [laughter] All right, going to This is the last one. Save the best for last. If Omar's still in here and lovable, we got Sergeant Curtis. Arkansas trooper wastes no time with insufferable suspect. And look, look, look. No license plate. Now, I don't know if there's a You supposed to put the temp tag here, too. But no license plate before we even start. Here we go. >> Then then step out of the car >> for my car. >> If you don't get out of the car, I will pull you out of the car and you will go to jail for obstruction. >> If you decide to commit a crime, I've already told you detour around Arkansas. If you decide to keep going after the officer turns on their lights, you're going to have some challenges. And if you decide to make a story that doesn't really make sense, you're going to get caught and your vehicle is going to get told. And if you're going to do something like that, definitely don't do it with Trooper Bird, cuz Trooper Bird don't play that. This is one of those. >> Before I begin today's video, I'd like to address something. >> Okay, hold on. I'll let him address it. He's He's starting to get his uh sponsors now, so I was going to skip over that. But support Sergeant Curtis. You've noticed and so have I that I have referred to Arkansas as Arizona in several of my videos. And what we do here is we don't make excuses on the Sergeant Curtis channel. We make it right. So right now for this video, we're going to make it right with Arkansas. Driving a vehicle with no plates on it is almost always going to get an officer's attention on duty and off duty. Even to this day, if I see a vehicle with no plate on it and draws my attention. So, I just want you to notice that on the bottom here, the mic and the lights are illuminated in green. And if you look in the back of the vehicle, you see the reflection. His lights are on. So, let's see how long it takes the person to stop. This person has guaranteed themselves at least a ticket. By keep going like that, you're making the offer think that you're doing something really seriously wrong. >> Put the car in park. Put your car in park. >> This is really interesting. It's a police thing. He sees the brake lights are on. So the car is not in park. People will do that. So when we get out, then they take off. He's very, very sharp. And he did this from the PA system. So it was clear and other people in the parking lot can hear that he's given this command. Really good. >> Ah, okay. First of all, Sergeant Curtis is wearing an I love Arkansas shirt probably to make up for him calling Arkansas, Arizona. Um, but I was just about to ask, how did he know it wasn't in park, but I didn't even see the brake lights. Good >> stuff. And operating the PA system, it takes some dexterity to make sure that you don't key the radio mic as opposed to the PA. Sometimes it's usually that you use the same mic, but sometimes officers unintentionally talk over the radio what they want to say on the PA. >> Hey, good morning. >> Like you literally just pulled me over when I came and stop. >> Okay, ma'am. If you will stop and all the way here. >> Okay, ma'am. I'm Trooper Bird, State Police. The reason I stopped is cuz you're driving around with no license plate on the vehicle. Okay. >> And then I walk up here and you got Snapchat open and you videotap while you're driving. >> I see you following me all the way here. >> Hey, but you're not supposed to be on your phone while you're driving. I got on my phone so I can record you cuz you when I pulled in this Baptist parking lot, you already pulled me over. You could have pulled me over all the way back there. Like >> I did pull you over where it was safe, ma'am. There was guardrails and stuff where we were in those curves and those weren't safe. Do you have your driver's license on you? >> No, I have ID. >> Okay, let me see your ID. 846 on North. Will you run a 28 by VIN, please? >> Hi. Hello. >> Do you have any paperwork in the vehicle, ma'am? Showing the >> I got >> Okay, I understand that. Do you have any paperwork in the vehicle showing the the van? It's five X-ray. X-ray >> George Tom four >> Lincoln 31. The car doesn't have a 28, so I'm not sure if it's going to be at Arkansas. >> All right. 28 must be license plate down there. >> How do you say your name, ma'am? >> Natasia. >> Natasia. Okay. Thank you. Where's your appointment at? Is it right here in this building? >> No, he's from Since I'm brought up here, why do you come over here to >> um my ticket highways? I want to see my >> avoid highways. >> There's no service road along Interstate 430. So, it doesn't make sense. >> Okay. >> So, there's a couple of things and I know the wind is making it difficult to hear, but I can kind of hear what he's saying. Maybe if you have good volume on yours, you can hear as well. She said that she was going to one location and that she used a service road for a certain reason. He said there's no service road because he knows his area. This is really good stuff. And you notice that she's on the phone. She has an attitude right from the beginning and he's shutting her down with professionalism and kindness. I like everything I'm seeing. One thing that I will mention is that when you do the VIN check, because she has no plate on the car, he's got to look at