Okay, mic check. You're good. You're good. Let me see this camera lighting. It's okay. All right. Let's see here. Okay. So, this video will have commentary. If you don't like commentary, the links will be in the description box. I will not be offended. Just go ahead and click those links. All right. So, we're watching all kinds of body cams today. I'm going to do the one on the thumbnail second to give people time to come in because it takes a little bit for YouTube to notify people if it chooses to notify anybody at all. Um, so first we're going to start with Karen returns to the gas station for revenge and it's Midwest safety. So you already know I have faith that it's going to be good. I didn't watch this one yet. All right, here we go. >> Holster your weapon. >> I'm a federal agent. I'm a federal agent with HS. Here's what I saw. I walked up here to get a drink. >> This woman had this weapon. This guy's weapon. But I didn't ass. >> That's what I saw. Okay, there you go. Okay, got you. All right, man. What's going on, GUYS? LET ME TELL you here to get my my leggers and my my s my gas. Did you charge me over and we came back to see if we can get the money back? >> You guys were here earlier, right? >> Yes. We're here earlier to come to get our money back. The reason I come off like this >> Mhm. >> is because when you're going to come out on your roof, >> then you're going to get the other hand. We came in here earlier. He had money in his car. >> Let's come out here. Okay. >> We came over here earlier. He had money in his car and they tried to say that they didn't. >> Right. Right. >> He didn't. We know. We have his baby. He came in here. He told the lady in the front, I would like to get a lighter and put the rest on gas. She overcharged him $6 for the lighters. The lighters are only $1.70. I came in here and I started being real nice to her. I said, "Okay, you guys." So, I'm getting that she's the one that brought the gun in, but the other law enforcement person that was in plane clothes commandeered that because obviously dangerous, but she did it because they overcharged her for $6. Is that what I'm getting right now? Oh my god. Charge him for a lighter and then he wanted the rest and gas. She says there was no trans transactions or funds on his car. I'm like, okay. woman. How did he get the lighter if there was no alarms on his car? How did he get the lighter? She came off disrespectful. So, I'm going to be honest. I went and went ballistic up in here. I checked his card to see if they even took his money. They took his money. They overcharged him $6. And on his bank statement, it showed that they never did the transaction the right way. >> So, they came over here >> and I was going to open the door just to come in here and say, "You know what? We would like the money back. >> What's going on, man? >> I'll tell you what I saw. All right. I go in here to buy a drink for a meeting with the US attorney's office. And uh I come out and I see this man and this woman and she's got some black weapon in her hand. Look like a stick or baton or something. And they walk in there and they start screaming and these people are on the phone asking for police. So I grab my cops, open the door. She's got her she's got like a stick up like she's going to hit somebody. He's there yelling at him. I just draw down. Hey, police drop the weapon. We'll sort this out. But I can't do anything with everybody yelling and everything. Dropped the stick. She got down. She was being very combative. Wouldn't comply. I said, "Listen, I don't know what's going on. If you can't have weapons and threatening posture of people where they're just trying to shop, it's no go." >> So, were they threatening the clerk or were they threatening? Like I said, it was real weird when I when I got in there to buy the drink. >> They were watching them out the window and they were like, "Hey, they just came in here, create a ruckus." Then as I'm leaving, I see him and her leave that vehicle, walk all the way here, and she's like got some, you know, just typical law enforcement in her hand. >> He didn't do nothing. I'm the one that did it. >> What did you do? >> And then I came in here, like I said, I'm going to open the door to talk to him very nicely and tell him if we could get the money back that they overcharged him for and leave. But they want to start their little and then his little rude ass over there opens the door and puts a gun at me. Yeah. >> Yeah. You you have Hold on. >> You have every right toing put your gun out, but the only time you pull a gun out is if that person's really charging at you with a weapon. Until a person comes at you with a weapon and goes after you with a knife, a stick, or any kind of weapon you have, you have every right to shoot. >> What were you going to do with that stick? >> I didn't do anything. I didn't even hurt nobody. >> What were you going to do with the stick? >> I was going to do anything. I was going to spare him, to be honest. That's what I was going to do, but I wasn't going to hit him. Get that from? >> Huh? Where did you >> worry about it? >> No, >> that's my stick. That's where it is. >> That's your stick. >> That came off of a little kennel that I was trying to build. But at the end of the day, when you're going to come at me and put your gun at me, you don't do that until I actually charge with my weapon. Then you come with your gun. And I'm going to be on sniping in and out of system all my [ __ ] life. I just got out two years ago and I've been doing a hell of a lot good. But now it's to the point when people are going to come off disrespectful. You're going to get a whole another hand. But he had no right to put his gun at me until I went after him with the weapon. Then yeah, you have every right. The minute he put his gun, he asked me to put my weapon down and get down. And that's a federal agent, just so you know. Okay. >> Um, >> so that was your >> So she just took the prison life back to when she got out cuz she want to go back. That's the only reason you do that. $6. You turn a small civil issue into a big criminal issue. That's crazy. So, she want to go back. That's all I hear. She's begging to go back because she don't like her freedom at all. >> There was your stick right there. >> That was my stick. And he asked me to put it down. >> I had it. >> She had it. My >> right now. I'm going to detain you, okay? Because we're going to get into more into the investigation. >> But I'm going to detain you for now. >> No, you're not going to detain me. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> You're not going to detain me. >> Yes, I am. arrest. >> I have my rights. >> You're not under arrest. You're going to be >> Oh, you're detaining me. >> You're going to be detained. Just relax until we figure out what's going to happen. >> Okay. Relax. Detain is what you're doing. You have no arrest. >> Hey, relax. >> HEY, STAY BACK. GET BACK, MAN. >> Hold on. Hold on. >> RELAX. IT'LL BE FINE. >> NO WAY. MY PARTNER'S BIG OVER THERE TO HER. That's what she's in tape for. NO. >> SHE'S MY PARTNER. SHE'S IN TAPE FOR NO REASON. NO, I'M NOT GOING TO WORK. >> RELAX. RELAX. >> You're in there, man. >> You guys are in the wrong. You guys ARE IN THE >> RELAX. NO. HEY, >> LET me get SOMEBODY. I'M CRAZY, TOO. I'M CRAZY MYSELF. >> I'M NOT GOING TO SWING AT ANYBODY. GET BACK. >> NO. GET BACK ALL DAY. >> BACK OFF NOW. GET BACK. BACK OFF. YOU DID THAT FOR BACK. >> Stand over here right now. >> Stand over here. Stay right there. Sit down. Sit up. >> I HAVE MY RIGHTS. I KNOW MY RIGHTS. >> Sit down. >> Get up. >> Put the taser down. Put your camera on, too. >> It is on. >> I don't see it on. >> It is on. You know why? They have no right to detain me. You know why? >> I didn't do nothing. >> Relax. >> That's why I know >> you guys need the wrap. >> I don't need the wrap. >> She has no race TO THE ENTERTAINERS. HEY, TELL THAT GUY TAKE THE CAMERA OUT, TOO. PUT YOUR CAMERA DOWN, TOO. >> It is on. >> I don't see it on the [ __ ] man. >> Just back up. >> No. Get the camera. Tell that guy to take the camera down. It's no [ __ ] nice business. Tell the guy to take THE CAMERA BEFORE I PUNCH HIM. You guys are going to get hell now. You guys are going to get hound now. You guys are going to get hell now. >> Relax. >> Get off. >> Get off. Get the [ __ ] off. >> Relax. >> Get the [ __ ] off. You guys have no right to detain my ass. >> You know why? Because I'm not doing nothing wrong. >> You're going to sit in here. >> Sit in here. >> Okay. >> No. >> Make this easy. >> No. You guys made it hard. >> Make it easy. made it hard. You guys made it hard. >> All right, get in. >> Get in. >> Get in. >> Relax. >> Relax. Sit up. >> All right. Let go. I'll work with you guys. >> We need the work with you guys. We're going to need the rap. >> Want me to detain him? >> Huh? You want me to detain him? >> Uh, let's see. If he leaves, let him leave. >> You guys have no right to detain me. That's why I go crazy until I go after somebody with the weapon. Then you >> You had an implied threat. Didn't she actually go back to the car? And I'm not, you know what I'm saying? Like, not literally, but she popped the trunk and pulled the weapon out because she was in there. They made her mad about that $6 or whatever. And then she goes and pops the trunk and comes back. you had intent. That was clear intent. What do you need it for to Cuz if you're doing it to intimidate, that's still a thing. Um just like when someone uh I think it's like when someone robs a bank and they write that note, that's too late. That's the notes. The notes part of the weapons now cuz you you stated your intent. It's too late. You tried to scare them when you could have just you could have just disputed that charge and got your $6 back. This is not worth it. This is dumb. And she's going to go where she needs to go. Wherever it is, forever how long? Might not be a long time. But nah, you are in the total wrong. Premeditated T robbers. Mhm. >> You guys have every right to I know my rights. >> Okay. >> You officers are living hell. You officers are livinging hell. >> Back up. Leave already. >> No, she's going to jail. >> No, I'm not leaving. >> Back up. >> No. Go. Okay, you need to back up, man. >> I'M BACK. I'M BACK. I'M BACK. >> GET OUT of here. Leave the property. >> Leave the property. >> Leave the property. >> I'm going to I'm leaving the property. >> Leave the property. >> OH MY GOD. I CAN'T talk to my >> No. No. You can't talk to her, man. >> Why not? WHY NOT? >> BECAUSE WE SAID GET THE [ __ ] OUT OF HERE. >> GET THE OUT OF HERE. >> WHO'S THE >> HE'S THE SERGEANT. GET THE [ __ ] out of here. >> Go. >> Because you're not listening. That's why. >> Go. I'm talking. >> Leave the property. Where are you going? Where are they taking? >> Leave the property. >> Get out of here. >> Where are they taking you, hun? Don't leave. >> You know it's bad when you're a couple and both of y'all are a box of rock. Life will never be easy for them cuz nobody has sense in this and they encouraging each other to do stupid stuff. Yeah, he needed he he need he needs to be gone a long time ago. He was definitely at minimum obstructing lovable scorpion in my opinion. >> You guys have no right to do this [ __ ] You guys have no right. >> You're not going to cooperate. >> No, I'm not because you guys were in the wrong. You guys are You guys are in the wrong is what it is. >> You're in the wrong for not letting us. >> You guys are You guys are in the wrong. You guys want to know what's going on, right? >> We're letting you talk. We're going to talk to the clerks. Why? I told you everything I said was trying to do to everybody. >> NO, YOU GUYS AREN'T. We're not trying. >> I TOLD YOU guys everything that went on. Everything that happened. >> Okay. >> You guys are in the wrong is what it is. >> You guys need anything else from me? >> No, you're good, man. Thank you. >> Hello. >> What the heck? >> Are you guys warning these people trespassing here? >> Yes, sir. >> All right, >> bro. I don't trust him. I don't trust him being in the car, bro. Leave already. >> No, he's not going to leave. Can I just talk to him, please? >> Just not yet. You need to calm down a lot. >> Please. >> We have this wrap. >> I'll work with you guys if you guys let me talk to him. You guys cannot do that. >> We have this wrap. If you're not going to cooperate, you're going in that wrap. >> I get it. I'll wear a helmet. You're going to have the wrap and you're going to be in there. >> Okay, I'll cooperate. Just be quiet for now. Let us finish the investigation and we'll go from there. I don't want to get >> If they use that rap, that's a bingo square. >> Arrested, please. I've been doing so good. >> Give us an opportunity to figure out this whole thing. Okay. >> I didn't do anything wrong. I promise. >> Okay. I'm going to talk to them. >> Please. >> We're going to figure it out. Earlier they came. I did a report for the lararseny. They stole lighters. They came in. They tried to do some lights and stuff. They paid with a card. It was declined. When she told them it was declined, they got pissed off. They got a stack of lighters, took off with it, kicked everything else off out off the counter. It's still all messed up in there. >> Oh, so you out here stealing, threatening people with your stick. Cuz I thought I thought she had the gun at first. Threatening people with your stick and you messing up stuff out there. Oh, the stick was enough for me though. >> No, they fix it up. Both. They came back. They parked right here. And when I pulled up, that agent had them at gunpoint. There's a stick right there, like a plastic pipe. He said, I guess the agent said that when he was inside the store, he saw him come in with that stick. I just need to talk to the clerks and see what happened this time around. >> What happened is um the lady pulled up out there, the lady and the man pulled up out there. Courtney said, "She's back." I said, "Back?" I called 911 and then they walked over here and she had a stick. She comes in and tries to get in. So, we had a customer here. He held this door and Courtney and Chenise held that door so she couldn't come in. Well, she's taking the stick and beating it on the window and trying to break the window to come in and saying that she was calling them names and you know, stuff like that and saying that they stole her money and everything else and she was going to get them. And then that gentleman got out of the truck with a gun and he said he was a police officer. Get down on the ground. Get down on the ground. And he I I saw the gun when he walked up and I was like, there's a guy out there with a gun. She finally got down on the ground. Then he got down on the ground and then then you came. >> They never entered the store. We we wouldn't let them enter because they were going to kill these two. >> They only got to the >> in the foyer. >> The foyer there. >> Yeah. They got inside the foyer there and um they were holding this door and that door. A customer was and was not letting them in the store because we knew exactly what was going to happen if they let them in this store. And that's when she was taking the stick, which was a plastic stick, but trying to break the window and everything. >> Okay. >> Can I say bye to her or something? >> Okay. Listen. Here's what's going to happen. Okay. You've been trespassed from this property now. Do you have your ID with you? >> Yes, I do. >> Okay. Here's what's going to happen, man. We need your driver's license. Okay. Where is it? >> It's in my She has I think she has it. >> Where would she have She didn't have anything on her. >> I'm homeless right now. >> What's your name at? >> I thought >> Whose vehicle is this? >> It's mine. This is mine. This is my name. >> It's registered to you. >> I understand my name. I don't know why you guys are entertainer for it. What's the point to enterain? Why is the reason why that's what we were doing? >> That's what we were investigating. But >> but that cop didn't know no reason. She He pulled the gun out. You guys You guys are officers. You guys know that by now. You guys know by the law. You guys be kind to us. You guys are not kind to us. You guys are not. You guys are like You guys are When you guys are cops told me to cut off, that's not nice to talk to >> if they're D's because they came up and pulled up on y'all. What does it make you? Because you was in there. They had to hold the door so y'all couldn't get inside cuz she out there threatening people. What does that make y'all? >> This is a dumb conversation. I'm I'm waiting to be over. It needs to go. This is stupid. You can't fix stupid. Get the out of here. It's not That's not nice. >> Well, it's not nice of you threatening other people either, is it? I don't go over there and start uh charging them and and and threatening them like you did. I don't do that. >> Yeah, I know. I understand that. Do you understand? >> Yes, I do. I'm saying I know >> you can't come back on this property. Okay, man. I'm trying to be nice to you, okay? If you come back here and they call us and they say, "Hey, he's back here." And we find you here, man. You're going to get arrested. Okay. We don't want that for you. Obviously, you're going through some stuff. >> What about What about gas? Probably won't put gas. >> You have to go somewhere else, man. >> Somewhere else. Yeah. >> What you going to do with her now? >> She's going to go to jail. >> She's going to go to jail cuz what she did? >> Yes. You know, she she kind of overreacted, right? >> You guys are up, man. You don't You don't You don't have to You guys don't have to people. >> That name and date of birth that you gave me is not coming back to anything. >> That's my date of birth. >> Okay. >> All right. Real fast. Your bingo briefing. We are still on version three cuz no one got bingo off the version three card. So, you should have started with a clear card today. And the square that I am accepting, I think my joy my peace put it in there was saying please more than five times. But trespass after warning does not count because the cops have not arrested someone for trespass after warning. >> I'm just saying, do you go by like how do you is a different way of spelling Daniela? >> It's Daniela. I know my date of birth. >> We'll try it again. Um, we're going to we're going to take you to the station and we're going to have ambulance people check you out cuz you have some bad some stuff right here. Your knees are >> Where is my boyfriend? >> He took off. >> He doesn't even talk to him. >> He took off. He wanted to leave. >> No. [ __ ] >> Okay. Well, I don't mess up. >> Now, why he r her up like that? That is not how that man lived. >> I recently found out that my grandson Eli is a big fan of Bluey. So, I decided to check out an episode. The one I watched was called Bad Mood, and it actually highlights something we see in body cam videos all the time. In that episode, Bingo gets stuck in a bad mood. And the lesson is simple. Sometimes people don't actually want to let go of their anger. >> She must like being in a bad mood. >> Being angry can make someone feel in control, protect their pride, and make it easier to blame someone else instead of stepping back. That's exactly what we saw in this situation. Both people here were clearly upset. But once emotion took over, every step that followed, the arguing, resisting, and even coming back with a stick just pulled the situation further downhill. Now, for years, people have believed it was healthy to just let your anger out. But research now shows the opposite because letting anger rip often escalates aggression instead of solving the problem. Now, the >> Wait, hold on. So, we can't go to them those wreck rooms and those places you can go smash stuff that makes it worse. Cuz I haven't had my chance to go do that yet. And I still want my chance. So, I'mma stick to the belief that letting your anger out another way is still productive cuz I want to go to one of those rooms. Don't tell me that. >> Episode they eventually break the bad mood with positive distractions. Now you're in a good mood. >> Cuddle. A >> I've learned that sometimes when someone is angry, telling their side of the story just makes them replay the anger. And telling someone to relax rarely makes them relax. And that's worth thinking about because a bad mood doesn't make someone a bad person. >> Maybe I should give my bad mood a cuddle. No way. He's bad. >> No, he isn't. He was just behaving bad. >> All right, we got our Bluey lesson. We'll stop there on that video. Um, yes. shuts door while talking. My joy, my peace. Yes, you can take that as a square on that one cuz I'm pretty sure they shut the door in her face. Okay. Yeah, Kim, you want to go to a wreck room, too? Yeah. Don't take away our fun. Oh, I'm going axe throwing today. Never went before. We'll see how that goes. I have horrible depth perception. Sounds like fun. All right. This is the one that was on the thumbnail. $1,300 Walmart theft explodes into an allout brawl. A female officer rushes to Walmart after a shoplifter tried to push out an entire cart full of items. As you'll soon learn, this is one of the largest total amounts of a Walmart cart push out attempt. And in the process, she was stopped by Walmart loss prevention and held in the security