All right, mic check. Okay, we're good. Okay. Um, we are doing possibly three videos, keeping this pretty short. Um, if you don't like talking, links to the videos will be in the description box. I do not take offense. All right, so first one up, we're doing Entitled Woman Refuses to Pay Her Own Tab at Hilton Hotel. Here we go. Are you going to pay my bill or not? On November 10th, 2025, officers were dispatched to the bar at the Hilton Hotel in response to a report of a woman refusing to pay her bill. All right, Simona. All right, Simona. I'm I'm just enjoying myself. I don't want to go I'm I'm okay. I have a little bit of I'm just trying to get this gentleman to go home and sleep with me. Would that be okay? Well, we need you to pay the bill right now. Let's >> pay the bill when I'm ready. Well, you're not eating. Like they said, they're closing up. >> What is the plan for tonight? You'd like it to take me to jail, prison, or >> Well, I don't I don't want to. I want you to I want you to pay for your bill so we can go about our day. >> You're not going to get me used to that life. I've I've suffered enough. Yeah, we're trying to turn a civil matter into not being a criminal matter. So, I'll just ask you, do you have means of paying me? Because as of this point, it looks like >> your business. Well, it kind of is our business. >> they close, no, it's not. It's not. And I'm not interested. Can we call somebody who can pay for your bill, ma'am? Yeah. Thank you. I'll give him a call. Okay. Well, if he asks me to call, I'll pay my bill. Is there somebody I can call? >> So, I have a question. What would you do if you were me in a situation where you went to dinner, your friend said she would provide her credit card over the phone, and they're not doing so? What did you say? Well, that's dumb. My friends wouldn't say wouldn't leave me in that kind of position. My friends would give me a gift card to my favorite restaurant or they would have already prepaid for the restaurant, but they wouldn't say, "Hey, go ahead and go and at some point I'll call and give them my information over the phone so you can enjoy your meal." That's not happening. Either we're going together or they've already gifted it to me. So, yeah. And it's she's she's a very annoying. I'll take down the friend's information. Your friend never showed up. You're the one that sent them in here. >> I came to dinner. I had dinner. She said she was going to pay for my dinner. This just sounds like a really bad friend. But for for our >> really bad friend. So, if I give you her address and phone number, can you go talk to her? >> No, ma'am. It's not the way it works. For right now, you can figure your friend's situation out afterwards. Right now, I need you to pay for your bill so we can move along. We have a busy night tonight. I just want to get So, what do you want me to do? Do you want me to buy Louis Vuitton or do you need me to buy Versace? Take the Versace. >> No, I just need a form of payment so we can get this bill taken care of. >> I I have a form of payment. If you can't pay a bill for your meal, I think well, that's what they do. This is this is just like that scammer that Becoming Anna whatever it was. They come and I this is a horrible outfit in my opinion, but you know, people that are only they like labels. I guess they don't care, but this looks stupid to me. But she came there I guess she was going to point out what she was wearing and of course she has the money, but this is the principle. Pay the bill and leave. That's all that needs to be done. Yeah, love what Corrie says a lot she made up. I don't believe she had a friend to tell her that. That's true, too. Which yeah, she there's no friend cuz she even turns to the guy well, you'll see. Y'all will see. Do you want me to buy you a gift certificate? You want a coin? A couple of coins out of my bag? Do you have a credit card or a debit card? I actually don't because it was stolen. Okay, do you have cash? I have $10. Okay. >> And then I can give you a Mexican coin and two other >> How about you call somebody who can pay for your bill? I did and they're not answering. So, can I provide you with that person's information? Then you can go to their home and ask them to pay it. No, ma'am. We got to figure something out. We got to figure something out. >> Okay, so what do you want? Do you have some kind of electronic payment you could give them? Do you have Apple Pay? Zelle, Apple Pay? Cash App? I should, right? I don't know, do you? Jay, can you do me a favor and give me your credit card number and pay my bill? Please. I can't sleep cuz I'm not in jail tonight. I'm not in the mood. at um the Hilton. Sure. I don't care about the hotel. The one in the Waldorf. It's not funny. It's not funny at all. Can you please pay my bill? Okay, I have spending the night in jail again. I Do you want to send one She said I'm not spending the night in jail again. Do we even think she called her dad? I don't think she called her dad. I saw her screen where it didn't look like she called somebody, but either her dad is as delusional as she is so he plays along or she just called some random person. One of your friends is spending the night in the car with me. They could do that. I'm not spending the night in jail again. It's an off. We're not doing one day on and one day off. Instead of your [ __ ] [ __ ] Danny, pay my bill. Oh, maybe she said Danny? Instead of cuz she said we're not on one night and one night off. Maybe she said Danny. Pay my bill. Are you Are you going to pay my bill, sir? Sir. Ma'am, he doesn't want to. Let him enjoy his food. >> to him. I'm not talking to you. Okay, well, he doesn't want to talk to you either. Let him enjoy his food. He certainly did when he walked over to table. >> anymore. Okay, so can you pay my bill and I'll pay you back? >> No, ma'am. That's not the way it works. >> Why? You need to figure this situation out. >> police officer? Ma'am. And Do you have a way to pay for it? What would you like? Do you want my wallet? Take the wallet. No, they want a form of payment. Do you have Do you have any money? I don't have a form of payment. Do you want my You don't have a form of payment? Is that what it's going to be? No, but so okay. So I have a question. By law, what would you do right now if your friend promised to pay your bill and take you out for your birthday over the phone and they were not able to do so? >> about right now, okay? Okay, I You you dined somewhere. You need to pay your bill. If you can't pay the bill, then you will be arrested, okay? And I don't I don't want that to >> arrested? for being 5 hours late >> And Because you're stealing and it seemed like you you planned to steal. Oh my gosh. April Arion said, "Why is she running up a tab without money?" I think she thought that that guy or a guy was going to pay for it. Why would you come broke? That's my question. But I think she thought somebody was going to cover it. She's probably done this before. She said she's been in jail before, so that will say don't do it again