Okay. All right, mic check, mic check. Um, this is what I do when I'm avoiding real responsibilities. So, >> [clears throat] >> we're going to talk about Stormy. Uh, let me see here. Okay. So, first of all, the reason I titled it this, let me get my overlay off of here. Hold on. Uh-oh, share my screen. There we go. The reason I titled it this was because, um, if you are on social media enough, cuz not everybody is, Stormy, one of the reasons she came into my orbit was from the low vibrational plate. That's how I first heard about her. Then I heard Then she said, "You're not a tree, you can move." Or whatever she said. It's this one right here. That one. Now, I wanted to play these for y'all. I promise y'all I wanted to play these for y'all, but I said, "They're going to strike my channel." Soon as I play this, my channel's getting struck. Yeah. So, I'm not going to play it, but I'mma show you it exists. Um, it is easily found everywhere. So, if you want to play, uh, or if you want to see it, feel free. But I was like, "Mhm." Cuz I be thinking nobody will see my stuff, cuz I it didn't like 300 views or something. So, I'm like, "Oh, well, they're they're not going to see it, the one it's about." privacy violation and blah, blah, blah. You know I don't show anything that I'm not supposed to show, so never mind. All right, so, we're going to get on to her uh oh, let me say this. So, she is a self-proclaimed life coach. She she doesn't try to call it MLM, but she also does MLM. That's what she does. I can't remember she's currently on her health kick right now selling the the the vitamin juices and all that, but apparently what she does is she built up she builds up a builds up a large MLM. You know, tells women, you know, you can make money, you can do this this this. I was I don't know if she said she was homeless, but I do believe she used to dance and stuff like that. You know, so she's like she she tries to take on this sometimes big sister, sometimes motherly thing with the people that are under her, but I've seen this too many times and this is my opinion, all of it is manipulative when she when that's being done because let's say first of all, MLMs are always finite. If you didn't make it in the beginning, you're not going to make money off of like profit money off of it. So, it's already finite and it's already predatory. And then this is what they always tell you do. Well, don't you have so many contacts in your phone or now they'll probably be DM Instagram people or TikTok people, you know, DM your people on there and there's always somebody always push you to do that like you're not working hard enough. And then of course when you don't make the money because it's it is a very clear math problem, not a you problem. It's like, oh, I don't think you're trusting enough. I don't think you're working hard enough. That's that MLM mindset. So, she mixes that I feel like with life coaching. And there was this one live she did with someone that was helping her pack boxes. And she somehow spun the fact that when she got the lawsuit that she's good, but she wants her people to be good. It was she's very manipulative to me. But anyway, with her MLMs, when one kind of I don't know if it petered out or something happened with it, she just started another MLM. Top performance kind of moved over and you leave everybody else by the wayside and then the other company is done. There's nobody supporting anymore. So, now you're probably out all this money and stuff. So, that's Stormy. That's Stormy. So, MLM I'm pretty sure is going to be the main focus because it's the FTC suing her, but I didn't read ahead. So, we're going to look at it together. And if you want to know more details and get more deep into Stormy's stuff, uh Cam James, he did a uh deep dive on her. Uh hold on. There it goes. Cam Cam James, he did a deep dive on her. This is the thumbnail and he's not the only one, but he I was already subscribed to him and it's a really good deep dive to me and he usually points out predatory schemes especially against our people, but he doesn't limit it to our people. But, if you're looking to see Oh, oh, what is that man's name? Oh, here you go. Rashad Richie, fake degrees, all that stuff. That that's Cam is out here. Okay, but anyway, so let's get to the lawsuit and then there were stipulations published after the lawsuit complaint was filed. Okay, so I am actually going to skip some of this this time instead of reading the entire lawsuit. I'm going to read the meat and potatoes of the lawsuit. Okay, so we're going to it's the FTC versus Stormy Wellington and for the summary of the case it says since at least late 2014, defendant Stormy Wellington has participated in multi-level marketing or MLMs in at least two different companies. As a Total Life Changes LLC participant, defendant sold nutrition, wellness, and skin care products and recruited other consumers to join the TLC which was the Total Life Changes. Defendant has also participated in the MLM pharmacy. So, it it's phonetically it sounds like the pharmacy like you would to the pharmacy to get your prescription, but she spelled it Oh, I can