underage OVI before in my lifetime mhm
if this this happens what what happens
to my
license uh so the underage actually does
count against you and they do a 20e look
back okay so it stays on your record for
20 years

uh remember what you were specifically
charged with for the underage was it
driving yeah all right yeah this will
technically be your second offense then
how long was it I was 17 I'm
23 18
193 so it's within the 10e period so
this okay so is that like jail time is
that how long will my license
be um depending on what you blow on the
back of that form if I blow under a 008
or is that still the legal limit
yeah so this will be your second offense
um the license can be suspended
for one year if you refuse to take this
test your license will be suspended for
two years I ain't going to refuse
anything so um I mean I I can't promise
you yeah it's cool you're doing your job
well you're doing this long enough like
when you go to court they're going to
ask you for you know you can try and
apply for driving privileges only twice
have I seen them not give it to them and
those are people with they're super high
testers and it's a multiple offense type

probably the other machine you took the
test on this will require two breast
samples
um the old machine used to be over there
but uh what will happen is you'll blow
into the machine once with this mouth
piece I'll throw it away then there's a
two-minute waiting period and then
you'll blow into it a second time all
right so a lot of people get upset about
that um so you're aware of
it if anything it gives you
opportunity of two two test results it
takes the the lower of the
two I'm not opposed to it my own fault
at this point so do what you got to

Obi suspension until your initial
appearance in court which will be
Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. from there and I'm
arrested until then no I'm going to
we'll get somebody to come pick you up

you've been very Cooperative U what I'll
do is I'll have somebody come and get
you I'll take you down to our station wa
the the legal limit is 8 though right
right and I'm blowing a 0.1 0.155 yeah
you're twice the legal
limit there's no way there's no way

way it doesn't lie and all the clues
that I got I believe you I'm I'm not
going to AR with you I totally believe
you but I just cannot believe that

so it'll take your underage OVI and
it'll apply to this um it'll be your
second offense right now your license is
automatically suspended for one year uh
when you go to your preliminary hearing
that'll be your first quar arment while
you're there you're going to want to ask
for driving privileges you're going to
explain to them I have school I have
work family like everything possible the
judge will make that determination
whether they'll grant them to you or not
if they do they'll basically send you
across the hall and they'll start that
application
usually takes about 10 days so you won't
be given privileges that day this is
your copy of the results we'll keep that
together and then I'll do your citation
like I said I'll cut you loose is there
somebody that can come and pick you up
yeah okay hopefully if they answer the
phone okay they're sleeping we'll head
down to my PD and we'll have somebody
come pick you up over there okay while I
finish out the paperwork