room. As you'll soon see, what starts out as a simple encounter will be anything but that. >> She tried to push out. We're getting the training receipt right right now. >> Okay. >> There's a big buggy. You have your ID on you? >> I don't have my ID. I do not have an ID. >> What's your first name? >> K A L L I E. >> K A L L L I E. >> Yes. White female. >> Do you know how much the total is? >> Not yet. How much more is there? >> Surely loss prevention will provide the total which will immediately change the climate of the room. >> Y'all watch these the whole time? >> Y'all watch these all the time? >> Sometimes. >> So, that one lady has not scanned one thing, has put a bunch in her bag. >> The one in the red right there. >> Oh, yeah. She's um she's doing smart. >> Okay. I wouldn't be able to tell between Cuz like in reality they could just grab whatever they want and load up. >> Does he know if it's over 750? >> Is it over 750? >> 1300. >> Okay. Go ahead and stand up. You're going with me. They want charges pressed and it's over 750 which makes it a felony. >> Yeah. and stand up. Come on. >> I'm sorry. I can't. >> Well, you're going to have to. >> No, I can't. I can't. >> Do not fight me. >> I can't. I'm sorry. >> Okay, hold on. Lovable said, "Do you see how that officer just tried to get someone in trouble while watching Walmart cameras? Did she point out somebody else?" I missed it. I CAN'T STOP. I can't like you're doing this. >> It's a lot going on and I'm here for it. Arm tattoos on the cop. I think that's still a square. We got number three last weekend. No one won yet, but I'm close. Oh, yeah. Version three. We still did version three last weekend because no one won. So, we were clearing the board for today. So, we're not on version four because we stayed on three until someone wins. I think that's that's what um I think that's what you're saying, Leia's Grandma. So, you so you have you have to have cleared the board, though. Whatever you had last weekend, you got to take it off. Um Yep. Cop has tattoos on arm is a square. Okay, here we go. WHY ARE YOU CRYING? >> BECAUSE YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT I HAVE GOING ON. >> Would you like to talk to me? Settle down. >> You can't settle down. >> I can't go to jail. I can't go to jail. I can't. >> Calm down. I can't go to jail. I can't go to jail. >> You realize this is not beyond this is beyond me now. I hear you. >> I'm with you, Sharon. She was breathing just fine when she was stealing. And talking about I can't go to jail, but you stealing $1,300 worth of stuff. And I think they said she didn't even try to pay for anything to make it look like she actually, you know, was, you know, trying to do anything legitimate. Girl, you walked in there knowing you can go to jail. $1,300. >> $53.97. >> 53.97. Where you at? >> Stop. >> I'm in Walmart. No. was that they were in the I've tagged her twice. >> I CAN'T HELP. I CAN'T. I CAN'T GO. >> STAY YOUR [ __ ] ASS DOWN. >> GIVE ME THE CUPS. >> They're over there. >> I DON'T WANT TO BREAK THE DOOR. >> STOP. SETTLE DOWN. >> STOP. >> NO. NO. You're not. >> Come on. No, no, NO. >> 54. >> DANG. DANG. OKAY, MAN. That arm looks strong, too. And he got a lot of weight on him. I think he out of breath trying to handle her. The Wild Sometimes size does not matter. >> I will tase you if you don't put your hand behind your back. >> PUT YOUR HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> THAT WOMAN DON'T CARE ABOUT TASING. Didn't she already dry tased her a few times? This woman does not care about getting tased. The tas The taser is not a threat. He should have came in with a wrap. Just off the cuff. Bring the wrap. >> Look, you're going to get tagged again. PUT YOUR HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> PUT YOUR HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> I will tase you again. She acts like she has seizures. She hasn't once had a seizure this whole time. I don't know what's in her purse. >> 1071 reference whiskey fox drive >> taser three drives thunder three times >> drives st done three times. >> Y'all want me to burn that video for you of all that >> three copies? >> I'm sorry that is such a contrast. They I forget the Walmart employees were in that room while all that was happening. All the wrestling, the wrangling, the choke hole. And he just calmly comes in. Then you going to jail >> and I will sit on you at the hospital. So, you ain't going home tonight. Just rest your head right there on my boot. I'm going to let you know. Don't do nothing stupid. Just relax. >> Well, don't move. Keep your head keep your head on my boot. >> Keep your head on my boot. >> You made me get my pants all dirty, man. >> Mine, too. I'm sorry. >> She's got to learn it one day. >> No, she I feel so bad for her. She's a door host and I was like, "Hey, I need you in my office." like it. It won't be bad. >> Oh, it wasn't bad at first until I told her to >> and she was going to jail. >> Yeah, that'll do it. >> I was I was fighting for a good bit before he >> Well, I kept we kept hearing somebody key up. We thought it was 5585. >> No, it was me. It wasn't going out and I was like, "Oh my god." >> I almost told them to call. >> Oh, for a second there. When I knocked on the door, I could hear you. >> Yeah. I didn't know who it was, so I didn't want to open the door. She was trying to get out. Yeah. Well, I could hear you and then I was like crap. I hope she's not there by herself. That's why I started hitting on the door. >> My bad. >> No, you're good, man. >> Oh, I opened the door for you. Once you started banging like you did, I opened the door. >> Yeah, cuz it was either the door either somebody was going to open the door. >> Skipping ahead since they're narrating what we saw. So, I'm skipping on ahead. We did it. Okay. So, Oh. Oh, there we go. >> My iPad. Seizures. >> Seizures don't make you feel. She has a cut here. >> I think I think that's from hitting her head. Do you want here? I'll let you in. >> Hey, >> she says she has had a seizure, >> but the whole time we were fighting, she had a seizure. >> Oh, I was with her at the hospital. >> I've already told her the wall upwards. She was she climbed up the wall. She was drive stun, not tased cuz obviously she's got >> uh what? Three times. >> Yes. >> Three times before my twice before my arrival. >> Two. It was two connections. The third time on the middle time it was doing weird. >> Paramedics. We're going to put a little thing on your finger. I know you're in kind of an uncomfortable position. >> That's all good. >> Okay. >> Um she decided to fight. >> Oh, just want to make sure. I was fight for a good minute before my other person came in, but nothing's damaged. >> Well, we're pressing charges now, so >> we normally don't have problems here. Now, if it was under under 750, I would have said I was just going to send charges up and she could go. >> Wow. She said a seizure made her steal. That's what she said. Um, yeah, lovable. That makes me mad, too, on that. That's a that excuse that she gave. Um, did she say something hurt on her? My joy, my peace. If she did, that is a bingo square. My fill in the blank hurts. That's a bingo square. Resisting with violence. Was that on the bingo thing or is that just what she should be charged with? Hold on. Let me see. I do think she should definitely be charged with resisting with violence. But with it being over, >> with it being a felony charge, she was on. >> The 33year-old woman was charged with resisting arrest and felony shoplifting, where the threshold between misdemeanor and felony is above $750. Now, the total tally for the items she attempted to leave with and ultimately passed all points of sale was $1,313.78. This might be the most expensive Walmart's Childton case we've had on the channel. Eventually, she would refuse to be transported to the hospital and was booked into county jail. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate any sentencing details related to this case. So, she is innocent until proven guilty in the court of law. However, just 3 months prior to this footage, she did something very similar a few counties over in Florida. And as a result of that failed shoplifting attempt, she spent a total of 35 days in jail. More details on that in a future video. Let me know your honest thoughts on this case down below in the comments. Stay safe out there. I'll see you in the next video. He replayed the part where they wrestled with her. That is funny to me. Lovable said, "My dad used to have seizures and he did not steal. She also told them the reason she was fighting them was that she was in a DV relationship." Yeah, I see how that made you mad lovable. That's stupid. Okay, since we went that one with the more rougher things. Actually, the first two videos the cops were rough. So, I'm going to I'm going to go ahead and move this one. Hold on. Not that one. Hold on. There's one in the park. I'm trying to find her. Here. No. Did I not put the park one up? Hold on. Here we go. I'm gonna put this one here because I want to know if y'all think the cops used excessive force on her cuz the title says body cam shows woman claiming excessive force after refusing to sign park citation. So, please let me know your thoughts on this one. And you got to start from the beginning. If people come in late and they give their thoughts, it's not the same because you got to start from the beginning on this one. All right, HERE WE GO. >> WHY AM I being arrested? I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY I'M being arrested. Can you please tell me why I'm being arrested? Turn around and put your hands. >> Tell me why I'm being arrested. I have the right. I have THE RIGHT TO KNOW. >> On the 9th of August, 2022, in body cam footage provided by the Atlanta Police Department in Georgia, an officer approaches a woman who is still inside a public park well after closing hours. What begins as a simple reminder about park hours quickly changes when she is asked to sign a citation for trespassing and refuses. All right, sir. Like I explained to you, uh, you can't be in the park at night. Everyone just going to receive a simple ticket stating that you was in the park at all. >> Mhm. What was y'all doing in that park? Mhm. >> Sign right on there. >> What am I signing over? Is it is it a charge or anything or you just a ticket? And I have to sign it. >> All right. >> You can not sign and go to jail. That's your license. Copy. That's what it is. Come over here for me, ma'am. Can you come here, ma'am? >> All right. So, you're going to receive a ticket for being in the park after hours. All right. Just need to sign right here on the X. >> But because we're out of Didn't you say we were out of time? So, we wouldn't have known that. >> Yeah. But that's that's not a valid reason why >> you should be in the park because you're from out of town. >> And what's your bad number? >> 7452. >> Okay. And what's your name? >> Officer Brooks. >> What's your first name? >> I'm not I'm not going to give you my first name. >> Okay. And I don't have to sign it, right? >> You do have to sign it. >> No, I don't. >> Okay. Well, like I explained to him, if you don't sign it, then you're going to be physically taken to jail. Gotcha. >> So, you refus on the sign? >> What's your name? >> Officer Brooks. 7452. >> What's the badge number? >> I gave it to you two times, man. >> Okay. I'm asking again >> and I'm not giving it to you. >> Okay. >> Are you going to sign it? >> No, because I want your badge number. >> That's fine. Put your hands behind your back for me. >> She got Hey, listen. Ma'am, she said she's not signing. She >> put your hands behind your back. >> Sir, ma'am, >> you're hurting me. >> Okay, I'm asking you to put your hands behind your back. >> Sir, >> put your hands behind your back towards me. >> Sir, >> ma'am, put your hand behind your back. Come on. I need you to back up. >> I'm just saying like that. >> I need you to back up. >> You don't need to touch her like that. She's >> She's not putting her hands behind her back. >> I'm asking I'm asking the question. I'm just All I'm doing is Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest. Put your hands behind your back. >> I ask you to sign the ticket. You told me you're not signing it. >> Sir, put your hands behind your back. >> I'm asking you a question. >> I'm letting you know. I'm not going to ask you again. I'm going to forcefully put your hands behind your back. >> But sir, Mr. Brooks, is this really necessary? >> Mr. Brooks, >> hold on. Hold on. Hey, listen. My man, she needs to put her letter down. >> Okay, you can put your phone down. >> Okay, Mr. >> Hold on. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I'm not saying that I'm refusing to sign the ticket. I'm going to sign the ticket. >> You don't have an option now? >> Because I'm But I'm going to sign the ticket, Mr. Brooks. I'm going to sign the ticket. >> I'm going to sign the ticket. >> No, I'm not here to play games with you. >> I know, but I'm going to sign. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> All right. Well, this is probably where the excessive force she is is coming in. Uh, but I would not give her any more chances to sign the ticket if I was that cop physically how I would handle her. We're going to watch and see, but I would not give her any more chances. She has to go now because I already asked you over and over. And I I made it very clear if I was that cop. Sign the ticket or you go to jail. And then he repeated himself. And she didn't want to do it until he was like, "All right, here. You know, you're under arrest." Now it's I'll sign the ticket. That's the same as I was leaving. Not for bingo, but you know what I mean? Like the sentiment is the same. You weren't leaving until they said, "Okay, you're under arrest." Oh, I was leaving. I was leaving. So, for just separating before it gets super physical, I would not have turn uh I wouldn't have backed down from arresting her once I got to that point. >> Mr. Brooks, I'm going hands behind your back. You're acting resistance. >> I'm I'm asking you why am I putting my hands behind my back? I'm going underrest. I'm going to sign this ticket, but why am I under arrest? Why am I under arrest? I'm going to sign the ticket. I'm going to sign the ticket. Mr. Brook, that's all it is. >> Well, Auntie Natty, some places it is gelable to not sign the offense because they are saying that um you're declining that you understand you have to appear in court. So, some states I've seen outside of this, I've seen them get arrested for not signing the ticket. In some places, they'll just put the ticket in the car and walk off because you know there's no for that sake there's no law against not signing the ticket. But yeah, some places you are going to jail. >> I'm going to sign the ticket. >> I ask you to sign the ticket. You told me you were not signing the ticket. >> I'm going to sign the ticket now, Mr. Brooks. I'm going to >> You don't have that option now. >> Why don't I have the option? >> I gave you two options. >> She was asking for your badge number. >> I'm asking for your badge number, and I wasn't buying my ticket, my badge number. >> Sir, you do not have to call her like that. >> Oh my god. Sir, Mr. Brook, I'm I'm telling you that I'm going I'm going to sign >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I'm going to sign the ticket, Mr. Brook. I'm going to find a ticket. Why am I being arrested? Can you please tell me why I'm being arrested? OH MY GOD, I'M SO SICK. MY GOD. PLEASE, in the name of Jesus, please God in THE NAME. WHY AM I BEING ARRESTED, MR. BROOKS? I'm going to sign a ticket. >> And the body cam is shaking extra hard cuz I think it fell off his thing and it's dangling. That's what it seems like. >> Mr. BROOKS, WHY AM I BEING ARRESTED? >> WHY AM I being arrested? I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY I'M BEING ARRESTED. Can you please tell me why I'm being arrested? >> Turn around and put your hands behind. >> Please tell me why I'm being arrested. I have the right I have THE RIGHT TO KNOW. >> OH MY GOD. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. STOP RESISTING. >> RESISTING. >> What are you taking her for? >> Why are you blowing it out? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Oh my god. >> Come on, sir. This is unnecessary. >> What are you doing? THIS IS OVER. >> OH MY GOD. WHY AM I BEING ARRESTED? >> Just put ma'am. Just put your HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY I'M BEING ARRESTED. THAT'S WHY I'M NOT PUTTING MY HANDS BEHIND MY BACK. YOU HAVE NOT GIVEN me a reason. I'M NOT YOU HAVEN'T TOLD ME MY RACE OR TOLD ME WHY I'M being arrested. That's exactly why I'm not putting my hands behind my back. >> Okay. BRB says Officer Brooks is going is on a power trip. He could be. I'm not taking that away. I think this is why this is I've remained on the fence with this one instead of just strongly been like I don't know. You kind of brought something yourself. But the physical part I it put me on the fence. I'm not sure. Um I don't understand what she doesn't understand on how she's being arrested when he literally gave you um an ultimatum. Sign the ticket or you're getting arrested. He told the man the same thing. That man took that pen and signed the ticket. He tells her he already gives her his badge number. He gives her his name, but she prematurely asks for it because then she walks off, I guess, to get her phone to take the note down and he's already over it. I'm not I'm not repeating myself for you. Plus, it'll be on the report. Like, you'll still have his badge number. It's not not that serious. But he did give a clear ultimatum to me repeatedly as far as why she's getting arrested. I'm still on the fence about the physical part. I'm not sure. Yeah, the boyfriend got on my nerves. Lovable. He should have he should have told her to sign the ticket. I also think I don't think she would listen. I don't think she would have listened. She was set in her ways, but he should have told her sign the ticket. Okay. Wow said in Mississippi you have to sign the ticket. And then who was in Texas? They said they don't have to. My joy my peace said I don't have to sign in Texas. Okay. I knew it was some places. I'm like cuz they clearly were getting arrested when they were not signing the ticket. And I and I think they put on the fact that you're not guaranteeing you understand the notice to appear to court. That's what the That's what they use in some states. >> Oh my god. >> Give me your hands. >> I need you to back up, sir. >> SIR, I'M NOT BACK. >> YOU NEED to back up. OH MY GOD. I DON'T UNDERSTAND. I don't understand. Please. You have not told me why I'm being arrested and that's why I have not put my hands behind my back. You have not told me and you have not wrapped me my rights or anything and you're steady doing this to me. I don't understand. Can you please tell me why I've been arrested? That's all I'm asking. >> I JUST TOLD YOU. >> WHY? WHY? >> You refuse to sign the ticket. >> I did not. I TOLD YOU I WAS GOING TO SIGN A TICKET. MR. BROOKS, I told you I was going to sign a ticket. Can I please sign this ticket? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I don't understand. Put your hands behind your back. MA'AM, >> I'M TELLING YOU I'M GOING TO SIGN THE TICKET. MR. BROOKS, I will sign the ticket. Please, >> ma'am. Put your HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> WHY YOU I DON'T UNDERSTAND. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> HOW YOU HANDLING ME? >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK like that, sir. >> God, PLEASE. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> YOU'RE HURTING ME. YOU ARE HURTING ME. >> OKAY, put your hands behind your back. I told you I love you NOT TOLD ME ARREST ME MY RIGHTS. YOU HAVE NOT DONE ANY OF THAT. YOU'RE NOT TELLING ME WHY I'M GOING TO JAIL. >> She doesn't need to ask you anything incriminating to read your rights. Your your refusal to sign is why you're under arrest. There's no questions he has to ask you. My joy my peace said, "Okay, the cop just let me go. You do have to sign in Texas. It's a promise you will come to court. Cop threw the ticket in my car unsigned." That's what I see a lot of times on body cam. Um, for the ones that you usually don't get arrested for, but yeah, they've definitely dropped that ticket in the window and to the ones that throw that ticket back out, you going to jail for littering because now you gonna piss them off. That's like it's like that's it. You put the cherry on top, they're done with you because it's like they've already been patient. Find that you're not going to sign and then you go and take the ticket and drop it out the window. Cuff's coming out for those people. Um, Ace Moonshot said I don't think she was actually listening to him. Still was in denial for some reason, like how she didn't hear his badge number. Auntie Netty said maybe she's not from that state because I would be confused also. What? But I wouldn't resist. Yes, she might think because in her state because she is from out of town apparently that since it doesn't apply to her state, it doesn't apply here. But he clearly said it. He clearly said he repeated himself. So I don't understand what she doesn't understand. I understand she may not agree with it, but I don't see how she's not comprehending it. Okay. Auntie Netty said, "You don't have to sign a ticket in Arkansas." Yeah, most public parks are closed at night. They was up to no good cuz first of all, two grown people that should be able to financially get a hotel room or go to their place of residence. What you doing out there in the park? What are you doing? It's no reason to be out there. Um, let's see. Ace Moonshot says, "Signing is not an admission of guilt. You lose nothing by putting an ex on the spot. You really don't lose anything. It doesn't matter till you show up to court. And half the time the cops don't show up, so they kind of just drop the ticket. It's just your time got a little wasted, maybe. But yeah, wow said, "I don't know what makes this exchange any different than any other body cams we have watched." She knows why she's being arrested, so I don't understand why y'all saying he was too physical. I'm going to tell you some of the triggers on this one that I think, and this is why I stayed on the fence about was he too physical. One, the title already is talking about excessive force. Two, her head wrap came off. The head wrap coming off makes her look more vulnerable in my opinion. Three, that camera was shaking a lot. Not because it was on his body and he was shaking her, but it had fallen, but seemed to be dangling. So, everything seemed more intense to me. I had to watch this a couple times myself. Um, let me see what's the other thing. Blessed and highly favor says she clearly stated earlier she would not sign a ticket because he didn't want to repeat his badge number again. She did. Um, Lovable said they could have been out there having a Shirley Murdoch moment. Let me I'm going have to Google. What is that? Okay, we'll keep going. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Oh, and the last thing that's it is her screaming and crying. That's jarring. That is jarring. So, I feel like that's where it comes. I just don't know. Like, I don't even know if he threw her to the ground. They were struggling, but because of that camera angle, I don't know if he swept her legs or if she they fell together, she she tripped or whatever. It's just from the normal struggle. It's that's the things I don't know. So, I was like, I'm not going to say it's not cuz the same way I did see some some stuff, I didn't see other stuff. YOU'RE FIGHTING ME. YOU ARE HURTING ME. >> STOP RESISTING. >> I'M TRYING TO TELL YOU WHAT YOU ARE BURNING MY ARM. >> COME ON, MAN. >> Oh my god. Is this real? You got about ARRESTED MOMENT. OH MY GOD. >> COLD 463. >> OH MY GOD. >> Oh my god. >> Oh my god. >> Oh my god. >> That was unnecessary. >> Oh my god. >> You can record from over here. >> Oh my god. What's your name? >> What's your name, sir? >> All right. If you see me smiling, I'm smiling at the chat because I just Googled Shirley Murdoch and I see the song As We Lay. Then I see Janetta Boyd put it in the chat talking about why they was in the park in the first place. That's why I was smiling because I know if I don't give context, it probably looks like I'm smiling at what she doing, but I'm not. I'm smiling at the chat. Oh my god. >> All right, sit up. >> Where y'all taking her? >> Oh my god. >> Oh my god. >> Get in THE CAR. >> OH MY GOD. >> Oh my god. I tell you what, I think that was her last park meet up. I'm just saying. >> Shut up and get in the car. >> Oh my god. >> Ouch. Oh my god. >> Go ahead and search her before I put her in. >> Stand up. Stand up. Turn around. >> You got any weapons on you? Any lives? Anything like that? >> No. >> You sure? >> Oh my god. >> All right. >> Oh my god. >> Put your feet in this. >> Oh my god. >> Can I have my phone, please? Oh my god. Oh my god. Amazing. You want to call this car or drive? No, that's just about >> Yeah, I'm good, >> bro. I told her several times, "If you don't sign it, you're going to jail." She said, "I'm not signing." >> Then when I took the hel accounts off, >> she said that at first she >> until you said you're going to jail. She didn't she didn't know what that was the the consequence of not signing the ticket. >> Oh, so me saying she's not going to jail wasn't enough. >> She was asking why are you why do I have to sign a ticket? What you said was just like, "Oh, you going to jail. You don't sign that. That's not a good explanation of why you can't sign a ticket." >> I mean, but >> that's just saying that's the consequence. >> That's not the same. All you had to say was like we were just about to leave. You were leaving. You were coming to tell us the park's closed. Y'all got to get out. That's it. And then now you had to just drag her on the floor and hurt her >> over the park. You got like six, seven cops over a park. >> Somebody getting shot right now. Y'all over here doing some [ __ ] >> I mean, >> we didn't get any calls about anybody getting shot right now. [ __ ] >> I'm saying it. Well, apparently they did. They wouldn't be there. Y'all wouldn't be there. Y'all be here. That doesn't his argument doesn't make sense because he skipped subjects. He said it. He said, "You didn't tell us why she had to sign the ticket. You just told her she was going to jail." Well, that is the why. If you don't sign it, you're going to jail to me. I mean, I know you can elaborate, but that is a reason. And then he said, "Uh, we were just leaving. You weren't leaving." That was the whole point. She was ready to talk that man to that officer to the ground to haggle him about that repeating his badge number. He She had She was comfortable. She was not leaving. That is a lie. She was settling in for the battle, but she didn't realize the cuffs could come out. So that's not true. And you're switching what you actually asked him in the first place. >> Yes, we were leaving. Yes, you can take that square. We were leaving. Yep. >> Behind me. >> It was Mason. And then y'all jail attorney y lawsuit going to jail. >> Are you signing it? No. >> You want to take the handcuffs off? Oh, no. No. I'mma sign it. I don't even go. >> Oh my god. Oh my gosh. Oh my god. Nikki has my phone. Can I please have my phone? >> Mr. Brook, please have my phone. >> Please. >> You're in custody. >> Can you give Mr. Nick my phone, please? >> Yeah, I can give him your phone. >> Can you please give him my phone? >> That's fine. >> Thank you so much. >> Oh my god. >> Oh my god. Dang, bro. This is [ __ ] >> Oh my god. Oh my god. >> That was wild. That took so much restraint, bro. >> Oh my god. >> I don't even play like that. >> Oh my god. >> What started as a minor situation remaining inside a park after closing hours escalated when the woman refused to sign the citation and did not comply with the officer's instructions. Those actions resulted in the following charges. trespassing, remaining in a public park after hours, refusal to sign a citation con, resisting arrest. The entire incident was captured on body cam footage provided by the >> Okay, so the actual charge is named refusal to sign a citation. That is the charge. So that does explain it. Refusal to sign a citation, you get arrested. That is the charge. Okay. >> Atlanta Police Department, Georgia. >> Oh, they ended too fast. Yes, I was going to ask y'all. Um, I was going to say that I wonder what their internal affairs said. If she actually formally filed a complaint, what did the internal affairs say about how he conducted himself? And I, you know what? No. My question is kind of answered on it because it says the police department released that body cam, which means they don't feel like their officer did anything wrong cuz the only time they be voluntary releasing body cams is when they're like, "Nope, wasn't on us." So, that already answers my question on how they saw the the interaction. So, never mind. I know how they I know. Um, let's see. Yeah, Go Get a Room by Pay with Cash. I don't know what to tell you. All right, next one up. Y'all have This has been in the list for a while. I finally like we just gonna play it. I didn't know where to put it. So, here we are. Love and Hip Hop. I'mma say person. I'm not saying star. I'm not saying star. Love and Hip Hop character Erica Mina, Zale Swag, and Bambi arrested. So, here we go. And Erica, Mina, of course, because she she she thinks she has a past, likes to say the N word. I don't know if they bleached it out on here, but I'm pretty sure when I watched it before, she threw it out like I don't know, like seasoning. Like it was I don't know. I hate it. >> On August 25th, 2023, Buckhead's hottest hookah lounge was packed, the music was loud, and the energy was electric until it wasn't. What started as Love and Hip Hop stars Erica Mina and Zel joking around, laughing, dancing, and turning up in the middle of the club took a sharp turn when security rushed in believing a real fight was about to break out in >> I remember this because the way it made it to my algorithm was that Saucy Santana, as soon as he saw them doing all this, he he ran. That's what they caught the video of. He took off. He was not hanging around for the police to come. So that's how I think I remember this one. In seconds, the vibe collapsed. Zel tried to shield Erica, shouting she was pregnant, security kept pushing. Tensions spiked. And when police stormed the scene to break things up, Erica Mina's knight took a shocking turn. Dragged out of the club, confused and surrounded. Erica suddenly fought back, biting an officer in the chaos, later claiming she didn't even know it was police grabbing her. This is exclusive, never-beforeseen footage from that wild buckhead night. What the [ __ ] is wrong with you? >> No. I got you. I got you. I got you. >> What are you talking about? >> I'm not doing anything. [ __ ] good. Sit down. Sit down. I got you. I can sit down. >> This [ __ ] is acting like I'm acting out. >> I'm not acting out. Relax. >> This [ __ ] is trying to leave. >> I don't know, bro. I just pull up. Where you going? Huh? You good? >> All right. I I'm a human. >> I got you. >> I can stand up and defend myself. I was trying to pay my bill and exit out. >> I am everybody who in custody going to jail. So put them in the car. >> Let's go. Let's go. >> I got you. Hey, search >> saucy Santana ended up running out the moment police pulled up just trying to stay out of the drama. He was only there with his boyfriend at the time, Zel. This is the part where officers stop him outside and start questioning him about why he dipped out so fast and why he walked out without paying his tab. >> I don't do no fake, no fake, no none of that. I'm not that clear that [ __ ] out. Come in my tab gladly. Clear that fake [ __ ] out. >> All right, let's come clear your tab out. That's all we need for >> here. Clear that out though. They out. >> Listen. Yeah, they out. Everybody gone. We need you to come pay your tab. >> I pay my tab for sure. >> All right. We ain't going to pay. You >> good? I'm good. Get bit. >> Oh yeah. You mean bit me on my arm. You want to watch this? >> Where my boyfriend at? >> He going Who? Who was your boyfriend? The two dudes was going to jail. I was in the >> Why two dudes? >> One with the dreads and the one with the ball head. Cuz the one with the ball head hitting. >> Okay. What about the blonde? >> The one with the dreads. He was in there fighting the security. He was punching the security on him first because >> cuz we're trying to break up the fight. fight. I'm talking about the boy with a blonde hair with a bun. >> Yes, he going to jail. >> He was fighting the security. He was trying to break up the fight and he would not let go. He start pushing everybody and then him and the security got to fight. >> He was fighting. He was trying to break what car he is. He gone to the police. >> He already gone. >> They took him to the precinct so I could pull my warrants. >> Anyway, that's you trying they were trying to break it up. They were trying to break it up, >> bro. We were literally just trying to break up the fight. I'm just pulling the girl like, "Come on." I'm telling her, I'm like, "Yo, I'm the police. Come on. Come on." She would not let go. She start swinging. She bit me. And then the dude, I'm telling the dude like, "Bro, back up. Back up. We trying to break it up." The dude swings on me. >> I just turned around and just starting. >> Did you say anything right now? >> My daughter has school tomorrow. >> I know. I And I apologize. I I'm like I said, I really don't know what's going on. I'm kind of waiting on the lead officer. >> I'm just doing >> You're doing your job, >> right? >> Don't speak on it. >> I'm from the Bronx. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> But I'm I didn't mean on I just wanted to go home and I was on my way out. >> I got you. >> It just was like >> I was on my way out as you can see. I was really on my way out. >> So, uh >> my daughter has school tomorrow >> for policy. I I don't want what I have to do, but I have to put the cuffs on you. Okay. Just cuz you're sitting in the back of the car. All right. All right. Step off on me right here. >> So, how did you They were They won't. >> Yeah. I don't I don't I don't want to let you know. Okay. >> Okay. Yes, ma'am. >> I'm trying to take my daughter tomorrow. >> Yes, ma'am. Hopefully, this will be a speedy process and everything, you know, you'll be able to do it >> cuz like literally, I was just trying to figure out what's going on. >> Yeah, I know. >> I was just trying to just turn around for me. Okay. >> Yeah. Oh, no. You were just out with everybody trying to have a good time. I get it. >> We just got done filming. >> Oh, really? >> No. I apologize. >> We were just here filming. >> We literally just all got done filming. This tension is high. We came here to release. So, we just came a new vouch. We've been here for some time. We've been here before even got lit. >> Oh, for real? Oh, so y'all were here for a minute? >> Yeah, we were here for a minute. >> Y'all know the owner? >> Yeah. >> Oh, okay. Um, Zel is a resident at the owner's building. >> Ah, that makes sense. >> That's why he told us to come here cuz he's like he knows our hours. He knows that we're going to be in and out cuz we're filming and he cuz when you get a bottle obviously >> Yeah. It's going to be longer. You're going to spend more money. You're going to >> So that why we picked this place cuz he was cool coordinating with I don't come here. You know me. >> Yeah. I got you. I got you. That's why I was like I saw you. I had to really recognize >> I just came from filming and I just wanted to try to like release >> I just was trying to have a drink before I got home. >> I got you. Can you go sit for me? I'm going try to get a dream. >> I know. And I'm going home to my kids to like back to reality. But I just wanted to drink. >> Yeah. You just wanted to release. Just try to I got you. Like I said, I'm going to try. >> You just got done filming. I got you. Just sit up for all here. Bambi. >> Yeah. All of them. >> We were all filming cuz we were filming on the street >> and it was my idea to come here because I just thought it was chill. I >> got you. Don't feel bad. >> Food and drinks. That's all I wanted. >> Don't feel bad. >> I feel bad because my best friend is >> Don't feel bad. Like I said, >> everybody's blaming me though. >> No, nobody's blaming you. I >> No, they are. talking >> everybody came here cuz of me >> but nobody has to blame you. Okay, trust me. Don't think like that. >> It's just because I invited >> 11 >> and now invitedbody in here because like >> 11 negative uh you know >> with the I Ty used to do the wrong spot. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. The rug spot. Yeah. >> That's what made me come here. Say, "Hey, come here. Bar out. We're good." Real new [ __ ] >> Yeah. That's why we didn't pick this spot. Otherwise, I would have been home already. >> I got you. Yeah. Let me try to see if we can speed the [ __ ] up. Okay. >> Like all I was doing was just trying to have like a drink or two, have fun and go home. >> I got you. All right. >> We're like in the middle of filming. >> Yeah. You don't want to have nothing to do. I got you. >> This is what this is. That's why even Bam's here. She just got divorced. >> Yeah. Yeah. I was about to say, man, >> we're not here to like start trouble. as I can start. >> All right. Come on. >> Do you got to use the restroom, too? >> All right. >> No, she not going to go at the same time. I just ask. >> No. No. I just want to make sure we both nerve. We got kids. >> Listen, you don't have to You don't have to plead your story to me. It's not going to change nothing. Come on. >> It's not about >> That's who I needed to come into the scene. That cop that she was talking to, he didn't care. He was just like, "Uh-huh. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. Whatever th this one, she said it out loud. We don't care. It's not changing anything. It doesn't matter. >> About being realistic. >> I got you. But come on. I'll take you to the >> Friday morning. I got better my daughter. >> But none of that matters. >> It does. Listen, >> it does. I wasn't doing nothing wrong. So, cuz who I am is why I'm here. >> Listen, I could put you back in the room and we don't have to do this at all. >> You can. >> Okay. So, you don't want to go? Okay. >> Yeah. Because you're you're not being realistic. >> I I don't have Listen, I'm telling you. Just because Just because you want to play your story to me, that doesn't have anything to do with what's going on. Why does peeing have to do? >> Cuz all I'm asking you to do is just go pee. You don't have to talk to me at all the whole time. >> And I don't So, can I pee? >> So, what do you want to do because I'm not going to go back and forth. >> So, can I pee? >> Let's go. >> I don't have to clean your story. I just >> So, just be quiet, >> baby. So, show me. >> You keep talking. >> You're the one who told me. >> You're the asking me questions. I didn't ask you [ __ ] baby. I ain't ask you. Yeah, I like her. I like her. That's right. If you got to go pee, just come pee. I don't want to hear nothing else. And then she was like, I was just trying to pee. No, you definitely were trying to plead your case to this woman and she doesn't have time for it. And I love it. She said, >> "I didn't ask you anything. All I asked you was, let's go." Come on, stop calling me baby. Let's go. I feel like I'm not a person. >> I don't have anything to do with what's going on. You just keep talking. But you're doing all that. >> And am I not? >> So then why do you keep talking for what you keep talking for? >> I'm not talking. I'm just asking. >> It's cuz you hate your job. I know you're doing. She don't hate her job. You just getting on her nerves. She knows your type and you are trying to get sympathy. It's already done. You going through the booking process. They're just trying to get you processing out out of their face. Nobody cares. >> My job. Okay. You know what I just thought about too? Cuz they in Atlanta. Do you know how many times cops have to deal with people in Atlanta that that think they doing something? It I know that has to be annoying. I know it does. She probably knows exactly who Eric Kamina is. She just does not care. Like she The Eric Camas are a dime a dozen. Everybody wants to be not everybody, but you know what I mean. They probably come into contact with a lot of people that already think they have a status or they want to be in the crowd that has a status. They're aspiring to be with people that have a status. It gets annoying. >> Hey, is one of the um is he or one of them standing there? Huh? >> My handcuff. >> Yeah. Let me see your handcuff key. >> Come on. We're going back to where we come on. >> Just come. Yo, don't get her started back up. Damn. Started. I just want to pee. >> Shut up. >> Hold on. I got to see what happened. She said get her started back up. Let me I missed that. Hold on. >> Come on. We're going back to where we come on. Just yo, don't get her started back up. Damn. As [ __ ] started. I just want to please >> shut up. Stop talking, bro. >> What? You're too beautiful. >> I already know that. >> I don't have nothing. I don't have nothing with me to the bathroom. >> Oh, baby. You just keep talking. >> You're too beautiful to shut up. >> Who wouldn't want to talk to you, >> baby? I just want to pee. >> I don't like it. She's She's so effing condescending. That That She's being straight up. Just don't talk to me. Go pee and leave it alone. Era Camina is being very condescending right now because she has a track record of how she voices how she thinks of black women. One of them being monkeys. She likes to use that. So shut the hell up, Erica. That that cop has already clocked her. Nobody cares. This the last thing I was trying to get. I want to go home and take my daughter to school. Baby, if you think there's anything other Come on. >> Come on. >> I'm not trying to play. >> I never said you were. >> I don't want to get hold of my kids. >> Put your hand behind. >> I want to see you like that. I'm sure you got kids in your own. I wouldn't even sh >> lovable. Thank you. That's That is it. Lovable said they need to keep the male officers away from her because they keep making her feel special while the female officer is no nonsense. Right. So now the female officer seems