All right, so we have a body cam video sent to me by the trendies. Um, it says ATL police respond after baby mama climbs balcony to fight girlfriend. This is Atlanta crime files. So, we'll get started. I will have some thoughts throughout the video. I will have the video linked with no so you can watch it with no interruptions in the description box. Heat. Heat. Who is it? >> It's um Well, she's supposed to be in my bedroom. I took a DNA test, but we not together. I don't I got my other two kids and my girlfriend. I don't know what she on like all the confrontation and stuff. I don't wait at my house for her. So, I just kind of >> just to do everything around the world. >> Mhm. >> So, do you know what kind of vehicles you drive? >> I don't know. Look, look, look. She said, "Come on, huh?" >> So, he was calling the police for when she tried to come in. Her silly butt showed back up and now she's doing it while the police are there. He was trying to give his report. >> Do you see this? What I'm talking about? Like, what do you mean? I came here to talk to my dad. >> It don't matter. You don't come in nobody else's house. Come on. >> Come on. Can I get my purse, please? Can you grab a friend? >> Nope. >> Please. >> Nope. >> I just came to talk to him. >> But you don't come in nobody else's house. Turn around. Turn around. >> Hello. >> Turn around. >> Feel my downstairs. >> Turn around. >> Oh my god. You feel me? >> You trying to jump through my [ __ ] house. >> Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Yes, you're going to get arrested. Press. He pressed charges or not. You literally got caught in the act of committing the crime and then here we go. Bringing in the child in front of my child. We got a child. No, no, no. You didn't think about that when you were scaling the balcony. >> Phil, your other child is downstairs. I did not come in nobody house regardless. >> You got to do something. >> I was knocking on the door. I knocked on the door. I heard >> you just came through the window. >> No, I I went through the I knocked on the patio door. >> You're not supposed to enter nobody's house. >> I understand, ma'am. My son is downstairs. >> Drop your shoes. >> It's my [ __ ] >> Turn this. Turn this way. >> Oh my gosh. Can you call my mom? >> See what I'm saying? Them 82s and [ __ ] Yeah. >> 2900. The last one got me in the video. >> Right here. >> Stop moving. >> My baby is downstairs. >> Bro, you do that [ __ ] to yourself. No, I've been you looking at my phone. I've been trying to talk to him. But still, >> I didn't even know if I was actually about to call me. I didn't know what's wrong with you. You not answering the calls for nothing. Can you please come on? [Music] >> Bro, you knew that we talked about this in March. Oh my gosh. Are you serious? Are you putting on the show? >> We talked about this already. I'm sorry. >> I get it. I get it. >> Calm down. >> Police told me my son is out there. You don't have no family out here. Oh my god. >> Do you know you don't have any f Sorry for hitting the stuff on my desk. Do you know you don't have any family out here? Why is How is that his problem? He didn't scale your balcony. You scaled his balcony to break in. And the title says to fight the girlfriend. So, we'll see if that's the case. But either way, you have no reason to do that. You're not thinking about your child. You're not thinking about if you have family here or not. You made this choice. >> Oh my gosh. I cannot, bro. What you mean I broke in? I knocked on the patio door. I knocked on the front door. It was open. Oh my. I cannot believe he's doing this. We literally was in Bro. My my friend is in my in the car right here. >> I get it. Look, >> girl. He got to believe on me. I didn't do nothing. I swear, Jimmy, I didn't do nothing. I know. >> Y'all, if y'all going to stay her friend, you need to be better friends because ain't no way she's not getting arrested for knocking on a front door. Do Do not Uh-uh. Do not encourage her. Don't drive her nowhere else. help her or she needs to get new friends. >> I swear all I tried to do was talk to him. >> I mean, my baby, [Applause] please. I've never got in trouble ever, man. >> I get it. But you got to calm down >> cuz you should have never came up that way. >> I just knock it out. I haven't talked to him. So, ma'am, I haven't talked to him in 3 months and I was just trying to check to see if everything was okay. >> I get it. >> I haven't talked to him. But you don't come into nobody's house without without authorization. >> I didn't hear any noise. I'm like, "Feel it, Julian. Is everything okay?" He told me, "Yeah, everything was okay." >> You walked right in. >> No, I mean, >> right. She walked right in because he ran and said, "Look, do you see she here? Where was she at?" She was already in the middle of the room, which again, the fact that you went through the patio, there is no way to explain that. Period. Or balcony. There's no way to explain that. But this whole I haven't talked to him in 3 months. What does you not talking to him in 3 months have to do with why you are breaking and entering? Check. You can call if it was a I haven't heard from my own child in 3 months. Call the police. Wellness check. Make sure your child's okay if you're not being lied to your child. But no, like stop it. You were there for the relationship aspect. It was nothing to do with your child talking to me. >> No, I'm sorry. He didn't say anything else cuz I didn't hear anything. I was knocking on the patio door. And you see me walk by. >> I didn't make my square [Music] 1032. We 32 [Music] unit 33. >> I did somebody house on the back door. >> I used to live here. I know that door always. Ma'am, I'm telling you, I was I don't got nothing on me to hurt nobody. Get in the car. >> Get What do you want me to do? What do you want me to do? >> I get it. >> What do you want me to do? What do you >> I don't know. >> I have her son. >> I get it. But she shouldn't have came in these people house. >> What can I talk to inside? >> Give me just a second. I have her. >> Give me just a second. >> So from the friend saying that she has the son. So it's not even you checking on your child. The child wasn't even with him. You brought your son into mess. That's crazy. >> 34. >> I'm sitting up there talking to dude and he was like, "Well, she's gone now." So in the midst of me talking to her um him at the front door, she going through the back door. Once she got up there, I don't know how she got she stay there. So she basically broke into this damn back door. >> So she >> broke into his back door. >> She She say mama, but she don't stay here. He got a whole another girlfriend and other kids in here. >> That she drove over here with her. We're supposed to go hang out. Like she picked me up from my my