cuz it probably didn't work the first time. But it's like she just thought someone was going to either There's a again, that Anna Sorokin girl, is that her name? But the way she acted, she fooled a lot of actual rich people into giving her money because she pretended to be as if she had it, but she was just waiting on a wire. And I feel like she thought she could do this, too, and and it's not working. stuffed >> Right. It's not stuffed because I Okay, here. Huh? Call I I can give you a number of my father. Okay. Call him and he will provide credit credit card information. Just because your friend invited you here for dinner. >> Right. But she didn't show up. Right. You you still ordered food and drink. >> Right, and she said she would cover it over the phone. As a gift to me. >> No, because that would be your personal responsibility at that point. What am I supposed to do in that situation by law, sir? I can't just >> Well, it's it's not it's not a law thing. It's a personal responsibility thing. >> Right. So, I can't just walk out of here. It was a theft of services because you had already consumed the food. Okay, but what if I give you and provide you with an address and credit card information to where my father lives and my mailing address and there you can get all of my information? You're not a criminal. I'm not. Right. And I'm but I am also not a thief. So, what does one do? You are a thief. And I feel like you're a pre-planned thief. You are. How you got $10 to your name wearing you say Versace? That's what I don't I just I can't stand people like this. I cannot stand them. They're a waste of time, a waste of space, a waste of oxygen to me. I'm so sorry. I cannot stand people like this. in this situation. So, I can give you a number to where my family lives, my billing and my mailing address, and where you can go We will give you every opportunity to try to contact somebody. >> I'm not going to sit in jail tonight. It's not healthy for me. Well, that's why we're giving you opportunities to call people right now. >> Okay, right. So, nobody's answering the phone right away. But, I can provide you with mailing addresses, billing addresses, and family No one wants addresses. This is not a credit check. You have to have [clears throat] the phone. And no one I don't think any sane person is going to believe that your friend is the one that did this. You did this. Um I saw somebody's thing. What did it say? Yeah, Love was the one that said you're a thief and a liar. American born. I do think that she thinks that she has pretty privilege and she may have it in certain spaces, but it ain't pulling nothing for her on this night cuz I also Yes, that and that goes back to I think she thought somebody was going to cover it for her like just a random person because some of course somebody's going to pay for it. Again, you're not a We're not going to drive the car for you. So what are you my guardian? Yeah, no because right now we're here to investigate a crime. It's not a crime. Yes, it is. No, it's not because I'm not saying I don't want to pay I'm inviting you I'm explaining the situation to you. I'm telling you so for example there's people that don't pay their credit cards. There's people that don't pay their medical bills. Do you go to their house every single time that somebody misses a payment for a credit card or a medical bill? They're not creditors. This is you I'm still amazed that this is still how it's done because the fact that you do get to eat before you pay is a you know it's a social trust that you're going to pay after cuz you you your belly's full at this point. But no, there's no there's no buy now pay unless you want to do a firm may you know, they should have said that. Okay, how about you use a firm or a >> [laughter] >> What's the famous one where people be putting stuff into installments? Maybe you could do that. All right. Can I Can I You want me to talk to someone? So somebody doesn't pay their taxes on time. Somebody doesn't pay their credit card bill on time. Somebody is late on their mortgage payment. Somebody is late in paying their car payment. We are giving you the opportunity for an out. I can't I can't believe this is her actual logic. I just have to believe she's playing crazy. That's what it is. Thank you, Klarna. Klarna was the one I was thinking of. And they are talking too much. She's not going to pay. She doesn't She wants to pretend like she doesn't understand how it works to eat out. She just needs to go. Wrist jewelry, it's time to come out. Well, I want you to keep trying calling people. Stop talking to us. Try to find a solution. Well, no, because there I don't know the law, but there has to be an exception >> Ma'am, you have you have two options. You pay the bill or you go to jail. These are your options. Try to figure it out. We're giving you options. >> So, when somebody doesn't make their credit card payment on time >> I I I don't want to talk to you any further about credit card bills. You have two options. You pay your bill or you go to jail. So, make some phone calls. I don't care who you call. I wanted you to call someone who can pay the bill. Okay. And you know >> I've been I've been Listen, Simona, I've been I've been patient with you this whole time. We need to figure out a solution to this. I'm not going to stand here all night. Could you please pay my bill tonight? Do you want me to talk to him? Yeah. Sir, Mario Prosper Heights Police Department. I'm with Simona here. Um she she needs to pay a bill and she stated that you're able to provide means to pay for her $66 bill. We're dealing with a criminal matter. All right. He's not paying for your bill. You want to call someone else? >> like to pay it? No, I would not like to pay your bill. Why? Ma'am, keep calling. Stop talking to me and keep calling. I've been patient with with you for way too long. Let's figure out a situation. Want to call mom or dad? Are you going to pay my bill or not? And she is so icky. She's talking to this stranger demanding he pays her bill as if he promised he would. That's weird. And she said earlier he didn't have a problem coming to my table and talking to me. That's still not a commitment to pay a bill. So sorry. Now, I don't know what he saw when he came to your table to talk to you, but that's neither here nor there. But, that's not a promise that he's going to pay your bill. I'd be I wouldn't even be sitting there anymore. I would have moved to the other side of the bar. I'm not I'm not mhm I'm not doing it. He They said it was $66? Priorities. You want to look up the law with me? No, I don't. I want >> in law school. Okay, I want to figure out a way for you to pay for your bill, and that's what I want to do. I need to use the bathroom. We're not doing that anymore. No, I have to pee. We're not doing that. You can pee at the jail if you can't pee right now. >> I'm not going to jail. You got it. It's not It's not You're not going to get me used to that. You're not I cannot. >> I've never met you before. I need you to pay for your