um harsh where she's actually just doing her job and then the male officers are coddling the heck out of her. I agree. Except that one that apparently had on the ground in the beginning cuz I didn't even see that when y'all said that uh another cop had to pull him off of Erica. So I didn't see that. But yeah, with the exception of him, we're doing too much bathing. >> You have to go to the bathroom. >> Scared or what? So, you don't want to go? >> I do. >> So, are you coming? >> I'm scared. >> Where you from? >> Are you coming to use the bathroom? Come on. >> I don't go in the bathroom with you. I don't know what you're scared of. >> Oh, she she would like that, but she would be scared. >> So, she got to use the bathroom again this time. Is she saying she got to use the bathroom again, y'all? >> Come on, ma'am. You going? Yes or no? Come on. How did you Come on. Walk through the door. Walk through the door. What are you scared of? >> I'm so sorry. It's been a long time since I've had to deal with Eric Mina. I hate the baby pouty face she's making. I feel like Kendrick Lamar right now. I hate the way that you talk, the way that you walk. I hate I hate everything about this. Oh, she's getting on my nerves. >> Walk through the door. What are you scared of? I got you. You can call him. You going to be alone. >> I got you. I was on my way home, >> man. All I was trying to do was get you out the club. Like, >> I was literally leaving. >> Let's go ahead and use the bathroom. >> I'm pregnant. I don't know what I'm going to what's going to happen when I leave here. >> I'll go to Full County. >> All right. My joy, my peace. I'll give a little grace that they somebody did say at the beginning that she's pregnant, so the pee could come frequently. I'll I'll knock that one off. Why she slip her cuffs? And why aren't the cuffs back on her? But I I'll definitely give Grace. Okay, she pregnant. A lot of peeing. Got you. >> You'll be released whenever they release you. But you'll be able to danger. >> No, you're not in danger. >> Am I going to be like >> I have no idea how they do their process down there. When you get down there pro, you can tell them who you are. They might isolate you. I have no idea. All right. Come on. Use the bathroom so I can only safely. They not going to let nobody hurt you. >> How do you know what? >> Cuz it's >> I immediately take my grace back. I immediately take my grace back because I know pregnancy ping is supposed to be urgent, is it not? And she got a lot of time to talk. She ain't even got her legs crossed. She ain't hold nothing in. I take my grace back. >> Jail. Tell them who you are and they might separate you. I have no idea. I don't work for the jail. I don't work in the jail. >> So, what happened to you? I didn't even do anything. >> Ma'am, I don't know if you don't remember, but you were swinging at me. You bit me. You picked >> after you dragged me off >> because I'm I at first >> I was literally walking over to my section. >> At first I came and I was calm. I told everybody let you go so I can take you out the club. I've been I've been listen I've been working blue for years. People fight all the time. I get I'm just listen. >> So I don't I don't know what happened. Why the security even came listen. I worked for that establishment. I saw the security testing with you guys inside. I came in to just to get you out the club, figure out what happened. But I have to my job when I worked there. I work for the club. My job is to take the parties outside, figure out whoever needs to go to jail needs to go to jail. A fight is a fight. >> You were going to go home. You stuck. I don't know. I don't know what happened. I just know I was assisting in security and you just start whing out. You were ma'am. You were punch. You were throwing punches at me. You knocked my body camera off. You >> dragged me. >> I got you. But that's why I told you I walked in. I said, "I'm Atlanta. Please come with me." I didn't know who was I understand that but you were just you were doing a lot. >> I didn't know who was who. >> Then when you got outside I told you the music >> and that's when I calmed down cuz I didn't know who was what. >> You bit me on my shoulder when we got outside >> because I have no idea what was going on. You have to understand there was also people when you were dragging me out. There was also people pulling on me. I had no idea what the was what. First of all, I came from the bar giving a shot to a friend for a birthday and I walk over. Next day no, you and a couple of people were approaching me and I had no idea what was going on. >> I got you. Future reference, if you ever go to the club and security, just walk outside and figure it out outside cuz what you did is >> I don't even go outside. I don't even leave my house. >> I got you. But go ahead and use the bathroom so I can help get y'all out of here cuz you're going to be here all day if you keep talking to me. >> What do we do? >> Come on. Are you have to use the bathroom? Use the bathroom. >> I did not. >> I'll talk to you when you get back in there. But I need to finish this paperwork. >> Come on. I got two. I have nobody that lives in Atlanta. >> I understand. >> I have a Spanish [ __ ] daddy that is a [ __ ] immigrant. I just >> Okay, just use the bathroom and I'm we going to figure it out. Use the bathroom. We going to figure it out. All right. Go ahead. >> This is my sister. They saw her. >> Come on. You're good. I don't got no hatred for nobody else. >> Yeah. This is my sister. So they saw her playing with me like touching in my face and just ran up and smashed her down from from standing up. So I'm like I'm trying to grab her like hold on what's going on y'all stop she pregnant like you know I'm trying to explain but it's that one >> I left the bar went to my section next time >> and I've already paid like two tabs prior to that. So I don't even know where like >> where' the fear and the cry voice go just now. Where' all that go? and Zale tell you right now if it hasn't already happened already because I don't watch the show anymore they get on my nerves but you are only there because for for now you are useful to her. You will be thrown into a pit and left by yourself to fend for yourself when you are no longer useful to her. You are a type of shield right now. She does I don't believe she does anything beneficial for him. She's not a friend. She's not your play sister. You are a tool to her as is PROBABLY EVERYBODY ELSE IN that room right now. >> Conversation at all. >> Thought y'all was fighting. >> Yeah. And that's why I told her I tried to tell him the whole time I was holding I was like this is my sister. She was joking with me. Like it's nothing like that. We was just it was I don't even know supposed to be coming up. Oh, you got me. >> Let me see right here. See the judge first. You You just sent me. You still at the precinct. You haven't even reached jail yet. >> He's saying I'm still at the prison, so there's nothing I can do. But my whole thing at the kids like mother who is going to stay with my kids. >> My mom sister has to work. Like, what the? She's supposed to like skip out of work with my kids. Like, I don't even know what to do. She's supposed to be leaving tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. You know what's pissing me off? Where are her cuffs? She's done using the restroom. Where are her handcuffs? I'm counting everybody else in the room and I see some type of chain or handcuff on them. Where are her handcuffs? I'm just so >> And is she holding a cell phone >> mad that my hand might mess up for this mug chat. >> All right, take the cell phone away from me and I don't even have your number. >> And that's how the night spiraled out of control at the Buckhead Hooker Lounge. Erica Mina ended the night charged with simple battery on a police officer, obstruction, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespass after allegedly biting an officer in the chaos. Zel Swag was hit with obstruction of law enforcement for stepping in during the confrontation and Bambi faced obstruction and disorderly conduct charges of her own. Three reality stars, One Wild Night, and body cam footage that tells the story like never before. Make sure you like, comment, and subscribe. >> Uh, whoever sent this to me, my blood pressure is up. My blood pressure is up from this one. Okay, hold on. Un lovable said she keeps taking them off then. Uh, but the male officers aren't doing anything about it. Yeah. My joy my peace said bam defended her when she called old girl a monkey. Yep. All right. Going to the next one. The cops knew they were hiding something. No, that last time she didn't have cuffs. Wow. No, no, no. At that moment, she did not have cuffs on. Her hands were very much separated. Even in the front of her, she Oh, okay. Hold on. No. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. I see one hand cuffed to the chair. I see it. I see it now. Okay. Wow. >> Are you in a hurry this morning? You heading somewhere? >> Yeah, we're going to a funeral. >> Oh, to a funeral. >> That's crystal. >> Oh, boy. That's a bunch of crystal. >> I don't do this. I'm a public figure, have 2 million followers on Instagram. What I'm going to say, I can't say on a body cam. >> You want to talk to him again? >> Hey, your body cam is going to get I can't I can't have this on record. >> Let me uh >> In October 2023, DEA got a tip about a woman named Latasha Weatherspoon. She was said to be flying from California to Indiana, moving crystal meth on planes. Her run ended when undercover agents caught her and two other women grabbing suitcases and hopping into a rental car. Fast forward to December 19th, 2023. Officers working on intel traced the trio and initiated a traffic stop on them, though they were breaking traffic rules when in reality the officers knew exactly how this stop was going to end. Making the stop 350. They haven't come to a complete stop yet. >> Morning, ma'am. >> Good morning, man. >> How you doing? >> Hi, honey. >> Not too bad. You got your license registration with you? >> Well, your registration is right. >> It's okay. All right. Just uh anything with a van or whatever. >> I don't know. Are you in a hurry this morning? You heading somewhere? >> Yeah, we're going to a funeral. >> Oh, to a funeral. Funeral. >> We're at PTSD. >> Okay. Uh, that might work. Yeah. >> Sorry. >> Yeah, that's fine. It's all right. Um, back at I believe it's Bridgeport. Uh, when you come on to Washington Street, um, you roll through the stop sign, didn't come to a complete stop. Um, you're I'll try to get you. I don't know about >> you're good. >> Um, give me just a second. Let me run everything. >> How we doing today? >> Thanks for y'all headed to >> a funeral. >> Yeah, we just landed and we don't know where we're at yet. >> They're supposed to take us to the gas station. >> Where y'all coming from? >> Airport. >> Like I I get that. What state? >> Um California down. >> Okay. All righty. How long y'all staying? Y'all got a ton of luggage. >> A week. >> A week. Okay. >> Well, I'm staying a week. They're staying. >> All right. We got to be at >> Okay, hang tight. The officers skip straight from questioning to bringing in a canine. They already suspected the vehicle, but without probable cause, they couldn't legally search it any other way. The fourth amendment of the US Constitution protects individuals from unreasonable searches and seizures. This means you have the right to refuse consent to a vehicle search if police do not have a warrant or probable cause. But if officers have probable cause to believe there's evidence of a crime in your car, like the smell of drugs, or in this case, the use of a canine, they can search without consent or a warrant. In essence, the officers use the canine to create probable cause. given him the green light to search the vehicle right there without a warrant. The women were caught off guard and suddenly trapped in the worst possible situation. >> Um, what was I going to say? No problem, Jordan. I'm glad you're here watching it. I Okay, now we do all know that they're lying about a funeral, right? I don't even think they'll meet up to drop off their little meth and everything. I don't know if that was even going to be at a funeral home like cuz they don't have that they don't have that story straight at all. You'll see once they separate them, too. I think they their stories really start changing. Um, Love said, "I also pack a lot of stuff when I go out of town." I have not mastered the art of packing. Like, I don't know how some people they be going on vacation and somehow they done packed it into a carry-on. Even if it's a weekend vacation, I can't do it. I need a check bag. I don't understand it. I do um admire people that do it. I'm a little jealous. Wish I could, you know. >> Window roll down. I don't know. >> You got one back here, too. >> Go ahead. Step out of the car for me. >> What am I? Step out of the car for a sir. >> Dog indicated. Go ahead. Step out of the car for me. >> Okay. What? >> Step out of the car for me. >> Step out of the car. Just keep your hands where I can see them. You can leave everything in the car. Turn around. Face that way. Put your hands on your back. I'll explain everything here in just a second. You're not under arrest at this time. Okay. >> Go ahead and step out of the vehicle for me. Please, go ahead. Put your phones in there for me for a minute. >> Record what? I don't know what's going on. >> So, all right. I got a narcotic dog and he alerted that there's presence of >> Just put your phones down. >> I'm like, can I record whatever it is? >> Yeah, you can record whatever you want. You can put it on record, but I just leave it there. >> You ain't got no weapons on you. Nothing like that. >> Okay. All right. Just turn around for me real quick. You're not under arrest. You're not under arrest. You're just being detained. Okay. >> Wait. Why am I detained? >> Because our my dog alerted on the vehicle that there's a presence of narcotics. Yeah, you did. >> All right, step on back here for me. I'm going to put you next to this car cuz it's warm. Okay, you just put your hands on the hood. Keep your hands warm. That's it. Let me tell you. Step back here. Yep. >> Just put it right there. A little bit of heat come out of there cuz it is cold out. I'm going to have you step out. Okay. You ain't got no guns, nothing like that. No, sir. >> Okay. Go ahead and step out for me. >> Cuffs? >> Yeah. I use my second. You got your second? >> No, I don't. >> Why am I being handed? >> Uh, you're just being detained. You're not under arrest. Okay. Why am I being >> uh my dog alerted on the vehicle that there's a presence of narcotics. Uh so we're going to search a vehicle. If there's nothing in there, then y'all are free to go. >> Yeah. In Indiana, if a police dog alerts on a vehicle, that's probably cause to search vehicle. >> Is there anything in the vehicle that shouldn't be in there? >> All right. Freedom, Miranda first. >> Are we going to find anything illegal in the in the bags? Not that you know of. >> No, I don't have a carry. >> You only have a carry-on? Okay. So, my dog, he is trained on six odors of narcotics. Cocaine, crack, heroin, ecine, meth, and marijuana. With this being a rental car, fairly new, I'm assuming there's no odor in the vehicle other than what you all brought into it. Uh, >> I don't know. >> You don't know. >> Can I talk to you real quick? >> Um, where you guys coming from? >> They're coming from LA. One from LA. I've been shooting. We just went to Kentucky. >> How do you know them? That's my cousin. And that's the person that died. That's his girlfriend. >> That's what >> girlfriend. Person that died. >> Okay. You relation to the girl up there? >> That's the girlfriend. >> Oh, yeah. Are you Are you related to that person up there? >> My cousin? >> No. >> Okay. When's When's the funeral? >> Huh? >> When's the funeral? >> It's today. >> Oh, today. Okay. Hang tight for me right here. How do you know your other two? >> We're family. We're like really close friends. >> Okay. >> Who Who was it that passed away? >> My cousin. We call him my cousin. Oh, I love I love seeing all the stories split up. Yes, my joy my peace smart for saying I only have a carry on. That ain't my stuff. Yes. Um, there was something else I was going to say about them. Did y'all put it in there? Let me see. Dang. I feel like y'all put something in there that made me Oh, I was just going to say State Boys, uh, his channel's all in Louisiana and just gets the state patrol out there. He he does all those and every time they get stopped, the cop is so friendly. He's like, "You mind if I um if I search your car?" You can deny it. You can say no, but I'm just asking, "Do you give consent to search your car?" And they're usually like, "Uh, well, if you don't have to, I'm going to say no." Okay, then um if you can just wait right here, my my my buddy's going to bring a K9 to come to come walk around the car. So, that's how I learned like, yeah, that probable cause is going to come either way. Another thing I've noticed um is they'll get the local police to try to find a traffic infraction to stop the car. In this case, he said they ran a stop sign and then usually the DEA comes once they have the stop and then they'll take over the the the drug part. I've seen that a lot. I don't know if it's always mandatory in every state that they have to get a traffic infraction to stop the car first, but I do see that a lot. >> Okay. How do you know her up there? >> When's the funeral? >> In two days. >> In two days. Okay. All right. So, you got time, so we're not delaying you too long. I just don't want you guys to be late or anything. >> Weed. I smell it. >> I can smell it now. Here, grab grab that corner and pull. >> Something just dropped. >> Tampon. >> That's heavy though. I don't know if that's weird or not. >> Can't all be weird. >> That's crystal. Oh boy. >> So, we're good on this bag. I got everything there. >> Quick money, slow time every time. It costing your freedom is always too expensive. >> Oh man, that's heavy. >> Oh, thank you. Noir Angel changed uh she said the date of the funeral changed. And they asked the second person, "What day did she say?" I know the first girl said, "Oh, the funeral's today." What the second girl say? >> Got it. >> That one came out of that. Let me get a picture of that one came out there. picture. >> Got them things vacuum sealed. Oh my god. Okay. Second girl said in two days. That's a lot. Ashley, it is. We're getting it. Wow. That's a lot. Oh my gosh. So, they just waited to see who's going to claim those bags and so they let them leave the airport to make sure they who claimed the the bags is who they got. That's what I think cuz I'm like they got to leave out that airport. But oh my god. and they just thought it was okay. They would not get caught, man. And see, the the thing is they probably didn't get caught the first time. Somebody in that group was like, "Oh, girl, I can show you how to make some quick money." They don't be bothering you until they bother you. Until you're facing serious time now. >> That, my dear, is Crystal Master. Mhm. >> All right. So, here's here's the deal. Okay. Uh I don't know if you see, but they're getting bundles of narcotics out of bags. Okay. I talked to other people and they claim the other bags aren't theirs. Okay. Here's the thing. I understand sometimes people they get into a money situation where, hey, they get down on luck or whatever, so they feel like they need to do something. That doesn't mean somebody's a bad person. I just wonder what your story is. >> My story is my father is in law enforcement. Um I grew up buried in a shelter community. My father's in law enforcement counts as my blank is a cop in case you don't have that square yet. And that's she's super stupid to have her dad in law enforcement. She's still doing this unless they didn't tell her what what what they were doing. I don't know if she claimed some luggage or not. >> So what happened today? >> Today um just with my cousins going to Okay. So, I'm going I'm going to stop you right there. Okay. The funeral story is BS cuz I talked to everybody by individual. Okay. Nothing matches. All right. So, we can start over. What's going on today? You know, and I know that's not true. Okay. So, how did you end up here with a bunch of narcotics? >> I just came um with my cousins. >> You came with your cousins? >> So, where's the narcotics going? Cuz that's what I'm talking about now. >> I have no idea. >> Okay. So, how did you end up here? Are you getting paid to bring this? Um, >> you're getting a little bit, I'm sure. >> I literally don't know what else is going on. >> Are you getting paid or anything or? >> Um, no. >> Cuz they're claiming all these bags of yours. >> No. >> Okay. All right. >> I need to get a good picture. >> Yeah. >> After a few minutes of searching, officers uncovered a sizable stash of drugs, mostly crystal meth, hidden in bags. That meant all three women in the vehicle were in serious trouble, staring down long prison time. But some people believed it wasn't that simple. >> No question. >> Yes, ma'am. >> They said there was drugs in her luggage. Does that affect everybody? >> You said what now? >> They the guy just