sister's house and she has her baby in the car. Like please don't take her. >> What do you mean please don't take her? >> You can't she can't go into nobody's house like that. >> I didn't know she was doing all that [ __ ] Like [ __ ] >> Did she got ID in her purse or anything like that? I hate it for the friend if she honestly didn't know that her friend is crazy like that and didn't know that girl was about to break into somebody house. I hate it for the friend cuz now you there's a child with you that's not yours and it's just a big inconvenience and everything. Sometimes the friends know and some sometimes they don't. So I hate it for if she didn't know. I don't I wouldn't know where she would keep her. Like I would have to ask her. >> That's fine. Would you get her information from me? >> Yeah. >> She climbed. >> Yeah. She had her shoes in her hand. >> What? What? What? >> [ __ ] >> Well, so what was your point of coming over here? I didn't know we was coming over here. >> No, man. Okay, let's call you. >> That's the thing. That's why I'm like, [ __ ] >> You didn't know you coming over? >> Yeah. Like, we supposed to just She's supposed to pick me up. We going to go back to the house. I stay in Stone Mountain. She saying we live in Stone Mountain. I live here. >> Y'all live together. >> I like y'all. She said, "Well, you're very Yeah. So apparently guy that's his baby mom when cous said when she was in there talking to him she came through. I guess she climbed up went through the back. He stay up top. So I don't know what transpired. When we were putting up she was putting her in the car. So how's the baby? >> He's like one and a half. You say that's your best friend? >> Yes. >> So, so the baby will stay with you, right? >> Um, >> yeah, he just the only thing is I can't. I don't have my license. >> Okay. Who Who is it? This unrelated. What it is? >> I never been in this apartment complex before. I don't know if it's something new. >> Hey, is that the new girlfriend? >> I don't know who that is. I've never been in the before. I don't know who. >> You have any ID now? >> Yes. My first is upstairs. >> It's in the house? >> No, it's on the balcony. Literally, I was just about to call y'all guys cuz I haven't talked to him in like two months. >> You were not going to call the police. No, you you are not going to call the police. You would have done that first if you thought he was uh he was in danger. You did exactly what you meant to do. You was either trying to spy, do whatever crazy stuff, or fight that girlfriend. That's what you were doing. That friend don't seem like she knew. I I'll give the friend that. The friend does not seem like she knew. The friend was a passenger and and the girl crazy. Now, I don't know if she seen other tendencies of the of her friend being crazy, but I don't think she knew the girl was going to come do this. >> I've been calling my family been calling trying to check in. Nobody could have got in touch with him. I knocked on the door. I didn't hear nothing with the TV. I knocked on the patio door. Didn't hear nothing. I seen the laptop. That's what made me escort. I used to stay here. thought something was wrong. I haven't heard from him. I swear you had my friend and my child is with me. I have no family. I couldn't be doing nothing stupid. >> Can I have your name, please? >> Yes, sir. M E Q U. >> Can you spell spell your first name? >> M E >> M E >> Q U A >> Q U E >> F. >> Your last name. >> These are horrible excuses. Your ID has that old address. Okay. So, that says you didn't change your address when you were supposed to when you change residencies. That's all that that's all that says. And then your friend obviously is a bad judge of character when it comes to you if she doesn't know you do something like this. Cuz apparently you do do stuff like this cuz you just did it and you got caught in the middle of doing it. >> What's your date of birth? air, please. >> No problem. What's your social >> What's your What's the last >> What's the last three? I mean, the last four for your social >> and do you have a cell phone number? 404 30 >> 404 >> Yes. >> Uh-huh. >> All right. No, I'm I'mma go and speak to them. I let them know what you're telling me. >> I'll be right back. I'll >> break if I can let them know what to do. my baby. >> I will we we will we will deal with all of that, man. [Applause] Whose phone is this? Hers? No. This >> Are you the girlfriend? She's leaving. >> Yeah, that [ __ ] stupid. >> Yeah, I'm her mom. She >> That's fine. That's fine. >> How does she um She can't >> I I agree with you. I'm glad she's leaving. I'm so glad that girl is the the actual current girlfriend is leaving cuz No, that's a dangerous situation to be in. That that the ex is too extreme. It's too much. Yeah. Go somewhere safe. >> Back up. I ain't even know what [ __ ] >> She hopped up through that [ __ ] down there over my porch. >> Is this her purse? >> Is this her purse? >> Is this her purse? >> I'm not sure. There's a person right here. >> Let her go. Don't stop her. If she want to leave, let her go. Is this her? Do you know if this is her? >> This happen to be her. >> Sir, I need you to calm down. You call this out here to help me. >> Do you have your ID on you? >> What you mean? [ __ ] [ __ ] cold, dude. >> Listen, you can't catch no attitude. I'm here to help you out, but don't catch no attitude with me. >> You got to calm down. You called us out here. >> [ __ ] my whole life. >> Okay, but you can't do that the whole time, >> man. I don't give a [ __ ] >> But you need to calm down. >> You still got these two babies right here. >> Act like you got some [ __ ] soup. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Hey, >> calm down. Listen. Listen. >> Why not calm down for this? My life up. >> Listen. >> And y'all, it's two kids on uh on the bed in the bedroom, watching him crash out. Got the the ex that came uh in the house putting the kids in danger. They got to sit here, but they they listening to all of this. >> You got to calm down. You can't if you if you want that woman to come back over here, you got to calm down. You acting like this and she seeing all the police and stuff coming over, you can't act like that. You got to calm down. Okay. >> Yeah, it is too much. Like, it's a lot going on. It's a whole lot going on. How you doing? >> I'm doing fine. >> Are you the Where is it? >> He's right here. >> Oh, dogs in here. >> Yes. >> Are you the girlfriend? >> Yes. >> You the girlfriend, >> huh? >> You the girlfriend? >> Yes. I want to be here. [Applause] So she so so she open the slide though. >> Yep. >> Yeah. She climbed the climb people's back porch. Climb the climb over the climb over. >> So this this his [ __ ] >> Okay. Cuz I saw an older guy earlier. I thought it was >> You want to see