make this bigger, too. Hold on. She spelled it f a r m a s i. Hold on. Let me make this bigger. There we go. All right, there you go. So, uh there's pharmacy and then selling makeup, skin care, and back to health and wellness products, and recruiting consumers to join Farmasi. In the course of recruiting consumers to become participants in Farmasi and TLC, defendant frequently represented that participants in both MLMs will or are likely to earn substantial income. Uh again, I want to say, not only do these people, cuz they are grifters, in my opinion, they are grifters. Got to Allegedly, they're grifters, but um they also target low-income people. So, not even the fact that you're targeting your people to take advantage of Don't take advantage of anybody, but I just It's so cold-hearted, cuz it's like I don't know. So, but they target low-income people on top of that. So, um and she's not the only one, and they'll tell them stuff, and I don't know if she studied under this one one guy. There's a lot of people out there now that do those live webinars, but they're not live, it's pre-recorded, and they got these pre- pre-questions, and someone already pre-answered, and all that crap. Um but they tell them, you know, if you really want this, you can take out a loan, get it against your house, all this stuff. Very, very predatory. All right. So, it says, "As a TLC participant, at times, defendant has represented to recruits that they are likely to earn five to seven-figure incomes." Stating, for example, "I will help 1,000 families make five-to-seven-figures in the next 90 days to 12 months." That's a quote. Defendant has promised new recruits to Farmasi that they will make six-to-seven-figures, saying, "I'm telling you right now, no less no less than six figures, no less. Repeat that to me." I'm called This is her quote. "Repeat that to me, no less than six figures." And that defendant will make 60 new millionaires in 2026. These claims are deceptive as described below. Income disclosure statements created by TLC and pharmacy show that participants in both MLMs are unlikely to earn substantial income, which any MLM If you didn't go get there from the beginning, it's always going to be unlikely for you. Nearly all TLC participants earn little or no money. TLC's disclosure available on its website states that 76.8% of active participants, that's 23,124 people, did not earn any compensation in calendar year 2023. And that at most 0.4% of all active participants, which is 113 people, earned more than $5,000. Using the average monthly earnings provided in the pharmacy disclosure, fewer than 1% of its active participants earn an income in the six-figure range, contrary to the defendant's claims that participants will earn no less than six figures. Further, the disclosure appears to state that no rank of participant earns an average monthly commission large enough to earn $1 million a year, despite defendant's claims that she will make 60 new millionaires in 2026. Oh, and another thing that makes a predatory Well, I don't like any MLM, but another thing that for sure makes a predatory MLM is the fact that you make the money off of recruiting, not off of actually selling the product. And then her products are sketchy cuz they say when they go into health and wellness, it has the least uh barrier to entry, so that's what they do and then they'll just put fillers in there. Not going to be great for your health, you know. So, uh be careful with that as well. All right. So, I'm skipping this because that's just establishing jurisdiction. All right, overview of defendants business activities. A multi-level marketing company or an MLM contracts with individual participants or distributors to market and sell the MLM's products or services and recruit new participants who themselves will sell the MLM's products or services and recruit new participants. When an MLM participant successfully recruits a participant, that recruit becomes a part of the first participant's downline, which is the term commonly used in the industry to describe a participant's recruits and their recruits recruits. MLMs generally segment their participants into different categories or ranks based on the number of participants in their downline and or the volume of sales generated by the participant and their downline. MLMs generally compensate participants based on a compensation plan which lays out the sales and recruiting requirements that must be met for a participant to qualify for compensation. Compensation paid by MLMs may be a combination of various possible streams of income or types of bonuses, which require different levels of sales and or recruitment and which may vary based on a participant's rank. Defendant Stormy Wellington was a TLC participant, also called a life changer, from at least late 2014 to August 2025. Defendant achieved the rank of grand ambassador, the highest rank in TLC. In early August 2025, defendant left TLC and joined Farmasi, pronounced like like I just said, where participants are called influencers. Defendant has stated she achieved the rank of president, one of the highest ranks in Farmasi, which