the VIN. The VIN is right there, right where the driver is on the at the bottom part of the windshield. I can't see where her hands are, but the best practice is to have them put their hands on the steering wheel. I'm sure he can see her hands, but I'm just sharing that because you can't see. And I know a lot of you like to understand what is normally done during a VIN check. In the VIN is the vehicle identification number. They're unique to each vehicle. The last six digits, I believe, are the ones that are specifically unique to that vehicle. And the first digits will be Chevy, Ford, GM, whatever. But the last six are usually what tell exactly that vehicle. >> How long ago did you buy the car, ma'am? >> May what? >> I see why they use his videos at uh as training at the police station. They be playing his YouTube channel. >> Like May. >> In May. >> Mhm. >> Okay. Is there a reason you haven't gotten it registered yet since when we bought it back in May? Who got 1k? >> Do what? >> You got 1k? >> You got 1k? >> Yeah. Who has 1k? >> 1k? What's 1k? What do you mean? >> The tags on 1k. I don't have one. >> The Are you talking about $1,000? >> Yes. >> Okay. Well, here's why do you not have a valid driver's license? >> Um, because I'm suspended. >> Okay. So, why are we So, at that point, why are we driving then? >> And I have papers for stuff. I have court dates. >> You have court dates that are coming up. Let me see that yellow piece of paper. >> Let me see this real quick. >> Okay. What? Okay. That's not what I thought of. >> For as much as much strife as I know she's about to cause. You are driving possibly across state lines cuz she was on the interstate and she's not familiar with where she was driving cuz she said she's been on a service road. State trooper said there is no service road. If I think it's a state trooper. Um, no license plate on the interstate is wild. And then you say because it costs $1,000. So you think you're not going to be inconvenienced in life or be held accountable in life for something that was a choice. You are riding with no license plate willfully. And then you don't pull over when you're supposed to. You take him on a joy ride, she gone. Like you, who holds people like this accountable in their lives? Cuz your friends are failing you, your family's failing you. If you got a job, they probably failing you. [laughter] >> Okay, here's this bag. So, why are we still driving then if we don't have a valid driver's license? >> I need my grandma. My grandma don't drive. >> Okay. >> And I got to pay my fines. I need to go to work. Okay. >> And that's what I'm doing. >> No, that ain't grandma car. Grandma would have had a clean license plate on there. Up to date everything. That ain't your grandma car. >> I understand. >> Okay. >> Take care of my responsibility. >> Okay. Hang tight for me. >> So, if you notice, she's like docel now. She's answering all his questions. He didn't take it personal. He did not let emotion get involved in this. This is true professional policing. Love it. 846 on north. Will you put the VIN number I ran in the cabin notes, please, so I can copy and paste it. And we start at 101 for suspended. They can get to me from Kanis and Ly Drive. >> Hey ma'am, >> sorry. Uh, do you have valid insurance that you can show the car? She have any confirmed insurance? >> Oh, no. I don't My mom, so >> you won't take it off of her insurance. Okay. All right. Do you have some >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Did I just hear that that there's no insurance? I'm not surprised. I think I heard her say we took it off insurance, which is the the part that is again Jay just telling on herself. Um, also no license and no license plate is what I'm hearing. You you It's like you're just saying take me to jail. I I I don't want to be on the road. I want a little friction today. I want to see what the inside of a jail cell look like. I wanted to feel what the wrist jewelry felt like. Come get me. >> Somebody that you can call that will be able to come pick you up that has a that has a valid I understand that ma'am, but you don't have a valid driver's license and I can't let you drive away from here. So, I need somebody to come pick you up that has a valid driver's license. >> And she's still being given an out because she really she could have been arrested for all the things she's missing. It could be a ticket or arrest depending. But add on to the fact that she wouldn't stop for his lights and she tried to dip on him off the interstate and he's still giving her an option. Call somebody with a valid driver's license so you can go wherever you got to go. >> Not going home. You just told me you're going to an appointment. Whether you're going home, ma'am, whether you're going home or going to an appointment, you have a suspended ID. >> You're you're driving on suspended and I can't let you drive off from here. >> Sir, can I have my >> No, ma'am. I'm not done with this traffic stop yet. I still have it back there with >> the ticket. I You see how many tickets I got for her? Not this is the same thing. I get pulled over from the same >> What is that one from? Can I see that one? >> If she had have gave if he I'm sorry. If he had have given her her license back or ID cuz she ain't