the lease? You can see police tomorrow. It's my [ __ ] Pay the rent. >> Okay. >> Come on, bro. >> What? Save that energy. We here to help you out. >> I understand. Calm down. >> All right. >> So, that's the girlfriend in the face not too long ago. >> She not back. Oh, she already been hooked up though as soon as she came in. Yeah, cuz I was standing here talking to him and he all of a sudden she had the dog and he came back and he was like, "She just ran in here." She ran >> what? What? >> Yes, sir. The the the woman officer handled it quickly. It was like, "You coming with me?" Cuff, cuff, get in the truck. We'll talk about it later cuz no ma'am. Uh and then yeah, he out here raging. I I saw tidbits of this one. I haven't seen all the way to the end, but I think he had a bad experience with police the other time that she's done something crazy, and he's putting that time on this time, plus the current girlfriend's like, "Mama, come get me. I'm not dealing with this craziness." And then, um, I just think it's all coming together. He's going to talk. I know I saw the bit where he's going to be outside talking about it a little bit, but he taking his anger out on the wrong people. I can I That's my opinion. >> Your girlfriend is leaving. This [ __ ] jump. >> I don't know. I didn't see anything broken. >> You mind if I look? >> I don't know. >> But this is her purse. It was sitting on the uh on the chair on the We're not >> you can't do >> y question. >> All right. Y'all just just being straight up. You ain't got an answer you want. So just man to man. Will you still kicking with your baby? >> Hell no, bro. This [ __ ] stabbed in my face two years ago. Go get it, y'all. I almost went to jail for this [ __ ] two years ago. They told me they said if the girl come over here and the police get called and invol and me and her and this [ __ ] documented on my doorstep already, I'm going to go to [ __ ] jail and she going to go to jail. I don't know who this last the last officers told me. them folk had held up in the handcuffs and everything and >> dang he said the the other time she stabbed him in the face. >> Goodness face blame my hair about to come out and all >> man look all this [ __ ] about some child support [ __ ] She put me on child support. I as for the DNA the man I ain't so I ain't contacting I ain't doing none of that cuz I'm not going to tugle with this [ __ ] right cuz you put me on child some serious [ __ ] I'm already on time for my oldest two in there. [Applause] >> Okay. Couple things. I don't think women should get off scot-free when they're the if they are the person that is the abuser in a in a domestic violence situation. They should be treated the same way. Like I see the injuries on the other party. You got to go. You get charged. You fight it out in court. I think this it should be happen cuz nobody should be abusing anybody. Um, also I do think it's reasonable just just how people have prenups or other safeguards for when they get married and blah blah blah, you get life insurance, I think it's reasonable for someone to have a paternity test before they start paying child support. As long as you're not dodging child support and you show up at the, you know, the right time when they say take your paternity test and you you not you're not dodging the test and all that stuff, I don't think it's unreasonable to just go ahead and make sure, hey, we're all on the same page. nothing happened while we were going through something and or whatever. I I think that's reasonable. Um I don't have any kids, so I don't know if I I probably maybe would take it more personally if I was asked to take a DNA test and I had a child, but I do think just in the legal aspect and that's a very long-term financial commitment and emotional commitment. I just think that it's almost like just yeah, just go ahead and do the test and then keep it moving to the next step. I was just trying to make sure she ain't break in. >> No, no, this it was already open. >> Yeah, this [ __ ] was down. >> Oh, okay. So, she ain't she ain't force her way in. >> And like she been trying to cuz she was at my door. >> No, I'm saying but she didn't break the door to get in. >> No, she just jumped over. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. All right. Yeah, that's what I was trying to see. All right. >> Yeah, it's a little leverage down there. It protrude out a little bit. >> Look, you can like this how you get up. You climb up this [ __ ] right here and then you hop up down. >> I don't even want to take that [ __ ] out my [ __ ] go. >> You need something for him? >> No. >> Oh yeah, we f to come out. >> But you Hey, but at the same time your girl your girl No, you good. Your girl, my girl, she leaving and they ain't even get into it or nothing. >> Nah, she leaving for her safety. I was just about to say just came through my [ __ ] like that. >> You got to understand that is a scary feeling, man. How long your girl been saying her, >> man? She ain't been here nothing, man. This be going on three week. We j >> and this [ __ ] got [ __ ] man. This is this when when it come down or whatever. Just call her tomorrow. Let her know, hey, I'm done with her. We not messing around. >> I been messing with her for like a whole year. >> So she know >> we just like we just went to that next step and go ahead and start staying together and put [ __ ] together. But they like that [ __ ] that [ __ ] everything. >> Well, I mean, you know, she she probably not mad you just like her people probably not mad at you. They just more so of a safety thing right now, man. >> Yeah, I know that. Yeah, >> you want to come out here and talk to her when she riding over. >> Hey, man. You might as well come on. This your girl, man. Come on, man. We was on the way. [Applause] >> What the hell? Wait, wait, wait, wait. >> I got her wallet. >> Yeah, >> told me that. That's what like what I did do. I got her social for you also and everything else. cell phone number and everything. So, I got her and she was struggling and she was trying to explain to me that she only did that cuz she was trying to reach him and trying to get in contact with me. But I did tell her that's there no excuse for you to go on the property. If that's the case, then you call the police and let them excuse you to go on the property. If that's the case, then you call the police and let them give me a sign. You got to give me a second. >> You drove over here. No, we got a trade. We got a new thing for me and her story. We got the train and we came from the train station. >> She was also saying that she's hot. She only got a man. >> Whose car were they in if they came from a train station? Cuz the friend was like, "I can't drive the car cuz I only have a permit." And the, you know, the woman's son was in the back seat. So, what what does she mean they took a train? Is that good? >> Yeah. >> All right. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. >> How you doing? Did um when she came in, did she try to fight you? >> Yeah, she ran up with me on my cheek, baby. Mom, I'm like, you know, I ain't even see. I came out the bathroom and she came through the window. >> Okay. Um, would you mind if I get your information >> for my ID? >> Please pull back. >> Okay. All right. >> He want Hey, hold him real quick. You said call your mom. >> What's her What's her phone number? >> Well, she she didn't she didn't break in. So, I guess I don't know what she going to do. This Harley CT or what? 514. >> That what I was trying to see for you know >> 54 51 >> see if it was going to be burger or whatnot. >> What what what our moms told me we doing? >> Huh? What? Mom doing what? >> What is our mom doing? What going on? I have no idea. [Applause] Curable. >> That's borderline. tried to get in the front though because it was unlocked. >> She uh she still made her way up in there without he gets the gun somewhere from the hotel to where we caught him at. >> That was him though. had so much going on at one time, man. >> Yeah, I found that. Matter of fact, I found two of them. >> So, we might have another V. >> We may have another >> Yeah, we may have another her legal kid or what? She said she got a permit. >> Permit for what? >> I don't think she got ready to drive right now. This right here. [Applause] She drove. Ma'am, who drove on? Who car is this? That's her car. Oh. right here. A couple fish. I got I got some uh some lemon pepper. I had got some way earlier. >> See this food talk. I'm telling you. Oh my god. I'm on I'm trying to be on my Instacart app right now cuz I am so hungry. And then he over here talking about some some wings and some What else he say? I don't even know. I'm hungry though. >> It ain't been over, man. You want it? Cuz I don't need to eat nothing else tonight. I really said I ain't going to eat no bread. So you want it? >> I I just got to taste the fish. >> Oh. Oh, okay. You all right? I wanted to harvest but harvest discontinued bails about a month ago and I don't do McDonald's. I have her check pretty good, >> but I wouldn't be paying no rent, man. Wake the dink and ran down. Is that up in there? >> You know, I don't think the same thing. When I when I was coming out and I look like this door open, so I just pushed it up a little bit. Man, this No, I ain't no way. Ain't no way. I know cold for don't been out here, >> right? I know she trying, but come on now. Okay. All right. Hey. Hey. Hey. Let him back up. Let him pull up. But you got to come back. Okay. No. Come back. Winfrey Winfield, I got your ID. [Music] >> All right. So, tell me what all happened. >> Tell me what all happened. I >> I don't know. I just know. We were just kind of watching the movie and we just heard knocking at the door. >> At the front door. >> At the front door. He told me I know I had told somebody knocking at the door. He went to the door to see me at the door. Then he came back. He was like, "Oh, somebody moved at the door." So I went and look at the keyhole and start her sitting over the baby. >> Mhm. >> So I was like, "What's going on?" You know, and he was like, "I don't know." She just came over and he like pushing me into the bathroom. >> Mhm. >> So that's why I was like, "Let me call my mom cuz I don't have time for you to fight." >> Oh yeah. Oh yeah. So before it even got to the point where the girl was trying to fight her, why are you pushing me into the bathroom? Like we live together and this should not be an issue. Um, and if if if it's because you know she has violent tendencies, it's definitely something you should talk to me about before I move in with you. So, yeah, she was right to be like, "Let me go ahead and call my mom." I agree with that. Hopefully, you don't go back cuz this this that lady seems like she's going to stay violent. It's not going to get better. I wouldn't be back in that situation. Um, and they don't have children together from what I understand. He has three kids. One with the one that broke into the apartment and then the two that were still in the room when the police showed up. Um, yeah. Don't get yourself caught in that situation. It's going to be crazy. Do you would you want to deal with this woman for 18 plus years? Nah. Cut your losses. >> I have a mental condition. Like I I can't do that, >> right? >> That's why I'm moving myself. Like, no. >> Okay. >> And it's I'm coming out the bathroom and she come through the window just running up in the bathroom. Oh, I'm I'm the baby mama. like, "Oh, that's why he not letting me in." You know, you don't even, you know, then it's too bad to send me And and I agree, Mary, the lady is dangerous. And what makes her even more dangerous is whether it's a lie or she's trying to convince herself that she was really there to just check on him cuz she hadn't heard from him in 3 months. And she thinks her actions were reasonable. That's scary. No thank you. Keep it away from me. Mm-m. The wall keeper keepers loose. um went through the back door tried to fight the new girlfriend. know looking at murder and depending on the extent of her putting her hands on them battery. I didn't see no boos on the hill. >> Should have thought about that thing. How that work? >> You see an uh uh cursing about Georgia law. She did. >> Yeah. Are we going to do this again? >> We going to do this again, man. I stayed at 2135 down the road. >> The girl that I was dating up about 3:30 in the morning. >> All of a sudden, I just she latched on the old girl. Let go. >> What do you got? Hey. >> Yeah. They ain't got nothing to do with saying when it's done, it's done, >> right? You got to calm down. You called us out here to help you. You can't get mad. >> Yeah, Angel. I'm all right. Let me call you. >> That's my sister. I don't give a damn. I answer time. So, >> you need to calm down. >> You can't be doing out here. >> I call them. They going to help me to help you. All right, >> we got her in the back of our car. But you got to talk to us, too. You can't call us out here and catch no attitude. >> I just want her >> for one example. But you called us out here. Don't say for what? You called us. Remember that. >> I told the dispatch what I wanted. I told her I don't want >> She when I got here, she wasn't at the door. So when I >> When you got here, you see her run through my >> And I put her in handcuffs. Did I Did I not? So why would you catch an attitude when we here to help you? >> It's a lot of >> Yes, you are. >> It's not even got nothing to do with y'all. But you can't take that out on us. We here to help you. And then you let she you can't hold her and then you can't be mad at her because