is reached by fewer than 0.1% of influencers. Defendant claims that TLC participants will or like or are likely to earn substantial income. Defendant has promoted the Total Life Changes MLM opportunity through numerous means, including through her social media accounts to induce consumers to join TLC. Defendant has represented in multiple widely viewed and still available videos that TLC participants will or are likely to make substantial income. For example, in an August 2022 video promoting TLC, which was posted to her YouTube channel and viewed more than 5,600 times, defendant states, "I've been able to serve, support, and grow an amazing team. I've been able to coach 35 families to millionaire and multi-millionaire status, which means there's no difference between them and you. So, you could be the next six-figure earner, the next seven-figure earner. It's totally up to you." And then that's where they Again, that's where it puts it where if you don't get that, that's your fault cuz the potential was there. You failed. In a 2023 video posted to defendant's YouTube channel, defendant states, "If you could understand these basic things, you could be on your way to the next level. You could be the next six-figure earner, the next seven-figure earner." In the same video, defendant continues, "2024 is the year of abundance. 2024, we are going to help 1,000 families make six to seven figures." Again, I'm telling you this is what's about to happen. In a caption accompanying a November 2024 video promoting TLC on her Instagram account, defendant says, "Can't make this up. I will help 1,000 families make five to seven figures in the next 90 days to 12 months." In approximately February 2025, defendant posted a video on her Facebook promoting TLC accompanied by a caption stating, "I've been here for over 10 years and have made millionaires, and the truth is giving people an opportunity to make $500 to $1,000 a week will save lives. DM me, let's talk ASAP. Defendant claims that Farmasi participants will or are likely to earn substantial income. In early August, defendant announced that she was leaving TLC and had joined Farmasi. Despite having only participated in Farmasi for a short time period, defendant has begun making lifestyle and earning claims similar to those she made when promoting TLC. In August 3rd, 2025 Oh, sorry. In an August 3rd, 2025 video posted to her YouTube channel, defendant tells viewers of the video, "Imagine having time, freedom, good health, good people, good energy, good morals, and principles, and having a place where you could absolutely get rich. And I'm talking about respect, integrity, character, and honor. So, send me a message if you want to be a part of my team because listen, I'm telling you right now no less than six figures, no less. Repeat that to me, no less than six figures." The caption accompanying the video states, "This isn't just skin care or weight loss. It's generational wealth, leadership, and a money shift. I'm helping 60 people make seven figures by 2026. No games being played." In an August 6th, 2025 YouTube video, defendant states, "I'm here in I'm going to say Cappadocia. I'm not sure how to pronounce that word. Because of Farmasi. Say it with me, Farmasi. Listen, you qualify, they will pay all expenses, your flight, your hotel, your transportation, your food, and say and they is is it is basically this is how she captioned or said it, so I'm saying it exactly how the quote is. But, um your transportation, your food, and say and they give your envelope when you get there. And so, if you're ready to partner with me, see, I'm going to have 60 millionaires in 2026. Let me tell you this. And I'm not a person that has not obviously made some typos and some mistakes. But I'm telling you this, if you're consistently making grammar and typo errors, I don't trust what you're saying. Except if it's just something more personal, you're just trying to tell a story or tell something about. But if you're trying to run a business and you don't even take the time to We have so many aids now. You know you take the time to spell check, grammar check, all these things. Nah, I don't trust that at all. Okay, anyway, let's see here. So, they'll pay all expenses. All right. And in August 12th, 2025 video promoting Farmasi and posted to defendant's Instagram, defendant stated, "And guys, I'm not going to confuse you. Just say it's a whole lot of money. Just Just Just follow what we got to teach you. We got you. And my goal for 2026 is new millionaires. Oh, it's it's 60 new millionaires. 