got no license, her ID back. I feel like she definitely would have driven off from the stop. >> Do you still have court on all of these? >> No, >> that was just like I keep all my traffic tickets. >> Oh, these are the ones that you've had in the past. >> So, these aren't active anymore. These are ones that have already been taken care of. Okay, so that's St. Francis County. That's a Bon one. >> Those papers sound like a coupon book and it's her past tickets. >> So you got a ticket in Benton for the tags back in November. Um, another one in December. Those are both 2023. Yeah. The another one for the tags out of is from state police. >> Jesus. Um, if I had have been that red truck or if I was in this Oh, hold on. Y'all can't see the vehicle. Let me show you. If Oh, if I had have been that vehicle to the right of her, where are my nosy people at? You know where I'm going with this. You know, if I had have been this vehicle right here on the left, I would have my windows cracked, listening and watching because the windows a little tinted. They can still see somebody's in there, but you don't know. You don't know. I could be waiting on somebody. I'm listening to this whole exchange. [laughter] >> December of 2023. That one's another ticket. February for driving without tags, expired tags, and driving on suspended from another trooper. Here, take these back and have do me a favor and call somebody with a valid license to come pick you up. Okay. All right. >> Nobody. I'm sorry. >> Okay. Why? Well, here in just a bit then once we once we get once I get done with this and everything, if I need to do what? >> I don't have nobody. >> Okay. I can take you somewhere and drop you off here in just a bit, but I can't let you drive off from here. Okay. All right. Do I >> I can take you home if that's what where you would like to go. >> If that's where you'd like to go, I will I will be more than willing I will be more than willing to take you home, but but I cannot let you drive off from here. The car is going to be towed because you're driving on suspended license. >> My car still going to get towed? >> It's Yes, ma'am. >> Oh, I'm not in my car yet. >> Yes, ma'am. It won't be left here. It'll it'll be with the tow truck. She has a whole lot of citations that the trooper just read off that she's gotten for several different things. She has a suspended license according to what the trooper said. The car is not registered and she does not have proof of insurance. That is the trifecta. The worst possible thing you could be doing when you're on a roadway and she's gotten multiple citations before. She doesn't seem like she's learned her lesson. Here's the challenge. This is called the citation hole. This is really challenging, especially if a person has a job. They have to get to work. However, they have a citation because they didn't pay their insurance and they have to pay the citation or they have to pay their insurance. If they don't pay their insurance, the insurance lapses, they can't drive. Then it turns into their license getting suspended and then they can't pay their registration and then their registration gets expired. And it's this vicious horrific cycle. That's why you don't get caught in it. You do it right from the beginning. Don't skip any steps cuz the time that you think you're not going to get pulled over, you're going to get pulled over. I've seen this happen so many times. Do not fall into the traffic citation hole. This lady's in it and it's hard to get out. >> Now, I can take you over there here in just a bit. I can take you there if they're willing to let you be there. like 9:30. >> Oh, yeah. And he's offering to take her to her interview that she doesn't have because she was just out there doing whatever she was doing cuz she's used to doing it. >> I'm going to So, they're going to tow your car, but I'm going I can drop you off at your interview so you're so you don't miss that. That's important. I'd rather drop you off at your interview rather than take you home. He's offering to give her a ride, shuttle her to her interview because she has a job interview. Definitely above and beyond, especially since she has all of these past violations and the current violations that we see. Super professional. >> Okay. So, I want to drop you off at your interview and then after your interview, you can call a friend or call somebody to come pick you up after the interview. Okay. Does that make sense? >> Yeah. But I don't I don't I don't want my car towed. >> Okay. I understand that. But either way either way, it's being towed cuz you're not supposed to be driving with a suspended license. Okay. >> I can have somebody come get you. It's okay. >> Okay. Well, have somebody come pick you up. But the car is not going with him. It's going to be towed. Okay. >> The car is going to be towed because you're driving on suspended license. >> But when the trooper when the trooper pulled me over, he said that I can have somebody come pick me up and drive my car. That's what they do. >> Okay. >> And then he was like, "If that's that's an option, but you just told me multiple times that you don't have somebody that can come pick you up. So, I've got a tow truck coming to pick you up." >> No, but you just said you said if I leave my