told me that that is crystal meth in her luggage. Right. >> There was crystal meth in every one of the suitcases. >> Yeah, but the guy none of that is not. They told him I have all orange bags. Does that affect me? >> Be honest with you. I don't know. That's going to be up to the court. >> I'm a parenting. Yeah, I don't I don't do that. Wait, I'm being arrested. I don't know if you're being arrested or not. >> Like I don't have they just went through all my stuff. I don't drugs that when I'm doing anything else. Kill my brother. I don't do this. I'm a mother. >> Were any of the big bags? Um the girl that's up in the front because she stayed for 2 weeks and she wanted to check free. >> What's her name? >> Uh and Christine Enriquez. >> Yeah. Like two or three of the big bags I have. >> Christina Enriquez. Marlene Richardson. >> Yeah. All of the bags are packed to all of us so that she can get free stuff. It's hers in there. She can only take two bags free and she snap it to you. >> Oh gosh. Only thing mine is orange luggage. I told you guys that when you first pulled us over. >> Okay. So, this one is hers. >> They're all hers. Her clothes. Look at the size. >> Well, this one's this one's tagged. Uh Marlene Richard. She needed to check extra stuff. She's staying two bags of heat. So, we let her check. But only thing that's mine is that and my fashion Nova outfits in orange. >> Okay. >> I don't have anything with me. I don't do whatever that is they do. I don't >> What name's that one? >> Okay. >> What's that? >> No. Everybody seen the craps. >> Okay, that's fine. So they they can cuz she's trying to say, "Yeah, that's that's her name, but she was using it for free luggage or whatever." Problem is your name's on it. So >> also for free luggage. >> Got your name on the luggage. Oh my gosh. Yes. Kim Jones said dad has probably warned her against those Kim folks hard-headed. I agree. One, I don't even know if they really related. Let's go there. I I don't know if there's a cousin in sight with these girls. But also, yes, the girl that is a daughter of a cop, you know, he's told her, "Look, I see a lot of young people thinking that they can outsmart the law. They thinking they hiding something well. They the money looks good real fast. And she's probably not bad off if her dad's a cop. That means she's at least, you know, level set on being taken care of. She's not in a poverty situation. It's even worse cuz doing it almost out of necessity is kind of like, uh, you took that chance." But, you know, it is what it is. But to not even need it to survive is crazy to me. But I know her dad has talked to her like, "I've seen so many people in jail. They always think they're smarter than what it is. Cops have seen everything under the sun. You're least likely to get away with it. In fact, you're on the bottom of the rung. So, whoever's getting away with it, it's not going to be you. You're the mule. The mule gets caught. That's why you're the mule." And they take the loss because they have mules dispersed throughout. It's like, "Okay, we lost one. Replace it with the next one. Keep it moving." You are not smart. If you are the mule and you have to actually be in the presence of the fake check, the drugs or whatever, you are not smart. Don't do it. >> And the dope's in all the luggage, right? >> So, we know which bags the dope came out of, right? >> Yep. I got I got each ID with phones. Whose is who. >> Plus, it's on camera. So, each person had dope in their bags. >> They They all had their name on them. Had dope in them, right? 100% sure. >> Name name >> and different names. Different names. All of them, right? So, all of them have a bag with their dope in it. They all said that they're going to a funeral. However, when I asked them the day of the funeral, they all gave me different days. She said tomorrow. Um, one of them said tomorrow. I have to double lift the camera. One of them said two days and one of them said today and then the other one's like, "Well, the weights today." Um, one of them identified all themselves as cousins. I just said their stories were inconsistent. >> Yeah, that she the driver told me that they were cousins of two front and now they're friends. >> The girl claimed none of the bags were hers, trying to distance herself from the whole situation. But that story started to fall apart. There were inconsistencies in what they said, and the luggage tags carried different names, suggesting she did have a link to them, even if it wasn't fully proven yet. One thing was clear, though. She wasn't going down without a fight. Okay, before that girl starts snitching, whoever it was that started snitching, um, what was I going to say? Oh, I think they're all complicit. Because here's the thing. Why are you all lying about a funeral? What What was the reason that you had to lie if none of this was yours? You just hanging out with your friends then. Why do you have to say we're going to a funeral? That that's what I don't understand. So to me, you're all complicit in some way because that doesn't make sense that I'm going to lie to say if a cop pulls us over, we're going to say we're going to a funeral and we're going to say we're related, but we're not related. Why? Why do I have to do that? I'm just on a girls trip with my friends, right? Like what's going on here? No. >> I don't do this. I'm a public figure. Got two million followers on Instagram. She been talking to that man for 30 minutes. I know police when a police officer like take the liking to one person and keep talking, it's because that's the one that's gonna talk. >> I'm trying to get the baldhead dude attention. >> That that dude on the right. >> Yeah. Um for something >> what I'm going to say. I can't stay on a body cam. >> You want to talk to him again? >> Hey, your body cam is going to get I can't I can't have this on record. >> Let me uh Yeah, I'll bring it back. Hold on. >> Them people who start with a C, you read between your lines. The people who start with a C. Okay. >> You know what I'm talking about? Yeah. Give me a second. >> Thank you. >> No problem. Hi. >> Hey, they said you want to talk real fast. >> Yep. Well, I didn't want to talk to them cuz they have body cam in my safety net. Um, >> now's your shot. >> So, if I told you that there were more people coming to them with way more, what happens? >> That's good. Anything you can tell me would be cooperative. If you knew where they were taking it, that would be good. >> No, I don't. But I know that she has previous dealings with people who start with the C from Mexico. >> Okay. >> And >> she being Tasha. >> Yeah. >> So, she has ties to the cartel. Tasha or Tasha does? >> Tasha does. If somebody come talk to me, I can give them that. And I know who else they was meeting. I know who else was coming because they were dropping me off and going to meet these people. I was going to my Airbnb. I can give you all of that. Would I be home by Christmas? >> Where's it coming tomorrow? >> SDF. >> Okay. Louisville. Is that That's SDF, correct? >> Yep. >> Okay. Do you know who's bringing it? >> Yep. >> Okay. Let me get on the phone. Hold on. >> Good morning. >> I'm Sean. >> Hi, Sean. How are you? >> My name's David. It's Dave. >> Hi, Dave. >> I get Sean. Dave, law enforcement. We got 100 pounds of crystal meth bags and three of you guys. State police called us here. >> So, how did the bags get in your car? >> I don't know what's in >> You were the driver of the car. >> I don't know what's in their bags. >> You don't know what's So, those bags are not yours. It was theirs. >> It was theirs. >> You had no idea. >> I had no know I knew I was driving with that in my car. I don't see who's who. I don't I don't know. It's not mine. Has nothing to do with me. >> Nothing. See anything? You don't know anything. >> Well, okay. We're going to move to the next car. >> Okay. >> All right. Thanks. >> You're welcome. While the officers were already sure about their findings, the substances later tested positive to crystal meth, all weighing over 112 lbs. All three women were charged with dealing with meth weighing 10 or more grams. Delta Airline passenger records revealed that Weatherspoon had flown drugs through the Indiana airport at least seven times in 2023. Christina even confessed that Witherspoon paid her between$1 to $2,000 per trip, making prosecutors confident Latasha was the one running the whole scheme. Now Latasha and her crew are facing the possibility of life in prison if convicted. If you >> dang quick money, slow time it's not worth it. It's not I don't know who she is with the 2 million followers. I don't know, lovable, but her two million followers gonna see her going through trial or just going straight to jail. It seemed like u right she on the camera the car camera telling on the cartel. Oh my god. Oh no, no, no. That's right. Because she don't know body cams off. Car camera still on right Sharon. It's the same. She's still being recorded. And then the one that interviewed her got to his face got to be blurred out. She's full HD. Full right there. Let me see. All right. Next one. They said all of them knew something. Just they they charged all of them. Marlene might have lied and say she ain't know nothing, but they said all three of them knew something. Okay, this one it was this kind of crazy. Entitled Karen thinks she's above the law. I'mma re-watch this to figure out what's going on here. But it's a lot happening. So, here we go. >> This guy is on his white supremacy shift. >> You're going to go in handcuffs in a second if you don't stop. >> You can't put me in handcuffs. Wanted to >> You know why? >> Well, let me tell you why you can't put me in handcuffs. >> Because I have not done anything wrong. Defending myself is not a crime. No matter how bad your white ass wanted to be. >> There. Are you done? >> DON'T TOUCH ME. OH MY GOD. >> On August 25th, 2024, officers respond to a fight in progress at a restaurant. >> Are you guys okay? >> Uh, she attacked him a bit. She was throwing glasses and everything. >> Okay, ma'am. >> No, no, you will not act like I'm the problem. >> I'm not. I'm not. >> Okay, good. Calm down then. >> No, I'm fine. >> Go speak to the officer, please. >> I thought that you were acting >> No. No. So you can talk >> B I D A L' and hold H hold on one sec. Hold on one second over here. >> What department are you with? >> John's Creek. >> You're with John's Creek. Okay. And you are B I D A L. Point your sergeant out right now. >> There's no sergeant. >> Okay. Call one. I'm done talking. Call one. Call a sergeant first. >> Excuse me. Call a sergeant. Call >> She hit me so bad. She threw away a lot of stuff inside the restaurant. She put to a lot of customers and the manager here. She don't have money to pay. But he have a little issue because she don't have to. >> She was super nice at first. She got here and a half. She got a drink. Then she like met a couple who was sitting in the corner. They got in conversation. She got another round of drink. And the guys bought two rounds of shots for him. So she got before at least I don't know here. She got two shots. Two drinks. She in her tap was only two of her drinks. One of her uh food her meal. She was acting nicely. >> I witnessed it all and then >> Okay. There was >> no everything was great. There was no tension, nothing. Eventually, a couples left. She also asked for a check. Start getting a busy. I'm running around. I give her a check. She give me the card. I run the card. Cart charge only 10 bucks because there's my system says it's insufficient funds. I bring it back. Could you please check your card? Maybe some kind of mistake. You know what happens. She's like, you need to slow down. I'm like, darling, I'm not working just with you. Please check your card. I'll be with you in a second. Coming back. She's giving me card the second time. I'm running again. Now it's charging 14 bucks and it's still not an after card with the whole bill. I was like, "Sweetheart, please make sure." And she's like, "You need to slow down." Like, "Sweetie, once again, I can't stay with you." She's like, "I need to check my bank. I need a Wi-Fi password." I explained for her to get to our Wi-Fi. Spent a couple of minutes making sure she finally going to get connected. After this, I was like, "Okay, I'm going to go." She's like, "No, you need to stay with me." I'm like, "Once again, I got other customers that are looking right now at us. They waiting for me. I'm going to go back." After this, she started yelling. Said, "I need to come back." I went and escooled her to make sure that she's going to be all right because once again bunch of customers. As soon as he came to her, things escalated. I haven't heard what was happening. I just see she started yelling at him, throwing stuff at him, throwing glasses. Almost hit couple of the customers with the glasses. Like she was throwing stuff around everywhere. We got >> Sh took forever for my eyes to catch it. Yes, y'all. That is a square. Call the sergeant is a square. Ask for sergeant. Call your sergeant. Yes, that is a bingo square. >> Bunch of cameras, so you can probably just see everything. Look at my hair. Touch my hair. >> What's wrong with it? Touch my hair. What happened though? What happened? >> Touch my hair. >> I see it. I see. >> Touch it. Okay. If you're not touching my hair, I'm not talking. Can you touch my hair? >> Hang on, man. What the hell? >> Do you Okay. [ __ ] both of you guys. >> Okay, ma'am. You >> I'mma start calling people like her, no matter their ethnicity. I'mma start calling people like her. They give Denny's energy cuz they that couple from Denny's, they be the most highmaintenance people and be the brokeest one. and she's giving me Denny's customer energy right now. And when I say that, it is not the customer profile of everyone in Denny's. It's of the body cam we watched of that couple that that uh refused to pay at Denny's. >> I just literally asked you to touch my hair so I can explain my story and you refused. So, I'm not >> Oh, snap. So, sorry y'all. My joy, my peace. Thank you for gifting a Trendy Tribe membership. And Jordan is still in here. So, hey, congratulations, Jordan, on getting um getting the membership. So happy for you. Um what? Oh, I'm I just started putting out my little vibes music list, so you might enjoy that. Um what else did I do? Couple things I share about like stuff going on that's not to do with this YouTube part of it. So hopefully you enjoy yourself though. Congratulations. >> The same thing happened. >> Did you call your sergeant? >> He's coming. He's coming. So I told the guys, call the police because she start threw away everything like salt, the paper we have in the table. >> I don't know. I feel so >> Are you okay? >> Yeah. I'm so like I don't so nervous. >> Yeah. It's okay. We're here. >> Yeah. So especially with the customer up front. >> I talked to the GM. He's the owner. >> Okay. >> And I don't know. She's getting mad because but honestly it's a lot of glass. You want to see >> the customer see that lady see a lot of customer. >> Mhm. You don't want to touch me? >> No, because you refused to touch the evidence. >> What happened to your hair? >> I specifically asked you to touch my hair. >> Are you touching my hair? >> Nobody's touching your hair. >> Okay. Well, good day. >> Nobody's touching your hair. >> We'll wait for your boss. >> So, we don't even know what's happen. >> Can you tell that my hair is wet? >> Can you tell that my hair is wet? >> Can you see that my hair is wet? This person threw a drink at me first, the employee of the restaurant. He hit me with a glass drink upside my [ __ ] head and I fought him back. >> So So listen, first of all, how you going? >> I didn't fight him, but I got him off of me. >> My name is Trice. >> Chase. My name is >> Harzinski. >> Thank you for coming. I respect law enforcement. However, I have also been abused by law enforcement. I've had amazing experiences with law enforcement. I have family in law enforcement. So there is a little bit of everything from the top to the bottom and in between. And in this case, I don't know where I am. I don't know who you are and where you stand in law enforcement. So as a result of that, I asked you to touch my hair if you refuse to do that. You acknowledge that I do appear to be wet. >> Something something >> hit me with a glass drink and I defended myself. >> Okay. >> I did not see him swing. That probably was on my way over. And she did put him in that block and was upper cutting. >> Let me talk. Try to calm down with meal. I'm not coming at you. Right. So I am calm. When When did this all start? >> I am calm. It just started a second ago. >> Why you yelling though? Are you yelling at me? >> I'm I'm not yelling. I'm a motivational speaker. So I'm elevating. >> I like motivational. >> And at the end of the day, I'm going to be clear for your body camera in hopes that it's on. So at the like I said turn towards the to the title of the restaurant. Do that first. >> Do that first. >> We already did that. Do you have a job ID? >> So senior patron you have >> I'm not corresponding with you at all in shape form or fashion. No, only your superior. She went far. >> She trying to use $10 words for 50 cent actions though. I'm not corresponding with you. But yet you apparently acting ignorant in their restaurant and buming stuff off of people and then your bill come and you can't pay it. But you saying because somebody did something to you and that's why all of a sudden you don't All right. And that overtalking you already know Terry Taby that overtalking not listening. It is so nerve-wracking. Like you're not even listening to what they're saying. you're actually not even um she actually was not at risk of getting arrested probably until she refused to pay because it could be theft of services at that point. But at first they was like we're just trying to talk to you. It's not we're not coming here to necessarily put cuffs on people. But after they found out she was out there probably throwing glass and stuff, she was probably going to go cuz that that's a lot. That's a lot. But yeah, just over talking. >> She I mean I'm not kidding. She almost killed that woman with the long brown hair. We were sitting right next to her. I mean that that was like like Trump. It was like right by her head. >> Do you know what vehicle she drove through or >> the Jeep in the front? >> Oh, that's hers. >> Yeah, cuz she was going to get in it and she started screaming. >> So, the officer has all this. >> Yeah. two kids out front >> and management obviously does not want her to come back in. >> You almost hit me with that glass. >> Sorry, ma'am. Ma'am, we're good. We're good. >> She She threw a huge closet. Almost hit me in the head right here. Like you can see the glass shards all over. Luckily, I ducked. I was only defending myself, just so you know. >> They don't know what's going on. I'm here to help. Okay. So, so you're sitting at the bar, right? And you're trying to do your pants >> and then that guy comes up to you and then >> and with the worst attitude in the world. He had was already biased and then he kind of tapped my arm in an aggressive way and pulled me away. No, I wasn't triggered. >> No, I'm saying that kind of Okay. After that, >> then I said, "Hold on. Listen, let me let me show you something." I was trying to show him my balance, >> but he didn't want to see it. So, he was like, "No, I don't. No, ma'am. I don't want to see none of that [ __ ] You need to come on this [ __ ] way. And he cursing at me. Oh, he was. >> Yes. And then I said, >> "Where do you want to go? >> I don't know. I have no idea. Still >> because he was pointing towards the door." >> And then I said, "Hold on. Wait. I have enough money. Just give me a second." >> And then next thing you know, a drink is upside. >> Really? >> Yes. >> And you were standing at the time. >> And I was just standing there standing there right by the >> He had already >> Now, did you throw anything at him? >> No. >> You didn't throw? >> No. So if I >> Not until he threw something on me. >> So before Okay. But you did throw something after. >> No, >> you didn't throw nothing >> after the entire incident. I didn't know what to do cuz my anxiety was triggered and I just blacked out at that point. >> You don't know me just cuz everything was just a blur out there. >> He hit me with a drink. It went in my eyes. It went in my hair. It's all over my shirt. >> So we don't get hit by this car. I don't want >> And that's why I kept asking, can you feel my shirt? Just touch my shirt. >> Yeah, I see. I want so I can see. No, you're touching the side of my shirt. >> I'm not supposed to touch people. You know what I'm saying? >> No, you guys put people in all type of detain. >> No, I would never. >> You detain people. You do everything. Touch my shirt. >> Don't touch your shirt, man. I'm sorry. >> Because you don't want to do your job. >> Why is that? Why you saying that? >> Because why wouldn't you touch my shirt for evidence? >> Because that's not >> Evidence is important in every case, especially when law enforcement is called. So, I will be activating absolute internal affairs on you not wanting to touch evidence. I'm soaked and I'm wet. >> You have the right to do that. You have the right to do that. I'm not