60. The question is not if I'm going to do it, like I'm here. There's no doubt Oh, sorry. I'm looking at you the [laughter] reaction. There's no doubt what I'm going to do. It's just I can't wait to see who I do it with." She is burying herself in these I will I will I will. Okay. In a September 7th, 2025 Instagram post, defendant states in the caption that everyone makes money. Everyone makes money in at Farmasi Farmasi official, "I made a little over $200,000 for the month." And accompanying that claim was photos of Farmasi products interspersed with apparent screenshots of multiple live commission trackers that appeared to show numerous members of defendant's downline and the bonuses they have earned. The total bonuses apparently earned arranged from $850.66 to $52,414.58. And I can tell you this, she definitely she probably really didn't make that money off the people under her. And then maybe one two levels down, they was probably making that money. But after that it starts getting slim because you don't have that many people to keep recruiting and everything. Okay, in addition to making the above described earnings claims, defendant teaches her downline to make similar claims. In a video posted on YouTube on August 21st, 2025 entitled "Nobody Taught Me This About Pharmacy Title Points, So I'm Teaching You." Defendant instructs the individuals in the room with her and the more than 4,000 viewers of the video. This is all quote. "If you are trying to retail already and that's your focus, you you're doing it wrong, which is already unethical because you're supposed to sell the product. The person is not supposed to just solely and majorly depend on getting people in their downline. Okay, sorry, but going back to the quote. Everything should be about recruiting. One of the things I'm saying to people right now when I'm calling them, "Hey, I'm launching the biggest project of my life. It's an opportunity to put your family in a position to be a part of the greatest wealth transfer. We'll have 60 new millionaires of 2026. What are you doing right now that could put yourself in a position where you're making the extra six or seven figures in the next 12 to 12 to 18 months. Simple." Defendant's earnings claims are deceptive. Contrary to defendant's claims and as described in more detail below, most participants in TLC and Pharmacy do not make substantial income. TLC makes an income disclosure statement publicly available on its website. The income disclosure statement is available and then there's a link. Let's go Let's go to the link. I'm all ready for procrastinating and wait and and not doing what I'm actually supposed to be doing. Hold on, 1 second. Let me put my overlay on so I can go to this link real quick cuz I want to see. Oh, no. That's not it. Hold on. There we go. Okay, 1 second, y'all. I'm trying to make sure I'm really trying not to, you know, showing my personal information on accident. Okay. So, there's the link. It's still active. It worked. What is Total Life Changes? Let me see. Are we supposed to go down for their earnings? Where's the earnings? Preferred customers typical earnings. All right. Earnings realized through participation in TLC business. Okay, it was the numbers we already read. It was very bad. So, I'm not going to repeat the numbers cuz we already did that. Oh, Mm. So, 2023 Let's start at the bottom. In 2023 annual earnings $50,000 and above were 18 people. 20,000 to 50,000 earnings were 18 people. $5,000 to $20,000 was 77 people. $2,000 to $5,000 was 177 people. $1,000 to $2,000 was 265 people. $501 to $1,000 was 494 people. $251 to $500 was 771 people. And $1 to $250 was 5,175 people. And up here and there's a number of participants again. I think it was in the thousands. It was like 20,000. Let me see. Okay, no, I don't see it here, but it was in It was in the lawsuit. But yeah, so basically they they made they upside down that pyramid because basically the top earner if they hadn't been flipped is 18. The lower you go, the less you earn cuz it's a pyramid scheme. But okay, we'll go back to the lawsuit. All right, so TLC's disclosure is based on calendar year 2023 and provides data on the commissions earned by the 30,119 participants. So out of those 30,000 people, the greater the greatest earning was $500 for um 5,000 people. And that well, it was like was it $1 to $500 or $1 to $250? So all those other people, no money, but here they are. They're still making the other people money. TLC does not define what active means for purposes of this disclosure, but states that earnings representations reflect gross amounts of earnings and do not include any business expenses associated with participating in the TLC earnings opportunity. I totally believe that because I feel like a lot of people would be in the negative and they'd have to lower those numbers if they started also counting how much those people had to spend to keep their stuff going. Um and then it says, "Participants are independent contractors and are responsible for their own business expenses, which may include advertising or promotional expenses, training, rent, travel, telephone, and or internet costs, etc." Of the 30,119 participants considered in the disclosure, 23,124 Life Changers, 76.8%, did not earn any compensation. Of the 6,995 participants who did earn compensation in 2023, about three quarters of them, which would be 5,175 participants or just over 17% percent of active participants, earned between $1 and $250 for the year before expenses and only 0.4% of all active participants, which would be 113 people, earned more than $5,000 in the year. The disclosure does not provide information on how many life changers made more than 100,000 or $1 million, the six or