Okay, mic check, mic check. We'll see how this sound goes. So, you saw the title, take your kids to crime day, because that's the theme of today. I will be talking. The videos are already linked in the description box. So, if you don't like talking, no problem. Uh, you can go straight there, watch all these videos with no interruption. Um, what else? Oh, it's a charges analysis, too. So, we do go over what they're charged with. And so, for this first one, it's titled nasty shameless woman gets caught doing it with a client in a car. So, we're going to look at her charges or the the charges because actually the only charge that was named was the charge uh to the guy that was the client, but I put a possible charge cuz she did get arrested. So, I put a possible charge of prostitution for her. But possible defense challenges that we're going to look at before we actually watch it is uh oh no sorry I put no possible defense challenges on this one because they both admitted that they were there for sex and he paid for sex and all that. So never mind. There are no defense challenges that I have. All right. So we're gonna get started and I will have commentary throughout. It is a reaction video. So all right let's start here. What's up everybody? So today's video starts with what seems like a simple late night meetup arranged online. At first, nothing about the situation seems unusual, but within minutes, the deputies discover something [music] that completely changes the direction of the investigation. So, >> step on out. >> Yes, sir. >> Back there. Go ahead. Get on out. >> No, get on out. Put that away. >> I'm going to put it up. What did the deputies find out that completely changed this investigation? And >> what's going on? How do you how do you know her? >> Okay. What's that exactly? >> Well, we want to meet and talk and I just had a bad decision. I'm down here. My wife and kids are over. >> How did an online meetup turn into an arrest with a child caught in the middle of it? Well, everything seems normal for a few seconds, then things take a turn that nobody expects. All right, let's just get into it. >> Getting dressed. >> Step on out. >> Yes, sir. >> Come on. Back there. Go ahead. Get on out. >> No, get on out. Put that away. >> I'm going to put it up. Yes. >> What you going to do? >> You got your ID on you? Just sit sit on the bumper. >> Yeah. >> Got ID on you? >> Yes, sir. In in my truck. >> This your truck? >> Yes. >> Is it registered to you? >> Yes, sir. >> You got ID on you? Hey, give me an update on that. >> You can lean up against car right there with him. >> Do you hear about it yet? Mind if I got you? >> Yeah. Yeah, absolutely. >> I'm going to do What's your last name? What's your first name? >> Z I A I >> R A >> R A. >> Mhm. >> Zach. How you how you say it? >> Zara. >> Okay. What's your date of birth? >> 99. >> Have a license out of Georgia? >> Yeah. >> Is that your car? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Well, this is one of those situations where every new detail >> I'm going to be fast forwarding through his commentary. Um, but I just want to point out in case you came a little bit later, a child was in the car as this was going down. I And when you'll see that when they when she gets arrested, they call I think she calls her mom. So, there was someone to watch the child. I don't I don't understand why why we had to do this and scar this child. I don't I don't think we I don't know if we see the child or not, but I just I can't believe why would somebody do that? This is not desperate time. She has a support system. I don't get it. >> Bringing a child into a situation like this is just unfair. >> Hey sir, what's her last name? >> First name. Spell it. W I L L I S. Good boy. out of Georgia. You don't mind stepping over here for me? >> All right. So, I'm going to read something to you real quick. All right. And uh go from there. All right. Okay. >> Um right now, not under arrest. He's being detained. But just with our presence here and the numbers, I'm going to go ahead and randomize you. All right. for answering any questions. Okay. All right. You have the right to remain silent. Any you say can will be used against you in court of law. You have the right to speak to an attorney. Have an attorney present during any questioning. Be on court attorney. One will be provided for you at government expense. No one answering your rights. I explain them to you or you will answer any questions on the attorney pres. Okay. What's going on today? How do you how do you know her? >> Okay. What's that exactly? Well, we want to meet and talk and I uh just made a bad decision, but I'm down here. M >> He could not get them words out. He I did not want to actually say what I was doing here. Mindy, hey, I'm glad you're back as well. Did you go on a little vacation? Um but thank you for the super chat. Says, "I missed you all the last couple of weekends." I'm glad you're back, too. [laughter] wife and kids are over taking them off their arena to do parking. I dropped them off. I was riding around. Okay. So So what was the what was the deal that was made? What's wrong? Well, still we all we all do stupid things. What What specifically was going on there? >> Well, I mean, you know, I I mean, we we pulled up. We saw what's going on. >> Yeah. I I I was talking to her and, you know, I wanted to go somewhere and we met out here in the parking lot. You know, I made >> I just wonder does he think that like did he think he wouldn't get caught? It's 7:30 at night. You see, it's still light outside. Um because it's summertime. You're in a pretty good parking lot for someone to probably pass by and see them the car moving in a certain way. There's so many things on You definitely would get caught doing this. So, I don't understand. He has three kids. They are like I'll say 10, eight, and six or something like that. I She's the She's the monster to me because her child was actually present while she was doing this. He, like somebody brought up, is married. Excuse me, he's married. He had to call his wife to get the kids or tell somebody else to come pick her and the kids up. And she was like, "What did you do?" So I'm like, "What kind of history do you have?" Cuz usually it's kind of like, "Oh my god, what happened? Are you okay?" She said, "What did you do?" So I just don't understand the thought process behind this. Looks like they're in Georgia. It says Savannah on there. But yeah, I don't understand the thought process behind this of at least being discreet about it at minimum. Just bare minimum. But she she's I'm watch we're watching this mostly because she pisses me off that she had her child around this. >> I mean how'd you get in touch with her? >> Uh phone call um you know there over here at this hotel they were she was over there and I saw her u hotel right here on >> Okay. So we talked there before that met up there or I saw there in >> Okay. So you were talking there, met up. >> Yes. >> And you guys came over here? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> I almost had to give this guy credit for one thing. He realizes almost immediately that he's made a terrible decision. Right. You can even hear himself admit it. Question. >> What was going on with your stream? So I mean Yeah. Bad decision. >> Yes, thank you. Lovable. You finished my other thought. Didn't get it out. But both of them are monsters because he had to encounter and see, oh, there's a kid in this vehicle and he still went through what he came for as well. So, yes, both of them can go. Again, I'll say though, only a charge was listed for him. They both got arrested, but at the end of the video, it only mentioned a charge for him, not her too. I mean, we nothing really that happened to be honest with you yet, but I What was the agreement? How much? >> Well, actually, I man I don't know what to say, man. >> Okay. >> Where where are you coming from? Statesboro. >> Statesboro. Okay. So, you're >> not said drop them off there. >> Okay. >> Any legal history all >> uh I mean speed tickets. >> Speed tickets. Nothing else. >> Well, I >> Okay. Just hang out here. All right. >> Yes. Say your last name. Want to come here. Talk to me. Look for average in this. Okay. Certain right away. So you have the right to remain silent. Everything you say can or use against you and cut a law. You have the right to talk with the lawyer and have him or her present with you while you've been questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to present you for any question. If you wish, you can decide any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any mistakes. You understand what I just told you? All right. Having that in mind, do you want to talk to me? >> Yeah. >> Okay. I know you know why we're here, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, I would just start over. How you know the guy? >> I met him off a site. >> A what? >> I met him off a site. >> Mama site. >> Yeah. >> What site is it? >> Skip the game. >> Skip the Games. >> Skip the Games. >> Yeah. >> What kind of site is it? >> It's a Escort site. >> Mhm. Okay. >> So, he met him off the site. Then what? Like who reached out to who first? >> He hit me up off the site. >> Okay. >> He text me. He text my phone and text him back. We met up. >> What did he What did he say? >> What you mean? >> On the text. Like he say he asked me was I available. >> Mhm. >> And then I told him the price and then he linked up. >> Okay. How much >> two? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Well, there it is. Up until now there were words and toxin. >> Do you live around here? >> No. Where you from? I stay in bronze. >> You stay in Bron. >> Hey, that's a that's that's your car. >> My son. >> That's your son. How old are you? >> Okay. So, you met him off the website games. >> Yeah. >> You guys agreed on the 200. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Then we met up >> where at exactly best came in. >> We met at Delta Hotel. >> Which hotel? out here. >> Over here in that one right there. >> Yes. >> Okay. You guys agreed to come here? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Um, is it okay if I check the messages on your phone? >> Yeah. >> Do you have your phone here? >> Yeah. If I'm getting locked up, can I call my somebody to get my son? >> We're still son through all that. But what I say is before we leave, I'll make sure everything is squared away. Okay. Cuz we're not going to leave your son hanging. >> Yeah. Just >> that's okay. We'll give you a chance to do everything. Okay. Okay. >> I don't know yet. >> All right. >> Is this your first time being in trouble for this? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Have you got into trouble in Statesboro? >> No. >> You said Brunswick or Stace? >> Brunswick Brunswick. >> I don't even live in Statesboro. >> Okay. >> Oh, okay. How? Okay. Well, it could go either way, but he says it's your first time being arrested for this. I would be surprised if this is her first time. I would not be surprised if it's her first time in this town. So, I wonder when she said no, does she mean ever she wasn't arrested for this or in this area she wasn't arrested for this? >> Where's the phone at? >> It's in the truck. >> It's in the truck. >> Yeah, the back trunk. >> Okay. In the back seat. >> What iPhone is it? >> It's iPhone. >> iPhone. Any case on it? >> Yeah. Rainbow. >> Rainbow. >> Okay. >> Hey, Griffy. Um, so she got her phone in the back seat. iPhone. >> Mhm. >> Uh with the rainbow case on it. >> Um once he's done talking to Rosie cuz she said she she'll let me check the messages and all that stuff. So she said she left the phone in there. So once whoever's got talking on him, see if you can get that. >> I'm going to get it. >> Okay. So you've never been in trouble for this before? >> No. Never. >> You can pay you cash or in the back seat. in the back seat. >> Yeah. >> Have they ever been arrested before? >> No. >> Is this her first time being in trouble with the police? >> Okay. He clarified. He asked if this is her first time being in trouble with police, period. And she said yes. So I'm like, did you just get into this life? Because unfortunately, this is why I'm okay with her being arrested cuz she had her kid in the back seat. But unfortunately, people are, you know, arrested for certain things that adults should be able to consent to if they want to. Um, so this is I I am very surprised though because usually the one that's performing the prostitution is mostly arrested more than the person uh that is the client of the prostitution. And also, I saw that they updated their law, if I remember the state correctly, but uh as of June or July 2026, it is now a felony for the man that was pandering slashsoliciting uh for for prostitution or whatever. Um that's a felony. Now, when he got arrested, they they grayed out the year, but I'm like, it's so close to the time the law changed. I'm thinking he did still get arrested on a misdemeanor, but that is now a felony for them. So, he got lucky. And again, like I said, I don't I didn't see charges for her. Although, she could have definitely got delinquency of a minor. She could have got to me endangering a M. It could have been all kinds of stuff. >> You want to show them? >> So, that's the sister's number, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. That's what you said. Tell me this way. >> Mhm. >> Okay. Scroll down. >> Now the investigation moves from what people admitted to what the clear question. Okay. I left my wife and kids over there at Mark Arena. >> Uhhuh. Do Perfect. Uhhuh. Anyway, uh I mean I I brought him down here. >> Uhhuh. What was the question? >> Well, I I just >> Are you at a loss of words? And how many times has he done this? Like how many times has he done this? And his wife is either I don't I don't know why they're in a hotel. I don't know if they are houseless or they're just on a vacation to this town or whatever. I don't know. But how many times have you done this? And I know he using both their money. Thank you, Akudo, for gifting a Trendy Tribe membership. Let me go ahead and see who it was that got it. And I also now have to do mine cuz I one one per live for me. I'm doing it. So, uh yeah, thank you. And then we'll see who else is about to get it. But yeah, a felony now and it just got upgraded to that. So, she should just be quiet and ask an attorney every time. That's the answer every time. Gwen, stop answering questions. >> What's the question? Well, I'm just concerned about they're over there. I got >> We'll figure it out. >> Okay. Thank you. Okay. >> Yes, sir. Thanks. If you're if you're not from here? >> No, sir. >> Okay. >> So, you're not worried about somebody knowing you or something? >> What do you mean? >> I was going to ask if you wanted to sit in the back of the car just to get out of public eye. >> Oh, no. I'm I'm fine, right? I just I'm more concerned about going. >> Okay. So, he has enough shame that he can't think of the words to say when they ask him, "What exactly were you doing?" But he's not too shamed to get in the back of that car so everybody don't see that he's out here getting arrested by the police. Interesting. I think he's a frequent one, too. How do you know about a site called uh what was it called? Something about games. What did it say? Skipping the games, I think it was called. How do you know about that site? You have to be a frequent flyer. I've never heard of this before. Ever. I feel like Yeah. Mhm. It's not his first time. >> We'll figure it out. All right. >> All right. >> Okay. If that's an issue that we can't sort out, we'll we'll figure it out. Okay. Apparently, every [ __ ] bad decision like that. So, >> yeah. >> But, uh, yeah. >> Uh, school. So what she said the website skip the names. All right. Um here you going to show me the messages. I had the greater 200 cash. It's in the back seat. That's what they said and they going to be a car. It's not a hotel. So I mean go straight to our hand and cut the crap and be honest. All right. Um we'll step around over here. Okay. So, what we're hearing is that y'all met on a phone exchange for messaging. Okay. So, >> now the whole story is pretty much confirmed. The deputies aren't relying on guesses anymore, right? They clear. >> Yeah. What was the deal? >> I mean, you know. >> Okay. So, >> I want to tell you what I'm hearing and you tell me whether that's true or not. Okay. >> Y'all were messaging back before. Yes. A meet up >> for a car visit. >> Yes, sir. >> And $200 was cost. >> Yes, sir. I'm not going to lie to you. >> Okay. >> Did he just say I'm not going to lie to you? They've been asking you these questions the whole time. You You're You're lying by omission. I'm not going to lie to you, sir. Just stop. Just stop. When he called his wife, I was done. >> I just want to make sure we're straight. >> We got one consistent story here. Okay. So, let me talk to my supervisor while we can do. >> Yes, sir. >> I understand that your family, wife, and kids, you got here? >> Yes, sir. >> So, we'll talk and see what we can do about getting that taken care of. Okay. So, just hang out by my car. >> Yes, sir. >> Yeah. >> Um, so yeah, I told him what she said. Yeah, that's that's the deal. So, >> yeah. >> She's not from here. >> She's same thing with her. She's from Brunswick. Yeah. Go ahead. Awesome. >> If you're wondering, >> is there any of your personal items left in the truck? >> Yeah. >> Okay. What What's yours still in the truck? >> My purse. >> Okay. Where's that at? >> My personal >> in the truck? >> No. No. No. >> None of your stuff's in this truck? >> No, not in this truck. >> Okay. All your stuff's in there. Okay. I just want to make sure before people anything happens that you got all your stuff back. So with the guitar, >> so I know you said your family's over at the end market. >> Yes. Correct. >> Uh you got your phone to get a hold of them? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Is there anybody you know any? I don't know. Your wife have an inter that she can get over here to get your truck. After that, I left them at the Let's go back and pick them up at the unmarket arena after the sale. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. So, we either have to figure out how to get your truck over there and hand it over to her or get her over here. >> Well, that's about as clear as an investigation can get. Family, >> she's got my three boys. >> This is the situation. I don't think we're going to be allowed to move your truck for liability reasons. >> Cannot. >> Yeah, >> she would at at the most make arrangements to get rid of the key and let her Uber over. Yes. Uh I need to call her explain to them what's going on. And I got my, you know, since you got the three boys there that you know what time it is? >> 7:41. >> Okay. As far as it started at 7:45 minutes around 9:00. >> Okay. Okay. So, we will How old are your kids? >> Seven, six, and 10. >> Okay. It can't be left alone. Got it. Um, we will get it sorted and we'll let you know what's going on. We'll probably let you call her to figure it out. Okay. >> But you got to go in the car for now to we start figuring things out. Is your phone in the car? It's in my pocket. >> In your pocket? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. So, we're going to take everything out. Okay. >> Just to be sure and then when time comes, we'll >> You know what, Loable? Yes. Uh not only because I don't think many would put up with this, but also what is he exposing her to disease-wise? He's too casual and careless with just how he did the meetup. So, that means to me you're probably casual and careless about not using protection or whatever. So yeah, just for health reasons, she gota she should leave him. Obviously for the other things too, betrayal, all that. She should leave him. But dang, he's endangering the health of his wife cuz he is just so sloppy. Hey, Auntie Netty. Let me see if you can call me. >> I'll put your code or something. I don't >> got to do anything. >> What's your kid's name? >> Ari. >> Ari. Is that your son? I'll wake him up. Um, that's a level of professionalism that deserves recognition. One reckless [music] decision can change your entire evening and it can also have a big impact on your family. >> I'm not taking him anywhere. He ain't going to be picked up. We just have to make sure that the car is okay. >> Yeah, they are being very accommodating to him. How are we going to get your kids? Have you met your truck? Okay, so no one can watch the kids. Do you want to sit in the car so no one sees your face? They are being very accommodating, Sharon. I have to agree with you. >> Too tight is not sure. I just see my hands bother me. >> It'll uh the more you move around, it tighten up. So it they're not made to be comfortable, man. >> That's right. I'll turn the air up for you. >> This Yeah, Ari's Ari's sleeping. >> Okay. >> Just work around him for now. >> Yeah, just work around him. But well, one of you keep an eye on him. >> One of you. >> Then one of you do the search. >> All right. >> I'll dig. >> Hey, does Arie have any um issues mentally or anything? Yeah, >> he's autistic. >> Yes, he had autism. >> He's autistic as well. Your um It's already hard for a child in general to process their environment. Her child's autistic on top of everything else. I I hope the narrator just forgot to list her charges because she needs to stay in jail, too. Do we know his occupation? He might mention it. You know, I'm a skimmer. I I I I skim the videos a lot of times, so we'll see if he mentions his occupation or not. >> He's got what else? >> Seizures. >> Seizures. Okay. >> Hey, is he having special medication? >> Yeah. >> I got you, Jacqueline. Recap. The lady that's in the back of this car, she uh she's a prostitute. She met this dude that you're gonna see on a site called Skip the Games and they negotiated $200 for her to meet up with him in this parking lot and commit the act. On top of that though, she had her child in the back seat who we just found out is also autistic. So she is a horrible parent on top other stuff that's them as adults. Whatever. Whatever. But it's the fact that she had her child like in the back seat. I will never get over that. Like children, even if they don't understand what's going on, it affects them. They might understand later if their memory is back. I don't remember how old they said the child was. I feel like when they asked her, she said 2 years old. But I just feel like a lot of things can still affect a child even if they don't understand what they're looking at or what they're around like. And then it's like, how long would you do this around them as they grow up too? >> Okay. Have you taken it? Yes. You step on it and everything. Yeah. Hello. >> Hello. >> Mom, I need you to come get Ari. >> I need you to come get Ari. I'm at Where Where are we at? >> We're at uh TJ Maxx. >> We're at TJ Maxx or Aborn. >> Okay. Now, >> I need you to come get at TJ Maxx on Abacorn >> in Eisenhower. >> In Eisenhower. >> I'm going to jail. I need you to come. I need you to come get him. He's in the car. >> Okay. >> Do you see how willing That was her mom, I believe, right? Do you see how willing her mom was to come get the baby, the child? She is one of the ones that I've seen that have a good support system. Cuz even in that, it's a lot of parents that get arrested and they think about the child later and there's no one to come get the child. So, I'm like, you're not even in the most desperate circumstances of how a child could be in this situation with you. You have you have someone to come get this child. That's not enough questions to ask for me. So, yeah, Zach, that's how you come in, Zach. [laughter] >> Okay. >> Okay. >> How long does it take her? >> Mom, how long? >> She live here. >> Yeah. The day off Montgomery. November Street. >> Mom, how long how long it's going to take you? >> Okay. All right. >> I got your phone. Let me just put your phone over here. >> A few minutes ago, the situation was about an achild. Um, Griffy was I think talking to him about seeing if we can get the machines. >> Okay. >> Um, I think it's something might be that her phone. >> Okay. Yeah, I'm going to here. We're just trying to determine if we're going to need the truck as well, real quick. >> All right. Back on the down real quick. >> Yeah. >> All right. Uh, real quick. So, we decide what we're going to do for the truck as far as getting the keys or getting her here. >> I haven't been able to use. Is it possible car? >> Uh, I think we can do that. Let me uh let me review that real quick and then uh we'll try and get that arranged. >> Have y'all realized he doesn't finish one sentence or one question. He always leaves it hanging. He's not completing anything. He just leaves it there for the police to interpret what he's asking or saying and stuff like that. I feel like there's there hasn't been one instance yet where he's just answered a question and done. like he actually he said the whole sentence or the or anything. >> Um like I said, we can have somebody go and drop the key off to her. That works. >> Mhm. >> That way she's not having to >> Well, she's got my three kids with she's pick them up. >> Yeah. She's going to have to Uber here otherwise we got to tow the car. >> From my experience, that's going to be the simplest thing that she could do is get an Uber with the kids. >> They can ride in the How old are they? 10 six and seven. >> 10 six and seven. So they are they out of car seats yet or is one in the booster then? >> They're Well, they need I mean my 10year-old they didn't we didn't I just bought that truck. I don't have car seats. >> Okay. >> Well, as far as for an Uber, they would have to have car seats >> to ride there then, right? >> I just need to get all the messages. My mom come down here and pick them up. Okay. >> I just don't want to get out of that thing and be sitting there going, "Where am I at?" I don't know. >> Yeah. >> What time did you say the show's over at? >> 10:45. >> 8:45. >> 8:45. Okay. >> There's two other phones in the car, too. And a ID for a white female and a bag. >> All right. Probably the other girl stuff. >> You can almost hear the regret in his voice, you know, at this this an hour before. >> We We don't really hear regret. I'm so sorry, narrator. No, we don't. We see lack of common sense, lack of self-preservation. He's slow. I don't hear no regret. I just feel like he just he's not completing anything in his brain. >> Where's your phone at right now? >> The gentleman here in front. Got it. Is it >> Do you know if he's Is that his phone? Is that who you want to talk to right now? No. Oh god. Mary, what? >> Hey, listen. Listen to me. Listen. You're going to You're going to have to call You're going to have to call mom and have her come pick y'all up. Listen. I've gotten into some trouble and I I'm not going to be able to pick y'all up. Okay. I I can't talk about it right now. I just I'm not going to be able to pick y'all up. You need to call my mom and tell her to ride down here and kick y'all up. >> I'm serious. Has a heart attack. >> I know it is. We'll have to get it I'll have to get it out later. >> What did you do, >> Meredith? I'm I've just gotten into some trouble and I'm not going to be able to come pick y'all up. >> Did you do >> Maybe I can't talk about it right now. >> Are you in jail? I'm I'm going to be Yes. >> Joe. >> Have you called your dad? >> No, I I can't use my phone, babe. The guy's letting me call you. So, you need to call mom and dad and then you need to call my dad and tell him I'm going to be calling about trying to get me out. >> I'd be like, I don't need to do anything. No, you figure it out. get that jail phone call and figure it out. I don't need to do anything but make sure the kids are okay. >> All right. >> Okay. >> Are we worried about the weed? >> Huh? >> Are we worried about the weed just logging in? >> Log on charger with the Mor. Who is he? A offduty supervisor or something? I I this whole time I thought he was a family member to the dude that can't speak. So, but they're asking him questions, so I wonder. Yeah, I don't know if he identified himself. I was responding in the chat. You know how I do. >> She She can get by >> tonight. >> Yeah. >> What all do you want down in your truck to go with you? >> Well, my her pocketbook if if that's possible. I don't know. Um, >> I mean, my wallet's in there and really just my wallet and my phone. >> I think the best thing would be the wallet. He's got your phone already. >> Yes, sir. >> The phone call is probably the hardest part of this entire having to exp >> vehicle and then it's going to go down to the lot. Whoever's coming to pick them up once they come and get it, whoever can pick up the release form and pick it up at any time with everything there. >> Okay. So, >> how long? Let me just ask you. Can I get out of here tonight? >> Uh, likely yes. I believe it's just a misdemeanor charge. You'll have a bond set once you get there. It'll take a couple hours for just the processing to get all that in. And then it's >> What is the charge? >> Uh, soliciting sex. >> That's what it's called. >> Uh, I can't remember the exact >> So, the state calls it pandering and then there's a detail about soliciting prostitution. But that's funny. I mean, he he was hoping he could hide behind the charge that's going to be in there, sir. >> Charge title is, but it's prostitution, soliciting prostitution. So, it should be a misdemeanor. Um, I don't recall what the automatic bond that's set for it is, but once they get to the >> Yeah. See, it's a still a misdemeanor for him. Had he been probably a month later, this would be a felony right now. >> Jail, they'll basically write that onto your uh arrest and booking form. >> Yes. And then it'll again said it'll take a couple hours maybe for the processing before someone can actually get in and post your bond and even get released. >> So you still need to >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Both. >> Uh just grab his wallet and then >> Yeah, grab the wallet and then uh we'll do >> his keys to lock up the truck. >> I gave them >> They might be in the cup holder if they were put there. >> They're either in the cup holder or I took them out of my pocket there. Okay. >> Keys to her car to lock her up. >> Um, where's the keys to your car? >> It's in the what? >> In the front of your car. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Where? >> Okay. >> So, they think they're still in the truck somewhere. >> Yes, sir. They should be. Well, I mean, I I didn't >> All right. I got it. I didn't >> I mean I think he either got them out of my pocket or sitting out here with console. >> Okay. >> I don't see the key to her car. >> You got another guess as to where your key is so we can lock the car? >> Yeah, it's in front of the little Jeep. >> Yeah. >> It's not in the cup holder area. >> It's like it's in a plastic bag. You should be able to see it. >> Oh, is that the m messed up thing? >> Yes. >> Okay. I was looking for something that looked like a key. >> Oh, yeah. >> Gotcha. How do I lock it with that? >> Just lock the the the >> the um doors. >> Doors. >> Yeah. >> No attitude, no lectures, you know, just clear and straightforward information at this point. Reality is finally set in. And one thing and in the end if all this is >> okay, I'mma um take him in >> cuz I'm going to take him and keep him. But you know that's you can make that a choice. It's not even worth that. >> I wonder does she already know what she does? Cuz I feel like she's not surprised and it's just like I've talked to you about this before and I'm just going to reinforce it because you know you can do other things. That's the tone this is giving me. No surprise, just hey, what's going to happen now? >> You are way much more important than that. But I'mma take him to do you how you got your purse and everything. They got your purse and everything and I'mma keep him until you get straight. >> I am very disappointed. You know that. But um he said you can b your stuff out. You she'll be out tomorrow. All right. I love you. But that's make more because you know he is important. >> You got to look up for him. You could have, you know, I was at home. I was at home all day. >> You can't talk to him right now. I know because you know you going to raise the roof, right? >> Yeah. >> So, I'm going just go ahead and keep I have for you. >> I am very You welcome. I got your >> I got his medicine and everything in his bag if you need like you need diapers. >> I'll get I'll get diapers or whatever. Hey, y'all ready to leave? >> Yes. >> I can't I can't find Leia's grandma's uh original comment, but I see Mindy agree with her. I also agree. I think don't give the child back to her. You have a child. A child alone is enough that shouldn't have been this situation. Then they're autistic on top of that. I I just What other decisions have you made that haven't been caught on body cam? Is what I always wonder when stuff like this. You too casual about this. This is crazy. Hey, no Angel said, "That's what I think." Mom sounds like she already knows. She didn't even ask any questions. Just came. I'm glad she told her she loved her, though. Me, too. Me, too. Because depending on what it is, you don't want to cut them off. You just need them to make better decisions. But yeah, so I agree with that. But yeah, I can't find Leia's Leia's grandma's comment, though. But I I see the acknowledgement. What did she do? Oh god, Janetta. Let me finish this and you'll see the charges and then I'll try to do a recap before we start the next video. Unless someone goes ahead and summarizes in the chat. It's bad though. You're going to be mad. You're going to be real mad. [laughter] >> You're right. >> Yes. >> If you give your mom permission, then you can just go through the car at your leisure and get whatever she gets. >> What do you need to need to get out of that? >> 48 bag. It's a grand purse. The back is Oh, that's okay. So, you just need the dump bag. Is that in the front or the back? >> In the back seat. Okay. All right. >> You said that's the key, but I don't know how to unlock it. >> Is this the key to unlock it? >> Go ahead and step down for me. >> And the phone's your only personal property coming, right? Hold on. M cuz I can't see Leia's grandma either. Like but you're not you're not in timeout. You're not blocked. Sometimes YouTube autob blocks a a specific comment. Akawudo, but I don't even see a blocked one. And sometimes it'll come back later cuz the mods will go uh Oh, here it come. Yeah, sometimes it comes back later when the mods approve it. So, I see it. Is this the one that says he wants the corn to come in a plain brown wrapper in the mail? Is that is that because it did not if YouTube blocked it the mod unblocked it for you. So you're okay. Oops. Just like they did Ace Moonshots just now. So yeah, you're okay. You are still here. [laughter] Mindy, yours probably do. I'm not doing it, but it's probably blocking a lot of your stuff. Uh prostitution and to autistic child with her to work. Oh, that's a summary for um was it Janetta or Hold on. Yeah, Janetta. That's a summary for you from Ace Moonshot. No, I know you didn't block anyone. I was looking for your comment, Leia's grandma. I couldn't see your actual comments that Mindy responded to. So, I was like, where's Leia's grandma at? So, but I know you not blocked. [laughter] Yeah, mom does seem levelheaded. [laughter] Okay, you figured it out. All right, almost done. So we can look at what prosecution would have to prove, but they did admit a lot on camera. >> Got it. >> Yeah. >> And then step this way. Follow that door. All right, you're going to face the wall on your left here. You need to make better choices because he's more important than all of this. That's the message that should have been understood long before tonight. In the end, this whole case came down to one selfish decision that pulled an innocent child into a situation he never should have been a part of. Hopefully, this serves as a wakeup call for both adults before that little boy has to go through something like this again. The man was arrested after investigators concluded the online meet up as part of an illegal prostitution arrangement. He was charged with soliciting prostitution and taken into custody while officers arranged for a safe adult to care for his young son. I was on mute. Sorry. Okay. It's your last chance to go ahead and get your vote in about guilty, not guilty, not enough information. So, I agree. Ace Moonshot said, "I like the mother. Angry about the right things, but didn't get over the top. Showed love and showed up quick. All of the above." Um, Zach, she charged $200. And let's see. Oh, no. Y'all aren't purple queen. Let me clarify. YouTube itself is blocking them and then thankfully y'all are in here seeing it. So then y'all unblock it when it's not a bad comment. So then everybody can see the comment that YouTube autoblocked. But I'm not blaming y'all for blocking any comments cuz it's rare that it it's you know the ones it has to come in with someone being racist or they're they're being real crazy with some words and stuff. So yeah, I know y'all don't be blocking because it's not much to block. That's YouTube doing that. [laughter] Crazy things people are willing to do for money. And I wonder for what because the way her mom said it, I feel like she either she might already have an education to get a normal job or even if she doesn't have a traditional education, she might, you know, just be capable of getting a job or jobs to support herself and especially not have your child in that environment at minimum. So I'm like, I don't see an excuse for why you're doing this. I get it. Yeah. Not mad. Well, I'm mad at her because the child's present. I don't care what she does as an adult in that sense. Um because it's different in different places whether that's legal or not legal. I just don't like that she had her child present. That's where she makes me angry. I don't really care what what you doing after that. Okay. So prosecutors what they'd have to prove the first charge which was actually on there was pandering and in in uh parentheses is soliciting prostitution and this was in Savannah, Georgia. So the classification at that time he got lucky was a misdemeanor of a high and aggravated nature. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant solicited another person to perform an act of prostitution for him, meaning a sexual act in exchange for money or another item of value. Possible sentencing up to 12 months in jail, a fine of up to $5,000 or both. Uh what was I going to say? He also I think they also named his username. So cuz she said she didn't mind if they looked at her phone. So that means they're going to see his communications with her, which will also help the prosecution if she gave up the data on her phone. So he's kind of out on that one. But at the time, they're not gonna give him 12 months in jail. Let's stop playing. He at best is probably about to get some I don't know. I don't even know if he gonna get any part of this fine of up to $5,000. All his punishment is going to come from the house. That wife is about to get him, hopefully. Okay. Then I did a possible charge for her, which there could have been so many. Um, but I just went for the easiest one, which was prostitution. Prostitution is a misdemeanor. Um, they generally must prove the defendant was 18 years of age or older, which is good because that means a minor is not a pro cannot be a prostitute, even if they're performing what the definition technically of prostitution is. Minors aren't supposed to be able to consent anyway. So, I'm glad they don't. They have to go 18 and up to say it's prostitution. I appreciate that. Um, they have to prove so they have to be 18 years of age or older and the defendant performed, offered, or agreed to perform a sexual act for money or another item of value. And then possible sentencing up to 12 months in jail, a fine of up to $1,000 or both. I will say this, it's again wasting your time and money, your freedom, because you will be in jail. So, you losing time, part of your life. You can't make money while you're in there. And then you might pay more than what you made performing the act. So, it a lot of times it's just not worth it. [laughter] Okay, let's see. Ace said, "I say sketchy stuff, but never notice a mod blocking me." Yes, YouTube. [laughter] How were they caught? I You know, I didn't hear in the beginning if it was described, but you see how much light was still outside? They was doing it in a parking lot, Jacqueline. I feel like someone just saw that truck rocking or something. I really really think that's how they got caught, but I'm I'm still guessing though. Mom said drop him off. in front. Oh, I can't I don't know what it says. Okay. Uh, forever said, I wonder if the mom thought she was getting picked up for stealing because she did say she's at near TJ Maxx and getting arrested. Oh, can you imagine if the mom doesn't know the why and she's assuming it's for shoplifting? Keep the child. Fines for both, said Ace Moonshot. Yep. It could have been child endangerment. Yep. Pette, she could have gotten charged with that for sure. The Leo caught them in the act. Really? A police caught them? There's no situational awareness at all. Lord. Okay. All right. So, I'm closing out this poll and we're going to go to our next one. Let's see. Does it say? All right. So, our next incident is it happened in Escambia County, Florida. And it says, "Horrible mom brings her baby to a drug deal." So, we're doing possible defenses, but the mom got charged with so much. I just picked the top three of the charges we're going to talk about. When I tell how many charges she got, I think it's eight. Yeah, she got eight charges. And then the dude that was in the car with her wasn't the dad of the baby, but uh he was charged in like four of the eight. So yeah. So we're doing top three. I won't put y'all through every one of them. So the first charge that we're going to talk about is child abuse without bodily harm. So um and her name was Alexia. So, a possible defense challenge could be, was Alexia simply trying to travel with her baby, or did she knowingly uh or did knowingly fleeing from police with her two-month-old in the car turned that decision into child abuse? Let me get this out the way. The next charge, trafficking fentinel, with two adults in the SUV. Could either Alexia or Coley argue that the fentinel belonged to the other person and they didn't know it was there? And the last of the top three charges, unlawful discharge of a firearm in public with more than one person in the SUV. Could Alexia argue that Coley was the person who fired the gun? Which gunshot residue will get that'll get figured out real fast? All right, so we're going to watch it and we'll talk about it as we go. >> Escambia County deputies in Florida were handling a routine traffic stop when [music] a shots fired call suddenly came over the radio. shots fired north on Louis Street. RS 213. >> I'll be 1018. It's going to be a woman wearing a pink shirt driving a black SUV. >> Thank you for the sparkles. Living life every day. >> I believe I'm going to be behind that black SUV. You got it coming off. As deputies raced toward the shots fired vehicle, they had no way of knowing a two-month old baby was inside. >> He's going to be headed out on 35. I'm going to take up the pursuit from here. We're going southbound on Grand View. Southbound. >> No. Southbound on Grand View at Gadston. going eastbound. Westbound Jackson left Jackson. Hit the tag. I couldn't get it. Unknown state Henry Frank Mary 071. It's Alabama. Can I pit it? I think he said, "Can he pit it?" Um, but he is about to pit this car. He does not know there is a twomonth-old child in this car. And they already and I think the they got a call because of shots fired, right? So, she's they endangered that baby in so many ways. Thank God this is one of the times the baby's okay. The baby's okay. Um, but thank God guys is one of the times that the parents actually uh put the child in the car seat correctly because you notice a lot of times parents they don't understand why they're in trouble for their child not being in the car seat correctly. Um, and even even if you are a careful driver as a parent, someone else can flip your car or hit hit you in a way your child goes flying. And I'm going to find out how much a child like a infant weighs once it's in motion from a crash because it weighs more than your arms can hold. It's not like they still technically weigh the same when you're holding them uh and not being hit, no force and all that stuff. So, I'm gonna look that up, see how much uh weight they end up weighing uh because of of a crash and stuff like that cuz a lot of people think, well, I'll just hold them. You cannot do that. You can't. But anyway, yeah. So, he's about to pit this car. The baby is okay. He said pivot. Okay. Well, he somebody's going to flip this car. You'll see. But, okay. He said pivot. I thought I heard pivot, but pit was more in context for me. So, I was like, maybe it was pit. Okay, here we go. Shots fired, people. >> P successful. Pit successful. We got a full run. DRIVER. DRIVER, PUT YOUR HANDS UP. Get down quick. >> DRIVER, PUT YOUR HANDS UP. Go ahead and roll fire. We probably got vehicle entrapment. Full roll over. >> All right, real quick. Um, so I did ask and it says, "In a car crash, an infant's effective weight multiplies dramatically due to crash force physics, turning a 10 lb baby into a destructive force of hundreds of pounds. in the vehicle. >> You're good. You're good. I got you, sir. >> I still need to head to the scene to see if we have something over there. >> No movement. >> Yeah. No. >> Hold up, Sarge. >> I'mma come to you. >> I'm out with 335. I can see a hand. That's crazy. Okay, so again, uh, well, first let me answer your question. Ashley said, "Was she shooting at the baby daddy?" I don't believe so because they ask who can they call to get the baby or something and she says, "Let me call my baby daddy." So I he's out the picture except to come hopefully get the the infant from the hospital or whatever. Um, and then there was something else. Oh, just reiterating that the passenger in her car, possibly a boyfriend or something, but no relation to the baby. Keep your hands up. >> This tent's dark. I don't want to create a crossfire here. >> Windows attended. >> Okay. >> A1, I need one on scene at the original location. >> Serge, can I bust that back window? >> I've got glass breakers if you don't want to break it right here. >> Okay, hold on. >> Hey, we're gonna break the window. Y'all watch out. >> All right. Well, why would you run with a baby? >> That was an effective window breaking tool. He didn't have to do much at all. I need to put that in like a safety kit cuz they say you should have something, you know, to get yourself out in case. I don't know why, but you know, or a bridge goes out, your car's in the water, you can't get out cuz the window won't come down. Stuff like that. I need one of those. >> Keep your hands where we can see them. >> WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT WITH A BABY IN THE car run from us? Two thumb. I know we already said rolling missing there's an ina we can see him. Is there any other children? >> No. >> Are you the only occupant? >> No. >> Who else is inside? >> Hold on. >> Who else is inside? >> I'm coming out. >> Can you grab a hold of her? >> I've got lethal. I've got lethal. >> Going to cut me, bro. >> Come on. Who else is inside? >> Are you conscious? Can you hear me? Okay. Just give him your hands. Don't stop. >> Hey, stop. Stop. >> Come on. Stay on your knees. Stay on your knees. >> Someone take him. Someone take him. We got He's got him. >> Other passenger, step out. >> Ain't nobody else in there. >> Hold up. I can keep my phone out. Give me your phone. >> You see how casual she is after all this and it's still like having demands after to me it's attempted murder somewhere cuz why are y'all firing a gun? So you got that then your baby's in the car. So now you have endangered your child's life even if it wasn't for the police chasing them. The