going to, you know, unfortunately I'm not going to touch anybody like that. Unless I have to touch you. That's the only way I'll have to. >> But um you don't mind giving me your idea? You >> I'm not giving you anything. Let me tell you guys something about me. I'm 43 years old. I have managed to escape Ferguson, Missouri. Where >> she 43? >> You know what? not gonna do it today. I'm not doing it today. >> Where Mike Brown was murdered. I've also prepared my life in a way where my daughter is a senior at Centennial. My son is a fifth grader at Barnwell. We've been up here in this area for 10 years. >> That's great. >> If I tell you to touch evidence, it's important. >> If you refuse to, then that's your position. If you have the power to >> investigate and it's not costing you your safety in any way, >> then it is your job >> as hired by taxpayers. >> Mhm. >> You want to put that in your wallet so you don't drop that? >> No, I'm fine. >> So, I am here. >> Ma'am. Ma'am, just stay on. >> I'm not going anywhere, dude. Calm down. I am here at Finger Crush Home Mexican Restaurant in John's Creek. I am standing here with John's Creek Police and this guy >> and these officers. Yes, ma'am. >> I got to add a square for going live or recording. I got to add a square for that. Yeah. >> Um I was attacked at this bar after sitting here for an hour and a half. >> Officer hair. And as a result of the attack, um, I am attempting to press charges. I had to defend myself in order to make it out safely. >> And now these officers are here. I've asked them to touch my shirt. >> I've asked them to touch my hair. Now, now is Is she recording? Cuz is her screen on? cuz when I have to actively record, I can see my screen and there's nothing on her screen right now. So, let me know. Is that normal for somebody? That looks like she got a droid. I'm a droid person, but I've never seen it to where you can record, but there's no nothing on your screen. So, that's weird to me. Um, Mindy, Mindy, I'm who that as well. I know I can't be claiming everybody, but family from Louisiana, I got to be who that. I can't be mad at who that. So yes, you got to let me live. Although I'm representing Dallas, you got to let me live on that one. Okay. >> Asked them to help me prove that I'm soaked because I am drenched in a margarita that I did not drink. >> Go ahead. >> So, as a result of that, >> um, I have complaints across the board at this point >> and we're going to make this public because, you know, Superwoman don't deserve this. I don't deserve this. You know, you guys know my family. You know who I am. You know what I do and all over me not paying fast enough. This happened again. >> You know, stay over here. >> You know that I stood around all excuse me. >> No, I'm not going to excuse you. Listen to me. You are detained at this point. And if you do not Well, see, no, it can't be audio cuz she's holding up her phone. Oh, twice. Okay. She held up her phone to be like, "They got my shirt is wet." And she went like this to record her shirt being wet. Cuz I was like, "Okay, audio wouldn't make sense." But she then look, she trying to film something else. I don't know. I don't know about her now. Does this count as I know the law? Did she Did she say I know the law? Did she say it? Cuz they have to say I know the law. They have to. And I might have missed it cuz I was looking at her recording. Yeah. Somebody just give them the all quitter to take her. We're done here. And I I'm laughing at so many people saying they about to touch you. All right. About to touch you and put them handcuffs on. >> Listen, we're going to go in handcuffs. Okay. Step up. That's fine. That's fine. Step up, guys. I'm only taking a picture and a video of the title of the restaurant. >> Ma'am, >> and this guy is on his white supremacy shirt. >> You're going to go in handcuffs in a second if you don't stop. >> You can't put me in handcuffs. You wanted to [ __ ] You know why? Well, let me tell you why you can't put me in handcuffs. Because I have not done anything wrong. Defending myself is not a crime. No matter how bad your white ass wanted to be. >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> There. Are you done? >> No. No, I'm not. >> Are you done? Me either. >> I'm not. >> That's why we are still recording for the next 15 minutes and then I can start it over. Listen, move your finger. Your job is to move your [ __ ] finger because you work for me >> and I don't deserve this. >> I don't deserve you and I don't deserve this. The problem that I have is that sometimes these police officers will come into an establishment and show only where the owner wants them to see. >> I tell you what, I want to live in the land of dulu short of having to go to jail cuz I'm that delusional. But right before that point because I got some self-esteem to work on and I would love to have the mindset of everybody else is wrong, I'm right, I'm the best, you're the worst. Cuz wow, wow, wow, wow. and they take that as face value because it's a local business. If you don't see me walking through the door and grabbing my seat and hanging out with two other people, you have not seen the beginning of the video. >> Do you understand what I'm saying? >> And it's not the it's not the truth. What has happened here is not the truth. >> Okay? >> And what he saw is not the truth. >> And I'm telling you to grab the beginning of the video. >> We will. We will. And you're not grabbing the beginning of the video. I have the right to defend myself >> in court. Yes, ma'am. >> No, he hit me first. >> Oh, you mean out here? >> No. Something different. >> It's not true. >> It's not true. >> Do you know that I have managed to get five police officers fired in my career as a result of this poor policing? >> Do you know that? >> Come on, come. >> Sure. Absolutely. >> I need to go to the hospital. I'm going to the hospital. >> All right. Come on. We'll get you checked out. >> Thank you. I am absolutely so prick at this point. And this is your feet. >> I spreaded them once. >> I spreaded them multiple times. >> My hair is wet. My bob is wet. My shirt is wet. He hit me with a drink. He should be going to jail. >> All right. Not only was she charged with domestic battery, but she also violated the conditions of her pre-trial release from the July incident. This time the court wasn't as lenient. They came prepared. That's our standard key. That key does all of our properties throughout the US. >> All right, before they continue, if you don't have the square, put your blank in the car. You can claim that square. >> Hi there. >> NO, NO, I DON'T HAVE THE PAPERWORK. Why are you on my >> Come on out. >> No, no, do not touch. >> YOU NEED TO COME outside right now. >> No, I DO NOT. I KNOW MY BOSS. SIR, get off of my property. >> I I return >> adverse property. Adverse possession with tight. >> Then you need to come out and talk to me. >> Talk to you right there. Respect. Respect my space. You do not have any right TO COME AND GRAB ME. >> Did I touch you? >> You are trying TO GRAB ME BECAUSE I HAVE MY PAPERWORK. >> THEN COME OUTSIDE. CIVIL MATTER NOW BECAUSE I FILED ADVERSE POSSESSION SIR with the STATE OF FLORIDA. I HAVE sir get out of >> I hate it every time she says she filed she filed to pay the because you know squatters they'll say I I'm paying I'm helping to pay taxes on this I claimed it she filed adverse possession filing and being granted are two different things you don't have a right to this and then obviously she didn't do um everything right cuz apparently you are supposed to publicly publicly claim it or something like that like you have to you can't sneak and squat basically but she keeps saying I filed I filed I filed but what was rented to you though. Nothing because you illegally did it. Probably didn't even actually turn in a a a form to the court. This is probably just the next victim they've moved on to. Cuz she keeps saying her and her husband. That's why I say they. But no, like stop. And she's so annoying the whole video. I agree with y'all who have already seen it. She is It's very annoying. >> My house. >> Adverse possession is a law that allows a trespasser to legally acquire the title to another person's property that is abandoned or not maintained. However, a person can only claim this after uninterrupted possession of the house for 7 years and cannot be done in secret. >> I paid 4K down to get this. >> Then come outside and discuss. >> I will discuss it. I will discuss it. You don't have no right to grab me, sir, when I have my paperwork. You are listening to one side of a story. You did not hear me. I am an American citizen. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO STEP IN MY HOUSE. THERE IS NOT ONE WAY TO PURCHASE A HOME. >> You're going to come outside. >> Get out of my house. Remove you from the house. You cannot remove me from my house with my paperwork. Sir, >> can we see the paperwork you have? >> State of Florida. State of Florida adverse possession. Ashley, me and my husband had filed this. >> You need to come outside. >> Okay. Well, you need to know your laws because you seem very uneducated about adverse possession. This is I know what I'm doing. >> I'll tell you what, the people who know what they're doing and know that they're doing illegally don't react the way that you do. >> They don't grab me. I said, "Give me a minute so that I can put my dogs away." And you grabbed me. >> You tried to come running out the back of the house to run. You could have gone out the front door. >> You didn't know I was back here. >> Front. I saw you from there. See the assumption? Sir, >> one of them came and tried to break in. >> That was an agent trying to show the property that is vacant and is not yours. What are you talking about? >> First of all, it is. >> No, it's not. >> I've got all the paper attempt to establish adverse possession WITH TITLE. HM. HOW LONG HAS THE HOME been sitting there abandoned? You have every right to actually >> It's not abandoned. >> No, it's not. It's listed in the MLS. >> Adverse possession. >> It's listed in the MLS. >> It's listed in the MLS. >> You can't grab me out here. I'm >> not grabbing you. You need to get out. >> No. He tried to grab me out of here. We filed adverse possession on the home already. Thank you. You can be on MLS all it wants to be. Adverse possession is still a law, sweetheart. Thank you. Milo, come inside. Come inside. Milo, >> don't sneer. I just did. >> You'll be out, >> man. Cute little dogs got to be owned by this person. >> Don't worry. >> I don't care. >> Yeah, you will. I paid you'll be out. I already went to the >> You'll be out. I'll be back in 30 days with the sheriff and you'll be out. Trust me. >> Yeah. So, okay. >> Don't worry. You'll be out. >> Smarty pants. >> What's adverse? >> You know what you're doing. >> Out you go. >> Yeah. Whatever. >> What's adverse? >> She's trying to say it's abandoned. It's not abandoned. There's a sheet in there where eight where the contractors come and clean it every week. It's not abandoned. It's listed. It's been listed for a year. >> We have showings all the time. It's not abandoned. It's not an abandoned property. So, she's lying. She doesn't know what she's talking about. There's certificate of title. >> Are you showing us the certificate of the title right now? >> Select Portfolio Servicing. >> There's my listing agreement from Select Portfolio Servicing. This is how old the file is. It's never been abandoned since we foreclosed on it. My phone number was on the window. She's taken that down. >> The realtor says his phone number was even on the window and they took that down. >> This was in the window. We don't see it now. I got pictures of it there last week. >> Okay. >> There's my sign last week. And there you can see the lock box and our brass door handle gone. >> With all the paperwork and photo evidence the property manager has, officers determine he's correct and the Karen has no authority to claim adverse possession on the residence. Now they just need to figure out how to get her out of the house. >> Here, here's where we're at. What she's doing is squatting. They change the locks, took the locks, that's theft. So, we have authority. If you want to break the door down, we can go in and remove her forcefully. Um, we can arrest her with trespassing and theft or stealing the locks. That's entirely up to how far you want to go with this. >> Mhm. Yeah. >> Would you rather do it the safer way with minimal risk of damaging the property and doing, like you said, doing the 30 days of the sheriff's office, or are you wanting her removed immediately now? Because if that's the case, you're if she doesn't let us back in, if she doesn't come and agree to open the door, which she may not do now because she knows she's probably in the wrong, you will have to be responsible for breaking the door down and paying for the damages. >> Well, it's our property anyway. We own it. Whatever damage is there is there. What are they going to do in in the month they're there and the money they're going to cost us by not being able to market it? >> I can't answer that. >> No. Exactly. So, you don't think she's going to come to the door anyway? >> I mean, we can try again and I would have German go up there because she doesn't like me clearly, so she might be willing to come back to the door once he goes up to it. What do you think? Try. >> Let's try that. >> I can't open this door. >> Can Can we see that paperwork again, please? Can we go to the back? >> I don't know what the circles are. >> I'm fing adverse possession. >> Can you just meet me in the back door? >> Cuz I I I need you to show me that paperwork again. >> She said she's coming out. >> No, she said stay right there. She going to show me through the window. I guess he's the one that's going to need to breach this door. Can he give us permission to kick it in or does he have to be the one to actually do it? >> You're going to make a 70-y old man risk his old limb for kicking the door. >> I don't know. I don't know what the I don't know what the legal requirements are here. He's he's a he's a senior officer. He's a master police officer, so he knows this stuff more than I do. >> Let's Let's check the back door. >> Do you have a screwdriver or a drill? >> Why would you need a screwdriver and a drill? >> I have my uh multi-tool that has a screwdriver in it. Yeah, it will be faster with a drill cuz that door, like you said, it's been broke, but it's just that little piece of wood is holding it. >> Ma'am, you're going to need to come outside. At least open the door. >> Why? >> Because I'm ordering you. >> YOU ARE NOT MY AUTHORITY. >> If you refuse to follow that order, you will be arrested for resisting. Do you want to be arrested for resisting? >> RESISTING WHAT? I HAVE MY PAPERWORK. >> RESISTING a lawful order. >> Give me a second. I'm recording. >> Go ahead and record and then open the door. >> You said you wanted TO SEE THE PAPERWORK. We need to see it personally. Come open the door. >> Adverse possession means paying the taxes on the hole. >> If you have no reason to worry, come open the door. >> WHY DON'T YOU GRAB ME OF YOUR ASSUMPTION, SIR? >> I'M GOING TO GO GRAB my multi-tool. If we don't have a drill, we don't have a drill. >> STEP BACK. STEP BACK. STEP BACK FROM THE DOOR. STEP AWAY FROM THE DOOR. Step away FROM THE DOOR, SIR. STEP AWAY. TELL THIS MAN to step away. >> Just step away just a little. >> I need to see I need to see him. >> I filed adverse possession on the 20th. >> Can I see that? >> Yes. >> You can hold You don't have to hold it, sir. This is my This is the original copy. >> Okay. >> As you can see, this is the adverse possession in the state of Florida. Ashley. >> Okay. Now, I know what I'm doing because this is not the only property that I pay taxes on. You pay a portion of taxes for adverse possession and you make you start cleaning up the home so you can take over the home. Milo, come inside now. Melody, inside. So, no longer this is not in your hand. This is a court civil case where we fight and we show them that we've paid we're going to be paying taxes on the home. When you pay a portion of the taxes, you go to the appraisal office and you pay a portion of the taxes on the home. This home has been sitting. That's why adverse possession exists. That's not my that's not my fault that you can't do your job and you can't foreclosed on. >> If you are a real estate agent, that means you have to sell in a in a limited time. Do >> you know nothing about what you're talking about? >> Yes, I do. It's called adverse possession. 75,000 was paid for this property in January of last year at foreclosure sale. >> That makes it legally the owner's property. It has not been abandoned. I have pictures of the property every week, date and time stamp which will go to the court. You are wrong. You are wrong. We are maintaining maintaining it. What's wrong with the pool and the frogs? >> Yeah. >> And what's wrong with that's that's not maintaining? >> Makes no difference. The property and we have not abandoned. are here every 10 days. >> 15. >> So your criteria are wrong. >> No, my criteria sir, YOU CANNOT GRAB ME. SIR, SIR, YOU CANNOT I HAVE DOGS. SIR, I FOUND POSSESSION. >> STOP RESISTING. >> I FOUND ADVERSE POSSESSION. I DID IT THE RIGHT WAY. STOP. SIR, PLEASE. My dog. Sir. >> Oh, child. We're going to take a break cuz it's going to be more of that. Um, but Ace Moonshot said adverse possession is being legislated against a lot against a lot now. Tenant rights could suffer if they aren't careful, but something clearly needs to be done. Yes. I do hate it like for valid um tenant rights to be overstepped because you have to deal with squatters. I do. I hope they don't do too much because tenants do need to be protected from predatory landlords as well. And I hope they just deal with actual squatting because this is ridiculous. It's it's shameful. I don't know how these people aren't ashamed of themselves to just do this. And then to have the audacity to like be mad that someone knows you're not doing right and you're breaking the law and you tell them they don't know the law. Um they need to go back to school, all this other stuff. And you don't know. The top thing they said about this is you have to have possession of the property for seven years. I feel like if we went back seven years from here, I don't even know she'd be above the age of 18 and then she's married. So, it's two dead beats doing this. That's wild. There's no way to steal in the right way, right, Jamie? Um, yeah, she's making up laws in her head. Om said I was on her side at first. I was never on her side ever. Ever. >> Sir, can you help me? I filed adverse possession. THEY GOT MY PAPERWORK. SIR, what about my dogs? What about my dog? Against the wall. >> What about my dogs? I DIDN'T LISTEN TO ME. YOU >> CAN'T STOP RESISTING IT CORRECTLY. >> YOU WANT TO GET TAG? >> TURN AROUND. >> Turn around. TURN AROUND. >> I CAN'T DO ANYTHING. >> OH MY GOD. I PAID $4,000. >> RESISTANCE. STAND AGAINST THE WALL. STOP RESISTING NOW. >> I NEED TO CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE THIS IS WRONG. I HAVE MY PAPERWORK. YOU CANNOT ARREST ME. YOU CANNOT ARREST ME. WHY ARE YOU ARRESTING ME? ARE YOU SERIOUS? WHY AM I BEING ARRESTED? I HAVE RIGHTS. >> I told you burglary. Trespassing. >> This is not burglary. I HAVE THE PAPERWORK. SIR, I WENT through the appraisal. State appraisal. They gave me the key. Oh my god. Sir, >> and now you're being charged with resisting. I have one. >> If they gave her the key, why she changed the locks? Like, why' she break off the lock? I don't believe her. Obviously, I feel like they did like they did. Either drill through the original lock or something, but I don't think she was handed anything. I don't believe she paid $4,000. If she did, she either got scammed and it didn't go anywhere or she's just lying. I feel like they don't have $4,000. I really feel like they don't have $4,000. I'm so sorry. >> MacBook Pro. Wait, let's go inside. I have to Everything. We'll get everything. >> I can't do this again. >> Sir, are you pressing charges? >> Go to the bank. >> I declare bankruptcy. >> Are you pressing charges? >> If this officer falls in the water because you won't cooperate. >> What about we'll get it for you? >> I wasn't the one who did it. What about MY HUSBAND? >> STOP RESISTING. STOP. LEAVE me alone. Stop. Please >> stop spitting in my face. >> And I don't know if y'all caught it in the beginning, but she said she's done this multiple times with other homes. >> That's not fair because I had my paperwork. You're racist and I'm coming for you. I'm a I have I I can't wait to come for you. You're a racist fat and I'm coming for that ass. Don't worry. I have my paperwork. Don't worry. Don't worry. I had paperwork. I had paperwork, too. I had my paperwork. And I'm being arrested for what? What am I being arrested for? Burgary. >> Oh, you're trying to break out of your cuffs now. So, now you're going to get another charge up against the law. You're about to get tased right now. Yuri, CALL THE COPS. CALL THE COPS. SIRI, CALL THE COP. CALL THE COPS. CALL the cop, Siri. >> Y'all, that's one of my favorite parts of this whole thing. I'm going go back so you can see it again. One of my favorite parts. She kept telling Siri to call. They