seven figures promised by defendant. But in 2023, only 18 people or 0.06% of active participants and 0.26% of participants who earned any money made $50,000 or more before expenses. Most participants in Farmasi appear to make significantly less income than the amounts defendant describes to attract recruits. Farmasi has posted an income statement disclosure on its website reflecting data for all active Farmasi distributors that were eligible to earn commissions between January 1st, 2023 to December 31st, 2023. The income statement disclosure is available at and there's another link. Using the average monthly earnings reported in the document, fewer than 1% of active participants earned an income in the six-figure range in calendar year 2023 from Farmasi. In sum, defendant's claims about the amounts of money that TLC and Farmasi participants will or or are likely to earn are deceptive. Based on the facts and violations of law alleged in this complaint, the FTC has reason to believe that defendant is violating or is about to violate laws enforced by the commission because, among other things, defendant has made deceptive earnings claims repeatedly over a period of at least five years while recruiting for two different MLMs despite the publicly available data disproving these claims. Defendant knows or has knowledge fairly implied on the basis of objective circumstances that her earnings claims are deceptive. And defendant is continuing to make the claims at issue and disseminate them broadly. Okay, I do wonder with the fact that she does make a lot of money with whatever that a lot of money is, why don't you have an attorney of advising you on how to do this? Why do people with like they have the monetary resource and they still get themselves in trouble? Like, why do you not have professionals telling you, "Hey, don't say this. Don't do this." Okay. So, uh there were violations of the FTC Act. So, count one is deceptive earning claims. And then, oh okay, that's it. So, I'll read it then cuz they only have one count. In numerous instances in connection with the advertising, marketing, promotion, offering for sale, or sale of the Total Life Changes and pharmacy multi-level marketing opportunities, including as described in paragraphs 11 to 23, defendant has represented directly or indirectly, expressly or by implication, that consumers who work as TLC or pharmacy participants will or are likely to make substantial earnings. The representations set forth in paragraph 33 are false, misleading, or were not substantiated at the time the representation representations were made. Therefore, the making of the representations as set forth in paragraph 33 constitutes deceptive acts or practices in violation of section 5A of the FTC Act. Prayer for relief. Wherefore, the FTC requests that the court enter a permanent injunction to prevent future violations of the FTC Act and award any additional relief as the court determines to be just and proper. And I just realized something and I still have another document about some things like I think they gave Stormy a timeline and stuff like that. But, um this is not a like a class action lawsuit. It's like the FTC coming for her. Cuz a lot of times you need almost like whistleblowers to be like, "Hey, this company's not really doing what they said they do." But, the FTC I wonder if she was just that like noticeable or did someone slap like someone maybe did the whistle blow, but they didn't need to do the class action lawsuit part cuz like damn, you got on their radar. Okay. So, this is a stipulated order for permanent injunction and other relief. And then we're going to go down. So, here's So, therefore, it is ordered as follows and here's here are the findings. This court has jurisdiction over this matter. The complaint alleges that the defendant participated in deceptive acts or practices in violation of section 5 of the FTC Act by making false or misleading income representations. Defendant neither admits nor denies any of the allegations in the complaint except as specifically stated in this order only for purposes of this action. Defendant admits the facts necessary to establish jurisdiction. Defendant waves any claim that she may have under the Equal Access to Justice Act concerning the prosecution of this action through the date of this order and agrees to bear her own costs and attorney fees. Defendant and the commission waive all rights to appeal or otherwise challenge or contest the validity of this order. And then they go through definitions, which we kind of already talked about in the other one. So, it says order number I'll say number one. Prohibition against misrepresentations and unsubstantiated claims. It is further ordered that defendants defendants' officers, agents, employees, and all other persons in active concert or participation with any of them who receive actual notice of this order, whether acting directly or indirectly in connection with the advertising, marketing, promoting, or operating of any business ventures are permanently restrained and enjoined from misrepresenting or assisting others in misrepresenting expressly or by