fact that you're in a shootout has already endangered your child. Then you were there for a according to the title a drug deal. I think that's what it said. Yeah. Horrible mom brings her baby to a drug deal. They could have titled this all kinds of things for a horrible mom. It's so many things they could have chosen from. And now you have demands and you and you're not even really she's not concerned about her baby. I know she's probably going to say something about the baby later, but she's not truly concerned about this baby. The baby got to be it needs to be with somebody else. Um, Lovable says, "Some people just don't need kids when people like me would never do anything like this to harm a child, and it took me forever to have my one." I don't understand why people are like this. And I know it's free will and all that, but I hate it. [laughter] I hate it. Like, why do others have to suffer from your stupid decisions? Minnie said, "Tren, I have one on my keychain. It's a mace window breaker and seat belt cutter combo." Let me look at the ounces cuz I um Hold on. I need that. I'll write Okay, I'll write it down and keep playing the video. >> You don't need that phone. Hey, >> chill. Chill out. Chill out. Chill out. >> HEY, CHILL OUT, BRO. >> Don't do anything stupid. Come tomorrow. >> Okay. >> With a baby, dude. >> Got it. >> My shoulder ALREADY OUT OF PLACE. EASE UP. For real. I ain't got nothing on me. >> You ain't even supposed to search me. >> Uh, my policy. We can. went up >> and the camera and it's not illegal. >> Can I call my baby daddy to come get my baby? >> We'll get that worked >> up. There you go. >> Any injuries? >> The baby seems fine, but we're going to get checked out. in a car seat. God, why would she run? >> And on top of this, even in a car seat, that's only half the battle. She is so lucky her baby's okay, cuz it still could have been other trauma done to the baby's body, even if it didn't fly out a car seat. So, it but I don't in the present and what I'm looking at, people like this don't learn. They don't care. They're selfish. They only think about themselves. They make the worst decisions and it's just like you're just you're wasting your life and now you almost wasted a child's life. >> Okay. Well, we missed the power pole. That's >> your baby. >> 335. You can just update fire. There is no more entrapment. He didn't see he was in the car seat. I'm holding this way. I'm not moving his head. [crying] >> Oh, that is a big spider. >> Ah, there is some sort of rifle. Looks like a BB gun or something. >> BB gun. >> It's got a magazine in it. >> It's got a mag. >> Oh, I see what you're looking at. >> Yep. That's a real gun. >> Oh, that's a real gun. >> That's got to be a real gun. Yep. What's your name? >> Hey, look at me. What's your name? Alex. >> Alexia. What? >> Mobile. My brother pulling up to get >> Well, we'll figure that out here. >> All right. Why don't you park on the side? >> Ma'am, park. We have the baby. Park on the side. >> Yeah. Park on the side. >> Where? >> On over here on the sidewalk. >> Do you want me to do anything? There is a firearm in there. >> Oh, good. >> It's a rifle. It's a rifle. Crime scene. Get crime scene. >> We I've already got them coming. And where' that Zach tool go? Them things are expensive. Whatever. Just gives me an excuse to spend more money. Oh, they just named it, too. But I'm still going to get the combo tool. But it says a Zach tool commonly issued to law enforcement for emergency vehicle entry is used to shatter tempered windows safely. They need to give the other police officers that tool because you you seen the one some of them still that you have to beat on the window or some other kind that they use. They need to give them this one. This is the most effective one I've seen. Whatever. Just gives me an excuse to spend more money. What the hell I did with it? Well, I found it. Woo. Do we have a scene? Cuz we have recovered a firearm over here. >> Looks like it's going to be a like pistol caliber straight through. You can see it with a mag in it. I've got a red dot on it. >> Good job, man. >> 81. Dude, I'm always Dude, 81 is always just deboppinging around somewhere and finds stuff. >> Go, man. >> All right, just stay in the car for me. >> We got it. Just stay in the car. >> I ain't got to stay in the car. >> That's my son. That's our >> Okay. Well, just then stay right over here. >> We We just got this. >> I got no weapon. I got nothing. Okay. >> Yeah, we're good. >> Yeah. Call me babe. Babe, >> no weapon. See, good. Don't worry about me. It's all good. Okay. was a good bit. She overcorrected. We're going to charge her. We're going to charge her. >> We'll try in danger, man. >> You're damn straight. We are. >> Absolutely. >> It will be. >> Oh my god. It was [ __ ] baby in the car. Jesus, >> dude. I heard west on Jackson and I was coming from Jackson. I was like, heck yeah. I saw her fly across. Jump. The problem is is someone called around and so the people getting shot at getting called. So it could be anywhere in a couple radius, but dispatch heard the shooting. and rifle and it's car leaving that area going west and go baby's being taken the hospital cautionary >> we I pulled the baby out the baby's in the car seat he's crying he's nothing obvious all right all right is that your daughter >> in the car with yeah >> you know what's going on >> yeah well all I know is she ran from y'all. >> So, we got to call. While someone's on the call, the dispatch could appear. >> You ready to get more angry? Are y'all ready? Because the questions they ask on behalf of this one, just be ready. >> Shots being fired. They Yes. They gave a description of that vehicle there. I got behind the vehicle. It ran from me due to the nature of the call cuz it was dispatch. We pitted the vehicle and when we found out it was a baby, I the first thing said, "Why would you run from a that car? There is a rifle in that car." Yeah, we know. That's what what we just told. >> As soon as they tell me where they're going, I'll let you know so you can go. >> Okay, not a problem. Yeah, I get nervous anytime we have to do something like this. >> And then when I heard when I heard there was a baby in there, I was like, "Oh my god, I'm so glad that >> rifle." >> It's a a pistol car. So, it's a it's a rifle, but it shoots pistols. >> Trying to run me over >> in the car seat. >> Kids in the car. Yeah, it was in there. We had to pull out in the back. It seemed to be in a car seat. There was nothing obvious when we we I pulled them out. >> All right. Do you want us to also assess the >> They're hurting me. We'll take them. We're not The female's fine. >> Look at him. >> You can look at him. She's going to be yelling. >> Dude, oh my god, Casey. I am so glad that baby's okay. I hate that, dude. >> I hate that we're in that position, though. We I just flipped a car with baby in it. >> Well, I know. I know. I know. But like, damn. >> Doing like that with a baby in the car. >> They're putting They're putting us in that position. Well, first of all, over there trying to do gang. >> Yeah, baby. >> They've got shots fired with a baby. >> But what if the people shot back at >> Hey, they're going to go to Sacred Heart in just a minute. That's where you need to go to the to the kids. They're just going to do it as as precautionary to make sure. Okay, not a problem. Let's interview her. Greater Miranda. Let's do him first. The guy first cuz he was calmer than she was. >> Hey, sir. You doing okay? You got the AC in here? >> Can you feel the AC? Okay. You okay? I'm just making sure you're all right. Okay. >> All right. Where my mom at? >> I can see her. >> How old are you? >> I'm 22. >> Once we're done, we'll we'll we'll walk her. We'll I will ask her. She's on the other side. >> I ain't got nothing to say about that. >> Okay, that's You got nothing to say. That's fine. You're going to be charged with all of it and you're not talking to your mama. >> Little little turd. Not that you care cuz you ran from us. You're being charged with a multitude of firearms. You're going to lose. >> That's my mission. >> Being charged with what? >> You're being charged with a multitude of felonies. Hey, are they in the back? And we will look at all eight, but I just won't go into detail about all eight charges that they end up charging her with. But they didn't lie when they said multitude. >> Hey, what's I just needed the baby's name real quick. >> Yeah, I got >> I got the baby's name. >> Age? >> Date of birth? >> You want to know the age? >> What? Zero. >> Found one round. >> Dispatch said they heard one round over the phone. >> You found one. That's good. >> Oh, what else we got here? Oh, powder meth. >> That's going to be baggies and a scale. >> Awesome. distribution. >> So, this is a bag. This is a bag rolling up ready to go. >> You can record from there. You're fine. Go ahead. >> I appreciate this. A cool. Thank you for the super chat. Mood boosting super chat. Very much appreciated. Thank you. >> Not moving my car though. >> Yeah, you can stand over there. Over there. Do it. They allow you. Hey. Hey, dude. Come on. MY SON 3 WEEKS AGO. >> I'm sorry to hear that, but I I can't help you with this son right now. >> It's her son, right? >> I understand. It doesn't matter if it's her son. He's an adult. >> Wait, I know it's my son. >> I understand. He's adult. >> Ain't nothing that happened. I WILL Y'ALL FLIP THAT CAR OVER. >> YEAH. >> Witness they record y'all. >> THIS IS THE part This is the part that pissed me off so much. It's like, so just out of nowhere, they came and flipped a car. Your son wasn't in a shootout, didn't care about a baby, and the shootout was his like or or at least in that vehicle. Either she or he was shooting that rifle. They weren't being shot at. They were shooting at whoever or whatever. So, that's already crazy. Then, oh, just wait till they ask the questions. And when he said when he says, "Oh, I'm sorry. Uh, did one of y'all did he just say study law or go to law school?" He does something like that. But I'm going to let him speak. >> Matter if it's your son. He's an adult. But I know it's my son. >> I understand. He's adult. >> Hey, nothing happened. I WILL Y'ALL FLIP THAT CAR OVER. >> YEAH. >> WITNESS. They record y'all. >> Hey, guess what? We did. We pitted the car. That's no That's no That's That's no problem. >> They made the car. >> Yeah. No, they did. >> What was the reason? >> Doesn't matter. Listen, you can get the arrest report. They were shooting at someone. They ran. There's a ton of drugs. Maybe if they cared more about that little baby in there. >> That pisses me off that baby. I didn't say they shoot someone. I said they shot at someone. And we do have a witness. >> I'm on with him. >> Oh, yeah. Yes, sir. >> I'll talk to you since you're call >> cuz I'm getting irritated. I understand it's your son and I'm sorry about your other son. >> Uhhuh. >> But you're yelling and and accusing >> your high pitch voice yelling. >> What's up? What's up? >> I'm just listening. >> Oh, you're listening. Okay. >> Okay. So, you sp so there go. We're going to take him to get checked out. >> Yes, sir. >> They're fine. He's just said he's got a sore shoulder. That's all he's complaining about. He's going to get checked out. He's going to be charged with fleeing and a looting. Yes, sir. >> Possession of firearm during commission of a felony. >> Yes, sir. >> He's in the vehicle the whole time. How do you know he wasn't driving? >> Hold on. >> You were with him in that car? No, you didn't. >> I'm on the phone with them. >> Okay. Calm down. >> So, did they So, so did they. >> So, the phone cuz she's on the phone with them. She knows what's going in the car and who's sitting in what seat because it gives her echol location. Like, you don't Every time someone's like, "No, talk to them." Cuz they was on the phone the whole time. Unless you only are going to talk about that someone said blank blank blank, which a lot of times they don't take that that kind of testimony all the time. It depends because I I I can't remember what they're called, but it's like being too close to the defendant or suspect or something. But yeah, there's not much you on the phone can do. So, you know, based off being on the phone who was in whose seat, just be quiet and listen. I This is Be quiet and listen. >> Tell you they were running from us. >> Calm down, F. Calm down. >> So, a multitude of felonies. So it and depending on his record, he it could be anywhere from 10,000 to no bond >> to get out. >> So they got a witness. He didn't say they was just it was a shootout. >> It was a shootout. >> I didn't say it was a shootout. I said they shot at someone. >> Shot at someone. >> They shot at no >> and that's what made them get behind the car. >> No. Then I tried to stop the car to make sure it wasn't it. They took off and then they started driving like a like a maniac all through here. So, we pitted the vehicle not knowing there, which is she's being charged and she's going to lose. It's the last thing I do because she has she has no that's >> the only reason that baby's alive cuz it was in a car seat. Thank God. >> Yes, sir. >> There's a ton of dope in there. Meth, marijuana, a rifle. >> I would worry more about him being around that than us doing that. The baby's okay. It's being checked out. Thank you. >> Do what? >> Is a sergeant? >> Yes, ma'am. Sergeant Taylor, >> is it isn't it? It's a It's a law that um like y'all not supposed to chase the cars. >> Nope. There's no law like that, sir. >> No, this is not the law. I tell you, which one of y'all went to law school and which one didn't? >> You can you can you can you can you can if you want to file a complaint, you're more than welcome. But within policy, No, I'm I'm explaining it. >> Which one of y'all went to law school and which one didn't? That's the key question. Cuz how you going to argue that in this state that's the law? Cuz I think what happened is he's heard that some police officers or you know some I don't think he knows some states but he's heard that it's illegal for police officers to chase for certain things. First of all, they normally can't chase if you are shoplifting in some states and stuff like that. But if you are full on in a shootout that could override don't chase because it's the the um intensity of the issue. Now, I'm not saying that there's a state that says no matter what, don't chase. It could be because a lot of times civilians get hurt. But that's per state. So, how are you arguing so hard and you don't even know your state's laws to say that? Like, you asked the question, cool, cool, cool. He said, "No, that's not a law here." And you still want to say, "Yes, it is." Off of what? Off of what? So, I loved his answer. Which one of y'all went to law school and which didn't? >> Okay. So, you saying the neighborhood? >> There is no law that we can't chase, buddy. the neighborhood they was in supposed to be and it was suspect that was the cause. >> Yep. Yes, ma'am. Jesus Christ. That mother. At least that lady was I can talk to her. >> The sus. >> Yeah. Let me acknowledge Pink Shirt calmed down when he listed what that dude was a part of in the vehicle. So, I appreciate her trying to listen calmly. After that, things were heightened. She brought herself down. That woman in the scrubs was And then the dudes. Oh. Oh, they made me so mad, y'all. >> 26-year-old Alexia Goel and 22-year-old Mel Tres Kohley were both taken into custody. Inside the overturned vehicle, deputies recovered a loaded Betta [music] CX4 Storm 9mm carbine, approximately 7.1 g of fentinel packaged for distribution, 159.5 g of marijuana, loose plastic baggies, and a digital [music] scale. Gobble had her 2-month-old infant in the vehicle throughout the incident. The child was transported to the hospital as a precaution and later released to a family member. No injuries were reported to the infant, [music] Gobble or Coley. Gobel is charged with fleeing and eluding. Child abuse without bodily harm. Unlawful discharge of a firearm in public. Possession [music] of a firearm during the commission of a first-degree felony. Trafficking fentinel. Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Possession of drug paraphernalia and knowingly driving with a suspended license. Her driver's license had been suspended since 2023, and she has three prior convictions for driving while license suspended or revoked. Coley is charged with trafficking fentinel, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He also has a prior conviction for robbery with a deadly weapon from 2021. Both suspects were medically evaluated, refused treatment, [music] and were transported to the Escambia County Jail. Each was held without bond. As of 2026, both cases remain open in the Florida First Judicial Circuit. It's Gambia. >> See, it was a mouthful. It was. You said all you remember is the yelling, [laughter] right? I could I could understand why. Uh, fresh pursuit with misdemeanor. Debatable. Fresh pursuit with shots fired. Absolutely right. Right. Ace, you know, she's a mom that upholds all her Oh, yeah. She feeds into all her son's wrongs. I believe it. because she won't even listen to what they clearly know happened. This isn't even the part where they have to, you know, get more out of it. And then that meth that they thought they saw apparently was fentinel cuz that's what the charge ended up being cuz they were on the scene. They were saying meth, but then they said fentinel and the charges. Okay, so let's look at what the prosecution would have to prove for the top three choices. And then y'all just saw the charges uh listed as far as everything she was she was charged with. And he got four of the five, I think. I mean, four of the eight charges, I believe. But he was that that that police officer wasn't lying when he said, "I'm about to put everything." Oh, deserved it, too. Okay. So, one of three that we're going to look at was child abuse without bodily harm. That was for Alexia. Um, prosecutions prosecutors generally must prove the victim was a child under 18. Alexia knowingly or willfully committed child abuse by intentionally causing injury, committing an intentional act that could reasonably be expected to cause physical or mental injury, or actively encouraging such an act. The abuse did not cause great bodily harm, permanent disability, or permanent disfigurement because then it wouldn't be a charge of without bodily harm. So, that makes sense. And then the next one, unlawful discharge of a firearm in public. That was Alexia's charge as well. Um, first-degree misdemeanor. Prosecutors generally must prove Alexia knowingly discharged a firearm. The firearm was discharged in a public place on or over the right of way of a paved public road, highway, or street or or over occupied premises. And trafficking fentinel, that was Alexia and Coley. They got that charge. First-degree felony. The defendant knowingly sold, purchased, manufactured, delivered, brought into Florida, or actually or constructively possessed fentinel or qualifying mixture containing fentinel and the amount involved was four grams or more. Possible sentencing up to 30 years in prison because the approximately 7.1 grams alleged falls within the four grams or more, but less than 14 grams tier. The statute requires a mandatory minimum of seven years in prison and a $50,000 fine. So if she's convicted at minimum, well both of them at minimum they're going to jail for seven years. And with that other thing that he had on his record, it sounds like he's a previous felon, but I didn't see that charge. So I don't know if he was charged but not convicted with the uh the robbery or whatever with the deadly weapon that they named on a previous event. But if he was, it's going to be a lot on him as well. Fentel has its own charge punishment nowadays. True. Because this was not a controlled substance charge. It said trafficking fentinel was the charge. So yeah. Yeah. Okay. Anything else about this one? Okay. I'm about to close out this poll. So make sure you get your your ones, twos, or threes in. Both are repeat offenders of some type of crime. I agree, Jacqueline. Right. Why cows? Why was the mom acting like uh the son doesn't do anything, but he robbed somebody in 2021? Right. Right. Just blind, don't care about his uh his crimes. Let's see. Yes. Selling Fent. He's not new to this. Okay. So, let's go. Oh, she got your baby middle name. Oh, okay. So, next one. Is this the Okay, this is the second to last one we have. So, the next one is after a $50,000 bust, child ends up in police car with dad. So, before we watch, possible defense challenges will be um to a controlled sub or control dangerous substance in the presence of a minor. Was the six-year-old simply along for the trip without either man intending to expose him to the drugs or drug activity? Possible defense challenge number two for possession with intent to distribute schedule two with two adults in multiple bags and belongings inside the vehicle. Could one man argue that the drugs belong to the other and that he didn't know they were there? Possible defense challenge number five or well number five because it's five charges overall. Money's derived from drug transactions. Could the cash have come from a legitimate source rather than from selling drugs? So, we'll start watching it and I gotta get a new poll up >> next to dad. >> I gave him some stickers, man. He look a little upset, but we we talked and he's all right. >> Yeah. >> Oh, yeah. This is State Boys Louisiana. So, we get to hear one of my the YouTubers when I watch I watch a lot of his too. Well, when I can. I don't watch a lot of anything now, but I like his accent. >> I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. [music] I'm sorry. >> You'll be all right, buddy. >> Yeah, I told him all of that. Dad, you'll be all right, dude. You'll be all right. She got lay down [music] [music and singing] only 85. Other than that, you don't run [music] >> state boys. body cam footage from the Louisiana State Police and law enforcement agencies across the state of Louisiana. [music] On this episode of State Boys, around 3:00 a.m., a trooper with the Louisiana State Police, Troop I was patrolling Interstate 10 in Lafayette Parish. He noticed a Mishabishi Outlander commit a traffic violation and would conduct [music] a traffic stop and tell the driver the reason for the stop. What were the troopers found? Hey, how you doing? Can you shut your door for me? I wanted to get taken off. Trooper, Louisiana State Police. The reason why I stopped you, man. Just come step this way for me. That way we're not getting sideswiped. Look in the left. >> One thing I will observe so I don't forget his face is now blurred. So, I wonder if he beat the charges because State Boys does not blur or the videos they usually have and it's specifically for Louisiana, they don't blur the people that are being arrested. So, I wonder if it went back and since he possibly didn't get convicted, they blurred his face cuz now he's not a suspect. Just just wondering about why his face is blurred on this video. >> Lane, you have to keep right, except the pass. All right, not a big deal, not a huge deal, but they do have signs throughout I 10 that says keep right, except the pass. Um the uh the car your car. >> My mom. >> Your mom's. And then who you who you riding with tonight, bro? >> Gotcha. You got um your license on you or is it in the car? >> In the car. >> All right. Um any firearms in the car? No. >> Straight. You you uh you work anywhere? >> I cut grass. >> Cut grass. You got your own business or you covering somebody? >> Come on, dude. >> All right. Um so you said you >> My son. Okay. All right. Where y'all coming from tonight, man? >> Uh, picking my son up. >> Where you stayed at? At Austin, Texas. >> Damn. So, y had a little hump. >> Yeah. >> Where yall going back to? >> Uh, bad news. >> Okay. All right. Um, y'all been out there for a little while or y'all been out? Y'all just >> Uh, we he we went like 9:00 this morning. >> I got you. I got you. All right. Uh, so nobody that owns a car is in the car? No. >> I'm going to go get the paperwork and stuff like that. You have your ID on you or is it in there? I >> They be trying to act casual like please do not search this vehicle. I'm tell you right now in Louisiana they they going to search that vehicle most likely. Like I they going to find a reason to search it. My coworker was telling me too that um a easy way that police are always going to be able to search your car is because cash is mixed everywhere, right? So when people are, you know, money laundering and dealing with cash and it's it's going to touch some type of drug. Well, the money that people weren't using for that, it's it's co-mingling. So you're always they said it was like a n a high 90ish% chance that if someone's cash is sniffed by a drug dog, the dog is going to hit because there's always drugs on cash. So depending on how they do this, one, your cash is getting confiscated. That's That's the scam right there. But two, they going to search that vehicle. If they really want to, they're probably going to search that vehicle. >> Get it? >> Yeah, that's good. Let's get that. >> After telling the driver the reason for the stop, the traffic stop will take a turn after the driver is asked to get his license. Oh yes, as Wow. That was the other thing I meant to acknowledge. I forgot about that choice. He probably wasn't informing. They trying to protect his identity cuz the title said it was $50,000 bus. So yeah, there was somebody he could tell on. That is true. My name. >> That's good. I can write it down, too. >> [snorts] >> Appreciate it. You want to set your uh wallet back right there. We walk back to my car. Sleep in my back seat. Oh yeah. How old is it? Six. Gotcha. What? It smelled like weed in the car. Y'all smoke going over there or something? Oh, yeah. Okay. I'm not >> That's stupid. That's stupid. So, you're going to give them the easy out of a odor of marijuana and you're transporting $50,000 worth of who trained y'all? >> I'm not into simple possession stuff like that or nothing like that. Um, all y'all picked up over there was him. Uh, who's the how old is the the front seat? Your cousin? Uh, we the same age? Uh, 86. Okay. All right. All right. That That'll work. Um, have you ever been arrested before for anything? >> Man, I was arrested long time ago. >> But he took care of it. >> Yeah. Yeah. I don't got no Okay. All right. >> All right. >> The trooper then goes and talks to the passenger to see if their stories matched. Let me go highlight him real quick and then I'll I'll >> to Jacqueline's point right here. Keep it to the stop. Don't talk about where you coming from. Don't talk about where you going because they're going to compare stories. That's one of the reasons you you really should just not be talking. But that's one right there. Now they're about to go compare the stories to see what the other one says. You don't have to say what all that. Now I don't condone this. I'm just saying you don't have to answer those types of questions. You got to identify yourself. And I don't know if there's anything else that's mandatory like you have to say, but you don't have to incriminate yourself. >> Back with you in a second. Nothing in your pockets or nothing. >> You straight. Just chill right there. >> Can you roll? You can roll the window down. Yeah, that's good. Is it closed? Yeah. Can you give me the paperwork out of the glove box, brother? Y'all cousins? Gotcha. >> That reminds me of sinners now. Although he said, "Are y'all cousins?" Cuz when that dude said, "Are y'all twins?" And he's like, "Nah, we cousins." And that's all I think about now when I hear cousins. What >> you do for a living, bro? >> Like houses and stuff. >> How did you do? Ah, I got you. >> Little man back there just laying on the seat, bro. Um, Ace Moonshot. That's interesting because was he na? Yeah, he played Nash. I can't never remember his real name, but the one that was in Jango and he played Nash on TV. It was the movie that Aaron Pierre was in on Netflix that that's when people started noticing him as an actor and stuff cuz I saw he actually had a long he had a lot of stuff going on before he did that movie. But anyway, on that Netflix movie, that was what it was about, getting he was the brother, the money was for to get his brother out of jail until maybe his trial or whatever. But they confiscated the cash he had on him. And they were like, "Yeah, you can go to court." But that was the whole scheme of the town. That's why how they paid for everything was just confiscating people's money. And of course, you know, it it went into the movie plot of everything that happened cuz he, you know, especially I ain't going to tell you nothing else in case y'all do go watch it. But yeah, so I can believe it. I'm like, this is based on what's really happening, ain't it? Oh, loud, huh? Um, I'll tell you what, that's good. You got your ID on you? Did you bring one? Oh, yeah. >> All right. Cool. What brings y'all out this way today, Mr. Banks? Gotcha. What brings y'all out this way today? I can't I can't hear you. Where where's that at, bro? >> Yeah. All right. Did y'all uh y'all all three went over there together? You, you, you, him, and the and little man in the back. Yeah. Okay. Why y'all brought little man so late? Oh, y'all went earlier today. What time when y'all been there for a couple days or what's the deal with that? >> A day. Like, did y'all sleep there last night or so? Y'all slept there last night and y'all y'all did y'all think today had all day over there and y'all coming back tonight? Gotcha. I got you. All right. All right. Um, now who is who's the the kid in the back seat for? That's his son. Do you know the kid's name? Where's the kid's name? No, the kid. >> Oh, okay. Okay. And that's your cousin. >> Okay. All right. >> The person you have dialed is not receive calls at this time. >> We want to make sure that you know child and stuff like that. You know what I'm saying? If y'all know the kid, you know what I'm saying? I'm just looking out for his best interest. But I appreciate it though. Thank you. >> The trooper then confronts the driver about the conflicting stories. All right. Uh, what I'm I'm Let me ask you this. This your mom's car. Okay. Do they have any little bit of weed in the car or anything like that? >> To be honest with you, I don't know. I think we smoke. >> Okay. All right. I'm not worried about it. I'm about to get off at 4:00, which I'm almost at that point right now. Okay. y'all almost in Baton Rouge. So that's okie dokie. >> He's kind of telling me a little different story. Okay. >> Well, he's saying that y'all went there together to go to a cousin's house or something. >> So my question you is you driving the car. Are you responsible for everything inside the car today? >> Yeah. >> Yes. >> Are y'all bringing anything back that you're not supposed to bring back? Nothing at all? >> No. >> Okay. All right. >> Just me. Me and my son. >> All right. Did y'all go pick your son up over there? >> Yeah, we did. >> From from who? >> My cousin. >> Okay. Do you uh And that's in Houston, right? >> Yeah. All right. I'mma uh he's going to pat you down real quick. I'm going to pull him out, pat him down. The kid can stay in the car. I'm going check through everything cuz y'all it smell smells like very strong odor or weed. All right. Uh and then we'll be on your way. All right. You mind stepping out, brother? >> Friendly cuz they still going to search that car. Uh, wow. I hope you paid attention to why the story is conflicted cuz if I was all up in this chat and I don't even know what he said that was different from what the first dude said. Why? Cow's be catching everything I miss a lot of time. >> I'm just going to patch you down. Make sure you ain't got no weapons on you. that way. >> I'm 219. >> How much uh how much money you have on it? >> $300 on. >> Okay. All right. Just keep it in your pocket. You have any more money in here? >> Not 12. >> Okay. All right. You have anything that you're responsible for in here? >> 12. Uh yeah, I got my >> You got in a It's in a bag. >> Is