she wants to leave. >> I was this police officer. I feel like she went into auntie mode because um it's just the way she's lecturing him about his reaction. Like I do get that he is mad and is coming off as mad at the police, but I really think it's an accumulation of dealing with someone that is that violent for so long and then he's obviously in his previous experience, he said the officer saw him as the aggressor and all these other things. So, it's a lot of frustration. But, um, I feel like the part about the attitude and stuff, she's just she kind of went into auntie mode a little bit as a as a police officer then. I'm not saying she's totally wrong in the things she's telling him, especially because you don't want to be like this in front of your kids and stuff like that. And if he was physically trying to keep the current girlfriend from leaving, you can't do that either. She needs to go for her safety. And if someone wants to leave, you got to let them leave. But it's just some of it. It seems like just about pure like the attitude part and it just sounds very much like auntie trying to tell you you need to calm down. >> Holding her. I was trying to talk to her. >> But you got to calm down. Don't nobody want to [ __ ] talk to you and you all yelling all that stuff. You got to learn how to talk. That ain't how you talk to somebody. And you got them babies back there. >> My niece going to pull up. >> So we good. Period. >> So here's your ID. >> Thank you. >> What is um a good phone number for you? >> 470 627. >> So have she ever lived? >> No, I'm just asking. >> No. Okay. So, when did you find out that the baby was yours? >> Three days ago. >> All right. I need >> calm down. >> Yes. >> Now, if I if I was this young lady's family in the car, the current girlfriend's family, like, "All right, you got about five minutes. Talk and then are we going?" cuz I'm here in the middle of the night for you. In fact, it is 11:41 p.m. on this body cam. I'm not trying to be here all night so y'all can have y'all little whatever back and forth. Figure it out. Are we leaving or not? Y'all can talk on the phone. You can still use your words. I'm not staying out here in this car. That that'll be me if I'm waiting on the current girlfriend to come back out if I'm the family. >> See, you know that young lady said she used to live here. >> She said she used to live here. Oh, her ID say you don't say. >> H say this one. >> She's saying her her ID has this address. Okay. >> Huh? >> No, she was saying her ID has this address. >> It had 2900 but it had you don't have the one. Exactly. >> Look up the code section. I believe it's going to fit Burger. entered with the intent too. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Fight him or her. She went to her to tell her she would be mine. So So >> this is her mom that wants to speak to you. >> You put it on speaker. >> Okay. You're on speaker right now. >> Yes, ma'am. I'm trying to find out what's going on. >> Well, as of right now, your daughter's been placed in custody. >> And what was the reason? cuz she broke into her child's father's home. >> Yes, ma'am. She climbed up the back and broke into his back patio door. Is it possible that they >> Yeah, it's possible. I don't I need to get a CVS. >> Okay, we can do that. >> Open the door for her or whatever and the lady say that she and I guess she tried to get in um >> I'm sorry. You said what, ma'am? >> I'm sorry. You said that she uh tried to break in through his balcony or something. >> No, she got in >> and tried to fight, >> right? Well, no try. She She was in there. She was dead center in the middle of that room >> and tried to fight um >> what >> and tried to fight his girlfriend new girlfriend. >> Are you >> Oh my god. I'm so mad. >> And then poor friend. Poor friend just inconvenience. She a ride. Not she's not the ride. She was getting a ride. So she at the mercy of her crazy friend. She didn't know. I don't think the friend knew. place like that. [Applause] Hey, so she's going to jail. >> The baby. Can you get the baby? >> Listen, if >> What did he just say? So that's your kid. Don't do this. Don't start this now. Hold on. Let me go back. But first, latest Grandma Plus One, thank you for gifting a trendy membership. Ashley Jay, I hope you enjoy it. Um, there will be some body cams that I don't feel so comfortable putting out to the public, so those will be for the membership. So, that might be something you enjoy. Plus, sometimes I do little updates about just little personal things going on with me. So, I hope you do enjoy it, though. But congratulations. Thank you, Leia's Grandma Plus One. And I rewinded to see what he said when the officer said, "Can you take your baby?" >> Hey, so she's going to jail. >> The baby, can you get the baby? >> If you just found out the baby or >> Oh, sorry, sorry, sorry. So, he said three days ago he found out the paternity test said yes, that is his child. Um, cuz she was putting him on child support. Now, he just walked off and said, "Man, that ain't even my responsibility, though." That's what he just said. Uh, sorry for the, you know, person you had a baby with that you chose. Y'all chose each other. But, Yep. Yep. He is your responsibility. >> If you don't get the baby and mama don't get the baby, he going to go to uh >> CPS. >> I was diagnosed with dyslexia in the eighth grade. >> You and you better not you better not let your child go. No CPS and it has two parents. You better not >> act in my house, bro. >> That [ __ ] is a [ __ ] [Music] >> this decision taking a little too long for me. Get your child. What about you? >> All right. I >> the other I'm a medical assistant. >> Thank y'all. >> All right, girl. Go on home. Woo. I was saying, "All right, now you taking a little long." She said, "I'm a medical assistant." Go home. Go on with your life. Hopefully you do not come back to this chaos. >> Have a good one. >> You too. >> Shut your door. >> The [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] hat. I'm going to have to deal with this stupid ass [ __ ] always. Always the victims are the children in these situations. It sucks cuz he not going to stop that mumbling. If the child does end up going in his house to stay with his dad, that's, you know, he's the child's father. He's going to hear that mumbling. Then the other two kids, I promise you, their hearing is good enough for him for them to have heard him say, "What am I going to do with three kids?" So now the kids have to bear the burden of the guilt for choices that adults made. I hate it for the kids. The kids are the victims. [Music] [Applause] So here what's the baby's name? That's my phone. >> Do you What's What's the baby's name? >> Israel. >> Y I S R A E L. >> Last name. >> Oh, >> his last name. >> I don't know. What's the