New Year's Eve is one of the worst days
of the year to work as a police officer
it is an evening filled with alcohol
firearms and bad
decisions on December the 31st 2023 at
approximately 11:40 p.m. officers with
the Columbus Division of police were
dispatched on a call that sounded like
domestic violence involving a firearm
they arrived on scene with very little
information and had to work their way
through while celebratory gunfire
erupted around

from carrying a firearm he was placed
under arrest and slated for Weapons