car, it's going to get towed. So, it's >> Well, you're not leaving it here. I'm going to tow your car. I'm going to have somebody come pick this car up. >> No, you can have someone to pick you up, but the car is going to the car's going to go on a tow truck. I'm not going to argue with you. >> Going on a tow truck. This is >> because you're driving on suspended license. >> If I'm not the one going to be driving, then it's not going to be towed. >> I understand it, but you're driving at the moment of of me pulling you over. Okay, >> so here's the challenge. It's called giving the break challenge cuz she's dealt with multiple troopers and officers and we have discretion. And sometimes they'll say, "We won't tow your car. We'll issue a site." Some will say, "I'll give you a warning." But what happens is people lean into the nicest, most lenient thing they receive and they expect to get that from everyone and it creates [music] a challenge for the next officer. As an officer, you want to give grace to people and be lenient occasionally, but then the next trooper or officer has to put up with this. So the give and the break challenge is something that every officer has to deal with. That's why you'll get some officers that are just straight by the book. You're going to get, you know, lit up for everything that I can light you up for because don't expect me to expect you to have the next officer do that. And this is what >> Okay, that's fair cuz they trying to save stress for the next officer. I get that. Yeah, he is being so nice. Jay said, "Do you know how many people would want to encounter a cop like this?" So many. I pray I get a cop like this anytime I'm pulled over and I don't make it a habit of getting pulled over, but this is who I would want to encounter. Um, and he's in Arkansas. Arkansas. She bold. She is very bold. And he he is very nice though. >> We're dealing with right now. This girl apparently feels like she's special. >> I'm not driving. I'm going to have like I'm in my car. >> Okay. >> I'm like, >> "Hey, can you sit back here and talk to me real quick if you don't mind, please?" >> Um, V said I would break my back getting out of that car. By he wouldn't even be able to finish his sentence. I being his passenger seat like, "Hey, I'm ready. I'll call my friend on the way. Thank you. I'm ready, officer. I'd like you to take note of this vehicle that's pulling in. This pickup truck that's pulling into a parking place right here. >> Um, is that somebody on the phone? >> Yes, they're on their way. We're talking. We're literally talking >> now. That person that pulled in likely sees that the officer is dealing with the female. Many times people are just pulling in and they'll start recording. It's interesting to see the different perspectives that people will have of an exchange. I always look at that kind of stuff, especially because some of these end up on social media or in the news. >> So, where can I talk? May I talk to her? >> She's on hold, but that's my sister. >> Okay. So, who's who's coming to >> my best friend? She live around the corner, but my sister, >> your best friend and your sister are both going to come over? >> No, I'm on the phone. My sister so I can just in case like I'm just I'm a little anxious or whatever. So, I talk to my sister about what's going on with my best friend. She coming with her. >> She can't be that anxious. She taking a lot of liberties and and making a lot of demands. >> They work right now. So like >> they're going to be able to pick it up. >> They're going to drive my car and take what my bestie is. She going to drive her car and we're just going to go to my best house. So >> you're going to go where? >> To my best house. >> You're not going to >> They just scheduled my interview. They start talking. I'm just going to grab the key to the car. >> For what? >> Because I told you the car is going to be towed. >> My car is not going to get towed. They're literally going to come. No, you're not. Sorry. I'm sorry. >> Ma'am, stop. Don't do this. Don't do this. >> No. WHY THE [ __ ] IS YOU TRYING TO GO? NO. Y'ALL NOT TOWING MY CAR. >> Really want to take a quick note before this progresses is if you notice the trooper had to take his cover off in his gun hand in order to get the keys and do other things with it. I think the cover looks great. I love the campaign cover. As I said many times, I'm a Marine, but from a tactical perspective, it can create some challenges. I just like to take note as this progresses. >> NO, YOU'RE NOT. I JUST ALREADY SAID IT. MY C MY BEST FRIEND IS COMING TO GET ME. >> I told you that the car >> Oh, you nearly took my key. >> I'm not. >> Yeah, cuz you look dumb enough. Well, no, I'm sorry. Her actions are dumb enough to be one of those that tries to pull off from a stop. So, yeah. I'm surprised he didn't take the keys earlier. 