baby's um birthday? >> I don't know. She's asking question. >> He's got her phone talking. I'll read that code section just to be sure. enterprise. I love you. [Applause] >> I didn't know she didn't know. I didn't know this [ __ ] But anybody know the situation with this boy hospital and I don't know she comes up over I like she already know how I just told I mean, at the end of the day, it's criminal trespass. >> At the very least, it's FBA. >> Yeah. >> We don't have a choice. >> So, >> what advice do you give people that are like, I can't do this. I can't do this because um or for the kids because of this, this, and this. and child support cuz only thing I can think of is wrap it up. Wrap it up. Use this wonderful technology that you know we were born in the era of that there there's birth control. I still think that um there should also be birth control options for men, you know, cuz they be wrecking havoc on our hormones. But wrap it up. I don't know tell you cuz now you you done made the kids now you got to deal with it. So, like, prevent having the kids then if you can't handle it. Prevent having the kids. And I'm trying to make sure I say this strongly while there's a man on here complaining about it because women do get dog powded on when it comes to this, but wrap it up. Stop it. I will tell you're an adult. You know how children are made. >> I mean, y'all somebody appropriate. I already know that she [Applause] Yeah, she she went she climbed the balcony, went in the back fight the new girl. If we let this go on, what if she come back and >> let it go on? Yeah, I know. >> So, at the end of >> No, I was just trying to figure out what appropriate charge would be. >> I knew it burn necessary. >> She intend she ain't trying to stay in it like she was trying to stay there like she was trying to make it temporary dwelling. enters upon the land or premise of another or into any part of any vehicle, railway, aircraft, watercraft of another person for an unlawful purpose. She entered the bit. She entered the house demanding to beat the [ __ ] out of the young girl. Yeah. So, and criminal trespass falls under criminal law. Mhm. So, all right. Well, we know we'll do hanging out up. Give her a ride to the station. She can catch you from there. Oh, wait. We damn pull out and whatever. H. I don't want to be damn respons. We'll be back out here later on tonight with somebody neighborhood driving >> or the girl that we talking about right now. I don't want the new girlfriend or one of the new girlfriend friends to pop up and there something >> mysteriously happened to the car. >> So she can't drive. >> Nope. >> I mean >> I ain't ching but she know how to drive. >> She wants me She wants me to call her neighbor to come get her car. >> I mean she has a license. Um, can she can she can use a license? >> She has a license though. >> She has a certain class of driver license. Yeah. >> So, she can't drive without license, right? She need to figure out she need somebody to come get her car. She's far from here. >> Far from here. where my sister was just like what is she saying? She got >> I don't know if y'all looking at y'all screen, but there's also it's two cats that came from around that car and I couldn't help. I I saw the one cat then all of a sudden I'm like it's a glitch in the matrix cuz another cat came out with the same pattern from under that car. Just pointing that out. >> Bro, I'm not trying to send you to jail. Bro, >> I hate this. I have to work tomorrow. >> Yeah, but tomorrow's my birthday. >> Hey, baby. Sorry. >> I'm so sorry. >> You're not sorry. You got caught. You're not sorry. Especially if you out here stabbing people in the face. You get She needs to get help. She's an adult, so she's going to have to choose to get help, but she needs to get help and do better because I don't think she's sorry. She just got caught and now she in the back of a police car. >> He was saying about the baby. Come on with me. Come on. >> Come on. >> Uhoh. We went through mountain. >> Well, no. That's where I just left my sister's house. Is that far from here or mountain? >> Yeah. You don't have a drive license anyway. What is she saying? She got somebody that can come get the car, pick you up. >> Well, she's speaking to her mom right now, but she wants me to call her neighbor to come get the car, but you have her phone. >> No, I gave it to her. I don't have a phone. >> She got a phone call from you. >> Okay. So, Cece said, "Was anyone physically hurt?" I know that what I heard was, and y'all can tell me if you heard more than what I heard, she she broke into the house. first time she had came through the window or something, but she tried to fight the girlfriend. I don't know if she made physical contact with the girlfriend for sure. I couldn't that part I couldn't tell, but she she verbally made it known she intended to fight that the girlfriend. Um, nobody was physically hurt this time unless she did actually successfully fight the girlfriend. But there was a previous incident where he's saying she had stabbed him in the face before. mean by me at work. >> I hate this. I have to work tomorrow. >> Tomorrow is my birthday. >> What? >> After all this time, I would if I was a friend, I just call somebody to come get me. She have to figure out this car thing cuz you put me in a predicament that I shouldn't have had to handle. They're asking me if I was going to keep your child at first. Then I got to figure out do with your car. I only have a permit. I only have a license. Somebody come get me. This car stays here and she figures it out. This is not my responsibility. That's where I be because you didn't tell me you was coming here to act crazy. So you didn't care what happened after that. You got your child in the car. You don't care what happened to your child. No. Car stays here. I'm getting a ride back to the house. [Music] says we're trying to save you. We're trying to be here just to make sure everything goes good. But for your actions, obviously you know this that what you did was wrong. >> Regardless of whatever the intent, the actions was totally wrong. >> And we we're here. We don't have a sight in this, >> but we have to go based on >> the bail bondsman bonds. The bail bondsman will show up to the jail. She signs the up documents stating that she need to show back up for court and then she going to have to go to court. >> [ __ ] me, bro. I might have to quit my [ __ ] job, bro. I have to go try something. >> No, you said your sister was coming by. You think she'll watch the babies? >> Yeah. I don't I can't jail. >> I ask I asked her um is her is the mom and him cool where they kind of >> ask the mom she want to leave the kid to the car with the son-in-law or what or she want to leave or she want to take the kid to the station. I'm