it in a bag? >> Um yeah, I got like my hat like you know like my personal stuff, my water and stuff. >> The thing that why I'm pulling you out, okay, is because I can smell the weed and I don't care about no simple possession. So I don't want you to do anything funny and get caught up in some silliness. Uh like I tell told him, I get off at 4:00. So I'm not here to him y'all up and and write y'all some tickets for a little bit of simple possession of weed. Okay? So, if you you you've been cool with me, he's been cool with me. Y'all not going in cuffs or nothing. Y'all just going to go over there. The kid can stay in the car and sleep or whatever he wants to do. I'mma look through it real quick. Is there anything else that I'm going to find in here? A little bit of weed. >> Oh, yeah. I mean, you find I said you not going to find no weed. >> Y'all y'all smoked it all? >> Yeah. >> Okay. That's the same thing he said. All right. Just do me a favor. Just go stand over there by him. Heat. Heat. Okay, I'll fast forward through the search a little bit. I don't remember when they find the things, but Oh, hold on. I bet it's coming right now. Let me see. I just saw a little Let's go here. appreciate your cooperation. >> Uh, I don't know about that Miranda. Can you >> The trooper would then talk to both men to try and see what exactly was found. >> Hang up the phone for him. Just tell them that we'll we'll get let you call them back, brother. Right now, we just got to handle some business. Okay. Can y'all face me? Have the right terminator center. >> Save the time. Jacqueline. Jacqueline said when they driving dirty, why don't they prepare a story in advance just in case they don't? It's like they just like we're not gonna get caught. We're not going to get stopped. I wonder what the original traffic stop was for. I do wonder that. And I know they probably said in the beginning, but I missed it. But every time it's like y'all never talk about y'all stories at least sounding the same. At least, you know, check that box >> you at any time. You understand these rights, sir. You understand these rights. All right. Can y'all tell me what's in that bag in the in the in the back seat? Is it meth? How much meth? I I know it. I You know what I'm saying? I just I just want you to tell me. >> I really don't even know how much. >> Okay. And then you also have money. Who's the money for in the bag? It's your money. Okay. Do you know how much is in there? All right. 68 region 2. >> Hi 68. >> Two 1015s notify BOI. It looks like it's going to be about a kilo of uh methampetamine. They also have a 6-year-old in the vehicle. 68 times 422. >> That's about a kilo. You think? No. >> What's up? >> How close you think we from? >> About an hour. >> Okay. I thought it was just me. I'm like, "Boy, if we could get some light out here." She said, "They need a ring light like they like their influencers." That's funny, Ashley. But no, I'm like, "Hey, can we get a little bit more light?" All I see is a white tank top and some glossy cop lights. >> Get my wife on the phone. Come get my son. >> Oh, yeah. We're going to make sure the kid gets taken care of. What? What is this? >> Yes, she she You can just talk to She calling Damn. You got some cracks, some cocaine. Why? Why they got Why y'all got so much in the car? Ebony said, "Why would they travel dirty with a six-year-old with them? Do they think the cops are going to let them go scot-free because a six-year-old is in the car?" What if the six-year-old got into this stuff, too? Kids are curious. Adults make things look cool to kids. And if they start seeing you do things enough, they gonna want to at least try it. I know it was in the trunk this time, but I feel like they've had it in other locations because I don't believe this is their first trip. I just endangering the kids. Make your own stupid choices by yourself. You won't be work getting off work on time tonight. Right. They are really riding dirty, OG Glow. The baby mom knew exactly what they Oh, it's very possible that she knows what he gets up to. If she's alive, this this never ever would you have my child. There's no way. Right. A Right. She thought something. A small ring light near the cam. But that is still funny to me because it just gives me influencer when I hear ring light. They showed his face again, Candace. They see this what happened with the last dude, too. I think it was Ohio or something. They g He I'm just going to say I don't know if they still exist on this earth when these body cams sometimes come out on YouTube because that's dangerous. It's dangerous. Um, okay. My thought is why have smell of weed with that much stuff, right? How dumb can you be? Why are y'all casually smoking weed and you got all this stuff in your car? Like that's an easy entry for police to search your car. They think a child's a cover of upstanding citizens. Anything I say, I know it's going to lean into respectability politics. I know it is. So all I'm going to say is they needed more than that child as a cover up. And I'm just going to leave it there. I'm leave it there for today. They both state their cousins. That's it. They should have traveled in daytime, right? should have travel in the daytime, not late at night when it's dark. Oh my god. And get the ninjas, too. They know they going to get stuck, Ebony. Right. Huh. >> 68 region two. >> 68. >> It's going to be an assortment. Going to have ecstasy meth about a half a key and couple ounces of cocaine crack. How how much money you have right here, sir? >> 39,3900. >> No. How much? >> About 3,900. >> 3,900. Okay. That uh payment money for for you bringing that to where it needs to go. >> Okay. >> We go. We're going to Okay. Um, >> I just want >> That's your son? >> Yeah. Okay. >> He's gonna ride with me. We're gonna put him and the kid in the back of your car. That way dad and son can be together. That's That's straight. Can you just answer the phone? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. Who's this money? >> That's my wife. Okay. >> Yeah, that's my wife. >> Hello, Trooper Tero. Hey, this is Chris Tero with State Police. Hey. All right. So, uh, we found a good bit of narcotics in the vehicle. Uh, we're going to take care of your son. Um, if you can be >> That's a crazy sentence to say to the parent. We're going to take care of your son. We found narcotics in his vehicle. They got everything. Janetta [laughter] Jacqueline says, "Shut up, please." Ace said, "This guy rolled over on them, hence the blur." That's my guess. I almost will say the things he was charged with or even convicted will be a cover. I didn't know they did that. Okay, that's interesting. The last part I didn't know they did like throw a couple charges on there to make it like you didn't snitch or something. The stories are not the same. They are cousins. The only thing they answer the same on Oh, okay. That's only I got you. Thank you. Wow. >> On your way to uh Brobridge, Louisiana. Um, >> and we'll get you give you the uh custody of your son. Pick your pants up for you. >> Oh, that was the baby's mother. Is that was that the baby's mother? He said get you custody of your son. Which that that's a six-year-old. I thought they called his mom. Okay. So, they are going to take care of the actual child. Okay. Okay. I thought he was saying about the man. Okay. What's that? >> I don't know about none of nothing about that. >> All right. So, what's going to happen from here? We're going to take this to Bro Bridge, Louisiana. Okay. Where we're going to be met with our narcotics guys. Uh they're going to separate, take care of the evidence, and then talk to y'all individually to where figure out what's y'all's story. Okay. >> Yeah, I'm out. They they task force with DEA, the Drug Enforcement Administration. So, they'll be able to explain more. But that's we're waiting on a record now. I'm going get the kid to him. We'll head off to over there. Once the record hits you, close up the car. Okay. So, just I'm going to have you sit tight for me in the back of my car. >> After arresting both men, the trooper then wakes up the driver's son in the back seat and things will get emotion. >> Now, I see why Candace kept saying AI face. I kept missing these little screens. So yeah, hopefully they did a madeup face for him since they blurred his face. That's hilarious. But did I just noticed too the other guy's face is not blurred. So he didn't talk. That's what that's what that probably means. He did not talk. Easy one. [laughter] My friend didn't know her baby father was doing something illegal until he got in trouble and he would have her two boys all the time. May I ask this question because I actually wanted to comment on this part part about since she is alive, the son's mama is alive. How was how did the the father of the baby of your friend how did he come off like did he come off like regular 9 to5 like could account for his time mostly so you really wouldn't be looking for it cuz uh tank top over here don't give me you're doing something productive to earn an income so if money's coming in from you I need to know how it's coming in I need to see a W2 or what what is it if you're independent contractctor Is it like a 1099 or something? I need to see one of these that you filing with the IRS cuz ain't no way. So yeah, let me know. Wow. Did he have or did he seem like he had a regular job? Cuz that's what I want to know about this one right here. He already saying he don't know nothing about Yeah. Yeah. He he and he stuck to it apparently. Jacqueline. >> Hey buddy. Buddy, how you doing buddy? Can you sit up for me? I'mma let I'mma let you go sit with daddy. Okay. guitar. Look. Well, so let me just explain to you real quick where we at, man. Daddy kind of made a boo boo. All right. And we're going to take him to uh we're going to take you we're going to let you ride with dad. Okay. Dad's in the backseat of the of one of the cruises. Okay. We're going to let you ride with dad. Uh I already talked to mom. Mom's coming from home to come pick pick you up. Okay. But I promise you, man, we're going to take great care of you, okay? Give you my word. My name's Chris. So, if you need anything, you just let me know, okay? I appreciate you. You want to come sit with dad now? We don't want to scare you, buddy. We here to help. Okay. We want to make sure that uh that you safe. All right. Did you uh did you travel with dad from home to to to Texas or Yeah. Why'd he bring you? I mean, that's a long trip, man. You look tired, huh? All right. All right. You want to go sit with Dan? All right. Can you come out on this side, buddy? That way it's too much traffic on the other side. >> I didn't put the dope in the car, bro. You be mad at me. >> Have a seat. >> Next to dad. >> Mad. >> I gave him some stickers, man. He look a little upset, >> but we we talked and he's all right. >> Yeah. >> I'm sorry. I'm so sorry, bro. I'm sorry. It's >> going to be all right, buddy. >> He's so sorry. Now share the blur with daddy cuz daddy got to have his face blurred, too. >> No, I'm all right. >> Yeah, I told him all of that. Dash, >> you going to be all right, dude. You're going to be all right. God, come on, man. The troopers will find various illegal narcotics including crystal meth, ecstasy, cocaine, hydrocodone, and a significant amount of cash. >> I was just about to say, "What's the colorful stuff?" And when he said ecstasy, I'm like, "Oh, yeah, that that that tracks. That's how they be looking in the movies." One of uh Bad Boys 2 is one of my references on that. [laughter] I like how the cop is nice to the child, but I don't like him in the back of the car. Yeah, lovable. Like I don't know how you know what they were interstate driving so I guess it would take a while for the mom to get there cuz I was just about to say I wish the mom could have picked him up and he didn't have to ride to the station but ain't no telling which mile marker dad got stopped outside of. So but yeah I didn't like that for the child to be in the back of that car. But yeah and the cops aren't always nice to the kids. Sometimes they speak to the kids like they're an adult or they're just I don't know. So I do I do like it when I see cops treat a kid like a kid. Both men were charged with a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a minor, two counts of possession with the intent to distribute a schedule two, possession with the intent of a schedule one, possession of a schedule two, and monies [music] derived from drug transactions. Their charges were later dismissed. >> All right, let's look at the top three for what prosecution would have to prove. Then we go into our last video. She was trying to be a fast talker on the last video. Okay, so controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a minor. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant was over 17 years old. The defendant used, consumed, possessed, or distributed a controlled dangerous substance in violation of Louisiana law. The conduct occurred in the presence of a person under 17 years old. There was an age difference of more than two years between the defendant and the minor. Possible sentencing up to six months in jail. A fine of up to $500 or both. And that's a misdemeanor. The other one, possession with intent to distribute a schedule to controlled dangerous substance. Uh it's a felony. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant knowingly or intentionally possessed a controlled dangerous substance classified in schedule two. The defendant intended to distribute or dispense the controlled dangerous substance. For each count, prosecutors must prove the particular schedule 2 controlled dangerous substance underlying that count. Possible sentencing for the approximately 1 kilo of meth identified in this incident. Possession with intent to distribute 28 grams or more carries a 1 to 20year imprisonment at hard labor. Oh, that's Louisiana. That's right. What's that place called? I'll look it up in a second. but Angola or so. I forgot about that hard labor stuff. Um, okay. And a possible fine of up to $50,000. I'mma look it up though to make sure to check myself. The last charge of the top three charges. This is a felony for monies derived from drug transactions. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant knowingly or intentionally received or acquired money derived from an illegal drug offense, or knowingly or intentionally engaged in a transaction involving money derived from an illegal drug offense, up to 10 years imprisonment, a fine of up to $10,000, or both. Oh, it Yeah. And of course, Angola has like assorted history and presence, too, because it's still here. They g Well, he got his face blurred, so he didn't go, but whoever he rolled on. Yeah, I don't like when they start questioning the kids, right? They don't know about Miranda. Like, have an adult present. Um, that and hopefully that adult is like, "Let's get an attorney first." Noir said, "When I was a child, my bike was stolen and the cops laughed and acted like it was no big deal. I like when I see cops nice to innocent children. They are supposed to serve." Yes. Did you you probably just maybe would have saw it on social media, but there was one where this Karen called the cops on a kid with a he had a stand. It might have been ice cream or it's probably lemonade stand or something close to that that's easy for a kid to do. And instead of the city shutting him down, they helped him get up to code so he could legally sell his stuff in his stand. And I thought that was really nice. You have two cousins in Angola? Yeah. That's like working on the plantation, Jacqueline. Exactly. Exactly. All right, last one. I'm ending on a We can see it for one. There's a lot of light for this one, but family day out turns into felony day in. Um, so this is in Boon Beach, Florida. Before we watch for their defenses, we have retail theft. Did the women actually intend to leave the store without paying or were they still in the process of checking out when the confrontation with the employee caused them to move away from selfch checkckout? Defense number two, contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Was the 15-year-old actually involved in the alleged theft or was she simply shopping with adult family members and had nothing to do with what they were doing? All right, so let's start it. Oh, they're brothers, too. I don't know what they did. So, I I don't want to. But I know that place shouldn't You just need prison. You don't need Angola. Like, no. Cuz I know what Let me stop cuz I'm going to get off on a tangent. Let me just go to this last video. >> You saw it. Yay. So, it's not just in my imagination. Okay, here we go. Bravo 12 supposedly exiting the crossro side. Black female, white shirt, black leggings, gray hat, >> second black female, green tank, black leg of it. How many? >> There's three of them now. >> Where they at? >> Check out two parts. You got check out >> 20. Who's coming out now? >> Coming out right now. What are they? Which one? >> Okay, just to close out this so I don't leave it open. Um, so yes, Wow. said the her friend's I can't remember the relation. Was it husband, boyfriend? But her friend's partner did have a nineto-five and he was doing that other stuff while he was hanging with friends and nobody believed she didn't know. See, I would be more inclined to believe she didn't know. I would be unless it was like an like so much money coming in that she benefited from that you just know the average salary is not going to pay this for where you work. And that reinforces why I would not believe the one we just watched had a way to bring in regular income even if he didn't bring the whole amount home. It's the fact that like you you don't have a job and I know you don't have a job. So, what's going on? Like I'm and I wouldn't leave my kid with him. I wouldn't Well, I wouldn't be with him. Number one, but there's no way a child's going to be with him. They both Oh, the three strikes rule. That was brutal, too. Oh, armed robbery. Oh, god. Mindy. Okay. Well, schmurda, we're Okay. Okay. I was think I was looking at just the selling of the pharmaceuticals at first, but Okay. I don't know. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. We're going to the LP office right now. >> In the office. >> I'm not doing that. >> Go sit in the Go sit in the corner. >> Sit down. I was trying to pay for my stuff, BUT NO, I WAS JUST BOTHERING her cuz she sit up here with the thing. >> You get what I'm saying? You heard me? >> Y'all see the performer? The other one, it kind of almost feel like she about to accept her fate possibly. But this is our performer right here. >> No, I was going to pay for myself, but she bothering me. >> Her. I just did my the lady, so that's why I just said, "Let me go." >> This Yeah, she bothering me. >> Come on, let's go. >> I got Let's go. >> You heard me. >> Let's go. We're going to the LP office. Come on. >> We're going to the LP office. Come on. >> What? >> We're going to the loss prevention office. >> Come on. I mean, you met THE PERSON THAT GOT THE STUFF. >> I'M NOT GOING TO ASK YOU to stop. We're going >> ma'am. I'm not going to ask you to stop, guys. >> Okay. Okay. >> Put your hands back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Go. Go. Not doing this. That's not my go. >> We're going to figure out what's going on and we're going to go from there cuz they're reporting >> theft. >> We didn't even steal nothing yet. >> The bottom line. >> Did you catch that slip? We didn't even steal anything yet. Yet. >> We didn't steal anything yet. No, she was bothering me. So, actually, I was going to go the other way. That's what made me just turn around. I was messing with her to be honest. I was just >> We don't have to. >> No, that's why I'm not going to get >> separately or together. They were >> together, right? >> They were together. >> And I was going to re I was going to do a return and get some more stuff because I just moved, but she was bothering me like, "Leave me alone." >> You did that just now? >> Yes, sir. Yes, she gave me back all my money. >> She gave me back all my money, baby. >> Okay. Yeah, she gave back all my money. >> You did? >> Yeah, I got it from my returns that I just did. Here come all my money. And I was redoing it. >> It was fine. But let me get that first. >> Okay. >> My kids, >> but she bothering me like leave me alone. I was going through go to another restaurant. >> Ace, I've been thinking this a lot. First of all, you they always catching somebody stealing at Walmart. They be giving these people like you called it a closet to do this. Um, it's like these it's just a little skinny thing and you got a whole group that you bringing in. I'm talking about across multiple body cams. And I do wonder why is it so small? Like is your loss prevention? I I know like they're probably trying to be efficient on their space, but they need to especially if you going to bring the people in there accused of stealing. Now, if they don't have to come in the office the size, okay, fine. But you keep bringing all these people in here. This is a small area. What if they decide to get violent? It don't take a lot. And I'm not saying hurt, but I'm just saying like uh the one where the guy did try to shoot the cop and they just got caught for shoplifting and he he did try to shoot the cop. Like it it does happen. >> The people rang me up. >> Oh, she kept one of them cuz I told her I needed but this the other one cuz I told her the other man was at the house and she got the lady had the receipt for the other. >> This is not from the store. >> No, I returned at this store. That's what I'm telling you. >> Did they give you receipt for the return? No, one of them is up there still left up there. This is the money that she gave me back for my bins. And she got she kept the other receipt because there's nothing else on there. >> You return the bins. >> Yes. And one of them I told she gave. She gave me back the receipt because she returned one more off of it and I told her the other ones at the house. The bins was messed up that I couldn't close them. That's why I returned them. >> So that's why I was going to repay them. like chase after me. I'm like, what? I'm ask I'm talking to the boy at the THE >> NO, SHE WAS BOTHERING ME. SO, I WAS GOING TO go to another restaurant. Are y'all family? >> I'm talking to the boy at the um what's her name? >> The boy at the door. She was telling me that customer service is >> he seen I just went to check out. >> I went to check out. >> Look, when they report things, we got to take a serious walk in. He seen me and her walk in. And he did. >> I ain't never going to come back in here no more. >> We just got to figure out if we even have a crime. And if we do, then we'll handle it accordingly. If not, then everyone who's innocent of everything. >> I'm going I'm depressed. Is my baby? >> I'm very depressed. >> I'm a single mom with two kids. Like, I'm not just saying this. >> It gets on my nerves when they say I'll never come back in here again. I'm First of all, you probably will, but they always say that like, "I'm not stealing. I'll never be back here again." You will. Yes, you will. This is crazy. So where they say we stole something? >> That's what they're reporting. >> Hold on. So they say we took something out the store >> once you cross points of sale. >> No, I just did that bothering her mother cuz she sitting up here bothering me. DAMN. I JUST GOT TO THE REGISTER. LET ME GET MY together and pay for my No, that's me. >> That's your stuff. >> You can take the seat back. >> Oh, and she got the other one. So tell them running back when I came in with my B. Other officers up there now are going to check that out. Make sure we check. >> Wait, they said we took something. >> Yeah. >> How we took something? We still >> We don't know. Like I said, we just got here. We got to figure >> I want to hear what she asked again. The first question was stupid. You know you're in there cuz they said you took something. So that's stupid. But she says she asked that. I hate that the followup question is like you're trying that person is trying to get the cop to think through their line of logic but it's like it it doesn't go with the circumstance like it's it's basically like saying now if you just you know just talking in normal conversation whatever like cuz this is something like I grew up hearing but it's like uh what do I look like doing something like that? That's not a question anybody can answer. Like you were caught though. Like we're we're going on to the next step now. >> Other officers up there now are going to check that out. Make sure >> But they said we took something. >> Yeah. >> How we took something. We just >> We don't know. We like I said, we just got here. We got to figure it out. If someone reports the crime, we take serious. >> Yeah. But you know what I'm saying? Like how did we take something? You get what I'm saying? >> I just had got to keep the receipt for the entire completely full of items. >> No, I just got to the register. That's what I'm trying to let you know. But I was messing with her cuz she helped me get time to take the record. >> Absolutely. They're all >> Okay. Um, did they cast all points of sale? >> They were right here. Right here at the front. This apparently they're going to another register right there, you know. >> But they passed all points of sale. Okay. >> She returned the two pink bins. The two pink bins that are absolutely full of merchandise. >> Wow. And they and they they tried to walk out and then I grabbed them. I grabbed both of their arms and they pulled them back. >> Interesting. >> I was the only one here. I was like, "Oh, this is still that close. Is this the one?" >> Yeah, they're right. >> They're all in the LP office. Look at all the stuff. No, I grabbed them. But it came back. >> This is that part. >> That card alone is 486. >> Okay. >> 486. >> Yeah, they all together. So, you're going to be a filling. >> They were all together. They like split up and then they got all together at the self checkout and then they all tried to walk out. >> They were all good. >> You can watch the video. They were all They were all good. I walked down the aisle when they were doing this. >> Take a couple cars. >> This is a big >> She came She came with this. That's the only thing she came with. >> That's hers. Okay. >> That's her bag. >> This bag, too. >> She came in with the bag with the bag with her >> with this stuff in there. And I was going to do two transactions, but she went to doing all this. I ain't even done even ranking it up. You ain't even letting me finish ranking it up. That's what's so crazy about it. She let get a chance to even rank up. >> Who is this? >> The lady I just I want to say I just came and was going like this. I run off the bins and stuff that's in the trash can in the bins. I was going to pay for that second Okay. >> She came and you see what I'm like, Listen, I just came up here. >> I just came up here. Like, wait. Give me time. >> You get what I'm saying? Give me time. >> Yes. >> So, she's drew out. >> Okay. >> Older sister. >> Like, but I literally for myself. That's what's so crazy about the boy. I don't even know what happened. Me and the lady started arguing up there. Excuse me. >> I was going to do two transactions. >> H >> you said you got something on. >> Oh my gosh. Okay. So, I also don't like selfch checkckout. I see a lot of y'all saying you don't even like selfch checkout. I don't either. It's too much. Like I don't one. You already looking at me to see if I'm going to steal something. I'm nervous cuz I'm not trying to steal and I'm trying to get everything right. So now I'm not paying attention like I should. I also don't like dealing with trying to find the fruit or the vegetable on the dog on thing because they don't have a barcode, you know, and I don't like having to weigh the stuff. None of this. I don't really care for it. And it is always something you probably have to ask for help. I no thank you. I'm good if I don't have to. I hate that some places um like Five and Below. It's It's basically only selfch checkckout now. I don't like it. My god, if I This is crazy. Please, no, ma'am. >> Yeah, please. Cuz I I'll stay out of here cuz I was literally trying to pay for my stuff and I still would like to pay for my stuff. You get what I'm saying? >> 15. >> I'm talking trying to talk to the boy right here, asking him something cuz he was talking to me when we first came in. >> I don't know what the hell was going on. >> Who's What's the Who's the boy? The boy is the door worker. >> Oh, the employee or like the employee >> like Walmart employee or like he's up there right now. The boy I talked to him when I first came in and he I'm just talking to him just now asking him a question. >> Costco. For those of y'all that have ever had a Costco membership recently, I did like a little trial cuz they discounted the year when I used some app my friend sent me to accept her like party invite or something. So, it it was offering stuff from the app's promotion. So that's how I ended up in Costco. I was like cuz I'm waiting in the line. They were like, "Oh no, you just use the thing and you walk through it and it'll scan all your stuff." I was like, "Oh my god, I don't I don't want to do this." And so I'm like I'm looking back like, "Okay." And [laughter] I'm going through that little gate. I'm like, "All right, y'all got everything." I just after I got through the barrier, I just stood there like, "Okay, are we can we really go? Like is this okay?" But I don't uh I don't like things without a trace to them because I just it just depends on who's judging you, putting you in a box that day. I don't like it. >> So, what does that to do with anything? >> That's No, I'm saying that's why I don't know why we was getting stopped cuz I was trying to pay for the stuff. >> You guys were stopped because they reported theft and said that you guys were all involved in it. So, what we're going to do is try to figure out if it's true and if it is true, who's actually the suspect involved and we're going to go from there. Anyone who really truly had nothing to do with anything is going to get cut loose and be on their merry way. >> But the problem is we got four people here >> and we weren't here. So we don't know what's going on. We're trying to pick up the pieces which is what they're all doing right now. Which why you guys are all detained in here right now. >> That's why all that's why I'm saying I'm telling you the truth what I was doing. I can speak for me. >> That's fine. >> You get what I'm saying? >> And I'm going to tell the truth back. It doesn't really matter. It's not up to me. >> So who is it up to? the victim of this alleged crime and what we would or would not have to do. >> So, it all depends, you know, we actually can talk to. Um, >> who can I talk to? >> Who can I talk to? >> Huh? What do you mean? >> Um, I'm just trying to Who can I talk to? >> You're going to have to talk to the judge about that. Okay. >> What? I was literally You can see that I scream. Can I speak to her? Is it okay if I speak? >> Nobody. >> Okay. Is it okay? >> All right. And then we can talk about it. All right. >> Let me read. >> Yeah. Just read all three. >> All right. You listen. I'm going to read you guys your rights. Okay. >> I am required to warn you before you make any statements that you make the following or that you have the following constitutional rights. Okay. >> Everybody everybody got to say yes. Okay. >> All right. You have the right to remain silent and not answer any questions. You guys understand? >> Okay. >> So, tell me what happened. >> Okay. Who want to go first? >> I'll go first. Okay. I just moved. Okay. >> I'm just I'm telling you the truth. I just moved. I was getting me some belongings, some washing stuff cuz I have a whole bunch of clothes that I have to wash up, bathing stuff, my kids something to wear to school. I was I re switched out the bins because the bins that I had, they wasn't no good. It was messed up. >> I just had did a return with my receipts. No store credit, no nothing. >> I did put everything