bill. >> I ask I You're You're in law enforcement, right? So, what is the law when somebody is promised to be taken out to dinner Yeah, one last chance. and then have that paid I don't have a jail. Okay, you have one >> don't have the law You don't have a jail. Weird. Okay, the law is you have to use your own common adult sense and understand to be ready to cover something for the imaginary friend that said they were going to pay for you, but they didn't just get you a gift card. They were going to call over the phone and give their credit card. Okay. Okay, that's that's what we're going to believe. That paid for it. One last chance for what? I don't know who I'm going to call. Don't do that. >> Get up. And on your back. Get up. Let's go. Okay, hey. Uh-uh. Uh-uh. Uh-uh. We're not going to resist. We're not going to add more charges, okay? No, that's fine. All right, I'm going to lock them so they don't get tightened up on you, okay? Is this all your stuff, ma'am? I'll put it in your purse. She also alluded to prostituting like one of her first two lines at the beginning of the video cuz she had said it's not like or she said something like if he had taken me home, he would have paid for it. It was something like that. So, I'm like do you normally trade services like this? What's going on here? Um Let me see. I saw one. Lovable Scorpio said, "This is my second time watching this, and she is irritating me more today than she did the first time I've seen it. Yes. Oh, and 12 Mina Love, she said I'm spoiling y'all cuz I'm here again. Let me tell you what, I'm procrastinating on something I'm actually supposed to be doing right now. So, if you see me right now, >> [laughter] >> I was procrastinating on a responsibility. Do you have anything on you that we should know about right now? No. Okay. Okay. Have a seat. Come on, have a seat. All right, I'm going to reach over just to get the seat belt. Do you want to lean back for me? Just lean back for me. I'm going to reach over to get a seat belt. All right, one female per seat from my location to the station. Starting mileage is 111433. All right, Ramona. Have a seat for me right here, Ramona. Is it negative? All right, go ahead and have a seat for me right here. Oh, no, no, I didn't. Oh, okay. >> [laughter] >> Um All right, uh one layer of clothing, no earrings, no necklaces. Um shoes If you want to keep your shoes on, take the shoelaces off. Um we'll go from there, okay? Okay, what am I here for? Um theft, ma'am. I didn't steal anything. I provided you with an address and a place to pay back the bill and that type of You have your chance to speak your side of the I don't want to sit in jail. This is not for me. We'll try to get you out of for you today and apparently it's for you in the past cuz she said, "I don't want to go to jail again." So, this actually is for you. You seem very familiar with it. It is giving parrot. That is what this outfit is giving. I was I was sitting there thinking to myself I was I said it look like Toucan Sam or as y'all would call it Toucan Sam. She does she's giving very much bird right now. Here as soon as we can, okay? When is that? As soon as we get our paperwork done. Okay, so is that tomorrow morning? Tonight? I don't want to sleep here. >> No, it'll be a couple hours depending on how busy we are. >> Okay, but I haven't done anything wrong. Well, like I said, you can say your side of the story. a situation that is very explanatory. Seems like you just need to make better relationships with different people. >> seem like I'm in a very tough situation. The woman was charged with theft and was issued a trespass warning prohibiting her from returning to the Hilton. She's going to go somewhere to steal again. Okay. This is the one y'all saw in the thumbnail. I had to give you time to come in here, okay? Cuz we have to watch this together. Oh my gosh. All right, the title says police surprise customer after he refuses to pay for a lap dance. Here you go. for free. The director of was we're not going to force it on him. I just want to point out it is 1:16 p.m. on this day for this body cam. Yeah, I can't find it. I couldn't see it, but I I didn't remember seeing it after. There's something. Here's the officers. Tell him that he won't pay the $40. We have him on video. He did threaten all of us. It's So, you'll take care of it. I gave the young lady $40. What's that? I gave the young lady $40. I advanced her. I might be wrong, man. And I am wrong. Okay, you are wrong. No, no, no, no, no, hold on, hold on, hold on. No, no, no, no, listen. We're not doing this. >> $200 I hate that trait in people that think they're about to explain something that's so deep and they're just about to lie to your face or not make sense, but they don't cut you off from getting to the point and getting the business taken care of. I hate that. to advance her. She said she don't do that. Okay. So, when she left Where's your ID? and I came back, that's it. Okay. Do you have an ID? Yeah, we scanned it. We scanned his ID. You got your ID? This is where you walk to the stone. >> licenses. Walk to the stone. Come on. What do you got? He owes another 40. He gets the passes. >> [music] >> Okay. Okay. Noir Angel asked, "Advance her how?" When I tell you I had this question the whole time. I'm like, "If you advance her, you wouldn't owe money. And if you cuz he's going to say she didn't want the advance." And he keeps saying it was like $200 or something, but she didn't want it. But they're saying you owe $40 or whatever he owes. So, that means you should have at least $200 on you cuz you tried to advance her $200 and she declined apparently. So, just give them the $40. Does he have $40? Of course not. All right, here's what's going to happen. Um Pay him up. You're done. Otherwise, this is just we're going to go to the state's attorney's. We're going to get a warrant for your arrest. Okay. No problem. Okay. You're going to do the warrant? Yeah, I'll do the warrant. Okay. Just $40? We're going to have I'm I'm getting a warrant for more than that. That's just cuz of drugs. I don't do drugs. Yeah, I'm from Chicago. I know. Yeah. I know. Right. Is this your first time here at this place? No, this is my second time. It is different management, man. >> Okay. It be a big dude, that's good. So, if management was the same, would you magically have the $40 in your pocket then? Cuz there's no There's nothing to complain about with management. This is about you not managing your funds. Ladon, wait till you hear about that head on his head. Wait till you hear about that. Um I saw one other one. T-Robert said he's getting it in early. Early bird gets the worm, I guess. >> [laughter] >> And it's not something to be proud of. Talking about he went He had warrants or whatever. He went to jail for uh attempted murder and drugs. Okay. That is a rule. I don't know who he is. Right. I guess he needs money. I can donate money to him, but I really don't have it right now. It's what I was saying. Right. I don't have If it's a different $40, I'll give him the $40 and sign the back of the check. But I don't I gave him $40. Okay. I I'm to God. Ask the man. Ask the young man. But he's saying that it's Young man, did I give you $40? That it's 80 total. That's what he's saying. Oh, he had the first 40. He didn't have the second 40 for the second lap dance. I would donate money. I would donate money. I don't have no donate money. Hey. Two dances, $40 per song. So sit right there. How you know about that? It's right there. >> [laughter] >> No, I'm not I had a And listen, if the young lady is trying to work, it's her money ultimately. I was wrong. I advanced her. I said, "I need you to $200." Yeah, no, I know. Yeah, yeah. And she said, "No." So, that was it. Yeah, but So, had she said yes, you would have at least another $160 on you. So, why don't you have the remaining 40 now if she declined the $200? He makes no sense. If it was two dances and it's young lady's money. >> two dances. Okay. It wasn't. It wasn't. Now, I'm going to lie to you. All right. This is I'm going to go to court. We're going to be getting a warrant for your arrest. So. Yeah, I had pistol warrants. I had all kinds of warrants. Okay. Attempted murder warrants. I had everything, man. But this is a I'm I'm from the South Side of Chicago. I had all kinds of it. But this is a $40 I ain't going to let him claim y'all South Side of Chicago. I ain't going to let him represent y'all like that. This okay. He will not represent y'all. And then what does that have to do with you right now? And watch how he switch up. Watch how he switch up later when the rest really come. Lap dance warrant. That's what I'm talking about. Like is it really worth You know what I'm saying? >> No, they going to stop me because I'm also secure. Okay. I I I have PTSD. >> [music] >> Yeah. And bipolar. Are you working today or not because you got your >> [music] >> Oh, that's a fur for the for the women. Oh. That's a crime. I mean, I'm schizo. I got schizophrenia, too. >> [laughter] >> I mean, look. I'm not laughing at him. I was laughing at y'all in the chat. That is not having those things, if he actually has it, does not have anything to do with you having money in your pocket and tricking somebody because you don't actually have it. T Rob says she could have lap danced the color off his pants for $160. That's what I was laughing at. He catfished Yes, he financially catfished Ashley J. That's exactly what it is. Right. It's all schizo. Yeah. I thought the woman was going to dance for $200. But you know, she's trying to make a living, too, and if it's $40 Yeah, but if it's only $40 for the the two dances I gave her $40 for the dance. But they're saying it was two. We're saying it was two. >> her I gave her $400 for the dance. 40. 40 40. Yeah, 40. 400. I gave her $40 for the dance, but I was asking her action. I know. I know. Didn't work, so I'm gone. Yeah. I thought he wanted to do you guys for free. So that's it? I don't know. Okay. I just got here. I'm late to the party. How do they run these places like this? The mob? Masonic? Is it a Masonic mob or >> I have no idea. I don't know how to You would see him. For free. Just feel it yourself. For money. Yeah. So I got two daughters. One day you get adopted and somebody want to sell you later. Shut the hell up. You were willing to buy it. Go bring your daughters into this nasty conversation. You were willing to buy it. So who's wrong? Oh, nasty broke I'm going to call him a heifer. I thought I was going to say nasty broke heifer. Is it illegal for that? I don't know. What would you do? If somebody was selling your daughter. Somebody was selling my daughter? Yeah. Uh we would probably have words. Words don't go nowhere. Well, we we have we definitely having words. I apologize to you, sir. It's fine. I don't have I don't have no problem. Okay. So that's it? >> [music] >> He he didn't He didn't give you the money, right? I don't know. He gave me $40 $40 for what I Okay. He didn't want to pay. Come on, girl. Come on, girl. I appreciate the hand sanitizer on the counter. Just want to say, you know. Listen. My sergeants are out there looking to take you to jail for effective services. He's out there looking at the statute right now. Which is silly to me. And he's saying I'm not taking you to jail. And my car out here too. >> That's what I'm saying. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. So I'm looking at a civil suit again. What I'm thinking is giving them 40 bucks back. >> I don't have $40. >> You don't even have an extra 40 on you? >> No, I don't, man. I don't. All right, I'm just trying to look out for you cuz like I don't have $40. >> to jail. He's talking about You know what I mean? How can you take somebody to jail if she leave? If she leave? What do you mean if she leave? She got up and left, man, out the room. Okay. She got up and left out the room. You can see it. She came out the room. Yeah, did she leave after the second lap dance? She left the room two songs. $40 per song. >> [laughter] >> Man, um Noir Angel said, "Oh lord, now he's the moral police while in a strip club. Sir ghosted out." Right. T Robert said he's actually getting a discount. A lap dance in Cali is $200 for two songs and you got to prepay. I think they all should make them prepay. Because this is the thing, too. The people that work there, those dancers that work there, they don't want to be around you. This is literally their occupation. They It is just so they can financially support themselves. You are not You are not a prize to anybody. And even if you may have been, which he's obviously not, but I'm just saying even if he may have been, I don't think they necessarily want to meet their person at the places they work. I know it happens sometimes, but But yeah, I just There It's just like a waitress, it's not the same, but I'm about to water it down. It's like a waitress is waiting for you to get up from the table. Like, I've served you, you had all your stuff, you had your dessert. Please clear out so I can get my next customers and keep making my tips. Nobody cares about your personality. >> [laughter] >> Which is also trash, but I'm just saying he thinks he can talk them up. That He thinks, you know, he's a charmer. two or three times. Okay. If you look at the tape. >> Okay. So, from your understanding, like she wasn't even there for the full song. No. Okay. >> not there for the full song. Okay. But, you see what I'm saying? If they pull If my sergeant pulls up that video and he says, "Look, she was in there for two songs." Whatever they do now. I'm I'm I'm off the opinion that this cuz I came out here to try to help myself. Yeah. >> And have a good time. Now, it's like that. Now, my car got to get towed. >> Well, that's what I'm saying. >> I I just had to bond my car. So, how much is that off? Uh 300? How much sense does this make? First of all, the the woman cop is trying to talk sense into a box of rocks, but she's trying. She asked him a direct direct question, "What's going to happen when we play the footage back and you had a lap dance for two