implication, including through images of homes, vehicles, purchases, or travel and through discussion of lifestyle changes or activities tied to compensation from the business venture that participants will or are likely to make or receive earnings, or will or are likely to make or receive any particular level or amount of earnings. The amount of earnings that defendant or other participants have actually earned, the reason participants do not earn substantial compensation, or any other fact material to consumers concerning the business venture, such as the total cost to participate, any material restrictions, limitations, or conditions, or any material aspect of the business venture. All right, so they can't talk about it, they can't imply that they got they their luxury from the business, they can't tell you how much the business cost anymore. They they really just better be quiet is what that first one says to me for the section A. All right, section B says making any representation expressly or by implication regarding the amount of earnings that a participant can expect to earn unless the representation is non-misleading at the time such representation is made, defendant has in her possession written materials that substantiate the claimed earnings, and that the claimed earnings are typical for participants, and defendant makes such evidence available upon request to any participant, any individual who expresses interest in becoming a participant, and to the plaintiff. So, they're saying you need to make it real highlight how much people are really earning a year if you're going to talk about it. Um Basically, they cut her off at the knees because her whole selling point is the the wow factor of it all. And oh and oh and then that statement about and they can't tell them What did they say? This was a big one because I always say if if you're not doing it, that's because of you. Yeah, number three, the reason participants do not earn substantial compensation cuz they're going to blame you. They're going to say you didn't you didn't work hard enough. Okay, no or section two, notice to participants concerning order prohibitions. It is further ordered that within 7 days of entry of this order, defendant must email notice in the form shown in attachment A to all participants in her downline. The email notice must use the subject line important notice regarding deceptive earnings claims from Stormy Wellington. Defendant must send the email from an email address that defendant regularly uses to communicate with her downline, so she can't create a new email so you might miss it. I hear it. I knew you have to put that subject line exactly in there. Okay. Let me see. And make commercially reasonable efforts to leverage technologies to ensure the deliverability of emails, for example, but not limited to SPF, DKIM, and use of sending IP addresses with known good reputations. No other information shall be included in or added to the notice required by this section, nor shall any other materials be transmitted with the notice. Basically, don't try to bury it in other stuff and be like, "Oh, no, look here. Look here. Look here, guys." Nope. You just It has to be plain and on its own. Section 3, order acknowledgements. It is further ordered that defendant obtain acknowledgements of receipt of this order. Defendant within 7 days of entry of this order must submit to the commission an acknowledgement of receipt of this order sworn under penalty of perjury. For 3 years after entry of this order, defendant for any businesses that such defendant is the majority owner or controls directly or indirectly must deliver a copy of this order to one, all principals, officers, directors, and LLC managers and members, two, all employees having managerial responsibilities for conduct related to the subject matter of the order, and all agents and represent representatives who participate in conduct related to the subject matter of the order, and three, any business entity resulting from any change in structure as set forth in the section titled compliance reporting. Delivery must occur within 7 days of entry of this order for current personnel. For all others, delivery must occur before she assumes her responsibilities. From each individual or entity to which defendant delivered a copy of this order, defendant must obtain within 30 days a signed and dated acknowledgement of receipt of this order. I want to take a pause real fast because a lot of times um the attorneys will pre-draft an order for judge to sign. And I haven't scrolled down to see if the judge actually signed this yet. And I think these were filed on the same day, too. Oh, yeah, April 13th. And I think this is April 3rd Yeah, April 13th. Okay. Oops. Wrong thing. Okay. Section 4. Compliance reporting. It is further ordered that defendant make timely submissions to the commission. 