said it's her husband's name that she kept saying. Siri said no. That's what Siri I'm going back so you can hear Siri say no. >> SIRI, CALL THE CLOCK. SIRI, CALL THE COPS. HARRY, CALL THE COP. CALL THE COPS. >> Call the cops. Siri, no. >> Roll over on your back. Stay right there on the ground. >> You fat. Get the [ __ ] out of my face before I spit on you. Get the [ __ ] out of here. I have no respect for you. You GED. You dumb loser. Adverse possession is a law. And that pisses me off. I have no respect for you GED dumb loser. Does she even have her GED? Because I feel like it's actually sometimes harder to go get your GED if you didn't get to graduate high school in that time cuz now you got to relearn stuff or stuff you never learned in the first place. Now you're kind of more on your own, but life is life and then you need to get it. But she sounds like she does not possess a GED or any education and she's calling other people dumb. But I know one of the primary things on Squatter's rights says seven years. So she's already failed right there on reading comprehension. Did you read at all? But you're name calling and you're doing one of the lowest laziest crimes. And I'm going to sue the out of you for what you just did. I swear to get the away from me, YOU UGLY FAT [ __ ] >> Do we need to wait for a female? >> Just pull in the car. >> I have male coming too. I can't wait here. Get the off. >> This is why I started working out again 3 weeks ago. >> I'll go check the inside with this guy. >> Sick. So now we're going to need animal control. Two small dogs, possibly Pomeranians. >> All right, let's go inside. >> I wouldn't be surprised if there's somebody else in there. So the husband is involved in it as well. I didn't think it was her on her own. >> Well, that's what she's been saying to her husband. But why does she think she has a right to have a property when other people have to save off down payment? It's crazy. >> All right, just go ahead and announce yourself. Anybody here? Hello? There's some stuff in there. >> Oh, yes. In case it's not coming through the chat, Wow's list your uh squares cuz Wow says she got bingo. So, list your squares that gave you bingo. Um, let me see anything else. Okay. Yeah, I thought she had said call the cops, too, but Midwest put in there that's her husband's name, so his his name sounds close to something like cops, I guess. >> Paperwork. What about this room on this side? I'm just taking her personal stuff. Get my come through. Here's Look at this. They came prepared. Here's my sign on the floor. Here's the lock box with the door handle. There's a baby buggy here. Thank god there's no baby in it. Well, I can't see one, can you? You know what they That's the dogs. >> He even said, "See me in 30 days." BUT YOU ANTAGONIZED THAT I WOULD GET ARRESTED. >> There's our sheet. As you can see, if you want to take a picture of this, this is a signing sheet. Look at the dates we're here. We have a crew to come and clean it and make sure everything's okay. You're >> trying to ruin my life. You see a black? >> No, he said 30 days because he thought he would have to formal formally evict you. But thankfully they were able to get your behind out of that house so he don't have to go through that process. It's not that you had 30 days legally. You're not a tenant. >> Woman all BY HERSELF AND I'M THE MASTERMIND ALL OF A SUDDEN. >> Absolutely nothing about anything that we've done. >> YOU WERE TRYING TO GRAB ME >> had anything to do with race AWAY. WHEN I TRIED TO TELL YOU THE FRONT DOOR, GO PLAY WITH THE FRONT DOOR RIGHT NOW AND see if you can open it from the front. Stay. So according to this, in order to use adverse possession, you must move into an otherwise neglected property and improve the property and the title can be granted to you after a period of time and it must be done in a visible manner such that is in conflict with the owner's right. None of which she does. >> I'm not going to cooperate. >> It's okay. I'm just going to do a quick pat either way cuz it's just for safety measures. >> Safety measures for what? You have belts and everything on you. How safety for what? >> You're getting transported from one place to another. So either way, like I said, I can just hold you here and I can just do a pat real quick. But either way, it's going to happen. >> Don't touch. >> And then I and I got to >> I have I have my own authority. >> Mhm. >> I'm a sovereign citizen, so just don't touch me. >> And there it goes. I'm a sovereign citizen. The only exposure I've had to sovereign citizens are unfortunately these body cam people. And every time the only thing I see them trying to do is get out of paying for stuff or being held responsible for normal things. I do not have a good impression of sovereign citizens. I don't know if there's some underrepresented versions of a sovereign citizen that's nothing like this and it's just been bastardized or something. I don't know. But I have no good impressions of sovereign citizens. Okay. Uh, Leia's grandma, thank you for gifting the Trendy Tribe membership. It went to Cheryl. And I just saw Cheryl in the chat. Congratulations, Cheryl. >> Going to touch the >> You realize just how easy it IS IF YOU JUST >> I just >> If you spit on me, you're going to get me. >> GET OFF OF ME. GET AWAY. GET OUT OF ME. GET >> PUT ON the wrap. >> Don't touch me, YOU PIECE OF TRASH. GET THE AWAY FROM ME. IT'S YOU, [ __ ] >> It's broken. >> It's not broke. It's not broken. >> It's broken. >> It's not broken. >> It's broken. >> It's not. She's already gotten out once. Oh, you slipped out of these before. So, right now, you're sitting here and you can put these handkers behind your back. >> I don't like you guys anymore. Like, I cannot I hate you all. And I hope you guys dies and I hope your children dies. Like I don't like you guys and I can't wait for sovereign citizens to just come through and like when that war begins. I can't wait. Don't talk to me. I'm an I'm an American. How are y'all going to fund the war? Maybe maybe if the doomsday preppers are part of sovereign citizens. They might stand a chance. But how y'all going to fund the war? Y'all don't like paying for nothing. You don't like again my impression of the ones I see. You don't like putting in effort of anything. You don't like being held accountable for anything. So, how you going how you gonna uh how you gonna have this supposed war against anybody? Um Leah's grandma said, "Who are these people getting memberships that are not engaging in the chat?" Um Cheryl was in the chat. Leia's grandma, she was just literally in here cuz she put in there, what did she say? Hold on. But if they're part of the um like if they visit my channel a lot, YouTube figures out who it wants to give it to. And they didn't really explain how it happens. But Cheryl is in here. I just saw her because I had responded to her in the chat. Um, let me see. Okay, you see her? Okay, you saw her. Yeah, you see her. Okay, she is acting like a Tasmanian devil. Let's see. Okay, I think that's it. >> And I want to be the face of that war, too. >> Hi, I'm Officer Esposa with Orange County Animal Services. I'm going to be taking your two dogs. Okay. >> Can you take the number? Listen, can you can you take Okay, bye. Bye, [ __ ] Bye, ugly [ __ ] That's >> so rude and so nasty. And you the one stealing from people. Oh my gosh. >> But your skin sucks. >> Are you on behalf of them wanting to press charges for all this against her? >> I'll check with the asset manager. Can I get back to you? >> Well, the entire point of what we were doing is that you gave us the impression you wanted to press charges. If you're going to come back and say, "No, we have to let her go." >> No, let's do it. >> They can always change their minds and have the charges drop later. But if on your if you being the representative want to press charge on their behalf, they can change their mind later. >> Otherwise, you can say no and we can release her. >> Let me ask you a question. What do you think we should do then? >> He pissed me off right here. What do you mean? What do you think you should do? Did you just not see again the Tasmanian devil? Like somebody put in the chat. Did you not just see that? What do you mean? What would you do? I'm sure he's the one that called the police. So, why are they here if you now got to ask if you you should press charges? He pissed me off. >> I cannot give you legal advice. I mean, regardless, I'm going to arrest her for the resisting charges. >> Um, >> damage. >> Well, that's on you guys. That's what I'm saying. Even if they if you don't know their firm answer right now, you are their representative. You can say yes to it right now. And if they change their minds, the state attorney's office will be contacting them regardless, and they would change their mindset. >> Okay. Put your hand behind your back, then. >> Break my wrist. You're not my authority. Break my wrist. I ain't breaking no wrist. Break my No, no. Break my arm. Put your hands together. Come out. Come out. >> Let's just wait for the wrap. >> Okay. >> I said no. Right. >> I forgot this one had a wrap. Oh, congratulations my joy my piece. If you got bingo, list your squares. Wow. If you're still in here, don't forget to list your squares, too. But I'mma pre- congratulate y'all. Congratulations on bingo. >> Oh, you're going to >> I said no, right? I I'll file him up. What's up? I'll file him up. Get the away from me. Get the away from me. Right there. >> Ma'am, you really need to stop resisting. >> Nope. Oh, nice. >> Now you have salt and battery on a police officer. Congratulations. >> Awesome. >> There you go. We're good there. We're good. >> When you have her ankles tightened, I'll pull her over in the grass. >> Yep. Now pull over. WE'RE GOOD. ROLL ON YOUR BACK. STOP. >> Please back up. >> Roll over onto your back. >> All right. Let me lift. Let me lift. There you go. There you go. >> Grab it. >> Get off. >> You are doing this to yourself. I don't care. You're hurting me. GET OFF. GET OFF of me. You can't do this. I'm a human. GET OFF. HOW IS THIS LEGAL? >> Just in case, let me take that helmet. I don't know how she's going to react to this one. This suspect, Ashley, was charged with felony escape, felony resisting with violence, felony battery on a law enforcement officer, providing false identification for giving the wrong last name, threats to law enforcement, burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, felony threats to a public servant, lararseny, and trespassing by adverse possession without notice. There are no records indicating she filed any lawsuits against the involved officers or the property owners. Court records indicate she pleaded not guilty, bonded out, and has since stopped showing up to court, and her bond has since been forfeited. She is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. >> Now, in Florida, it takes seven straight years of living on a property and paying the taxes before you could even try to make that claim. And this wasn't that. Not even close. You know what gets people jammed up fast? Confidence build on something they don't fully understand. Cuz what she's holding right there, adverse possession, that's not a free pass to take control of someone's house. But now we've got officers walking into a situation where someone truly believes they belong there. And that belief, that's what makes it harder than it looks. And she gave them a fight the entire time. And those are all delay tactics, not to win. She just wanted to avoid losing. But here's the moment I want you to really lean in on. Around the 11:47 mark, watch how she begins throwing threats around trying to pull the officer's attention toward her voice. While at the exact same time, she's working her hand slipping through those cuffs. That's attention manipulation. Get officers focus on what they hear so they miss what they should be seeing, but it didn't work. Some people don't escalate because they're actually confused. They escalate because somewhere along the way, they decided they're not leaving no matter the cost. But keep in mind, situations like this, they never fall apart because of what someone actually knows. They fall apart because of what someone thinks they know. Okay. Can y'all hear me now? Okay, I'm just testing. Can y'all hear me? Okay, I'm gonna end it. All right, y'all. Can y'all still hear me right now? Cuz I feel like I hit something. You can still hear me right now? Okay, I'mma try it. I'mma try it. All right. So, if you can hear me right now, type a number five in the chat just to make sure I'm on real time when y'all can hear me. This is crazy. Okay. All right. We'll continue. I no longer see the feedback on my mic, which is scaring me cuz see, this is kind of stuff that I think is about to end all of a sudden. If it does, this was the prequel to that. All right. Thank y'all. So, we'll do the last one. It says, "Correctional officer leaves traffic stop and learns the consequence." And I have not seen this one, though. All right. So, here we go. Oh, I hope y'all can still Oh, no. I don't think I'm Oh, okay. I see my mic feedback now. I see it. Okay. Okay. Cool. Cool. Cool. We're We're good. We're good. Here we go. >> 20th, 2022, a Neapville officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling 62 mph in a 40 mph zone. The driver of the vehicle was identified as 42-year-old Christopher Cribs. Okay, before we engage now, I want to ask my question. Are correctional officers trained as police officers and then they are a police officer that just happens to become a correctional officer? Because I always wonder that because when I see correctional officers, they very much carry themselves as if they have the same authority as a police officer on the traffic stops just out and out and about. So is a correctional officer this exactly the same trained as a police officer, but they just chose to like, okay, I'll go in the correctional officer field and then this person will go in a different field like that. I am very curious about that. >> How we doing? >> Really good. >> You have your license and insurance, please. >> Ammerdale and North. What am I about being pulled over? >> Well, a couple of things. Number one, you're speeding. Number two, you have a license plate cover. >> Okay. It's going to stay there. >> I'm sorry. I can't understand you. What? >> It's going to stay there. So, you >> What's going to stay there? >> That license plate cover. >> Okay. Do you have insurance for the vehicle? >> No. Go ahead. Write the ticket. I'm not looking. >> You don't have insurance with >> I got insurance, but I ain't got it. It's at home. >> Okay. Is this your current address? >> No. >> No. Okay. What's your current? Hold on. Hold on. >> I'm an officer and I'm armed. My gun is right here. So you don't go crazy. Here we go. Cuz it's right here. I just remember. >> Okay. >> Christopher then provided his Cook County Sheriff Correctional Officer ID. >> Here you go. >> I got to take the ticket. >> Okay. >> All right. Come on. Get the ticket on or let me go home. I got you. >> I don't understand why you're acting like this. Because I asked you, you I don't know cuz I'm I'm irritated today and I'm right I'm right here at the crib. I got another crib right here. >> Oh, he unstable. He already switching emotions and he's rude. So rude. >> I'm just ready to go home. I'm tired. >> Okay. So, what is your actual address then? >> The what? The address that this car comes back to is what you just wrote down. >> Yeah. >> Okay. That's the only one you need. >> Okay. Is that What town is that in? That's Neapville cuz I stay over G. I got apartment Gardanos in know that that's downtown Neapville. >> Okay. There's no other main streets. >> Hold on. Why did you jump out the car? >> Stay in the car for me. >> Christopher began yelling and waving his arm out the window in an attempt to get the officer to come up to his vehicle. What do you need? >> Well, I'm trying to do something. >> No. >> Why are you You can't leave. >> Follow me. >> What do you need to talk about? >> FOLLOW ME. >> NO, I'M NOT FOLLOWING YOU. From 22, he decided to pull off from my traffic stop. He claims he lives over here somewhere and he wants me to follow him home. N22 send me another car. >> What do you need to >> I wanted to talk to you. >> Yeah. And I was told you I'm trying to RUN >> YOU ALL THE WAY UNPROFESSIONAL. You you doing things wrong. >> And do you want me to talk on your taser and tell me every tell you everything you did wrong? >> Why don't you go back in your house? >> I'm about to go in the house. You got my ID. you the place come back to the the address. Do your job. Go get a supervisor. Write the ticket. But number one, number >> Yeah. ain't no way he thinks that this makes sense on his actions right now because if he's carrying himself as if he is also a police officer the I feel like traffic probably is one of the first things that police officers might know because it's like maybe a um I don't want to call it a low entry point, maybe a common entry point possibly. And he doesn't even know you're supposed to stay in your car, you take the ticket, you don't get out, go to your house. Like, come on, man. Like, he just sounds so dumb. Oh my gosh. Okay. My joy, my peace said he wasn't trained, he would not have left the scene. Thank you. Thank you. Ommedia said he thinks he got privileges. Every time I see a corrections officer pulled over, they are acting some kind of way like this because of course they're not gonna show the correction officers that happen to get pulled over and they do everything right. So I understand that cuz that's not entertaining. But it is this is crazy. Um right, he's a correction officer, but he still has to obey the law. And again, just in case my audio went out when I said it, u house and my joy my peace got bingo. You still can claim bingo for today and I will hopefully have version four ready for tomorrow since we will be on new cars because we now have people that got bingo on version three that I remember. I don't know if I should have been switching already, but I remember now. >> I'm on your taser. I asked you what are you pulling me over for? You said a number of things. What? What was the number of things? You only said my plate. I said >> I said speeding. >> Oh. How fast was I going? >> No, you don't know. You see where I made come around knock on the door. I'll give it to you cuz I don't even trust my mother. Of >> course. >> Because she got it on her table. I showed her my t and both of them [ __ ] scared me. >> I'm not scared of you, sir. >> Okay. I got pulled over for possibly speed. I don't know. >> See, this pisses me off. Why? Why the hell you so calm now? Why are you so calm now? Why couldn't you treat her with the same whatever voice tone this is? Why couldn't you talk to her like that, too? Cuz you know what you're doing when people switch up depending on who they're talking to. You know what you're doing. You know how you sound and you just thought you could get away with it. Yep. Lovable. This is how you change this attitude. When the male officer came. Oh, that makes me so mad. >> And the plate cover. Okay. The only reason she seen the plate cover cuz I was sleep. Correct. >> They put me over. When she come to the car, you can see you can read my plate. I know I ain't I ain't on patrol. I know she's supposed to run my plate and and send it in. She come to my car. I give her my license. She asking me, "Is this the correct address?" I said, "No, this car comes back to another address." She would have known cuz I kept on telling her the same [ __ ] She would have known that should she had a rare in the plate. >> She might not have read it yet. I don't know. I haven't >> I know. But she coming to the car now. I got my gun on me and [ __ ] underneath the seat cuz I had just went in the grocery store or whatever. Right. >> So now I'm like, "Oh [ __ ] she's standing here. She see my gun. Let me show her my officer and she still ain't giving me the [ __ ] ticket." You know what I'm saying? Or whatever she going to do. >> Okay, >> that's what I'm tripping on. We still here talking. She called her a backup. What we talking about? I got [ __ ] to do. >> Okay. >> A traffic infraction. And I told the other officer, I said, "Can hey, can I talk?" >> F that. This one that's we're looking at his body cam right now. He better defend that that cop. He better defend her and set him straight. I hope he sets this man straight and def sets him straight and defends his officer because ain't no way. And what? Okay. You haven't always been a correctional officer or whatever. So why you you had you had to drive maybe you start driving at 16, 18. You telling me you don't know how a normal traffic stop works. That her job is just to pull your plate and send the thing to your house. That makes no sense. That makes no sense. You can't tell me you don't understand how regular traffic stop goes. When we as civilians, most of us have the general knowledge of how a traffic stop is supposed to go. You stop when the lights go on. You try to stop in a safe, you know, place where y'all not going to get ran over. You have your stuff ready. You listen to the police officer tell you why they pulled you over. You may or may not agree. You take that