songs? Now, it's I'm trying to get myself together. I'm trying to get myself together." Whatever. Whatever. >> [laughter] >> Oh, the other thing, sorry. I didn't mean to get that loud in the microphone. But, the other thing is So, your dumb ass would not pay the $40 that you owe that woman, but you would get your car towed that I know of is usually a a minimum of $100 a day or so, no matter if you get it the same day or not, plus possible bail or bond, plus possible court fees. Doesn't make sense. I don't even know, but that's what I'm saying. >> up then. All right, just lock me up. I don't think it's worth all that, is what I'm saying. Cuz some people are going to get they ass whooped cuz that was [ __ ] man. You know, if I was a gangster, a big-time dude, and I tell you this and then you wouldn't do it, right? I know. >> No, but God honest the truth, right? Well, we're trying to help resolve this situation. >> Right. I'm telling I paid him $40. Now, he's going to take $200 for my car. Now, he take it for I got a bond out of I had to bond out of I bond >> That's what he's looking up now. Yeah, yeah. So, let it just let it happen then. Just let it happen, man. All right. Again, he said just let it happen. Earlier he was like, I've had war I've had pistol warrants. I've never heard of a pistol warrant. But he said I've had pistol war warrants. He said He didn't say a attempted murder. He said tempted murder. Like he was tempted to He said drugs. So you know he he real casual about go ahead and take me. But that is dumb. Yes, love with Scorpio said now you have to pay a stupid tax. Right. Cuz I I was dumb enough to come here in the first place. So it's all my fault. It's all my fault. And if you see him in public, man. Well, that's not Seriously, man. And that don't make sense. I paid him $40. Okay. You're facing getting another charge, right? This man, I just realized he makes me want to scream if Johnny had two apples. 40 * 2 dances. If Johnny had two apples, that's what he makes me want to scream. I just realized that's the urge I've had. >> [laughter] >> No, he's he says he's not paying the 40. All right. I gave him $40, Arnie. All right, sir. Trump tax money. I'll deal with it. Silly. You got any weapons we need to know about? Yeah, I got a couple of guns. You do? Yeah, AR. Where are they at? >> I'll let you find One day you going to find. Okay. They're not in the car. Right now? Soon as Donald Trump make it known you going to find. Hey, you don't like Yep. Now now he got weapons. Now he now now he mad for what he asked for. He over here pre-planning the the towed car, his civil lawsuit, and everything else. But now you mad. You got what you asked for. Don't take me. I'll I'll get a warrant. No problem. I've I've already had a lot of warrants. I got two ARs. $40. You know what I'm saying? This is silly for $40. Oh, yes, Lord. I just need the victim info and the video. I'll take them and I'll do the paperwork. If it's a funky law, to whoever put in the chat earlier, pay the funky 40, man. Got more big machine gun. You got a big machine gun, huh? Okay. AR. Don't go in my pocket for my money, man. K dinero, what money? The whole point on why we're here is cuz you won't pay the $40. Now you saying don't go in my pocket for my money. How much is in his pocket? Cuz this is stupid. Well, I'mma guess probably $10 like the last lady and most. I want to make sure my money straight. >> Yeah, your money's right there. Everything is So, see this? He's got a recorder with everything's all recorded right now. Count it out on the camera, officer. I want to know how much money is in his pocket. [laughter] Okay. So, you're fine. Bro, you got 40 bucks right there. You could have just paid it. Yeah, I gave him $40, you know? Dang. They said he got another 40 on him. Just a box of rocks. It's a lab. It's a lab. All right. All right, thank you guys. I'm sorry to call you guys out. It's okay. Oh, y'all, I don't know how we missed it, but I don't know if somebody caught it. Earlier, when they said, uh, she was like, you know, I see your job, you got the hat. And he said, oh, I just I just wear this for show. >> [laughter] >> He don't have no construction job. That's what I was waiting on Ladonna for this is him to say that, but I guess it kind of breezed past it this time. He don't No, he wore that for show to act like he had an occupation. $40 man? Calm down man. Stop doing me like that. Don't resist. >> Over $40 man? Don't get more charges. You had the opportunity to pay the $40 and we wouldn't be in this situation. >> Over $40 man? Man, why you holding me like that? Cuz I'm a [ __ ] No. Yeah. Thank you. That's all you had to do is let me know. I won't GET IN THE CAR. >> ALL you had to do is pay the $40 and $40 man? Got to grab me for no $40 man. You're acting squirrely right now. So hop up there. Give me a minute. I got my car over there too. Okay. Over $40 Don't push my arm man no more man. Watch it. What you going to do man? Funky [ __ ] Yeah ass. Told them stop putting you in like this. Took my cousin. Briana, yeah they took your cousin. He got a name tag on that hat. I was trying to see what it say. I see a A N C E and then the last name Lewis L E W I S. I was trying to catch He He don't even have a job. Remind you he does not have a job. He has a name taped on that hat. Too much. I'm just going to book him on the misdemeanor. It was Terrence. Terrence Lewis. Yeah. Let him process him. Cut him loose. Yeah. All right. You kind of got to keep the standard going, you know. I'm going to come here and I can't stand Steve Sledge. You know you can't. Steve Sledge, yeah. You FaceTime, that'd be another charge. $40. I'm going to give Wiki a year so he can get you a uh a civil suit charge too. Hey you punk [ __ ] Don't you grab me no more, man. You hear me? Honky [ __ ] You hear me? Do you hear me, honky [ __ ] It's always a sign. Okay. I can't believe this [ __ ] I'm going to be doing something else. If it wasn't for these HONKY [ __ ] RIGHT? YES, [ __ ] Civil suit, yeah. $40. Shoot, I put him in that [ __ ] club, yeah. You shouldn't have never You should have whooped his ass at the door. What's wrong with me? You should have beat the [ __ ] out of him at the door and jumped in your car and drove off. He's talking in second person, though, our angel. Because he didn't say Terrence should have. He said you should have. I think that's second person, but he is talking to himself, though. Uh Positive Queen on Purpose said maybe he was expecting it to be free. Mhm. He He was. He was. Positive She said they fixing to put hands and feet on him. Yeah, they always tough then, Ace Moon Child, every time. Now they in the back, so you you can say all you want to say now. What's wrong with me? Mama said what's wrong with me. Damn. He should have beat the [ __ ] out of him at the door, man. I could not believe this now. I'm fixing to go crazy with these cops out here, dude. I'm fixing to go so crazy. After you paid them. You paid them. Honky mother It wasn't a BOGO, though. It It buy one get one. It was $40 * 2. You paid them for the first song and not the second song. That's on you. Cuz I want to fight. That's why they want you to be Muslim, Chance. That's why they want you to be Muslim. Mother keeps scratching. It was when you open this door, I'm going to try to kick you in your face. Officer, you had to lock me up for $40. Hey, do you hear me? Sir, sir, do you hear me? Did you have to lock me up for $40? I stay in Elgin, man. I stayed in Elgin for 2 years. I stayed in Aurora for 5 years. Did you have to lock me up for $40? Come on, don't scratch. What you think you're going to scratch? The man was arrested and charged with theft of services. Drop your up I was wondering what it would be. Theft of services makes sense to me. He received the service. He did not pay for it. Again. Oh my gosh. Nobody wants to deal with you. It was only for their occupation that they have to deal with you. You are not a treat. You are not a prize. You are mm-mm. And yeah, he is a violent drunk, Ladonna. And there's probably some mental things going on. Who was that? Avis? Yeah. He he got to get it together. I mean, he did claim bipolar and schizophrenia. That's what he claimed. Didn't got nothing to do with you stealing, but that is He did claim that. On September sorry. Introduce This is the last video, y'all, cuz I was procrastinating, so I can't go as long as I'm supposed or I've done before, so last video warning. Police surprise couple after Denny's dine and dash ends poorly. Now now they say it ends poorly, but I don't think they actually got like arrested wrist jewelry arrested, just cited. So, all right, here you go. And listen to their explanation on on this. All right, here you go. 19, 2024, officers conducted a traffic stop on two individuals who had left a Denny's without paying. What are you doing? All right, sir. My name is Officer Miller and I'm with the Apple Valley Police Department. By any chance you guys just leave the Denny's without paying? Yes, sir. We was trying to We was trying to pay. This is the thing. I ordered a breakfast meal. The pancakes was gooey, soggy, and burnt. I gave them back. I didn't eat the pancakes. Okay. The bacon looked like paper. Okay. I'm like All right, so he ordered a breakfast meal. We got to break this down. He ordered a breakfast meal. The pancakes were gooey and soggy. He sent that that he's saying he sent it back. He ordered the bacon. The bacon was paper thin. That's where we That's where we're at so far. I get the bacon asked to cook asked to crisp it. She brought it back out the same like way, so I'm like trying to eat on the plate over the food. I'm like, I didn't eat all the food, so I gave the food back and she's like, "What do you want me to do? What?" She like, "Is there a manager?" "No, there's no manager." No manager? So Then she asked another She asked the waiter like, "What do you want me to do?" She said, "Well, I'm not I'm not doing anything. I'm not taking anything off the I'm not taking nothing off the bill. Okay. >> So what I was going to do is I like I told her, I've served. There's no manager. She can't call no manager or nothing. I'm telling her, "How you going to make us pay for something?" Well, I I don't know. You going to have to pay for it. He didn't eat the stuff. So we telling her All right, so did you both order food? Yes. All right, did you eat your food? Yes. And you did not eat your food. >> Right. And we was trying to tell her that she said she wasn't going to fix the bill, period. Okay. So I was Did he not just ask did he eat his food and did you eat your food? And did she not say yes? I'mma listen to this question again cuz it sets the tone on what ever they say after this. I'm listening to him ask again. No manager since she can't call no manager or nothing. I'm telling her, "How you going to make us pay for something?" Well, I I I don't know. You're going to have to pay for it. Yes. Yes. And we was trying to Right. And we was trying to tell her that she said she wasn't going to fix the bill, period. So, I was going to wait until the morning come back up here with my uh Okay. He asked, "Did you not eat your food?" to the guy. Okay. So, the woman ate her food. The The dude saying he didn't eat his food. No, she was on the phone with somebody. I don't know who it was. She had Yeah, I don't know. She didn't say she was calling police, but I I was going to come back up here with the speak to a manager because she kept telling me, "Oh, no. You're going to have to pay this." Why we got to pay something he ain't eat? Can I tell y'all my opinion? And I know some people will stand 10 toes and be like, "No. I'mma push the issue while I'm here." But y'all know if you If you've ever heard me, you know I'm going to say argue it with corporate later. You can Google and get the information. You don't need her to specifically tell you any contact information. What They'll probably just go ahead and give you a um uh what are they called? Not a Not a coupon. The ones they give you when it's like You know where you can go back and you can use that there? I can A voucher. A voucher. They can um They'll give you a voucher or whatever. Or they might refund you. But you're not going to solve it most times in front of that person. Once they say no, that's it. If they're not budging, you're done. You need to go ahead So, for me, now I'm not going to Well, it's Denny's, I mean. So, but I'm not going to I wouldn't go back, number one, but I would have to pay for my food and I have been able to be like I order something it wasn't like they said it was going to it was going to be and I asked for something else, they took that off the bill. I have had that. So, I'm not saying it's crazy that they would want their money back if they haven't eaten it. But if the waitress or whomever had insisted, "We're not giving your money back." You're not going to need the police for me. I'm just going to argue with later cuz it's not that it's not that serious to be right here so they can either trespass me cuz I won't let it go or um get me for dining and dashing. Like I don't That's I don't need those problems. So, for me I would let it go. Now, I would try to ask though. Uh one time I wanted some fried deviled eggs. That's what they called them. They called them fried deviled eggs. So, to me that means you made a deviled egg and then you put like, you know, the breading or whatever, you know, the batter around it and you fried it. That's what I pictured. When I got my fried deviled eggs, it was just a battered boiled egg with no deviled anything in it. And I was like, "Hey, this isn't like y'all described it." In that case, I was able to get my money back cuz I only been into one, but I'm just saying had they not done it, I just would have tried to take it up later in another way. All right. Do me a favor. Hang out here with my partner. I'm going to go talk to them, okay? Okay. Thank you. You guys good? All right. I'm going to go I just got to check ID to make sure they're 21. I'm going to go talk to them over there. You good? Yeah. All