just trying to figure out why is she going to jail if he's not president. >> Oh my god. The mom is Oh my god. Why is she going to jail if he's not pressing charges? Did you not hear what she did? Okay, we'll see if they keep the charges. But I don't understand how we don't understand why she would still be going to jail. Also, I'mma keep saying it. Wrap it up. If you can't handle these kids coming, wrap it up. Yeah, I explained it to you. Hold on one second. >> How you doing tonight? >> I'm sorry. Mom, I'm literally saying >> so what's going >> Okay, go ahead. I'm sorry. Go ahead. You good? >> I'm just trying to figure out what's going on because a little friend called me crying. Her brother came inside that she was in the back of the police car handcuffed. And when I talked to my grandson's father, he said he didn't brush charges on her. He just wanted to be around the house from the property. So I was trying to figure out why it was, you know, she in the back of the police car and going to jail and explain to me. >> Yeah, man. I got you. I ain't got no problem explaining to you. So in the state of Georgia, we have something that's called a family violence act. So what that is that means if someone has kids together or their family members or if they ever live together or anything that that meets that criteria there are certain things we have to do legally by them being uh up under the FBA ordinance or whatnot we have to add to court because they do have a child together. >> Okay. >> And she did she did go inside the the apartment and attempt to fight the other young lady. So, by Georgia law, that's that's deemed as a burger or whatnot. Hold on. Airplane. I'm sorry. What you saying, ma'am? Well, she Well, being is FBA, uh, she would have to see a judge, so it'll probably be tomorrow morning. I'm not really sure when they have court. More than likely it'll be tomorrow morning though. >> Okay. And we should be able to get out on her own um what they call it consignment >> sim. >> Yeah. >> It depends like we we don't have her history right now. So what's going to happen is once she goes to court the judges or whatn not solicitors prosecutors whatever they're going to pull up the history and then they'll make that determination from there. >> Okay. and she was able to call me to let me know in >> Yeah, she'll she'll be able to call you tonight. We'll let her use the phone as soon as we get get her to the station and get her booked in or whatn not. >> Okay. Have her call her sister Mike number T. Actually, tell her call her brother T phone number. The number that we're on now. >> Tell her to call Tay phone. Okay, I got you. >> Yeah, she may have to get it out of her phone. Yeah, she going she's going to be able to take her home. >> All right. You're welcome. >> Whose phone is? >> Uh I don't know. >> Oh, that's her. >> So, do she have the number to call the person to come get your car? Cuz you're about to be transported. >> Oh, yeah. That's what I'm going to see you. >> I'm sorry. You said what? >> Yeah. Go ahead. You got to get a number. >> Yeah. >> The number um the person she need to call. >> Yeah. >> Oh, who we calling? >> Oh, no. But she just need the numbers for the person to get. Uh well, you can call um pick up press. It's not like >> Oh, it's a face. >> No, the fingerprint. >> Oh, >> sorry. >> No, you're good. >> Where they coming from? >> The west side. I mean the um east side. I'm sorry. >> Okay. >> What's their name? >> That's Nate and Britney. >> Britney and Nate. Yes. >> All right. So, what we going to end up doing? We going to lock your car up. We just going to take the keys to the station. They just come to the station. Going to be >> Hello. [Applause] >> Look, I'm going to jail. Can y'all come get my car, please? >> Can y'all go get the car? >> I can't. She just >> Oh my god. >> Hold on. Did Did he say Did Nate say he got put out the house? Did Nate get put out? Nate didn't messed up. Hold on. Let me see. Nate sound like he got put out. Let me see. >> I'm going to jail. Can y'all come get my car, please? >> Can y'all go get the car? >> I can't. I'm not. She just me. >> Oh my god. >> Can you call? Can you please call He'll come get it. I may not have to call you back. >> No, I'm going to text you the address right now. Call X. Can you come get it from this address? >> All right. Just call. Yeah, just call. Yeah, text me. Text me. >> All right. >> You don't want to just leave here until you get out. >> I can. >> If nobody come get it, y can just stay here. I just just do this just in case somebody can't come get it. She getting a lot of phone calls. A lot of phone call. Yeah. Okay. Y'all heard it, too. Nate got put out. He said, "I can't. I got put out." She getting a lot of phone calls. Let her go to jail. And um she can make her phone call that she's supposed to make. This is a lot. But I know they they mostly there not for her, but they were trying to get the child situated and the car situated. is not so much for her to make arrangements, but I'm like, "God, dog, I ain't never seen somebody on their phone this much in the back of a police car." >> Where the keys? >> So, in that case, um, >> the key to my purse. >> Where your purse? >> Um, well, just get just getting her around, I guess. and she want one. >> Uh, just lock the door and just let >> So, just in case you can get somebody, do you want to leave the keys at the station or you want to just go ahead and take the keys with you? >> If I leave at the station, I'll be able to get them when I get up. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Want to just do that then? >> Okay. Guess I can just press the button like >> you have anything in the car that like pertinent that you need out. It sound like the police going to give the friend a ride to where she got to go. H so much so much so many inconveniences based off of one person's crazy decisions. >> You got stuff inside? You got stuff in the car? >> Well, I just came from my sister. I spent the night over the weekend. >> So, is it a big bag or >> I got a book bag with clothes in it and bag with clothes. >> All right. it up. >> You can check. >> Cousins, you can check to see if the key is in the bag just to make sure. >> Yeah, it's the door >> before we lock it up. >> What was your ending call at? >> Sorry, what she say? >> What's your ending call? I'm still here. Oh [ __ ] I'm sorry. >> I didn't even get a chance to show you my new boots that my sister gave me. I'm so sorry. You >> want to show [Applause] these one? >> Oh no. The friend I don't know if the friend's around the same age as the one that broke into the apartment, but she's too naive and immature to be around again. Well, even if she was more mature, I wouldn't be around somebody like this. But she's talking about showing off her shoes. I worry about her. Please, please. I hope I hope she gets around other people that will care for her and don't take advantage of her because what are we talking about right now about showing our shoes? This is not the time. [Applause] So wait, it's locked. You lock everything. >> You got Wait, you you got everything you got? >> Yeah, I got all my stuff. >> Reed, she got everything she needed, right? She's good. >> Um, yeah. Yeah. >> You got her keys? >> Yeah. The key is not in ignition. >> No. >> Oh my god. >> You got Okay, we good. We good. >> So, you got everything. >> All right. >> Yeah. Get mama say a prayer for me really quick. Get mommy say a prayer for me really quick. I just need you to pray real quick, please. Yes, ma. Just pray for me really quick. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry, but she is milking it for me. I'm Look, throw some holy water on her and let's go. It's time to go. Like, take that phone. We have made the arrangements. The child is with the father. The friend is going to get a ride. Get that phone. It's time to go. He got everything in control. And I ask you to give her strength. I ask you to give her understand. I ask you to give her comfort. I ask you to lower her spirit. I ask you to allow her to understand the things that she may understand. I ask you to wrap your arms around her. Give her love unconditionally. I ask you to always be with her to strengthen her in the areas where she may be. Let her know that we truly love her and we are here for her. In your name I give praise and reverence, sincerity. Look, this how much Oh, I could just tell how much I was raised in the church. I wanted to say something funny during the prayer and I was like, "Let me wait till it finish." Woo. But can we pray for self-awareness and things like that in there, too? And learning how to accept the consequences of our actions. Can we also, you know, put that in the prayer cuz we we need some more in there cuz I don't know. >> Hello. Come on. I'm not getting [ __ ] Is that going to be further away from where I am now? >> Nah. You said you trying to get to Mara, right? >> I'm trying to go back to school, bro. >> Yeah, we don't want you. You don't want to hang around here. What you got? >> I don't even know. >> So that's on you ride. >> Yeah, cool. We get rid. >> Yeah, we got you. >> It'll be safe there. You don't even >> way safer there. >> Inside the station right here. Take you we gonna let you take your phone with you. >> Okay. They gonna let me take my phone with >> me. You hear it? >> Yes, ma'am. >> I did. >> They coming from down there, though. >> Yeah. Who the hell is that? >> That's somebody else. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. So when are you guys coming out here? 34 radio. >> Give them to her. >> Show one female. Show me transport and one female 235. Beginning mileage 55 31.2. I got you. >> Oh, it's about time. Let's get her to this jail. [Music] 34 radio show 107 at 35 Indian 533.9 >> just spoken to her looking to her baby daddy cuz she didn't open the door while I was sitting there in the midst of talking to him. >> Exactly. Exactly. >> Come on out. >> You like the pants? >> Yes, ma'am. [Applause] That's >> I didn't take anything. >> So when you do burglary because of Okay. So because you just found out that y'all got a kid together. So there's technically different um protocols that we have to take because y'all got a kid together. Secondly, you entered into the home to fight the girlfriend. >> No, I swear. I didn't even know. >> I was sitting at the door when you Exactly. You didn't know I was there >> up to me. So I ran in the room. Mm- >> But you can ask the lady what I say and you can ask him what I say. I say I just came here to talk. The young lady that was there. >> She said you tried to fight her. >> Oh no. I told her I wanted to talk. >> What the [ __ ] She Why would the girlfriend want to talk to you? Y'all don't even have to co-parent or anything. She does not have children with that man. And the fact that she has this look of disbelief on her face, please seek help. It will not get better. It will get worse. If you live in this state of denial, >> you want you can show you going to put them on. You are smelling good. >> No, it's stain. [Music] >> I heard my child was downstairs. Why are you going over there? I swear I asked my brother call him this morning. My brother said he said no answer. I haven't got no answer. So I didn't know what was going on. Honestly, we talked about y' question even came up today cuz we already knew who I was. It wouldn't even like him [Applause] right to the wall right there. Face that way. Yeah. >> Yeah. She just got her wallet. She got her ID and cell phone. Yeah. Climbing balconies. Mhm. Cuz when I got there, she wasn't at the front door. [Music] Place around you one more time. I think separate your feet. There you go. I'm going put you in this first cell right here. >> Did you need the um >> the other guy? So she lay down. You want a blanket? >> You said whatever. >> Oh, you know, >> it's a lot of crime when you came in there to harm somebody cuz she definitely was trying to harm at least the girlfriend. I don't know if anybody else. And then I'm I look also she's lucky they didn't charge her with uh two charges of um I don't know it would it be child endangerment or contributing to the to the delinquency of a minor. It's something else in there because two children were already in that apartment witnessing her burglarize the apartment, try to fight the girlfriend. She still got off lighter with those charges and they probably going to get reduced. Um, the way that these body cams go, a lot of times when they do give follow-ups, the charges get reduced most times. Anyway, um, unless they give her history, I don't know if it's her first time or not being being arrested. >> What happened? He up here in the front. >> Oh, he probably >> I was going to say I'm about her report. Are you ready? >> Oh, he's not over there doing that warm. [Music] [Applause] All right, it basically ends there cuz it only has like 20 seconds left. So, that's the end of that one. We I do want to do a couple airport meltdown ones. So, you'll probably see my live notification again soon. I want to say today, but if not tomorrow. But I feel like I'm on a little bit of a roll. I got some energy. So, I possibly will see y'all later on today with other body cam footage. Um, but yeah, thank you for chilling with me. This one was one of the longer one scenario type body cams on this one, but she needs to get help. The kids are always the victims in these situations. It It sucks. Hopefully that other girlfriend does not come back. It's not going to get better. Mm- Just just find somebody else. All right, but I will see y'all soon. Talk to you later.