46 with a rock. Can I get another unit? The driver's locked herself in the vehicle. >> No, you really PLAYING ME. NO, WE'RE NOT. I'M BARELY HAVING [laughter] >> BABY. She better be glad she not near Pine Bluff. I don't know if she get this kind of treatment around there. [laughter] >> Pick me UP. THIS ALL I HAVE. THIS IS ALL I HAVE. NO, THIS ALL I have TO GET TO MY DESTINATION. >> Listen to me, >> bro. Ryan, they literally TRYING TO TOW MY CAR. SIR, DO NOT TALK MY CAR. NO, >> MA'AM. >> NO, not talk to me LIKE THIS. DO NOT I DON'T CARE. DO NOT TALK. NO. BACK HERE AND TALK. >> NO. THIS ALL I HAVE. NO. >> LISTEN TO ME. >> NO. Y'ALL TRYING TO PAY ME. NO. >> OKAY. Listen to me. >> I got pulled over for this before. >> Okay. Listen to me. >> No. GIVE ME. YOU ALREADY GOT IN MY CAR. YOU >> CAN I TALK TO >> BRO, HE PLAYED ME. He [ __ ] played ME. HE TOLD >> NO, I did not play you. I told you. >> He told ME TO GET OUT. I did tell you to get out the car so I could get the keys. You're right. >> No, you could have told me. >> But I also told ma'am, I need you. Listen, >> he's already trying to tow my car in. >> I'm just know if somebody's closed. She's got the door open again now, though. >> So, he had other units rolling. He slowed them down cuz they were likely rolling code cuz he said that she was locked herself inside the car and they're going to roll code. It's good that he slowed them down. But I also find it really interesting that this woman is saying that she was going to a job, but then she wasn't going to a job. She hasn't paid any tickets. It looks like her hair was recently done. No tickets. Sergeant Curtis, [laughter] [gasps] I didn't know he was going to make that observation. Mindy said, cuz Mindy said, "How did I know that hair was going to be laid?" I bet she got a full set of nails, lashes, and eyebrows done. I didn't know Sergeant Curtis was going to call it out, though. >> Pave story changes. And now she's blaming the trooper for her own doing. >> Listen to me. You've got to get out of the car or I'm going to pull you out of the car. >> No, I'm nearly happy. All right, listen. I don't want to do it. Listen to me. >> NO, THIS IS ALL I HAVE. >> SHE'S got the door open now. I'm talking with her. >> HE TRYING TO PLAY ME. NO, HE'S trying to play me. LIKE, THIS IS ALL I [ __ ] HAVE. >> I NEED YOU TO step out of the car and you come pick my car up. What are you saying? And drive my car. >> Come out here and talk to me. I don't want TO >> YOU WANT TO TALK TO ME SO HE CAN HOOK MY CAR? YOU ALREADY PLAYED ME THE FIRST TIME. >> I'M NOT PLAYING YOU, >> SIR. You play me. You did. You told me to get out the car. GIVE ME MY DRIVER, MY ID. I NEED THAT. >> I'LL GIVE it to you when you step back here, too. >> Good. I'm going to wait till my best friend get here. I got to clean MY WHOLE CAR OUT. NO, Y'ALL TRYING TO PLAY ME. AND HOW MUCH IS IT TO GET BACK FROM THE POUND? >> THEY'LL TALK TO you in JUST A SECOND. >> HOW LONG HOW MUCH IS IT TO GET FROM THE POUND? >> THEY'LL talk to you IN JUST A SECOND. >> NO, Y'ALL TRYING TO PLAY ME. WHAT? >> They literally He literally just played me. Like, you told me to get out the car and then you stepped in my car to grab my >> Is that the stuff that you need to get out of the car? >> Like, I'm taking everything. I don't EVEN KNOW WHY I GOT IT. I SHOULD HAVE WAITED TILL MY BEST friend got here. Like that's some BS. Like he literally played me cuz like dead ass. Like he literally played me. Like I can have somebody and he cannot like that's an option. They give you options. If you don't have a valid driving license if you they give you options. They say >> Yeah. She's been spoiled. She's And she's about to say it now that she believes you always should get an option. She's been spoiled by those other cops. I'm with I'm with Sergeant Curtis on the cops that don't give leeway when it's the fact that you have no license plate. You tell me you don't have it because it costs $1,000, but you still on the interstate. Remember this is not you at your house with no license plate. You on the interstate then you don't have a license on you. You chose not to have insurance. And I and when I say chose for how she makes her decision, she could not afford insurance. But the fact that you're so nonchalant about it is what gets me. It's It's not when someone's actually driving to get a job interview. I hope I make it. Maybe this will change my life. Not those people, but when you got a coupon book of tickets that you need to take care of and you're about to get another one and you showed him the book cuz you just think he he is obligated to give you options instead of tow your car, all this other stuff. Oh, and then and then even if she had a license, isn't it? um suspended even if she does have a license. I think he said something about being suspended. She's hitting four for four on this one. Like what do you expect people who like who make their lives hard for no reason? >> You had somebody come pick you up. >> Now go ahead and grab your belongings out of the car >> or No, I'm waiting. >> Grab your belongings out of the car. >> So you see that that's when the guy just got out of his truck. And how long was he in there? And the only portion of the exchange that he has if he recorded it would be the trooper's back and the female from that perspective. So when you watch those kind of videos, make sure that you're cautious about making a snap judgment about who was right or who was wrong. Even in a body cam or a dash cam, you're just getting a snapshot and it's good to take all the information in to make a fair assessment of a situation. Whatever you want. >> Let me tell you right now, Sergeant Curtis, I'm judging. I'm