ticket and you keep it moving. That's normal. He definitely wanted to be let go cuz he's a correction officer. He definitely did >> to you cuz I wanted to ask so I forgot what it was cuz I can't come over there. I can't walk back to her because she's scared of me. >> Where are you an officer at? >> Cook County Sheriff Department. I drive the buses. I drive the big bus. I drive the inmates to court to other counties. I'm in the process of retiring 17 years. I'm currently on the job. >> So you left then? Is that right? >> Yeah. pulled off. I pulled off over here because she won't come to the car and talk to me. I can't come to the car and talk to her. So, what the [ __ ] we standing there for? And she know I'm an officer. >> So, what what is we >> Here's the thing though. If you're an officer, you should know that you need to stay there, right? >> What did I do? >> You left the scene. >> Oh, that sound like a [ __ ] recording. >> You left the traffic stop. >> Did I Did I try to get your attention to come to it? >> Yes. And I was in the middle of doing something. >> Okay. >> Okay. Hey, who do you work for? >> Who do you work for? >> Cuz in this capacity, you work for me. And so I'm You told me not to get out the car. That means come here. You asked me what. I said I needed to talk to you. >> We have kind of a way we do things, right? We get the information, whatever. We go back and make >> you on that. And I got the pro. Well, I know we operate in great, >> but what she doing? She she operating in in the red. She [ __ ] up. That's not gray. That's the most black and white part of a traffic stop. The other stuff around it gets a little gray. You don't know protocol. I don't even know if you know what the word protocol means at this point. You're interrupting while it's being explained to you because you obviously aren't grasping one of the most common aspects of us dealing in this social interaction that we deal with with each other. Like he's frustrating me. I if I had the time I would make a sign where I just hold up box of rocks every time one of these people that act like this show up on the screen cuz he is frustrating me so much. It is so a waste of time to talk to people that don't have a little common sense. Just a little bit and and then you expect a privilege on top on top of not having any common sense. This is crazy. >> Listen listen >> and I'm trying to give her a pick up. >> Just cuz you call her up doesn't mean she can drive everything and come right back. Right. You can't come to her. >> That's true. But at a traffic shop, you got to kind of wait, right? >> I followed the rules. I followed the rules. >> Well, you might have. I don't know. >> No, hold on. Wait a minute. You know, I followed the rules. I asked her to come here and she said she was too busy to do it. But she wasn't doing nothing when she stepped out the car halfway and said, "What do you want?" >> So, you can't tell me. You can't [ __ ] me. [ __ ] somebody. >> [ __ ] anybody. Listen, this is how it works. Like, she stepped out. She >> I guarantee you, you can you can bull him all day. You can because he doesn't know anything. I feel like a lot of people get over on him. Uh-huh. I feel like if someone called him and said, "Hey, your bank account's been uh compromised. We need you to pull out the whole balance and go go uh drop it in a Bitcoin machine." He would do it because he doesn't know anything. >> Edge, man. I respect it. >> She acknowledged that you waved at her, right? But she's in the middle of something. She can't just stop and come back and forth through. That's not how it works. And I mean, you kind of know that, right? being an [ __ ] because she was being who she is. >> Okay. And that's and >> and all I did all I did was work within the rules. I didn't break no rules. I asked her to come here. I pulled off. She got my license. What the [ __ ] I'm going to do? I I Here go my other address. >> Right. I understand >> this plate and that plate come back to the same address and I left it open so they can run the plates and all that. >> What address is that? Who's it belong to? >> Me. My company. >> Okay. >> Town. >> Okay. That being said, being that you're an officer and you know how things work, why would you leave? >> Because she wouldn't come. So, I had to >> But that makes no sense to me. That makes no sense. >> I had to make her come to me. I can't look. I was doing what I needed to do to control the situation. >> But that's I made her do what I wanted her to do, right? >> As you know, >> I made her do what I wanted to do. Hey, I do this. I do this. >> You don't I know. So, you should know at that point you don't control the situation. I never did control the situation, >> but I brought it to where I wanted it to be. Y'all don't realize that cuz I work in the jail. I play with criminals. >> Okay, so here's >> this a learning lesson. You know that. You know this a learning lesson cuz she shouldn't have even followed me. She Come on now. She did wrong. I did wrong. We both [ __ ] up. You know that. >> How it First of all, tell me how she did wrong and then tell me how you did wrong. If she see I'm going through a mental health. >> I'm so glad the officer actually didn't glaze over that and say, "Well, tell me how she did wrong and tell me how you did wrong." Cuz that's he cuz now he he knows he was wrong. Now he about to say he going through a mental health thing. Boy, I swear to go have several seats. >> Crisis cuz you don't know me. So you got to assume that that's a mental health crisis. You and I showed you my ID at that point. The it should have been deescalated. You should have took your hand off your waist. All that [ __ ] We should have had a conversation amongst peers. If you going to write the ticket, you going to write the ticket. I didn't care. I never did care. >> So, was she writing the ticket when you waved? >> I don't know what she was doing. She was taking all goddamn day. >> Okay. So, then how did you you said? >> We're We all recording. We all are. Um, so you said she messed up and then you messed up. So, now how did you >> I didn't mess up. All I did was I got what I >> You did wrong or she did wrong and you did wrong. I guess you said what? She did. You just told me what she did wrong. What did you do wrong? >> And then when I come out here, I left the garage door open. I left the gun and I showed her that I left the gun in the car so it ain't no thing. Then she pull up. I'm trying to talk. I'm trying to close the distance so I ain't got to yell and all these mother cuz she know this. And and but it is what it is, man. And you know this [ __ ] Yeah. I'm telling the truth. And you can't even Hey, man. Hey, >> I'm just trying to figure out what would possess you >> cuz to leave other than other >> mental health crisis cuz she >> Okay, she's going through a mental health crisis. Okay, >> I'm bipolar and she initiated that me up. >> So, do you need an ambulance? >> I don't need no I need to relax. I'm running my bath water. I cut it off since I came out here. >> Do you need an ambulance right now? >> No, I'm just telling you who I >> Okay, so what? So what? >> Well, y'all got something wrong with us. What the hell? >> Well, you said you had a mental health crisis, so I just making sure. Yeah, she she triggered it with this [ __ ] >> Look, man. I'm trying to bridge the gap between the divider between this [ __ ] we shouldn't even be are having this conversation. All right. What I'm trying to do in Neighborville, I'm trying to bridge the gap. >> One way, one way to bridge the gap would be when you get pulled over, pull over like you did. You did great. You did great. >> I do. I pulled down all the windows. >> You did great. You did great on that. But then don't just leave. He has to dumb it down and talk to him like a child. Yeah, you did great on pulling over part. Yeah. Uhhuh. Uhhuh. >> Man, I told you why I left and I was a slow speed leave. >> But you understand how it works, right? >> I understand. I got you. I got you. >> And you can't just You can't just say, you know what? Screw this. I'm leaving. You can't just do that. You can't do that. >> We're going to place you under arrest for leaving the scene of arrest. Yeah. For if you don't mind, just turn around for me. Uh, this >> Can I make a call though? Hold on. Hold on. Can you lock up my house cuz I got you. >> Yeah, we will. Yeah. Yeah, we will. >> Okay. Come on. >> First of all, um, >> y'all was waiting on me. >> Is this Is this locked? >> Do Do I swear? Do everything right. >> Thank you. We will We will definitely >> I promise you. >> I promise you. Can I get a I need my phone though. >> Okay. Where's that at? >> You got me handcuffed. Can I walk with you inside my house? >> Yeah, I'm handcuffed. I can't do >> that. I'll let her finish >> just so it doesn't tighten up on you. Okay. You know how >> No, this is the first time I got cuffs on me. >> Yeah, let me make it scene. >> No, dog. >> Hey. Hey, let's not put cuffs on the officer. >> Let's >> I'm a Cook County Sheriff. >> Okay, you want to get your phone? No. We >> He said I'm a Cook County Sheriff. You're You're He said he's a correctional officer. He said I'm a Cook County Sheriff. He's frustrating me so much. Thank you for the super chat. My joy, my peace. So, he is bipolar and drives uh I think what the bus for the state prison. He is going to lose his job. I need to know if he lost his job because he should not have authority over another human being. He needs to have somebody come to check on him cuz he I don't think he should have authority over himself. If these are the type of decisions he makes and he's justified this in his brain, there is no way. No way. No, we going to make a scene. Y'all want to play something? >> WELL, WE'RE NOT. >> ALL RIGHT. WELL, we're not giving your phone. >> We're not giving your phone. >> Okay. If I don't get my phone, I'm not going in that place. >> Yes, you are. >> You going to give me my phone? >> Okay. >> Y'all going to pick me up? >> Are you going to leave? Are you going to stop making a scene? >> I want my phone. >> Are you going to stop making a scene? >> Yeah, if I get my phone. >> Let's get your phone. >> Only one person going in my house. >> No, we're all going in. >> No, it ain't happen. >> Okay. Well, then we're not getting your phone. Let's go. >> Well, then I'm not going. Hold on. Y'all put cuffs on me and I came back out here. I ain't going nowhere. Y'all going to >> All right. >> Do your job. >> I'm an inmate now. >> Yes, you are. >> I'm an inmate. >> Yes, you are. >> Yep. That's what you got in here. Y'all need to call some more. Come on. Come on. Come on. >> No, you're not going not going to leave my house unsecured. My weapon right there. >> We'll get it. We'll get it for you. We'll get it for you. >> We got to get people involved. >> Hey. Hey. >> And that's the last day he should own a weapon, too. Pull all of it. Doesn't need to be a correction officer. Doesn't need to drive the bus for the people in prison. Doesn't need a weapon. Needs supervision. >> Hey. Hey. Hey. Call the police. >> My gun in my car. And I'm an officer. >> They know I'm an officer. This ain't going to work. This ain't going to work. Oh, now y'all want to play video with me? All right. >> No, ain't no ain't no Chris. >> Let's go. >> No. Let's go. Chris, come on. >> Come on. Y'all want to play? >> I saw that officer. >> Hey, what you see? >> Come on. >> I'm in handcuffs. >> Come on. >> No. We going to get some people out here. >> You want to get some people? >> Yeah. >> All right. We'll wait right here then. >> Okay. >> Turn your head that way. >> No. >> Stop resisting. Stop resisting. Stop resisting. You're good. You're good right there. All right, y'all got me over the thing. Y'all don't have to keep on going. >> I'm not putting my head on the the car. >> And I'm going to say this in case my replay gang gang people might assume I might be saying something else. I'm not saying if you have a mental health issue, you can't um be a correctional officer or carry a weapon because there's people in the military that have mental health issues, but they are actively treating it and they make good decisions, not decisions like this. So, this is how you act and you're claiming it's mental health. He does not need specifically he does not need that job or that weapon. But I do have faith that now it is a stigma which sucks that you can't you almost have to if you well if it's commander directed to go see mental health that's what hurts you if you're just seeing them on your own you're you're pretty much good because you're taking care of everything you take care of you whatever medication they give whatever therapy you do you're pretty much good when it's mandated that's really bad in the in the military um also they probably do screen for it before you even get to join but some stuff develops after you're in you know and stuff like that But I do think they kind of screen out people if they do say that they have certain things going on. Um he's a horrible representation of people with mental health issues. He's a horrible representation because people do manage just fine. Some people you never know they had an issue. Never. Um there was something else I wanted to say about him. I did laugh when they drugg him back. That was funny when he he wasn't on the ground. His feet was just dragging along. Um a smart officer is never going to go into someone's home by themselves. They're always going to have their partner. That's just smart. No matter what. Um, let's see. Oh, and lovable. I will be on the balcony, too. Laughing my behind off. I would. Now, I have to make sure he can't hear me cuz his behind got to come back at some point. But oh my god. I would be on my balcony. Imagine how many other cos act like him in that county, right? Cuz he wouldn't be the only one. All right. >> I'm not putting my head down. >> Put your head down now. >> Put it down for me. >> No, I'm not going to do that. >> Okay. I'm not putting it down. You got all this pressure on me. That [ __ ] don't work. Come on. I'll push with you. That [ __ ] don't work. Okay, good. Just stand right here. >> I don't know why you asking come up here trying to be >> I tried to be nice to you. I tried to be nice to you. >> No, you ain't being nice to yourself. >> That makes no sense, dude. >> Dude, all you doing is you making a you making a news report. All you doing is making a news report. >> No, you're making a news report. >> Okay. Well, you going to see how this Thank you. Thank you. I'm not putting my head down. >> You don't have to. >> Why you keep on moving my hand? So you hurting me. You hurting me now. I'm cool. You don't have to You don't have to click. >> What I doing? >> No, she Look at what you doing. >> I'm going to hold I'm going to control your hand. >> You're not controlling my hand. That [ __ ] hurt. >> You hurting. You hurting me. Ma'am, you were hurting me. You don't need to do this, ma'am. >> Okay. >> N >> I told you you hurting me. You don't have to do IT BECAUSE YOU HURTING ME. >> RELAX. RELAX. >> All right. Tell her to stop. >> Okay. >> If you got me, you the man. Take care of this, Sergeant. Get her off of me. I don't need her to hold me. >> She's not hold you anymore. She got her arm up here. >> I don't need that. >> All right. >> Nope. Stay down. >> Nope. >> Okay. You want to go? You want to go down? >> Nope. >> Oh [ __ ] YOU BROKE MY LEG. >> Now you want to do that. This is where we're going to stay. And we're going to wait. >> Okay. >> This is on you, buddy. >> Why did you do that? You could have my leg. >> We didn't though. You know why? Cuz you did it on your own. All right. So, we >> I hope y'all don't tase me cuz I'm sweating tas. We're going just going to get you in the car now. >> Okay. >> All right. >> We got to get him in the car. >> Okay. >> Hold on. Hold on. I'll get up. >> All right. >> I'll get up cuz I'm not sure my leg going to go. My leg broke. My leg is broke. >> I can't move my leg. >> My leg is broke. The right one. >> Which one? >> This right one. I can't move it. >> All you want to We're going to sit you up on your butt. That is okay. >> Okay. I can't. No. I need to keep it LIKE THIS. LOOK. LOOK. LOOK AT THE KNEE. LOOK AT THE KNEECAP. >> OKAY. Stay right there. >> Look at the kneecap. >> I got you. Stay right there. >> I can't move it. >> Okay. Okay. We got the ambulance coming. >> We're going to keep it right here. You want to put your head down? That's fine. >> No, I'm good with my head down. >> Hey, make sure you filming. >> She is. Don't worry. >> So, where are we? >> Broke mying leg. >> Is it clear for them? >> Yes. Let's get him. You broke my leg. Hey. And they know I'm an officer. >> [ __ ] I can't move this [ __ ] >> Okay. You good if I let go of you? >> What the [ __ ] I'm going to do? >> I'm just making sure. >> What the [ __ ] I'm going to do? >> Are you going to fall? I know you fall back. >> Hold on to me cuz you like this [ __ ] Nope. Yep. I'm going to fall back. Let me on my hand. >> No, I want your hand. I want it there now. >> You want it there? >> Yeah. All right. >> All right. Come on. Come on. Do what you was doing all that [ __ ] with three [ __ ] and I'm handcuffed. Do all that [ __ ] now. >> Cuz they must be Who are you? You must be a lieutenant or something. >> Another sergeant. >> Okay. Another sergeant. He must got more sense than you cuz you acting right now. >> Dude, I was acting right before you. >> He was on that funny [ __ ] You was on that funny [ __ ] I did >> screaming. Started trying to fight. >> I can do that. I fight you. >> Fight you. >> Yeah. At first you sat down and sit down on the ground. >> I was handling y'all with the goddamn cuffs. >> Tried to get up and play with us. Loable said something tells me he is lying about being a correctional officer. Yeah, I'm at this point I'm like, do you drive a bus? Let alone, are you a correctional officer? Because ain't no way. I'mma show you who I am. Thank you uh for being a member for 15 months. My joy, my peace. Yes. Uh yeah. I don't know if I can believe he's even a correctional officer right now. I can't. How? My hands behind my back. >> We had you nice right there just waiting. >> Okay. I was standing up because she was leaning on me. >> Yeah. >> And I need a sighted active fool. >> What's a fool to you? >> What's a fool to you? >> We got on video. >> I asked you. What's a fool? >> Body. >> Okay, I got you. I [ __ ] I got a taser. >> You stop. >> It's fine. I'm glad. Glad you do. >> Talking to you. Oh, you didn't like the word [ __ ] huh? >> I didn't mean to say that. >> Is there anybody? Hey, we Hey, >> I'm a [ __ ] >> Keep talking. >> I'm a [ __ ] >> Stop talking. >> Hey, your legs seem fighting. >> Oh my god. He's getting on my nerves. My joy, my peace. Thank you for gifting a trendy tribe membership. And it went to American Born. Shout out to American Born. >> Hold on. Hold on. You act like I was about to punt. You scarier than a [ __ ] You shouldn't even be in this job. >> You You've been elevated the whole time. The whole reason why cuz it's your ego. Your ego got me on the ground. You [ __ ] up. You shouldn't EVEN BE IN THIS JOB. >> You [ __ ] up. You going to kill somebody. >> NEIGHBORVILLE GOT ENOUGH GOING ON WITH THE RACE rate relations and you up here excitement. >> You knew I was an officer. >> YOU KNEW I WAS AN OFFICER. >> YOU KNEW I WAS OFFICER. THIS IS AN EGO TRIP FOR YOU. >> How did you be an officer? BECAUSE I TOLD her >> I asked her to to come talk to me. When I told her the officer, she should have deescalated the whole situation. >> Why would you be an officer cause something to be need to be deescalated? >> Because she don't need to worry about me shooting her. >> Okay. >> Cuz I'm an officer. I'm on her side. >> All right. >> Now you stupid, too. Get out of here. >> I'm not. I'm just asking questions cuz you seem like you're just hunting a packet for anything, buddy. >> Oh, well, I might as well get it all out my chest. I'm arrested. >> All right. Can I ask you a question? I have nothing. >> I ain't no questions. You got me under arrest in my neighborhood. >> I was asking a question about your house. >> How do you want me to secure it? >> [ __ ] >> [ __ ] you. >> I I I don't appreciate that. >> No, I can't go in there. If you take the cuffs off and put them in front of me, one of you come in there with me. I get my phone. >> How do you want me to secure your >> my gun? >> You take me to jail and you figure it out. >> Okay. Okay. >> Now, let me tell you something. I'm going to give you four warning on camera. I have a lawyer. Okay. He has sued this city before. Okay. >> Thank you. Okay. I know that. >> Okay. Fine. I'm I'm trying to help y'all out. Go ahead. Take me to jail. Do whatever the [ __ ] you want. >> Stand up and get in the back of the car. >> [ __ ] I can't stand up. >> You stupid [ __ ] Get the [ __ ] away from me. >> Cuz you putting me on THE GROUND, YOU DUMB [ __ ] >> WAIT. We're going to get up. All right. >> You I CAN'T MOVE MY GODDAMN LEG. You stupid [ __ ] >> You can't move your leg because you just up in age. And that just happens to the best of us. You know, the knees start going, you can't get up as fast as you used to. They didn't do nothing to you. That's that's just life is happening. I guarantee you. I ain't going to say that.