1 year after entry of this order, defendant must submit a compliance report sworn under penalty of perjury. Defendant must identify all telephone numbers and all physical, postal, email, and internet addresses, including all residences. Um identify all business activities, including any business for which defendant performs services, whether as an employee or otherwise, and any entity in which defendant has any ownership interest. Describe in detail defendant's involvement in each such business, including title, role, responsibilities, participation, authority, control, and any ownership. Describe in detail whether and and how defendant is in compliance with each section of this order and provide a copy of each order acknowledgement obtained pursuant to this order unless previously submitted to the commission. That attorney's going to be making a lot of money. Um for 15 years after entry of this order, defendant must submit a compliance notice for 15 years after entry of this order, defendant must submit a compliance notice sworn under penalty of perjury within 14 days of any change in the following. The uh number three, defendant must report any change in A, any designated point of contact, or B, the structure of any entity that defendant has any ownership interest in or controls directly or indirectly that may affect compliance obligations arising under this order including creation, merger, sale, or dissolution of the entity or any subsidiary, parent, or affiliate that engages in any act or practices subject to this order. Additionally, defendant must report any change in A, name including aliases or fictitious name or residence address, B, title or role in any business activity including any business for which defendant performs services whether as an employee or otherwise and any entity in which defendant has any ownership interest and identify the name, physical address, and any internet address of the business or entity. Section B says defendant must submit to the commission notice of the filing of any bankruptcy petition, insolvency proceeding, or similar proceeding by or by or against defendant within 14 days of its filing. Section C, any submission to the commission required by this order to be sworn under penalty of perjury must be true and accurate and comply with 28 USC. Such as by concluding, I declare under perjury I'm sorry, I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America that the foregoing is true and correct. Section D, unless otherwise directed by commission representative in writing, all submissions to the commission pursuant to this order must be emailed to and they have the email address, sent by overnight courier, not the US Postal Service to and they have their address. So basically, when we reach out to you, we already authorized to do so if this order is actually signed, which I'm already seeing this was not signed. It was drafted. The attorney drafted it and we'll see if the judge signs it. But you can you cannot say, "Oh, this should be done in court. You have to do this first." Nope, we're talking to you. We requested this. We can pop up on you at any time. You have this timeline to respond. And then retention of jurisdiction is further ordered that this court retains jurisdiction of this matter for purposes of construction, modification, and enforcement of this order. And I'm sure if I go look, this order either was denied or signed by the judge at this point cuz this was April 13th, 2026. So the judge has probably decided they will or will not sign this. So we we'll see. But yeah, that's where she is right now. That's what the order could be signed, but I don't know cuz I didn't go look. And that's what she's done. So really it's the I'm telling you I definitely will. It's her wording and the way she does it. And it's that's what always gets people. It's how you you sit there and say you're guaranteeing, guaranteeing, and you know, you can't do that. And obviously it didn't happen. And then, you know what's crazy? She already posted her 2023 numbers. She's She's got her 2024 numbers and not posted, but I'm she has to have them. 2025 numbers and now you're saying 2026 after those really low numbers, you're still going to say, "I guarantee I'm going to create 60 millionaires in 2026." People people dig their own graves. So, any business going forward, if this order is signed, any business going forward, she just better be legit because she's being watched like a hawk. She's going to have to have all those people in place. Good HR for record keeping, an attorney for record keeping and making sure she's staying in compliance if this order is published. Yeah. So, we will see. But, um that's it for now. Thank you all for coming in for the reading and um I'll stay for a couple minutes if y'all want to let me know what you think. You can definitely let me know what you think. If you don't have anything, that's fine, too. No pressure. I just I didn't take a pause to try to do anything except get through the lawsuit first cuz I will I will be clipping this out and reposting it because YouTube is kind of iffy on live streams. So, but let me know. You're welcome, American Born. No problem. Did you know who that was, American Born? Hold on 1 second. Sorry. When you're live, people, you know, just happens in the house. Okay, I don't see anything. So, I will see y'all later, but thank you for joining me for this lawsuit. All right, bye.