making snap judges. I'm judging the hell out of this girl, >> ma'am. Whatever you want to get out of the car, go ahead and get it out. >> He right here. >> I can't hear her. >> That's what I'm saying. >> Honey, like I'm not going to keep carrying my belongings around and stuff. I'm going wait till my best friend get here. My >> You don't have to carry my You got a suitcase in the back >> that you can put stuff in that way or I'll help you put it back here in my car. >> You trying to say since I got a suitcase, I can put everything in there. He must not know what I have all in my car. All that. >> Okay. I don't know what all you have in your car, but if you'll get out, we can address the issue. >> Sir, so you >> listen to me. Listen to me. Let me talk. Let me talk. Okay. Good. >> Listen to me. I don't want to have to pull you out of your car. >> You have to put your house. Then then step out of the car. >> For what? SO YOU CAN TOW MY CAR. YOU >> IF YOU DON'T get out of the car, I will pull you out of the car and you will go to jail for obstruction. Step out. Step out of the vehicle. I'm not trying to do this right now. I'm trying to be calm with you, but you keep raising. Ma'am, I'm not talking to her. I'm talking to you. Okay. You talk to her. >> Ma'am, will you talk to me? Please look at me. >> Why do people on the phone? Well, they're enablers. Cuz you're [clears throat] on the phone. The cop doesn't have to talk to you. I heard the woman on the speaker phone. You done talking to her. Now you have to talk to me. No, he doesn't. That phone about to get hung up so fast. No, he doesn't. And why do you think he would be obligated? I don't care if she on the phone with her mama. Why do you think he's obligated to talk to you on that phone as if you were there as she would not pull over on top of not having a license plate, not having a or having a suspended license, no insurance? Come on. >> Talking to you, >> okay? I'm not talking to her. She's not on my traffic stop. I'm talking with you. >> Listen, I'm not going I don't want to pull you out of the car. >> You don't have to. YOU LITERALLY TRYING TO TALK. >> Step out of the car for me now. >> Grab your purse and step out of the car and we'll get your belongings when you're ready. THAT'S WHAT I'M SAYING, MAMA. HE TRYING TO PAY ME. HOOD. LIKE, WHAT? >> Step out of the car. >> And he literally AND I LITERALLY GET OPTIONS TO HAVE SOMEBODY TO COME PICK ME TO DRIVE MY CAR. IT'S HAPPENED BEFORE. I get pulled over back to back FOR THIS [ __ ] AND I GET THE SAME OPTION for this. THEY WERE NEVER IN THEIR LIFE TOLD MY CAR. THEY ASKED ME, THEY WAS LIKE, "IF YOU DON'T HAVE NOBODY TO COME PICK YOUR CAR UP, THEN YOU CANNOT LEAVE." I GET an option for this. >> I'm trying to give you a little compassion by not putting hands on you or pulling you out of the car and taking you to jail right now. Step out of the car. And that's the last warning I'm giving you. Step out of the car or you're going to jail for obstruction if I have to pull you out of it. >> He literally pulled me over because of my tags. And when I when I pulled when I pulled up in this parking lot to park, he literally pulled me over and he gave me he was like >> if she on the phone with her mama and her mama's entertaining this, I take it back cuz maybe her grandma didn't raise her mama, right? And her grandma might really not have a license plate on her car because who raised the mama? And then of course the mama raised her. I got to take it back. I don't know now if the grandmother would have had license plate on her car. >> Do you have somebody to come pick you up or whatever? What you I said, hm, I don't have nobody that's close by, but I can have my best friend in line cuz she she have way here to drive my car so we can go home. And he going to say something. He told me get out the car. And I was like, "Okay." So he said he said, "Get out the car and step to the back to talk to him." And I said, "Okay." And then he was like, "Hold on. >> Come on. >> Talk to her at the front of my car." >> Oh, so stop pushing me. >> I didn't push you, ma'am. I mean, you put your hands on me. Like, no. Like, hood. Like, you trying to turn my car and like that's >> Go ahead and load it up. Ma'am, you can grab the stuff once your sister gets here. >> My sister, my best friend. >> Or your best friend. You can grab it once your best friend gets here. >> He don't need to put it on the gra. Okay. >> He said I CAN GRAB MY STUFF. >> I told you you can grab it. >> Hold on. Let me get my head out the way and I'll go back a few seconds. Hold on. Let me Let me see. One second. Let me move around. I'm trying to stay out of Sergeant Curtis's camera. Okay. >> I didn't push you, ma'am. >> You put your hands on me. Like, no. Like, hood. Like, you trying to tell my car is my best. >> Go ahead and load it up. Ma'am, you can grab the stuff once your sister gets here. >> My sister. My best friend. >> Or your best friend. You can grab it once your best friend gets here. >> He don't need to put it on the car right now. [laughter] Okay. >> HE SAID I CAN GRAB my stuff. I TOLD YOU YOU can grab it once your best friend gets here. Stay out of the car so he can load it up. >> No. Like this is some [ __ ] bro. Hood. Like what? Like no way. LIKE THIS IS AN option