cuz I don't like bags. I just literally had got to there. And she was like, "Oh, let me see." I'm like, "Wait, hold on. Wait a minute. I'm not even finished." You know what? Instead of going through that, I'm go to a register where they can just take out all my stuff and ring it up. She was making it seem like I'm trying to do something when I'm not. I was doing two separate transaction because I was going to do one with cash and one with my card. >> So I went, they can see I went and stopped. You get what I'm saying? She went to bothering me >> towards the door. >> Yeah. I came towards the door cuz she was doing all this. I didn't even have finished ranging up. >> And and what's crazy, she knows. Well, she might not know about the passing the last point of sale. But what's crazy is if you stay in that place in in place, you're not stealing because you haven't moved with any goods. So, you're still where you are supposed to be to pay for your items. So, you trying to move beyond that to leave with items is shoplifting. That's the stealing part. Had you stayed without trying to touch anything and I don't feel like they left the store empty-handed because then they started seeing that they got the other friend first in the red shirt in the back. Um, but yeah, you you are they I don't they're probably gonna say she passed the last point of sale, but yeah, moving towards the exit after you possibly are taking things is never a good move. Never, ever, ever. Look, now look, now y'all ordering Walmart delivery. Y'all a Instacart girly for sure. She's Oh my god. Fashion fashion felonies is is is funny. [laughter] when you going to tell why you were attempting to steal, right? Let's get to that story, Jacqueline. >> I tried not to. I got drugged in there a couple times, but if it was up to me, I'd never have seen Walmart in these last few years. >> I had Andrea. Andrea, that's you. And >> what's your name? Are you Maria? >> I hadn't even finished even, you feel me, ranging up my stuff. I just walked >> to the thing. You get what I'm saying? >> Yeah. You walk towards the door. >> No, I know. Me and her was arguing. So I was doing like this basically bothering her. But I was paying for my I was going to pay for my Huh? >> The employee. >> Yeah. The employee. >> Okay. The employee. >> The employee. >> She was basically when she came to me when I was bringing up I was ready to do true transaction. I was going to do my bins together with my trash can. Then I was going to do my soaps and stuff. Why did you go? >> No, I was going like this. >> We're going to go. Okay, >> so I'm done. So, you three are going to go to county with me. Okay, I got to take you in. Okay, it is charges. All right. >> $929. >> I'm going to listen. >> I was ranking. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Take off the your items cuz it's going to have to go with her. They don't take property over at that. What? You can actually do this. >> They want to press charges. I can't do anything about that. Okay. So, you didn't see me ranking in my stuff. >> You got to talk to the judge about that. Okay. >> So, she didn't see me turn my stuff. >> Turn around. >> Okay. Can I get my Yeah, you're good. Cuz I don't want you to >> Can I just um tell >> No, not right now. You can't call anybody. Okay. Cuz you guys are under arrest. So, just place the phones right down here. Okay. >> I can take my call with >> you. The phones you can go with. >> The only person. She's only 15. So, we need to have someone to come pick her up. >> I'll call my cousin. >> No, we got her mom's uh >> Her mom is coming. That baby breast pump. I That is mine. I can't That's [laughter] not part That's not part of it. >> That's what I'm saying. >> So, y'all didn't see me ranking up. Listen. >> Okay. Listen up. Stop. Stop. Stop. We're done arguing. Listen. Stop. Because the thing about it is if you guys don't start cooperating, I'm going to throw charges for resisting. Okay. Take this stuff out. Put this stuff cuz she's going to her mom's going to have to take that stuff. >> No. My cousin convinced my cousin. I give my stuff to my >> That's perfectly fine. >> I got to go get my kids. Can I >> the more and more I'm watching I can't remember if it was Ashley Jay or Noir Angel that said it but she's definitely the talker the distractor cuz I'm seeing it now every time she's blaming that employee for bothering her. She was bothering that employee trying to distract her. I fully believe this. >> Can I call them >> 204? >> I don't have any gloves. >> Yeah, the phone can go in the your phone. Your personal ID phone driver's license number. >> Yeah. >> Can I write down my number? >> So before I go, I'll have numbers. That way you can call somebody. >> I was just turn around. Take the brace off. >> Bro, I was pan. >> Turn around. >> Take the bracelet off. >> If they're smart and going by the law, they don't even approach you. They don't do nothing till you pass that last point of sale. They got to make sure cuz they don't want to argue about it later. They don't want they just want it to stick. If they get you, you pass that last point of sale. Well, I'm going to assume she did because I don't know if she did specifically. We're not watching footage, but most times I haven't seen anyone approach somebody before they pass the last point of sale. Of course, a lot of them think you're not getting caught stealing them if you haven't gone out the door, but that's not the rule, which those of us that always watch body cams, we know that. But I think shoplifterss who should be educating themselves on how this works aren't educating themselves on this. But yeah, I feel like they allowed her to pass everything before they started approaching her. 14. They see me. >> Listen, you're going to get resisting charges if you don't cooperate. Okay. This is the last warning. All right. >> You're going to have to talk to the judge. Okay. >> They won't press charges. I can't do nothing about that. Turn around. >> He said customer service was somebody. >> Oh my god. My boyfriend is going to kill me. I didn't even do nothing. >> That is my item that I came in here with. More cuffs. >> Uh yeah, >> man. I came in here with that that that breast pump that baby breast pump. >> We're not that pump is not counted. It's not >> What is they talking about? >> They watched everything you guys did the entire store. >> What? >> The breast pump came in the store with you guys. That's not part of it. >> That's mine. I had it. But that's not part of it. That's not part of >> Zach. You're my first three. The only thing I will say is they're going to have footage they can submit to the judge. So the judge then after that may say something different, but they'll have their they love them cameras. We only get to see what we saw. [laughter] >> So yeah, all that stuff can't go cuz they're not going to accept that. So just get my my social and stuff in there, sir. I don't want >> Take the social with you. Get the social. >> Let me see what's in the park. >> Ma'am, you got to chill out. That's it. Come on. Come on. Ma'am, come on. Come on. >> Come on. >> Ma'am, >> you're really making this hard. >> Listen, ma'am. Get off. You can't >> listen. >> Ma'am, get up. >> You're doing this over a retail theft. Come on. >> It's not making no sense right now. You go to court, you talk to them. It's all right. You talk to them at court, >> get released, and then that's about it. All right. >> It's okay. You're making it worse right now. >> Listen to me. Listen to me. Listen to me. This is just going to happen. You're going to go to Listen. Listen to me for a second. You're going to go to jail for the night. You're going to have a bond and you can fight it in court. Okay? >> Stand up. Listen. >> Talk to the judge in the morning. You get out. >> Thank you. Get up. Come on. [laughter] >> Now, she was walking real fast and fine out that door when that cop had to go pull her back inside. Right now she can't walk. Now we got problems. Noir her her body is a resistance in itself for them not to be able to, you know, pick her up and stuff cuz you know, they'll they'll try to drag some uh but yeah, she's that is she cuz she did get a um resisting without violence charge among her other charges too. But yeah, she it's too much. And he said all this over retail theft. Like it's not the worst, especially depending on the amount. The title says felony. I got to see again if they list the charges, if they say the amount because what I was looking up, if it's under $750, it's not a felony for this state. And also, it depends on how the cops decided to charge them cuz sometimes they'll do a conspiracy to commit theft or something like that. And that's when they take everybody's total and everybody gets charged with that total. But it seems like they're charging them per thing that they had with them. So the lady with the breast pump or whatever she had that she paid for in her other stuff, they'll count that for her. Then you have whatever she had in her basket, they'll count that for her, which I think at one point they said like $400 and something dollars like that. So it just depends on how how they charge it. So if this is a misdemeanor, she's doing a lot. Step up. Let me help you. Now she's getting relax. It's not It's not a big deal over this. It's retail. >> No, it don't matter. >> Come on. >> Let's go. >> It don't make no sense. He's doing this for just making it worse than what he needs. >> I was paying for my stuff. >> That's why you just tell the court cameras and you good. All right. sit. Take a seat. >> You don't have anything on you. >> It's all right. We'll transport you up there. You can put it in. >> Just take a seat. >> Get in the car. >> All right. Take a seat. Take a seat. >> Just fart on yourself. >> Come on. >> It's all right. >> It's okay. It's all right. Take a seat. >> Take a seat. Take a seat. Watch your head. >> Watch your head. You're going to >> Come on. Sit down. >> Put your Just put your feet in. >> Put your feet in. Put your feet in, ma'am. >> They're coming with you, so it's not a big deal. >> You're going to be in the court. >> I was paying for myself. >> Just tell them in court, ma'am. >> Tell them in court. You need to go to court over this. >> You be talking about court. You said what? >> You're just being charged. You're not convicted. >> It's not saying that you're guilty. You're going to be charged with it. You're going to go to court. >> You're going to be going to court and then you just let them know, hey, listen. I was with these people. I was with these people >> and I paid for my items. >> All right. >> I've been nice. >> This is uh Burton. >> Uh just let her know that uh she's been trespassing. So you're going to be trespassing the property. If you come by with be >> Sergeant Curtis will be proud of the tactical buns. >> [laughter] >> What? So what what I what I do with my stuff that I had? It's down here. >> Stuff they have. She's going to take that stuff. Okay. That can't go to county with you. >> Whose phone is down? >> Uh whose phone is that? >> Which one? Okay. So we'll take >> it. You want to take it up there? >> Okay. >> You going to take it with you? Okay. >> Um your car down here to the left. >> Two of them are in first car. that night, >> bro. It wasn't even us, dog. It was her. I should have just left everything, sister, and left. It was her. I pray to God my baby daddy. Get me out. Tell her can she I got the money, sis, bro. >> You guys getting air back there? >> Yes, sir. Going to try to get some air back there for >> Oh, can you make sure my folk were my property, please? >> Let me let me >> It was her. It was even the car. My little cousin got the keys. You told us. I got a [ __ ] come get me. It wasn't even us. You heard me, bro. I was going to rain. You heard me? Yeah. I was on Wednesday. >> No, I can't do this. >> No, I need the ambulance. >> What? >> I can't do this. [snorts] >> I need the I need the ambulance. >> I'm already going through. What you think we going to get? If it's petty, they'll go hard for us. >> Wait, she said a total. Hold on. Now, I did my stuff based on a misdemeanor cuz I I know that the title said felony, but I didn't hear the amount the first time around. >> If it's py, baby. I feel like she said $900 cuz the limit was $750. >> So you guys going to be trespass. >> Okay, I'm going to repeat it. You guys are trespassed for the property and not allowed to come back for 2 years. Do you understand? >> Okay, >> you're good to go. I know how his face looked. I knew I I think I went to school with him if I ever see that on the street. >> They are facing charges of retail theft, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and resisting arrest without violence. >> See how they didn't say like a felony? They just said retail theft. So, I went with the safer choice. All right. So, let's see here. I'm sorry, y'all. Don't bring [laughter] the chat to Oh my gosh. Okay, so first charge, retail theft. I put it I decided to choose the first degree misdemeanor route. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant knowingly obtained, used, or attempted to obtain or use the store's property. The defendant intended to temporarily or permanently deprive the store of its rights to to or benefit from the property or appropriate appropriate the property for herself or someone who was not entitled to it. Possible sentencing up to one year in jail and a possible fine of up to $1,000. I was going to say the Northeast, I don't know if it was New York, Jersey, somewhere in there, even if you're still in small amounts, they they they log it and they let you go with the misdemeanor, but they give you points like driving driver license type points and you hit a certain point, you could steal $5 worth of stuff and you about to get a felony charge because of the frequency of what you were doing. Yeah, she regressed for sure. Okay, so next charge. Contributing to the delinquency of a minor, prosecutors generally must prove the defendant knowingly committed an act that caused, tended to cause, encouraged, or contributed to the 15-year-old becoming a delinquent child or knowingly tried through through an act, threat, command, or persuasion to induce her to engage in conduct that would cause or tend to cause that result. The person involved was a child under 18 years old and you can get up to one year in jail and a possible fine of up to $1,000 and resisting arrest without violence that she can get up to one year in jail and a possible fine of up to $1,000. And that if that's it it that's why they keep stealing. I'm not saying it should be too crazy on, you know, the the charges on stealing or the punishment for stealing, but if it's low enough and then that's usually they get downgraded from when they do come back and give us something to say what happened. So, it's not a lot of motivation to not steal for some people. One on all. Okay. So, guilty on all. I thought Walmart employee said $1,000 and something. She probably did. I went with my safe route and I didn't say felony, but I heard $900 at the end when I was watching it with y'all and then I'm sure if you heard it wow, somebody said $1,000 at some point in the video. So, yeah. I mean, again, the title said felony, but I just didn't have enough when I was watching to go ahead and put it that way. But, all right. Yes. And this is it. I'll for sure see y'all by next Saturday, if not sooner. But, man, a lot of stuff is taking up time lately. So, not guilty of Candace. All right, I'll play your going to jail song on the way out. Let me get this. I had the echo. I had to go back and take that out from last time. I I didn't I don't hear the echo on my end until I play it back. So, I apologize for everybody had to listen to that echo yesterday. Places like Dollar Tree don't bother with calling cops very often. It costs more going to court. I can believe it. I I believe it. They should just maybe Well, I don't want to say I don't want to encourage it. Never mind. I'm not going to say it. All right, y'all. Have a great rest of your Sunday and I'll see you soon. Bye.