right. So, what are you guys ordering? Okay, so that was they were my table. They were sitting at table three. Okay. I had my whole section filled. He asked me for an original Grand Slam which comes with pancakes, bacon, either or sausage or eggs. No hash browns. First thing he said was he wanted a lemonade. I brought him a lemonade. He didn't want the lemonade so he asked for a Coke. We brought him a Coke. Mhm. He asked for a side of hash browns. We brought him a side of hash browns. Supposedly they set the Coke cup on the side of the table and expected someone to see it to get them a refill. But if you see us going back and forth running food, it's not like we're just standing around. We're actually running food. We're here to do our jobs. Right. So they got up with an attitude and was like, "We're not paying for nothing. The pancakes is nasty. The food is nasty." Then as we look at the plates, all y'all plates is full. I'll be like, "It's gone." Like See, that changes things. He's saying he didn't have He didn't like his food, so he didn't eat it. But she's saying when she goes to get the plate, the food went somewhere. So that changes things cuz I cuz I don't Okay. I think it's like a unwritten thing, but I feel like I've even seen restaurants write this down. But it's like is it if over half your food's gone, it's something where it's unreasonable for you to try to get a refund but you ate most of the food. You know what I'm saying? So she's saying, and she could be like saying more to against him cuz he was probably, you know, being a little rude to her and everything and maybe she was rude back. But she's saying his his plate was as empty as the woman's. There's no food here. >> he did eat all of his food. He ate his food. Okay. Cuz you was trying to tell me that he tried to send it back and ended up throwing it away in your bag. He didn't throw it away in my bag. He didn't take advice from the people. She said she she managed to eat all of her food. They didn't eat all of their food. They cleaned all their plates completely. Yes. Okay. It was probably just like a couple pieces of pancakes left on the plate. There was no food. It was probably like a few pieces of pancakes, but if you eat more than half of your food, you ate all of your food. Yeah. Okay. And it's nothing to flag down your waiter and say something like, "Excuse me, you know, this is wrong. Can I get such and such a food?" Then we would fix it. But that's that's not what happened. They didn't say attitude. They screamed, "What the [ __ ] y'all want? [ __ ] y'all. We going to walk out with no money." And run up out of here. Like um what are you guys looking at? >> All right. Well, I'm leaning where you're leaning. Pause the Queen Purpose. Queen on Purpose says, yes, they've done this before. She just confirmed if it's over half. And I was thinking generally it has to because I mean like you've enjoyed the food at that point. You might just be full. We don't know. Um Level Up Scorpion said they thought they were at Publix eating. Yep, American Born says I think it's half eaten. Pause the Queen on Purpose say the appropriate song is in the background. It's got uh CeeLo. That Does that make me crazy? Or Crazy is the song. Kim said after the first and second bite you can determine whether the food is good or not. Right, you can. All right, so what they're saying is that you guys ate more than half of your food. Both of both of you ate more than half of your food. >> I ate more Okay. So they didn't do anything? Uh I didn't I didn't get that part. I just asked them to tell me what happened. They said you two came in, ordered your food, then you guys weren't getting like refills fast enough cuz they've been busy, and that you guys that you tried sending your food back or didn't try sending food back but that you guys started saying that you weren't going to pay because the food was nasty but she said that you guys never told her or told them that the food was wrong. >> the food back at the beginning. Yeah, she they're saying that they They've They've used up more than half of the food already. We've never touched them. I mean, we I spit the pancake out. See See, that's that's that jail type of talk right there. I I spit the pancake out. I spit them in a napkin. Put it on the table. First of all, when she brought the pancake, there was one that was real goofy looking and the other one was like real flat. So, I cut into them without the um syrup on them. You picked it up looking like no, you know, looked like it was like dough on the inside. Kind of squishy. So, I ate one without the um syrup. Okay. I took the cold syrup, put it on there, tried it again. She brought the hot syrup, I tried that. That's when I spit the pancake out. I can't eat this. It don't even done. It's something wrong with it. So, the lady came and took the took the pancake. Do you want another one? No, ma'am. I don't I don't want anything else. No, ma'am. You good? No, ma'am. All right. So, my my pancake, but you still got the breakfast sandwich, right? What did you do with the breakfast sandwich? Did you eat that? I didn't have a breakfast sandwich. The Grand Slam? I had eggs. Mhm. I played with a little of that. I'm sorry, I thought I heard you say Grand Slam. He said like he a kid. He said, "I had eggs. I played with a little of that." Okay. I'm I'm going to lean on the side of the person that has to provide customer service. I am am You have to kind of prove to me that they were so egregious because get they have to deal with a hundred of them a day, more than a hundred of them a day. They're making $2 and something an hour and hoping for tips. Well, we know that they didn't tip and they didn't even pay. So, she wasted her time refilling your drinks over and over and over and and just if you did send one plate back, but you ate the other plate, apparently. She's doing all this. And y'all, she she gets nothing for this now. Now, it's just a waste of her time and energy. And it's not And then, what time is it? It's 3:00 in the morning. Yeah, they officially have me off right now cuz >> [laughter] >> you got to make me not be able to sign up somebody in customer service because they always they always have to go through so much. Oh. Well, y'all saw the title, so you know how I feel. I heard you say something about the breakfast sandwich. My fault. Some some some some eggs that I played in a little cuz how did it look? Some bacon that looked like paper. I ate the little three thin pieces of bacon. And then some hash browns that I played on. Okay. So, you ate the hash browns, you ate the bacon, and the >> portion of a little bit of the egg, but nothing in some in the bacon. Got you. Didn't eat the pancakes, didn't eat the eggs, didn't eat the um hash browns. Just ate the little strips of the bacon. Okay. But, other than that you ate she you ate all your food. >> I had an appetite. I ate my food. And only thing you asked is to take off the pancakes. >> That's all we asked. >> That's all I asked. Just take off the pancakes. No, we ain't taking