and you played me, BRO. LIKE HE LITERALLY played me, BRO. HE THAT ASS PLAYED ME. LIKE HOOD. Like bro, like what? Like give ME MY ID. THAT'S ALL I HAVE. You just said you going to give it to me or you lied about that. >> No, I will give it to you. >> Okay. If you don't mind. >> Okay. I will give it to you when you when we can have a quarter quart. >> Oh, that's the tow truck. I was like, who is this nosy civilian getting that close to the car and they even I like they don't even see him yet. That's a tow truck. I was like, I'm nosy. I ain't that nosy. >> Come here. Come have a conversation. Come over here. >> Come talk to me over here, >> ma'am. Let him let him do his job and step back over here. >> Hey, grab my baby. Like, >> step over here. You go take care of my lady. >> Just listen to him. >> Stop talking. Y'all ask your question. >> Go back here. I knew your steps. >> And he's still being nice cuz it's minimal physical contact. Like it's only the most necessary physical contact that he's making too. And he's still he ain't yelled at her. Uh nothing. Just like I got to do my job. >> The other jurisdictions have arrived on the scene to assist. >> Come here. I got your stuff right here, man. Okay, listen to >> Oh, like I have a question >> here. >> So, like >> he doesn't know anything. He >> like he want to know something like y'all hear like I want to be nosy. So, >> thank you. >> No, they they came over here because when I asked you to get the car, you know inside of it. Okay. Here. >> Lock in. He said I lock myself in THE CAR. I LOCK MYSELF in the car. >> I heard it locked. >> Exactly. Thank you, sis. >> Here. >> All right. This is the citations. Okay. court information, date, time, location, and phone number. If you have any questions, you can call. There's a Hold on. There's a website right here that you can go to if you have any questions. Okay. What all you have? What all do you have in your car? >> Everything. This is my belongings. Like, you literally paid me. Don't >> Will you Will you contact your best friend and figure out where she's at? >> Y'all can >> Where's your best friend at? That's the key to the car. Uh, she does need to get some belongings out of it, but I was just trying to let you get it up on the bed. Can we load it back down or she >> once you secure it? Yeah, that's fine. But I just wanted you to be able to get it on the bed without her hopping in it and leaving. >> I mean, I'll lower it back down. >> That's fine. Go ahead and secure it as you need to and then we can lower it. We'll lower it down once her best friend gets here and then let her get her belongings out of it. >> What was going on? uh she suspended. >> So I pass >> and they he's still being nice because honestly he don't have to let her go back in that car. At least I don't think I'm not going to say that with confidence. It's a it's a lot of officer discretion that they have. Um the other thing was he could have searched her car because they call it taking inventory for the toe. So he didn't search her car either. come pick her up and I was going to tow the car and then she was under the impression that someone was going to be able to come pick the car up. So I had her step out of the car and then I got her away from the I got into the car and grabbed the key so she couldn't hop back in it. She got in the car and then I heard the doors locked >> and then that's when I was like, "Hey, >> I wouldn't let her stand that close to the tow truck driver while he's trying to secure the vehicle either. She needs to stand closer to them or in the middle. >> All right. Because I I don't want to take her to Joanna. I really don't want to do that. >> And so I was trying to be nice and let her get out of the car and eventually she came out of the car. But >> well, >> I gave her one more warning and eventually she came out. >> Looks like she doesn't have tags at all. >> Well, that's she her tag has been expired. She said she bought the car like back in May or something like that. Now, can we go ahead can we go ahead and uh get go ahead and start getting stuff out of the car. So when your best friend gets here, we can just put it in her vehicle and he can go ahead and leave. And >> I need my key. >> Well, yeah. I can't give you the actual key. >> I can't give you the key. You can't get the key. >> My key. >> You can't have the actual key. >> You won't be able to have He can't give you the actual key back. >> So, it's interesting that in this jurisdiction that there's no toe slip that needs to be done in an inventory of everything inside the car. It seems like the trooper is trying to be cool with her and give her things out of the car. And a lot of times we will. I'm not sure if he did a toll slip or not. And the purpose of the toe inventory is to make sure that nothing gets taken out of the vehicle when it's out of the custody of either the person or the officer. >> I can help. Thank you. >> Okay. I'm just going to try to help you get stuff out. >> I'm not going to grab my stuff till my best friend get here. I just said that. Like I'm not I'm not going to carry nothing around. Like I literally >> go ahead and take it and make the stuff out. Okay. Now, what what valuable stuff is in there? Like I know you got shoes and clothing. What's