off nothing. That's how she said it. Well, as a manager because this is not my first rodeo at a restaurant. So, if we get a meal we don't like it, they take something off and they deduct that from the bill. >> Yeah, that's all we asked. Who called it? Who said it's not He said it's not his first rodeo. Who said he used to doing this? Because that's exactly it. I don't believe it has to be that many times that you have to send food back. We've all probably had a time, but you it shouldn't be a regular thing. Positive Queen on Purpose say he sound like he full. [laughter] Noble Scorpio say that and some of the restaurants make the waitstaff pay for the food when people dine and dash. That is cruel. Noir said I have second-hand embarrassment from this. Yeah, Ashley J say you don't decide not to pay because you didn't eat much, right? And you're at Denny's. I if Okay. If I'm at Denny's, I'm so sorry. I expect possibly paper-thin bacon. Possibly you didn't crisp it up to the way I wanted it. It's Denny's. What did you expect? Kim said Denny's breakfast is not good, but I wouldn't have done what these people are doing, right. They do it all the time, American born. Possibly, she said he's an expert. Yep, Kim said Kim you said you ate it, you bought it, pay for your food. That's man, just trifling. I'm not taking nothing off. What can I speak to a manager? Ain't no manager here. The other girl said what you want me to do? I said we got no, don't take nothing off of them. Okay. She's the problem. Did you guys have to swear and get an attitude with them while you guys were in there saying like what the some along the lines of what the [ __ ] are y'all going to do or something? Hell no, hell no. She was on two phones. Yeah, she said she was two phones. I said no, tell me about the damn tell me about the They said Tell me about pancakes that was no good. The food is no good, it's garbage. Okay. I did say that, I didn't say what y'all going to do. Okay. All right. Hang out for a second, we'll go talk to them again and see if see if I can I said something about the food was both it was garbage cuz we should pick up the I said no, you tell me about how I ordered the food, tell me about food was no good, it's garbage. Yeah. She wasn't saying that part on the phone to the whoever she was talking to. Okay, yeah, cuz she said she was on the phone with her manager and then on the >> Okay, well that's maybe she was telling that to and I'm And I'm saying tell that part that the food was no good. >> Can I ask who was in the back cooking? This food is horrible, he needs to go home. Okay. What I'm asking is if she's on the phone with the manager, why she just contact the pancake out? >> Oh, thank y'all. Sorry. I'm muted. I was doing so good. I was doing so good. I was saying that >> [laughter] >> Denny's is a toes length up, not a step up from Waffle House. That's what I was saying. And I was saying that I'm not saying Waffle House food is bad, but I'm just saying you go in with certain expectations if you're going to go to a Denny's. If you're going to go to a Waffle House. If I'mma go to a Church's Chicken or something, I know my expectations need to match what's going on there. So, they are just being difficult for no reason. And I also said, "But, I haven't been to Waffle House in about 10 years cuz I'm still protesting because they took away my strawberry waffle, and I'm I I don't appreciate that." I think I gave her the ticket to pay the bill. All we asked her to take the pancakes off. She said, "No, I ain't taking nothing off." That's exactly How are you working in customer service and talking like that? She need to take her ass back to that goddamn penitentiary place right there. Cuz that's where they all from any damn way, doing all that extra [ __ ] Okay, hang on for a second. I'll be back, all right? Okay. What was added to that? They yes He said they ate She said they ate She ate all her food. He said that he had his bacon, had a couple bites of the eggs, but like took a bite out of the pancakes, spit it out, and that they were just trying to get the pancakes the pancakes taken off. And then you guys were having a problem not taking anything off even though he did. Is that anything close to what what might have happened? He ate most of the pancakes, so then I'm the one that threw them away. Okay, and you guys threw everything away already? Yes. Yeah, but he did eat most of the pancakes. Okay. He had about maybe a quarter of them left. Got you. Okay. I'm sorry. >> [music] >> Everything was already ruined from the get-go. Everything was Cuz everything that was given to me was wrong. From the lemonade to the Coke to Y'all got a Y'all got a picture in there. You got hash browns, but I don't have hash browns cuz this is not what you ordered. So, would you like to order hash browns? I got the hash browns. I brought them the hash browns. One second. Okay. Dude, so what do we have to pay for the hash browns? I got to pay for the mixing. Does it matter if they don't do anything about it? Well, they're going to pay. What else are you going to be getting for the order? Noir [clears throat] Angel said, "At this point, I feel bad for the cop having to go back and forth talking with all this foolishness." Yeah, it's it's it's a lot right now and this poor cop um What was I going to say? Oh, I feel like that was a whole setup anyway cuz again, they first rodeo. We felt like they've done this before. So, I think everything was going to be bad so then they could say, "Well, I'll excuse the rest. Just take off the pancakes." Cuz the drink tastes like a drink. A lemonade going to taste like a lemonade from Denny's on Friday, Tuesday, whatever. Um so, how's even your drink tasting bad? Like So, everything's bad. Yeah, I just think that he did that grand slam knowing he was going to do that and then just argue about everything and then just say, "Okay, I'll just take off the pancakes. I'll be good then." Okay. So, talk to him a little more. Um there's have multiple employees saying that he ate more most of this food. So, I'm going >> The girl that was just talking to you, she's the one that took the whole plate of pancakes. She told me that there was like a quarter of the food left. Oh, I know he He just asked if they going to take that off. How How much is the bill, sir? >> It's $36.07. With the pancakes? Yeah, don't worry about it. They cuz she just sat there and lied. Cuz that she the one who took the food. The girl that was just talking to you. >> Yeah, she No, she said she said She took the whole plate and she's like, "Sir, you don't want nothing else?" >> Yeah, she asked me that. 37 with 36 what? dollars and 7 cents. You're more than welcome to go in yourself or if you don't want to No, I'll go in and pay. It's not a problem. For sure. Get the receipt. Get the number to the manager. Yeah, that's all. Yeah, I'll go in. But Can you go in with her while I talk to her? So, what's your first name? I do bro. Is that He took my ID already. Yeah, yeah. I just haven't gone back to my computer to look.