all in the suitcase? What's in the black purse? >> I know. Like, is there like any phones, any laptops, any money, >> any debit cards, credit cards? >> Yeah, everything is in the car. >> Yeah. What? I know everything. You're saying everything, but is there any debit cards or credit cards? >> Okay. Where where are those located? >> In my glove compartment. Like >> in your glove compartment or the center console? >> The console right here. >> The center console. Okay. Other than the debit cards and credit cards, is there any phones, laptops, anything of that nature that that that you want out right now, this very second? >> No, I'm going just follow behind him. >> Okay, that's fine. You said you're going to follow behind him. >> Yes. >> Then y'all can just grab everything at the toward. Go ahead and load it up. It'll be fine. >> Y'all can just follow him to the toward and go from there then. >> Or honestly, if you want to ride with him to the toward, she can meet you there. >> Okay. Oh, did he say did did the tow truck driver offer [laughter] to let her ride in his vehicle? Because if I come on this scene, and this is what I'm seeing, hell no, you can't get in my vehicle. You better keep that friend better keep being on her way. The nicest I can be is I'll I'll sit here and wait for your friend to get here, but it's probably going to be running up your little toe, your tab as well. But you're not getting in my passenger seat. >> Why you trying to Why you put this on here? the wireless uh phone without handsree device because when I walked up to the window, you had your you had your Snapchat open where you had videotaped me while we were driving. >> So there therefore you're using your phone while driving. You were videotaping. >> I was already in the parking lot. What are you talking about? >> Your car was moving. >> I was already in the parking lot. What are you talking about? >> You were moving. I saw you with your phone up >> cuz you literally was potting on me, sir. Like you got the phone. >> Can she ride with you to the yard? >> Okay. All I'm not going to argue anymore. You can ride with him to the toward and have your >> Okay, then you can stay here. >> Have a great day. >> But we're done. Okay. Thank you. You can go to the toward or she can ride with you. It's up to you. >> Okay. Thank you. All right. We're good, guys. I'm late. >> So, here we see this female who's blaming everyone but herself. She's had multiple citations. She doesn't appear to be getting her car registered or having insurance on her vehicle. And you get to see in this kind of situation, what we see frequently is that you'll get to see an interaction between an officer from one race and a person from another race. And people claim it to be a racially based incident. In my experience in policing, what I have normally seen is this kind of behavior. I mean, this trooper went above and beyond to try to help and assist this young lady, and she did nothing but give him a hard time. So, we see this young lady received more citations and had her vehicle towed. Justifiably, she's not supposed to be on the road. We see that the trooper gave her a ton of breaks and a ton of grace, but her car definitely didn't need to be on the road, and she's got to learn her lesson that you're not going to just get citations and be able to continue to drive. And her story changed multiple times. Arkansas, I'm hoping that you forgive me. I showcased one of your native sons. You guys did a real >> It's okay, Sergeant Curtis. We peaked it. I feel like we more know the difference over here. And she was being difficult and she was given above and beyond grace, above and beyond options. Still didn't get the wrist jewelry. Crazy. Okay, no promises, but I'm going to dedicate an hour, hour and a half to studying. Then if I can muster up the energy, I no promises, but I'm hoping to go ahead and get into day two of that uh what's his name? Stefan, what's his name? I can't remember. Whatever his name is, but Stefan versus the was versus the state versus him. And then Diggs. Stefon Diggs. Uh Massachusetts versus him. Yes, the the verdict already came out. But if y'all were watching it with me, we could not believe how the witness was on that stand. She was she was good TV, honestly, because I came in with I had read the police report first. So, I was biased by reading the police report first before the trial happened. So, I'm I'm expecting what I'm expecting, but then I fell asleep to uh Kea Rose and she was playing highlights. I'm like I was kind of half sleep. I'm like, sounds like things might not be adding up, but I got to get this when I wake up. We watched that trial. It was good TV. I'm sorry because that girl. So, yeah, we're supposed to finish up day two soon. So, I'mma study. We'll see if I can come back. Of course, I'll do a live alert for y'all if I do come back. So, members on YouTube, you'll see the live alert. And then, if you become a free member on Patreon, you don't pay anything. I'm also putting a live alert on that side so you can catch it so you don't miss it in case you are looking out for that whenever it happens. Yes. Study, study, study. Okay. All right. Y'all have a good day for now. Of course. I enjoyed you a lot. Okay. Bye y'all. >> Come on. Come on.
